[Technical field]

[0001] [CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS] This application claims priority to an application proposed on September 20, 2022 entitled "MOTOR, STATOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STATOR" and having international application number PCT / CN2022 / 120033.

[0002] FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE This application relates to the power plant field, and more particularly to motors, stators and methods of manufacturing stators. [Background technology]

[0003] The motor has become an important step in promoting the weight reduction of automobiles, increasing the driving range of electric vehicles, improving the space utilization rate of automobiles, and reducing the cost of powertrains.

[0004] How to simplify the motor structure and improve the assembly efficiency of the motor is an important research direction in the motor field. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] The present application provides a motor, a stator, and a method for manufacturing a stator, which can simplify the structure of the motor and improve the assembly efficiency of the motor. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a motor stator including a stator core and a stator winding. An axial end surface of the stator core is provided with a plurality of winding slots penetrating an inner wall and an outer wall of the stator core, the plurality of winding slots being spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the stator core. The stator winding includes at least one coil unit, the coil unit including a plurality of first conductors assembled thereto, each of the first conductors including at least one insertion portion inserted into the winding slot.

[0007] In the above technical solution, the coil unit is assembled and connected by a plurality of first conductors, so that when the stator winding is attached to the stator core, the plurality of first conductors are connected to each other to form a coil unit in advance, and then the entire coil unit can be installed on the stator core, thus simplifying the wiring process, facilitating the realization of automated production, and further simplifying the motor structure and assembly steps, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the motor. The plurality of first conductors of the coil unit are connected to form a distributed winding, thereby achieving high electromagnetic efficiency, reducing spatial harmonics, and improving NVH (noise, vibration, and acoustic vibration harshness).

[0008] In some embodiments, the at least two first conductors of the coil unit are circumferentially offset, each first conductor includes a plurality of insertion portions that are inserted into different winding slots, and the stator winding has at least two insertion portions that are stacked axially in each winding slot.

[0009] Each first conductor is provided with multiple insertion parts, and the multiple insertion parts of the first conductors are connected, thus reducing the number of steps for connecting the insertion parts. The multiple insertion parts of the first conductors are inserted into different winding slots, thereby improving the stability of the relative positions of the first conductors and the stator core. At least two first conductors of the coil unit are offset from each other to fit together, thereby improving the stability of the relative positions between the multiple first conductors in the coil unit.

[0010] In some embodiments, the coil unit has at least two axially stacked inserts disposed within each winding slot.

[0011] In some embodiments, the coil unit includes a plurality of conductive branches, each of which includes a plurality of first conductors connected in series, and two adjacent first conductors of the conductive branch are connected to form a connection structure, and all the connection structures of the coil unit are disposed outside the outer wall.

[0012] By connecting the first conductor of the coil unit on the outside of the outer wall and canceling the connection of the first conductor of the coil unit on the inside of the inner wall, the process difficulty can be reduced and the assembly efficiency can be improved.

[0013] In some embodiments, the first conductor further includes at least one connection portion, and adjacent insertion portions are connected via the connection portion. The at least one connection portion is located on the inside of the inner wall.

[0014] By locating the connection portion inside the stator core, the connection and assembly process of the multiple first conductors inside the stator core can be reduced, thereby reducing the process difficulty.

[0015] In some embodiments, at least one connecting portion located on the inside of the inner wall is folded back in the axial direction, whereby two inserts connected to the folded back connecting portion are in different layers.

[0016] By folding the connection portion, the axial distance of the insertion portion can be changed, and further, it is easy to install at least two insertion portions on different winding layers, thereby improving the problem of the space in the center of the stator core becoming cramped, and reducing the risk of interference between different first conductors and damage to the insulating coating of the first conductors when the insertion portions cross layers.

[0017] In some embodiments, the maximum size of the connection portion in the axial direction is greater than the sum of the sizes of the two insert portions, and the connection portion can be folded back by a relatively large size in the axial direction to reduce stress concentrations in the connection portion and reduce the risk of the connection portion breaking.

[0018] In some embodiments, all the connections located inside the inner wall are arranged side by side along the circumferential direction, which makes the arrangement of the coil unit more compact and reduces the risk of interference between the connections. The alignment of the inside of the stator winding can reduce the risk of damage to the insulation layer of the first conductor, improve the insulation reliability of the stator, and extend the service life of the stator.

[0019] In some embodiments, the first conductor is provided at both ends with a first pin and a second pin, and the first pin of one of the first conductors of any two adjacent first conductors of the conductive branch is connected to the second pin of the other first conductor to form a connection structure. The provision of the first pin and the second pin facilitates the realization of the connection between the first conductors.

[0020] In some embodiments, a first pin of one of two adjacent first conductors of the conductive branch is axially overlapped with a second pin of another first conductor, and the first pin and the second pin are welded to each other in the overlapping region to form a connection structure.

[0021] By axially overlapping a first pin of one first conductor with a second pin of another first conductor, it is possible to facilitate welding between the two first conductors, improve the stability of the relative positions of the first pin and the second pin, and increase the current carrying capacity of the first pin and the second pin.

[0022] In some embodiments, all the connection structures of the coil unit are spaced apart along the circumferential direction. When there is a gap between adjacent connection structures and the first pin and the second pin are welded together to form the connection structures, the welding distance can be increased to reduce mutual influence during welding. Also, the spacing between the connection structures can reduce the risk of contact shorting of the connection structures.

[0023] In some embodiments, the stator winding includes a plurality of coil units stacked along the axial direction, and at least one connection structure of one coil unit among two adjacent coil units is circumferentially offset from another connection structure of the coil unit.

[0024] The connection structures of two adjacent coil units are spaced apart along the circumferential direction, so that the pitch between the connection structures of the two coil units can be increased, while when the first pin and the second pin are welded together to form the connection structure, the welding distance can be increased to reduce the mutual influence during welding. The embodiment of the present application can further increase the electrical gap between the connection structures, reduce the requirements for insulation of the connection structure parts, reduce the process complexity, save raw materials, and improve the operating tact of the production line.

[0025] In some embodiments, the first pin and the second pin are formed to extend radially away from the center of the stator core, making it easier to grip the first pin and the second pin during welding and suitable for mass production.

[0026] In some embodiments, the overlapping first pin and second pin may be circumferentially shaped to extend closer to each other, simplifying the shape of the first conductor, reducing the size of the first conductor, reducing the height of the coil unit from the end of the stator core, reducing the size of the stator outer envelope, reducing the weight of the first conductor, and facilitating placement of the stator.

[0027] In some embodiments, the first conductor includes a conductor and an insulating layer covering the outside of the conductor, the insulating layer has a first opening at one end, the conductor includes a first pin protruding from the first opening, the first opening has a first edge close to the outer wall and a second edge away from the outer wall, and the distance between the first edge and an end of the first pin in the extension direction of the first pin is equal to or less than the distance between the second edge and the end of the first pin.

[0028] The first pin protrudes from the first opening to connect with another first conductor, which facilitates reducing interference between the first pin and the other first conductor due to the insulating layer. With the above technical solution, the portion of the insulating layer close to the outer wall has a relatively large length, which can improve the insulation between the two first conductors when another first conductor passes between the insulating layer and the outer wall.

[0029] In some embodiments, an angle between a plane on which the first opening is located and one imaginary plane is 0° to 30°, the imaginary plane is perpendicular to the extension direction of the first pin and passes through the second edge.

[0030] By limiting the angle α to a range of 0° to 30°, a balance can be achieved between the area that the insulating layer covers over the conductor and the exposed size of the first pin, improving the insulating performance and making it easier to connect the first pin to other structures.

[0031] In some embodiments, the first conductor further includes a first connecting arm and a second connecting arm, the first pin being connected to one socket via the first connecting arm and the second pin being connected to another socket via the second connecting arm.

[0032] The position of the first pin can be adjusted by controlling the shape and size of the first connecting arm, and the position of the second pin can be adjusted by controlling the shape and size of the second connecting arm, so that the first pin and the second pin can be located at appropriate positions.

[0033] In some embodiments, the stator winding includes a plurality of coil units stacked along the axial direction, and among two adjacent coil units, a first connection arm and a second connection arm of at least one first conductor of one coil unit are folded back toward a side away from the other coil unit.

[0034] By folding back the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm of the first conductor, the pitch of the connection structure of the two coil units can be increased, the requirements for insulation of the connection structure part can be reduced, the process complexity can be reduced, and the insulation reliability can be improved.

[0035] In some embodiments, the minimum pitch of the connecting structures of two adjacent coil units in the axial direction is 1 mm or more.

[0036] The above technical solution can increase the electrical gap of the stator, improve the insulation performance of the stator, improve the reliability of the stator, and extend the service life of the stator.

[0037] In some embodiments, the second connection arm of one of the two first conductors adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction passes between the second pin of the other first conductor and the stator core. When the first pin and the second pin are welded to each other, it is possible to reduce the influence of high temperature during welding on other parts of the first conductor and to facilitate the welding operation for the first pin and the second pin.

[0038] In some embodiments, the second connecting arm has a side facing away from the stator core that is provided with a relief recess for accommodating a second pin of a separate first conductor.

[0039] By providing the relief recess on the second connecting arm, the position of the second pin can be given, and the stacking of the second pin and the second connecting arm with other first conductors can be avoided, so that the axial thickness of the coil unit can be reduced.By providing the relief recess, the height of the end of the stator winding can be reduced, so that the size of the outer envelope of the stator is relatively small, the size of the motor is smaller, and the arrangement of the motor is facilitated.

[0040] In addition, by providing the relief recess, the interaction force caused by the position interference between the second pin and the second connecting arm can be further improved, which can affect the stability of the second pin position and further affect the welding strength.

[0041] In some embodiments, the second connecting arm is bent at a location corresponding to the relief recess to form a protrusion that protrudes toward the stator core.

[0042] By providing the protrusion against the relief recess, the second connecting arm can form the relief recess and the protrusion through a bending process, which simplifies the molding process of the second connecting arm.

[0043] In some embodiments, to simplify the winding structure of the first conductors, a span between two adjacent insertion portions of at least one first conductor is equal to the pole distance.

[0044] In some embodiments, the first conductor is a one-piece structure such that the first conductor has a relatively high connection strength, which can improve the service life of the first conductor.

[0045] In some embodiments, the stator core has two axial end faces each having a winding slot, so that the stator windings can be embedded on different sides of the stator core, and the same stator core can accommodate more coil units.

[0046] In some embodiments, the extension direction of the winding slots is inclined with respect to the radial direction of the stator core. By adopting the inclined winding slots, the electromagnetic noise suppression of the motor can be improved to a certain extent.

[0047] In some embodiments, the groove surface of the winding slot includes a bottom wall surface and two side wall surfaces connected to the bottom wall surface, the two side wall surfaces are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction, and the insertion portion is disposed between the two side wall surfaces. An axial end of the winding slot is provided with a groove opening that faces the bottom wall surface along the axial direction. The groove opening has a circumferential size H1, and the circumferential pitch of the two side wall surfaces is H2, where H1≦H2.

[0048] The above technical solution can greatly reduce the reserved space and conductor gap of the pre-formed distributed winding assembly, achieve a copper filling factor of more than 75%, and adopt axial wire insertion to make the wiring process more convenient and efficient.

[0049] In some embodiments, the winding slot includes a mounting groove forming a recess in a sidewall surface. The stator further includes a stop member inserted into the mounting groove to limit movement of the insert in the axial direction. The installation of the mounting groove and the stop member can reduce the risk of the insert coming out of the winding slot.

[0050] According to a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a motor including a stator according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect.

[0051] According to a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for manufacturing a stator, the method comprising: providing a stator core, the stator core having an axial end surface with a plurality of winding slots extending through inner and outer walls of the stator core, the plurality of winding slots being spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the stator core; The method includes a step of axially pressing a coil unit preassembled with a plurality of first conductors into a plurality of winding slots, thereby inserting the insertion portions of each of the first conductors into the winding slots.

[0052] In the above technical solution, a stator core having winding slots is first provided, and then a plurality of first conductors are assembled into a coil unit, and the entire pre-assembled coil unit is then fitted into the winding slot, which can effectively improve the assembly efficiency of the stator compared to inserting the plurality of first conductors into the winding slots one by one.

[0053] In some embodiments, a coil unit preassembled with a plurality of first conductors is axially press-fitted into a plurality of winding slots, prior to the arrangement of inserting the insertion portion of each of the first conductors into the winding slot, Providing a straight conductor including a conductor wire and an insulating layer covering the outside of the conductor wire; removing the insulating layer on both ends of the conductor; and bending the conductor to form a first conductor including a plurality of spaced apart interposers.

[0054] In the above technical solution, the first conductor is formed by directly bending the straight conductor after the insulating layers at both ends are removed, eliminating the need for processes such as conductor cutting at a later stage, which reduces the complexity of the conductor manufacturing process and improves the manufacturing efficiency of the stator.

[0055] In some embodiments, the pole number of the stator is 2p and the pole distance of the stator is n winding slots. The coil unit preassembled by the plurality of first conductors is axially pressed into the plurality of winding slots, prior to the arrangement of the insertion portion of each of the first conductors being inserted into the winding slot. providing 2p·n first conductors, each of the first conductors including a first insertion portion and a second insertion portion, a span between the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion being n winding slots; The step of pre-assembling the plurality of first conductors into a coil unit includes: providing an assembly feature including 2p×n slots, the 2p×n slots being evenly spaced around a circumference of the assembly feature; stacking (2p-1)×n first conductors in sequence along a counterclockwise direction into the 2p×n slots to be opened; and a step of inserting the remaining n first conductors into slots of an assembly mechanism to form a coil unit, wherein in any one of the slots, a first insertion portion of one first conductor of the coil unit is positioned on a side closer to a bottom wall of the slot than a second insertion portion of another first conductor of the coil unit.

[0056] In the above solution, the multiple first conductors can be meshed with each other to form stoppers through knitting, and the stability of the relative positions between the multiple first conductors within the coil unit can be improved.

[0057] In some embodiments, a coil unit preassembled with a plurality of first conductors is axially press-fitted into a plurality of winding slots, prior to the arrangement of inserting the insertion portion of each of the first conductors into the winding slot, providing m×j first conductors, each of the first conductors being continuously bent and including 2×k insertion portions, where m, j, and k are all positive integers; Braiding m number of first conductors to create sub-coil units, and manufacturing j number of sub-coil units; and assembling the j sub-coil units to form a coil unit.

[0058] In the above solution, the plurality of first conductors are knitted in stages, which can reduce the knitting difficulty and improve the assembly efficiency. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0067] At present, in the traction motor of a new energy vehicle, the inventor found that, among the electrode stators, many of the conventional technical solutions adopt a concentrated stator winding and arrange a slanted groove design to reduce the tooth gap torque. However, the slanted groove makes the motor stator core production and wiring process very complicated, and the conventional stator has a complicated structure and wiring process, low assembly efficiency, and is difficult to realize mass production and automated production.

[0068] Therefore, the embodiments of the present application provide a motor, a stator, and a method for manufacturing a stator that adjusts the wiring and winding method of the conductors to simplify the stator structure and improve the assembly efficiency of the motor.

[0069] For ease of understanding, the technical nouns appearing in this application will be first interpreted and explained as follows.

[0070] Stator: The stationary, non-moving part of a motor whose function is to generate a rotating magnetic field.

[0071] Rotor: The rotating part in a motor, whose function is to effect the conversion between electrical and mechanical energy.

[0072] Span: The distance that two edges of the same element in a motor winding span the armature surface, generally expressed as the number of winding slots opened in the stator core.

[0073] Number of magnetic pole pairs P: The number of magnetic pole pairs is abbreviated as the number of pole pairs. The magnetic poles formed after the motor windings are energized appear in the form of pairs of N and S poles. The total number of magnetic poles is 2P.

[0074] Pole Distance: Pole distance is the distance each magnetic pole of a motor occupies around the circumference of the air gap. Pole distance may be expressed as the number of winding slots in the stator core. Illustratively, pole distance is Z / 2P, where Z is the total number of winding slots in the stator core.

[0075] Pole group: In an AC motor, when multiple conductors belonging to the same phase winding under one pole distance are connected in series to form a group, it is called a pole group, also called a coil unit. The current direction and electromagnetic action of each conductor in a pole group are all the same, and these several conductors jointly generate magnetic poles in this phase winding.

[0076] Phase Winding: A phase winding is a set of windings connected in series or parallel in a given manner from one or more parallel-connected branches.

The inner wall 111 and the outer wall 112 are wall surfaces of the stator core 100, and optionally, the inner wall 111 and the outer wall 112 are both cylindrical surfaces. The two end surfaces 110 are connected to the inner wall 111 and the outer wall 112.

[0081] Illustratively, the winding slots 120 extend radially through the stator core 100. It should be understood that extending radially means that both ends of the winding slots 120 extend to the inner wall 111 and the outer wall 112, and that the extension direction of the winding slots 120 is not required to be parallel to the radial direction.

[0082] The extension direction of the winding slots 120 may be set as necessary. In some examples, the winding slots may be straight grooves extending along the radial direction of the stator core 100, and in other alternative examples, the winding slots may be oblique grooves extending along a direction that forms a certain angle with respect to the radial direction.

[0083] The winding slots 120 may be arranged at equal intervals or at unequal intervals in the circumferential direction of the stator core 100 .

[0084] The multiple first conductors 210 of the coil unit 200a may be assembled by braiding, stacking, or other processes. For example, the first conductors 210 may be fixedly connected to each other, or may realize stoppers between them by their own structures.

[0085] The embodiment of the present application does not limit the number of the insertion portions 2011 of the first conductors 210. The number of the insertion portions 2011 of the multiple first conductors 210 may be the same or different. In some examples, the number of the insertion portions 2011 of all the first conductors 210 is the same, for example, the number of the insertion portions 2011 of each first conductor 210 may be one, two, four, eight or more. In other examples, the number of the insertion portions 2011 of some first conductors 210 may be different from the number of the insertion portions 2011 of some other first conductors 210, for example, some first conductors 210 include one insertion portion 2011, some other first conductors 210 include two insertion portions 2011, and some first conductors 210 include three or more insertion portions 2011.

[0086] The number of the coil units 200a may be one or more. For example, the number of the coil units 200a may be more than one, and the coil units 200a may be stacked along the axial direction D of the stator core 100.

[0087] Each first conductor 210 may include one or more insertion portions 2011. The insertion portions 2011 are effective sides of the first conductors 210, and are parts that are incorporated into the stator core 100 and play a role in electromagnetic pole energy conversion.

[0088] There are several types of installation of the first conductor 210, the first conductor 210 may be a rectangular wire or a round wire, the cross section of the rectangular wire may be rectangular, and the cross section of the round wire may be circular. In the embodiment of the present application, the rectangular wire is used as an example for illustrative purposes. In other embodiments, the first conductor 210 may be a round wire.

[0089] Optionally, the coil unit 200a is installed in the winding slot 120 along the axial direction D, and wiring of the coil unit 200a along the axial direction D makes the wiring process convenient and efficient.

[0090] In the above technical solution, the stator includes a stator core 100 and a stator winding 200, and the coil unit 200a of the stator winding 200 is embedded in the winding slot 120 of the stator core 100. The coil unit 200a is assembled and connected by a plurality of first conductors 210, so that when the stator winding 200 is attached to the stator core 100, the plurality of first conductors 210 are connected to each other in advance to form the coil unit 200a, and then the entire coil unit 200a can be installed on the stator core 100, thus simplifying the wiring process, facilitating the realization of automated production, and further simplifying the structure and assembly steps of the motor, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the motor. The plurality of first conductors 210 of the coil unit 200a are connected to form a distributed winding, which can achieve high electromagnetic efficiency, reduce spatial harmonics, and improve NVH (noise, vibration, and acoustic vibration harshness).

[0091] In some embodiments, the extending direction of the winding slots 120 is inclined with respect to the radial direction of the stator core 100. In the present application, by adopting the inclined winding slots, the electromagnetic noise suppression of the motor can be improved to a certain extent.

[0092] In some other embodiments, the extension direction of the winding slots 120 may be parallel to the radial direction of the stator core 100, thus improving the convenience of manufacturing the stator core 100 and the reliability of subsequent processes.

[0093] In some embodiments, at least two first conductors 210 of the coil unit 200a are distributed with a circumferential offset. Each first conductor 210 includes a plurality of insertion portions 2011 that are inserted into different winding slots 120. The stator winding 200 has at least two insertion portions 2011 that are stacked along the axial direction D in each winding slot 120.

[0094] The two first conductors 210 being distributed with a circumferential offset means that the two first conductors 210 do not completely overlap with each other in the axial direction and are offset from each other in the circumferential direction. For example, the two adjacent first conductors 210 of the coil unit 200a are offset from each other by one winding slot 120 in the circumferential direction.

[0095] Each first conductor 210 is provided with a plurality of insertion parts 2011, and since the plurality of insertion parts 2011 of the first conductor 210 are connected, the number of steps for connecting the insertion parts 2011 can be reduced. The plurality of insertion parts 2011 of the first conductor 210 are inserted into different winding slots 120, thereby improving the stability of the relative positions between the first conductor 210 and the stator core 100. At least two first conductors 210 of the coil unit 200a are fitted in a misaligned manner, thereby improving the stability of the relative positions between the plurality of first conductors 210 in the coil unit 200a.

[0096] Therefore, the embodiments of the present application can not only simplify the structure of the motor and improve the assembly efficiency of the motor, but also improve the stability of the relative positions between each component in the stator, and increase the service life of the stator.

[0097] In some embodiments, the coil unit 200a has at least two inserts 2011 disposed in each winding slot 120 and stacked along the axial direction D. The coil unit 200a is organized into at least two layers.

[0098] In some embodiments, the multiple first conductors 210 of the coil unit 200a are distributed with a circumferential offset. The multiple first conductors 210 are distributed with a circumferential offset, meaning that any two first conductors 210 do not completely overlap with each other in the axial direction and are offset from each other in the circumferential direction.

[0099] In some embodiments, in each winding slot 120, multiple insertion parts 2011 are stacked along the axial direction D. In the embodiments of the present application, different numbers of winding layers can be selected according to the needs of electromagnetic performance, and a reasonable selection of the number of winding layers can effectively suppress the skin effect of the AC winding and reduce the temperature rise of the motor. Exemplarily, four insertion parts 2011 are stacked in each winding slot 120.

[0100] In some embodiments, the coil unit 200a includes a plurality of conductive branches 201, each of which includes a plurality of first conductors 210 connected in series. Two adjacent first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201 are connected to form a connection structure 2145. All the connection structures 2145 of the coil unit 200a are disposed outside the outer wall 112.

[0101] The outside of the outer wall 112 refers to the side of the outer wall 112 that is away from the center of the stator core 100 .

[0102] Illustratively, the first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201 are in the same phase.

[0103] The two first conductors 210 may be connected by welding, adhesive, fastening, or other methods to form a connection structure 2145. Optionally, two adjacent first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201 are welded, and the connection structure 2145 includes a weld spot formed by the weld.

[0104] In the embodiment of the present application, the first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a is connected outside the outer wall 112, and by canceling the connection of the first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a inside the inner wall 111, the process difficulty can be reduced and the assembly efficiency can be improved.

[0105] In some embodiments, the first conductor 210 further includes at least one connection portion 213, and adjacent insertion portions 2011 are connected via the connection portion 213. The at least one connection portion 213 is located on the inner side of the inner wall 111.

[0106] The number of the connection portions 213 is related to the number of the insertion portions 2011, and for example, if the first conductor 210 includes Y insertion portions 2011, the number of the connection portions 213 may be Y-1, where Y is a positive integer greater than 1.

[0107] Optionally, the connecting portion 213 and the insertion portion 2011 are integrally connected.

[0108] By arranging the connection portion 213 inside the stator core 100, the number of connection and assembly processes of the multiple first conductors 210 inside the stator core 100 can be reduced, making it possible to reduce the difficulty of the process.

[0109] In some embodiments, the number of insertion portions 2011 of the first conductor 210 is even.

[0110] In some embodiments, at least one connecting portion 213 located inside the inner wall 111 is folded back in the axial direction, so that two insert portions 2011 connected to the folded back connecting portion 213 are in different layers.

[0111] Exemplarily, in the winding slot 120, the multiple insertion parts 2011 are stacked along the axial direction D. Along the direction away from the bottom wall surface 121 of the winding slot 120, the multiple insertion parts 2011 in the winding slot 120 are located in different layers, and exemplarily, along the direction away from the bottom wall surface 121 of the winding slot 120, the R insertion parts 2011 in the winding slot 120 are located in the first layer, the second layer, ..., the Rth layer, respectively. R is a positive integer greater than 1.

[0112] The fact that the two insertion portions 2011 connected to the folded connecting portion 213 are in different layers means that the number of layers located in the corresponding winding slots 120 of the two insertion portions 2011 are different. For example, one insertion portion 2011 connected to the connecting portion 213 is located in a first layer in the winding slot 120, and another insertion portion 2011 connected to the connecting portion 213 is located in a second layer in the winding slot 120.

[0113] The degree to which the connection portion 213 is folded back may be set based on the space inside the inner wall.

[0114] By folding back the connection portion 213, the distance in the axial direction D of the insertion portion 2011 can be changed, and further, it becomes easy to install at least two insertion portions 2011 on different winding layers, thereby improving the problem of the space becoming cramped in the center of the stator core 100, and reducing the risk of interference between different first conductors 210 when the insertion portion 2011 crosses layers and the risk of damage to the insulating coating of the first conductor 210.

[0115] In some other embodiments, the two inserts 2011 connected to the folded connecting portion 213 may be located on the same layer.

[0116] In some embodiments, the difference in the number of layers in which two adjacent insertion portions 2011 of the same first conductor 210 are located is equal to or less than 1. For example, if one insertion portion 2011 of the first conductor 210 is located in a first layer in the winding slot 120, another insertion portion 2011 of the first conductor 210 adjacent to the insertion portion 2011 may be located in either the first layer or the second layer. The embodiments of the present application can simplify the design of straddling winding layers.

[0117] In some embodiments, any of the connecting portions 213 located on the inside of the inner wall 111 are folded back in the axial direction.

[0118] In some embodiments, the number of insertion portions 2011 of the first electrical conductor 210 is at least four, and at least one connection portion 213 is located outside the outer wall 112 .

[0119] In some embodiments, the two inserts 2011 that connect to the outer connector 213 of the outer wall 112 may be located on the same layer or on different layers.

[0120] In some embodiments, the maximum size of the connection portion 213 in the axial direction D is greater than the sum of the sizes of the two insertion portions 2011 .

[0121] The connecting portion 213 is folded back in the axial direction D by a relatively large amount, so that the stress concentration in the connecting portion 213 can be reduced, and the risk of the connecting portion 213 being broken can be reduced.

[0122] As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting portion 213 adopts an eversion type and has a relatively large arc during folding, so that the bending stress can be reduced and the risk of breakage can be reduced.

[0123] In some embodiments, the connecting portion 213 includes multiple bends 213c. The connecting portion 213 forms an eversion structure through multiple bends, thus reducing the degree of bending in one go and reducing the risk of breakage.

[0124] In some embodiments, all the connections 213 located inside the inner wall 111 are arranged side by side along the circumferential direction, which makes the arrangement of the coil unit 200a more compact and reduces the risk of interference between the connections 213. The internal alignment of the stator windings can reduce the risk of damage to the insulation layer of the first conductor 210, improve the insulation reliability of the stator, and extend the service life of the stator.

[0125] In some embodiments, the first conductor 210 is a one-piece molded structure such that the first conductor 210 has a relatively high connection strength, which can improve the service life of the first conductor 210.

[0126] Alternatively, the integrally molded connection portion 213 and the insertion portion 2011 may be formed by deforming the conductor. For example, when the first conductor 210 is a rectangular wire, the first conductor 210 may be molded after being devarned and punched by a rectangular conductor, and the wound rectangular conductor is leveled and then devarned by laser at the position of the corresponding length, and after the varnish removal is completed, it is precisely punched, and the punched rectangular conductor is assembled in the winding slot 120 after being formed into the first conductor 210 through mold 3D molding and one-time 3D press molding. The punching, devarning, and 3D molding processes of the first conductor 210 by 3D molding are easy to control, so there is no need to cut the conductor, which reduces the complexity of the process and improves the operation efficiency of the production line.

[0127] FIG. 9 is a schematic local view of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application, FIG. 10 is a schematic local structure of a first conductor of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application, FIG. 11 is a schematic local cross-sectional view of one of the stators according to some embodiments of the present application, and FIG. 12 is a schematic local cross-sectional view of one of the stators according to some other embodiments of the present application.

[0128] 2 to 5 and 9 to 12, in some embodiments, a first conductor 210 is provided at both ends with a first pin 214 and a second pin 215. Among any two adjacent first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201, the first pin 214 of one first conductor 210 is connected to the second pin 215 of the other first conductor 210 to form a connection structure 2145.

[0129] The location of the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 facilitates achieving a connection between the first conductor 210 .

[0130] In some embodiments, among any two adjacent first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201, the first pin 214 of one first conductor 210 and the second pin 215 of the other first conductor 210 are overlapped along the axial direction D. The first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded to each other in the overlapping region to form a connection structure 2145.

[0131] Illustratively, the connection structure 2145 includes an overlap region between the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 and a weld spot formed by welding.

[0132] Illustratively, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded by TIG (non-fusible electrode gas shielded arc welding), laser welded, or welded by other methods.

[0133] By overlapping the first pin 214 of one first conductor 210 and the second pin 215 of another first conductor 210 along the axial direction D, it is possible to facilitate welding between the two first conductors 210, improve the stability of the relative positions of the first pin 214 and the second pin 215, and enhance the current passing capabilities of the first pin 214 and the second pin 215.

[0134] In some embodiments, during welding, automatic welding identification can be realized by rotating the stator in the axial direction or rotating the welding head, and the welding can realize single-point or multi-point simultaneous welding, which has high production efficiency. The position of the welded part of the pre-formed coil unit 200a is good, and the first conductor 210 is in a natural state during welding, so the springback and internal stress are relatively small, reducing the risk of cracking.

[0135] In some embodiments, all the connection structures 2145 of the coil unit 200a are spaced apart along the circumferential direction. When there is a gap between adjacent connection structures 2145 and the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded together to form the connection structures 2145, the welding distance can be increased and the mutual influence during welding can be reduced. Also, spaced apart connection structures 2145 can reduce the risk of contact short circuit of the connection structures 2145.

[0136] In some embodiments, the stator winding 200 includes a plurality of coil units 200a arranged in a stack along the axial direction D.

[0137] Of two adjacent coil units 200a, at least one connection structure 2145 of one coil unit 200a is offset from the connection structure 2145 of the other coil unit 200a in the circumferential direction. In other words, at least one connection structure 2145 of one coil unit 200a does not overlap with the connection structure 2145 of the other coil unit 200a in the axial direction D.

[0138] The connection structures 2145 of two adjacent coil units 200a can be spaced apart along the circumferential direction to increase the pitch between the connection structures 2145 of the two coil units 200a, while the welding distance can be increased and the mutual influence during welding can be reduced when the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded together to form the connection structure 2145. The embodiment of the present application can further increase the electrical gap between the connection structures 2145, reduce the requirement for insulation in the connection structures 2145, reduce the process complexity, save raw materials, and improve the operating tact of the production line.

[0139] In some embodiments, when the coil unit 200a is inserted into the winding slot 120, the distance between the connection structures 2145 between different coil units 200a is relatively large, so there is no need to continue performing a flare deformation process on the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 in the connection structure 2145, which can reduce the process complexity, and can further ensure the stability of the positions of the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 without the need for a flare deformation process, and reduce the risk of weld cracking.

[0140] In addition, the embodiments of the present application can further shorten the axial size of the stator, making the axial size of the motor smaller and lighter, and in the completed vehicle, the unsprung mass can be reduced, and the arrangement of the multi-link suspension structure and dummy springs is more beneficial to the operability of the chassis.

[0141] In some embodiments, optionally, the multiple connecting structures 2145 of each coil unit 200a are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction.

[0142] In some embodiments, the first conductor 210 includes a conductor 2101 and an insulating layer 2102 that covers the outside of the conductor 2101. A first opening 2103 is provided at one end of the insulating layer 2102, and the conductor 2101 includes a first pin 214 protruding from the first opening 2103. The first opening 2103 has a first edge 2104 close to the outer wall 112 and a second edge 2105 away from the outer wall 112, and in the extension direction L of the first pin 214, a distance L1 between the first edge 2104 and an end of the first pin 214 is equal to or less than a distance L2 between the second edge 2105 and an end of the first pin 214.

[0143] The conductor 2101 and the first conductor 210 are main bodies for realizing a conductive function. The insulating layer 2102 can insulate the conductor 2101 and the stator core 100 from each other.

[0144] The first pin 214 protrudes from the first opening 2103 to facilitate connection with other first conductors 210 and reduces interference from the insulating layer 2102 with the connection between the first pin 214 and other first conductors 210.

[0145] As shown in FIG. 9 , an embodiment of the present application can have a relatively large length in a portion of the insulating layer 2102 close to the outer wall 112, and can improve the insulation between the two first conductors 210 when another first conductor 210 passes between the insulating layer 2102 and the outer wall 112.

[0146] In some embodiments, the angle α between the plane on which the first opening 2103 is located and an imaginary plane is 0° to 30°, and the imaginary plane is perpendicular to the extension direction L of the first pin 214 and passes through the second edge 2105.

[0147] In the embodiments of the present application, the angle α is limited to a range of 0° to 30°, thereby achieving a balance between the area that the insulating layer 2102 covers the conductive wire 2101 and the exposed size of the first pin 214, improving the insulating performance and making it easier to connect the first pin 214 to other structures.

[0148] Alternatively, α is 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25° or 30°.

[0149] In some embodiments, α is between 5° and 30°. The first opening 2103 is an oblique opening. The embodiments of the present application can improve insulation reliability.

[0150] In some embodiments, the first conductor 210 further includes a first connecting arm 216 and a second connecting arm 217, and the first pin 214 is connected to one insertion portion 2011 via the first connecting arm 216 and the second pin 215 is connected to another insertion portion 2011 via the second connecting arm 217.

[0151] Optionally, the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 are located outside the stator core 100 .

[0152] Optionally, the first connecting arm 216, the second connecting arm 217, the plurality of mounting portions 2011, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are of a unitary structure.

[0153] The position of the first pin 214 can be adjusted by controlling the shape and size of the first connecting arm 216, and the position of the second pin 215 can be adjusted by controlling the shape and size of the second connecting arm 217, so that the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 can be located at appropriate positions.

[0154] For example, when the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded to each other, the effect of high temperatures during welding on other components of the first conductor can be reduced, and the welding operation for the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 can be facilitated.

[0155] In some embodiments, the stator winding 200 includes a plurality of coil units 200a arranged in a stacked manner along the axial direction D. Of two adjacent coil units 200a, the first connection arm 216 and the second connection arm 217 of at least one first conductor 210 of one coil unit 200a are folded back toward a side away from the other coil unit 200a.

[0156] By folding back the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 of the first conductor 210, the pitch of the connecting structure 2145 of the two coil units 200a can be increased, the requirements for insulation in the connecting structure 2145 can be reduced, the process complexity can be reduced, and the insulation reliability can be improved.

[0157] The embodiment of the present application can align the portion located on the outside of the outer wall of the coil unit 200a more stably.

[0158] In some embodiments, of two adjacent coil units 200a, the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 of the multiple first conductors 210 of one coil unit 200a are both folded back away from the other coil unit 200a.

[0159] As shown in FIG. 11 , in some embodiments, of two adjacent coil units 200a, the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 of the first conductor 210 of one coil unit 200a are folded back to one side along the axial direction D, and the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 of the first conductor 210 of the other coil unit 200a are folded back to the other side along the axial direction D.

[0160] In the embodiment of the present application, the degree to which the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 are folded back is reduced, and the outer diameter of the stator core is increased, improving the motor performance and enabling a larger torque to be output.

[0161] 12, in some other embodiments, the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 of the first conductor 210 of two adjacent coil units 200a are folded back to the same side along the axial direction D. The degree to which the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 of one coil unit 200a are folded back is greater than the degree to which the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 of another coil unit 200a are folded back.

[0162] In the embodiment of the present application, the degree to which the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 are folded back is increased, the maximum size of the stator along the radial direction is reduced, and the total weight of the motor can be reduced.

[0163] In some embodiments, the minimum pitch F of the connection structures 2145 of two adjacent coil units 200a in the axial direction D is equal to or greater than 1 mm. The embodiments of the present application can increase the electrical gap of the stator, improve the insulation performance of the stator, enhance the reliability of the stator, and extend the service life of the stator.

[0164] The span between adjacent insertion portions 2011 of the first conductor 210 may be the full distance, a long distance, or a short distance to accommodate different windings.

[0165] In some embodiments, the span between two adjacent insertion portions 2011 of the at least one first conductor 210 is equal to the pole distance, i.e., the span between two adjacent insertion portions 2011 of the at least one first conductor 210 is the total distance.

[0166] The embodiment of the present application can simplify the winding structure of the first conductor.

[0167] In some other embodiments, the span between two adjacent insertion portions 2011 of at least one first conductor 210 is less than the pole distance. Short distance windings can reduce space harmonics and improve NVH.

[0168] FIG. 13 is a structural schematic diagram of a stator of a motor according to some other embodiments of the present application, FIG. 14 is a structural schematic diagram of the coil unit of FIG. 13, FIG. 15 is a structural schematic diagram of a first conductor of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application, FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram of one example of an assembly process of the stator of FIG. 13, and FIG. 17 is another schematic diagram of the assembly process of the stator of FIG. 13.

[0169] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13 to 17, the multiple first conductors 210 of the coil unit 200a are distributed in a circumferentially offset manner. Each first conductor 210 includes a first insertion portion 211 and a second insertion portion 212 connected to each other. The first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 are inserted into different winding slots 120, respectively, and the first insertion portion 211 of one first conductor 210 is stacked with the second insertion portion 212 of another first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a in the same winding slot 120.

[0170] The plurality of first conductors 210 being distributed with a circumferential offset means that any two of the plurality of first conductors 210 do not completely overlap each other in the axial direction, and the plurality of first conductors 210 are at least partially offset in the circumferential direction. Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 16 , adjacent first conductors 210 are offset by one winding slot 120 in the circumferential direction.

[0171] When the first insertion portion 211 of one first conductor 210 is stacked with the second insertion portion 212 of another first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a, this means that the first insertion portion of one first conductor 210 and the second insertion portion 212 of another first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a are stacked along the axial direction of the stator core 100.

[0172] In the above technical solution, the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 of the first conductor 210 are inserted into different winding slots 120, so that the stability of the relative position between the first conductor 210 and the stator core 100 can be improved. The first insertion portion 211 of one first conductor 210 is stacked and installed with the second insertion portion 212 of another first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a, so that the two first conductors 210 are stacked and fitted together, so that the stability of the relative position between the multiple first conductors 210 in the coil unit 200a can be improved. Therefore, the embodiment of the present application can not only simplify the structure of the motor and improve the assembly efficiency of the motor, but also improve the stability of the relative position between each component in the stator and improve the service life of the stator.

[0173] In some embodiments, the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 of the same first conductor 210 are arranged along the circumferential direction, and in any one winding slot 120, the first insertion portion 211 of one first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a is located on the side closer to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 than the second insertion portion 212 of another first conductor 210 of the coil unit 200a.

[0174] The circumferential direction may be a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

[0175] Optionally, as shown in Figures 16 and 17, one or more winding slots 120 may be further provided between the winding slot 120 corresponding to the first insertion portion 211 and the winding slot 120 corresponding to the second insertion portion 212. In the above technical solution, the first conductor 210 is provided to straddle the multiple winding slots 120 via the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212, so that the size of the first conductor 210 itself can be increased, while at least a part of other first conductors 210 of the same coil unit 200a can be inserted into these multiple winding slots 120, so that the multiple first conductors 210 are fitted together, and the stability of the relative positions between the multiple first conductors 210 can be improved.

[0176] In the above technical solution, in any one of the winding slots 120, the first insertion portions 211 of the first conductors 210 are all closer to the bottom wall of the winding slots 120, so that the multiple first conductors 210 can be arranged in sequence, overlapped and fitted together to form a coil unit 200a having two layers of windings, and the first insertion portion 211 of the first conductor 210 is located in one of the winding layers, and the second insertion portion 212 is located in the other winding layer, so that the multiple first conductors 210 are fitted together with stoppers, thereby improving the stability of the relative positions between the multiple first conductors 210 in the coil unit 200a.

[0177] In the stator according to the embodiment of the present application, the coil unit 200a of the stator winding 200 may be considered to include two layers of winding, and the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 of the same first conductor 210 are located in different winding layers. For example, the coil unit 200a includes a high-layer winding and a low-layer winding, and the first insertion portion 211 of the same first conductor 210 may be located in the low-layer winding, and the second insertion portion 212 is located in the high-layer winding, whereby the multiple first conductors 210 are interdigitated with each other. The low-layer winding is, for example, a winding layer close to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120, and the high-layer winding is, for example, a winding layer away from the bottom wall of the winding slot 120. In another embodiment, the first insertion portion 211 of the same first conductor 210 may also be located in the high-layer winding, and the second insertion portion 212 is located in the low-layer winding.

[0178] In some embodiments, the span between the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 of at least one first conductor 210 is equal to the pole distance, which can simplify the winding structure of the first conductor 210. For example, if the span between the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 of the same first conductor 210 is six winding slots 120, the pole distance is six winding slots 120.

[0179] In some embodiments, the span between the first attachment portion 211 and the second attachment portion 212 of each first conductor 210 is equal to the pole distance.

[0180] Fig. 18 is a structural schematic diagram of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application from another viewpoint. Fig. 19 is a structural schematic diagram of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application from yet another viewpoint. Fig. 20 is a locally enlarged structural schematic diagram of A in Fig. 19.

[0181] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 19, the stator winding 200 includes a plurality of coil units 200a arranged in layers along the axial direction of the stator core 100.

[0182] In the above technical solution, the amount of magnetic flux of the stator can be increased by installing a plurality of coil units 200a.

[0183] When the stator winding 200 includes multiple coil units 200a, the multiple coil units 200a may be inserted into the winding slots 120 of the stator core 100 in the same step. Alternatively, the process may be divided into multiple times, with one coil unit 200a being inserted into the winding slot 120 of the stator core 100 each time. When inserting one coil unit 200a into the winding slot 120 of the stator core 100, first, multiple first conductors 210 may be connected to one coil unit 200a, and the entire coil unit 200a may be inserted into the multiple winding slots 120 of the stator core 100, or the process may be divided into multiple times, with one first conductor 210 being inserted into the winding slot 120 each time.

[0184] In some embodiments, the first and second mounting portions 211 and 212 of the same first conductor 210 are arranged along the circumferential direction. The first conductor 210 further includes a connecting portion 213 connecting the first and second mounting portions 211 and 212.

[0185] Alternatively, the connection portion 213 may be integrally formed with the first and second mounting portions 211 and 212. In other embodiments, the connection portion 213 may be formed separately from the first and second mounting portions 211 and 212.

[0186] In the above technical solution, the first inserting part 211 and the second inserting part 212 can be connected via the connecting part 213 at the end of the curl clip.

[0187] In some embodiments, the connection portion 213 is located on a side of the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 toward the center of the stator core 100 .

[0188] In the above technical solution, the connection portion 213 is disposed inside the stator core 100, so that the number of first conductors 210 to be welded inside the stator core 100 can be reduced, and the process difficulty can be reduced.

[0189] In some embodiments, the connection portion 213 includes a first connection portion 213a and a second connection portion 213b, the first connection portion 213a extends from an end of the first insertion portion 211 close to the center of the stator core 100, and the first connection portion 213a is bent obliquely toward the second insertion portion 212, the second connection portion 213b extends from an end of the second insertion portion 212 close to the center of the stator core 100, and the second connection portion 213b is bent obliquely toward the first insertion portion 211, and the first connection portion 213a is connected to the second connection portion 213b.

[0190] In the above technical solution, the first connection portion 213a and the second connection portion 213b are formed to extend along a direction close to each other, which can reduce the overall size of the connection portion 213 and the space size that the connection portion 213 occupies in the center of the stator core 100.

[0191] Optionally, among two adjacent first conductors 210 in the same coil unit 200a, the first connection portion 213a of one of the first conductors 210 and the second connection portion 213b of the other first conductor 210 are crossed and stacked along the axial direction, whereby the first connection portion 213a and the second connection portion 213b of the two first conductors 210 are stopped from each other, improving the stability of the relative positions between the multiple first conductors 210.

[0192] Alternatively, among three first conductors 210 adjacent to each other along the circumferential direction within the same coil unit 200a, the first connection portion 213a of one of the first conductors 210 is located on the side closer to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 of the second connection portion 213b of the previous first conductor 210, and the second connection portion 213b of one of the first conductors 210 is located on the side away from the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 of the first connection portion 213a of the subsequent first conductor 210.

[0193] In the above solution, the first connection portion 213a of one of the first conductors 210 is located closer to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 than the second connection portion 213b of the previous first conductor 210, and the axial positional relationship between the first connection portion 213a and the second connection portion 213b will be described with reference only to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120. Similarly, if the second connection portion 213b of one of the first conductors 210 is located closer to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 than the first connection portion 213a of the subsequent first conductor 210, the positional relationship between the second connection portion 213b and the first connection portion 213a will be described with reference only to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120.

[0194] As described above, the circumferential direction may be a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction. When the circumferential direction is a clockwise direction, the first conductor 210 located in front of one of the first conductors 210 is the first conductor 210 located on the counterclockwise side of the one of the first conductors 210, and the first conductor 210 located behind one of the first conductors 210 is the first conductor 210 located on the clockwise side of the one of the first conductors 210.

[0195] In the embodiment of the present application, among the three first conductors 210 arranged along the circumferential direction in the same coil unit 200a, the three first conductors 210 are, for example, conductor X1, conductor X2, and conductor X3, arranged in order along the circumferential direction, and the first connection portion 213a of the conductor X2 is located on the side of the second connection portion 213b of the conductor X1 facing the bottom wall of the winding slot 120, and the second connection portion 213b of the conductor X2 is located away from the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 of the first connection portion 213a of the conductor X3. The first connection portion 213a of the conductor X1 is located on the side where the second connection portion 213b of the conductor X2 is crimped against the first connection portion 213a of the conductor X3 toward the bottom wall of the winding slot 120, while the first connection portion 213a of the conductor X1 is crimped against the second connection portion 213b of the conductor X2 toward the bottom wall of the winding slot 120, i.e., the first connection portion 213a of the conductor X2 is crimped, and the second connection portion 213b of the conductor X2 is crimped against another first connection portion 213a, so that the multiple first conductors 210 are fitted together in sequence.

[0196] Alternatively, the conductor X1, the conductor X2 and the conductor X3 may be adjacently disposed, or another first conductor 210 may be further disposed between the conductor X1 and the conductor X2, and another first conductor 210 may be disposed between the conductor X2 and the conductor X3.

[0197] In some embodiments, the multiple first conductors 210 are alternately arranged, and along the circumferential direction, the first connection portion 213a of one of the first conductors 210 is located on a side closer to the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 than the second connection portion 213b of the previous multiple first conductors 210, and the second connection portion 213b of one of the first conductors 210 is located on a side away from the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 than the first connection portion 213a of the next multiple first conductors 210.

[0198] In the above technical solution, the first connection portion 213a of the first conductor 210 is pressed against the bottom wall of the winding slot 120 by the second connection portions 213b of the other first conductors 210, and the second connection portion 213b of the first conductor 210 presses the first connection portions 213a of the other first conductors 210 toward the bottom wall of the winding slot 120, so that the multiple first conductors 210 are laminated and fitted in sequence, thereby improving the stability of the relative positions between the multiple first conductors 210.

[0199] FIG. 21 is a structural schematic diagram of a portion of a stator first conductor 210 according to some embodiments of the present application, FIG. 22 is a structural schematic diagram of a portion of a stator first conductor 210 according to some other embodiments of the present application, FIG. 23 is a structural schematic diagram of a portion of a stator first conductor 210 according to some other embodiments of the present application, and FIG. 24 is a structural schematic diagram of a portion of a stator first conductor 210 according to some further embodiments of the present application.

[0200] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 21 to 23, the connecting portion 213 further includes a bent portion 213c that is connected to the first connecting portion 213a and the second connecting portion 213b.

[0201] The bent portion 213c may be provided in a variety of ways, and may be formed by bending a part or the whole of the connecting portion 213 back by twisting, bending, everting, or folding.

[0202] In the above technical solution, by installing the bending portion 213c, the axial distance between the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 is changed, and the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 can be easily installed in different winding layers, thereby improving the problem of the space being cramped in the center of the stator core 100, and reducing the risk of interference between different first conductors 210 and damage to the insulating coating of the first conductor 210 when the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 cross layers.

[0203] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 24, the first conductor 210 may include multiple bends 213c. Optionally, the first conductor 210 may omit the first connecting portion 213a and the second connecting portion 213b.

[0204] In some embodiments, first electrical conductor 210 is a unitary structure, for example, first mating portion 211, second mating portion 212 and connecting portion 213 are a unitary structure.

[0205] Alternatively, the first mounting portion 211, the second mounting portion 212 and the connecting portion 213 are an integrally molded structure and have a U-shaped structure, the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 212 are two arms of the U-shaped structure, and the connecting portion 213 is the bottom of the U-shaped structure.

[0206] In the above technical solution, when the first conductor 210 is integrally molded, for example, when the first inserting portion 211, the second inserting portion 212 and the connecting portion 213 are integrally molded, the first conductor 210 has a relatively high connection strength and can improve the service life of the first conductor 210. Optionally, the integrally molded first inserting portion 211, the second inserting portion 212 and the connecting portion 213 are formed by deforming the conductor. For example, when the first conductor 210 is a rectangular wire, the first conductor 210 may be molded after being devarned and punched by a rectangular conductor, and the wound rectangular conductor is leveled and then subjected to laser devarning at the corresponding length position, and precise punching is performed after the varnish removal is completed, and the punched rectangular conductor is assembled into the winding slot 120 after being formed into the first conductor 210 through mold 3D molding and one-time 3D press molding. Since the punching, varnish removal, and 3D molding processes of the first conductor 210 by 3D molding are easy to control, there is no need to cut the conductor, which reduces the complexity of the process and improves the operating efficiency of the production line.

[0207] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13 to 20, the first conductor 210 further includes a first pin 214 and a second pin 215, the first pin 214 is connected to an end away from the connection portion 213 of the first insertion portion 211, and the second pin 215 is connected to an end away from the connection portion 213 of the second insertion portion 212, and the coil unit 200a includes a plurality of conductive branches 201 including a plurality of first conductors 210 connected in series, and among any two adjacent first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201, the first pin 214 of one first conductor 210 is connected to the second pin 215 of another first conductor 210.

[0208] Optionally, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are formed to extend along a radial direction of the stator core 100 in a direction away from the center of the stator core 100 .

[0209] In the above technical solution, a first pin 214 and a second pin 215 are further extended from the first conductor 210, so that the first conductor 210 can be connected to other first conductors 210 via the first pin 214 and the second pin 215. At least two first conductors 210 in the coil unit 200a are connected to each other via the first pin 214 and the second pin 215, and are connected in series to form a conductive branch 201.

[0210] 3 to 8, among any two adjacent first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201, the first pin 214 of one first conductor 210 and the second pin 215 of the other first conductor 210 are connected to each other while overlapping along the axial direction, which can improve the contact area between the first pin 214 and the second pin 215, ensure the stability of the relative positions between the first pin 214 and the second pin 215, and improve the current passing amount between the first pin 214 and the second pin 215.

[0211] Optionally, of the at least two first conductors 210, the first pin 214 of one of them and the second pin 215 of the other of them are completely overlapped along the axial direction of the stator core 100 and connected to each other.

[0212] In the above technical solution, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 of the two first conductors 210 are fully overlapped with each other, thereby improving the contact area between the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 and ensuring a sufficient current passing area between the two first conductors 210. In addition, the first conductor 210 further has the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 connected in series with each other, thereby forming a complete conductive branch 201.

[0213] Optionally, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 of any two adjacent first conductors 210 of the conductive branch 201 are welded to each other in the overlapping region. Exemplarily, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded by TIG (non-fusible electrode gas shielded arc welding), by laser, or by other methods.

[0214] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 8, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 form a connection structure 2145 in an area where they overlap and connect along the axial direction, and the coil unit 200a includes multiple connection structures 2145 spaced apart along the circumferential direction.

[0215] The connecting structure 2145 refers to the overlapping area of the interconnected first pin 214 and the second pin 215. Optionally, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 may be welded together in the area where the connecting structure 2145 is located.

[0216] In the above technical solution, the multiple connecting structures 2145 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction, and there are gaps between adjacent connecting structures 2145. When the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded to each other to form the connecting structure 2145, the welding distance can be increased and the mutual influence during welding can be improved.

[0217] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 8, the stator winding 200 includes multiple coil units 200a stacked along the axial direction, and the connection structures 2145 of two adjacent coil units 200a are offset in the circumferential direction.

[0218] In the above technical solution, the connection structures 2145 of two adjacent coil units 200a are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction, and the pitch between the connection structures 2145 of the two coil units 200a can be increased; when the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded together to form the connection structure 2145, the welding distance can be increased to improve the mutual influence during welding. And when the coil units 200a are inserted into the winding slots 120, the distance between the connection structures 2145 of the different coil units 200a is far enough, so there is no need to continue to perform flaring deformation processing on the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 in the connection structure 2145, and the process complexity can be reduced; the position stability of the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 can be further guaranteed without the need for flaring deformation processing, and the risk of weld cracks can be reduced; and the electrical gap between the connection structures 2145 can be increased to improve the safety performance of the stator.

[0219] The above technical solution can further shorten the axial size of the stator, make the axial size of the motor smaller, and make the weight lighter; in the finished vehicle, the unsprung mass can be reduced; the multi-link suspension structure and the arrangement of dummy springs are more helpful in improving the operability of the chassis; and by offsetting the connection structures 2145 of two adjacent coil units 200a in the circumferential direction, the electrical gap between the connection structures 2145 can be increased, reducing the requirements for insulation in the connection structures 2145, reducing process complexity, saving raw materials, and improving the operating tact of the production line.

[0220] Optionally, the connection structures 2145 of two axially adjacent coil units 200a are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction.

[0221] Alternatively, the connecting structures 2145 of the coil units 200a located on both axial sides of the same coil unit 200a are stacked on top of each other along the axial direction, thereby making it possible to maximize the circumferential pitch of the connecting structures 2145 of two adjacent coil units 200a.

[0222] For example, the number of coil units 200a is four, and the four coil units 200a are a first coil unit, a second coil unit, a third coil unit, and a fourth coil unit, respectively, in a direction away from the bottom wall of the winding slot 120, and the connection structures 2145 of the first coil unit and the second coil unit, the second coil unit and the third coil unit, and the third coil unit and the fourth coil unit are installed at intervals along the circumferential direction. And, the connection structures 2145 of the first coil unit and the third coil unit, and the second coil unit and the fourth coil unit are stacked on top of each other along the axial direction.

[0223] Optionally, the multiple connecting structures 2145 of each coil unit 200a are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction to increase the pitch between the connecting structures 2145 of two adjacent coil units 200a.

[0224] In some embodiments, the first conductor 210 further includes a first connecting arm 216 and a second connecting arm 217, where the first mounting portion 211 and the first pin 214 are connected via the first connecting arm 216 and the second pin 215 and the second mounting portion 212 are connected via the second connecting arm 217.

[0225] In some embodiments, of two first conductors 210 adjacent to each other along the circumferential direction, the second connection arm 217 of one first conductor 210 passes between the second pin 215 of the other first conductor 210 and the stator core 100.

[0226] Optionally, the first and second mounting portions 211 and 212 of the first conductor 210 are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction and connected to each other to form a generally U-shaped structure, the first mounting portion 211 being one arm of the U-shaped structure, the second mounting portion 212 being another arm of the U-shaped structure, and the first connecting arm 216 is circumferentially extending away from the second mounting portion 212, i.e., the first connecting arm 216 is circumferentially extending away from the interior of the U-shaped structure. Similarly, the second connecting arm 217 is circumferentially extending away from the interior of the U-shaped structure.

[0227] Optionally, the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 are located outside the stator core 100 .

[0228] Optionally, the first connecting arm 216 and the first insert portion 211 are integrally molded to improve the connection strength between the first connecting arm 216 and the first insert portion 211. Optionally, the second connecting arm 217 and the second insert portion 212 are integrally molded to improve the connection strength between the second connecting arm 217 and the second insert portion 212.

[0229] Optionally, the first connecting arm 216 and the first pin 214 are integrally molded to improve the connection strength between the first connecting arm 216 and the first pin 214. Optionally, the second connecting arm 217 and the second pin 215 are integrally molded to improve the connection strength between the second connecting arm 217 and the second pin 215.

[0230] Optionally, the first pin 214 is formed to extend radially from an end of the first connecting arm 216 that is remote from the first mounting portion 211, along a direction away from the center of the stator core 100. Optionally, the second pin 215 is formed to extend radially from an end of the second connecting arm 217 that is remote from the second mounting portion 212, along a direction away from the second mounting portion 212 in a second direction.

[0231] In the above technical solution, on the one hand, the position of the first pin 214 can be adjusted by controlling the shape and size of the first connecting arm 216, and the position of the second pin 215 can be adjusted by controlling the shape and size of the second connecting arm 217, so that the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 can be located at appropriate positions. The second connecting arm 217 of one first conductor 210 passes between the second pin 215 of another first conductor 210 and the stator core 100, i.e., the second pin 215 of the other first conductor 210 is located on the side of one second connecting arm 217 away from the center of the stator core 100, i.e., the second pin 215 is located outside the second connecting arm 217 of the other first conductor 210, and when the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded together, the influence of high temperature during welding on other parts of the first conductor 210 can be reduced, and the welding operation for the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 can be facilitated.

[0232] FIG. 25 is a schematic diagram of a local structure of a coil unit 200a of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application.

[0233] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13 to 25, the second connection arm 217 has an escape recess 217a on the side facing away from the stator core 100 to allow the second pin 215 of another first conductor 210 to escape.

[0234] Optionally, the second pins 215 are correspondingly located in the relief recesses 217a on the side away from the center of the stator core 100. Optionally, at least a portion of the second pins 215 are correspondingly located in the relief recesses 217a.

[0235] The shape and installation manner of the relief recess 217a may be various. When the second pin 215 and the second connecting arm 217 are connected smoothly and transitionally, the relief recess 217a may be arc-shaped, which makes it easier to process and form the relief recess 217a, while also making the shape of the relief recess 217a better match the connection shape of the second pin 215 and the second connecting arm 217, so that the relief recess 217a can better yield its position to the second pin 215.

[0236] In the above technical solution, the relief recess 217a is provided on the second connecting arm 217, so that the second pin 215 can be given a position, and the stacking of the second pin 215 and the second connecting arm 217 of the other first conductor 210 can be avoided, and the axial thickness of the coil unit 200a can be reduced. The relief recess 217a is provided to reduce the height of the end of the stator winding 200, so that the size of the outer envelope of the stator is relatively small, the size of the motor is smaller, and the arrangement of the motor can be facilitated. In addition, the relief recess 217a can further improve the interaction force caused by the position interference between the second pin 215 and the second connecting arm 217, affect the stability of the position of the second pin 215, and further affect the welding strength.

[0237] Optionally, of two first conductors 210 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, the first connection arm 216 of one first conductor 210 passes between the first pin 214 of the other first conductor 210 and the stator core 100. Optionally, a relief portion for allowing the first pin 214 of the other first conductor 210 to escape is provided on the side of the first connection arm 216 away from the stator core 100.

[0238] In some embodiments, the second connecting arm 217 is bent at a position corresponding to the relief recess 217 a to form a protrusion 217 b that protrudes toward the stator core 100 .

[0239] In the above embodiment, by providing the protrusion 217b corresponding to the escape recess 217a, the second connecting arm 217 forms the escape recess 217a and the protrusion 217b through a bending process, thereby simplifying the molding process of the second connecting arm 217.

[0240] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 15-20, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are formed to extend radially away from the center of the stator core 100 .

[0241] In the above embodiment, when the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are formed to extend in the radial direction away from the center of the stator core 100, the pitch of the parts such as the first pin 214, the second pin 215, and the first insertion part 211 can be increased, and when the overlapping first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are welded to each other, the influence of high temperature on other parts can be reduced. When the overlapping first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are formed to extend in the circumferential direction close to each other, the shape of the first conductor 210 can be simplified, the size of the first conductor 210 can be reduced, the height away from the end of the stator core 100 of the coil unit 200a can be reduced, the size of the outer envelope of the stator can be reduced, the weight of the first conductor 210 can be reduced, and the arrangement of the stator can be facilitated. The above embodiment makes it easier to grip the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 during welding and can be applied to mass production.

[0242] FIG. 26 is a structural schematic diagram of two first conductors of a stator according to some other embodiments of the present application; FIG. 27 is a structural schematic diagram of FIG. 26 from another perspective; FIG. 28 is a structural schematic diagram of a part of the first conductor of the stator shown in FIG. 26; and FIG. 29 is a structural schematic diagram of two first conductors of a stator according to some other embodiments of the present application; 30 is a structural schematic diagram of FIG. 29 from another viewpoint, and FIG. 31 is a structural schematic diagram of a portion of the first conductor of the stator shown in FIG.

[0243] In some other embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 26 to 31, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 overlap each other and are molded to extend along a circumferential direction close to each other.

[0244] Examples of the present application can simplify the shape of the first conductor 210, reduce the size of the first conductor 210, reduce the height of the coil unit 200a away from the end of the stator core 100, reduce the size of the stator outer envelope, reduce the weight of the first conductor 210, and facilitate easier placement of the stator.

[0245] In some embodiments, when the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 overlap each other and are formed to extend in a direction close to each other in the circumferential direction, when the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are wrapped around each other, a structure such as circumferential overlap or cross overlap can be selected. The first pin 214 and the second pin 215 may be directly wrapped around each other, or alternatively, as shown in Figures 26 to 28, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are provided with a welding protrusion 218, which is formed to protrude in a direction away from the center of the stator core 100, and the orthogonal projection shape of the welding protrusion 218 along the axial direction may have a shape such as a semicircular shape or a polygonal shape. The welding protrusions 218 of the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are stacked around each other along the axial direction. In the manufacturing process of the stator, the first pin 214 and the second pin 215 can be clamped at the overlapping position of the welding protrusions 218 and then welded, and the welding can be performed by laser or arc welding. The first pin 214 and the second pin 215 are directly wrapped in the circumferential direction, which can save the radial space of the stator, and further reduce the height of the end of the coil unit 200a, and reduce the size of the outer envelope of the stator and the weight of the stator.

[0246] FIG. 32 is a structural schematic diagram of a second conductor 220 of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application.

[0247] 32, the coil unit further includes a second conductor 220 including one insertion portion 2011 to be inserted into the winding slot 120. The structure of the second conductor 220 can be simplified, and the manufacture of the second conductor 220 can be facilitated.

[0248] Optionally, the second conductor 220 includes one insertion part 2011 and one connection part 221, the insertion part 2011 and the connection part 221 are integrally formed and have an I-shaped structure, and the insertion part 2011 and the connection part 221 are distributed sequentially along the extending direction of the I-shaped structure. The two second conductors 220 are connected to each other by the connection part 221 to form a shape similar to that of the first conductor 210.

[0249] In some embodiments, the coil unit may include only the first conductor 210.

[0250] FIG. 33 is a structural schematic diagram of another first conductor 210 of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application, and FIG. 34 is a structural schematic diagram of a stator including the first conductor 210 shown in FIG.

[0251] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 33 and 34 , each first conductor 210 includes one insertion portion 2011, or each first conductor 210 is continuously bent and includes at least three insertion portions 2011, and the at least three insertion portions 2011 of the first conductor 210 are inserted into different winding slots 120.

[0252] In the above embodiment, by inserting three or more insertion portions 2011 of the same first conductor 210 into different winding slots 120, the contact area between the first conductor 210 and the stator core 100 can be increased, and the stability of the relative position between the first conductor 210 and the stator core 100 can be improved.

[0253] Optionally, the first electrical conductor 210 may include eight inserts 2011 .

[0254] The embodiments of the present application can employ combinations of different types of first conductors 210 and second conductors 220, thereby reducing the number of types of pre-formed distributed coil units 200a, reducing process complexity, and minimizing mold input costs.

[0255] In some embodiments, the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212 of the same first conductor 210 are symmetrically arranged.

[0256] Alternatively, when the first conductor 210 includes a first pin 214 and a second pin 215, the first pin 214, the first insertion portion 211 and the second pin 215, the second insertion portion 212 of the same first conductor 210 are arranged symmetrically.

[0257] Alternatively, when the first conductor 210 includes a first pin 214, a first connecting arm 216, a second pin 215, and a second connecting arm 217, the first pin 214, the first connecting arm 216, the first mounting portion 211 and the second pin 215, the second connecting arm 217, and the second mounting portion 212 of the same first conductor 210 are arranged symmetrically.

[0258] In the above technical solution, the first insertion portion 211 and the second insertion portion 212, which are installed symmetrically, can balance the force bearing of the first conductor 210, thereby making the position between the multiple first conductors 210 that are inserted and fitted together more stable.

[0259] FIG. 35 is a schematic diagram of a stator core of a stator according to some further embodiments of the present application, FIG. 36 is a schematic diagram of a stator according to some further embodiments of the present application, and FIG. 37 is a side view of the stator shown in FIG. 36.

[0260] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 35 to 37, the stator core 100 has two axial end faces 110 each having a winding slot 120 formed therein.

[0261] In the above embodiment, by installing winding slots 120 on both axial sides of the stator core 100, the stator windings 200 can be embedded on different sides of the stator core 100, and the same stator core 100 can accommodate more coil units 200a.

[0262] FIG. 38 is a local cross-sectional view of a stator core of a stator according to some embodiments of the present application.

[0263] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 38 , the winding slot 120 includes a bottom wall surface 121, two side wall surfaces 122 connected to the bottom wall surface 121, and two inclined surfaces 123 connected to the two side wall surfaces 122, respectively, the two side wall surfaces 122 being spaced apart along the circumferential direction, and a groove opening 124 being formed between the ends of the two inclined surfaces 123 that are away from the corresponding side wall surfaces 122.

[0264] In the above embodiment, by connecting the inclined surface 123 to the side wall surface 122, the size of the groove opening 124 can be increased, and the coil unit 200a can be easily embedded in the winding slot 120.

[0265] In some embodiments, the size of the groove opening 124 along the circumferential direction is H1, the pitch of the two sidewall surfaces 122 in the circumferential direction is H2, and H1≧1.5H2.

[0266] In the above technical solution, the circumferential extension size of the groove opening 124 is relatively large and is greater than 1.5 times the circumferential pitch of the two side wall surfaces 122, which makes it easier for the coil unit 200a to be inserted into the winding slot 120 and improves the efficiency of assembling the coil unit 200a into the winding slot 120.

[0267] FIG. 39 is a local cross-sectional view of a stator core of a stator according to some further embodiments of the present application.

[0268] 39, in some embodiments, the groove surface of the winding slot 120 includes a bottom wall surface 121 and two side wall surfaces 122 connected to the bottom wall surface 121, the two side wall surfaces 122 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction, and the insertion portion 2011 is disposed between the two side wall surfaces 122. A groove opening 124 is provided at an end of the winding slot 120 along the axial direction D, and the groove opening 124 and the bottom wall surface 121 face each other along the axial direction D. The size of the groove opening 124 along the circumferential direction is H1, and the pitch in the circumferential direction of the two side wall surfaces 122 is H2, where H1≦H2.

[0269] In the embodiment of the present application, the groove opening 124 can be made equal to or smaller than the groove width of the winding slot 120, thereby greatly reducing the pre-formed distributed winding assembly reserved space and conductor gap, achieving a copper filling factor of more than 75%, and adopting axial wire entry to make the wiring process more convenient and efficient.

[0270] Optionally, H1 is less than H2.

[0271] 11 and 39, in some embodiments, the winding slot 120 includes a mounting groove 125 forming a recess in the sidewall surface 122. The stator further includes a stop member 300 inserted into the mounting groove 125 to limit movement of the insertion portion 2011 in the axial direction D.

[0272] By providing the mounting groove 125 and the stopper member 300, the risk of the insertion portion 2011 coming off the winding slot 120 can be reduced.

[0273] In some embodiments, the stopper member 300 may be an insulating member. The stopper member 300 can reinforce the insulating performance at the groove opening position of the stator winding 200. The stopper member 300 simultaneously performs the dual functions of insulating reinforcement and space stopper in the stator.

[0274] In some other embodiments, the stopper member 300 may be a magnetic member. After adopting the magnetic stopper member 300, the motor can reduce the excitation current appropriately, improve the power factor, and improve the motor efficiency, reduce the core loss, thereby reducing the temperature rise of the motor, reducing the electromagnetic noise and vibration, and since the magnetic stopper member 300 is a magnetic conductive material, it can enhance the magnetic leakage of the motor and reduce the starting torque.

[0275] Optionally, the stopper member 300 can be inserted into the mounting groove 125 from the outer wall and pressed into the mounting groove 125 toward the inner wall to seal the groove mouth 124 of the winding slot 120 .

[0276] Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, when there are multiple coil units 200a, the coil units 200a can be laminated in sequence through the groove openings 124 of the winding slots 120 and then inserted into the winding slots 120. Or, the multiple coil units 200a can be pressed into the winding slots 120 through the entire groove openings 124 of the winding slots 120. In the stator according to the embodiment of the present application, the structure of the coil units 200a is simple, and the wiring method is convenient and simple, which facilitates the realization of automated production.

[0277] Optionally, the number of the winding slots 120 and the number of the first conductors 210 in the stator core 100 may be adjusted according to actual needs. In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the winding slots 120 is exemplarily described as 48, and the 48 winding slots 120 are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the stator core 100. In the wiring process of the coil unit 200a, that is, the coil unit 200a is placed in the process of the winding slots 120, and each time, up to 42 first conductors 210 are stacked in the winding slot 120, and the entirety from the 43rd to the 48th are inserted from the groove opening 124 of the winding slot 120 in a manner of being clamped by a robot hand until they are stuck to the first conductor 210 located in the winding slot 120. After the wiring of one coil unit 200a is completed, the second and third coil units 200a are wired in sequence.

[0278] Alternatively, a stator core 100 that is wound and formed can be selected, which solves the problem of waste of scrap material and intermediate cylindrical material in the conventional process, and the scrap only contains the parts corresponding to the winding slots 120, that is, the scrap is only a part of the material that is removed to form the winding slots 120, improving the material utilization rate. Furthermore, the stator core 100 forming process is simple, which makes it easy to realize automation.

[0279] Alternatively, the stator core 100 may be die cast from a composite material such as high permeability, low loss sheet molded plastic, which allows for easy molding of the stator core 100 and a simple heat treatment process.

[0280] Optionally, the stator core 100 can be further assembled with split cores, so that the size and precision of the stator core 100 is relatively high, the quality is stable, the production efficiency is high, the material utilization rate is high, and the material cost is reduced.

[0281] Alternatively, the stator core 100 may have one-sided or two-sided slots, i.e., the winding slots 120 are provided on one or both axial sides of the stator core 100. In this way, the coil unit 200a can achieve one-sided or two-sided wiring. The wiring method of the one-sided slot of the stator core 100 has a yoke part on the stator core 100 that makes it easy to install and fix the stator, and the wiring method of the two-sided slot of the stator core 100 has technical advantages of improving material utilization rate, motor efficiency and power density, and reducing weight and volume.

[0282] The stators of the embodiments of the present application can be applied to motors with different numbers of phases to fit different voltage and power ranges.

[0283] In some embodiments, the stator winding 200 includes three phase windings, respectively a first phase winding, a second phase winding, and a third phase winding. Optionally, the first phase winding is a U phase winding, the second phase winding is a V phase winding, and the third phase winding is a W phase winding.

[0284] Each phase winding may include only one branch or may include multiple branches. The branches of a phase winding may be referred to as parallel-connected branches.

[0285] The number of branches in a phase winding may be any integer number, expanding the range of uses of the winding design to fit different voltage and power ranges.

[0286] In some embodiments, the stator windings 200 may be connected in full-length windings, short-length windings, or multi-layer windings.

[0287] Alternatively, when the stator winding 200 is a three-phase stator winding, the three-phase distribution style in each winding slot 120 may be various, for example, a structural style of 12 poles and 36 slots, and the slot number Q of each pole and each phase is 1. Taking 12 poles as an example, the slot number of the winding slots 120 may be 36 slots, 72 slots, etc. By adjusting Q, harmonics of different orders such as 5th, 7th, 11th, 13th, etc. can be eliminated or reduced, torque pulsation can be reduced, and NVH can be improved.

[0288] An embodiment of the present application further provides a motor including a rotor and a stator according to any one of the above embodiments, where the rotor is disposed in a space surrounded by an inner wall of the stator core 100.

[0289] The motor in the embodiments of the present application may be a generator or an electric motor.

[0290] The embodiment of the present application further provides a power train including a reducer and the above motor. The motor and the reducer are transmission-connected. Specifically, the drive shaft of the motor and the input shaft of the reducer are connected through a transmission member such as a coupling, so that the driving force can be output from the rectangular wire motor to the reducer.

[0291] The embodiment of the present application further provides a vehicle including the above-mentioned powertrain, and the above-mentioned powertrain is installed in the vehicle to provide the vehicle with driving power. Specifically, in this embodiment, the vehicle may be a new energy vehicle driven by electric energy, for example, the new energy vehicle may be a hybrid electric vehicle, a pure electric vehicle, or a fuel cell electric vehicle, and may be a vehicle that adopts a high-efficiency energy storage device such as a supercapacitor, a flywheel battery, or a flywheel energy storage device as an electric energy source.

[0292] FIG. 40 is a flow chart of a method for manufacturing a stator according to some embodiments of the present application.

[0293] Referring to FIG. 40, an embodiment of the present application further provides a method for manufacturing a stator, the method including the following steps.

[0294] Step S01: Provide a stator core 100, and provide a plurality of winding slots 120 penetrating an inner wall 111 and an outer wall 112 of the stator core 100 on an end face 110 along an axial direction D of the stator core 100, and the plurality of winding slots 120 are spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the stator core 100.

[0295] Step S02: A coil unit 200a pre-assembled by a plurality of first conductors 210 is press-fitted into a plurality of winding slots 120 along the axial direction D, so that the insertion portions 2011 of each first conductor 210 are inserted into the winding slots 120.

[0296] In this embodiment, a stator core having winding slots is first provided, then a plurality of first conductors are assembled into a coil unit, and the entire pre-assembled coil unit is then fitted into the winding slot, which can effectively improve the assembly efficiency of the stator compared to inserting the plurality of first conductors into the winding slots one by one.

[0297] In some embodiments, before step S02, Providing a straight conductor including a conductor wire and an insulating layer covering the outside of the conductor wire; removing the insulating layer on both ends of the conductor; and bending the conductor to form a first conductor including a plurality of spaced apart interposers.

[0298] In the above technical solution, the first conductor is formed by directly bending the straight conductor after the insulating layers at both ends are removed, eliminating the need for processes such as conductor cutting at a later stage, which reduces the complexity of the conductor manufacturing process and improves the manufacturing efficiency of the stator.

[0299] In some embodiments, the stator pole number is 2p and the stator pole distance is n winding slots; Before step S02, the method further includes a step of providing 2p×n first conductors, each of the first conductors including a first insertion portion and a second insertion portion, and a span between the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion is n winding slots.

[0300] The step of pre-assembling the plurality of first conductors into a coil unit includes: providing an assembly feature including 2p×n slots, the 2p×n slots being evenly spaced around a circumference of the assembly feature; stacking (2p-1)×n first conductors in sequence along a counterclockwise direction into the 2p×n slots to be opened; and a step of inserting the remaining n first conductors into slots of an assembly mechanism to form a coil unit, wherein in any one of the slots, a first insertion portion of one first conductor of the coil unit is positioned on a side closer to a bottom wall of the slot than a second insertion portion of another first conductor of the coil unit.

[0301] In some embodiments, the method further comprises the steps of:

[0302] The pre-assembled coil unit is removed from the assembly mechanism. After the coil unit is removed from the device structure, the method can proceed to step S02. In the above technical solution, the span between the first and second insertion parts is equal to the pole distance, so that the winding structure of the first conductor can be simplified. In any one winding slot, the first insertion parts of the first conductors are all closer to the bottom wall of the winding slot, so that the multiple first conductors can be sequentially arranged and overlapped and fitted to form a coil unit having two layers of windings, and the first insertion part of the first conductor is located in one layer of the windings and the second insertion part is located in another layer of the windings, and the multiple first conductors are fitted and stopped with each other, so that the stability of the relative positions between the multiple first conductors in the coil unit can be improved.

[0303] 41 to 46 are different schematic views of a stator during manufacture according to some further embodiments of the present application.

[0304] 41 to 46, the manufacturing method of the embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps before step S02:

[0306] Step S04: As shown in FIG. 42 and FIG. 43, m first conductors 210 are knitted to create a sub-coil unit 200b, and j sub-coil units 200b are manufactured; In step S05, as shown in FIGS. 44 to 46, j sub-coil units 200b are assembled to form the coil unit 200a.

[0307] In step S03, each first conductor 210 may include 2, 4, 6, 8, or 16 insertion portions 2011. Illustratively, the first conductor 210 includes four insertion portions 2011.

[0308] For example, in step S04, the first conductors 210 are knitted in order as shown in FIG. 42, and after knitting m first conductors 210, the sub-coil unit 200b shown in FIG. 43 is created.

[0309] For example, j sub-coil units 200b can be integrated to form the coil unit 200a by operations such as interleaving, inversion, and the like.

[0310] By knitting the multiple first conductors 210 in stages, the difficulty of knitting can be reduced and assembly efficiency can be improved.

[0311] In some embodiments, j is 2. In step S04, two "crescent-shaped" sub-coil units 200b may be first assembled.

[0316] The two connection portions 213 are located inside the inner wall 111. All of the connection portions 213 located inside the inner wall 111 of the coil unit 200a are arranged side by side along the circumferential direction.

[0317] A first pin 214 and a second pin 215 are located at opposite ends of the first conductor 210. The first pin 214 is connected to one socket 2011 via a first connecting arm 216, and the second pin 215 is connected to another socket 2011 via a second connecting arm 217.

[0318] The first pin 214 , the second pin 215 , the first connecting arm 216 and the second connecting arm 217 are all located outside the outer wall 112 .
