Abstract

To provide a basic dispersant having heat resistance, compatibility with a plurality of resins and good productivity capable of being used to disperse an object to be dispersed for applications of ink and a molding.SOLUTION: There is provided a basic dispersant having a first polymer moiety and a second polymer moiety and a tertiary amino group-containing moiety having two urea bonds bonded to these moieties, wherein the first polymer moiety contains a cyclic ester polymer and the second polymer moiety contains a vinyl polymer.
