Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly to a rotating discharge type cosmetic container that can be conveniently used while discharging the cosmetic contents by a rotating operation. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, women use various cosmetics to make their appearance more beautiful. Among the cosmetics, color cosmetics are used for the purpose of beautifully changing the appearance and making the skin look beautiful.
[0003] The color cosmetics are used to even out skin color and cover imperfections, and are divided into base makeup and point makeup that enhances the three-dimensional look of specific areas such as lips, eyes, nails, etc. Base makeup includes makeup base, foundation, powder, etc., while point makeup includes lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, etc.
[0004] The foundation is a cosmetic used to naturally hide freckles and blemishes on skin exposed to the outside, such as the face, or to create a clean, bright, or clear, smooth skin. When applying makeup using the foundation, the foundation is spread evenly and evenly on the skin using a cosmetic puff.
[0005] Such foundations are generally stored in a wide, flat cosmetic container with a built-in puff inside the cosmetic container. A user opens the lid of the cosmetic container, grasps the puff stored above the lid of the inner container, opens the lid of the inner container, and then applies the foundation cosmetic with the puff and applies it to the skin.
[0006] However, the conventional cosmetic container must be used with the lid open, so the cosmetic is completely exposed to the air, and external foreign matter can easily flow in, and the cosmetic is contaminated by bacteria, viruses, mold, etc., because the puff that has been in contact with the skin during use is repeatedly brought into contact with the cosmetic, which can cause skin troubles and shorten the period of use. In addition, such conventional cosmetic containers have problems in that the amount of cosmetic used cannot be constantly controlled, so the cosmetic is wasted and it is inconvenient to use, because the cosmetic is taken out little by little with a cosmetic tool such as a puff or with the fingers.
[0007] As a result, cosmetic containers have been developed that minimize deterioration and contamination during the use of cosmetics, are convenient to use, and can adjust the amount of cosmetic dispensed to a constant level.
[0008] As prior art having such a structure, cosmetic containers were disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2188196 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 1") and Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2279516 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 2"), and the following is an explanation of these.
[0009] Prior Art 1 includes an inner case having an inner space, a rotating bezel rotatably connected to the upper part of the inner case and having a discharge hole, a rotating member located in the inner space and connected to the rotating bezel to rotate integrally with the rotating bezel, and a piston located in the inner space and connected to the rotating member to rise or fall in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating member.
[0010] Prior Art 2 includes a body with an internal space, a dial rotatably connected to the upper part of the body and including a discharge hole through which the contents are discharged and a cutter for crushing the contents, a screw (threaded rod) located below the dial in the internal space and rotating integrally with the dial, and a piston threadedly connected around the screw and moving up and down inside the internal space as the screw rotates.
[0011] However, since the above-mentioned prior arts 1 and 2 do not have a separate refill structure for the inner case, the entire cosmetic container must be discarded after the contents stored in the inner case are all used up, which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment due to the discarded containers.
[0012] Therefore, there has been a need to develop a stick-type cosmetic container that allows some parts of the cosmetic container to be replaced, thereby reducing the economic burden on users and reducing resource waste and environmental pollution, as well as allowing for convenient replacement of such parts. [0013] [Patent Document 1] Korean Patent No. 10-2188196 (Announced on December 9, 2020) [Patent Document 2] Korean Patent No. 10-2279516 (Announced on July 21, 2021) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0014] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a rotary dispenser type cosmetic container in which an inner case is detachably connected to the inside of an outer case, and a rotating member is engaged with the inside of the outer case along the attachment / detachment direction of the inner case, so that the rotating member, the inner case, and components connected thereto can be conveniently separated and replaced from the outer case. [Means for solving the problem]
[0015] In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present invention provides a rotary discharge type cosmetic container including: an outer case having a first fixed connection part; a rotary actuating member rotatably connected to the inside of the outer case and having a first rotary connection part; an inner case detachably connected to the rotary actuating member and containing cosmetic contents therein; a rotary member rotatably connected to the inner case, having a second rotary connection part formed therein and having an outlet on one side; an actuating member connected to the rotary actuating member and rotating relative to the inner case; a lifting member that is screw-connected to the actuating member, moves linearly within the inner case, and has a second fixed connection part formed therein, and a piston that moves up and down together with the lifting member to move the cosmetic contents.
[0016] In addition, an overcap for opening and closing the rotating member is detachably connected to the outer case.
[0017] In addition, the first fixed connection portion of the outer case and the second fixed connection portion of the lifting member are extended along the attachment / detachment direction of the inner case and are engaged with each other to restrict rotation of the lifting member relative to the outer case.
[0018] The first fixed connection portion and the second fixed connection portion are alternately formed to protrude from surfaces of the outer case and the lifting member facing each other, respectively.
[0019] In addition, the rotation operating member and the inner case are respectively formed with a first detachable part and a second detachable part, and the first detachable part and the second detachable part are detachably connected to each other.
[0020] In addition, the first rotational connection part of the rotational actuating member and the second rotational connection part of the rotational member are extended along a direction in which the inner case is attached and detached, and are engaged with each other to transmit the rotational motion of the rotational member to the rotational actuating member.
[0021] The first and second rotational connecting portions are alternately formed to extend over a certain distance in the circumferential and axial directions at ends of the rotation actuating member and the rotating member facing each other, respectively.
[0022] The first and second rotary connection parts are provided at their ends with a first guide inclined surface and a second guide inclined surface, respectively.
[0023] The rotating member is also characterized by having a cutting blade formed thereon for scraping off the surface of the cosmetic contents.
[0024] In addition, during the refilling process of fastening the inner case and the rotational actuating member, the first rotational connecting portion of the rotational actuating member and the second rotational connecting portion of the rotational member are meshed and fitted to each other, and at the same time, the first fixed connecting portion of the outer case and the second fixed connecting portion of the lifting member are meshed and fitted to each other. Effect of the Invention
[0025] According to an embodiment of the present invention, not only is the cosmetic content ejected to the outside by rotating the rotating member, but the amount of cosmetic content ejected can be easily adjusted according to the rotation angle of the rotating member, thereby improving convenience of use.
[0026] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rotating member, the inner case, and the components connected thereto can be conveniently separated and replaced in one go by simply pulling out the rotating member and inserting the inner case relative to the outer case.
[0027] According to the embodiment of the present invention, the inner case, in which the cosmetic contents have been completely used up, can be refilled (replaced with the entire refill container) from the outer case and used again. This refill structure not only reduces the economic burden on the user, but also has the effect of reducing waste of resources. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0032] In the present invention, when a certain part "includes" a certain component, this does not mean that other components are excluded, but that other components may be further included, unless otherwise specified. Hereinafter, a rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0033] FIG. 1 is an oblique view of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded oblique view of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention seen from above, FIG. 3 is an exploded oblique view of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention seen from below, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0034] As shown in the figure, a rotary dispensing type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include an outer case (10), a rotary actuating member (20), an inner case (30), a rotating member (40), an actuating member (50), a lifting member (60), and a piston (70).
[0035] The rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with respect to each of its components.
[0036] The outer case (10) is in the form of a hard cylinder with one side (upper side in the drawing) open and a certain amount of space inside, into which the rotating actuating member (20) and at least a part of the inner case (30) are inserted and joined. The outer case (10) is not limited to a hard cylinder, and may be formed in various shapes or materials in consideration of the type or usability of the cosmetic contents stored therein, or design elements, etc.
[0037] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, a cylindrical or columnar coupling extension part (12) may be formed along the central axis at the center of the inside of the cylindrical cup-shaped outer case (10). The coupling extension part (12) is formed to extend to a certain height from the bottom surface of the outer case (10), and the lifting member (60) is coupled to cover the outside of the coupling extension part (12). The outer case (10) and the lifting member (60) maintain a fixed state together when the inverted cylindrical cup-shaped rotating member (40) is gripped and rotated. A first fixed connection part (12a) in the form of a vertical rib extending in the axial direction is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling extension part (12) to be coupled to the lifting member (60). Here, the first fixed connecting portions (12a) are formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the coupling extension portion (12) so as to be arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. In order to smoothly fit the outer case (10) and the lifting member (60), it is preferable that the first fixed connecting portions (12a) are formed to be pointed toward the end (in FIG. 8, the upper end portion is pointed upward).
[0038] Meanwhile, a fixing body (14) may be inserted and coupled to the inside (on the inner peripheral surface) of the outer case (10). The fixing body (14) is in a ring shape (cylindrical in the drawing) with both sides open, and stably assembles and fixes the inner case (30) to the outer case (10) so that it does not separate from the outer case (10). At least a portion of the fixing body (14) is fixed and coupled to the inside of the outer case (10), and the remaining portion is exposed to the open side of the outer case (10).
[0039] One side (upper side in the figure) of the outer case (10) may further include an inverted cylindrical cup-shaped overcap (80) for opening or closing the rotating member (40). The overcap (80) is detachably fastened to the outer case (10) (outer cylinder portion) or the fixed body (14) so as to cover the rotating member (40), and is separated from the outer case (10) or the fixed body (14) during use to expose the rotating member (40) to the outside, and is connected to the outer case (10) or the fixed body (14) during storage or carrying to protect the rotating member (40). In the rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, the fixed body (14) and the overcap (80) are illustrated as having respective screw threads formed thereon and screwed together, however, this is not limited thereto, and various types of connection structures may be used, such as connection using a protrusion and a groove or recess, forced fitting, undercut connection, etc., as long as the overcap (80) can be easily attached and detached from the fixed body (14).
[0040] The rotary actuating member (20) is rotatably coupled to the inside of the outer case (10) and can rotate the actuating member (50) by rotating together with the rotating member (40). The rotary actuating member (20) transmits the rotational motion of the rotating member (40) to the actuating member (50). An inner case (30) is inserted into the inner space of the rotary actuating member (20) and the actuating member (50) can be fixedly coupled to the center.
[0041] As shown in the partially enlarged view of Fig. 2, the rotary actuating member (20) may be composed of a tubular (particularly cylindrical) outer wall (22), a tubular (particularly cylindrical) inner wall (24) spaced apart from the outer wall (22) at a certain distance inside, and a connecting bottom plate (26) connecting the outer wall (22) and the inner wall (24). At least a part of the inner case (30) is inserted into the space between the outer wall (22) and the inner wall (24), the actuating member (50), the lifting member (60), and the coupling extension part (12) of the outer case (10) are inserted inside the inner wall (24), and the connecting bottom plate (26) is attached to the bottom surface of the outer case (10).
[0042] The rotation actuating member (20) rotates together with the rotation member (40) when the rotation actuating member (20) is gripped and rotated, and a first rotation connecting portion (22a) having a pulse wave shape (specifically, a curved plate shape having an arcuate cross section) is formed at an end (upper end in the figure) of the outer wall (22) of the rotation actuating member (20) to be coupled with the rotation member (40). Here, the first rotation connecting portion (22a) is formed at an end of the outer wall (22) so as to be extended and protrude toward the rotation member (40) (upward in the figure) while being spaced apart at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and it is preferable that at least one first guide inclined surface (22b) is formed at an end (upper end) of the first rotation connecting portion (22a) in order to smoothly fit the rotation actuating member (20) and the rotation member (40).
[0043] A first detachable portion (22c) is formed on the outer wall (22) of the rotation actuating member (20) and can be detachably connected to a second detachable portion (32) of the inner case (30). It is preferable that the first detachable portion (22c) is partially or continuously protruded from the inner peripheral surface of the outer wall (22) of the rotation actuating member (20) in the circumferential direction.
[0044] At least one engaging protrusion (24a) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner wall (24) of the rotary actuating member (20) to be coupled with the actuating member (50), thereby allowing the actuating member (50) to rotate together with the rotary actuating member (20). It is preferable that the engaging protrusions (24a) are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner wall (24) at regular intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0045] Meanwhile, a latch protrusion (28) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotation actuating member (20) so as to protrude outward. As shown in FIG. 4, the latch protrusion (28) is latched to the end of the fixed body (14), thereby preventing the rotation actuating member (20) from coming off the outer case (10).
[0046] The inner case (30) is detachably coupled to the rotating actuation member (20) when inserted into the space inside the outer case (10), and the cosmetic contents can be stored in the inner space. One side of the inner case (30) is open, and the cosmetic contents are moved to the rotating member (40) through the open portion. At this time, the cosmetic contents are moved linearly (along the central axis) by the lifting member (60), and are preferably solid cosmetics whose upper surface is scraped by the rotating member (40).
[0047] As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, a second detachable part (32) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner case (30), and the second detachable part (32) and the first detachable part (22c) can be detachably coupled to each other. The second detachable part (32) is preferably recessed in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the inner case (30). In the rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, the first detachable part (22c) is formed as a protrusion, and the second detachable part (32) is formed as a groove, and these are fitted together, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first detachable part (22c) and the second detachable part (32) may all be formed as protrusions and hooked together. A first fastening protrusion (33) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner case (30) and can be rotatably coupled to the rotating member (40).
[0048] Meanwhile, a lift guide protrusion (34) may be formed to protrude from the inner circumferential surface of the inner case (30). The lift guide protrusion (34) is coupled to the piston (70) (the lift guide groove (74) on the outer circumferential edge of the piston) to prevent the piston (70) and the cosmetic contents from rotating relative to the inner case (30). The lift guide protrusion (34) is preferably formed to extend in the moving direction of the piston (70) (direction along the central axis), and at least a pair of lift guide protrusions are preferably formed and arranged to face each other. A first latch protrusion (36) (a circumferential rib-shaped protrusion in the figure) is formed to protrude from the inner circumferential surface of the inner case (30), and at least a part of the operating member (50) may be attached to the upper surface thereof. As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the cosmetic contents are stored in the space between the upper inner circumferential surface of the outer wall of the inner case (30) and the upper surface of the piston (70). In the illustrated embodiment, the lower part of the inner case (30) has a triple wall, between which the lower cylindrical part of the piston (70) is fitted. As shown in Fig. 4, the latch protrusion (36) is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner wall.
[0049] The rotating member (40) is rotatably connected to the inner case (30) while covering the open portion of the inner case (30), and is grasped and rotated by a user to eject the cosmetic contents contained within the inner case (30) to the outside.
[0050] The rotating member (40) is formed with a discharge surface (42) that is exposed to the outside and comes into direct contact with a cosmetic tool or a user's finger, and the discharge surface (42) may be formed with a discharge port (42a) for discharging the cosmetic contents contained in the inner case (30) to the outside. The discharge surface (42) is formed to be recessed (curved concave in FIG. 4) from the periphery of the rotating member (40) toward the center so that the contents discharged from the inner case (30) do not flow off the periphery of the rotating member (40), and the discharge surface (42a) is preferably a linear hole that extends from the center of the discharge surface (42) to the periphery. Here, either side wall of the discharge port (42a) may be formed to be inclined at a certain angle (for example, 5 to 60 degrees from the vertical direction) toward the rotation direction of the rotating member (40) in order to smoothly discharge the cosmetic contents. In the rotary-dispensing type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention, the discharge outlet (42a) is shown as being in a linear shape extending long on the discharge surface (42), but this is not limited to this, and the shape, number, or position of the discharge outlet (42a) may be changed in various ways within a range that allows the cosmetic contents to be easily discharged to the outside.
[0051] The rotating member (40) may be formed with a cutting blade (42b) that scrapes the surface of the cosmetic contents while rotating. The cutting blade (42b) is a linear protrusion extending from the center of the rotating member (40) (directly below the center of the discharge surface (42)) to the periphery, and is formed adjacent to the discharge port (42a) and protrudes toward the cosmetic contents contained in the inner case (30) located below it, and may be formed to extend in the same direction as the discharge port (42a). Here, the cutting blade (42b) is preferably formed so as to become sharper (tapered) toward its end (tip) and to be inclined toward the rotation direction of the rotating member (40) (for example, at an angle of 5 to 60 degrees from the vertical) in order to smoothly grind the surface of the cosmetic contents for discharge.
[0052] A rib-shaped second fastening protrusion (43) extending a predetermined length in the circumferential direction is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating member (40) and can be rotatably hooked and coupled to the first fastening protrusion (33) of the inner case (30). Of course, either one of the first fastening protrusion (33) and the second fastening protrusion (43) can be formed as a groove and can be rotatably fitted to each other.
[0053] Meanwhile, the rotating member (40) is fixed and coupled to the rotating actuating member (20) to rotate the rotating actuating member (20), and a pulse-wave-shaped second rotating connection portion (44) is formed at an end (lower end in the drawing) of the rotating member (40) and each of them may be fitted between the pulse-wave-shaped first rotating connection portions (22a) of the rotating actuating member (20). The first rotating connection portion (22a) and the second rotating connection portion (44) are formed to extend along the mounting / detaching direction of the inner case (30) and engage with each other to transmit the rotational motion of the rotating member (40) to the rotating actuating member (20). The first rotating connection portion (22a) and the second rotating connection portion (44) may be formed to extend over a certain section in the circumferential direction alternately at the ends of the rotating actuating member (20) and the rotating member (40) facing each other, respectively. Here, it is preferable that the second rotational coupling parts (44) are formed at the end of the rotating member (40) at regular intervals in the circumferential direction and extend toward the rotation actuating member (20). At least one second guide inclined surface (44a) is formed on each end of the second rotational coupling part (44), and the second guide inclined surface (44a) guides the assembly direction so that the second rotational coupling part (44) is smoothly fitted between the first rotational coupling parts (22a) when the rotation actuating member (20) and the rotating member (40) are coupled together.
[0054] Meanwhile, the inner case 30 and the rotating member 40 may further include a rotation direction control structure for controlling the rotation direction of the rotating member 40. That is, by adding a rotation direction control structure to each of the inner case 30 and the rotating member 40, the rotating member 40 is rotated only in the ascending direction of the lifting member 60 and is prevented from rotating in the descending direction of the lifting member 60, thereby increasing the convenience of use. For example, a one-way rotation protrusion (not shown) that transmits rotation in only one direction like a ratchet gear (a gear that transmits rotation in only one direction and does not transmit motion in the opposite direction) may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner case 30 and the inner circumferential surface of the rotating member 40, respectively, so that they may be meshed with each other.
[0055] The actuating member (50) is in the form of a cylinder with both sides open, and is disposed in the inner space of the outer case (10). It is connected to the rotating actuating member (20) and, as it rotates therewith, moves the lifting member (60) linearly.
[0056] 4, the actuating member (50) may be inserted into the center of the rotary actuating member (20) and the inner case (30) and fixedly coupled to the rotary actuating member (20). At least one fitting recess (54) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the actuating member (50), into which the fitting protrusion (24a) of the rotary actuating member (20) is inserted, thereby allowing the actuating member (50) to rotate together with the rotary actuating member (20). The fitting recesses (54) are preferably recessed and spaced at regular intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the actuating member (50). A rib-shaped second latch protrusion (56) extending circumferentially for a certain range is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the operating member (50), and as the operating member (50) is attached to the upper surface of the first latch protrusion (36) of the inner case (30), it can rotate stably without shaking relative to the inner case (30). Furthermore, when the inner case (30) is refilled, the operating member (50) can be separated from the rotating operating member (20) as it moves together with the inner case (30).
[0057] The actuating member (50) is connected to the lifting member (60) while covering the outside of the same. A screw thread is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the actuating member (50) and a screw thread is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lifting member (60), so that they can be screwed together.
[0058] The lifting member (60) is screw-connected to the operating member (50) and moves linearly within the internal space of the inner case (30), and pushes up the cosmetic contents into the open portion of the inner case (30) in proportion to the rotation angle of the rotating member (40).
[0059] 2 and 3, the lifting member 60 may be formed of a hollow coupling part 62 having a screw thread formed on its outer circumferential surface and screw-coupled to the operating member 50, and a support part 64 extending outward from an end (upper end in the figure) of the coupling part 62 to come into close contact with one side of the piston 70 and push up the piston 70. Of course, the coupling part 62 and the support part 64 may be integrally injection molded, or may be separately injection molded and the coupling part 62 may be fixedly coupled to the center of the support part 64.
[0060] The outer peripheral surface of the coupling portion (62) is formed with a screw thread, which can be screw-coupled with the screw thread formed on the inner peripheral surface of the actuating member (50). The coupling portion (62) is fixedly coupled to the outside of the coupling extension portion (12) of the outer case (10), and the inner peripheral surface of the coupling portion (62) is formed with a second fixed connection portion (62a) as a plateau-shaped protrusion extending in the axial direction, which is engaged with the first fixed connection portion (12a) of the outer case (10) as a plateau-shaped protrusion also extending in the axial direction. The first fixed connection portion (12a) and the second fixed connection portion (62a) are extended in the attachment / detachment direction of the inner case (30), and are engaged with each other to restrict the rotation of the lifting member (60) relative to the outer case (10). The first fixed connection parts (12a) and the second fixed connection parts (62a) may be alternately formed to protrude from the opposing surfaces of the outer case (10) and the lifting member (60), respectively. Here, the second fixed connection parts (62a) are formed to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the coupling part (62) at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and it is preferable that the second fixed connection parts (62a) are tapered toward the ends (the lower ends are tapered downward) so that the second fixed connection parts (62a) can easily enter the spaces between the first fixed connection parts (12a).
[0061] Meanwhile, the support portion (64) is formed with a latch recess (64a) to be coupled with the piston (70), and the latch recess (64a) may be formed in a number at regular intervals along the periphery of the support portion (64).
[0062] The piston (70) is disposed in the inner space of the inner case (30) and moves the cosmetic contents to the discharge port (42a) as it is raised and lowered together with the lifting member (60).
[0063] The piston (70) has a contact portion (72) formed on its periphery to be in contact with the inner wall of the inner case (30), and the contact portion (72) has a lift guide groove (74) formed therein to be engaged with the lift guide protrusion (34) of the inner case (30), and a hook protrusion (76) formed on the inside of the piston (70) to be engaged with the hook groove (64a) of the lift member (60). As a result, the piston (70) and the cosmetic contents can stably move linearly along the lift guide protrusion (34) within the inner case (30) without rotating.
[0064] As described above, in the refilling process in which the inner case (30) and the rotation actuating member (20) of the rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention are separated and fastened, the first rotation connecting portion (22a) of the rotation actuating member (20) and the second rotation connecting portion (44) of the rotation member (40) are fitted together so as to mesh with each other, and at the same time, the first fixed connecting portion (12a) of the outer case (10) and the second fixed connecting portion (62a) of the lifting member (60) are fitted together so as to mesh with each other. Therefore, the amount of cosmetic content dispensed can be easily adjusted by changing the rotation angle of the rotating member (40), improving the convenience of use. Not only can the inner case (30) that has been completely used up of cosmetic content be removed from the outer case (10) and replaced or refilled, reducing the economic burden on the user and waste of resources, but also the rotating member (40), inner case (30) and components connected thereto can be conveniently separated and replaced all at once by pulling out the rotating member (40) from the outer case (10) or inserting the inner case (30).
[0065] 5 to 8 are diagrams illustrating the operating process and refilling process of the rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the use and refilling process of the rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to these figures.
[0066] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which a cosmetic container is rotated according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which a cosmetic container is operated according to one embodiment of the present invention to eject the cosmetic contents to the outside, FIG. 7 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which an inner case of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention is separated, and FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which an inner case of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention is inserted.
[0067] In order to use the rotary dispenser type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention, the overcap (80) is separated from the outer case (10) or the fixed body (14) to expose the rotary member (40) to the outside.
[0068] 5, when the rotating member (40) is rotated in one direction relative to the outer case (10), the rotating actuating member (20) coupled to the rotating member (40) and the actuating member (50) connected to the rotating actuating member (20) rotate together, while the rotation of the lifting member (60) is restricted by the coupling extension part (12) of the outer case (10). As a result, the lifting member (60) screw-coupled to the actuating member (50) gradually moves upward in proportion to the section by which the rotating member (40) is rotated, and as the piston (70) is lifted by the lifting member (60), the cosmetic contents are pushed up toward the discharge port (42a) of the rotating member (40).
[0069] At the same time, as the cutting blade (42b) of the rotating member (40) rotates, it scrapes off the upper surface of the cosmetic contents, and as shown in Figure 6, the cosmetic contents scraped off by the cutting blade (42b) are discharged through the discharge opening (42a).
[0070] The cosmetic contents discharged onto the discharge surface (42) of the rotating member (40) are then pressed against the skin with a makeup tool such as a puff (not shown) and applied evenly to the skin. After application of makeup is completed, the overcap (70) is placed over the rotating member (40) and is connected to the outer case (10) or fixed body (14) for storage or carrying.
[0071] On the other hand, when the cosmetic contents contained in the inner case (30) have been used up, the inner case (30) is replaced and used. As shown in Fig. 7, the rotating member (40) is grasped and pulled out from the outer case (10) to separate the parts connected to the rotating member (40), i.e., the inner case (30), the actuating member (50), the lifting member (60) and the piston (70). At this time, the fastening between the first detachable part (22c) of the rotating actuating member (20) and the second detachable part (32) of the inner case (30) is released, and the second rotating connection part (44) of the rotating member (40) is removed from the first rotating connection part (22a) of the rotating actuating member (20), and at the same time, the second fixed connection part (62a) of the lifting member (60) is removed from the first fixed connection part (12a) of the outer case (10).
[0072] Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, the inner case (30) connected to the rotating member (40), the operating member (50), the lifting member (60), and the piston (70) are completely separated from the outer case (10), and then replacement is performed by inserting new rotating member (40), inner case (30), the operating member (50) connected to the inner case (30), the lifting member (60), and the piston (70) into the internal space of the outer case (10). At this time, the second rotating connecting portion (44) of the rotating member (40) is inserted between the first rotating connecting portions (22a) of the rotating actuating member (20), and at the same time, the second fixed connecting portion (62a) of the lifting member (60) is inserted between the first fixed connecting portions (12a) of the outer case (10), and continuously, the first detachable portion (22c) of the rotating actuating member (20) and the second detachable portion (32) of the inner case (30) are fastened together.
[0073] As described above, the present description has been given using specific details such as specific components and limited embodiments and drawings, but these are merely provided to aid in a more general understanding of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those with general knowledge in the field to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and variations from such descriptions.
