[0010] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a panel connection structure and a connection method according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. The same reference numerals throughout the drawings indicate the same or corresponding parts.
[0011] The panel connection structure in the first embodiment will be described with reference to Figs.
[0012] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an elevator car room 1 in embodiment 1. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a car wall 2 in the car room 1. FIG. 2 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in embodiment 1. FIG. 2 is a drawing of part A in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in embodiment 1. FIG. 3 is a drawing viewed from arrow BB in FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in embodiment 1. FIG. 4 is a drawing viewed from arrow C in FIG. 2.
[0013] An elevator car 1 ascends and descends in a hoistway. The hoistway is provided across multiple floors of the building in which the elevator is installed. Elevator users enter the car 1 from one of the floors and exit the car 1 at another floor.
[0014] The car chamber 1 has a car floor, a car ceiling, car walls 2, and a car door. The car floor forms the lower part of the car chamber 2. The car ceiling forms the upper part of the car chamber 2. The car walls 2 form the front, rear, left, and right sides of the car chamber 2. The car wall 2 on the front side of the car chamber 1 is provided with a car entrance / exit 3. The car entrance / exit 3 is opened and closed by the car door. The car floor, the car ceiling, the car walls 2, and the car door separate the inside and outside of the car chamber 1.
[0015] The car wall 2 is formed by a plurality of panels 4. The plurality of panels 4 are arranged between an edge of the car floor and an edge of the car ceiling. The plurality of panels 4 are lined up along the edges of the car floor and the car ceiling. For example, the car wall 2 rests on the car floor. For example, the car ceiling rests on the car wall 2.
[0016] The panel 4 is connected at its lower portion to the car floor. The panel 4 is connected at its upper portion to the car ceiling. The panel 4 is connected at its side portion to the adjacent panel 4.
[0017] The multiple panels 4 include a first panel 5 and a second panel 6 adjacent to each other.
[0018] The first panel 5 has a first surface 5a and a first connecting plate 5b. The first surface 5a forms a wall surface inside the car chamber 1. The first surface 5a extends in the width direction and height direction of the first panel 5. The first connecting plate 5b extends from the end of the first surface 5a on the side of the second panel 6 in a direction perpendicular to the first surface 5a. The first connecting plate 5b extends from the first surface 5a to the outside of the car chamber 1. The first connecting plate 5b extends in the thickness direction and height direction of the first panel 5. The first connecting plate 5b is provided with a first connecting hole 5c.
[0019] The second panel 6 has a second surface 6a and a second connecting plate 6b. The second surface 6a forms a wall surface inside the car chamber 1. The second surface 6a extends in the width direction and height direction of the second panel 6. The second connecting plate 6b extends in a direction perpendicular to the second surface 6a from the end of the second surface 6a on the side of the first panel 5. The second connecting plate 6b extends from the second surface 6a to the outside of the car chamber 1. The second connecting plate 6b extends in the thickness direction and height direction of the second panel 6. The second connecting plate 6b is provided with a second connecting hole 6c.
[0020] The outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b overlap with each other. The first connecting hole 5c and the second connecting hole 6c are located on the other end side of the coil 7a in the length direction of the coil 7a of the torsion coil spring 7 described later. The first connecting hole 5c and the second connecting hole 6c face each other. For example, the first connecting hole 5c and the second connecting hole 6c have the same shape. For example, the first connecting hole 5c and the second connecting hole 6c face each other directly from the front.
[0021] The first panel 5 has a torsion coil spring 7 .
[0022] The torsion coil spring 7 has a coil 7a, a fixed arm 7b, and a movable arm 7c. The coil 7a, the fixed arm 7b, and the movable arm 7c are formed as a single continuous piece. The coil 7a is located between the fixed arm 7b and the movable arm 7c. The fixed arm 7b extends from one end of the coil 7a. The movable arm 7c extends from the other end of the coil 7a.
[0023] The coil 7a is located inside the first connecting plate 5b. The length direction of the coil 7a is oriented in the extension direction of the first connecting plate 5b. The length direction of the coil 7a is oriented horizontally. One end of the coil 7a is located on the side of the coil 7a opposite to the first front plate 5a. The other end of the coil 7a is located on the side of the coil 7a facing the first front plate 5a.
[0024] The fixed arm 7b is located on the inner side of the first connecting plate 5b. The fixed arm 7b is fixed to the first connecting plate 5b. For example, the fixed arm 7b is fixed to the first connecting plate 5b by a stud bolt attached to the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and a nut screwed into the stud bolt. For example, the fixed arm 7b is fixed to the first connecting plate 5b by a flat head screw passed from the outside to the inside of the first connecting plate 5b and a nut screwed into the flat head screw. The fixed arm 7b is fixed to the first connecting plate 5b below the coil 7a.
[0025] The movable arm 7c passes through the first connecting hole 5c and the second connecting hole 6c. The movable arm 7c extends from the second connecting hole 6c to the inside of the second connecting plate 6b, and further extends downward and toward the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b. The movable arm 7c is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7. The movable arm 7c is pressed downwardly from the coil 7a on the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0026] The fixed portion of the fixed arm 7b of the first connecting plate 5b and the movable arm 7c are aligned in the thickness direction of the second connecting plate 6b. The fixed portion of the fixed arm 7b of the first connecting plate 5b and the movable arm 7c sandwich the second connecting plate 6b between them.
[0027] Here, the movable arm 7c rotates as the torsion coil spring 7 is twisted, and can move up and down outside the first connecting plate 5b. When the movable arm 7c moves upward outside the first connecting plate 5b, the coil 7a is wound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes large. When the movable arm 7c moves downward outside the first connecting plate 5b, the coil 7a is unwound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes small.
[0028] That is, when the torsion coil spring 7 is disposed as described above, the side of the movable arm 7c where the coil 7a is wound is the upper side, and the side of the movable arm 7c where the coil 7a is unwound is the lower side.
[0029] Furthermore, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, the movable arm 7c passes through the first connecting hole 5c and extends to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, and further extends downward and toward the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b. The gap between the movable arm 7c and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is smaller than the thickness of the second connecting plate 6b. For example, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0030] Furthermore, with the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 separated from each other, the movable arm 7c can be passed through the second connecting hole 6c.
[0031] Furthermore, the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b may overlap.
[0032] Furthermore, when the first panel 5 is moved downward relative to the second panel 6, the movable arm 7c rides up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and can be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0033] The panel connecting structure in the first embodiment is configured as described above, and connects first panel 5 and second panel 6 together.
[0034] The panel connecting structure in the first embodiment is a panel connecting structure connecting a first panel 5 and a second panel 6, in which the first panel 5 has a first connecting plate 5b, the second panel 6 has a second connecting plate 6b, the first connecting plate 5b is provided with a first connecting hole 5c, the second connecting plate 6b is provided with a second connecting hole 6c, an outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and an outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b overlap with each other, and the first connecting hole 5c faces the second connecting hole 6c, the first panel 5 has a torsion coil spring 7, the torsion coil spring 7 has a coil 7a, a fixed arm 7b extending from one end of the coil 7a, and a movable arm 7c extending from the other end of the coil 7a, , is located inside the first connecting plate 5b, the longitudinal direction of the coil 7a faces the extension direction of the first connecting plate 5b, the fixed arm 7b is located inside the first connecting plate 5b and is fixed, the movable arm 7c passes through the first connecting hole 5c and the second connecting hole 6c and is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, and here, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, the movable arm 7c passes through the first connecting hole 5c and extends to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, and further extends toward the side where the coil 7a is unwound and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, and the gap between the movable arm 7c and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is smaller than the thickness of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0035] This makes it possible to connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 even if the thickness of at least one of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b, which are overlapped when connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6, changes.
[0036] In the panel connecting structure of embodiment 1, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, the movable arm 7c can be passed through the second connecting hole 6c, and further, the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b can be overlapped. Furthermore, when the first panel 5 is moved relative to the second panel 6 in a direction to unwind the coil 7a in the movable arm 7c, the movable arm 7c can ride up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0037] This allows the movable arm 7c to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0038] In addition, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from inside the cab 1.
[0039] In the panel connecting structure in embodiment 1, the fixed arm 7b is fixed to the first connecting plate 5b, and the fixed portion of the fixed arm 7b on the first connecting plate 5b and the movable arm 7c sandwich the second connecting plate 6b between them in the thickness direction of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0040] This allows the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 to be connected more firmly.
[0041] Furthermore, since the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 suppresses deflection occurring in the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b, it is possible to make it difficult for a gap to occur between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0042] Next, a method for connecting the panels in the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0043] FIG. 5 is a flow chart showing a method for connecting panels in the first embodiment. FIG. 6 is a drawing showing a method for connecting panels in the first embodiment. FIG. 6 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 3. FIG. 6(a) is a drawing showing step S11 in FIG. 5. FIG. 6(b) is a drawing showing step S12 in FIG. 5. FIG. 6(c) is a drawing showing step S13 in FIG. 5. In FIG. 6(c), the movement of the movable arm 7c is shown by a two-dot chain line. FIG. 6(d) is a drawing showing step S14 in FIG. 5.
[0044] The panel connecting method in the first embodiment includes the steps shown in FIG. 5 as S11 to S14.
[0045] In step S11 (a movable arm passing step), with the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 being in a separated state, the movable arm 7c is passed through the second connection hole 6c.
[0046] At this time, the first panel 5 is located higher than the second panel 6. The second panel 6 is attached in advance to a mounting position on the car floor.
[0047] In step S12 (connecting plate overlapping step), the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is overlapped on the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0048] At this time, the first panel 5 is located above the second panel 6.
[0049] In step S13 (movable arm pressing step), the first panel 5 is moved downward, causing the movable arm 7c to ride up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 presses the movable arm 7c against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0050] When the first panel 5 is moved downward with the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b overlapping each other, the movable arm 7c rides up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0051] As a result, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0052] At this time, the first panel 5 is located above the second panel 6.
[0053] In step S14 (connecting plate positioning step), the first panel 5 is moved downward to align the position of the first connecting plate 5b with the position of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0054] With the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b overlapping the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, the first panel 5 is moved downward to align the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b in the height direction. When the first panel 5 is moved, the movable arm 7c moves along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0055] Furthermore, if the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b are misaligned in the width direction, the first panel 5 is moved in the thickness direction to align the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b in the width direction.
[0056] As a result, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and the first panel 5 is attached to the installation position on the car floor.
[0057] The method of connecting the panels in the first embodiment is as described above, and involves connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0058] The method of connecting the panels in embodiment 1 includes a step S11 of passing the movable arm 7c through the second connecting hole 6c while the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, and a step S13 of pressing the movable arm 7c against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b using the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0059] This makes it possible to connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 even if the thickness of at least one of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b, which are overlapped when connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6, changes.
[0060] The method of connecting the panels in embodiment 1 includes a step S11 of passing the movable arm 7c through the second connecting hole 6c when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, a step S12 of overlapping the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b with the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and a step S13 of moving the first panel 5 downward so that the movable arm 7c rides up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0061] This allows the movable arm 7c to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0062] Also, the first panel 5 can be connected to the second panel 6 from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected from inside the cab 1.
[0063] In the first embodiment, the first connecting hole 5c, the second connecting hole 6c, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be reversed in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0064] In the first embodiment, the first connecting hole 5c, the second connecting hole 6c, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be vertically inverted. In this case, for example, the method of connecting the panels is as follows.
[0065] When connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6, the first panel 5 is attached in advance to a mounting position on the car floor in step S11, and the second panel 6 is moved from step S11 to step S14.
[0066] In the first embodiment, the first connecting hole 5c, the second connecting hole 6c, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be rotated along the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b so that the length direction of the coil 7a faces the up-down direction. In this case, for example, the panel connecting structure and connecting method are as follows.
[0067] The movable arm 7c extends from the second connecting hole 6c to the inside of the second connecting plate 6b and further extends in the width direction of the second connecting plate 6b toward the side opposite the second front plate 6a and toward the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b. The movable arm 7c is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0068] The movable arm 7c rotates as the torsion coil spring 7 is twisted, and can move horizontally inside the second connecting plate 6b. When the movable arm 7c moves outside the first connecting plate 5b in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b toward the first front plate 5a, the coil 7a is wound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes large. When the movable arm 7c moves outside the first connecting plate 5b in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b toward the side opposite the first front plate 5a, the coil 7a is unwound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes small.
[0069] When connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6, the second panel 6 is attached in advance to a mounting position on the car floor in step S11, and the first panel 5 is moved from step S11 to step S14.
[0070] In the first embodiment, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 may be integrally formed and inverted in the width direction of the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0071] In addition, in embodiment 1, by connecting multiple locations on the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b using the first connecting hole 5c, the second connecting hole 6c, and the torsion coil spring 7, it is possible to prevent the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b from shifting, and to more firmly connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0072] The connecting structure and connecting method of the first embodiment can be used for two adjacent panels 4 at the corners of the car wall 2.
[0073] In this case, the first connecting hole 5c and the torsion coil spring 7 are provided in the first face plate 5a, or the second connecting hole 6c is provided in the second face plate 6a.
[0074] Next, a panel connection structure in the second embodiment will be described with reference to Figs.
[0075] FIG. 7 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in the second embodiment. FIG. 7 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 3. FIG. 8 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in the second embodiment. FIG. 8 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 4. In FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the movable arm 7c rotated upward is shown by a two-dot chain line. FIG. 9 is a drawing showing the installation state of the stop plate 8 in the second embodiment. FIG. 9 is a drawing seen from the FF arrow in FIG. 10. FIG. 10 is a drawing seen from the DD arrow in FIG. 9. FIG. 11 is a drawing showing the installation state of the stop plate 8 in the second embodiment. FIG. 11 is a drawing seen from the E arrow in FIG. 9.
[0076] The panel connection structure in the second embodiment differs from the panel fastening structure in the first embodiment in the following ways.
[0077] The first connecting plate 5b is provided with a first connecting hole 5d instead of the first connecting hole 5c of the panel fastening structure in embodiment 1. The second connecting plate 6b is provided with a second connecting hole 6d instead of the second connecting hole 6c of the panel fastening structure in embodiment 1.
[0078] The first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are located on the other end side of the coil 7a in the length direction of the coil 7a. The first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d face each other. For example, the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d have the same shape. For example, the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d face each other directly.
[0079] The first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are elongated holes and are formed as follows.
[0080] The length direction of the long hole is oriented in the direction of twist relative to the length direction of the coil 7a. The length direction of the coil 7a is oriented horizontally, whereas the length direction of the long hole is oriented vertically. The restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the movable arm 7c is positioned at one end side of the length direction of the long hole is greater than the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the movable arm 7c is positioned at the other end side of the length direction of the long hole. The width of one end side of the length direction of the long hole is greater than the width of the other end side of the length direction of the long hole. One end side of the length direction of the long hole is the upper side of the long hole. The other end side of the length direction of the long hole is the lower side of the long hole.
[0081] Here, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, and the movable arm 7c is rotated upward, the movable arm 7c passes through the first connecting hole 5d and can be stored inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0082] Furthermore, when the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are aligned and the movable arm 7c is released, the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 causes the movable arm 7c to pass through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d and be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0083] Furthermore, when the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b are overlapped, the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 causes the movable arm 7c to move along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0084] The movable arm 7c can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b by a retaining plate 8 as described below, and can further be released.
[0085] When the movable arm 7c is housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end of the retaining plate 8 is passed through the first connecting hole 5d and is placed against the side of the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b opposite the first surface plate 5a relative to the first connecting hole 5d and against the side of the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b closer to the first surface plate 5a relative to the first connecting hole 5d, thereby spanning the first connecting hole 5d.
[0086] Furthermore, the other end of the retaining plate 8 can be fixed to the outside of the first panel 5. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b with an adhesive tape 9. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 protrudes outward from the side of the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5.
[0087] Furthermore, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the retaining plate 8 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0088] Furthermore, the other end side of the retaining plate 8 is separated from the first panel 5, and one end side of the retaining plate 8 is taken out from the first connecting hole 5d to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, so that the retaining plate 8 is removed from the first connecting hole 5d and the movable arm 7c can be released. Then, the retaining plate 8 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0089] The panel connecting structure in the second embodiment is configured as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0090] In the panel connection structure of embodiment 2, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated and the movable arm 7c is rotated toward the side winding up the coil 7a, the movable arm 7c is passed through the first connecting hole 5d and can be stored inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0091] This makes it possible to prevent the movable arm 7c from hitting and being damaged by surrounding objects when moving the first panel 5. In other words, the space required to move the first panel 5 can be made smaller.
[0092] In the panel connecting structure of embodiment 2, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, the movable arm 7c is housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, and further, the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are aligned. Furthermore, when the movable arm 7c is released, the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 causes the movable arm 7c to pass through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d and be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0093] This allows the movable arm 7c to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0094] In addition, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from inside the cab 1.
[0095] In the panel connection structure in embodiment 2, the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are long holes, the longitudinal direction of the long hole faces the direction of torsion relative to the longitudinal direction of the coil 7a, the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the movable arm 7c is positioned on one end side of the long hole is greater than the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the movable arm 7c is positioned on the other end side of the long hole, and the width of the long hole at one end side in the longitudinal direction is greater than the width of the long hole at the other end side in the longitudinal direction.
[0096] This allows the movable arm 7c to be easily accommodated inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0097] Furthermore, when the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are aligned opposite each other, even if the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are misaligned in the width direction of the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d, the movable arm 7c can be easily passed through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d.
[0098] Furthermore, by making the width of the slot larger toward one end of the slot and smaller toward the other end of the slot, the movable arm 7c can move smoothly in the length direction of the slot.
[0099] In the panel connecting structure of Embodiment 2, first panel 5 has first surface plate 5a, and first connecting plate 5b extends from an end of first surface plate 5a in a direction perpendicular to first surface plate 5a, and with movable arm 7c housed inward relative to the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b, one end of retaining plate 8 passes through first connecting hole 5c and is abutted against the side of the inner surface of first connecting plate 5b opposite first surface plate 5a relative to first connecting hole 5c and against the side of the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b closer to first surface plate 5a relative to first connecting hole 5c, thereby straddling first connecting hole 5c, and the other end of retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outside of first panel 5, and the movable arm 7c is pressed against retaining plate 8 by the restoring force of torsion coil spring 7, so that movable arm 7c is held inward relative to the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b.
[0100] This makes it possible to easily hold the movable arm 7c inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0101] Next, a method of connecting panels in the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0102] FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing a method for connecting panels in embodiment 2. FIG. 13 is a drawing showing a method for connecting panels in embodiment 2. FIG. 13 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 7 and FIG. 10. FIG. 13(a) is a drawing showing step S21 in FIG. 12. FIG. 13(b) is a drawing showing step S22 in FIG. 12. FIG. 13(c) is a drawing showing step S23 in FIG. 12. FIG. 13(d) is a drawing showing step S24 in FIG. 12. In FIG. 13(c) and FIG. 13(d), the movement of movable arm 7c is indicated by a two-dot chain line.
[0103] The panel connecting method in the second embodiment includes the steps shown in FIG. 12 as S21 to S24.
[0104] In step S21 (movable arm accommodating step), with first panel 5 and second panel 6 separated from each other, movable arm 7c is accommodated inside the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b.
[0105] By rotating the movable arm 7c upward, the movable arm 7c passes through the first connecting hole 5d and is housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0106] Movable arm 7c is held inside the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b by retaining plate 8 as described below.
[0107] When the movable arm 7c is housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end of the retaining plate 8 is passed through the first connecting hole 5d and placed against the side of the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b opposite the first front plate 5a from the first connecting hole 5d and against the side of the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b closer to the first front plate 5a than the first connecting hole 5d, so that the retaining plate 8 straddles the first connecting hole 5d.
[0108] Furthermore, the other end of retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outside of first panel 5. For example, the other end of retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b with adhesive tape 9. For example, the other end of retaining plate 8 protrudes outward from the first panel 5 on the side of first front plate 5a.
[0109] Furthermore, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the retaining plate 8 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c is held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0110] In step S22 (connection hole positioning step), the first connection hole 5d is aligned with the second connection hole 6d.
[0111] The second panel 6 is attached in advance to a mounting position on the car floor. A gap is provided between the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b so that the retaining plate 8 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 in step S23.
[0112] In step S23 (movable arm pressing step), the movable arm 7c is released, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 causes the movable arm 7c to pass through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d and to be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0113] The movable arm 7c is released as follows.
[0114] The other end of the retaining plate 8 is separated from the first panel 5, and one end of the retaining plate 8 is taken out from the first connecting hole 5d to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, thereby removing the retaining plate 8 from the first connecting hole 5d and releasing the movable arm 7c. Then, the retaining plate 8 is inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0115] In step S24 (connecting plate overlapping step), the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is overlapped with the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, so that the movable arm 7c is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, and the position of the first connecting plate 5b is aligned with the position of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0116] When the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is placed over the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, the movable arm 7c moves along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b due to the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0117] Furthermore, if the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b are misaligned in the width direction, the first panel 5 is moved in the thickness direction to align the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b in the width direction.
[0118] As a result, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and the first panel 5 is attached to the installation position on the car floor.
[0119] The method of connecting panels in the second embodiment is as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0120] The method of connecting the panels in embodiment 2 includes a step S23 of passing the movable arm 7c through the second connecting hole 6d while the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, and a step S23 of pressing the movable arm 7c against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0121] This makes it possible to connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 even if the thickness of at least one of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b, which are overlapped when connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6, changes.
[0122] The method of connecting panels in embodiment 2 includes a step S21 of accommodating the movable arm 7c inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b while the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, a step S22 of aligning the first connecting hole 5d with the second connecting hole 6d, and a step S23 of releasing the movable arm 7c and using the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 to pass the movable arm 7c through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d and press it against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0123] This allows the movable arm 7c to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0124] Also, the first panel 5 can be connected to the second panel 6 from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected from inside the cab 1.
[0125] Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the movable arm 7c from hitting and being damaged by surrounding objects when moving the first panel 5. In other words, the space required to move the first panel 5 can be made smaller.
[0126] In the second embodiment, the movable arm 7c is held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b by a retaining plate 8 as described below, and can be further released.
[0127] When the movable arm 7c is housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end of the retaining plate 8 is passed through the first connecting hole 5d and is placed against one side of the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and against the other side of the first connecting hole 5d on the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, thereby spanning the first connecting hole 5d.
[0128] Furthermore, the other end of the retaining plate 8 can be fixed to the outside of the first panel 5. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b with an adhesive tape 9. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 protrudes outward from the side of the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5.
[0129] Furthermore, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the retaining plate 8 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0130] Furthermore, the other end of the retaining plate 8 is separated from the first panel 5, and one end of the retaining plate 8 is taken out from the first connecting hole 5d to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, so that the retaining plate 8 is removed from the first connecting hole 5d and the movable arm 7c can be released. Then, the retaining plate 8 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0131] In the second embodiment, the first panel 5 may be attached in advance to the installation position on the car floor in step S22, and the second panel 6 may be moved in steps S22 to S24.
[0132] In the second embodiment, the first connecting hole 5d, the second connecting hole 6d, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be reversed in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0133] In the second embodiment, the first connecting hole 5d, the second connecting hole 6d, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be configured in a vertically inverted manner.
[0134] In addition, in embodiment 2, the first connecting hole 5d, the second connecting hole 6d, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be rotated along the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b so that the longitudinal direction of the coil 7a faces the vertical direction.
[0135] In the second embodiment, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 may be integrally formed and inverted in the width direction of the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0136] In addition, in embodiment 2, by connecting multiple locations on the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b using the first connecting hole 5d, the second connecting hole 6d, and the torsion coil spring 7, it is possible to prevent the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b from shifting, and to more firmly connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0137] The connecting structure and connecting method of the second embodiment can be used for two adjacent panels 4 at the corners of the car wall 2.
[0138] Next, a panel connection structure in a first modified example of the second embodiment will be described with reference to Figs.
[0139] FIG. 14 is a diagram showing an attached state of the retaining plate 10 in a first modified example of the second embodiment. FIG. 14 is a diagram viewed from the arrow JJ in FIG. 15. FIG. 14 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 9. FIG. 15 is a diagram showing an attached state of the retaining plate 10 in a first modified example of the second embodiment. FIG. 15 is a diagram viewed from the arrow GG in FIG. 14. FIG. 15 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 10. FIG. 16 is a diagram showing an attached state of the retaining plate 10 in a first modified example of the second embodiment. FIG. 16 is a diagram viewed from the arrow H in FIG. 14. FIG. 16 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 11.
[0140] The panel connection structure in the first modified example of the second embodiment differs from the panel fastening structure in the second embodiment as follows.
[0141] Movable arm 7c is held inside the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b by retaining plate 10 instead of retaining plate 8 of the panel connecting structure in the second embodiment, and can be further released.
[0142] When the movable arm 7c is housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end of the retaining plate 10 is passed through the outside of the side of the first panel 5 opposite the first surface plate 5a and is abutted against the side opposite the first surface plate 5a rather than the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and against the side of the first surface plate 5a rather than the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0143] For example, the first panel 5 has a retaining plate mounting hole 5e on the opposite side to the first front plate 5a from the first connecting hole 5d, and the retaining plate mounting hole 5e connects the outside and inside of the first panel 5 on the side opposite the first front plate 5a, allowing one end of the retaining plate 10 to be inserted and removed in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0144] Further, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may be opposed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may protrude outward from the first panel 5 on the side of the first front plate 5a.
[0145] Furthermore, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the retaining plate 10 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0146] Furthermore, by taking one end side of the retaining plate 10 outward on the side opposite to the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5, the retaining plate 10 is removed from the first connecting hole 5d and the movable arm 7c can be released. Then, the retaining plate 10 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0147] The panel connecting structure in the first modified example of the second embodiment is configured as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0148] In the panel connecting structure in the first modified example of the second embodiment, the first panel 5 has a first face plate 5a, and the first connecting plate 5b extends from an end of the first face plate 5a in a direction perpendicular to the first face plate 5a, and with the movable arm 7c housed inward relative to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end of the retaining plate 10 is passed through the outside of the side of the first panel 5 opposite the first face plate 5a and abuts against the side of the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b opposite to the first face plate 5a relative to the first connecting hole 5d and against the first face plate 5a side relative to the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, so as to straddle the first connecting hole 5d, and the other end of the retaining plate 10 is brought into opposition to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, and the movable arm 7c is pressed against the retaining plate 10 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c is held inward relative to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0149] This makes it possible to easily hold the movable arm 7c inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0150] In the first modification of the second embodiment, the movable arm 7c is held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b by the retaining plate 10 as described below, and can be further released.
[0151] When the movable arm 7c is housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end of the retaining plate 10 is passed through the outside of the side of the first panel opposite the first front plate 5a and is placed against one side of the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the other side of the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, thereby spanning the first connecting hole 5d.
[0152] Further, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may be opposed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may protrude outward from the first panel 5 on the side of the first front plate 5a.
[0153] Furthermore, the movable arm 7c is pressed against the retaining plate 10 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0154] Furthermore, by taking one end side of the retaining plate 10 outward on the side opposite to the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5, the retaining plate 10 is removed from the first connecting hole 5d and the movable arm 7c can be released. Then, the retaining plate 10 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0155] Next, a panel connection structure in the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0156] FIG. 17 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in embodiment 3. FIG. 17 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 2. FIG. 18 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in embodiment 3. FIG. 18 is a drawing seen from the arrow KK in FIG. 17. FIG. 18 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 3. FIG. 19 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in embodiment 3. FIG. 19 is a drawing seen from the arrow LL in FIG. 17. In FIG. 19, the coil 7a is shown by a two-dot chain line. FIG. 20 is a drawing of a main part of the car wall 2 in embodiment 3. FIG. 20 is a drawing seen from the arrow M in FIG. 17. FIG. 20 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 4.
[0157] The panel connection structure in the third embodiment differs from the panel fastening structure in the first embodiment in the following ways.
[0158] The first connecting plate 5b is provided with a first sub-connecting hole 5f and a first intermediate connecting hole 5g in addition to the first connecting hole 5c of the panel connecting structure in embodiment 1. The second connecting plate 6b is provided with a second sub-connecting hole 6f and a second intermediate connecting hole 6g in addition to the second connecting hole 6c of the panel connecting structure in embodiment 1.
[0159] The first sub-connecting hole 5f and the second sub-connecting hole 6f are located on one end side of the coil 7a in the longitudinal direction of the coil 7a. The first sub-connecting hole 5f and the second sub-connecting hole 6f face each other. For example, the first sub-connecting hole 5f and the second sub-connecting hole 6f have the same shape. For example, the first sub-connecting hole 5f and the second sub-connecting hole 6f face each other directly.
[0160] The first intermediate connecting hole 5g communicates with the first connecting hole 5c and the first sub-connecting hole 5f. The second intermediate connecting hole 6g communicates with the second connecting hole 6c and the second sub-connecting hole 6f. The first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g extend in the length direction of the coil 7a. For example, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g extend parallel to the length direction of the coil 7a. The first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g face each other. For example, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g have the same shape. For example, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g face each other directly.
[0161] The torsion coil spring 7 has a sub movable arm 7d and an intermediate movable arm 7e in addition to the coil 7a, fixed arm 7b, and movable arm 7c of the panel connection structure in the first embodiment. The movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are formed as one continuous piece. The intermediate movable arm 7e is located between the movable arm 7c and the sub movable arm 7d.
[0162] The intermediate movable arm 7e extends from the movable arm 7c. The intermediate movable arm 7e extends along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b. The intermediate movable arm 7e extends in the length direction of the coil 7a. For example, the intermediate movable arm 7e extends parallel to the length direction of the coil 7a. The intermediate movable arm 7e is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0163] The sub movable arm 7d extends from the middle movable arm 7e. The sub movable arm 7d passes through the first sub connecting hole 5f and the second sub connecting hole 6f. The sub movable arm 7d extends from the second sub connecting hole 6f to the inside of the second connecting plate 6b, and further extends downward and toward the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and is further connected to the middle movable arm 7e. The sub movable arm 7d is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0164] In addition, the sub movable arm 7d extends from the first sub connecting hole 5f to the inside of the first connecting plate 5b, and further extends toward the coil 7a. The sub movable arm 7d is pressed against the outer periphery of the coil 7a by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7. For example, the sub movable arm 7d extends parallel to the movable arm 7c between the coil 7a and the intermediate movable arm 7e.
[0165] The fixed portion of the fixed arm 7b of the first connecting plate 5b and the intermediate movable arm 7e are aligned in the thickness direction of the second connecting plate 6b. The fixed portion of the fixed arm 7b of the first connecting plate 5b and the intermediate movable arm 7e sandwich the second connecting plate 6b between them.
[0166] Here, the intermediate movable arm 7e rotates as the torsion coil spring 7 is twisted, and can move up and down outside the first connecting plate 5b. When the intermediate movable arm 7e moves upward outside the first connecting plate 5b, the coil 7a is wound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes large. When the intermediate movable arm 7e moves downward outside the first connecting plate 5b, the coil 7a is unwound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes small.
[0167] In addition, the sub movable arm 7d rotates as the torsion coil spring 7 is twisted, and can move up and down outside the first connecting plate 5b. When the sub movable arm 7d moves upward outside the first connecting plate 5b, the coil 7a is wound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes large. When the sub movable arm 7d moves downward outside the first connecting plate 5b, the coil 7a is unwound, and the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 becomes small.
[0168] That is, when the torsion coil spring 7 is arranged as described above, the side where the coil 7a is wound in the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e is the upper side, and the side where the coil 7a is unwound in the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e is the lower side.
[0169] Furthermore, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, the sub movable arm 7d passes through the first sub connecting hole 5f and extends to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, and further extends downward and toward the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b. The gap between the sub movable arm 7d and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the gap between the intermediate movable arm 7e and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b are smaller than the thickness of the second connecting plate 6b. For example, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are pressed against the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0170] Furthermore, from a state in which the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated from each other, the movable arm 7c can be passed through the second connecting hole 6c, and the sub movable arm 7d can be passed through the second sub connecting hole 6f.
[0171] Furthermore, the intermediate movable arm 7e can be passed through the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b can be overlapped.
[0172] Furthermore, when the first panel 5 is moved downward relative to the second panel 6, the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can ride up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0173] The panel connecting structure in the third embodiment is configured as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0174] In the panel connection structure in the third embodiment, the first connecting plate 5b is provided with a first sub-connecting hole 5f and a first intermediate connecting hole 5g that communicates with the first connecting hole 5c and the first sub-connecting hole 5f, the second connecting plate 6b is provided with a second sub-connecting hole 6f and a second intermediate connecting hole 6g that communicates with the second connecting hole 6c and the second sub-connecting hole 6f, the first sub-connecting hole 5f faces the second sub-connecting hole 6f, and the first intermediate connecting hole 5g faces the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, the torsion coil spring 7 has a sub-movable arm 7d and an intermediate movable arm 7e that are formed in one piece with the movable arm 7c, and the intermediate movable arm 7e extends from the movable arm 7c along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and is formed as a torsion coil spring. The sub-movable arm 7d extends from the intermediate movable arm 7e and passes through the first sub-connecting hole 5f and the second sub-connecting hole 6f and is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and the outer periphery of the coil 7a by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, and when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, the sub-movable arm 7d extends through the first sub-connecting hole 5f to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b and further extends toward the side where the coil 7a is unwound and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, and the gap between the sub-movable arm 7d and the first connecting plate 5b and the gap between the intermediate movable arm 7e and the first connecting plate 5b are smaller than the thickness of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0175] This stabilizes the positions of the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e, allowing the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e to be firmly pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b. In particular, twisting of the movable arm 7c is suppressed, allowing the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e to be firmly pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0176] The panel connecting structure in embodiment 3 is such that, from a state in which the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, the movable arm 7c can be passed through the second connecting hole 6d, and the auxiliary movable arm 7d can be passed through the second auxiliary connecting hole 6f, and further, the intermediate movable arm 7e can be passed through the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b can be overlapped, and further, when the first panel 5 is moved relative to the second panel 6 in the direction of unwinding the coil 7a in the movable arm 7c, the movable arm 7c, the auxiliary movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e can ride up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0177] This allows the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0178] In addition, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from inside the cab 1.
[0179] In the panel connecting structure in embodiment 3, the fixed arm 7b is fixed to the first connecting plate 5b, and the fixed portion of the fixed arm 7b on the first connecting plate 5b and the intermediate movable arm 7e sandwich the second connecting plate 6b between them in the thickness direction of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0180] This allows the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 to be connected more firmly.
[0181] Furthermore, since the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 suppresses deflection occurring in the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b, it is possible to make it difficult for a gap to occur between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0182] Next, a method of connecting panels in the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0183] FIG. 21 is a flow chart showing a method for connecting panels in embodiment 3. FIG. 22 is a drawing showing a method for connecting panels in embodiment 3. FIG. 22 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 18. FIG. 22(a) is a drawing showing step S31 in FIG. 21. FIG. 22(b) is a drawing showing step S32 in FIG. 21. FIG. 22(c) is a drawing showing step S33 in FIG. 21. In FIG. 22(c), the movement of movable arm 7c is indicated by a two-dot chain line. FIG. 22(d) is a drawing showing step S34 in FIG. 21.
[0184] The panel connecting method in the third embodiment includes the steps shown in FIG. 21 as S31 to S34.
[0185] In step S31 (movable arm passing step), with the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 separated from each other, the movable arm 7c is passed through the second connecting hole 6c, and the sub movable arm 7d is passed through the second sub connecting hole 6f.
[0186] At this time, the first panel 5 is located higher than the second panel 6. The second panel 6 is attached in advance to a mounting position on the car floor.
[0187] In step S32 (connecting plate overlapping step), the intermediate movable arm 7e is passed through the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is overlapped with the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0188] At this time, the first panel 5 is located above the second panel 6.
[0189] In step S33 (movable arm pressing step), the first panel 5 is moved downward, causing the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e to ride up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0190] When the first panel 5 is moved downward with the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b overlapping the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e ride up onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0191] As a result, the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 presses the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0192] At this time, the first panel 5 is located above the second panel 6.
[0193] In step S34 (connecting plate positioning step), the first panel 5 is moved downward to align the position of the first connecting plate 5b with the position of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0194] With the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b overlapping the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, the first panel 5 is moved downward to align the height positions of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b. When the first panel 5 is moved, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e move along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0195] Furthermore, if the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b are misaligned in the width direction, the first panel 5 is moved in the thickness direction to align the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b in the width direction.
[0196] As a result, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and the first panel 5 is attached to the installation position on the car floor.
[0197] The method of connecting panels in the third embodiment is as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0198] The method of connecting panels in embodiment 3 includes a step S31 of passing the movable arm 7c through the second connecting hole 6c while the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, and a step S33 of pressing the movable arm 7c against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b using the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0199] This makes it possible to connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 even if the thickness of at least one of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b, which are overlapped when connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6, changes.
[0200] The method of connecting the panels in embodiment 3 includes a step S31 of passing the movable arm 7c through the second connecting hole 6c and the secondary movable arm 7d through the second secondary connecting hole 6f from a state in which the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, a step S32 of passing the intermediate movable arm 7e through the second intermediate connecting hole 6g and overlapping the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b with the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and a step S33 of moving the first panel 5 downward to move the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e onto the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b and pressing them against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0201] This allows the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0202] In addition, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from inside the cab 1.
[0203] Furthermore, the positions of the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are stabilized, and the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be firmly pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b. In particular, twisting of the movable arm 7c is suppressed, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be firmly pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0204] In addition, in embodiment 3, the first connecting hole 5c, the first sub-connecting hole 5f, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6c, the second sub-connecting hole 6f, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be structured inverted in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0205] In addition, in embodiment 3, the first connecting hole 5c, the first sub-connecting hole 5f, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6c, the second sub-connecting hole 6f, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be configured inverted in the vertical direction.
[0206] In addition, in embodiment 3, the first connecting hole 5c, the first sub-connecting hole 5f, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6c, the second sub-connecting hole 6f, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be rotated along the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b so that the longitudinal direction of the coil 7a faces the vertical direction.
[0207] In the third embodiment, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 may be integrally formed and inverted in the width direction of the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0208] In addition, in embodiment 3, by connecting multiple locations on the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b using the first connecting hole 5c, the first sub-connecting hole 5f, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6c, the second sub-connecting hole 6f, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7, it is possible to prevent the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b from shifting, and to more firmly connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0209] The connecting structure and connecting method of the third embodiment can be used for two adjacent panels 4 at the corners of the car wall 2.
[0210] Next, a panel connection structure according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0211] FIG. 23 is a drawing of the main part of the car wall 2 in the fourth embodiment. FIG. 23 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 18. In FIG. 25, the movable arm 7c rotated upward, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are shown by a two-dot chain line. FIG. 26 is a drawing showing the mounting state of the stop plate 8 in the fourth embodiment. FIG. 26 is a drawing of the QQ arrow view of FIG. 27. FIG. 27 is a drawing of the mounting state of the stop plate 8 in the fourth embodiment. FIG. 27 is a drawing of the NN arrow view of FIG. 26. 28 is a diagram showing an attached state of the retaining plate 8 in the embodiment 4. FIG 28 is a diagram seen from the arrow P in FIG 26.
[0212] The panel connection structure in the fourth embodiment differs from the panel fastening structure in the third embodiment in the following ways.
[0213] The first connecting plate 5b is provided with a first connecting hole 5d and a first sub-connecting hole 5h instead of the first connecting hole 5c and the first sub-connecting hole 5f of the panel fastening structure in embodiment 3. The second connecting plate 6b is provided with a second connecting hole 6d and a second sub-connecting hole 6h instead of the second connecting hole 6c and the second sub-connecting hole 6f of the panel fastening structure in embodiment 3.
[0214] The first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h are located on one end side of the coil 7a in the longitudinal direction of the coil 7a. The first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h face each other. For example, the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h have the same shape. For example, the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h face each other directly.
[0215] The first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h are elongated holes and are formed as follows.
[0216] The length direction of the long hole is oriented in the direction of twist relative to the length direction of the coil 7a. The length direction of the coil 7a is oriented horizontally, whereas the length direction of the long hole is oriented vertically. The restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the auxiliary movable arm 7d is positioned at one end side of the length direction of the long hole is greater than the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the auxiliary movable arm 7d is positioned at the other end side of the length direction of the long hole. The width of one end side of the length direction of the long hole is greater than the width of the other end side of the length direction of the long hole. One end side of the length direction of the long hole is the upper side of the long hole. The other end side of the length direction of the long hole is the lower side of the long hole.
[0217] Here, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, and the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are rotated upward, the movable arm 7c is passed through the first connecting hole 5d, the sub movable arm 7d is passed through the first sub connecting hole 5h, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is passed through the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0218] Furthermore, when the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are aligned opposite each other, the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h are aligned opposite each other, and the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g are aligned opposite each other, and further, when the movable arm 7c, the sub-movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are released, due to the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, the movable arm 7c is passed through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d, the sub-movable arm 7d is passed through the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is passed through the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, so that at least one of the movable arm 7c, the sub-movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0219] Furthermore, when the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b are overlapped, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can move along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b due to the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0220] The movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b by a retaining plate 8 as described below, and can be further released.
[0221] When the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end side of the retaining plate 8 is passed through the first secondary connecting hole 5h and is abutted against the side of the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b opposite the first surface plate 5a relative to the first secondary connecting hole 5h and against the side of the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b closer to the first surface plate 5a relative to the first secondary connecting hole 5h, thereby spanning the first secondary connecting hole 5h.
[0222] Furthermore, the other end of the retaining plate 8 can be fixed to the outside of the first panel 5. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b with an adhesive tape 9. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 protrudes outward from the side of the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5.
[0223] Furthermore, the sub movable arm 7d is pressed against the stop plate 8 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0224] Furthermore, the other end side of the retaining plate 8 is separated from the first panel 5, and one end side of the retaining plate 8 is taken out from the first sub-connecting hole 5h to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, whereby the retaining plate 8 is removed from the first sub-connecting hole 5h, and the movable arm 7c, the sub-movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be released. Then, the retaining plate 8 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0225] The panel connecting structure in the fourth embodiment is configured as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0226] In the panel connection structure of embodiment 4, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated and the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are rotated toward the side winding the coil 7a, the movable arm 7c is passed through the first connecting hole 5d, the sub movable arm 7d is passed through the first sub connecting hole 5h, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is passed through the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0227] This makes it possible to prevent the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e from hitting surrounding objects and being damaged when moving the first panel 5. In other words, the space required to move the first panel 5 can be reduced.
[0228] In the panel connection structure of embodiment 4, when the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated from each other, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are aligned opposite each other, the first sub connecting hole 5h and the second sub connecting hole 6h are aligned opposite each other, and the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g are aligned opposite each other. When the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are released, the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 causes the movable arm 7c to move to the first position. The first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d, the sub-movable arm 7d is passed through the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is passed through the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, so that at least one of the movable arm 7c, the sub-movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and further, when the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b are overlapped, the movable arm 7c, the sub-movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0229] This allows the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0230] In addition, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected to each other from inside the cab 1.
[0231] In the panel connection structure in embodiment 4, the first connecting hole 5d, the first sub-connecting hole 5h, the second connecting hole 6d, and the second sub-connecting hole 6h are long holes, the longitudinal direction of the long holes faces the direction of torsion relative to the longitudinal direction of the coil 5a, the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the movable arm 7c and the sub-movable arm 7d are positioned on one end side of the long holes is greater than the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7 when the movable arm 7c and the sub-movable arm 7d are positioned on the other end side of the long holes, and the width of the long holes at one end side in the longitudinal direction is greater than the width of the long holes at the other end side in the longitudinal direction.
[0232] This allows the movable arm 7c and the sub movable arm 7d to be easily accommodated inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0233] Furthermore, when the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are opposed to each other, even if the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d are misaligned in the width direction of the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d, the movable arm 7c can be easily passed through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d. Similarly, when the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h are opposed to each other, even if the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h are misaligned in the width direction of the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h, the sub-movable arm 7d can be easily passed through the first sub-connecting hole 5h and the second sub-connecting hole 6h.
[0234] Furthermore, by making the width of the slot larger toward one end of the slot and smaller toward the other end of the slot, the movable arm 7c and the sub movable arm 7d can move smoothly in the length direction of the slot.
[0235] In the panel connection structure of the fourth embodiment, the first panel 5 has a first surface plate 5a, and the first connecting plate 5b extends from an end of the first surface plate 5a in a direction perpendicular to the first surface plate 5a. When the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end side of the retaining plate 8 passes through the first secondary connecting hole 5h and is positioned opposite the first surface plate 5a with respect to the first secondary connecting hole 5h on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b. The retaining plate 8 can straddle the first sub-connecting hole 5h by being abutted against the first panel 5 side and the first sub-connecting hole 5h on the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, and the other end side of the retaining plate 8 can be fixed to the outside of the first panel 5, and the sub-movable arm 7d is pressed against the retaining plate 8 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub-movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0236] This makes it possible to easily hold the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0237] Next, a method of connecting panels in the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0238] FIG. 29 is a flow chart showing a method for connecting panels in the fourth embodiment. FIG. 30 is a drawing showing a method for connecting panels in the fourth embodiment. FIG. 30 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 24 and FIG. 27. In FIG. 30, the coil 7a is indicated by a two-dot chain line. FIG. 30(a) is a drawing showing step S41 in FIG. 29. FIG. 30(b) is a drawing showing step S42 in FIG. 29. FIG. 30(c) is a drawing showing step S43 in FIG. 29. FIG. 30(d) is a drawing showing step S44 in FIG. 29. In FIG. 30(c) and FIG. 30(d), the movements of the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are indicated by two-dot chain lines.
[0239] The panel connecting method in the fourth embodiment includes the steps shown in FIG. 29 as S41 to S44.
[0240] In step S41 (movable arm accommodating step), with the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 separated from each other, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are accommodated inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0241] By rotating the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e upward, the movable arm 7c is passed through the first connecting hole 5d, the sub movable arm 7d is passed through the first sub connecting hole 5h, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is passed through the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0242] Movable arm 7c, sub movable arm 7d and intermediate movable arm 7e are held inside the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b by retaining plate 8 as described below.
[0243] When the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end of the retaining plate 8 is passed through the first secondary connecting hole 5h and placed against the side of the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b opposite the first surface plate 5a relative to the first secondary connecting hole 5h and against the side of the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b closer to the first surface plate 5a relative to the first secondary connecting hole 5h, thereby spanning the first secondary connecting hole 5h.
[0244] Furthermore, the other end of retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outside of first panel 5. For example, the other end of retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outer surface of first connecting plate 5b with adhesive tape 9. For example, the other end of retaining plate 8 protrudes outward from the first panel 5 on the side of first front plate 5a.
[0245] Furthermore, the sub movable arm 7d is pressed against the stop plate 8 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0246] In step S42 (connecting hole aligning step), the first connecting hole 5d is aligned with the second connecting hole 6d, the first sub connecting hole 5h is aligned with the second sub connecting hole 6h, and the first intermediate connecting hole 5g is aligned with the second intermediate connecting hole 6g.
[0247] The second panel 6 is attached in advance to a mounting position on the car floor. A gap is provided between the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b and the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b so that the retaining plate 8 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 in step S43.
[0248] In step S43 (movable arm pressing step), the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are released, and by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, the movable arm 7c is passed through the first connecting hole 5d and the second connecting hole 6d, the sub movable arm 7d is passed through the first sub connecting hole 5h and the second sub connecting hole 6h, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is passed through the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and at least one of the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e is pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0249] The movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are released as follows.
[0250] The other end of the retaining plate 8 is separated from the first panel 5, and one end of the retaining plate 8 is taken out from the first sub-connecting hole 5h to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, thereby removing the retaining plate 8 from the first sub-connecting hole 5h and releasing the movable arm 7c, the sub-movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e. Then, the retaining plate 8 is inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0251] In step S44 (connecting plate overlapping step), the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is overlapped with the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, so that the movable arm 7c, the auxiliary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, and the position of the first connecting plate 5b is aligned with the position of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0252] When the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b is placed over the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, at least one of the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e moves along the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b due to the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0253] Furthermore, if the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b are misaligned in the width direction, the first panel 5 is moved in the thickness direction to align the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b in the width direction.
[0254] As a result, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b, and the first panel 5 is attached to the installation position on the car floor.
[0255] The method of connecting panels in the fourth embodiment is as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0256] The method of connecting panels in embodiment 4 includes a step S43 of passing the movable arm 7c through the second connecting hole 6d while the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated, and a step S43 of pressing the movable arm 7c against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0257] This makes it possible to connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 even if the thickness of at least one of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b, which are overlapped when connecting the first panel 5 and the second panel 6, changes.
[0258] The method of connecting panels in the fourth embodiment includes a step S41 of accommodating the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b while the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 are separated from each other; a step S42 of aligning the first connecting hole 5d with the second connecting hole 6d, aligning the first sub connecting hole 5h with the second sub connecting hole 6h, and aligning the first intermediate connecting hole 5g with the second intermediate connecting hole 6g; and a step S43 of releasing the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e, and causing the movable arm 7c to return to the first connecting hole 5d and the second sub connecting hole 6h by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7. the step S43 of passing the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e through the first sub connecting hole 5h and the second sub connecting hole 6d, the sub movable arm 7d through the first sub connecting hole 5h and the second sub connecting hole 6h, and the intermediate movable arm 7e through the first intermediate connecting hole 5g and the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, thereby pressing at least one of the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b; and the step S44 of overlapping the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b with the outer surface of the second connecting plate 6b, thereby pressing the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7.
[0259] This allows the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e to be easily pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0260] Also, the first panel 5 can be connected to the second panel 6 from a desired side. For example, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 can be connected from inside the cab 1.
[0261] In addition, it is possible to prevent the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e from hitting surrounding objects and being damaged when moving the first panel 5. In other words, it is possible to reduce the space required to move the first panel 5.
[0262] Furthermore, the positions of the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are stabilized, and the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be firmly pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b. In particular, twisting of the movable arm 7c is suppressed, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be firmly pressed against the inner surface of the second connecting plate 6b.
[0263] In the fourth embodiment, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b by the retaining plate 8 as described below, and can be further released.
[0264] When the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end side of the retaining plate 8 is passed through the target connecting hole, which is the first connecting hole 5c, the first secondary connecting hole 5h, or the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, and is placed on one side of the target connecting hole on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and on the other side of the target connecting hole on the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, thereby spanning the target connecting hole.
[0265] Furthermore, the other end of the retaining plate 8 can be fixed to the outside of the first panel 5. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 is fixed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b with an adhesive tape 9. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 8 protrudes outward from the side of the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5.
[0266] Furthermore, the target movable arm, which is the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, or the intermediate movable arm 7e facing the target connecting hole, is pressed against the retaining plate 8 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0267] Furthermore, the other end side of the retaining plate 8 is separated from the first panel 5, and one end side of the retaining plate 8 is taken out from the target connecting hole to the outside of the first connecting plate 5b, so that the retaining plate 8 is removed from the target connecting hole, and the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be released. Then, the retaining plate 8 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0268] In the fourth embodiment, the first panel 5 may be attached in advance to the installation position on the car floor in step S42, and the second panel 6 may be moved in steps S42 to S44.
[0269] In addition, in embodiment 4, the first connecting hole 5d, the first sub-connecting hole 5h, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6d, the second sub-connecting hole 6h, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be structured such that they are inverted in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0270] In addition, in embodiment 4, the first connecting hole 5d, the first sub-connecting hole 5h, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6d, the second sub-connecting hole 6h, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be configured inverted in the vertical direction.
[0271] In addition, in embodiment 4, the first connecting hole 5d, the first sub-connecting hole 5h, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6d, the second sub-connecting hole 6h, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7 may be rotated along the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b so that the longitudinal direction of the coil 7a faces the vertical direction.
[0272] In the fourth embodiment, the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 may be integrally formed and inverted in the width direction of the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0273] In addition, in embodiment 4, by connecting multiple locations on the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b using the first connecting hole 5d, the first sub-connecting hole 5h, the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, the second connecting hole 6d, the second sub-connecting hole 6h, the second intermediate connecting hole 6g, and the torsion coil spring 7, it is possible to prevent the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b from shifting, and to more firmly connect the first panel 5 and the second panel 6.
[0274] The connecting structure and connecting method of the fourth embodiment can be used for two adjacent panels 4 at the corners of the car wall 2.
[0275] Next, a panel connection structure in a first modified example of the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to Figs.
[0276] Fig. 31 is a diagram showing an attached state of the retaining plate 10 in a first modified example of the fourth embodiment. Fig. 31 is a diagram viewed from the arrow TT in Fig. 32. Fig. 31 is a diagram corresponding to Fig. 26. Fig. 32 is a diagram showing an attached state of the retaining plate 10 in a first modified example of the fourth embodiment. Fig. 32 is a diagram viewed from the arrow RR in Fig. 31. Fig. 32 is a diagram corresponding to Fig. 27. Fig. 33 is a diagram showing an attached state of the retaining plate 10 in a first modified example of the fourth embodiment. Fig. 33 is a diagram viewed from the arrow SS in Fig. 31. Fig. 33 is a diagram corresponding to Fig. 28.
[0277] The panel connection structure in the first modified example of the fourth embodiment differs from the panel fastening structure in the fourth embodiment as follows.
[0278] The movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b by a retaining plate 10 instead of the retaining plate 8 of the panel connecting structure in embodiment 4, and can be further released.
[0279] When the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end side of the retaining plate 10 is passed through the outside of the side opposite the first surface 5a of the first panel 5 and is abutted against the side opposite the first surface 5a of the first secondary connecting hole 5h on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and against the side of the first surface 5a of the first secondary connecting hole 5h on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b closer to the first surface 5a than the first secondary connecting hole 5h, so as to straddle the first secondary connecting hole 5h.
[0280] Furthermore, one end side of the retaining plate 10 is placed on the side opposite the first surface plate 5a from the first intermediate connecting hole 5g on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and on the side closer to the first surface plate 5a than the first intermediate connecting hole 5g on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, so that it can straddle the first intermediate connecting hole 5g.
[0281] Furthermore, one end side of the retaining plate 10 is placed on the side opposite the first front plate 5a from the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and on the side closer to the first front plate 5a than the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, so that it can straddle the first connecting hole 5d.
[0282] For example, the first panel 5 has a retaining plate mounting hole 5e on the side opposite the first front plate 5a from the first connecting hole 5d, the first secondary connecting hole 5h, and the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, and the retaining plate mounting hole 5e connects the outside and inside of the side opposite the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5, allowing one end of the retaining plate 10 to be inserted and removed in the width direction of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0283] Further, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may be opposed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may protrude outward from the first panel 5 on the side of the first front plate 5a.
[0284] Furthermore, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are pressed against the retaining plate 10 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0285] Furthermore, by taking one end side of the retaining plate 10 outward on the side opposite to the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5, the retaining plate 10 is removed from the first connecting hole 5d, the first sub connecting hole 5h, and the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, and the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be released. Then, the retaining plate 10 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
[0286] The panel connecting structure in the first modified example of the fourth embodiment is configured as described above, and connects the first panel 5 and the second panel 6 together.
[0287] In the panel connecting structure in the first modified example of the fourth embodiment, the first panel 5 has a first surface 5a, and the first connecting plate 5b extends from an end of the first surface 5a in a direction perpendicular to the first surface 5a, and in a state in which the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end side of the retaining plate 10 is passed through the outside of the side of the first panel 5 opposite the first surface 5a and is abutted against the side opposite to the first surface 5a relative to the first secondary connecting hole 5h on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and against the side of the first surface 5a opposite to the first secondary connecting hole 5h on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b relative to the first secondary connecting hole 5h, so as to straddle the first secondary connecting hole 5h, and further, the one end side of the retaining plate 10 is abutted against the side opposite to the first surface 5a relative to the first intermediate connecting hole 5g on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b. and by placing one end side of the retaining plate 10 on the side opposite to the first face plate 5a rather than the first intermediate connecting hole 5g on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and on the side closer to the first face plate 5a rather than the first intermediate connecting hole 5g on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, the retaining plate 10 can straddle the first intermediate connecting hole 5g, and further by placing one end side of the retaining plate 10 on the side opposite to the first face plate 5a rather than the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b and on the side closer to the first face plate 5a rather than the first connecting hole 5d on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, the retaining plate 10 can straddle the first connecting hole 5d, and further by placing the other end side of the retaining plate 10 against the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are pressed against the retaining plate 10 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0288] This makes it possible to easily hold the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0289] In the first modified example of embodiment 4, the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d and the intermediate movable arm 7e are held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b by the retaining plate 10 as described below, and can be further released.
[0290] When the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e are housed inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b, one end side of the retaining plate 10 is passed through the outside of the side opposite the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5 and is placed on one side of the target connecting holes, which are the first connecting hole 5d, the first secondary connecting hole 5h, or the first intermediate connecting hole 5g on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, and on the other side of the target connecting holes on the inner surface of the first connecting plate 5b, thereby spanning the target connecting holes.
[0291] Further, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may be opposed to the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b. For example, the other end of the retaining plate 10 may protrude outward from the first panel 5 on the side of the first front plate 5a.
[0292] Furthermore, the target movable arm, which is the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, or the intermediate movable arm 7e facing the target connecting hole, is pressed against the retaining plate 10 by the restoring force of the torsion coil spring 7, so that the movable arm 7c, the secondary movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be held inside the outer surface of the first connecting plate 5b.
[0293] Furthermore, by taking one end side of the retaining plate 10 outward on the side opposite to the first front plate 5a of the first panel 5, the retaining plate 10 is removed from the target connecting hole, and the movable arm 7c, the sub movable arm 7d, and the intermediate movable arm 7e can be released. Then, the retaining plate 10 can be inserted into the car chamber 1 through the gap between the first connecting plate 5b and the second connecting plate 6b.
