Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a rubber or plastic bag dryer including an ice bag used to dry rubber bags such as ice bags and plastic bags for storing food after use and cleaning. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, after using an ice pack, it is washed and then left to dry by placing it, mouth down, on a drainer (such as a drain rack or basket) in the sink, hanging it on a clothes hanger, or standing it up in a water bottle stand. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] When prior art documents were searched for dryers used to dry ice packs, no prior art documents were found that relate to this type of dryer. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] By the way, if you simply place the ice bag after use and washing on the drainer of the sink, hang it on a clothes hanger, or stand it on a water bottle stand, as mentioned above, the outside of the ice bag will dry easily due to exposure to the outside air, but the inside of the ice bag will not dry easily and moisture will often remain. It is difficult to store the ice bag in this state, but on the other hand, it is not recommended to leave it on the drainer, hang it on a clothes hanger, or stand it on a stand until the inside of the ice bag is completely dry.

[Diagram 2]A diagram showing an example of how to use the dryer (front view) [Diagram 3] 1A and 1B are diagrams showing the configuration of a rubber or plastic bag dryer including an ice bag according to a second embodiment of the present invention ((a) is a front view, and (b) is a plan view of the receiving part in particular). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0010] Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following embodiments, an ice bag dryer is exemplified. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, an ice bag dryer D (hereinafter, referred to as the present dryer D) includes a blower main body 1, an air duct 2, and a receiving portion 3. The air duct 2 is a tubular member.
[0011] The blower body 1 has a case 10 having an air suction port 101 at the bottom and an air discharge port 102 at the top, a fan 11 that draws in air from the air suction port 101 and blows it toward the air discharge port 102, and an electric fan rotation drive device 12 that drives the fan 11 to rotate.
[0012] In this blower body 1, the case 10 is generally tubular with openings at the top and bottom, and in this case is formed into a cylindrical shape. The opening at the top of the case 10 forms an air discharge port 102, and although not shown, an engaging recess or screw is formed on the inner or outer periphery of the case 10 to allow the lower part of the ventilation tube 2 to be connected thereto. The opening at the bottom of the case 10 forms an air suction port 101, and the lower end of the periphery of the case 10 is opened in a ring shape with a slightly smaller diameter, and multiple suction holes communicating with the lower opening are formed throughout this ring part 101r, forming part of the air suction port 101.
[0013] The case 10 also has a flat base 103 that protrudes in the outer circumferential direction at the bottom, and the air suction port 101 is provided at the lower end of the circumferential surface of the case 10. That is, the base 103 is detachably provided at the bottom of the case 10 via the air suction port 101 described later. In this case, the base 103 is formed in a flat plate shape larger than the outer diameter of the case 10 so as to protrude from the circumferential surface of the case 10. In this case, the base 103 is a rectangular flat plate. A part of the air suction port 101 is formed in the center of the plane (upper surface) of the base 103, and this also serves as a connection port with the case 10. In this case, the air suction port 101 is formed at the lower end of the circumferential surface of the case 10, as described above, and is composed of a ring portion 101r having a plurality of suction holes and a ring portion 103r having a plurality of suction holes formed in the center of the plane of the base 103. The ring portions 101r, 103r of the case 10 and the base 103 are formed so that one of them can be fitted to the other with their respective suction holes communicating with each other, and the case 10 and the base 103 are connected via the ring portions 101r, 103r.
[0014] In addition, in this blower body 1, the fan 11 and the fan rotation drive device 12 may be of a generally known type, for example a propeller fan rotated by an electric motor, in which case the rotation speed of the fan 11 may be low. The fan 11 and the fan rotation drive device 12 are installed inside the case 10, and the fan 11 is disposed opposite the air discharge port 102 of the case 10. In this case, the power source for the fan rotation drive device 12 may be all or part of a well-known commercial power source system, primary battery system, or secondary battery system. All systems are adopted in this blower main body 1, and a power supply unit for each system is mounted inside the case 10, and a power cable and the like are attached. In this manner, the power switch 121 is provided in a part of the case 10, and when the power switch 121 is turned on, the fan 11 rotates, and when the power switch is turned off, the fan 11 stops rotating, providing a simple drive system.
[0015] The ventilation tube 2 has a connecting port 201 at the bottom that communicates with the air outlet 102 of the blower body 1, and an air outlet 202 at the top that exhausts the air blown from the blower body 1. The ventilation tube 2 is detachably connected to the air outlet 102 of the blower body 1 and is adapted to guide the air blown from the blower body 1.
[0016] Also, the entire or a part of the upper side of the vent tube 2 is formed in a cone or truncated cone shape, or a pyramid or truncated pyramid shape. In this case, the entire vent tube 2 is formed in a truncated cone shape, and is gradually tapered toward the tip. Also, the opening at the bottom of this vent tube 2 is a connecting port 201, and a locking protrusion or screw is formed on the inner or outer periphery of this opening so as to be able to engage with an engagement recess or screw of an opening at the top of the case 10 of the blower body 1, so that it can be connected to the top of the case 10. On the upper side of the vent tube 2, an air exhaust port 202 is formed toward the upper part and the entire circumference of this upper part. In this vent tube 2, an air exhaust port 202 is formed on the upper surface and the upper part of the peripheral surface around it. In this case, the air exhaust port 202 is formed as an opening or as a plurality of exhaust holes on the upper surface and the upper part of the peripheral surface around it. When the air exhaust port 202 is an opening, the opening may be covered with a mesh-like or lattice-like cover, although this is not shown in the figure. When the air exhaust port 202 is a plurality of exhaust holes, a plurality of holes are formed on the upper side of the ventilation tube 2, or the upper side of the ventilation tube 2 is formed in a mesh-like or lattice-like shape.
[0017] Although not shown here, it is preferable that the ventilation tube 2 is formed to be extendable. In this case, the ventilation tube 2 may be formed in a bellows shape in its entirety or in part on the upper side to be extendable, or may be divided into a plurality of parts, each of which is made up of a large-diameter tube part connected to the blower body 1 and one or more small-diameter tube parts connected to the large-diameter tube part so as to be freely advanced and retreated, and the large-diameter and small-diameter tube parts are fixed in their extended or contracted states by thread engagement or friction engagement with each other. Furthermore, ventilation tubes 2 of different lengths, that is, long ventilation tubes and short ventilation tubes, may be prepared and these ventilation tubes may be replaceably attached to the upper part of the blower body 1.
[0018] The receiving part 3 protrudes from the peripheral surface of the ventilation tube 2 in the outer circumferential direction so that water can be drained. The receiving part 3 may be provided integrally with the ventilation tube 2, but considering the storability of the present dryer D and the cleaning of the ventilation tube 2 and the receiving part 3, it is preferable that the receiving part 3 is formed separately from the ventilation tube 2. In this case, the receiving part 2 has an attachment part 31 formed in an annular shape so that it can be fitted onto the peripheral surface of the ventilation tube 2, and a support part 32 formed so that it can support the opening edge of the ice bag and can drain water, which extends in the outer circumferential direction of the attachment part all around or intermittently on the outer circumferential edge of the attachment part and is capable of supporting the opening edge of the ice bag and allowing water to be drained, and is detachably attached to the peripheral surface of the ventilation tube 2. In this receiving part 3, the entire support part 32 is made of a circular frame formed in a lattice shape, and a plurality of openings are provided on the entire plane to serve as a drain.
[0019] This dryer D has such a configuration, and the ice bag is inserted through the vent tube 2 from its open end, the edge of the open end is supported by the receiving part 3, and the vent tube 2 is placed over it. When the blower main body 1 is driven, the air blown from the blower main body 1 is circulated inside the ice bag.
[0020] FIG. 2 shows a specific example of how the dryer D is used.
[0021] As shown in Fig. 2, first, the dryer D is placed on a table or stand. In this case, the dryer D has a base 103 at its bottom, and this base 103 protrudes outward from the bottom of the blower body 1 toward the outer periphery of the blower body 1, so that the dryer D can be placed stably on the table or stand. In other words, the dryer D is not likely to tip over.
[0022] Next, the used ice bag is placed with the open end facing down, passed through the vent tube 2 from the open end, and the open end of the ice bag is placed on the receiving part 3, and the entire ice bag is placed over the vent tube 2. When placing this ice bag over the vent tube 2, the vent tube 2 has a tapered shape that expands in diameter from the top to the bottom, so the ice bag can be easily placed over the vent tube 2, and since it is only necessary to place the open end of the ice bag on the receiving part 3, the ice bag can be easily attached to the dryer D.
[0023] Then, the power switch 121 of the blower body 1 is turned on to drive the fan rotation drive device of the blower body 1 to rotate the fan. In this case, the fan is rotated at a low speed. As a result, air is blown from the blower body 1, passes through the ventilation tube 2, and is discharged from the upper part of the ventilation tube 2 and the air outlet 202. Through this air outlet 202, the air is discharged toward the upper part of the ventilation tube 2 and its surroundings, and this air is sent inside the ice bag toward the center of the top (bottom part of the ice bag) and its surroundings, and then flows downward throughout the entire inside of the ice bag. The air continuously blown from this dryer D is slowly circulated throughout the entire inside of the ice bag. Due to the circulation of air inside the ice bag, the moisture inside the ice bag evaporates, and the moisture that flows down from inside the ice bag falls from the receiving part 3 and is dried. The moisture that flows down from inside the ice bag falls from the receiving part 3 onto the base 103, preventing the table or stand from getting wet with this water.
[0024] After use of the dryer D, each part except for the blower body 1 can be washed and stored as necessary. In this case, the vent tube 2 can be removed from the blower body 1, the receiving part 3 can be removed from the vent tube 2, and further, the base 103 can be removed from the blower body 1. By removing these, washing of these parts can be facilitated, and the whole device can be made compact so that it can be stored without getting in the way on a shelf or in a drawer.
[0025] As explained above, this dryer D is comprised of the blower body 1, the ventilation tube 2, and the receiving part 3, the ice bag is inserted through the ventilation tube 2 from its open end, the edge of the open end is supported by the receiving part 3, and the ventilation tube 2 is placed over the ice bag, and the air blown from the blower body 1 is circulated inside the ice bag by driving the blower body 1, so that the inside of the ice bag can be reliably dried in a short time after use. This allows the ice bag to be completely dried after use.
[0026] In addition, the dryer D is composed of a blower body 1, a case 10 having an air suction port 101 at the bottom and an air discharge port 102 at the top, a fan 11 that draws in air from the air suction port 101 and blows it toward the air discharge port 102, and an electric fan rotation drive device 12 that rotates and drives the fan 11. The ventilation tube 2 has a connection port that communicates with the air discharge port 102 of the blower body 1 at the bottom and an air discharge port 202 that exhausts the air blown from the blower body 1 at the top, and is detachably connected to the air discharge port 102 of the blower body 1, and guides the air blown from the blower body 1. The receiving part 3 protrudes from the peripheral surface of the ventilation tube 2 in the outer circumferential direction so that water can be drained. Since each part of the dryer D is constructed in this way, the entire structure can be simplified and manufactured at low cost. This makes it possible to provide the dryer D to users at low cost. In addition, since the receiving part 3 functions as a drain, water droplets dripping from inside the ice bag can be dropped to the outside of the dryer D through the receiving part 3 when drying the ice bag, so that the ice bag, including its open end, can be dried reliably. Furthermore, since the ventilation tube 2 can be separated from the blower body 1 together with the receiving part 3, these can be easily washed and can be easily stored.
[0027] The present dryer D also has the following significant advantages by having the following configurations in each section:
[0028] The case 10 of the blower body 1 has a flat base 103 that protrudes in the outer circumferential direction at the bottom, and the air suction port 101 is provided at the lower end of the periphery of the case 10, so that the entire dryer D can be stably installed on a table or stand. The stabilization of the dryer D by the base 103 allows the entire dryer D to be slimmed down, and the freedom of design can be improved. In addition, the base 103 can receive water droplets dripping from inside the ice bag when drying the ice bag, so that the table or stand on which the dryer D is installed will not get wet. In this case, the effect is increased by forming the base 103 into a tray shape.
[0029] In this case, by providing base 103 detachably at the bottom of case 10, it is possible to slim down the entire dryer D, improve the freedom of design, and make the entire dryer D compact to improve storage efficiency. Also, only base 103 can be separated from blower body 1 for easy cleaning.
[0030] In this case, the base 103 is detachably provided at the bottom of the case 10, and the air suction port 101 is formed at the bottom end of the circumferential surface of the case 10 and is composed of a ring portion 101r having a plurality of suction holes and a ring portion 103r having a plurality of suction holes formed at the center of the plane of the base 103, and one of the ring portions 101r and 103r of the case 10 and the base 103 is formed so that one of them can be fitted to the other by communicating the suction holes of the other, and the case 10 and the base 103 are connected via the ring portions 101r and 103r, so that the case 10 and the base 103 can be easily attached and detached while securing the air suction port 101 at the bottom of the case 10. The base 10 can also be separated from the blower body 1 to facilitate cleaning.
[0031] The power source for the electric fan rotation drive device 12 of the blower body 1 can be any one or all of a commercial power source, a primary battery, and a secondary battery. By providing a variety of power source methods, the dryer D can be made easy to use according to the needs of the user, such as how the user will use the device.
[0032] The entire vent tube 2 or a portion of its upper side is formed in a conical or truncated conical shape, or a pyramidal or truncated pyramidal shape, and air exhaust port 202 is formed at the top of vent tube 2 toward the upper side and the entire circumference, so that when the ice bag is dried, water droplets dripping from inside the ice bag can run down the slanted outer peripheral surface of vent tube 2 to the outside of dryer D and can be prevented from entering fan rotation drive device 12, thereby protecting fan rotation drive device 12 from water droplets.
[0033] By forming the ventilation tube 2 to be expandable, its length can be changed to match the size of the ice bag, and by changing the length to match the size of the ice bag, the air blown from the blower body 1 and discharged from the ventilation tube 2 can reach the depths of the inside of the ice bag, even if the ice bag is of a different size, and the air can be circulated throughout the entire inside of the ice bag. This allows ice bags of different sizes to be dried reliably.
[0034] The receiving portion 3 has an attachment portion 31 formed in a ring shape so as to be able to fit around the peripheral surface of the vent tube 2, and a support portion 32 extending around the entire circumference or intermittently in the peripheral direction of the attachment portion 31 and formed so as to be able to support the opening edge of the ice bag and to be able to drain water. By being detachably attached to the peripheral surface of the vent tube 2, the receiving portion 3 can be easily attached to and detached from the vent tube 2, and water dripping from inside the ice bag can be reliably removed from the receiving portion 3 when the ice bag is drying.
[0035] FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the structures of the air suction port 101 at the bottom of the case 10, the ventilation tube 20, and the receiving portion 30 are different from those in the first embodiment. In this embodiment, only the points that differ from the first embodiment are denoted by different reference numerals from those in the first embodiment and will be described.
[0036] The air suction port 101 is formed at the lower end of the circumferential surface of the case 10, and is composed of a ring portion 101r having a plurality of suction holes, a ring portion 103R having a plurality of suction holes formed at the center of the plane of the base 103, and a ring 101R formed in a ring shape so that the ring portions 101r and 103R of the case 10 and the base 103 can be fitted together, and having a plurality of suction holes communicating with the suction holes of the ring portions 101r and 103R. In this case, the ring portion 101r of the case 10 is as described above, and the ring portion 103R of the base 103 is formed in a ring shape in the center of the upper surface of the base 103 as part of the air suction port 101, similar to the ring portion 101r of the case 10, and a plurality of suction holes are formed throughout, forming a part of the air suction port 101. The ring 101R is formed in a ring shape (cylindrical shape) with a height that is approximately the same as or slightly higher than the combined height of the ring parts 101r and 103R of the case 10 and the base 103, and an inner diameter that is slightly larger than the outer diameter of each ring part 101r and 103R, so that the ring part 101r of the case 10 can be fitted from above and the ring part 103R of the base 103 can be fitted from below, and a plurality of suction holes that communicate with the suction holes of each ring part 101r and 103r are formed in the entire ring 101R. In this way, the ring parts 101r and 103R of the case 10 and the base 103 and the ring 101R form the air suction port 101 and also form a connecting part between the case 10 and the base 103, and the case 10 and the base 103 are connected by fitting the ring parts 101r and 103r to the ring 101R with their suction holes communicating with each other.
[0037] This allows easy attachment and detachment of case 10 and base 103 while ensuring air suction port 101 at the bottom of case 10. Also, base 10 and ring 101R can be separated from blower body 1 to facilitate cleaning of each separately.
[0038] Even if the air suction port 101 at the bottom of the case 10 is configured in this way, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be achieved.
[0039] The vent tube 20 is divided into two parts, an upper vent tube 20A and a lower vent tube 20B. The upper vent tube 20A has a part formed in a cone shape on the upper side, tapered gradually toward the tip, and cylindrical below. In this case, the lower part of the upper vent tube 20A is an opening, and a locking recess or a screw is formed on the inner periphery of this opening, and the upper part of the lower vent tube 20B is an opening, and a locking recess or a screw is formed on the inner periphery of this opening.
[0040] In addition, in this ventilation tube 20, the air exhaust port 203 is formed on the tapered surface on the upper side of the upper ventilation tube 20A. In this case, the air exhaust port 203 is formed on this tapered surface as an opening or as multiple exhaust holes. When the air exhaust port 203 is an opening, the opening may be covered with a mesh-like or lattice-like cover, although not shown here. When the air exhaust port 203 is multiple exhaust holes, multiple holes may be formed on the upper side of the ventilation tube 2, or the upper side of the ventilation tube 2 may be formed in a mesh-like or lattice-like shape.
[0041] Furthermore, the entire ventilation tube 20 is formed to be extendable and contractible. Although not specifically shown here, in this case, the ventilation tubes 20 are made up of tubes of different lengths, that is, a long ventilation tube and a short ventilation tube, and these ventilation tubes are replaceably attached to the upper part of the blower body 1.
[0042] With respect to the ventilation tube 2, even if this is done, it is possible to obtain the same effects as those of the first embodiment.
[0043] The receiving part 30 has an attachment part 301 and a support part 302. The attachment part 301 is formed in an annular or threaded annular shape so as to be engageable with the locking recess or screw of the lower opening of the upper vent cylinder 20A and to be engageable with the locking recess or screw of the upper opening of the lower vent cylinder 20B. The support part 302 is composed of a plurality of support frames 302a protruding radially in the outer circumferential direction from the outer periphery of the attachment part 301, and a circular outer periphery frame 302b connected to the attachment part 301 via the plurality of support frames 302a. In this way, the upper ventilation cylinder 20A and the lower ventilation cylinder 20B are connected by the mounting part 301 of the receiving part 30, and together with this connection, the mounting part 301 is interposed between the upper ventilation cylinder 20A and the lower ventilation cylinder 20B, and the support part 302 of the receiving part 30 protrudes in the outer circumferential direction from the peripheral surface of the ventilation cylinder 20. An ice bag is supported by each support frame 302a of the support part 302, and multiple openings between each support frame 302a and the peripheral frame 302b serve as drains for the ice bag.
[0044] Even if the receiving portion 3 is configured in this way, it is possible to achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment.
[0045] In each of the above embodiments, the dryer D has been illustrated as being used for ice packs, but it can also be used in the same manner as above to dry various rubber bags, so-called vinyl bags (plastic bags) with zippers for storing food, and the like after use in addition to ice packs. Even in this case, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiments can be achieved. [Explanation of symbols]
