Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a bag breaking device. [Background technology]

[0002] A container packaging separation device is disclosed in the following Patent Document 1. Simply put, this device is capable of melting and cutting bags containing garbage by spraying a high-temperature fluid toward the bags. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2006-7663 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, this prior art leaves room for improvement in terms of reliably tearing the bag while limiting damage to the contents of the bag.

[0005] In consideration of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a bag-breaking device that can stably break bags while minimizing damage to the contents of the bags. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The bag-breaking device of the first aspect comprises a compressor that compresses air, a pressure adjustment unit that adjusts the pressure of the compressed air supplied from the compressor, a pressure control unit that controls the pressure adjustment unit so that the pressure of the compressed air becomes a target pressure, a temperature adjustment unit that is configured to generate heat when electricity is applied and adjusts the temperature of the compressed air supplied from the compressor, a temperature control unit that controls the temperature adjustment unit so that the temperature of the compressed air becomes a target temperature, and an injection unit that injects the compressed air whose pressure has been adjusted by the pressure adjustment unit and whose temperature has been adjusted by the temperature adjustment unit toward an object to be broken into bags.

[0007] In the bag-breaking device according to the first aspect, the compressor compresses air. The pressure adjustment unit adjusts the pressure of the compressed air supplied from the compressor, and the pressure control unit controls the pressure adjustment unit so that the pressure of the compressed air becomes a target pressure. The temperature adjustment unit is configured to generate heat when energized, and adjusts the temperature of the compressed air supplied from the compressor, and the temperature control unit controls the temperature adjustment unit so that the temperature of the compressed air becomes a target temperature. The injection unit then injects the compressed air, the pressure of which has been adjusted by the pressure adjustment unit and the temperature of which has been adjusted by the temperature adjustment unit, toward the bag-breaking object. This makes it possible to inject compressed air toward the bag-breaking object at a speed and temperature that can break the bag-breaking object while minimizing damage to the contents of the bag-breaking object.

[0008] The bag-breaking device according to a second aspect is the bag-breaking device according to the first aspect, further comprising a distance adjustment mechanism that adjusts the distance between the jet nozzle of the jet unit and the processing point of the bag-breaking object.

[0009] According to the bag-breaking device of the second aspect, the distance between the nozzle of the spray unit and the processing point of the bag-breaking object is adjusted by the distance adjustment mechanism, which makes it possible to reduce variations in the speed and temperature of the compressed air when it reaches the bag-breaking object.

[0010] The bag-breaking device of the third aspect is the bag-breaking device of the second aspect, and further comprises a conveyor that transports the bag-breaking object, and a roller that forms part of the distance adjustment mechanism and is arranged to be able to move up and down integrally with the injection section, and is positioned so that it rotates over the top surface of the bag-breaking object being transported on the conveyor and displaces in a manner that follows the shape of the top surface.

[0011] According to the bag-breaking device of the third aspect, the bag-breaking object is transported by a conveyor. A roller that is vertically movable integrally with the injection unit is arranged to rotate over the top surface of the bag-breaking object transported on the conveyor and displace in accordance with the shape of the top surface. Therefore, even if the position of the bag-breaking object changes during transport, variation in the distance between the injection port of the injection unit and the processing point of the bag-breaking object is reduced. Therefore, simply by placing the bag-breaking object on the conveyor, it becomes possible for the injection unit to inject compressed air from an appropriate position onto the bag-breaking object. Effect of the Invention

[0012] As described above, the present invention has the excellent effect of making it possible to stably tear a bag while minimizing damage to the contents of the bag. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] [First embodiment] A bag-breaking device according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 5. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a bag-breaking device 10 according to this embodiment, and Figure 2 shows a side view of the bag-breaking device 10.

[0015] The bag breaking device 10 shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is placed at an intermediate waste treatment plant. Waste discharged by businesses and the like is brought to the intermediate waste treatment plant in a bag (e.g., garbage bags, sandbags, etc.). At the intermediate waste treatment plant, the bag containing the waste is broken and the waste contents (contents) are taken out, and the taken out waste is transported to a final treatment facility (a facility of a recycling company or an incineration / landfill site). In the following explanation, the bag containing the waste is referred to as the bag breaking object 100.

[0016] As shown in Fig. 1, bag-breaking device 10 has a conveyor 12 that transports bag-breaking objects 100. As an example, conveyor 12 is a roller conveyor including a drive roller 14, a driven roller 15, and an endless belt 16. A motor 18 is connected to the shaft of drive roller 14. Motor 18 rotates drive roller 14 to rotate endless belt 16. In the figure, the transport direction of conveyor 12 is indicated by arrow X.

[0017] The bag breaking device 10 has a device frame 20. The device frame 20 includes a lower frame 22 provided below the conveyor 12 in the middle of the conveying direction, and a side frame 24 provided on one side of the conveyor 12. The lower part of the side frame 24 is fixed to the lower frame 22. The side frame 24 includes a first pillar member 24A and a second pillar member 24B aligned along the conveying direction of the conveyor 12, a connecting member 24C connecting the upper part of the first pillar member 24A and the upper part of the second pillar member 24B, and a plurality of reinforcing members 24D. The first pillar member 24A is disposed upstream of the second pillar member 24B in the conveying direction of the conveyor 12.

[0018] A first horizontal member 26A arranged above the conveyor 12 is fixed to the top of the first pillar member 24A, and a second horizontal member 26B arranged above the conveyor 12 is fixed to the top of the second pillar member 24B. Both the first horizontal member 26A and the second horizontal member 26B extend along the conveying width direction of the conveyor 12.

[0019] A base end of a rotating arm 30 is attached to the first horizontal member 26A via a pair of mounting brackets 28 aligned in a direction parallel to the conveying width direction of the conveyor 12. The rotating arm 30 is attached to the pair of mounting brackets 28 so as to be rotatable about an axis parallel to the conveying width direction of the conveyor 12 (see arrow R in FIG. 2).

[0020] A heat gun body 40H constituting the main body of the heat gun 40 is fixed to the tip of the rotating arm 30 via a pair of mounting brackets 32 aligned in a direction parallel to the conveying width direction of the conveyor 12. The heat gun body 40H is positioned so as to spray compressed air against the bag-breaking object 100.

[0021] FIG. 3 shows a simplified basic configuration of the heat gun 40. As shown in FIG. 3, the heat gun body 40H in the heat gun 40 includes a cylindrical portion 42, a nozzle portion 44 as a metallic ejection portion, the majority of which is disposed inside the cylindrical portion 42 and the tip portion of which protrudes from the tip of the cylindrical portion 42, and a coil (also called an "induction heating coil") 45 wound around the outer periphery of the nozzle portion 44 inside the cylindrical portion 42. In FIG. 3, in order to easily show the configuration of the heat gun body 40H, a part of the cylindrical portion 42 is cut out to show the inside of the cylindrical portion 42. An ejection port 44A is formed at the tip of the nozzle portion 44. The ejection direction from the ejection port 44A is set along the extension direction from the ejection port 44A side of the linear nozzle portion 44 (see arrow A).

[0022] In this embodiment, the temperature adjustment unit 46 includes the coil 45 and the nozzle unit 44. The coil 45 is connected to a controller 48, which is connected to an AC power source PS. The AC power source PS supplies power to the controller 48. The controller 48 is supported by the lower frame 22 shown in FIG. 2 via a support plate 23 (see FIG. 1). The controller 48 includes an input screen 48S, and allows the user to arbitrarily input predetermined information (such as information on the pressure value and voltage value of the compressed air, which will be described later) corresponding to the bag-breaking object 100. The controller 48 is configured to apply an AC voltage of a voltage value input by the user to the coil 45 shown in FIG. 3 in response to the user's operation. The temperature adjustment unit 46 is a component capable of heating using electromagnetic induction, and is configured to generate heat by passing electricity through the coil 45.

[0023] In addition, a compressed air supply unit 50 is connected to the nozzle unit 44. The compressed air supply unit 50 includes a compressor 52 that compresses air, a pipe 54 for connecting the compressor 52 and the nozzle unit 44, and a regulator 56 that is provided midway along the pipe 54 and serves as a pressure adjustment unit for adjusting the pressure of the compressed air supplied from the compressor 52. A portion of the pipe 54 passes through the rotating arm 30 (see FIG. 1). The regulator 56 is connected to the controller 48.

[0024] The controller 48 outputs the pressure value of the compressed air input by the user to the regulator 56, and the regulator 56 adjusts the compressed air supplied from the compressor 52 to the pressure value and supplies it to the nozzle portion 44. In addition, the above-mentioned temperature adjustment portion 46 is capable of adjusting the temperature of the compressed air supplied from the compressor 52 to the nozzle portion 44 via the regulator 56 or the like, and the temperature adjustment by the temperature adjustment portion 46 is controlled by the controller 48.

[0025] That is, the controller 48 has, as its functional configuration, a pressure control section 48A that controls the regulator 56 so that the pressure of the compressed air becomes a target pressure (the pressure value of the compressed air input by the user), and a temperature control section 48B that controls the temperature adjustment section 46 so that the temperature of the compressed air becomes a target temperature (the temperature corresponding to the voltage value input by the user). Also, the nozzle section 44 described above is configured to spray the compressed air, the pressure of which has been adjusted by the regulator 56 and the temperature of which has been adjusted by the temperature adjustment section 46, toward the bag-breaking object 100.

[0026] As shown in Fig. 2, the bag-breaking device 10 has a distance adjustment mechanism 60 for adjusting the position of the heat gun main body 40H. Fig. 4 shows a simplified schematic diagram of the heat gun main body 40H and a portion of the distance adjustment mechanism 60. The distance adjustment mechanism 60 shown in Fig. 4 is a mechanism for adjusting the distance L between the ejection port 44A of the nozzle portion 44 of the heat gun main body 40H and a processing point 100X of the bag-breaking object 100. The processing point 100X of the bag-breaking object 100 is a portion of the bag-breaking object 100 that is to be broken by the ejection of compressed air from the nozzle portion 44.

[0027] The distance adjustment mechanism 60 includes a rotating arm 30 and is provided with a roller 62 attached to the tip side of the rotating arm 30 via a roller bracket 61. The roller 62 is provided to be located below the tip of the rotating arm 30, and is arranged to maintain a relative position with respect to the rotating arm 30, and is rotatable around an axis parallel to the conveying width direction of the conveyor 12 (see FIG. 2). That is, the roller 62 is provided integrally with the nozzle portion 44 of the heat gun main body 40H so as to be vertically movable, and is arranged so as to rotate on the top surface 100A of the bag breaking object 100 placed on and conveyed on the conveyor 12 (see FIG. 2) and displace in accordance with the shape of the top surface 100A.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 1, a smoothing section 34 for smoothing out unevenness on the upper surface 100A of the bag-breaking object 100 is provided upstream of the roller 62 in the conveying direction of the conveyor 12. The smoothing section 34 is an element that can also be called a skirt section, and is attached to the lower end edge of the rotating arm 30, and is formed, for example, in a substantially horizontal U-shape when viewed in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the rotating arm 30. The amount of protrusion of the smoothing section 34 from the rotating arm 30 increases toward the tip side of the rotating arm 30. By providing the smoothing section 34, for example, when a part of the upper surface 100A of the bag-breaking object 100 is significantly raised (not shown), the vertical movement of the roller 62 is suppressed when the position of the bag-breaking object 100 conveyed by the conveyor 12 changes, and further, it is possible to suppress a sudden change in the vertical position of the processing point of the bag-breaking object 100 that receives compressed air from the heat gun 40.

[0029] Further, a small roller 36 is provided downstream of roller 62 in the conveying direction of conveyor 12 to allow the contents of torn bag-breaking objects 100 to pass smoothly. Small roller 36 is attached to mounting bracket 32 via roller bracket 35, and is rotatable about an axis parallel to the conveying width direction of conveyor 12. This small roller 36 has a smaller diameter than roller 62, and is adapted to come into contact with the upper surface of the contents of torn bag-breaking objects 100 when the upper surface position is high.

[0030] On the other hand, the tip of the pivot arm 30 is connected to a balancer 38 disposed above it. The balancer 38 is fixed to the second horizontal member 26B via the mounting member 29, and assists the pivot arm 30 so that the pivot arm 30 pivots with a low load. The balancer 38 includes a main body 38A fixed to the mounting member 29 and a hanging part 38B hanging down from the main body 38A. The lower end of the hanging part 38B is attached to the tip of the pivot arm 30. In addition, a wire winder (not shown) is provided in the main body 38A for constantly biasing a wire 38W constituting a part of the hanging part 38B in a winding direction. A known configuration can be used for the balancer 38.

[0031] Next, the operation and effects of this embodiment will be described.

[0032] In this embodiment, the compressor 52 shown in Fig. 3 compresses air. The regulator 56 adjusts the pressure of the compressed air supplied from the compressor 52. Here, the pressure control unit 48A of the controller 48 controls the regulator 56 so that the pressure of the compressed air becomes a target pressure (a pressure value of the compressed air inputted to the controller 48 by the user). In addition, the temperature adjustment unit 46 generates heat by energizing the coil 45, and adjusts the temperature of the compressed air supplied from the compressor 52 via the regulator 56 and the like. Here, the temperature control unit 48B of the controller 48 controls the temperature adjustment unit 46 so that the temperature of the compressed air becomes a target temperature (a temperature corresponding to a voltage value inputted to the controller 48 by the user).

[0033] The compressed air, whose pressure has been adjusted by regulator 56 and whose temperature has been adjusted by temperature adjustment unit 46, is sprayed from nozzle unit 44 towards bag-breaking object 100 (see arrow A). This makes it possible to spray compressed air at a speed and temperature that can break object 100 while minimizing damage to the contents of object 100. Note that if object 100 is something that is easy to break, such as a plastic bag, it is possible to break the bag even if the temperature of the compressed air is relatively low by increasing the pressure of the compressed air (in other words, by spraying compressed air at high speed). A relatively low temperature of compressed air is advantageous in terms of safety and ease of operation.

[0034] 4, in this embodiment, the distance L between the ejection port 44A of the nozzle portion 44 of the heat gun body 40H and the processing point 100X of the bag-breaking object 100 is adjusted by the distance adjustment mechanism 60. This makes it possible to suppress variations in the speed and temperature of the compressed air when it reaches the bag-breaking object 100.

[0035] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the bag-breaking object 100 is transported by the conveyor 12 (see FIG. 1, etc.). The roller 62, which constitutes a part of the distance adjustment mechanism 60 and is provided so as to be vertically movable integrally with the nozzle unit 44, is arranged so as to rotate on the upper surface 100A of the bag-breaking object 100 that is placed on the conveyor 12 (see FIG. 1, etc.) and displace to follow the shape of the upper surface 100A. Therefore, even if the position of the bag-breaking object 100 changes during transportation, the variation in the distance L between the injection port 44A of the nozzle unit 44 and the processing point 100X of the bag-breaking object 100 is suppressed. Therefore, by simply placing the bag-breaking object 100 on the conveyor 12 (see FIG. 1, etc.), the heat gun 40 can inject compressed air from an appropriate position onto the bag-breaking object 100. This allows the operation time required to break the bag-breaking object 100 to be reduced compared to the conventional method. In FIG. 1, the symbol B indicates a simplified example of a portion of the bag-breaking object 100 that has been broken by compressed air jetted from the heat gun 40.

[0036] Here, an example of the relationship between the temperature setting of the compressed air sprayed from the heat gun 40, the distance L between the nozzle 44A of the nozzle portion 44 of the heat gun body 40H shown in Fig. 4 and the processing point 100X of the bag-breaking object 100, and the effect of spraying the compressed air from the heat gun 40 will be supplemented with reference to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a graph for explaining the range in which a desired effect can be obtained when spraying compressed air at a predetermined speed from the heat gun 40 against a certain bag-breaking object. The horizontal axis indicates the set temperature of the sprayed compressed air, and the vertical axis indicates the distance L between the nozzle 44A of the heat gun body 40H and the processing point 100X of the bag-breaking object 100.

[0037] In FIG. 5, only the belt-shaped region M can break the bag-breaking object 100 without causing more than a predetermined amount of damage to the contents of the bag-breaking object. In FIG. 5, the bag-breaking object cannot be broken in the region above the belt-shaped region M, and the effect on the bag-breaking object is smaller as it moves in the direction of the arrow Z1. Also, in FIG. 5, the bag-breaking object can be broken in the region below the belt-shaped region M, but the damage to the contents of the bag-breaking object is greater than a predetermined amount, and the damage to the contents of the bag-breaking object is greater as it moves in the direction of the arrow Z2. For this reason, it is necessary to properly adjust the distance L between the injection port 44A of the nozzle portion 44 of the heat gun main body 40H shown in FIG. 4 and the processing point 100X of the bag-breaking object 100, and to properly control the temperature of the compressed air injected from the heat gun 40, but this embodiment makes it possible to do so.

[0038] As described above, according to this embodiment, it is possible to stably tear a bag while minimizing damage to the contents of the bag.

[0039] [Second embodiment] Next, a bag breaking device 70 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6. FIG. 6 shows a simplified schematic diagram of a heat gun body 72H (body of heat gun 72) and a part of a distance adjustment mechanism 60 of the bag breaking device 70 according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, the bag breaking device 70 according to the second embodiment is different from the bag breaking device 10 according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 1 to 4) in that it includes a nozzle part 74 as an ejection part instead of the nozzle part 44 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) of the first embodiment. The other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, the components in the second embodiment that are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals and will not be described.

[0040] The nozzle section 74 of the heat gun body 72H injects compressed air onto the bag-breaking object 100, and includes a first injection port 74A facing diagonally downward on the upstream side of the conveying direction of the conveyor 12 and a second injection port 74B facing diagonally downward on the downstream side of the conveying direction of the conveyor 12 as the compressed air injection ports. The nozzle section 74 has a substantially similar configuration to the nozzle section 44 (see Figs. 3 and 4) of the first embodiment, except for the configuration of the tip side portion. Note that, as viewed from the conveying width direction of the conveyor 12, the injection direction from the first injection port 74A is along the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the heat gun body 72H, and the angle between the injection direction from the first injection port 74A and the injection direction from the second injection port 74B is set to 90°, for example.

[0041] According to the bag-breaking device 70 of the second embodiment, the nozzle unit 74 injects compressed air from the first jet port 74A diagonally downward on the upstream side in the conveying direction of the conveyor 12 (see the two-dot chain line arrow A1), and from the second jet port 74B diagonally downward on the downstream side in the conveying direction of the conveyor 12 (see the two-dot chain line arrow A2). Therefore, for example, if the bag-breaking object 100 is placed on the conveyor 12 at intervals, not only can the top surface 100A of the bag-breaking object 100 be broken by the compressed air jetted from the nozzle unit 74, but also the roller 62 falls from the downstream side in the conveying direction of the top surface 100A of the bag-breaking object 100, so that the side surface (rear surface) 100B of the bag-breaking object 100 on the downstream side in the conveying direction can be broken by the compressed air jetted from the second jet port 74B.

[0042] [Supplementary explanation of the embodiment] Incidentally, the bag-breaking devices 10, 70 of the first and second embodiments shown in Figures 1 to 6 have a conveyor 12 that transports the bag-breaking object 100, and while such a configuration is preferred, it is also possible for the bag-breaking device to be configured so as not to have a conveyor.

[0043] Furthermore, the bag breaking devices 10, 70 of the first and second embodiments described above have the distance adjustment mechanism 60, and although such a configuration is preferable, the bag breaking device may also be configured not to have the distance adjustment mechanism.

[0044] In addition, in the bag-breaking devices 10, 70 of the first and second embodiments described above, the distance adjustment mechanism 60 is configured to include a roller 62, but as a modified example, for example, a detection unit may be provided to detect the position of the processing point of the bag-breaking object, and the distance adjustment mechanism may include a mechanism capable of adjusting the position of the nozzle port of the nozzle portion (jet portion) without a roller, and the distance between the nozzle port of the nozzle portion (jet portion) and the processing point of the bag-breaking object may be adjusted based on the detection result of the detection unit.

[0045] Furthermore, in the bag breaking devices 10 and 70 of the first and second embodiments described above, the temperature adjustment section 46 is configured to include a coil 45, but as a variation of the above embodiments, the temperature adjustment section may be configured to generate heat when electricity is passed through it without including a coil, such as a configuration including a ceramic heater that generates heat when electricity is passed through it without including a coil.

[0046] Furthermore, in the bag breaking devices 10, 70 of the first and second embodiments described above, information such as the compressed air pressure value and voltage value can be input into the input screen 48S of the controller 48. However, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which, for example, current value information can be input instead of voltage value information, and the temperature control unit (48B) controls the temperature adjustment unit (46) so that the temperature of the compressed air becomes a temperature (target temperature) corresponding to the current value input by the user.

[0047] The first and second embodiments and the multiple modifications described above can be implemented in appropriate combinations.

[0048] While one example of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various modified forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
