Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of automated optical inspection (AOI), and in particular to a surface inspection system for foil-like objects. [Background technology]
[0002] Aluminum foil is a versatile electronic aluminum foil and is widely used in the manufacture of various electronic devices, for example, electronic aluminum foil is used to manufacture electrolytic capacitors.
[0003] Electrolytic capacitors are used to store electric charge. And electronic aluminum foil can be used as the electrode material of electrolytic capacitors. It should be understood that the size of its surface area is directly related to the charge storage capacity of the electrolytic capacitor. At present, the process for improving the surface area of electronic aluminum foil includes etching and formation, among which the etching process is used to form a microscopic rough structure containing a large number of micropores on the surface of the aluminum foil by subjecting high purity aluminum foil to electrochemical etching in a specific solution. Then, the formation process is a process of forming a foil made of aluminum by forming a dense aluminum oxide thin film on the surface of the aluminum foil having a microscopic rough structure using an electrochemical process.
[0004] In the process of continuous and batch mass production of aluminum foil (i.e., electronic aluminum foil) using an automated production line, the raw materials, equipment conditions, environmental factors, etc. can cause different types of changes in the microscopic roughness structure, which can affect the specific surface area and specific volume of the final aluminum foil. For this reason, in the production and research and development of electronic aluminum foil, it is necessary to perform online real-time observation of the microscopic shape of the electronic aluminum foil in order to analyze the cause of changes in the specific surface area and / or specific volume.
