DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0012] A container 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention will now be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the storage box 10 of this embodiment is composed of an outer box 11 and a two-component oxidation hair dye set 12 stored within the outer box 11.
[0013] (Oxidation Hair Dye Set 12) 3 and 4, the two-part oxidation hair dye set 12 is composed of a tube container 13 that contains the first part, a bottle container 15 that contains the second part 14 as a liquid during storage, and a comb nozzle 16 as a discharge nozzle. From the first part and the second part 14, an oxidation hair dye composition is prepared as a liquid having a viscosity higher than that of water during use.
[0014] The bottle container 15 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom, having a cylindrical portion 15a for accommodating the second agent 14, and an opening 15b as a discharge port in the center of a shoulder portion having a reduced diameter at the upper end. When the bottle container 15 is stored, a lid 17 is attached to the opening 15b.
[0015] The comb nozzle 16 is composed of a mounting part 16a having an opening for mounting to the bottle container 15 during use, and a comb part 16b having an array of a plurality of flat comb teeth 19. A liquid passage (not shown) is formed inside the comb nozzle 16. An outlet 19a is formed on each side of the tip of each comb tooth 19, and communicates with the internal liquid passage. When in use, the comb nozzle 16 is mounted to the opening 15b of the bottle container 15 via the mounting part 16a, and then the oxidative hair dye composition that flows in from the opening is discharged to the outside from the outlet 19a through the liquid passage.
[0016] The first agent is appropriately prepared by mixing known components such as an oxidizing agent, an alkaline agent, a surfactant, an oil component, a water-soluble polymer, a solvent, etc. The second agent 14 is appropriately prepared by mixing known components such as an oxidizing agent, a surfactant, an oil component, a water-soluble polymer, a solvent, etc.
[0017] The first agent and the second agent 14 are mixed at the time of use to prepare an oxidative hair dye composition as a mixture. The viscosity of the mixture may be any viscosity that exceeds that of water at 25°C at the time of use. In view of the purpose of the storage box 10 of the present invention, the upper limit of the viscosity of the mixture is preferably a viscosity at which the mixture flows down the wall due to gravity. More specifically, the viscosity is preferably from 1 mPa·s to 50,000 mPa·s, and more preferably from 100 mPa·s to 20,000 mPa·s. The viscosity can be determined, for example, using a B-type viscometer under measurement conditions of 25°C and 1 minute.
[0018] (Outer box 11) 1 to 4, outer box 11 has four side walls consisting of a pair of opposing long walls 11a, 11b on the front and rear sides and a pair of opposing short walls 11c, 11d on the left and right sides. Outer box 11 is further formed into a rectangular box shape by a bottom plate 11e that closes the lower ends of the four side walls and a top plate 11f that closes the upper ends.
[0019] 1 and 2, a first perforation 21 is formed in the approximate center of the top plate 11f of the outer box 11 as a first opening assist line capable of forming a first hole 20 that is opened during use. The first perforation 21 is composed of a semicircular arc portion 21a and two straight portions 21b and 21c that extend parallel to the longitudinal direction of the outer box 11 from the ends of the semicircular arc portion 21a. A first straight fold line 22 is formed by folding at the other ends of the two straight portions 21b and 21c. The first fold line 22 is formed parallel to the short side direction of the outer box 11 so as to connect the ends of the two straight portions 21b and 21c.
[0020] The first hole 20 is opened in a tunnel shape by a semicircular portion 20a that is opened by cutting along the semicircular arc portion 21a, and a square portion 20b that is opened between two straight portions 21b, 21c. When the first perforations 21 are all cut away, a first tongue piece 23 is formed as a cut piece that is connected to the outer box 11 via the first fold line 22. The first tongue piece 23 has the same shape as the first hole 20.
[0021] The inner diameter of the first hole 20 has a vertical width L1 parallel to the short side direction and a horizontal width L2 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the outer box 11. The horizontal width L2 is the same as the inclination direction of the bottle container 15 when the bottle container 15 is supported upside down at an angle.
[0022] In order to support the bottle container 15 in an upright position, the vertical width L1 is preferably equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the horizontal cross section of the cylindrical portion 15a of the bottle container 15. In order to stably support the bottle container 15 in an upright position, the upper limit of the vertical width L1 is preferably 1.2 times or less, and more preferably 1.1 times or less, of the outer diameter of the horizontal cross section of the cylindrical portion 15a of the bottle container 15.
[0023] The lower limit of the length of the horizontal width L2 is greater than the vertical width L1 from the viewpoint of supporting the bottle container 15 in an inverted state at an incline. The lower limit of the ratio of the length of the horizontal width L2 to the length of the vertical width L1 is appropriately set in consideration of the overall length, weight, shape, etc. of the bottle container 15 to be inverted and the nozzle inserted therein from the viewpoint of supporting the bottle container 15 in an inverted state at an incline in a stable manner. Specifically, it is preferably 1.1 or more, more preferably 1.3 or more, and even more preferably 1.5 or more. The upper limit of the ratio of the length of the horizontal width L2 to the length of the vertical width L1 is appropriately set in consideration of the overall length, weight, shape, etc. of the bottle container 15 to be inverted and the nozzle inserted therein from the viewpoint of supporting the bottle container 15 in an inverted state. Specifically, it is preferably 3 or less, more preferably 2.5 or less, and even more preferably 2 or less.
[0024] A straight second fold line 24 parallel to the short side direction of the outer box 11 is formed by folding on the surface of the first tongue piece 23. The second fold line 24 is formed so as to connect point P, which is a point approximately in the center of the straight line portion 21b of the first perforation 21, and point Q, which is a point approximately in the center of the straight line portion 21c.
[0025] Among the first perforations 21 as the first opening assisting line, the semicircular arc portion 21a and the perforations from the end of the semicircular arc portion 21a to point P of the straight line portion 21b and point Q of the straight line portion 21c constitute a second perforation 25 as the second opening assisting line. A tunnel-shaped second hole 26 is opened by a semicircular portion 26a opened along the semicircular arc portion 21a and a square portion 26b opened between the end of the semicircular arc portion 21a to point P of the straight line portion 21b and point Q of the straight line portion 21c. The second hole 26 forms a part of the first hole 20.
[0026] When the second perforation 25 is cut off, a second tongue piece 27 is formed as a cut-out piece that is connected to the outer box 11 via the second fold line 24. The second tongue piece 27 has the same shape as the second hole 26 and constitutes a part of the first tongue piece 23.
[0027] The inner diameter of the second hole 26 has a vertical width L1 parallel to the short side direction of the outer box 11 and a horizontal width L3 parallel to the long side direction. The vertical width L1 is the same as the length of the first hole 20 in the short side direction. The lower limit of the horizontal width L3 is preferably equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the horizontal cross section of the cylindrical portion 15a of the bottle container 15 in order to support the bottle container 15 in an upright and erect state. The upper limit of the horizontal width L3 is preferably 1.2 times or less, more preferably 1.1 times or less, of the outer diameter of the horizontal cross section of the cylindrical portion 15a of the bottle container 15 in order to stably support the bottle container 15 in an upright and erect state.
[0028] (How to use storage box 10) First, the two-part oxidation hair dye set 12 contained in the outer box 11 is taken out. 5, the second perforation 25 is cut and the second fold line 24 is folded in a mountain fold, so that the second tongue piece 27 is folded downward via the second fold line 24. As a result, a second hole 26 is opened on the upper plate 11f.
[0029] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the bottle container 15 is inserted into the second hole 26 with the lid 17 removed, and is supported upright relative to the outer box 11. With the bottle container 15 supported upright relative to the outer box 11, the first agent is poured into the bottle container 15 from the tube container 13. The bottle container 15 is removed from the outer box 11, and the lid 17 is then attached again. Thereafter, the first agent and the second agent 14 are shaken and mixed in the bottle container 15, and an oxidation hair dye composition is prepared as a mixture having a predetermined viscosity. Thereafter, a comb nozzle 16 is attached to the opening of the bottle container 15, and the product is applied to hair in the usual manner.
[0030] Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the remaining portion of the first perforation 21 is cut off, and the first fold line 22 is folded in a mountain fold, so that the first tongue 23 is folded downward through the first fold line 22. As a result, the first hole 20 is opened on the upper plate 11f. At that time, the second fold line 24 formed on the first tongue 23 is folded back from a mountain fold to a valley fold. In the first tongue 23, a recess is formed in the outer box 11 with the second fold line 24 as a valley fold, so that a step is formed between the second tongue 27 and the remaining portion with the second fold line 24 as a boundary. When the remaining amount of the oxidative hair dye composition in the bottle container 15 is reduced by the hair dyeing process, the bottle container 15 is supported upside down at an incline to the first hole 20, as shown below.
[0031] As shown in Figs. 9 and 10, after the bottle container 15 is inserted into the first hole 20, the tips of the comb teeth 19 of the comb nozzle 16 are arranged to face the upper surface of the first tongue piece 23 folded downward. The tips of the comb teeth 19 of the comb nozzle 16 abut against the step portion of the second folding line 24. When the bottle container 15 is tilted upside down, the outer circumferential surface located below the cylindrical portion 15a abuts against the semicircular arc portion 21a of the first hole 20. The bottle container 15 with the comb nozzle 16 attached is supported upside down in the first hole 20, tilted along the longitudinal direction of the outer box 11. Residue 28 of the oxidative hair dye composition in the bottle container 15 flows down toward the opening 15b of the bottle container 15 due to gravity.
[0032] Next, the operation of the storage box 10 of this embodiment will be described. In the storage box 10, a first hole 20 having a vertical width L1 and a horizontal width L2 through which the bottle container 15 can be inserted is formed in the upper plate 11f of the outer box 11. The first hole 20 is configured such that the length of the horizontal width L2 exceeds the vertical width L1.
[0033] When the amount of the oxidative hair dye composition remaining in the bottle container 15 becomes small through use, the bottle container 15 is inserted into the first hole 20 from the comb nozzle 16 side. The bottle container 15 then falls over in the first hole 20 along the lateral direction, which is the longer length. Furthermore, the semicircular arc portion 21a of the first hole 20 comes into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 15a of the bottle container 15, so that the bottle container 15 is stably supported in an inclined, upside-down state. Residue 28 of the oxidative hair dye composition in the bottle container 15 supported in an inclined, upside-down state on the outer box 11 flows down the inner wall surface toward the opening 15b of the bottle container 15 due to gravity.
[0034] The effects of the container 10 of this embodiment will be described. (1) The upper plate 11f of the outer box 11 of this embodiment is formed with a first hole 20 through which the bottle container 15 is inserted and supported in an inclined inverted state. The inner diameter of the first hole 20 has a vertical width L1 and a horizontal width L2, and is configured so that the horizontal width L2 is longer than the vertical width L1. When the bottle container 15 is supported in an inverted inclined state by the first hole 20, the residue 28 of the oxidative hair dye composition in the bottle container 15 flows down along the inner wall surface toward the opening 15b of the bottle container 15 due to gravity. Therefore, the residue 28 of the oxidative hair dye composition accumulated on the bottom surface of the bottle container 15 can be brought close to the vicinity of the opening 15b simply by inserting the bottle container 15 into the first hole 20 and supporting it in an inverted inclined state and then leaving it. Therefore, the configuration of the outer box 11 of this embodiment makes it possible to easily remove the contents in the bottle container 15.
[0035] In particular, even if the liquid filled in the bottle container 15 has a high viscosity, there is no need to hold the bottle container 15 upside down in one's hand for a long time or to forcefully shake the container with the opening pointing downward. By simply leaving the bottle container 15 in an upside-down state tilted toward the first hole 20 of the outer box 11, the liquid accumulated in the bottom portion of the bottle container 15 can be easily removed without contaminating the surroundings. In addition, the content can be used up to the very last drop, which contributes to optimizing the content volume.
[0036] (2) For example, if a bottle container 15 containing contents is supported vertically in an inverted state in the outer box 11 and left as it is, the contents in the bottle container 15 may leak out of the container without being noticed and may cause significant contamination inside the outer box 11. Due to the shape of the first hole 20, the bottle container 15 is supported in an inverted state inclined to the outer box 11. This makes it possible to reduce the leakage of the contents out of the bottle container 15 and the contamination inside the outer box 11. In addition, by adjusting the angle of inclination or providing a shoulder configuration near the opening 15b, it is possible to further reduce the leakage of the contents out of the bottle container 15 when inverted and the contamination inside the outer box 11 without affecting normal removal of the contents.
[0037] (3) When the ratio of the horizontal width L2 to the vertical width L1 of the first hole 20 is 1.1 or more, the first hole 20 makes it easy to support the bottle container 15 in an inverted state tilted relative to the outer box 11.
[0038] (4) When the bottle container 15 is supported in an inverted tilted state on the outer box 11, the comb teeth 19 having the discharge outlet 19a are disposed on the outer surface of the first tongue piece 23 that is folded into the outer box 11. As a result, even if the contents spill out of the bottle container 15 when the bottle container 15 is supported in an inverted tilted state on the outer box 11, the contents can be received on the first tongue piece 23. This further reduces contamination inside the outer box 11.
[0039] (5) When the first tongue piece 23 is formed by cutting off the first perforation 21, the first tongue piece 23 is connected to the outer box 11 via the first fold line 22. Therefore, separation of waste from the outer box 11 can be reduced.
[0040] (6) The bottle container 15 can be stably supported upright relative to the outer box 11 by being inserted into the second hole 26, which has an area smaller than that of the first hole 20. This prevents the bottle container 15 from falling over when using the bottle container 15 or when putting a preparation into the container.
[0041] (7) When the bottle container 15 is inserted through the second hole 26 and supported upright, the second tongue 27 is folded downward via the second folding line 24. Therefore, the second tongue 27 folded downward can support the bottle container 15 upright more stably by a horizontal return pressure about the second folding line 24.
[0042] (8) When the second tongue piece 27 is formed by cutting off the second perforation 25, it is connected to the outer box 11 via the second fold line 24. Therefore, separation of waste from the outer box 11 can be reduced.
[0043] (9) The first tongue 23 is configured to include a part of the second tongue 27. Therefore, when the second hole 26 is formed by cutting out the second perforation 25, a part of the first hole 20 is already opened by cutting out a part of the first perforation 21. Therefore, the work of forming the first hole 20 can be performed more efficiently than when the first hole 20 is newly formed from scratch after the second hole 26 is formed. Also, the first hole 20 and the second hole 26 can be formed while effectively utilizing the limited space in the upper plate 11f.
[0044] (10) When the bottle container 15 is supported in an inverted tilted state on the outer box 11, the tips of the comb teeth 19 are arranged to abut against the step portion of the second folding line 24 so that the arrangement direction of the second folding line 24 on the first tongue piece 23 coincides with that of the multiple comb teeth 19. Therefore, the bottle container 15 in an inverted tilted state is less likely to come off the first hole 20, and the bottle container 15 can be supported more stably in an inverted tilted state. In addition, since the tip portions of the comb teeth 19 can be easily positioned within the first hole 20, operability can be improved when supporting the bottle container 15 in an inverted tilted state on the outer box 11.
[0045] (11) When the bottle container 15 is supported in an inverted state tilted on the outer box 11, the bottle container 15 is supported so that the outer peripheral surface of the bottle container 15 is aligned with the semicircular arc portion 21a of the first hole 20. Therefore, the bottle container 15 can be more stably supported in an inverted state tilted on the first hole 20.
[0046] The above embodiment may be modified as follows: The above embodiment and the following modifications may be combined with each other to the extent that no technical contradiction occurs. The material constituting the outer box 11 is not particularly limited, and examples of the material include paper, synthetic resin, a laminated structure combining a plurality of these, etc. In addition, a metal layer such as aluminum may be laminated on a part of the material, or a treatment such as metal deposition may be applied.
[0047] The outer surface side of the first tongue is preferably covered with a synthetic resin layer. With this configuration, even if liquid as the contents adheres to the first tongue 23, it is possible to reduce the breakage, weakening, contamination, etc. of the material due to the liquid.
[0048] In the above embodiment, the bottle container 15 filled with liquid is tilted and supported upside down to facilitate removal of the liquid accumulated at the bottom of the container. The bottle container may be filled with a liquid having a viscosity higher than that of water when in use. For example, the liquid may have a low viscosity when stored, and a high viscosity liquid may be prepared by mixing with another agent when in use. Also, a powder composition may be packaged in the outer box 11, and a high viscosity liquid may be prepared by mixing with a solvent such as water when in use.
[0049] A second perforation 25 as a second opening assisting line capable of forming a second hole 26 is formed in the upper plate 11f of the outer box 11 so as to include a part of the first perforation 21 as the first opening assisting line. The second perforation 25 may be formed in a location different from the first perforation 21.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 11, a storage box 29 is exemplified in which a second opening assisting line is formed inside the first opening assisting line. In this configuration, a first perforation 31 is formed in a U-shape as a first opening assisting line capable of forming a first hole 30 on the upper plate 11f of the outer box 11. When the first perforation 31 is cut off, a first tongue piece 33 is formed that is connected to the outer box 11 via a first fold line 32. A second perforation 35 is formed inside the first perforation 31 as a second opening assisting line that is capable of forming a second hole 34 that is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the horizontal cross section of the cylindrical portion 15a of the bottle container 15. When the second perforation 35 is cut off, a second tongue piece 37 is formed that is connected to the outer box 11 via a second fold line 36. Furthermore, a third fold line 38 may be formed on the first tongue piece 33. The first tongue piece 33 is folded downward via the first folding line 32, and the third folding line 38 is folded in a valley fold. When the bottle container 15 is tilted and supported upside down, the tips of the comb teeth 19 come into contact with the third folding line 38.
[0051] Even in this configuration, the bottle container 15 can be supported in an upright, upright state at the second hole 34, and further the bottle container 15 can be supported in an inverted, tilted state at the first hole 30.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 12, a storage box 39 may be adopted in which a first opening assist line and a second opening assist line that can be cut off like a double door are formed on the upper plate 11f. In this configuration, a first perforation 41 is formed in a U-shape as a first opening assist line that can form a first hole 40 on the upper plate 11f of the outer box 11. When the first perforation 41 is cut off, a first tongue piece 43 is formed that is connected to the outer box 11 via a first fold line 42 at one end side of the first hole 40. A first tongue piece 45 is formed that is connected to the outer box 11 via a first fold line 44 at the other end side. When the bottle container 15 is supported in an upright state, the second hole can be formed by folding down either the left or right first tongue piece. The first perforation 41 is cut all over, and the two first tongue pieces 43, 45 are folded down via the first fold lines 42, 44 to form the first hole 40.
[0053] In the above embodiment, the bottle container 15 with the comb nozzle 16 attached thereto is inserted into the first hole 20, and then the tips of the comb teeth 19 of the comb nozzle 16 are arranged to face the upper surface of the downwardly folded first tongue piece 23. As a result, the bottle container 15 with the comb nozzle 16 attached thereto is supported upside down inclined along the longitudinal direction of the outer box 11 within the first hole 20. However, the inclination direction of the bottle container 15 within the first hole 20 may be in any direction as long as the bottle container 15 can be stably supported upside down inclined by the outer box 11.
[0054] 13, the bottle container 15 may be tilted in the opposite direction to the tilt direction of the bottle container 15 in FIG. 10, that is, in a direction approximately parallel to the downwardly bent first tongue piece 23. Even in this configuration, the bottle container 15 can be stably tilted and supported upside down on the outer box 11 within the first hole 20.
[0055] The first hole 20 and the second hole 26 may be formed at any position on the upper plate 11f as long as they can support the bottle container 15. Furthermore, the shapes of the first hole 20 and the second hole 26 are not particularly limited as long as they can support the bottle container 15. From the viewpoint of supporting the bottle container 15 more stably, it is preferable to form the first hole 20 and the second hole 26 in accordance with the contact portion with the bottle container 15.
[0056] An opening groove for inserting a finger to open the first hole 20 and the second hole 26 may be formed near the first hole 20 and the second hole 26. Note that if the opening groove does not directly contribute to supporting the bottle container, it is not included in the length of the inner diameter of the first hole 20 or the second hole 26.
[0057] The storage box 10 may be configured such that the first tongue 23 and the second tongue 27 are cut out from the outer box 11 . The storage box 10 may be formed with the first hole 20 and the first tongue 23, and the second hole 26 and the second tongue 27 may be omitted.
[0058] In the above embodiment, the first opening assisting line is configured by a perforation formed by a broken line cut. However, the first opening assisting line is not particularly limited as long as it is configured to be able to be opened by cutting. For example, it may be formed by a folding line, thinning, gluing or sealing the opening part, etc.
[0059] The field to which this embodiment is applicable is not particularly limited, and can be applied as long as it includes a container filled with a liquid and a container box including an outer box that the container is housed in. The type of contents is also not particularly limited, and may be a cosmetic composition, a quasi-drug, an external skin preparation, a food product, a pharmaceutical product, a chemical product, etc.
[0060] Examples of cosmetic compositions, quasi-drugs, or skin topicals include, but are not limited to, cleansing agents, beauty essences, facial cleansers, lotions, milky lotions, pack cosmetics, body soaps, body care products, deodorant cosmetics, fragrance cosmetics, anti-wrinkle cosmetics, anti-acne care compositions, hand care cosmetics, sunscreens, foundations, nail polishes, nail polish removers, and other skin cosmetic compositions, shampoos, rinses, treatments, conditioners, hair growth agents, hair dyes, bleaches, bleaching agents, permanent agents, hair styling agents, and other scalp or hair cosmetic compositions, mouthwashes, mouth sprays, and other oral compositions, etc. Examples of foods include, but are not limited to, beverages, soups, jellies, seasonings, and the like.
[0061] The dosage form of the contents is a liquid that has a viscosity greater than that of water when used, but in this invention, liquids also include dosage forms that are emulsion-like, gel-like, jelly-like, etc., that can flow down the wall due to gravity.
[0062] Next, the technical ideas that can be understood from the above-described embodiment and other examples will be described below. (i) A method of using the storage box, comprising: forming a first hole by cutting the first opening assisting line; inserting a container containing residual liquid of a liquid having a viscosity greater than that of water into the first hole; supporting the container upside down at an angle; and moving the residual liquid near the opening of the container.
[0063] (b) A method of using the storage box, in which a second hole is formed by cutting the second opening assisting line before cutting the first opening assisting line, and the container is supported in an upright position in the second hole.
[0064] (c) The container, wherein the liquid is a cosmetic composition. (iv) The container box, wherein the outer surface of the first tongue is covered with a synthetic resin layer. [Explanation of symbols]
