Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a working device for tunnel construction. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, in tunnel construction using the New Alpine Tunneling Method (NATM), well-known tunnel construction work equipment such as that shown in Patent Document 1 is used for erecting shoring, ancillary work such as installing wire mesh, and spraying concrete.
[0003] Therefore, this tunnel construction work equipment is equipped with an erector mechanism, a basket mechanism and a spraying mechanism; the erector mechanism is used for transporting and setting up the shoring work, the spraying mechanism is used for spraying concrete at the ground stage and after the shoring work is completed and the wire mesh is installed, and the basket mechanism is used as a work scaffold for workers performing ancillary work such as setting up the wire mesh.
[0004] The erector mechanism is composed of an erector boom attached to the left and right ends of the trolley body, an erector arm attached to each end, and a support catcher equipped with a pair of gripping claws attached to each end.
[0005] The swinging and telescopic functions of this erector boom, the shape change caused by the bending of the erector arm, and the swinging function of the support catcher allow the support catcher to point in the desired direction, making it possible to change its position while still holding the shoring, making it possible to carry out everything from transporting the shoring to erecting it using only the tunnel construction work equipment.
[0006] Incidentally, with regard to the pair of gripping claws provided on this shoring catcher, currently, in order to be able to grip shoring of various sizes with a single gripping claw and to prevent the shoring from falling off, it is common for the portions of the pair of gripping claws 701, 702 that face shoring 101 (H dimension 250 mm) or shoring 102 (H dimension 125 mm) to have a narrow gap between them partway from the base end toward the tip end, as shown in Figures 8(A) and 8(B), and for the gripping claws to be shaped so that the inclination angles of the opposing portions are the same. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0007] [Patent Document 1] JP2009-299421A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0008] However, with this gripping claw shape, when the shoring is gripped, as shown in Figures 9(A) and 9(B), the contact area between the gripping claws 701, 702 and both side edges of the lower flange of the shoring 102 does not come into contact with each other, resulting in a small contact area.As a result, although the shoring will not fall off due to vibrations during travel or work, it may shift sideways, resulting in work loss.
[0009] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a work device for tunnel construction that increases the contact area between the gripping claws and the support, thereby preventing lateral slippage, without compromising the conventional gripping function. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] An erector boom is attached to the tip of the trolley body of the tunnel construction work device, and a shoring catcher is attached to the tip of the erector boom via an erector arm. The shoring catcher has a gripping portion that grips the shoring made of H-shaped steel, and the gripping portion has a pair of gripping claws that clamp both side edges of the lower flange of the shoring from the outside by changing the spacing by driving a hydraulic cylinder. The pair of gripping claws have a portion that faces the shoring, and the portion that faces the shoring has a flat portion formed so that the gap between the parts of the pair of gripping claws that face the shoring is the same from the lower end side to the upper end side, an end face formed so that the gap between them narrows from the lower end side to the upper end side, and a grinding portion formed so that the gap between them narrows from the lower end side to the curved surface and widens from the curved surface to the back side. Effect of the Invention
[0011] According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the grasped shoring from shifting sideways due to vibrations during transportation and erection of the shoring, thereby eliminating the work loss caused by redoing the gripping. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0014] A tunnel construction work device according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on an erector truck 10 shown in Figures 1(A) and (B).
[0015] Reference numeral 11 denotes the carriage body, and a total of five booms are attached to the tip of the carriage body 11: a robot boom 20, basket booms 30, 130, and erector booms 50, 150. Each of the five booms has a telescopic structure, and can be extended and retracted in multiple stages by the extension and retraction action of a hydraulic cylinder (not shown) installed in each stage.
[0016] In addition, the five telescopic booms can be swung up and down and left and right and rotated around an axis, with each boom at its base end as a fulcrum, by a hydraulic cylinder (not shown) provided for each direction.
[0017] Of the five telescopic booms, a robot arm 22 is attached to the tip of the robot boom 20, and a spray nozzle 21 is attached to the tip of the robot arm 22. By the telescopic movement and swinging movement in each direction of the robot boom 20 and the swinging movement of the robot arm 22 in each direction, the spray nozzle 21 can be moved to a specified position and pointed in a specified direction to spray concrete.
[0018] Next, a basket 40 is provided at the tip of the basket boom 30, and a basket 140 is provided at the tip of the basket boom 130. By extending and retracting the basket booms 30, 130 and swinging in each direction, the baskets 40, 140 in which the worker sits can be moved to a designated position, allowing the worker to perform ancillary tasks such as installing wire mesh.
[0019] Next, a shoring catcher 60 is attached to the tip of the erector boom 50 via an erector arm 70, and a shoring catcher 160 is attached to the tip of the erector boom 150 via an erector arm 170, each of which can grasp the shoring 100 made of H-shaped steel beams and transport and erect it.

[0079] Next, the operation of the tunnel construction work device having the above-mentioned configuration in this embodiment will be described. Note that since the gripping portion 71 and the gripping portion 72 are the same embodiment, only the gripping portion 71 will be described.
[0080] Figures 7(A) and (B) show the state in which the support 100 is gripped by the gripping claws 61 and 62 that constitute the gripping portion 71. Each of these pair of gripping claws 61, 62 has a portion facing the support 100 and a back portion opposite the top portion.
[0081] First, as the portions facing the shoring 100, the flat portions 611, 622, which are composed of the end faces 61C, 62C and the weld metal 35 that have been flattened to the same plane, are formed so that the gaps between them are the same from the lower end side to the upper end side due to the vertical posture of the end faces 61C, 62C. Therefore, when the shoring 100 is gripped, the flat portions 611, 622 come into surface-to-surface contact with the flat portions of the opposite side edges of the lower flange of the shoring 100.
[0082] On the other hand, when the gripping claws 61, 62 are attached by a method other than welding, it is possible to eliminate the need for inclined end faces 61D, 62D, and make the end faces 61C, 62C long enough to reach the bottom surface, with only the end faces 61C, 62C being flat surfaces perpendicular to the bottom surface.
[0083] Also, due to the shape and arrangement of the gripping claws, the end faces 61C, 62C are shaped so that the height dimension gradually increases toward the center line (not shown) in the forward / rearward direction of travel of the carriage body 11. As a result, the height dimension of the flat portion 611, including the steps of the drive portion 701 and the extendable portion 702, is about 20 mm to 50 mm, and the height dimension of the flat portion 622 is also 20 mm to 50 mm.
[0084] 7(C), both side edges of bottom flange 101A of R-shaped support 101 with a height of 250 mm can be held against flat portions 611 and 622. Also, as shown in FIG. 7(D), both side edges of bottom flange 102A of R-shaped support 102 with a height of 125 mm can be held against flat portions 611 and 622.
[0085] Next, as the parts facing the support 100, end faces 61B, 62B (not shown) are positioned so as to incline from the upper end side of the vertical portion end faces 61C, 62C toward the support 100 side, and the gap between them is formed so that the spacing narrows from the lower end side to the upper end side.
[0086] Next, as the portion facing the support 100, the grinding portions 61A, 62A are formed so that the gap between the flat surfaces 601C, 602C narrows from the lower end toward the upper end, and the gap between the flat surfaces 601A, 602A widens toward the tip side via the curved surfaces 601B, 602B, respectively.
[0087] The end faces 61B, 62B (not shown) and ground portions 61A, 62B described above make it easier to grip the support 100, and also makes it less likely to fall off even if it becomes loose due to a malfunction of the hydraulic device or the like. [Explanation of symbols]
