[0002] A door frame that supports a door so that it can be opened and closed via a hinge is known, for example, from the following Patent Document 1. The door frame is configured as a four-sided frame consisting of an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames fixed to the inner surface of the opening where the door is to be installed, a three-sided frame consisting of an upper frame and left and right vertical frames, or a two-sided frame consisting of only left and right vertical frames, and pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings having pivot shafts or pivot bearing holes are provided at the upper and lower ends of the vertical frame on the door rotation axis side, and pivot hinge door side fittings having pivot bearing holes or pivot shafts are provided at the upper and lower ends of the door rotation axis side, and the door is rotatably supported on the vertical frame on the rotation axis side with the pivot shaft inserted into the pivot bearing hole as the rotation axis.
[0003] For interior doors in ordinary homes, wooden materials are often used for the door frames as well in order to achieve a unified design with the doors that are primarily made of wood materials. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2006-138160 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, when the door frame is made of wood material, the vertical frame on the door rotation axis side, where the door load is applied via the hinge, must have a large (thick) visible width to ensure its strength, which creates a problem of poor appearance. Also, when a door stop groove for fitting and fixing a door stop member is provided in the vertical frame, the visible width of the vertical frame is reduced by the depth of the door stop groove, reducing its strength, and the vertical frame becomes more susceptible to deformation or damage due to the door load.
[0006] Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a door frame having a vertical frame on the door rotation axis side that has sufficient strength to not deform or break even when subjected to the load of the door, while having a small visible width and a good appearance. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to solve this problem, the invention according to claim 1 of the present application provides a hinge that supports a door so that it can be opened and closed. It can be either two-sided, three-sided or four-sided. In the door frame 、 The vertical frame on the axis side of the door rotation axis is fixed to the opening of the frame. Made of metal or hard plastic A frame body and a frame member fixed to the frame body at an arbitrary position movable in the width direction relative to the frame body. Made of wood materials An adjustment member; The frame except for the vertical frame on the shaft side is made of wood material. The frame body has a hinge attached to one widthwise side thereof, and an adjustment member accommodating groove for movably accommodating an adjustment member on the other widthwise side thereof.
[0008] The invention according to claim 2 of the present application is characterized in that in the door frame according to claim 1, the hinge is a pivot hinge and is attached to the upper and lower ends of the frame body.
[0009] The invention according to claim 3 of the present application is characterized in that, in the door frame according to claim 1 or 2, the adjustment member accommodating groove is formed at the tip of the frame body on the other side in the width direction.

[0013] (delete) Effect of the Invention
[0014] According to the present invention, Constructed as two-, three- or four-sided jambs Door pivot side of door frame shaft side The vertical frame is fixed to the opening in the structure. Made of metal or hard plastic A frame body and a frame member fixed to the frame body at an arbitrary position movable in the width direction relative to the frame body. Made of wood materials It consists of two parts: an adjustment part and At the same time, the rest of the frame except for the vertical frame on the axis side is made of wood material. Therefore, for example, the frame body should be made of metal such as aluminum. Or hard plastic The door frame is strong enough not to deform or break even when subjected to the load of the door through the hinges, and by forming the adjustment members from wood material, a wood-like texture is imparted. This allows for a unified design when other members related to the door frame (such as the vertical frame and upper frame on the opening side) are also made from wood material, achieving both strength and good looks. 。
[0015] Furthermore, by configuring as described above, a door frame is formed that has the strength to support the load of the door via the hinges, and the frame body can be made thinner, and the adjustment members that are not directly affected by the load of the door can also be made thinner. This allows the vertical frame to have a smaller visible width than when the entire vertical frame is formed as a single member out of wood material as in the past, resulting in a better appearance. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THEINVENTION
[0017] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples. Example 1
[0018] A door frame according to one embodiment of the present invention (Example 1) will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 9. The door frame 10 in this example is configured as a three-sided frame consisting of an upper frame 11 and left and right vertical frames 20, 40, and is fixed by nailing or the like to the inner surface facing the opening 2 of a body 1 such as a wall. A door 70 is provided in the door frame 10 so as to be openable and closable via pivot hinges (pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B and pivot hinge door side fittings 60A, 60B) described later. The vertical frame 20 is a vertical frame erected on the rotation axis side of the door 70 (hereinafter referred to as the "axis side vertical frame"), and the vertical frame 40 is a vertical frame erected on the opening and closing end side of the door 70 (hereinafter referred to as the "open side vertical frame").
[0019] The axis-side vertical frame 20 is a long body having the total height of the opening 2, i.e., the length dimension from the floor surface 4 to the underside of the upper frame 11, and in this embodiment is composed of two members: a frame main body 21 fixed to the main body 1 with a frame fixing screw 23, and an adjustment member 22 fixed with an adjustment member fixing screw 24 at any position movable relative to the frame main body 21 in the width direction or wall thickness direction (vertical direction on the paper in Figures 1 and 2, up and down on the paper in Figures 5 and 6).
[0020] The frame body 21 is fixed to the frame 1 with a frame fixing screw 23, and pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B are fixed to the upper and lower ends of one width direction side (the front side of the door 70) of the front surface 21a with hinge fixing screws 25, 25. A back groove 26 is recessed in an area on the back surface 21b side of the frame body 21 through which the hinge fixing screws 25, 25 are inserted, and the pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the frame body 21, respectively, by passing the hinge fixing screws 25, 25 through the screw insertion holes 27 from the front surface 21a side of the frame body 21 and screwing them into the female threads (not shown) of the back plate 28 fitted into the back groove 26. The material of the frame body 21 is not particularly limited, but it can be made of, for example, a metal such as aluminum or hard plastic, which has the strength to withstand the load of the door 70 without deformation or damage, the lightness that facilitates handling and installation, and the ease of processing that allows it to be processed into a predetermined shape. The frame body 21 in this embodiment is an aluminum hollow molded product having a hollow portion 29.
[0021] The adjustment member 22 may be made of any material, but in this embodiment, it is a long piece of MDF processed to have an inner portion 221 with a thickness Ta and a width Wa, and an outer portion 222 with a thickness Tb (>Ta) and a width Wb. The back surface 22b of the adjustment member 22 is formed as a flat surface throughout, and a step 223 is formed on the front surface side between the inner portion 221 and the outer portion 222 due to the difference in thickness (Tb-Ta). In this embodiment, as an example of the dimensions of the adjustment member 22, Ta=9.0 mm, Tb=12.0 mm, Wa=22.5 mm, and Wb=20.7 mm.
[0022] An adjustment member mounting piece 31 is formed on the other widthwise side (opposite side to the door 70) of the surface 21a of the frame body 21, which provides an adjustment member accommodating groove 30 between the surface 21a and the frame body surface 21a, which accommodates the inner part 221 of the adjustment member 22 so as to be movable in the widthwise direction. The depth D of the adjustment member accommodating groove 30 is formed to be approximately the same as or slightly larger than the width Wa of the inner part 221 of the adjustment member 22, and the width E of the opening end (the distance between the tip of the adjustment member mounting piece 31 and the frame body surface 21a) is formed to be approximately the same as or slightly smaller than the thickness Ta of the inner part 221 of the adjustment member 22. In this embodiment, as an example of the dimensions of the frame body 21, D=25.0 mm and E=9.0 mm. The connecting piece 32 connecting the adjustment member mounting piece 31 and the frame body 21 also serves as a door stop.
[0023] The pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50A on the lower end side is formed integrally with an attachment piece 51 which abuts against the frame body surface 21a and is fixed to the frame body 21 with pivot hinge fixing screws 25, 25, and a horizontal piece 52 which extends approximately perpendicular to the attachment piece 51 (approximately horizontal in the installed state), and a pivot shaft 53 protrudes vertically from the tip of the horizontal piece 52 with a predetermined protruding length.
[0024] Pivot hinge door side fittings 60A, 60B are attached to the upper and lower ends of the door 70 on the shaft side vertical frame 20 side. The lower end pivot hinge door side fitting 60A comprises a mounting piece 61 inserted into a recess 71 formed by cutting out a part of the lower end of the door 70 on the shaft side vertical frame 20 side, and a protruding piece 62 protruding from the mounting piece 61 to one side (front side) of the door 70, and a pivot bearing hole 63 is formed on the back surface of the protruding piece 62 with a predetermined depth in the vertical direction to rotatably accommodate the pivot shaft 53 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50A. A plurality of screw holes 64 are formed in the mounting piece 61, and the pivot hinge door side fitting 60A is attached to the door 70 by screwing fixing screws 65 into these screw holes 64.
[0025] 5 and 6 show the configuration at the lower end (A1, B1) of the shaft-side vertical frame 20, but the configuration at the upper end (A2, B2) of the shaft-side vertical frame 20 corresponds to a configuration obtained by substantially inverting this configuration upside down, and therefore a detailed description thereof will be omitted. However, at the upper end (A2, B2), the pivot shaft 54 hangs downward with a predetermined protruding length from the horizontal piece 52 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side metal fitting 50B, and the pivot bearing hole 66 that receives this is formed with a predetermined depth in the protruding piece 62 of the pivot hinge door side metal fitting 60B (see Figs. 3 and 4).
[0026] The structure, shape, material, etc. of the open-side vertical frame 40 are not particularly limited, but in this embodiment, it is made of MDF and processed into a predetermined shape as shown in Fig. 5, and a synthetic resin door stop 41 is provided on the front side. In Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the reference numerals 3, 3 indicate wall materials attached to both sides of the framework 1.
[0027] The procedure for installing this door frame 10 will now be described.
[0028] The inner part 221 of the adjustment member 22 is inserted into the adjustment member accommodation groove 30 between the surface 21a of the frame body 21 and the adjustment member attachment piece 31, and the adjustment member fixing screw 24 is screwed in from the back surface 21b side of the frame body 21 at an arbitrary depth position, thereby fixing the adjustment member 22 to the frame body 21 to form the axis side vertical frame 20. This work may be performed at the construction site, or the axis side vertical frame 20 assembled in advance at a factory may be brought to the construction site. The fixing position of the adjustment member 22 is set to a position sufficient to hide the end of the wall material 3 with the outer part 222, and the position is adjusted according to the thickness of the skeleton 1 and the wall material 3. In order to accommodate cases where the thickness of the skeleton 1 and the wall material 3 differs greatly, multiple types of adjustment members 22 with different sizes (especially the width Wb of the outer part 222) may be prepared and selected from them according to the thickness of the skeleton 1 and the wall material 3.
[0029] The axis-side vertical frame 20 thus formed is combined with a separately prepared upper frame 11 and an opening-side vertical frame 40 to form a three-sided door frame 10. In the case of a four-sided frame, a lower frame is also combined to form a four-sided door frame 10. In the case of a two-sided frame consisting of only the axis-side vertical frame 20 and the opening-side vertical frame 40, this work step is not necessary. The work of forming the door frame 10 as a three-sided or four-sided frame may also be performed on-site, or the door frame 10 may be pre-assembled in a factory and brought to the construction site.
[0030] The door frame 10 assembled in this manner is installed in the opening 2 and fixed to the frame 1 with frame fixing screws 23 at the construction site.
[0031] The pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the axis-side vertical frame 20 by pivot hinge fixing screws 25, 25, respectively. This work may be performed before or after assembling the door frame 10 at the construction site, or after the door frame 10 is fixed to the opening 2. Alternatively, the axis-side vertical frame 20 with the pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B attached thereto in a factory may be transported to the construction site.
[0032] The pivot hinge door side fittings 60A, 60B attached to the upper and lower ends of the door 70 are respectively assembled to the pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B attached to the upper and lower ends of the axis side vertical frame 20, thereby installing the door 70 on the axis side vertical frame 20 so that it can be opened and closed. Specifically, this operation can be performed by lifting the door 70 at a slight angle, inserting the pivot shaft 53 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50B attached to the upper end of the axis side vertical frame 20 into the pivot bearing hole 66 of the pivot hinge door side fitting 60B attached to the upper end of the door 70, lifting it until the upper end of the door 70 approximately abuts the underside of the upper frame 11, and then, while maintaining this position, bringing the lower end of the door 70 closer to the axis side vertical frame 20 until it is approximately vertical, inserting the pivot shaft 53 perpendicular from the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50A attached to the lower end of the axis side vertical frame 20 into the pivot bearing hole 63 of the pivot hinge door side fitting 60A attached to the lower end of the door 70, and then releasing the door 70.
[0033] In order to enable the installation of the door 70 in such a procedure, the protruding lengths of the pivot shafts 53, 54 in the pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B and the depths of the pivot bearing holes 63, 66 in the pivot hinge door side fittings 60A, 60B are set so that when the door 70 is lifted and the pivot shaft 53 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50B is inserted deep into the pivot bearing hole 63 of the pivot hinge door side fitting 60B, the lower end of the door 70 is inserted into the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50B. and is located in a position where it does not interfere with the pivot shaft 53 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50A, and the dimensions are set so that when the pivot shaft 53 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50A is then inserted into the pivot bearing hole 63 of the pivot hinge door side fitting 60A and the door 70 is dropped by its own weight, at least the tip of the pivot shaft 54 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50B enters into the pivot bearing hole 66 of the pivot hinge door side fitting 60B and does not fall out.
[0034] Alternatively, in order to facilitate the installation of the door 70, the pivot shaft 54 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side metal fitting 50B may be made vertically movable and may be configured to protrude downward from the pivot hinge vertical frame side metal fitting 50B by a spring force. When such a configuration is adopted, the door 70 is first tilted and the pivot shaft 53 perpendicular to the pivot hinge vertical frame side metal fitting 50A is inserted into the pivot bearing hole 63 of the pivot hinge door side metal fitting 60A, and then the pivot shaft 54 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side metal fitting 50B is moved upward against the spring force, and the upper end of the door 70 is brought closer to the shaft side vertical frame 20. When the pivot shaft 54 is aligned with the pivot bearing hole 66 of the pivot hinge door side metal fitting 60B, the pivot shaft 54 automatically protrudes under the spring force and fits into the pivot bearing hole 66. When the pivot shaft 53 of the pivot hinge vertical frame side fitting 50A is inserted into the pivot bearing hole 63 of the pivot hinge door side fitting 60A at the lower end side of the door 70, the door 70 can be made to stand almost on its own, and thereafter the installation work is completed simply by moving the upper end part of the door 70 closer to the shaft side vertical frame 20, so the work can be easily done without bearing the entire weight of the door 70.
[0035] Alternatively, for example, a rotatable stopper mechanism may be provided in the pivot hinge door-side fitting 60B, the pivot shaft insertion passage provided in the stopper may be positioned so as to open toward the open-side vertical frame 40, and the pivot shaft 54 of the pivot hinge vertical frame-side fitting 50B may be inserted into this pivot shaft insertion passage and fitted into the pivot bearing hole 66 of the pivot hinge door-side fitting 60B, and then the stopper may be rotated to close the pivot shaft insertion passage, which can also facilitate the door installation work in the same manner as described above.
[0036] As described above, the adjustment member 22 in this embodiment is formed with a relatively thin inner portion 221 and a relatively thick outer portion 222, and can move in the width direction with the inner portion 221 fitted into the adjustment member accommodating groove 30 between the adjustment member mounting piece 31 and the frame body surface 21a, but by making the step portion 223 between the inner portion 221 and the outer portion 222 engage with the tip of the adjustment member mounting piece 31 (FIGS. 5 and 6), the adjustment member 22 can be stably positioned relative to the frame body 21 together with fixing with the adjustment member fixing screw 24. Therefore, it is preferable to use an adjustment member 22 having an outer portion 222 with a width Wb that can hide the end of the wall material 3 even in such a positional relationship. Example 2
[0037] A door frame according to another embodiment (Example 2) of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 10. The door frame 80 in this example is configured as a three-sided frame consisting of an upper frame 11 and left and right vertical frames 90, 40, and is fixed by nailing or the like to the inner surface facing the opening 2 of a body 1 such as a wall. A door 70 is provided in the door frame 80 so as to be openable and closable via pivot hinges (pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B and pivot hinge door side fittings 60A, 60B). The vertical frame 90 is a vertical frame erected on the rotation axis side of the door 70 (hereinafter referred to as the "axis side vertical frame"), and the vertical frame 40 is a vertical frame erected on the opening and closing end side of the door 70 (hereinafter referred to as the "open side vertical frame").
[0038] In this embodiment, the configuration of the shaft-side vertical frame 90 is different from that of the shaft-side vertical frame 20 of embodiment 1. The other members are the same as those of embodiment 1, so the same reference numerals are used and the explanation is omitted. In addition, the construction procedure of this door frame 80 can be performed in the same way as the door frame 10 of embodiment 1, so the explanation is omitted.
[0039] The shaft-side vertical frame 90 in this embodiment is a long body having the total height of the opening 2, that is, the length dimension from the floor surface 3 to the underside of the upper frame 11, and is composed of two members: a frame main body 91 fixed to the framework 1 with a frame fixing screw 93, and an adjustment member 92 fixed with an adjustment member fixing screw 94 at an arbitrary position movable in the width direction or wall thickness direction (up and down on the paper surface of FIG. 10) relative to the frame main body 91. As an example, the frame main body 91 is a one-piece molded aluminum product, and the adjustment member 92 is MDF.
[0040] The frame body 91 in this embodiment has substantially the same shape as the frame body 21 in the first embodiment. The pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A and 50B are attached to one side in the width direction. However, the adjustment member attachment piece 31 and the connection piece 32 provided on the frame body 21 in the first embodiment are omitted, and instead, a width direction between the front plate 91a and the back plate 91b of the frame body 91 is On the other side An adjustment member accommodating groove 96 is formed, which opens outward, and a flat adjustment member 92 having a substantially constant thickness is inserted into this adjustment member accommodating groove 96 to an arbitrary depth position and fixed to the frame body 91 by an adjustment member fixing screw 94. A door stop plate 97 protruding toward the opening 2 is attached to the front plate 91a. Reference numeral 95 denotes a pivot hinge fixing screw for fixing the pivot hinge vertical frame side fittings 50A, 50B to the upper and lower ends of the shaft side vertical frame 90, and is the same as the pivot hinge fixing screw 25 in the first embodiment. Reference numeral 98 denotes a back plate for screwing the pivot hinge fixing screw 95, and is the same as the back plate 25 in the first embodiment.
[0041] Although several embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to these, and can be implemented with a wide variety of modifications and alterations within the scope of the invention defined by the claims.
[0042] In the illustrated embodiment, the vertical frame structure consisting of two components, a frame body 21, 91 and an adjustment member 22, 92, is used only for the axis side vertical frames 20, 90, and the open side vertical frame 40 is made of a single component of MDF, but from the standpoint of uniformity in appearance, the open side vertical frame 40 may also be made of two components, a frame body and an adjustment member.
[0043] As already mentioned, the door frame may be a three-sided frame consisting of an upper frame, an axis-side vertical frame and an open-side vertical frame as in the illustrated embodiment, or it may be a four-sided frame consisting of an upper frame, a lower frame, an axis-side vertical frame and an open-side vertical frame, or it may be a two-sided frame consisting of only the axis-side vertical frame and the open-side vertical frame.
[0044] In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, the frame bodies 21, 91 are hollow to reduce weight, but they may be solid or flat.
[0045] In the illustrated embodiment, screws are used to fasten the various parts, but any fastening means may be used, and adhesive or the like may also be used for fastening.
[0046] In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, a pivot hinge is used as the hinge that supports the door on the vertical frame so that it can be opened and closed, but the present invention is also applicable to door frames using other types of hinges. [Explanation of symbols]
