[0022] 3, a front panel 10 is provided in front of the driver's seat of the control section 5, and a touch panel monitor 11 that displays the output speed of the engine E and the like is provided in the center of the front panel 10, and an operation lever 12 for operating the rotation of the traveling device 2 and the elevation of the reaping device 3 is provided on the right side of the monitor 11, and a mode change switch 13 for changing the mode in which compressed air exhausted from the compressor 60 provided in the engine room 6 is sprayed toward the transfer shelf 25A or the conveying spiral installed inside the first grain lifting tube 25B is provided on the left side of the monitor 11. Also, a narrow guide extending to the left side of the machine frame 1 can be depicted on the monitor 11.
[0023] The operating position of the operating lever 12 is measured by an angle sensor such as a potentiometer attached to the lower part of the operating lever 12. When the operating lever 12 is tilted forward, the mowing device 3 descends to the mowing position, and when it is tilted backward, the mowing device 3 rises to the waiting position. When the operating lever 12 is tilted left, the traveling device 2 turns left, and when it is tilted right, the traveling device 2 turns right.

[0028] When the main speed change lever 15 is in the neutral position, the output rotation speed of the continuously variable transmission becomes zero. When the main speed change lever 15 is tilted forward from the neutral position, the output rotation direction output from the continuously variable transmission becomes forward rotation, which is the same as the output rotation direction of the engine E. When the tilt angle of the front tilt position is increased, the output rotation speed of the continuously variable transmission increases, and when the tilt angle of the front tilt position is decreased, the output rotation speed of the continuously variable transmission decreases. When the main speed change lever 15 is tilted rearward from the neutral position, the output rotation direction of the continuously variable transmission becomes reverse rotation, which is opposite to the output rotation direction of the engine E. When the tilt angle of the rear tilt position is increased, the output rotation speed of the continuously variable transmission increases, and when the tilt angle of the rear tilt position is decreased, the output rotation speed of the continuously variable transmission decreases.
[0029] When the sub-speed-change lever 16 is in the neutral position, the output speed of the transmission is not increased or decreased. When the sub-speed-change lever 16 is moved from the neutral position to a forward tilted position, the output speed of the transmission is increased, and when the sub-speed-change lever 16 is moved from the neutral position to a rearward tilted position, the output speed of the transmission is decreased.
[0030] When the cutting / threshing lever 17 is in the forward tilted position, the cutting clutch and the threshing clutch are released, and the cutting device 3 and the threshing device 4 are stopped. When the cutting / threshing lever 17 is in the rearward tilted position, the cutting clutch and the threshing clutch are connected, and the cutting device 3 and the threshing device 4 are driven. When the cutting / threshing lever 17 is in the neutral position, the cutting clutch is released and the threshing clutch is connected, the cutting device 3 is stopped, and the threshing device 4 is driven.
[0031] When the discharge lever 18 is in the forward tilted position, the discharge clutch is released and the discharge auger 8 stops. When the discharge lever 18 is in the rearward tilted position, the discharge clutch is engaged and the discharge auger 8 operates.

If it is determined that the mode changeover switch 13 is switched to the cleaning mode, the process proceeds to step S2, if it is determined that the mode changeover switch 13 is switched to the grain recovery mode, the process proceeds to step S5, and if it is determined that the mode changeover switch 13 is switched to the work mode, the process proceeds to step S11.
[0057] (Cleaning mode) In step S2, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the stalk sensor 3S. If it is determined that the input information from the stalk sensor 3S is OFF and stalks are not being transported from the harvesting device 3 to the threshing device 4, the processing unit 71 proceeds to step S3, and if it is determined that the input information from the stalk sensor 3S is ON and stalks are being transported from the harvesting device 3 to the threshing device 4, the processing unit 71 repeats step S2.
[0058] In step S3, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S. If the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S is OFF and it is judged that there are no grains leaking from the handling drum 21 onto the transfer shelf 25A of the oscillating sorting device 25, the processing unit 71 proceeds to step S4, and if the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S is ON and it is judged that there are grains leaking from the handling drum 21 onto the transfer shelf 25A of the oscillating sorting device 25, the processing unit 71 repeats step S3.
[0059] In step S4, the processing unit 71 de-energizes the solenoid of the solenoid valve 61A by not energizing it, and supplies the compressed air supplied to the solenoid valve 61A to the transfer shelf nozzle 62, the first lifting grain bin nozzle 63, the second lifting grain bin nozzle 64, the front communicating portion nozzle 65, and the rear communicating portion nozzle 66 as shown in Fig. 9, and returns to step S1. This allows compressed air to be sprayed from the transfer shelf nozzle 62 toward the front of the transfer shelf 25A, from the first lifting grain bin nozzle 63 toward the base of the first lifting grain bin 30, and from the second lifting grain bin nozzle 64 toward the base of the second lifting grain bin 31, thereby removing stalk branches and the like that have accumulated in the front of the transfer shelf 25A, etc. In addition, compressed air can be sprayed from the front communicating portion nozzle 65 toward the front communicating portion 41 and from the rear communicating portion nozzle 66 toward the rear communicating portion 42, thereby removing stalk branches and the like that have accumulated in the conveying spiral tub 40.
[0060] (Grain recovery mode) In step S5, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the stalk sensor 3S. If it judges that the input information from the stalk sensor 3S is OFF, the processing unit 71 proceeds to step S6, and if it judges that the input information from the stalk sensor 3S is ON, the processing unit 71 repeats step S5.
[0061] In step S6, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S. If it judges that the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S is OFF, the processing unit 71 proceeds to step S7, and if it judges that the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S is ON, the processing unit 71 repeats step S6.
[0062] In step S7, processing unit 71 judges the input information from angle sensor 17S. If it is determined from the input information from angle sensor 17S that the reaping device 3 and the thresher 4 are operating, the process proceeds to step S8, and if it is determined from the input information from angle sensor 17S that the reaping device 3 and the thresher 4 are not operating, the process proceeds to step S9.
[0063] In step S8, processing unit 71 energizes the solenoid of solenoid valve 61A to excite it, and does not energize the solenoid of solenoid valve 61B to de-energize it, and supplies the compressed air supplied to solenoid valve 61B to transfer shelf nozzle 62, first lifting grain cylinder nozzle 63, and second lifting grain cylinder nozzle 64 as shown in Fig. 9, and returns to step S1. This causes compressed air to be sprayed from transfer shelf nozzle 62 toward the front of transfer shelf 25A, transferring grains remaining on transfer shelf 25A backward and causing them to leak into the first receiving bucket 27 and the second receiving bucket 28. In addition, compressed air can be sprayed from the nozzle 63 for the first lifting grain canister toward the base of the first lifting grain canister 30, so that grains remaining in the first receiving bucket 27 can be collected from the recovery door 30A of the first lifting grain canister 30, and compressed air can be sprayed from the nozzle 64 for the second lifting grain canister toward the base of the second lifting grain canister 31, so that grains remaining in the second receiving bucket 28 can be collected from the recovery door 31A of the second lifting grain canister 31.
[0064] In step S9, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the angle sensor 18S. If it is judged from the input information from the angle sensor 18S that the discharge auger 8 is operating, the process proceeds to step S10, and if it is judged from the input information from the angle sensor 18S that the discharge auger 8 is not operating, the process returns to step S1.
[0065] In step S10, the processing unit 71 energizes the solenoids of the solenoid valves 61A and 61B to excite them, and energizes the solenoids of the solenoid valves 61C and 61E to de-energize them, and then supplies the compressed air supplied to the solenoid valve 61E to the front communicating portion nozzle 65 and the rear communicating portion nozzle 66 as shown in Fig. 9, and returns to step S1. As a result, compressed air can be sprayed from the front communicating portion nozzle 65 to the front communicating portion 41 to recover grains remaining in the conveying spiral tub 40 from the gap between the front communicating portion 41 and the rear communicating portion 42, and compressed air can be sprayed from the rear communicating portion nozzle 66 to the rear communicating portion 42 to recover grains remaining in the vertical discharge tube 8A from the gap between the front communicating portion 41 and the rear communicating portion 42.
[0066] (Working mode) In step S11, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the stalk sensor 3S. If it judges that the input information from the stalk sensor 3S is OFF, the processing unit 71 proceeds to step S12, and if it judges that the input information from the stalk sensor 3S is ON, the processing unit 71 repeats step S11.
[0067] In step S12, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S. If it judges that the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S is OFF, the processing unit 71 proceeds to step S13, and if it judges that the input information from the layer thickness sensor 22S is ON, the processing unit 71 repeats step S12.
[0068] In step S13, processing unit 71 judges the input information from angle sensor 17S. If it is determined from the input information from angle sensor 17S that the reaping device 3 and the threshing device 4 are operating, the process proceeds to step S14, and if it is determined from the input information from angle sensor 17S that the reaping device 3 and the threshing device 4 are not operating, the process proceeds to step S18.
[0069] In step S14, processing unit 71 energizes the solenoids of solenoid valves 61A to 61D to excite them, and supplies the compressed air supplied to solenoid valve 61D to transfer shelf nozzle 62 as shown in Fig. 9, and proceeds to step S15. As a result, compressed air is sprayed from transfer shelf nozzle 62 toward the front of transfer shelf 25A, so that grains remaining on transfer shelf 25A can be transferred backward and dropped into the first receiving trough 27 and the second receiving trough 28.
[0070] In step S15, processing unit 71 determines the elapsed time measured by timer 73. If the elapsed time measured by timer 73 exceeds a preset elapsed time, processing proceeds to step S16, and if the elapsed time measured by timer 73 is equal to or less than the preset elapsed time, processing returns to step S14.
[0071] In step S16, the processing unit 71 energizes the solenoids of the solenoid valves 61A to 61C to excite them, and does not energize the solenoid of the solenoid valve 61D to de-energize it, and supplies the compressed air supplied to the solenoid valve 61D to the nozzle 63 for the No. 1 lifting grain cylinder and the nozzle 64 for the No. 2 lifting grain cylinder as shown in Fig. 9, and proceeds to step S17. As a result, compressed air is sprayed from the nozzle 63 for the No. 1 lifting grain cylinder toward the base of the No. 1 lifting grain cylinder 30, so that the grains remaining in the No. 1 receiving barrel 27 can be transferred to the conveying spiral of the No. 1 lifting grain cylinder 30 and lifted into the grain tank 7, and compressed air is sprayed from the nozzle 64 for the No. 2 lifting grain cylinder toward the base of the No. 2 lifting grain cylinder 31, so that the grains remaining in the No. 2 receiving barrel 28 can be transferred to the conveying spiral of the No. 2 lifting grain cylinder 31 and lifted into the No. 2 processing drum 32.
[0072] In step S17, processing unit 71 determines the elapsed time measured by timer 73. If the elapsed time measured by timer 73 exceeds a preset elapsed time, processing returns to step S1, and if the elapsed time measured by timer 73 is equal to or less than the preset elapsed time, processing returns to step S16.
[0073] In step S18, the processing unit 71 judges the input information from the angle sensor 18S. If it is judged from the input information from the angle sensor 18S that the discharge auger 8 is operating, the process proceeds to step S19, and if it is judged from the input information from the angle sensor 18S that the discharge auger 8 is not operating, the process returns to step S1.
[0074] In step S19, the processing unit 71 energizes the solenoids of the solenoid valves 61A, 61B, 61E, and 61F to excite them, and does not energize the solenoid of the solenoid valve 61C to de-energize it, and then supplies the compressed air supplied to the solenoid valve 61F to the front communication part nozzle 65 as shown in Fig. 9, and proceeds to step S20. As a result, compressed air is sprayed from the front communication part nozzle 65 to the front communication part 41, so that the grains remaining in the conveying spiral tub 40 can be transported to the front communication part 41 and discharged by the discharge auger 8 onto the bed of a work vehicle such as a truck.
[0075] In step S20, processing unit 71 determines the elapsed time measured by timer 73. If the elapsed time measured by timer 73 exceeds a preset elapsed time, processing proceeds to step S21, and if the elapsed time measured by timer 73 is equal to or less than the preset elapsed time, processing returns to step S19.
[0076] In step S21, the processing unit 71 energizes the solenoids of the solenoid valves 61A, 61B, and 61E to excite them, and does not energize the solenoids of the solenoid valves 61C and 61F to de-energize them, and supplies the compressed air supplied to the solenoid valve 61F to the rear communicating part nozzle 66 as shown in Fig. 9, and proceeds to step S22. As a result, the compressed air is sprayed from the rear communicating part nozzle 66 to the rear communicating part 42, so that the grains remaining in the vertical discharge tube 8A can be dropped into the rear communicating part 42 and discharged by the discharge auger 8 into the bed of a work vehicle such as a truck.
[0077] In step S22, the processing unit 71 determines the elapsed time measured by the timer 73. If the elapsed time measured by the timer 73 exceeds a preset elapsed time, the process returns to step S1, and if the elapsed time measured by the timer 73 is equal to or less than the preset elapsed time, the process returns to step S21.
