Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of food packaging containers, and in particular to food packaging containers. [Background technology]

[0002] Food packaging containers are components of food products. Food packaging containers can protect food and prevent damage caused by biological, chemical and physical foreign elements during the process of food being delivered from the place of production to the consumer's hands, and may have the function of maintaining the stable quality of the food itself, facilitating the consumption of food, and also primarily expressing the appearance of food and attracting the image of consumption, and having value other than material cost. Food packaging containers can be classified into metal, glass, paper, plastic, composite materials, etc. according to the packaging material. In addition, food packaging containers can be classified into cans, bottles, packs, bags, rolls, boxes, cases, etc. according to the packaging type. Since the raw material of paper is mainly plant fiber, plant fiber is biodegradable and recyclable. For hygienic reasons, most food packaging containers are disposable. With the increasing environmental awareness of people, the number of paper food packaging containers is increasing. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0003] In the conventional technology, the lower part of many food packaging containers is made of a paper container body, and the upper lid is made of a transparent plastic material, so that the type of food inside the container body can be easily seen through the upper lid, which is suitable for selecting food. However, it is difficult to form a fastener that fits the upper lid for a paper container body, and the container body is generally a simple paper box structure. When the lid and the container body are fitted together, they can be easily closed, but the lid easily comes off from the container body. Therefore, after the lid is closed on the container body, it is necessary to additionally fix it with cellophane tape or a stapler, which makes it inconvenient to attach and remove it. After fixing the lid and the container body with cellophane tape and a stapler, it is difficult to remove the lid when it is necessary to adjust the position or amount of food inside the container body. Meanwhile, when consumers remove the upper lid, they may damage the lid or the container body, and if they cannot finish eating at once, the damaged lid or the container body makes it inconvenient to repackage food.

[0004] Therefore, it is necessary to provide a food packaging container that has a simple structure, a good fit between the lid and the container body, and is easy to handle.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a food packaging container which has a simple structure, a good fit between the lid and the container body, and is easy to handle. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] Preferably, the fitting structure further includes a positioning recess, the positioning recess being recessed within the lid body, the positioning recess guiding the fitting of the container body and the lid body, and the edge of the container body being positioned within the positioning recess, so that the container body is maintained in the first state.

[0008] Preferably, the positioning recess includes a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion, the lid body is fitted to the container body, the first positioning portion abuts against the inner edge of the container body, and the second positioning portion abuts against the outer edge of the container body.

[0009] Preferably, the inner surface of the lid is provided with a positioning protrusion protruding in the direction of engagement with the container body, and a gap between the positioning protrusion and the inner wall of the lid forms a positioning recess.

[0010] Preferably, a first guide portion for guiding the container body is also provided on an extension line of the first positioning portion, thereby enabling the container body to extend into the positioning recess.

[0011] Preferably, the container body is made of a paper material, and the lid is made of a plastic material.

[0012] Preferably, the engagement portion further includes a limiting portion that limits the container body, the limiting portion forming a storage space for the container body to extend between the limiting portion and the abutment top portion, the lid body is fitted to the container body so that one end of the container body is positioned within the storage space, the inner side of the container body abuts against the abutment top portion, and the outer side of the container body abuts against the limiting portion.

[0013] Preferably, the engaging protrusion is provided integrally with the lid, and the cross section of the engaging protrusion gradually changes from large to small from one end close to the lid to the other end.

[0014] Preferably, multiple engagement blocks are also arranged within the lid body, and the lid body is fitted to the container body so that the engagement blocks abut against the outer edge of the container body, thereby allowing the tab engagement blocks to strengthen the engagement between the container body and the lid body.

[0015] Preferably, a bump is provided so as to protrude into the lid, and the bump engages with the inner wall of the lid to form an engagement portion.

[0016] The bump further includes a second guide portion on the side closer to the engagement portion, the second guide portion being located on an extension of the abutment top portion, the second guide portion being curved, and the second guide portion causes the container body to extend into the engagement portion.

[0017] Preferably, the lid body includes a support sheet and an upper lid integrally, the engagement portion is located between the support sheet and the upper lid, the upper lid is provided with a bump protruding toward the support sheet, and the bump cooperates with the inner wall of the support sheet to form the engagement portion, the upper lid includes a top plate and a plurality of side plates surrounding the peripheral side of the top plate, the top plate and the plurality of side plates are surrounded by a hollow internal cavity in the support sheet, and bumps are arranged between two adjacent side plates, and each of the bumps engages with the inner wall of the support sheet to form the engagement portion.

[0018] After adopting the above technical solutions, the food packaging container of the present invention includes a container body and a lid body, the container body is used to store food, and the lid body is used to seal the food in the container body. The container body is made of paper material, and has an environmentally friendly and easy-to-disassemble structure. The lid body is made of plastic material, and has a stronger structure. Specifically, the lid body is provided with a fitting structure that fits with the container body, and this fitting structure allows the lid body to be attached and detached to the container body. The fitting structure includes an engagement portion that extends convexly outwardly on the lid body, and an engagement protrusion that extends convexly inwardly on the lid body. That is, the snap portion (engagement portion) protrudes convexly outwardly from the lid body, and the engagement protrusion protrudes convexly into the inside of the lid body. An abutting apex is provided on one side of the engagement portion, and a limiting portion is provided on the other side of the engagement portion, and a storage space into which the container body is inserted is formed between the limiting portion and the abutting apex. When the lid is fitted to the container body, the engaging portion abuts against the outer side of the edge of the container body, the abutting top abuts against the inner side of the edge of the container body, and the limiting portion abuts against the outer side of the edge of the container body, so that the edge of the container body is elastically deformed within a preset range. Since the second guide portion is also provided on the extension line of the abutting top, the second guide portion having an arc-shaped structure can guide the container body and extend into the engaging portion. It can be understood that the limiting portion is used to support the container body in a limited manner, and the abutting top and the engaging portion press against the edge of the container body from both the inside and outside of the container body, causing elastic deformation on the edge of the container body. The elastically deformed container body has a reset tendency to rebound against the engaging portion and the engaging protrusion, forming a frictional force to prevent the container body from coming off the lid, so that the container body is firmly attached to the lid and cannot be easily removed. Meanwhile, the lid has many engagement blocks (clips) distributed thereon, and the lid is fitted to the container body so that the engagement blocks butt against the outside edge of the container body, thereby strengthening the engagement between the container body and the lid. The fitting structure further includes a positioning recess, and a positioning protrusion is provided on the inner surface of the lid 20 in the fitting direction, and the positioning recess is formed by a gap between the positioning protrusion and the inner wall of the lid 20. The positioning recess is used to guide the container body and the lid when they are fitted together, and the edge of the container body is located within the positioning recess, so that the container body can be held in the first state. The first guide portion of the positioning recess guides the container body to a suitable mounting position and better fits with the lid. The positioning recess can also prevent the container body from deforming too much against the engaging protrusion and the engaging block, causing the container body to deform inward, and the deformed container body may come off the engaging protrusion and the engaging block, so that it can be easily removed from the fixed structure. That is, the guide restriction of the positioning recess makes it difficult for the container body to deform, and the container body can be kept in its original state as much as possible. The positioning recess makes the container body and the lid fit together more reliably. The food packaging container of the present invention has a simple structure, ensures reliable fit between the container body and the lid, and is easy to fit and remove between the container body and the lid. [0022] In order to describe the technical contents and structural features of the present invention in detail, the following embodiments are combined and further described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0023] 1 to 5, the present invention provides a food packaging container 100 including a container body 10 and a lid body 20. The container body 10 is used to store food, and the lid body 20 is used to seal the food in the container body 10. The container body 10 can be made of a paper material, which is environmentally friendly and easy to disassemble. The lid body 20 can be made of a plastic material, which is more robust, and is made of a transparent material, which allows the type of food in the container body 10 to be easily visible through the lid body 20. The lid body 20 is provided with a snap-fit structure (fitting structure) 210 to fit the container body 10, and the lid body 20 is removably fixed to the container body 10 by the fitting structure 210. Specifically, the fitting structure 210 includes an engagement portion 21 that protrudes toward the outside of the lid body 20 and an engagement protrusion 22 that protrudes toward the inside of the lid body 20, and an abutting top 211 is provided on one side of the engagement portion 21. When the lid body 20 is fitted to the container body 10, the engagement protrusion 22 abuts against the outside edge of the container body 10, and the abutting top 211 abuts against the inside edge of the container body 10, causing the inside of the container body 10 to elastically deform within a preset range. The container body 10 that has undergone elastic deformation has a tendency to restore its original shape, so that it can repel the abutting top (countertop) 211 and the engagement protrusion 22, thereby generating a frictional force between the container body 10, the abutting top 211, and the engagement protrusion 22, and it is understood that the frictional force allows the container body 10 to be firmly fitted into the lid body 20. Here, the container body 10 includes a bottom plate 11 and a side wall 12, and the edge of the container body 10 is located on the side wall 12, and the edge of the container body 10 may be a part of the side wall 12. At any suitable position of the container body 10, the container body 10 can be elastically deformed by the multiple side walls 12 cooperating with the engagement portion 21, that is, the entire side wall 12 can be elastically deformed. The preset range is a range in which the deformation of the container body 10 is automatically reset. When the abutment top 211 of the engagement portion 21 (snap-in portion) abuts against the container body 10 from the inside of the side wall 12 of the container body 10 and the abutment top 211 is pressed against the container body 10, the engagement protrusion 22 abuts against the container body 10 from the outside of the side wall 12 of the container body 10.If the engaging protrusion 22 protrudes and extends too far and abuts against the container body 10 too much, the container body 10 will bend and deform, becoming unable to return to its original state. Therefore, the alignment of the abutting top 211 and the engaging protrusion 22 and the length of the protrusion are all within a certain range. In the container body 10, the container body 10 elastically deforms, a frictional force is generated, and the deformation of the container body 10 can be automatically reset. In the food packaging container 100 of the present invention, the fitting structure 210 allows the lid body 20 to be detachably fitted to the container body 10, and the fitting is reliable, no auxiliary fixing with transparent tape or a stapler is required, removal is easy, and a process can be omitted.

[0024] 6 to 12, in some optional embodiments, the container body 10 includes a bottom plate 11 and a plurality of side walls 12 attached to the bottom plate 11, and the plurality of side walls 12 are attached around the bottom plate 11 to form a storage cavity 101, which is used to store food or other suitable items. Meanwhile, the cover body 20 may be configured to include a top plate 2011 and a plurality of side plates 2012 surrounding the periphery of the top plate 2011, and the top plate 2011 and the plurality of side plates 2012 form an internal cavity 203. The cover body 20 also includes a support sheet 202 and an upper cover 201 that are integral with each other, and the upper cover 201 may extend from the support sheet 202, and the upper cover 201 includes a top plate 2011 and a plurality of side plates 2012 surrounding the periphery of the top plate 2011. In this embodiment, the outer shape of the lid body 20 is made substantially the same as the outer shape of the container body 10, so that the fitting can be performed more satisfactorily. When the lid body 20 is fitted to the container body 10, the lid body 20 covers the storage cavity 101, and the internal cavity (hollow, space) 203 is combined with the storage cavity (hollow, space) 101, so that the storage space of the entire food packaging container 100 is increased, and food can be placed more satisfactorily. For example, the container body 10 has a structure having four side walls 12, or the container body 10 has a structure having three side walls 12, or the container body 10 has a structure having five side walls 12 or six side walls 12. Naturally, the container body 10 can also have a structure having other suitable numbers of side walls 12. That is, the cross-sectional shape of the container body 10 may be other shapes such as a square, a triangle, a pentagon, a hexagon, a star, etc. Therefore, the lid 20 may be of various suitable shapes to fit the container body 10. In other embodiments, the cross section of the container body 10 may be a non-circular structure, such as a circular, elliptical, or cloud-shaped.

[0025] In some circumstances, the lid body 20, referring to Figs. 1, 2 and 8 to 12, in some optional embodiments, further includes a positioning recess 28, which is recessed in the lid body 20. The lid body 20 guides the end of the container body 10 by the positioning recess 28, and the container body 10 and the lid body 20 are fitted together. The edge of the container body 10 is located in the positioning recess 28, and the container body 10 is held in the first state. That is, when the lid body 20 is fitted to the container body 10, the side wall 12 of the container body 10 is disposed in the positioning recess 28. Specifically, the positioning recess 28 includes a first positioning portion 281 and a second positioning portion 282. The lid body 20 is fitted to the container body 10, and the first positioning portion 281 abuts against the inner edge of the container body 10, and the second positioning portion 282 abuts against the outer edge of the container body 10. Meanwhile, a first guide portion 231 used for further guiding the container body 10 is provided on an extension line of the first positioning portion 281, and the container body 10 enters the positioning recess 28 by the first guide portion 231. It is understood that the first positioning portion 281 and the first guide portion 231 are located at the positioning protrusion 23. Among them, the positioning protrusion 23 is provided on the inner wall of the lid body 20 so as to protrude convexly and extend, and is provided in approximately the same direction as the direction in which the bump 25 protrudes convexly inside the lid body 20. The positioning protrusion 23 may protrude convexly on the top plate 2011 toward the side plate 2012. In some embodiments, the positioning protrusion 23 is installed on the top lid 201 and protrudes toward the support sheet 202 in the internal cavity 203, and the positioning protrusion 23 is connected to the support sheet 202. The inner walls of the support sheet are combined to form the positioning recess 28, and the container body 10 is held in the first state by the positioning recess 28. The first state is when the container body 10 generally retains the shape it had before being fitted with the lid 20, and there is no excessive deformation on the inside. In this embodiment, the positioning recess 28 is used to guide the side wall 12 of the container body 10. When the container body 10 is fitted with the lid 20, the engagement protrusion 22 and the abutment top 211 on the lid 20 come into contact with both sides of the side wall 12 of the container body 10, generating frictional forces on both sides of the side wall 12, and the container body 10 is firmly fitted into the engagement portion 21.At the same time, a plurality of engagement blocks 24 are provided on the inner wall of the lid 20, and both the engagement blocks 24 and the engagement protrusions 22 are in contact with the outside of the container body 10. If the engagement blocks 24 and the engagement protrusions 22 are in contact with the side wall 12 of the container body 10 for a long period of time, the container body 10 is likely to be deformed inward, which not only affects the appearance of the container body 10 but also makes the deformed container body 10 more likely to come off the lid 20. In addition, the middle part of the upper lid 201 serves as a base for the container body 10, and the lid 20 serves as a base for the container body 10, which affects the appearance of the container body 10 and makes the deformed container body 10 more likely to come off the lid 20. The middle part of the upper lid 201 is provided with a positioning protrusion 23 to form a positioning recess 28. The positioning recess 28 is for accommodating the side wall 12 of the container body 10, and the side wall 12 that guides and limits the positioning recess 28 makes it difficult for the container body 10 to deform, and the container body 10 can be kept in its original state as much as possible. Furthermore, the container body 10 is recessed inward as the engaging protrusions 22 and the engaging blocks 24 butt against each other, and then returns to its outward position under the constraints of the abutting tops 211 and the positioning recesses 28, so that the entire container body 10 flexibly bends and deforms back and forth. This type of elastically deforming structure can be more firmly fitted into the lid 20, is less likely to shake, and is less likely to separate from each other, making the entire structure stronger.

[0026] 3 to 5, in some optional embodiments, the engagement portion 21 further includes a limiting portion 212 for limiting the container body 10. It is understood that the limiting portion 212 is used to limit and support the container body 10, and when the side wall 12 of the container body 10 enters the engagement portion 21, the abutting top 211 abuts against a certain point on the inside of the container body 10, and the limiting portion 212 supports the container body 10 from the outside, so that the abutting top 211 can better abut against the container body 10. Specifically, between the limiting portion 212 and the abutting top 211, an accommodation space into which the container body 10 is inserted is formed, and the lid body 20 is fitted into the container body 10 so that one end of the container body 10 is located in the accommodation space, the inside of the container body 10 abuts against the abutting top 211, and the outside of the container body 10 abuts against the limiting portion 212.

[0027] 3 to 5 and 8 to 12, in some optional embodiments, the engagement protrusion 22 is provided integrally with the lid body 20, and the engagement protrusion 22 is tapered so that the cross section becomes smaller from one end of the lid body 20 to the other end. In this case, the engagement protrusion 22 is located below the engagement portion 21, that is, the engagement protrusion 22 is located below the abutment apex 211, and the engagement protrusion 22 and the abutment apex 211 are misaligned on both the inside and outside of the container body 10 to better act on the container body 10, the container body 10 can be better elastically deformed, and the container body 10 can be better fitted into the lid body 20. Meanwhile, a plurality of engagement blocks 24 are further distributed in the lid body 20, and the configuration of the engagement blocks 24 is substantially the same as the configuration of the engagement protrusion 22. The lid 20 is fitted to the container body 10 so that the engagement block 24 abuts against the outside of the edge of the container body 10, and the engagement between the container body 10 and the lid 20 is strengthened by the engagement block 24. In order to improve the fit between the container body 10 and the lid 20, a plurality of engagement blocks 24 are provided in the lid 20 along the circumferential direction, and it is understood that the engagement blocks 24 may be located below the engagement portion 21 and at the same height as the engagement protrusion 22. The engagement block 24 is used to assist the engagement protrusion 22 to abut against the container body 10. The engagement block 24 and the engagement protrusion 22 abut (press) against the container body 10 from the outside of the container body 10. In order to prevent the container body 10 from wobbling in the engagement portion 21, the abutment top 211 abuts against the container body 10 from the inside of the container body 10, making the fit strong and not easily falling off.

[0028] 8 to 12, in some optional embodiments, the top plate 2011 in the lid 20 is provided with a bump 25 protruding from the top plate 2011 in the direction of the side plate 2012, and the bump 25 cooperates with the inner wall of the side plate 2012 of the lid 20. In other embodiments, the lid 20 includes an integral support sheet 202 and an upper lid 201, and the engagement portion 21 is located between the support sheet 202 and the upper lid 201. Among them, the upper lid 201 faces the support sheet 202. The support sheet 202 is provided with a bump 25 protruding in the direction of the support sheet 202. The bump 25 and the inner wall of the support sheet 202 form the engagement portion 21. A contact apex 211 for pressing against the container body 10 is provided on a side surface of the bump 25 close to the inner wall of the lid 20. It can be seen that the second guide portion 26 is located below the abutting top portion 211, the second guide portion 26 is located on the extension line of the abutting top portion 211, the second guide portion 26 has an arc-shaped structure, and the second guide portion 26 makes it easier to curve the container body 10 into the engagement portion 21. Specifically, the upper cover 201 includes a top plate 2011 and a plurality of side plates 2012 arranged around the top plate 2011, and the top plate 2011 and the plurality of side plates 2012 are arranged to form a hollow internal cavity 203 on the support sheet 202. Bumps 25 are provided between adjacent side plates 2012, and each bump 25 cooperates with the inner wall of the support sheet 202 to form the engagement portion 21. For example, when the lid body 20 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, bumps 25 are provided at the four corners of the lid body 20, forming four engagement parts 21 at the four corners, and the four corners of the container body 10 are firmly fitted into the lid body 20 by the four engagement parts 21. Among these, the engagement parts 21 can be L-shaped between two adjacent side plates 2012, and corresponding engagement protrusions 22 are provided at the locations where the engagement parts 21 are located on different side plates 2012, so that the container body 10 can be more firmly fitted into the lid body 20. That is, one engagement part 21 can be provided with a number of abutment tops 211 that cooperate with the container body 10, and one corresponding engagement protrusion 22 may be provided below each abutment top (push top surface) 211.

[0029] Referring to FIG. 12, in some optional embodiments, the cover 20 is a flat structure. The top plate 2011 extends outward with a plurality of engagement portions 21. In another embodiment, the top plate 2011 extends a plurality of engagement portions 21 outward. The engagement portions 21 extend outward along their circumference, i.e., the bumps 25 for forming the engagement portions 21 and the positioning protrusions 23 may be integral, and may extend in a convex manner as a whole in the direction of mating with the container body 10. The engagement portions 21 that fit with the container body 10 may be formed on the periphery of the top plate 2011, and in this embodiment, it is understood that the engagement portions 21 and the positioning recesses 28 are connected to each other and are integral.

[0030] 3 to 5, 8 to 10, and 14, in some optional embodiments, a plurality of limiting blocks 29 are provided on the outside of the lid body 20 along its circumferential direction. The limiting blocks 29 make it easy to stack the lid bodies 20. The lid body 20 has an internal cavity 203, so that it has a large volume and can be stacked to save space. By providing the limiting blocks 29 on the outer periphery of the lid body 20, the stacked lid bodies 20 can be separated more easily after stacking the lid bodies 20. On the other hand, a flange 27 that protrudes outward is provided at one end of the lid body 20 that fits into the container body 10, and the flange 27 makes it easy to separate the two stacked lid bodies 20 or to remove the lid body 20 from the container body 10.

[0031] 6, 7 and 13, in some optional embodiments, the side wall 12 is located away from the storage cavity 101. A support portion 13 is provided protruding from one end, and the support portion 13 is used to support the lid body 20. The support portions 13 form a groove 102 on the other surface of the bottom plate 11, and the groove 102 allows the container body 10 to be stacked on the lid body 20 of another food packaging container 100. The side wall 12 may be connected to the bottom plate 11, or the side wall 12 and the bottom plate 11 may be integrally configured. When the side wall 12 cooperates with the bottom plate 11, the thickness of the side wall 12 may be increased by rotating outward. This allows the side wall 12 to have a stronger elastic restoring force. The part of the side wall 12 facing outward that protrudes from the bottom plate 11 forms the support portion 13 that supports the container body 10, and the overall structure of the container body 10 is stable and easy to stack.

[0032] As shown in Figs. 1 to 14, the food packaging container 100 of the present invention includes a container body 10 and a lid body 20. The container body 10 is used to store food, and the lid body 20 is used to seal the food in the container body 10. The container body 10 is made of a paper material, which is environmentally friendly and easy to disassemble. The lid body 20 is made of a plastic material, which has a stronger structure. Specifically, the lid body 20 is provided with a fitting structure 210 that fits into the container body 10, and this fitting structure 210 allows the lid body 20 to cooperate with the container body 10 in a detachable manner. The fitting structure 210 includes an engagement portion 21 that extends convexly outward from the lid body 20, and an engagement protrusion 22 that extends convexly inward from the lid body 20. That is, the engagement portion 21 protrudes convexly outward from the lid body 20, and the engagement protrusion 22 protrudes convexly into the inside of the lid body 20. An abutting apex 211 is provided on one side of the engaging portion 21, and a limiting portion 212 is provided on the other side of the engaging portion 21, and a storage space for inserting the container body 10 is formed between the limiting portion 212 and the abutting apex 211. When the lid 20 is fitted to the container body 10, the engaging protrusion 22 abuts against the outside edge of the container body 10, the abutting apex 211 abuts against the inside edge of the container body 10, and the limiting portion 212 abuts against the outside edge of the container body 10, so that the edge of the container body 10 elastically deforms within a preset range. A second guide portion 26 is further provided on an extension line of the abutting apex 211, and the curved second guide portion 26 guides the container body 10 to extend into the engaging portion 21. It is understood that the limiting portion 212 is used to limit the support of the container body 10, and the abutting top portion 211 and the engaging protrusion portion 22 press the edge portion of the container body 10 from both the inside and outside of the container body 10, causing elastic deformation of the edge portion of the container body 10. The elastically deformed container body 10 always has a tendency to return to its original state, and generates a frictional force by acting repulsively against the abutting top portion 211 and the engaging protrusion portion 22, suppressing the container body 10 from coming off the lid body 20, so that the container body 10 is firmly fitted into the lid body 20 and does not easily fall off. Meanwhile, a plurality of engaging blocks 24 are provided inside the lid body 20, and the lid body 20 is fitted into the container body 10 so that the engaging blocks 24 abut against the side surfaces of the container body 10, and the outside of the container body is strengthened by the engaging blocks 24, enhancing the fit between the container body 10 and the lid body 20.The fitting structure 210 further includes a positioning recess 28, and the lid body 20 is provided with a positioning protrusion 23 on the inside of the lid body 20 so as to protrude in the direction of engagement with the container body 10, and a gap between the positioning protrusion 23 and the inner wall of the lid body 20 forms the positioning recess 28. The positioning recess 28 guides the container body 10 to engage with the lid body 20, and the edge of the container body 10 is located within the positioning recess 28. This holds the container body 10 in the first state. The first guide portion 231 on the positioning recess 28 guides the container body 10 to the first position. The positioning recess 28 can be oriented to a suitable mounting position for better fitting with the container body 10. In addition, the positioning recess 28 is sufficient in amount to avoid inward deformation of the container body 10 due to excessive deformation of the container body 10 relative to the engagement protrusion 22 and the engagement block 24. The deformed container body 10 can be released from the engagement protrusion 22 and the engagement block 24 and easily released from the fixing structure. That is, the guide restriction of the positioning recess 28 makes it difficult for the container body 10 to deform, and the container body 10 can be maintained in its original state as much as possible. Furthermore, the positioning recess 28 allows the container body 10 and the lid 20 to be more firmly fitted together. The food packaging container 100 of the present invention has a simple structure, the fit between the container body 10 and the lid 20 is strong, and the engagement and removal of the container body 10 and the lid 20 is easy.
