Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a lighting device that is attached to the bottom surface of glasses, bottles, etc., and emits light to illuminate glasses, bottles, and other drinking vessels, as well as beverages, thereby improving their aesthetic appearance. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, an invention of a coaster with a light-emitting function that is placed under a cup and lights up the cup and drink by using a switch that utilizes the weight of the cup is known (see Patent Document 1). Also, an invention in which a countless number of light bulbs are spaced apart on a series of electric cords is known (see Patent Document 2). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 5-245031 [Patent Document 2] JP 2002-260405 A DISCLOSURE OF THEINVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] (i) Because the coaster emits light by itself, when you bring a cup to your mouth or carry it around, the distance between the coaster and the cup increases, and the lighting does not have a consistent effect on the cup and beverage. (b) Since the coaster body contains an internal structure including a light-emitting diode, battery, and circuit board, there is a risk of malfunction due to moisture entering the coaster when washing it, and even if the surface becomes dirty, it can only be wiped off. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] The lighting device of the present invention comprises a support having a light source mounted thereon, and a transparent adhesive layer provided on the upper surface of the support, and can be attached and detached by attaching the upper surface of the transparent adhesive layer to an object. Effect of the Invention
[0006] (i) Because the main unit is attached to the bottom of a glass or other object, the relationship between the glass and the lighting fixture remains constant even when the glass is placed on the floor and brought to its mouth or carried around, and the effect of the lighting fixture on the glass or other object remains constant. (b) The circuit board, including the electrical components that could cause the malfunction, can be removed, and the support that forms the surface of the main body can be washed with water and is therefore clean. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0007] [Figure 1] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a lighting fixture according to the present invention; [Diagram 2] 1 is a cross-sectional view of a lighting device according to the present invention; [Diagram 3] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a lighting device according to the present invention is used; DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0008] At least a switch plate 8, a packing 6, a base guide 5, a base 4, one or more light emitting diodes 10 as light sources, and a film 3 as a light blocking member are arranged on the support 7, and the support lid 2 is fitted and sealed. The film 3 as a light blocking member is cut out at least partly in the portion overlapping the light emitting diode 10 as a light source on which the film of the light blocking member is arranged so as not to interfere with the light emission direction of the light emitting diode 10 as a light source, and the illuminance can be adjusted according to the position.
[0009] The label 9 is attached to the support 7 and the switch plate 8, both made of a flexible material such as plastic, to enable the switching operation of the base 4.
[0010] When the base 4 is fitted into the support 7 and sealed with the support lid 2, the base guide 5 and the packing 6 coincide with each other and are detachably fixed to the support 7 that is sealed with the support lid 2.
[0011] An adhesive layer 1 is provided on the upper surface of the support lid 2. The adhesive layer 1 is transparent or translucent. The material of the adhesive layer 1 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive or a double-sided adhesive tape so that the main lighting device 13 can be attached to the target glass 12 for any length of time and can be easily peeled off at any time. The adhesive layer 1 is attached to the support cover 2 with a higher adhesive strength than the adhesive strength to the surface of the glass 12, with the aim of permanently or strongly attaching the adhesive layer 1 to the support cover 2, so that it is relatively easy to peel off when peeling off after being attached to the surface of the glass 12, and it is difficult to leave any residue behind. In particular, when adhesive silicone or adhesive urethane is used, it is permanently attached to the support cover 2 with pressure, and the adhesive strength of the surface to the surface of the glass 12 does not decrease even if it is repeatedly attached, and even if dust or other foreign matter adheres to it and the adhesive strength decreases, it can be washed with soapy water or the like to restore the original adhesive strength, or the adhesive layer 1 can be replaced with a new one.
[0012] When it is desired that the light emitting diode 10 serving as a light source irradiates the glass 12 with 100% of the light in the direction of the attachment surface, the support cover 2 to which the light-shielding film 3 is attached is aligned with the cutout of the light-shielding material according to the arrangement of the light-emitting diode 10 serving as the light source. The present invention has the above configuration. When using the present invention, the above-mentioned removable lighting device utilizes the adhesive property of the adhesive layer 1 to be pressed against the flat surface of the bottom of the glass 12 or a surface conforming to the surface shape of the adhesive layer 1. The portion of the label 9 covering the switch plate 8 attached to the support 7 is pressed to turn on the power supply of the base 4 and cause it to emit light. The glass 12 may be a bottle, a container, or a beverage. [Explanation of symbols]
