Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle lift mounting device that accommodates a recess in the passenger compartment or luggage compartment floor of a vehicle. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, due to various demands, vehicle interior layouts have become more diverse and complex, and as a result, the floors of vehicles have become lower and the floors of the vehicle interior or luggage compartment have become uneven, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the flat surfaces on which a vehicle lift can be installed are decreasing.

[0003] In particular, if the vehicle lift is mounted on a flat surface within the mounting range as shown in FIG. 11, the effective width of the vehicle lift will be narrowed, and the product will lose its effectiveness as a vehicle lift.

[0004] Furthermore, if the width is increased to make the product effective as a vehicle lift, as shown in Figure 12, there is no support under the left and right drive cylinder mechanisms, which are the arm supports that receive the most weight for the vehicle lift, so the lift installation strength cannot be secured and the product would not be viable. [0061] The right side base 4b is attached to the right side recess 3b of the luggage compartment floor 2b of the vehicle 2 by fastening it to the vehicle shell 2c using a right side base fastening bolt 14b in a similar configuration to the left side base 4a.

[0062] As described above, an embodiment of a deployment structure for the vehicle lift mounting device 1 of the present invention in which it is deployed on the luggage compartment floor 2b of the vehicle 2 has been explained. However, as another embodiment, it can also be deployed on the passenger compartment floor 2a of the vehicle 2 in the same structure as the deployment structure in which a vehicle lift, with one side of the vehicle 2 as the platform entrance / exit, is deployed on the luggage compartment floor 2b. [Industrial Applicability]

[0063] Conventionally, bumps and recesses have been formed due to the layout of the passenger compartment floor or luggage compartment floor and for the purpose of increasing the strength of the vehicle body, but in the present invention, these are utilized as storage areas for vehicle mounting components for installing a vehicle lift for heavy loads, so that they do not cause any drawbacks and also have the effect of reinforcing the vehicle.

[0064] By installing the left base in the left recess of the passenger compartment floor or the luggage compartment floor and the right base in the right recess, the installation width of the vehicle lift can be expanded, making it possible to install the vehicle lift with the same flat width as before.

[0065] The left and right pedestals can be installed in a robust structure using simple construction procedures in the left and right recesses provided in the vehicle interior floor or the luggage compartment floor. [Explanation of symbols]
