Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an outlet device. [Background technology]
[0002] As an outlet provided in a kitchen having a counter, for example, an outlet provided directly under the counter at the front of the kitchen (the side facing users who use the kitchen) is known (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). In such kitchens, when using electrical appliances such as mixers on the counter, it is convenient to use the outlets provided directly below the counter. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2016-171838 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2005-224251 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] When using an electrical appliance on a counter, if you use an outlet under the counter at the front of the kitchen, the distance from the appliance to the outlet is often shorter than when using an outlet installed in a wall or other location, so there tends to be more slack in the cord of the appliance. If a storage unit with a door is provided under the kitchen counter to the side of an electrical outlet, there is a risk that the cords of electrical appliances will extend to the side and get caught in the door.
[0005] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide an outlet device that prevents a cord connected to a plug inserted into an outlet from extending out to the side. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the outlet device of the present invention is characterized in that, in an outlet device having an outlet, it has a cord locking portion capable of locking a cord connected to a plug inserted into the outlet, and the cord locking portion is provided on an upper portion of the outlet.
[0007] In the present invention, the cord retaining portion is provided at the top of the outlet, so that the cord connected to the plug inserted into the outlet is retained at the top of the outlet, thereby preventing the cord from extending out to the side.
[0008] Furthermore, in the outlet device according to the present invention, a plurality of the outlets may be provided lined up in the vertical direction, and the cord hook may be provided above the uppermost outlet. In this way, by providing multiple outlets lined up vertically, the width of the area in which the multiple outlets are installed can be reduced, and the cords connected to the plugs inserted into each of the multiple outlets are locked at the top of the topmost outlet, preventing the cords from extending out to the side. Also, since multiple cords are locked at one cord locking part, the structure is simpler than when multiple cord locking parts are provided.
[0009] Furthermore, in the outlet device according to the present invention, a plurality of the outlets may be provided lined up in the vertical direction, and the cord hooking portion may be provided at an upper portion of each of the plurality of outlets. In this way, by arranging multiple outlets in a vertical line, the width of the area in which the multiple outlets are installed can be reduced, and the cords connected to the plugs inserted into each of the multiple outlets are engaged at the top of the outlet, preventing the cords from extending out to the side.
[0010] In addition, in the outlet device of the present invention, the cord locking portion may have a cord hooking portion that protrudes upward and around which the cord is hooked, and a cord slip-out prevention portion provided to the side or above the cord hooking portion. With this configuration, the cord locked in the cord locking portion can be prevented from coming off.
[0011] In addition, in the outlet device of the present invention, the cord locking portion has a cord placement space formed therein in which the cord can be placed, and a partition portion separating the cord placement space from the outside of the cord locking portion, and the partition portion has a cut-out portion formed therein and is configured to be elastically deformable, and may elastically deform to open the cut-out portion and connect the cord placement space to the cord locking portion. With this configuration, the cord can be easily attached to and detached from the cord anchoring portion by elastically deforming the partition portion.
[0012] In addition, in the outlet device of the present invention, the outlet is configured to be insertable diagonally upwards, gradually moving upward from the front side toward the back side, and may have a visor portion that protrudes from the top of the outlet further forward than the outlet. With this configuration, the eaves can prevent water from getting onto the outlet. For example, when the outlet device is attached to a kitchen counter or a washbasin, the eaves can prevent water from getting onto the outlet.
[0013] The outlet device according to the present invention may further comprise an upper gasket provided along an upper edge of the outlet device and capable of closing a gap between the outlet device and an upper object installed above. In this way, by being able to close the gap between the outlet device and the upper installation object placed above the outlet, it is possible to prevent water or dust from entering the gap between the outlet device and the upper installation object.
[0014] The outlet device according to the present invention may further comprise a lower gasket provided along a lower edge of the outlet device and capable of closing a gap between the outlet device and an object installed below. In this way, by blocking the gap between the outlet device and the lower installation object placed below the outlet, it is possible to prevent water or dust from entering the gap between the outlet device and the lower installation object. Effect of the Invention
[0015] According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the cord from extending to the side. [Brief description of the drawings]

Moreover, in the outlet device 4B according to the second embodiment, the cord engagement portion 62B is provided with the cord slip-out prevention portion 756, so that when the cord hooked on the hook portion 71B tries to move upward, the cord hits the cord slip-out prevention portion 756 and the upward movement is restricted, so that the cord can be prevented from slipping out of the hook portion 71B.
[0067] Third embodiment As shown in FIG. 11, an outlet device 4C according to the third embodiment differs from the outlet devices of the above-described embodiments in the form of a cord locking portion 62C. 12, in an outlet device 4C according to the third embodiment, an attachment portion 6C is not provided with an outlet rear plate portion, and an outlet upper plate portion 68B has an inclined portion 684 that extends gradually upwardly from the upper edge of the outlet front plate portion 63 toward the rear, and a horizontal portion 685 that extends rearward from the upper edge of the inclined portion 684. The upper edge (rear edge) of the inclined portion 684 is located in the middle portion of the attachment portion 6C in the front-to-rear direction, and the rear edge of the horizontal portion 685 is located at the rear edge of the attachment portion 6C. In this embodiment, the eaves upper plate portion 431 of the upper eaves portion 43 extends from the upper edge portion of the outlet front plate portion 63 toward the front side so as to gradually incline downward. The eaves upper plate portion 431 of the upper eaves portion 43 and the inclined portion 684 of the outlet upper plate portion 68B are inclined at the same angle, and their respective upper surfaces are flush with each other. The upper edges of the outlet side plates 65B, 66B extend so as to gradually slope upward toward the rear side along the left-right edge of the inclined portion 684 of the outlet upper plate 68B at the front side, and extend horizontally along the left-right edge of the horizontal portion 685 of the outlet upper plate 68B at the rear side.
[0068] The cord locking portion 62C is formed separately from the outlet installation portion 61 and is provided above the inclined portion 684 of the outlet upper plate portion 68. The cord locking portion 62C is formed in a block shape from a material that is more easily elastically deformed than the outlet installation portion 61. In this embodiment, the cord locking portion 62C is formed in a triangular prism shape with a bottom surface that is a substantially right-angled triangle, and is installed with its axis extending in the left-right direction. The cord locking portion 62C thus installed has an upper surface 624a that is a horizontal plane, a front surface 624b that extends downward from the front edge of the upper surface to a vertical plane, a rear lower surface 624c that is an inclined surface that gradually extends upward toward the rear side from the lower edge of the front surface to the rear edge of the upper surface, and side surfaces 624d, 624d that are arranged on both sides in the left-right direction. The cord locking portion 62C and the outlet installation portion 61 are designed to have substantially the same dimension in the left-right direction. The receptacle is positioned so that it abuts against the inclined portion 684 of the receptacle upper plate portion 68B, the upper surface 624a is flush with the horizontal portion 685 of the receptacle upper plate portion 68B, the front surface 624b is flush with the front surface of the receptacle front plate portion 63, and the side surface 624d is flush with the outer surfaces of the receptacle side plate portions 65, 66.
[0069] A cord arrangement space 621 is formed in the cord locking portion 62C at approximately the center in the left-right direction, penetrating in an oblique direction gradually upward from the front side to the rear side. A portion of cord arrangement space 621 in cord locking portion 62C on the front side is partition portion 622 that separates cord arrangement space 621 from the front of cord locking portion 62C. Partition portion 622 has cut portion 623 formed in approximately the center in the left-right direction, dividing partition portion 622 in the left-right direction. Partition portion 622 is normally configured such that cut portion 623 is not opened, and cut portion 623 is opened by elastically deforming both sides of cut portion 623 in the up-down direction or the front-rear direction.
[0070] To lock the cord in the cord locking portion 62C, the cord connected to the plug 15 inserted in the outlet 41 is stretched upward from the plug 15, and the cord in this state is pressed against the partition portion 622 to elastically deform the partition portion 622 and push the notch portion 623 open, and the cord is placed from the notch portion 623 into the cord arrangement space 621. When the cord is placed in the cord arrangement space 621, the elastic deformation of the partition portion 622 is restored and the notch portion 623 is closed. This places the partition portion 622 in front of the cord, and the cord is configured not to easily come off the cord arrangement space 621. Note that the cord can be locked in the cord locking portion 62C by pressing the vicinity of the notch portion 623 of the partition portion 622 with the cord to elastically deform the partition portion 622, and then the cord is pushed into the cord arrangement space 621 so as to slide from the notch portion 623.
[0071] In the third embodiment, the cord locking portion 62C is also disposed above the outlet installation portion 61 (outlet 41). In the third embodiment, the outlet device 4C is also provided on the front side of the second storage side panel 38 and the lintel 39 of the cabinet device 1C adjacent to the front panel 34 in the left-right direction. The outlet 41 of the outlet device 4C is provided on the front side of the second storage side panel 38.
[0072] The outlet device 4C according to the third embodiment has the same effects as the first embodiment. Moreover, in the outlet device 4C according to the third embodiment, the partition 622 is disposed in front of the cord engaged with the cord engaging portion 62C, so that the cord is prevented from easily coming off the cord engaging portion 62C. Moreover, the cord can be easily attached to and detached from the cord engaging portion 62C by elastically deforming the partition 622.
[0073] (Fourth embodiment) As shown in FIG. 13, an outlet device 4D according to the fourth embodiment differs from the outlet devices of the above-described embodiments in the shape of a cord locking portion 62D. [0077] The cord locking portion 62E has a cord locking member 625 provided on the upper part of the outlet upper plate portion 68E, and a pair of cord locking side plate portions 626 protruding upward from the upper edges of each of the eaves side plate portions 432, 432 of the upper eaves portion 43. The pair of cord locking side plates 626 face each other with a gap therebetween in the left-right direction. As shown in Figure 16, the pair of cord locking side plate portions 626 have rear edge portions 626a connected to the front edge portions of the receptacle side plate portions 65E, 66E, and their front edge portions 626b extend upward from the front edge portions of the eaves side plate portions 432, 432 of the upper eaves portion 43, and their upper edge portions extend in an oblique direction gradually upward from the upper end portions of the front edge portions toward the rear side.
[0078] As shown in FIGS. 16 to 19, the cord locking member 625 has a base 627 attached to the upper part of the outlet upper plate portion 68E, and a protruding portion 628 protruding from the base 627 to the front side. The base 627 has a first base 627a provided on the inclined portion 684E (see Figure 17) of the outlet upper plate portion 68E, a second base 627b connected to the rear side of the first base 627a and provided on the horizontal portion 685E (see Figure 17) of the outlet upper plate portion 68E, and a pair of third bases 627c connected to both the left-right sides of the first base 627a and the second base 627b and provided on each of the outlet side plates 65E, 66E. The first base portion 627a, the second base portion 627b and the pair of third base portions 627c, 627c are arranged such that their upper surfaces are continuously flush with each other. The front surface of the base 627 (the front surface of the first base portion 627a) is disposed so as to be a vertical surface. In this embodiment, the upper packing 44E protruding upward from the rear edge of the second base portion 627b is It is formed integrally with the base 627 .
[0079] 16 and 19, the protruding portion 628 protrudes forward from the front surface of the first base portion 627a. The protruding portion 628 is disposed above the eaves upper plate portion 431 of the upper eaves portion 43 and between the pair of cord locking side plates 626, 626. The protruding portion 628 is spaced apart from the upper surface of the eaves upper plate portion 431 of the upper eaves portion 43 and the inner surfaces (the surfaces facing each other) of the pair of cord locking side plates 626, 626. The front end of the protrusion 628 is disposed directly above the front end of the eaves upper plate portion 431 of the upper eaves portion 43 .
[0080] 16 to 18, the upper surface 628c of the protruding portion 628 is formed as an inclined surface that gradually slopes downward from the base end side toward the tip end side in the protruding direction (from the rear side to the front side). The inclination of the upper surface 628c of the protruding portion 628 is approximately the same as the inclination of the upper surface of the eaves upper plate portion 431, and the upper surface 628c of the protruding portion 628 and the upper surface of the eaves upper plate portion 431 are provided in parallel. In addition, the upper surface 628c of the protruding portion 628 is disposed on the same plane as the upper edges of the pair of cord locking side plates 626.
[0081] The lower surface 628d of the protruding portion 628 is formed as an inclined surface that gradually slopes downward from the base end side toward the tip end side in the protruding direction. The inclination of the lower surface 628d of the protruding portion 628 is gentler than that of the upper surface of the eaves upper plate portion 431. The protruding portion 628 has a tapered shape in which the dimension in the up-down direction gradually decreases from the base end side toward the tip end side in the protruding direction when viewed from the left-right direction. Therefore, the vertical distance between the lower surface 628d of the protruding portion 628 and the upper surface of the eaves upper plate portion 431 gradually increases from the base end side toward the tip end side in the protruding direction.
[0082] The protruding portion 628 has a front portion 628a, which is the tip side portion, longer in the left-right direction than a rear portion 628b, which is the base end side, and protrudes further in the left-right direction than the rear portion 628b, so that the shape in a plan view is T-shaped. The front portion 628a of the protruding portion 628 is a wide portion 628a, and the rear portion 628b is a narrow portion 628b.
[0083] In the cord locking member 625, a first space 629a is formed on both left and right sides of the narrow portion 628b, sandwiched from the front and rear between the base 627 and the wide portion 628a, a second space 629b is formed contiguous to the lower side of the first space 629a, sandwiched from above and below between the protrusion 628 and the eaves upper plate portion 431 of the upper eaves portion 43, and a third space 629c is formed contiguous to the outer left and right sides of the first space 629a and the second space 629b, sandwiched from the left and right between the protrusion 628 and the cord locking side plate portion 626. The third space 629c is open forward. The first space 629a and the second space 629b form a cord placement space 621E in which a cord is placed, and the third space 629c forms a passage through which the cord passes when it is inserted into or removed from the cord placement space 621E.
[0084] To engage a cord with the cord engaging portion 62E, the cord connected to the plug 15 inserted into the outlet 41 is extended upward from the plug 15, and in this state the cord is inserted from the front into one of the third spaces 629c of the cord engaging member 625, and then the cord is moved rearward and toward the center in the left-right direction until it is positioned in the cord placement space 621E. The wide portion 628a of the protrusion 628 is positioned in front of the portion of the cord that is positioned in the first space 629a of the cord locking member 625, thereby making it difficult for the cord to slip out of the cord placement space 621E to the front.
[0085] As shown in FIG. 15, in the fifth embodiment, the cord locking portion 62E is also It is disposed above the portion 61 (outlet 41).
