DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0007] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 4 show one embodiment of a structure of the present invention. This structure is applied to a wall installed at the boundary between a road and a residential site or next to a gate. As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 4, this structure has three pillars 1 erected at intervals from the ground G, a girder 11 installed at the top of the pillars 1, cross bars 2 installed at intervals in the vertical direction on the visible surfaces of the pillars 1 on the road side and the site side, a baseboard 12 installed by embedding it into the ground G at the bottom of the visible surfaces of the pillars 1 on the road side and the site side, and four horizontally long rectangular panels 4 are installed vertically on the road side and the site side supported by the pillars 1, the girder 11, the cross bars 2 and the baseboard 12. An upper frame 13 is attached to the top surface of the girder 11, and a vertical frame 14 is attached to the side of the pillars 1, respectively, to hide the small edges around the panels 4. Also, as shown in Figure 3, joint materials 3 are attached to the cross bars 2, and joints 8 are formed between the panels 4, 4 adjacent to each other vertically.
[0008] The pillar 1 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy material, and as shown in FIG. 4, is formed into a hollow shape with a square cross section. As shown in Figures 4 and 6-3(f), base materials 15 for mounting vertical frames 14 are attached at intervals in the vertical direction to the outer sides of the left and right pillars 1, and the vertical frames 14 are attached by engaging a pair of claw pieces 16, 16 (see Figure 4) with the base material 15.
[0009] As shown in Figure 4, a pillar extension material 7 is attached to the visible surfaces of the pillar 1 on the road side and site side. The pillar extension material 7 is made of an aluminum alloy extrusion and has panel mounting parts 17, 17 that protrude in the prospective direction and are formed in two rows with a gap in the left-right direction, and a central mounting part 18 that is formed between the panel mounting parts 17 and set back from the panel mounting parts 17. The back surface of the panel 4 is attached to the panel attachment portion 17 by bonding with an adhesive 20. The central attachment portion 18 has a recess 21 in the center, and the pillar support material 7 is fixed to the pillar 1 with a screw 22 at the position of the recess 21.
[0010] 2, the girder 11 is made of an aluminum alloy extrusion and has a hollow portion 23 with a rectangular cross section and a recess 24 that opens downward below the hollow portion 23, continuing in the longitudinal direction. The upper end of the column 1 is inserted into the recess 24 and fixed to the bottom wall of the recess 24 with metal fittings (not shown). As shown in Figures 2 and 6-3(f), base materials 15 for mounting the upper frame 13 are attached to the upper surface of the girder 11 at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the girder 11, and the upper frame 13 is engaged with and mounted on the base material 15. As shown in Fig. 2, girder extension members 25 are attached to the visible surfaces of the girder 11 on the road side and site side. The girder extension members 25 are formed from extruded aluminum alloy profiles, and have panel mounting parts 26 that protrude in the prospective direction and are formed in two rows with a gap between them in the vertical direction, and mounting parts 27 that are formed between the panel mounting parts 26 and set back from the panel mounting parts 26, and the mounting parts 27 are attached by screwing them to the girder 11. The back surface of the panel 4 is attached to the panel mounting parts 26 by bonding with adhesive 20.
[0011] The horizontal crosspiece 2 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy member, and as shown in Fig. 3, has upper and lower plate-like portions 29 that abut against the visible surface of the column 1 and are fixed with screws 28, a lower panel mounting portion 5 formed above the lower plate-like portion 29 and protruding in the visible direction, and to which the upper edge of the lower panel 4 is attached by bonding with adhesive 20, an upper panel mounting portion 6 formed below the upper plate-like portion 29 and protruding in the visible direction, and to which the lower edge of the upper panel 4 is attached by bonding with adhesive 20, and a recess 10 provided between the lower panel mounting portion 5 and the upper panel mounting portion 6. Recessed corners 30 are formed at the corners between the lower panel mounting portion 5 and the upper panel mounting portion 6 and the recess 10.
[0012] The joint material 3 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy profile, and as shown in Figure 3, has a mounting portion 32 that abuts against the bottom surface 10a of the recess 10 of the cross bar 2 and is fixed thereto with a screw 31, a panel receiving portion 33 that protrudes in the forward direction from the lower end of the mounting portion 32 and receives the lower end of the upper panel 4, a joint bottom forming protrusion 34 that protrudes downward from the rear side of the panel receiving portion 33 and forms the joint bottom of the joint 8 between adjacent panels 4, 4 vertically, and a corner portion 35 formed between the mounting portion 32 and the joint bottom forming protrusion 34. The joint material 3 is positioned by abutting the corner portion 35 against the bottom surface 10a and lower surface 10b of the recess 10 of the horizontal rail 2, and then the mounting portion 32 is attached by screwing it to the bottom surface 10a of the recess 10. An adhesive absorbing space 36 is formed between the recessed corner portion 30 of the horizontal rail 2 on the back side of the upper edge portion of the lower panel 4 and the recessed corner portion 30 of the horizontal rail 2, which can accommodate adhesive 20 that protrudes upward when the upper edge portion of the lower panel 4 is pressed against the lower panel mounting portion 5.
[0013] The baseboard 12 is made of an extruded aluminum alloy material, and as shown in Figure 2, has an attachment part 39 that abuts against the visible surface of the pillar 1 and is screwed in place, and a protrusion 40 with a rectangular cross section that protrudes forward from the attachment part 39, and the upper wall 41 of the protrusion 40 supports the lower end of the lowermost panel 4. The front wall 42 of the protrusion 40 protrudes above the upper wall 41, hiding the lower edge of the lowermost panel 4 from the front. Furthermore, the baseboard 12 is formed as a separate piece with a panel attachment part 43 to which the lower edge of the lowermost panel 4 is adhered.
[0014] Panel 4 is a decorative board made of aluminum plate with a laminate sheet covering the surface and giving it a wood grain or marble pattern. The top, bottom, left and right edges of the laminate sheet are wrapped around the back side of the aluminum plate, hiding the edges of the plate. Panels 4 are attached in order from the bottom up.
[0015] Next, the construction procedure of this structure will be explained with reference to the drawings. First, as shown in Figure 6-1(a), a column 1 is erected from the ground, a girder 11 is erected on the upper end of the column 1, and a girder extension material 25 is attached to the visible surface of the girder 11. Next, as shown in FIG. 6-1(b), a baseboard 12 is attached between the lower parts of the pillars 1. Next, as shown in Figure 6-2(c), the cross beams 2 are attached to the front surface of the pillar 1 at intervals in the vertical direction, and the pillar extension material 7 is attached. Note that the joint material 3 has not been attached to the cross beams 2 at this point. Next, as shown in Fig. 6-2(d), the panel 4 is attached between the baseboard 12 and the cross rail 2. The panel 4 is attached by placing the lower end of the panel 4 on the upper surface 41 of the protrusion 40 of the baseboard 12 (see Fig. 2) and adhering the lower edge of the panel 4 to the panel attachment portion 43 of the baseboard 12 with adhesive 20, and then adhering the upper edge of the panel 4 to the lower panel attachment portion 5 of the cross rail 2 with adhesive 20, as shown in Fig. 5(a). Next, as shown in Figures 5(b) and 6-3(e), the joint material 3 is attached to the horizontal rail 2. When attaching the joint material 3, it can be positioned by abutting the corners 35 against the bottom surface 10a and the lower surface 10b of the recess 10 of the horizontal rail 2. Then, the panel 4 is attached between the horizontal rail 2 to which the joint material 3 has been attached and the horizontal rail 2 above which the joint material 3 has not been attached. The panel 4 is attached by first applying adhesive 20 to the upper panel attachment portion 6 of the lower horizontal rail 2 and the lower panel attachment portion 5 of the upper horizontal rail 2, and then placing the lower end of the panel 4 on the panel receiving portion 33 of the joint material 3 while tilting the panel 4 slightly as shown in Fig. 5(c), and then raising the panel 4 vertically and pressing the back side of the lower edge of the panel 4 against the upper panel attachment portion 6 of the lower horizontal rail 2 and the back side of the upper edge of the panel 4 against the lower panel attachment portion 5 of the upper horizontal rail 2, thereby easily attaching the panel 4. The remaining two panels 4 are attached in the same manner. Next, as shown in FIG. 6-3(f), a base material 15 is attached to the column 1 and the girder 11. Next, as shown in FIG. 6-4(g), the vertical frame 14 is attached by engaging it with the base material 15 of the pillar 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 6-4(h), the upper frame 13 is attached by engaging it with the base material 15 of the girder 11.
[0016] In this way, in this structure, after the cross beams 2, 2, ... are attached to the columns 1, the panels 4 and joint materials 3 are alternately attached to the cross beams 2, 2, ... in order from the bottom up, so that the panels 4, 4, ... can be efficiently attached in order from the bottom up using the joint materials 3 as a reference, thereby simplifying construction.
[0017] 7 and 8 show an application example of the structure of the present invention. This structure is an embodiment in which a wall is constructed long in the left-right direction, and is configured by connecting three of the structures explained above horizontally, with three panels 4 installed horizontally and four vertically.
[0018] As shown in Figure 8, the column 1 located at the joint between adjacent panels 4, 4 on the left and right has a column cover 7 attached to the visible surface of the column 1, and then a joint material 9 is attached to the central mounting part 18 of the column cover 7, and the joint material 9 hides the gap between the ends of the panels 4, 4 arranged adjacently on the left and right. The joint material 9 is formed by dividing it into two members, a joint forming member 44 with a roughly T-shaped cross section and a mounting member 45 with a roughly L-shaped cross section, and is configured to be joined together with a screw 46, and the mounting member 45 is abutted against the central mounting part 18 of the column cover 7 and fixed in place with a screw 47 from the front.
[0019] As described above, this structure comprises a pillar 1, a cross bar 2, a joint material 3, and a panel 4. The cross bar 2 is attached to the pillar 1 and has a lower panel mounting portion 5 to which the upper edge of the lower panel 4 is attached, an upper panel mounting portion 6 to which the lower edge of the upper panel 4 is attached, and a recess 10 located between the lower panel mounting portion 5 and the upper panel mounting portion 6. The joint material 3 has a mounting portion 32 that is attached to the recess 10 of the cross bar 2, and mounting portion 32 is hidden by the upper panel 4 (see Figure 3), so that the installation of the panel 4 can be carried out efficiently in order from the bottom up, thereby simplifying construction. In this structure, the lower end of the upper panel 4 abuts against the joint material 3, so that the panel 4 can be easily positioned vertically and attached horizontally, further improving workability. The joint material 3 is positioned by abutting against the bottom surface 10a and the lower surface 10b of the recess 10 of the cross rail 2, which makes it easy to attach the joint material 3 and further improves workability. The joint material 3 has a joint bottom forming protrusion 34 for forming a joint bottom between the lower panel 4, so even if the width of the joint 8 becomes somewhat larger or smaller due to a dimensional error or construction error of the panel 4, the error can be absorbed to form the joint bottom. In this structure, an adhesive absorbing space 36 is formed between the cross bar 2 and the back side of the upper edge of the lower panel 4, preventing the adhesive 20 from spilling out onto the front side of the panel 4, allowing the panels 4, 4, ... to be neatly installed.
[0020] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. The materials and cross-sectional shapes of the columns, cross bars, and joint materials can be changed as appropriate. The materials and shapes of the panels can also be changed as appropriate. The panels can be attached to the cross bars with double-sided tape or by screwing. The panels may be attached to only one side. The present invention can be applied to any structure formed by attaching panels between columns. [Explanation of symbols]
