Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to various composite fittings, such as sliding windows and fixed windows, which have a frame body having a metal frame and a resin frame and house a shoji screen or glass panel within it. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, a sliding window, for example, as described in Patent Document 1, has been proposed as a composite fixture with a frame and a screen made of a metal such as aluminum and resin. This sliding window houses an outer screen and an inner screen within a frame, and the side edges of each side of the double-glazed glass of each screen are covered with a glazing channel, which is pressed and held by a frame body consisting of an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames provided on the outside. A glass groove of a metal frame is attached to the outside of the glazing channel that covers the side edges of the double-glazed glass to hold the glazing channel.
[0003] The glass groove of the metal frame has an outdoor side that extends and presses against the vicinity of the tip fin of the rising part of the glazing channel, and an indoor side that abuts against the lower part of the rising part of the glazing channel. Moreover, to ensure thermal insulation and design, a plastic frame that covers the metal frame is connected to the indoor side, and the side of the plastic frame extends and presses against the vicinity of the tip fin of the rising part of the glazing channel. Therefore, in each shoji screen, the glazing channel covering the side edges of the four sides of the double-glazed glass is held in place by the raised portions on both sides being pressed by metal frames and plastic frames. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2013-67979 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in such sliding windows, the resin frame thermally shrinks due to changes in the outside temperature, etc., so the pressing position of the rising part of the glazing channel by the resin frame on the indoor side against the double-glazing glass shifts, causing a gap and reducing airtightness. This causes a risk of cold air and sound from the outdoors passing through the gap with the glazing channel and flowing in through the gap between the glazing channel of the double-glazing glass on the indoor side and the resin frame. In addition, if a gap occurs at the joint between the resin vertical frame and the resin bottom frame due to thermal contraction, outside air and sound can flow in through the gap at the joint from the gap between the outdoor glazing channel and the glass panel, and outside air and sound can flow inside through the gap between the indoor glazing channel and the resin frame mentioned above.
[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of such problems, and aims to provide a composite fitting formed by connecting a metal member and a resin member, which improves the airtightness and insulation between the glass panel and the composite member even if the resin member undergoes thermal shrinkage. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The composite fixture according to the present invention is a composite fixture in which a glass panel is housed within a frame-shaped member assembled from composite members each connected to a metal member and a resin member, and is characterized in that it comprises a sealant provided on at least the peripheral edge of the surface of the glass panel, a panel receiving portion of the metal member that presses against the sealant on the outdoor and indoor sides to keep it airtight, and a resin member that covers the indoor side portion of the metal member. According to the composite fitting of the present invention, in the composite member of the composite fitting that houses a glass panel, the sealing material provided on the peripheral portion of the surface of the glass panel is pressed by the panel receiving portion of the metal member. This prevents the metal member from thermally shrinking even if the resin member thermally shrinks due to changes in the outside air temperature, etc., so that air and sound from passing between indoors and outdoors can be prevented from passing between the glass panel and the panel receiving portion of the metal member that sandwiches the sealing material, ensuring airtightness.
[0008] It is also preferable that the panel receiving portion of the metal member has a pressing portion for pressing the sealing material, and that the pressing portion is formed continuously around the entire periphery of the side edge of the glass panel. This ensures airtightness around the entire periphery of the side edge of the glass panel.
[0009] In addition, it is preferable that the sealing material that presses the glass panel has a protrusion that protrudes toward the indoor side, the resin member has a front protrusion that presses the sealing material, and the pressing portion of the panel receiving part that presses the sealing material is engaged with the protrusion of the sealing material by clamping the front protrusion of the resin member. In this case, even if the resin member undergoes thermal shrinkage, the tip protrusion of the resin member is clamped between the pressing portion of the panel receiving portion and the protrusion of the sealing material, thereby suppressing thermal shrinkage of the resin member and preventing the metal member from being exposed to the indoor side.
[0010] Also, a first locking portion may be provided near the pressing portion of the panel receiving portion of the metal member, and a second locking portion that engages with the first locking portion may be provided near the leading protrusion of the resin member. On the indoor side of the composite fixture, the protrusion of the sealing material and the pressing portion of the panel receiving portion press and hold the front protrusion of the resin member, and the panel receiving portion of the metal member and the resin member further engage and hold the first and second locking portions together. Therefore, even if the resin member attempts to thermally shrink, this is prevented by the double engagement structure, more reliably preventing the metal member from being exposed to the indoor side.
[0011] In the composite fixture of the present invention, the metal member is a metal frame, the resin member is a resin frame, and the frame-shaped member containing the glass panel is a shoji screen, so that the sealing material of the glass panel of the shoji screen and the metal frame can reliably ensure airtightness on the indoor side.
[0012] In the composite fixture of the present invention, the metal member is a metal frame, the resin member is a resin frame, and the frame-shaped member containing the glass panel is a fixed window, so that airtightness on the indoor side can be reliably achieved by the sealing material of the glass panel of the fixed window and the metal frame. Effect of the Invention
[0013] According to the composite fitting of the present invention, a glass panel is placed inside a frame-shaped member made of a composite material connecting a metal member and a resin member, and the sealing material provided on the peripheral edge of the surface of the glass panel is pressed by the panel receiving part of the metal member to maintain airtightness, thereby ensuring airtightness between the indoors and outdoors, sandwiched between the glass panel of the composite fitting. Furthermore, since the indoor side portion of the metal member is covered with a resin member, there is an advantage in that heat insulation is ensured and the exterior design is highly attractive. [0015] Hereinafter, composite fittings according to embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. A sliding window 1 as an example of a composite fixture according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 5. The sliding window 1 according to the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2 has an inner screen 7 and an outer screen 8 housed in a frame body 5 formed into a rectangular frame shape by an upper frame 2, a lower frame 3, and left and right vertical frames 4. The inner screen 7 and the outer screen 8 are each formed into a rectangular frame shape by an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, and left and right vertical frames 12, 13, and housed inside them is a double-glazed glass 9, such as a pair of glass panes.
[0016] In Fig. 1, the upper frame 2 has a resin upper frame 2b connected to the indoor side of a metal upper frame 2a provided on the outdoor side, and the lower frame 3 has a resin lower frame 3b connected to the indoor side of a metal lower frame 3a provided on the outdoor side. Similarly, the left and right vertical frames 4 shown in Fig. 2 have a resin vertical frame 4b connected to the indoor side of a metal vertical frame 4a provided on the outdoor side. The metal upper frame 2a, metal lower frame 3a, and metal vertical frame 4a are made of metal such as aluminum alloy. In the bottom frame 3 shown in Fig. 1, an outer rail 15 is installed on the outdoor side of the metal bottom frame 3a, on which a door roller 14 provided at the bottom of the outer door screen 8 runs. An inner rail 16 is installed on the indoor side of the metal bottom frame 3a at a position one step higher than the outer rail 15, and supports a door roller 17 provided at the bottom of the inner door screen 7 so that it can run.
[0017] In the inner sash 7, the upper frame 10 has a resin upper frame 10b connected to the indoor side of the metal upper frame 10a provided on the outdoor side, and the lower frame 11 has a resin lower frame 11b connected to the indoor side of the metal lower frame 11a provided on the outdoor side. Similarly, the left and right vertical frames 12 and 13 shown in Figure 2 have resin vertical frames 12b and 13b connected to the indoor sides of the metal vertical frames 12a and 13a provided on the outdoor side. The metal upper frame 10a, metal lower frame 11a, and metal vertical frames 12a and 13a are made of aluminum alloy or the like. Furthermore, the outer sash 8 also has the same structure in the upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, and the left and right vertical frames 12 and 13, so the same reference numerals are used and the explanation is omitted. The vertical frame 12 is the frame on the door end side, and the vertical frame 13 is the frame at the joint part. A roller 17 placed on an inner rail 16 is installed at the bottom of the metal bottom frame 11a of the inner screen 7, and a roller 14 placed on an outer rail 15 is installed at the bottom of the metal bottom frame 11a of the outer screen 8.
[0018] Next, the indoor / outdoor airtight structure and airtight line of the double glazing 9 and frame of the sliding window 1 according to the embodiment will be explained using the structure of the bottom frame 11 shown in FIG. In the inner screen 7 shown in Figures 1 and 3, the double-glazing glass 9 supported by the inner screen 7 has spacers 21 interposed between two glass panels 20 at each of the four ends. The four side ends of the double-glazing glass 9 are continuously surrounded all around by a glazing channel 22 that has a roughly U-shaped cross section. This glazing channel 22 is formed by a base 22a that abuts the end face of the insulating glass 9 and rising portions 22b that abut against both side edges (peripheral edges), and both rising portions 22b form a fin portion 23 on the base 22a side, a flat portion 24 and a tip fin portion 25 at the tip, and the other end of tip fin portion 25 forms a protrusion 25a that protrudes on the opposite side from flat portion 24. These fin portion 23 and tip fin portion 25 airtightly seal the glazing channel 22 and both side portions of the insulating glass 9 indoors and outdoors.
[0019] The metal bottom frame 11a of the bottom frame 11 has a panel receiving portion 26 with an approximately U-shaped cross section that surrounds the glazing channel 22, and a wheel holder 27 that holds the wheel 17 is connected to the underside of the panel receiving portion 26. In the panel receiving portion 26 of the metal lower frame 11a, the outdoor side and indoor side portions 26b of the receiving portion 26a facing the base portion 22a of the glazing channel 22 each extend upward, and a thick pressing portion 26c is formed that abuts against the flat portion 24 formed on the rising portion 22b of the glazing channel 22 and the protrusion 25a of the tip fin portion 25. Moreover, on the indoor side, the front side protrusion 28 of the resin lower frame 11b is fitted between the pressing portion 26c and the protrusion 25a, but the front side protrusion 28 does not have to be sandwiched. As a result, the indoor side rising portion 22b is pressed against the glass panel 20 by the pressing portion 26c and the front side protrusion 28 of the panel receiving portion 26. Therefore, both rising portions 22b of the glazing channel 22 covering one end of the insulating glass 9 are pressed and supported by the panel receiving portion 26 of the metal bottom frame 11a. Moreover, a space is formed between the base portion 22a of the glazing channel 22 and the receiving portion 26a of the panel receiving portion 26.
[0020] In addition, the resin stile 11b provided on the indoor side of the metal stile 11a is installed so as to cover the indoor side portion of the metal stile 11a and is connected to the metal stile 11a. The tip protrusion 28 of the resin stile 11b is sandwiched between the protrusion 25a of the tip fin portion 25 and the pressing portion 26c formed on the panel receiving portion 26 of the metal stile 11a at the rising portion 22b installed on the indoor side of the glazing channel 22. Therefore, the indoor-side pressing portion 26c of the panel receiving portion 26 presses the protrusion 25a of the glazing channel 22 via the front projection 28 of the resin bottom frame 11b. Also, the indoor-side side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 branches off near the pressing portion 26c to form a locking receiving portion 29 that is bent into a substantially hook shape. The substantially L-shaped locking portion 28a that branches off from the front projection 28 of the resin bottom frame 11b engages with the locking receiving portion 29. The combined structure of the glazing channel 22 covering the ends and side edges of the insulating glass 9, the metal bottom frame 11a, and the resin bottom frame 11b is referred to as a resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31A.
[0021] In the resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31, the resin bottom frame 11b on the indoor side is pressed and clamped by the pressing portion 26c of the panel receiving portion 26 of the metal bottom frame 11a and the protrusion 25a of the glazing channel 22, and is fixed by the engagement of the locking receiving portion 29 provided on the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 with the locking portion 28a of the front protrusion 28. Therefore, even if the resin lower frame 11b expands or contracts due to heat, the front projection 28 and the locking portion 28a do not come off or shift from the metal lower frame 11a, so that the expansion and contraction displacement of the resin lower frame 11b can be suppressed. Note that the front projection 28 of the resin lower frame 11b is locked to the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 at two points, but it may be locked to one point. In addition, the upper frame 10 also has a resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31A with the same connecting structure.
[0022] 2 and 4 are horizontal cross-sectional views of essential parts showing the connection structure between the left and right vertical frames 12, 13 of the inner screen 7 and the outer screen 8 and the double-glazed glass 9. The resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31B of the left and right vertical frames 12, 13 of the inner screen 7 basically has the same structure as the resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31A provided on the bottom frame 11. 2, the indoor side portion 26b provided on the panel receiving portion 26 of the outdoor metal vertical frame 12a forms a pressing portion 33 that is roughly U-shaped and further bent at the tip so as to press against the rising portion 22b of the glazing channel 22. The leading projection 28 of the plastic vertical frame 12b is sandwiched and engaged between the pressing portion 33 and the projection 25a of the leading fin portion 25 of the glazing channel 22, pressing against the rising portion 22b. Also, the locking portion 28a branching off from the leading projection 28 engages with the inside of the pressing portion 33. The metal vertical frames 12a, 13a and the plastic vertical frames 12b, 13b of each vertical frame 12, 13 in the outer screen 8 also have the same configuration of plastic thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31B.
[0023] 2 and 4, the vertical frame 13 on the joining side of the inner sash 7 has a resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31C in which the indoor side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 of the metal vertical frame 13a on the outdoor side is provided with a pressing member 35 provided on the rising portion 22b of the glazing channel 22, which is roughly bifurcated, one pressing portion 35a pressing the rising portion 22b of the glazing channel 22, and the other locking receiving portion 35b is further bent at the tip. The tip of the leading projection 28 of the resin vertical frame 13b is sandwiched between the tip of the pressing portion 35a of the pressing member 35 and the projection 25a of the leading fin portion 25 to press the rising portion 22b of the glazing channel 22. The locking portion 28a branching off from the leading projection 28 is configured to engage with the locking receiving portion 35b of the pressing member 35.
[0024] In the inner screen 7 and outer screen 8 of the above-described embodiment, three types of resin thermal shrinkage prevention structures 31A, 31B, 31C are provided, each having a different shape of the bent portion provided on the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26, but any one of them may be adopted. In addition, the glazing channel 22 made of an elastic material such as rubber and the panel receiving portion 26 made of an aluminum alloy are formed continuously at the ends of all four sides of the double-glazed glass 9, and airtightness between indoors and outdoors is ensured by resin heat shrinkage prevention structures 31A, 31B, and 31C.
[0025] 5 is a partial perspective view showing the connection structure between the vertical frame 12 and the bottom frame 11 on the door end side of the inner sash 7. An lap space (not shown) is provided at the end of the metal bottom frame 11a, and it is fitted to the metal vertical frame 12a. On the indoor side of the metal vertical frame 12a, the lap space (not shown) of the metal bottom frame 11a is fitted to the plastic bottom frame 11b, and further, on the indoor side of the plastic bottom frame 11b, the lap space of the plastic vertical frame 12b is fitted to the metal vertical frame 12a. Because of this fitting structure, even if the resin bottom frame 11b or the resin vertical frame 12b thermally shrinks, the thermal shrinkage is suppressed by the above-mentioned resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31, 31A, 31B, so that a gap is generated between the resin bottom frame 11b and the resin vertical frame 12b, and the inner metal bottom frame 11a and the metal vertical frame 12a are prevented from being exposed. The fitting structure between the bottom frame 11 and the vertical frame 13 on the joining side is also the same. The same structure is also adopted for the outer screen 8.
[0026] As shown in Figures 1 and 3, in the bottom frame 11 of the outer screen 8, the outer rail 15 is formed in a stepped position one step lower than the inner rail 16, so the roller holder 27 of the roller 14 is formed at the bottom of the receiving plate 37 formed below the panel receiving portion 26 of the metal bottom frame 11a. Also, the outdoor end of the metal bottom frame 3a of the bottom frame 3 is provided with a fin portion 32 that can abut against the metal bottom frame 11a near the roller holder 27 of the outer screen 8. In addition, the metal upper frame 10a, metal lower frame 11a, and left and right metal vertical frames 12a, 13a that form each frame in the inner screen 7 and the outer screen 8 constitute a metal frame, while the plastic upper frame 10b, plastic lower frame 11b, and left and right plastic vertical frames 12b, 13b constitute a plastic frame.
[0027] The sliding window 1 according to this embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, and its operation will now be described. For example, in each of the sills 11 of the inner sill 7 and outer sill 8 shown in Figures 1 and 3, both indoor and outdoor side edges of the double-glazed glass 9 are covered with a glazing channel 22, and both rising portions 22b are pressed by pressing portions 26c of each side portion 26b formed on the panel receiving portion 26 of each metal sill 11a. Moreover, in the rising portion 22b of the indoor side glazing channel 22, the protrusion 25a on the opposite side of the tip fin portion 25 is pressed by the pressing portions 26c of both side portions 26b formed on the panel receiving portion 26 via the front protrusion 28 of the resin sill 11b, and the front protrusion 28 also presses the rising portion 22b.
[0028] Therefore, even if the resin bottom frame 11b undergoes thermal contraction due to changes in the outside temperature, the metal bottom frame 11a made of aluminum or the like does not thermally contract. On the indoor side, the rising portion 22b of the glazing channel 22 is airtightly pressed against the double-glazing glass 9 by the pressing portion 26c of the panel receiving portion 26 and the front protrusion 28, so thermal contraction of the resin bottom frame 11b is suppressed and no gaps are created. Therefore, outside air, sound, etc. do not leak into the indoor side through between the double-glazing glass 9 and the rising portion 22b of the indoor-side glazing channel 22 and the resin bottom frame 11b. In addition, not only in the resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure 31A in the inner screen 7 and the outer screen 8, but also in the resin thermal shrinkage prevention structures 31B and 31C, no gaps are created between the glazing channel 22 covering both side edges of the double-glazed glass 9 and the resin upper frame 10b or the left and right resin vertical frames 12b and 13b, so airtightness can be maintained.
[0029] Furthermore, the indoor side front protrusions 28 of the resin lower frame 11b, the resin upper frame 10b, and the left and right resin vertical frames 12b, 13b are sandwiched and pressed by the pressing portions 26c and the protrusions 25a of the tip fin portions 25 of the metal lower frame 11a, the metal upper frame 10a, and the left and right metal vertical frames 13a, and since the locking receiving portions 29 of the side portions 26b are engaged with the locking portions 28a of the front protrusions 28, thermal contraction of the resin lower frame 11b, the resin upper frame 10b, and the left and right resin vertical frames 12b, 13b can be suppressed. Therefore, the thermal shrinkage of the resin bottom frame 11b, the resin top frame 10b, and the left and right resin vertical frames 12b and 13b is suppressed not only in the short direction but also in the longitudinal direction. Even if the resin bottom frame 11b, the resin top frame 10b, and the left and right resin vertical frames 12b and 13b are slightly thermally shrunk in the longitudinal direction, causing gaps between the resin frames and exposing the metal frames, this does not affect the airtightness.
[0030] As described above, the sliding window 1 according to this embodiment provides the following advantages. (1) The raised portion 22b of the glazing channel 22 covering the side edges of the four sides of the double-glazed glass 9 is pressed by the pressing portion 26c provided on the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 of the metal frame to maintain airtightness, so that airtightness can be ensured between the double-glazed glass 9 and the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 even if the resin frame covering the metal frame undergoes thermal shrinkage. (2) In addition, the pressing portion 26c of the side portion 26b on the indoor side of the panel receiving portion 26 presses against the protrusion 25a of the glazing channel 22 by clamping the front protrusion 28 of the plastic frame, while covering the metal frame with the plastic frame provides good design.
[0031] (3) Furthermore, the pressing portion 26c on the indoor side of the panel receiving portion 26 clamps the front protrusion 28 of the plastic frame between the protrusion 25a of the tip fin portion 25, and the locking receiving portion 29 of the raised portion 22b of the panel receiving portion 26 and the locking portion 28a of the front protrusion 28 of the plastic frame are held in an engaged state, thereby suppressing thermal contraction of the plastic frame and preventing the metal frame from being exposed on the indoor side. Therefore, even if the resin lower frame 11b, the resin upper frame 10b, etc. shrink longitudinally due to thermal contraction and gaps occur at the corners where the left and right resin vertical frames 12b, 13b are joined, the airtightness indoors and outdoors will not be compromised.
[0032] The composite fixture according to the present invention is not limited to the sliding window 1 according to the first embodiment described above, and appropriate modifications and substitutions are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention. Other embodiments and modifications of the present invention will be described below, and parts and components that are the same as or similar to those described in the above-mentioned embodiments will be described using the same reference numerals.
[0033] For example, FIG. 6 shows a sliding window 1A according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 presents a vertical cross-sectional view of the bottom frame 11 for explanation. In the sliding window 1A according to the second embodiment, no glazing channel 22 is provided on the side edge of the insulating glass 9, and a sealing material 40 is used. That is, a panel receiving portion 26 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed on the metal lower frame 11a of the lower frame 11 of the inner screen 7 so as to cover the side edge of the insulating glass 9.
[0034] Elastic material 41 such as sponge is placed between the inner and outer sides of the insulating glass 9 and both side parts 26b of the panel receiving part 26, and sealant 40 is filled and hardened in the space between the inner and outer side edges of the insulating glass 9 and both side parts 26b of the panel receiving part 26. The sealant 40 has an irregular or fixed shape, and examples of the sealant that can be used include silicone, modified silicone, urethane, and butyl.
[0035] Moreover, on the upper surface of the pressing portion 26c (contact portion) of the side portion 26b provided on the indoor side of the metal lower frame 11a, the front projection 28 formed on the upper end portion of the resin lower frame 11b extends toward the sealing material 40 and abuts at its tip against the upper portion of the pressing portion 26c. As a result, the sealing material 40 is airtightly pressed by the pressing portion 26c on the indoor side of the panel receiving portion 26 and the front projection 28. On the indoor side of the panel receiving portion 26, a locking portion 28a branching off from the front projection 28 is engaged with a locking receiving portion 29 formed on the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 and fixed. On the other hand, the outdoor side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 is filled with a sealing material 40 so that the upper end portion is substantially flush with the pressing portion 26c.
[0036] This sealant 40 airtightly seals between the pressing portion 26c of the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 and the side edge portion of the insulating glass 9, and the side portion 26b of the panel receiving portion 26 installed on the indoor side is covered by the sealant 40 and the resin bottom frame 11b and is not exposed to the outside, resulting in a good design. Moreover, since the sealant 40 has higher heat insulation than the aluminum panel receiving portion 26, it can improve not only the airtightness between indoors and outdoors but also the heat insulation. This type of airtightly sealed structure using sealing material 40 is formed not only on the lower frame 11, but also on the upper frame 10 and the left and right vertical frames 12, 13, although not shown in the figures. Also, the same structure is formed not only on the inner screen 7 but also on the outer screen 8.
[0037] Next, a FIX window 44 will be described with reference to Figures 7 and 8 as a composite fixture according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Figure 7 shows a vertical cross section of a FIX window, with the frame 5 installed in a structural opening being formed into a rectangular frame shape by an upper frame 2, a lower frame 3, and left and right vertical frames 4 (not shown). In Figure 7, the upper frame 2 is composed of a metal upper frame 2a provided on the outdoor side and a resin upper frame 2b provided on the indoor side, which are connected together, and the lower frame 3 is composed of a metal lower frame 3a provided on the outdoor side and a resin lower frame 3b provided on the indoor side, which are connected together. The left and right vertical frames 4 have a similar structure. For example, in the metal lower frame 3a shown in Figure 8, a panel receiving portion 45 having an approximately C-shaped cross section is formed to surround the end of the double-glazing glass 9, and both side portions 45b of the panel receiving portion 45 extend to the side edges on both sides of the double-glazing glass 9.
[0038] One side portion 45b rising on the outdoor side of the panel receiving portion 45 has a pressing portion 45c formed at its tip, which is bent into, for example, a substantially L-shape, and a locking piece 45d formed on its base end side. One end of the glazing channel 46 is fitted between the pressing portion 45c and the locking piece 45d, and the other end is pressed against the outdoor surface of the insulating glass 9. On the other hand, the other side portion 45b rising on the indoor side of the panel receiving portion 45 has a pressing portion 45c formed at the tip, for example, bent into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a lock receiving portion 49 formed on the opposite side at the base end side of the pressing portion 45c. Moreover, the upper portion of the aluminum alloy pressing portion 45c abuts against a tip side protrusion 48 extending from the resin lower frame 3b.
[0039] The pressing portion 45c and the front projection 48 are fitted and held in a recess 46a provided in the glazing channel 46, and the glazing channel 46 is airtightly pressed against the side edge of the insulating glass 9 by the pressing portion 45c and the front projection 48. In addition, the locking portion 28a branching off from the resin front protrusion 48 engages with a locking receiving portion 49 branching off and protruding from the side portion 45b of the metal lower frame 3a, thereby engaging the resin lower frame 3b with the indoor side portion 45b of the panel receiving portion 45.
[0040] As a result, the gap between the double-glazed glass 9 and the pressing portion 45c of the panel receiving portion 45 of the metal lower frame 3a is airtightly sealed by the glazing channel 46. Moreover, the pressing portion 45c of the side portion 45b of the aluminum panel receiving portion 45 does not thermally shrink. In addition, the front projection 48 is sandwiched between the pressing portion 45c and the recess 46a of the glazing channel 46, and the locking receiving portion 49 and the locking portion 28a of the front projection 48 are engaged, so that even if the resin lower frame 3b on the indoor side thermally shrinks due to changes in the outside temperature, etc., the thermal shrinkage can be prevented. In addition, even if the resin lower frame 3b or the resin vertical frame thermally shrinks due to thermal shrinkage at the corners of the joint between the resin lower frame 3b and the resin vertical frame, the thermal shrinkage can be suppressed, and even if a gap occurs due to thermal shrinkage, the airtightness is not affected by the above-mentioned sealing structure. Such a sealing structure is formed not only in the lower frame 3 but also in the upper frame 2 and the left and right vertical frames 4 which keep the insulating glass 9 airtight.
[0041] Next, a FIX window 50 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The FIX window shown in Fig. 9 has a basic structure similar to that of the third embodiment shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. In this fourth embodiment, instead of the glazing channel 46, a sealant 40 is filled between both side surfaces of the insulating glass 9 and the pressing parts 45c of both side parts 45b of the panel receiving part 45 formed on the metal lower frame 3a. This ensures airtightness by the sealing material 40 between the pressing portion 45c on the side portion 45b of the aluminum panel receiving portion 45 and the front protrusion 48 of the resin lower frame 3b and the insulating glass 9. Furthermore, by fixing the front protrusion 48 of the resin lower frame 3b to the sealing material 40 together with the pressing portion 45c, thermal contraction can be suppressed. Such a resin thermal shrinkage prevention structure is also used between the upper frame 10 and the left and right vertical frames 12, 13 and the double-glazed glass 9.
[0042] In the sliding windows 1, 1A and fixed windows 44, 50 according to the above-mentioned embodiments, the insulating glass 9 constitutes a glass panel having one or more glass panels 20. Further, one of the locking receiving portion 29 provided on the metal panel receiving portion 26 and the locking portion 28a provided on the resin front projection 28 is a first locking portion, and the other is a second locking portion. Additionally, the glazing channels 22, 46 and the sealant 40 are included in the encapsulant.
[0043] In the first and second embodiments described above, the metal upper frame 10a, metal lower frame 11a, and left and right metal vertical frames 12a, 13a that form each metal frame in the inner screen 7 and the outer screen 8 constitute metal members, while the resin upper frame 10b, resin lower frame 11b, and left and right resin vertical frames 12b, 13b that form the resin frame constitute resin members. Similarly, in the third and fourth embodiments described above, the metal upper frame 2a, metal lower frame 3a, and left and right metal vertical frames 4a that form each metal frame in the frame body 5 constitute metal members, while the resin upper frame 2b, resin lower frame 3b, and left and right resin vertical frames 4b that form the resin frame constitute resin members. Furthermore, the sliding window 1 with the above-mentioned metal frame and resin frame and the fixed windows 44, 50 with metal frames and resin frames constitute composite fixtures, but it goes without saying that the composite fixtures according to the present invention are not limited to the sliding window 1 and the fixed windows 44, 50, and can also be used, for example, in vertical sliding windows, terrace doors, horizontal sliding windows, etc. [Explanation of symbols]
