[0009] The following describes the embodiments. The same components are given the same reference numerals, and duplicated descriptions are omitted. In each drawing, some components are omitted, enlarged, or reduced as appropriate for the convenience of description. The drawings should be viewed according to the orientation of the reference numerals. The structures and shapes referred to in this specification include not only structures and shapes that strictly match the shapes referred to, but also structures and shapes that deviate by an amount of error such as dimensional error and manufacturing error. In this specification, "connection," "fixing," "mounting," and "supporting" include cases where the conditions referred to are directly met by two parties, as well as cases where the conditions are met via other members, unless otherwise specified.

[0010] (Embodiment) See Figure 1. Bathroom 100 has a bathtub 90, a washing area floor 91, etc. Bathtub 90 and washing area floor 91 are surrounded by walls 92 and 93. Bathtub cover 8 is placed on the upper edge 90a of bathtub 90 when keeping the hot water stored in bathtub 90 warm. Bathtub cover 8 is removed from above bathtub 90 when taking a bath, and is stored upright against walls 92 and 93. In Figure 1, hook device 1 is provided on wall 92. Hook device 1 may also be provided on wall 93.

[0011] The hook device 1 accommodates the bathtub lid 8. The hook device 1 includes a hook 11 that supports the upper side of the bathtub lid 8, and a hook 12 that supports the lower side of the bathtub lid 8. In Figure 1, the hook device 1 has one hook 11 on the upper side and two hooks 12 on the lower side.

[0012] The upper hook 11 is bent into an L-shape and is fixed to the wall surface 92. The tip of the hook 11 extends downward. The hook 11 prevents the upper side of the bath lid 8 from moving away from the wall and causing the bath lid 8 to fall over.

[0013] The lower hook 12 is designed to be placed on the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90 on which it is to be installed. The hook 12 functions so that the weight of the bath lid 8 is applied to the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90. The hook 12 is fixed to a wall surface 92 so as not to shift position.

[0014] Please refer to Figures 2, 3 and 4. The hook 12 has a mounting portion 50, a contact portion 60 and a fixing portion 70. The mounting portion 50 is rectangular and extends from a base portion 51 on the wall side towards the inside of the bathroom to a tip portion 52. The lower end portion of the bath lid 8 is placed on the upper surface 50a of the mounting portion 50. The upper surface 50a of the mounting portion 50 is inclined so as to extend upward as it moves from the base portion 51 towards the tip portion 52. The mounting portion 50 may be rod-shaped, for example a cylinder, and the bath lid 8 is placed on the upper end of the side surface.

[0015] In the hook 12, the direction in which the mounting portion 50 extends is the X-axis direction, the vertical direction is the Z-axis direction, and the direction intersecting the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction is the Y-axis direction. In the embodiment, the X-axis direction is a direction intersecting the wall surface 92, and the Y-axis direction is a lateral direction along the wall surface 92.

[0016] The mounting portion 50 has a front edge portion 53 at the tip portion 52. The front edge portion 53 is formed so as to extend upward from the tip portion 52. The front edge portion 53 prevents the bath lid 8 from moving away from the wall surface 92 and falling off the mounting portion 50.

[0017] The contact portion 60 has a leg portion 61 and a contact member 65. The leg portion 61 is provided so as to extend downward from the lower portion of the mounting portion 50. The leg portion 61 extends downward from a position on the base portion 51 side of the mounting portion 50, and is provided at a position close to the wall surface 92. A front surface 61a of the leg portion 61 extends upward from the lower portion, and is connected at its upper portion to a lower surface 50b of the mounting portion 50.

[0018] The contact member 65 is made of a soft material, for example, a resin such as rubber. The contact member 65 is placed on and comes into contact with the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90. The contact member 65 is attached to the lower surface 62 of the leg 61 with an adhesive or the like. The contact member 65 may be attached so as to fit into a recess provided in the lower surface of the leg 61. The contact member 65 may be fixed to the leg 61 with a fastener such as a screw. The hook 12 may be made of a soft material from the lower end to the center and from the lower end to the upper end of the leg 61.

[0019] The fixing part 70 is flat and formed at an end of the base 51 of the mounting part 50. A magnet 73 is attached to the back surface 71 side of the fixing part 70 by adhesion or the like. The fixing part 70 is attracted to the wall surface 92 by the magnet 73 and fixed to the wall surface. Instead of the magnet 73, the fixing part 70 may have an adhesive material such as double-sided tape.

[0020] Please refer to FIG. 5. The magnet 73 is in a sheet shape. The magnet 73 may be in a block shape. The magnet 73 is the same size as the outer shape of the back surface 71 so as to increase adhesion to the wall surface 92, and is provided up to the peripheral edge of the fixing part 70. The wall material forming the wall surface 92 is generally configured by attaching a decorative sheet to the front surface of a steel plate and a heat insulating material to the back surface. The hook 12 is fixed to the wall surface 92 by the magnet 73 being attached to the steel plate.

[0021] 4, the lower end 74 of the fixed part 70 is located above the lower surface 62 of the leg part 61. When viewed from the back surface 71 side of the fixed part 70, the rear surface 61b of the leg part 61 is located one step back from the back surface 71 of the fixed part 70, and a step D is formed at the connection between the back surface 71 and the rear surface 61b.

[0022] The use state of the hook 12 will be described with reference to Fig. 6. As shown in Fig. 6, the hook 12 is used by contacting the contact member 65 of the contact part 60 with the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90. The hook 12 is fixed to a wall surface 92 by the magnet 73 of the fixing part 70. The lateral position of the hook 12 on the wall surface 92 is determined by fixing the hook 12 to the wall surface 92 by the magnet 73. The lateral position of the hook 12 on the wall surface 92 can be changed by removing the magnet 73 from the wall surface 92.

[0023] Hook 12 supports bath lid 8 placed on it by upper surface 50a of mounting portion 50. Upper surface 50a is inclined to extend upward from base 51 toward tip 52, so that bath lid 8 is placed closer to wall surface 92. Tip 52 of mounting portion 50 is provided with a front edge 53 that extends upward, preventing bath lid 8 from moving away from wall surface 92 and falling off mounting portion 50.

[0024] When the contact portion 60 of the hook 12 is placed on the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90 on which it is to be installed, the load from the bath lid 8 is applied to the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90. Since the load on the fixing portion 70 of the hook 12 is reduced, the hook 12 can be easily fixed to the wall surface 92 using a magnet 73 or the like and detached, improving user convenience.

[0025] The hook 12 can simply configure the contact portion 60 by providing the leg portion 61 extending downward from the base portion 51 of the mounting portion 50. The hook 12 can suppress damage to the surface of the upper edge portion 90a of the bathtub 90 by providing the contact member 65 made of a soft material at the lower end of the leg portion 61.

[0026] The legs 61 of the hook 12 are provided near the wall surface 92 of the mounting portion 50. The upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90 is often formed with an inclined surface that gradually becomes steeper from the outside to the inside in order to allow for drainage. By providing the legs 61 near the wall surface 92 of the mounting portion 50, the legs 61 are placed on a surface with a gentler slope, which increases stability.

[0027] Please refer to Fig. 7. Hook 12 forms a space S1 between the upper edge 90a of bathtub 90 and the lower surface 50b of mounting part 50 on the bathtub 90 side from the front surface 61a of leg part 61. By providing leg part 61 located closer to wall surface 92, hook 12 forms space S1 below mounting part 50 while positioning mounting part 50 above.

[0028] When the bath lid 8 is placed on the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90 and in use, the end of the bath lid 8 can be inserted into the space S1 formed below the mounting portion 50 of the hook 12. The hook 12 suppresses mechanical interference when the bath lid 8 is in use, and can prevent a gap from occurring between the bath lid 8 and the upper edge 90a of the bathtub 90.

[0029] Refer to Figure 8. The lower end 74 of the fixing part 70 is located above the lower surface 62 of the leg part 61, and the rear surface 61b of the leg part 61 is located one step back from the wall surface 92 side with respect to the rear surface 71 of the fixing part 70, forming a step D. Due to the step D, a gap S2 is generated between the hook 12 and the wall surface 92. Due to the gap S2, the hook 12 can suppress mechanical interference with a watertight seal 94 such as silicone that fills the gap between the lower part of the wall surface 92 and the upper edge part 90a of the bathtub 90.

[0030] Please refer to Fig. 9. The hook 12 may be installed on a washing area floor 91. A wall surface 92 is in contact with the washing area floor 91 (see Fig. 1). The washing area floor 91 is gently inclined toward the center for drainage. The washing area floor 91 is provided with unevenness for drainage.

[0031] The hook 12 is used by bringing the contact member 65 of the contact portion 60 into contact with the washing area floor 91. The hook 12 is fixed to a wall surface 92 by the magnet 73 of the fixing portion 70. The lateral position of the hook 12 on the wall surface 92 is determined by fixing the hook 12 to the wall surface 92 by the magnet 73. The lateral position of the hook 12 on the wall surface 92 can be changed by removing the magnet 73 from the wall surface 92.

[0032] Hook 12 supports bath lid 8 placed on it by upper surface 50a of mounting portion 50. When contact portion 60 of hook 12 is placed on washing area floor 91, which is the installation target, the load of bath lid 8 is applied to washing area floor 91. Since the load on fixing portion 70 of hook 12 is reduced, hook 12 can be easily fixed to wall surface 92 using magnet 73 or the like and detached, improving user convenience.

[0033] By providing a contact member 65 made of a soft material at the lower end of the leg 61, the hook 12 can increase stability by allowing the contact member 65 to deform in response to the slope and unevenness of the washing area floor 91.

[0034] The lower end 74 of the fixing part 70 is located above the lower surface 62 of the leg 61, and the rear surface 61b of the leg 61 is located one step back from the wall surface 92 side relative to the back surface 71 of the fixing part 70, forming a step D. Due to the step D, a gap S2 is generated between the hook 12 and the wall surface 92. Due to the gap S2, the hook 12 can suppress mechanical interference with a watertight seal 94 such as silicone that fills the gap between the lower part of the wall surface 92 and the washing area floor 91.
