Abstract

To enable appropriate use of emission intensity.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: an activity level storage unit which stores activity levels related to activities of discharging greenhouse gases; an emission intensity storage unit which stores emission intensity for calculating the emissions of greenhouse gases; a user storage unit which stores information for identifying users allowed to use the emission intensity; an emission calculation unit which calculates the emissions by multiplying the emission intensity by the activity levels; a determination unit which refers to the user storage unit to determine whether a receiving user is allowed to use the emission intensity; and an output unit which outputs, when the receiving user is allowed to use the emission intensity, the emissions and at least one of the activity levels and the emission intensity to a specified number of users, and outputs the emissions without outputting the activity levels or the emission intensity to users exceeding the specified number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 34
