Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a heat exchanger having a fluid pipe provided inside a shell, for exchanging heat between fluids flowing inside and outside the fluid pipe. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, a heat exchanger in which a fluid pipe is provided inside a shell and performs heat exchange between fluids flowing inside and outside the fluid pipe is disclosed in Patent Document 1. In this heat exchanger, the fluid pipe is configured with a double-pipe structure consisting of an inner pipe in which one fluid that performs heat exchange flows inside and an outer pipe in which the other fluid flows outside, and a gap is provided between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, so that even if pinholes or cracks occur in the inner pipe or the outer pipe due to corrosion or the like, the outer pipe or the inner pipe does not cause pinholes or cracks to occur, thereby preventing contact between the two fluids flowing inside and outside the fluid pipe.
[0003] Furthermore, in this heat exchanger, an inlet for the heating fluid, which is the other fluid, is provided at the top of the long cylindrical shell, an outlet for discharging the heating fluid after heat exchange is provided at the bottom of the shell, and many fluid pipes extending vertically inside the shell are arranged at predetermined intervals. A distributor made of a perforated plate with many holes is provided above the inner tube, and the heated fluid, which is one of the fluids, is introduced from the heated fluid inlet at the top of the distributor, and the heated fluid flowing down into the inner tube via the distributor is made uniform. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2019-27619 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in the heat exchanger of Patent Document 1, a fluid pipe extending vertically inside a long cylindrical shell is installed, and steam, a heating fluid, flows from an upper inlet of the long cylindrical shell to a lower outlet of the shell, but when a fluid such as cooling water, instead of steam, is introduced from the upper inlet of the shell to exchange heat, the cooling water immediately falls downward from the upper inlet of the shell, making it difficult to perform the heat exchange function. Therefore, there is a demand for a heat exchanger that can exchange heat with high efficiency without being limited by the type of fluid to be exchanged.
[0006] The present invention has been proposed in view of the above problems, and has an object to provide a heat exchanger that can perform heat exchange with high efficiency without being limited by the type of fluid being heat exchanged. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The heat exchanger of the present invention is characterized in that a second fluid partition section on an upstream side in the flow of the first fluid, in which a first fluid pipe through which a first fluid flows is provided in an exposed state and a second fluid flows inside the first fluid pipe, and a second fluid partition section on a downstream side in the flow of the first fluid, in which a first fluid pipe through which the first fluid flows is provided in an exposed state and a second fluid flows inside the first fluid pipe, are provided in a shell and separated by a partition, a bypass pipe is provided that communicates between the upstream second fluid partition section and the downstream second fluid partition section, and the bypass pipe through which the second fluid flows is arranged at a position where the second fluid flows so as to cross the first fluid pipe inside the upstream second fluid partition section and the first fluid pipe inside the downstream second fluid partition section. According to this, by arranging a bypass pipe through which the second fluid flows in a position where the second fluid flows so as to cross the first fluid pipe inside the upstream second fluid partition section and also cross the first fluid pipe inside the downstream second fluid partition section, heat exchange can be performed highly efficiently and reliably even when the second fluid is a fluid that falls by gravity in the atmosphere, such as cooling water, and highly efficient heat exchange can be performed regardless of the type of fluid being exchanged.
[0008] The heat exchanger of the present invention is characterized in that the shell is provided with one second fluid inlet for introducing the second fluid into the interior of the shell, and the shell is provided with one second fluid outlet for discharging the second fluid from the interior of the shell. This eliminates the need to install a large number of second fluid introduction pipes and second fluid discharge pipes in a complicated manner outside the shell, and allows the introduction and discharge paths for the second fluid outside the shell to be unified.
[0009] The heat exchanger of the present invention is characterized in that a second fluid introduction partition having a second fluid inlet for introducing the second fluid from the outside or a second fluid discharge partition having a second fluid outlet for discharging the second fluid to the outside is provided in the shell so as to be positioned outside the downstream second fluid partition, another bypass pipe is provided connecting the downstream second fluid partition and the second fluid introduction partition or the second fluid discharge partition, the second fluid flows inside the another bypass pipe, the second fluid flows between the downstream second fluid partition and the second fluid introduction partition or the second fluid discharge partition, and the another bypass pipe is disposed at a position where the second fluid flows so as to cross the first fluid pipe inside the downstream second fluid partition. According to this, a bypass pipe and another bypass pipe are arranged at a position where the second fluid flows so as to cross the first fluid pipe inside the upstream second fluid partition section and also cross the first fluid pipe inside the downstream second fluid partition section, thereby more reliably performing highly efficient heat exchange without being limited by the type of fluid being exchanged for heat.
[0010] The heat exchanger of the present invention is characterized in that a mixing compartment, in which the first fluid is released from the flow path of the first fluid pipe and mixed therein, is provided between the upstream second fluid partition section and the downstream second fluid partition section, and heat is exchanged in the mixing compartment between the second fluid flowing inside the bypass pipe and the first fluid outside the bypass pipe located inside the mixing partition. According to this, by exchanging heat in the mixing compartment between the second fluid flowing inside the bypass pipe and the first fluid outside the bypass pipe located inside the mixing compartment, temperature unevenness in the first fluid is eliminated by mixing in the mixing compartment, the temperature distribution of the first fluid is made uniform, and more efficient heat exchange can be performed.
[0011] The heat exchanger of the present invention is characterized in that a second fluid inlet tube for directly flowing the second fluid is provided between the upstream second fluid partition and the second fluid introduction partition or the second fluid discharge partition, and the second fluid inlet tube is provided so as to be exposed in the mixing partition and is inserted into the first fluid pipe provided in the downstream second fluid partition. According to this, by providing the second fluid inlet tube, through which the second fluid directly flows, so as to be exposed in the mixing compartment, heat exchange between the first fluid and the second fluid can be performed in the mixing compartment through the second fluid inlet tube, and the heat exchange efficiency can be further improved. Also, by inserting the second fluid inlet tube into the first fluid tube provided in the downstream second fluid compartment, heat exchange can be performed from both the outside and the inside of the first fluid flowing through the first fluid tube in the downstream second fluid compartment, and the heat exchange efficiency can be further improved. Effect of the Invention
[0012] According to the heat exchanger of the present invention, heat exchange can be performed with high efficiency without being limited by the type of fluid to be heat exchanged. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0015] The space surrounded by the blocking section 22, the body section 21, and the partition 24 constitutes the upstream second fluid partition section 31, the space surrounded by the partition 24, the body section 21, and the partition 25 constitutes the mixing partition section 32, the space surrounded by the partition 25, the body section 21, and the partition 26 constitutes the downstream second fluid partition section 33, the space surrounded by the partition 26, the body section 21, and the partition 27 constitutes the first fluid discharge partition section 34, and the space surrounded by the partition 27, the lower peripheral wall of the body section 21, and the blocking section 23 constitutes the second fluid introduction partition section 35.
[0016] That is, the shell 2 is provided with a second fluid partition section 31 on the upstream side and a second fluid partition section 33 on the downstream side in the flow of the first fluid F1, a mixing partition section 32 between the upstream second fluid partition section 31 and the downstream second fluid partition section 33, a first fluid outlet partition section 34 that outlets the first fluid F1 to the outside, and a second fluid introduction partition section 35 arranged outside the downstream second fluid partition section 33 or outside the first fluid outlet partition section 34 in the axial direction of the shell 2.
[0017] A second fluid inlet 351 for introducing a second fluid F2 such as cooling water into the inside of the shell 2 is formed in the second fluid introduction partition 35, and the second fluid inlet 351 in this example is provided on the peripheral wall of the closing portion 23. The second fluid inlet 351 for introducing the second fluid F2 into the inside of the shell 2 is provided at one location on the shell 2. A second fluid introduction pipe 352 for introducing the second fluid F2 is connected to the second fluid inlet 351 by being fixed thereto by full-circumference welding or the like.
[0018] A second fluid outlet 311 for leading the second fluid F2 from the inside of the shell 2 to the outside is formed in the upstream second fluid partition section 31, and in this example, the second fluid outlet 311 is provided on the peripheral wall of the body section 21. The second fluid outlet 311 for leading the second fluid F2 from the inside of the shell 2 is provided at one location on the shell 2. A second fluid outlet pipe 312 for leading the second fluid F2 from the shell 2 to the outside is connected to the second fluid outlet 311 by being fixed thereto by full-circumference welding or the like.
[0019] From the viewpoint of further improving the heat exchange efficiency, it is preferable to provide a second fluid inlet 351 and a second fluid inlet pipe 352 in the second fluid introduction partition 35, and a second fluid outlet 311 and a second fluid outlet pipe 312 in the upstream second fluid partition 31. However, it is also possible to configure the portions corresponding to the second fluid introduction partition 35, the second fluid inlet 351, and the second fluid introduction pipe 352 as a second fluid outlet partition, a second fluid outlet, and a second fluid outlet pipe, respectively, which outlet the second fluid F2 to the outside, and the portions corresponding to the second fluid outlet 311 and the second fluid outlet pipe 312 of the upstream second fluid partition 31 as a second fluid inlet and a second fluid introduction pipe, respectively.
[0020] The first fluid outlet partition 34 is formed with a first fluid outlet 341 for outletting the first fluid F1, such as exhaust gas, from the inside of the shell 2 to the outside, and the first fluid outlet 341 in this example is provided on the peripheral wall of the body 21. The first fluid outlet 341 for outletting the first fluid F1 from the inside of the shell 2 to the outside is provided at one location on the shell 2. A first fluid outlet pipe 342 for outletting the first fluid F1 from the shell 2 to the outside is connected to the first fluid outlet 341 by being fixed thereto by full-circumference welding or the like.
[0021] Through holes 222 are formed at various locations in a substrate 221 corresponding to the illustrated ceiling plate of the closing portion 22, and through holes 241 are formed in the partition wall 24 at positions corresponding to the through holes 222 in the axial direction of the shell 2, and a plurality of first fluid pipes 41 through which a first fluid F1 flows are fixedly provided so as to fit into the corresponding through holes 222 and through holes 241, respectively. The plurality of first fluid pipes 41 are provided at various locations in a plan view of the shell 2, and are arranged in parallel so as to extend in the axial direction of the body portion 21. A first fluid F1 such as exhaust gas is introduced into the shell 2 from the plurality of first fluid pipes 41.
[0022] In the upstream second fluid partition section 31, the first fluid pipe 41 through which the first fluid F1 flows is provided so as to be exposed, and in the illustrated example, a plurality of first fluid pipes 41 are arranged in parallel. The second fluid F2 flows inside the upstream second fluid partition section 31, which is outside the first fluid pipe 41. In the upstream second fluid partition section 31, heat exchange occurs due to a temperature difference between the first fluid F1 flowing inside the first fluid pipe 41 and the second fluid F2 outside the first fluid pipe 41. In addition, the first fluid pipe 41 opens at the mixing partition section 32, and the first fluid F1 is released from the flow path of the first fluid pipe 41 in the mixing partition section 32, and the first fluid F1 is mixed inside the mixing partition section 32.
[0023] A through hole 242 is formed in the partition wall 24 near the position facing the second fluid outlet 311 in the shell 2 in a plan view, and a through hole 251 is formed in the partition wall 25 at a position corresponding to the through hole 242 in the axial direction of the shell 2, and a bypass pipe 51 through which the second fluid F2 flows is fixedly installed so as to fit into the corresponding through hole 242 and through hole 251. The bypass pipe 51 communicates between the upstream second fluid partition section 31 and the downstream second fluid partition section 33, and the second fluid F2 flows through the bypass pipe 51 so that the second fluid F2 flows between the upstream second fluid partition section 31 and the downstream second fluid partition section 33. In the mixing partition section 32, heat exchange is performed due to a temperature difference between the second fluid F2 flowing through the bypass pipe 51 and the first fluid F1 that has been released from the first fluid pipe 41 and mixed and exists outside the bypass pipe 51.
[0024] The partitions 25 and 26 are formed with a plurality of pairs of through holes 252 and through holes 261 scattered at corresponding positions in the axial direction of the shell 2, and first fluid pipes 42, through which the first fluid F1 flows, are fixedly provided so as to fit into the corresponding through holes 252 and through holes 261, respectively. The plurality of first fluid pipes 42 are provided scattered in a plan view of the shell 2, and are arranged side by side so as to extend in the axial direction of the body portion 21.
[0025] In the downstream second fluid partition section 33, the first fluid pipe 42 through which the first fluid F1 flows is provided so as to be exposed, and in the illustrated example, a plurality of first fluid pipes 42 are arranged in parallel. The second fluid F2 flows inside the downstream second fluid partition section 33, which is outside the first fluid pipe 42. In the downstream second fluid partition section 33, heat exchange occurs due to a temperature difference between the first fluid F1 flowing inside the first fluid pipe 42 and the second fluid F2 outside the first fluid pipe 42. The first fluid pipe 42 opens at the mixing partition section 32, and the first fluid F1 flows from the mixing partition section 32 into the first fluid pipe 42. The first fluid pipe 42 opens at the first fluid outlet partition section 34, and the first fluid F1 is released from the flow path of the first fluid pipe 42 in the first fluid outlet partition section 34, and the first fluid F1 is mixed inside the first fluid outlet partition section 34.
[0026] A through hole 243 and a through hole 271 are formed in the partition wall 24 and the partition wall 27 at positions corresponding to the plurality of sets of through holes 252 and the through hole 261 in the axial direction of the shell 2, respectively, and a second fluid internal intubation tube 6 through which the second fluid F2 flows is fixedly installed so as to be fitted into the corresponding through hole 243 and the through hole 271, respectively. The outer diameter of the second fluid internal intubation tube 6 is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the first fluid tube 42, and the axial middle part of the second fluid internal intubation tube 6 is inserted coaxially into the first fluid tube 42, and a circumferential gap formed between the outer peripheral wall of the second fluid internal intubation tube 6 and the inner peripheral wall of the first fluid tube 42 and extending in the axial direction of the tube becomes a flow path of the first fluid F1 of the first fluid tube 42.
[0027] The second fluid inlet tube 6 opens at the upstream second fluid partition 31 and the second fluid introduction partition 35, respectively, and is adapted to allow the second fluid F2 to flow directly between the upstream second fluid partition 31 and the second fluid introduction partition 35. When the portion corresponding to the second fluid introduction partition 35 is used as the second fluid outlet partition, the second fluid inlet tube 6 is provided so as to allow the second fluid F2 to flow directly between the upstream second fluid partition 31 and the second fluid outlet partition.
[0028] The second fluid intubation tube 6 is provided so as to be exposed at the mixing partition 32 and the first fluid outlet partition 34 which is disposed apart from the mixing partition 32 and the downstream second fluid partition 33. In the mixing partition 32 and the first fluid outlet partition 34, heat exchange is performed between the second fluid F2 flowing inside the second fluid intubation tube 6 and the first fluid F1 outside the second fluid intubation tube 6. In addition, in the downstream second fluid partition 33, the second fluid intubation tube 6 through which the second fluid F2 flows is inserted into the first fluid pipe 42, so that in the downstream second fluid partition 33, internal and external heat exchange is performed between the first fluid F1 flowing in the first fluid pipe 42, the second fluid F2 flowing inside the second fluid intubation tube 6, and the second fluid F2 flowing outside the first fluid pipe 42.
[0029] A through hole 262 is formed in the partition 26 near the opposing position of the bypass pipe 51 in the shell 2 when viewed in a plane, and a through hole 272 is formed in the partition 27 at a position corresponding to the through hole 262 in the axial direction of the shell 2. Another bypass pipe 52, through which the second fluid F2 flows, is fixedly installed so as to fit internally into the corresponding through holes 262 and 272.
[0030] The other bypass pipe 52 communicates between the downstream second fluid partition 33 and the second fluid introduction partition 35, and the second fluid F2 flows inside the other bypass pipe 52 so that the second fluid F2 flows between the downstream second fluid partition 33 and the second fluid introduction partition 35. When the portion corresponding to the second fluid introduction partition 35 is used as the second fluid outlet partition, the other bypass pipe 52 communicates between the downstream second fluid partition 33 and the second fluid outlet partition, and the second fluid F2 flows inside the other bypass pipe 52 so that the second fluid F2 flows between the downstream second fluid partition 33 and the second fluid outlet partition.
[0031] In the first fluid outlet partition 34, heat exchange occurs due to a temperature difference between the second fluid F2 flowing inside the separate bypass pipe 52 and the first fluid F1 released from the first fluid pipe 42, mixed with the first fluid F1, and present outside the separate bypass pipe 52. The separate bypass pipe 52 in this example is provided near a position facing the first fluid outlet 341 in the shell 2 in a plan view.
[0032] In the shell 2 which is approximately circular in plan view, a bypass pipe 51 is provided near the opposing position of the second fluid outlet 311, and another bypass pipe 52 is provided near the opposing position of the bypass pipe 51, so that the bypass pipe 51, through which the second fluid F2 flows, and another bypass pipe 52 can be arranged at a position where the second fluid F2 flows so as to cross the first fluid pipe 41 inside the upstream second fluid partition section 31 and the first fluid pipe 42 inside the downstream second fluid partition section 33.
[0033] According to the heat exchanger 1 of the present embodiment, by arranging the bypass pipe 51 through which the second fluid F2 flows at a position where the second fluid F2 flows so as to cross the first fluid pipe 41 inside the upstream second fluid partition section 31 and the first fluid pipe 42 inside the downstream second fluid partition section 33, heat exchange can be performed with high efficiency and reliability even when the second fluid F2 is a fluid that falls due to gravity in the atmosphere, such as cooling water, and highly efficient heat exchange can be performed regardless of the type of fluid being exchanged.
[0034] Furthermore, by providing one second fluid inlet 351 in the shell 2 for introducing the second fluid F2 into the interior of the shell 2, and one second fluid outlet 311 in the shell 2 for discharging the second fluid F2 from the interior of the shell 2, there is no need to install a large number of second fluid introduction pipes and second fluid discharge pipes in a complex manner outside the shell 2, and the introduction and discharge paths for the second fluid F2 outside the shell 2 can be unified.
[0035] Furthermore, by arranging the bypass pipe 51 and another bypass pipe 52 at a position where the second fluid F2 flows so as to cross the first fluid pipe 41 inside the upstream second fluid partition section 31 and the first fluid pipe 42 inside the downstream second fluid partition section 33, it is possible to more reliably perform highly efficient heat exchange without being limited by the type of fluid being exchanged for heat.
[0036] In addition, by exchanging heat in the mixing compartment 32 between the second fluid F2 flowing inside the bypass pipe 51 and the first fluid F1 outside the bypass pipe 51 located inside the mixing compartment 32, temperature unevenness in the first fluid F1 is eliminated by mixing in the mixing compartment 32, the temperature distribution of the first fluid F1 is made uniform, and more efficient heat exchange can be performed.
[0037] Moreover, by providing the second fluid inlet tube 6, through which the second fluid F2 directly flows, so as to be exposed in the mixing compartment 32, heat exchange between the first fluid F1 and the second fluid F2 can be performed in the mixing compartment 32 via the second fluid inlet tube 6, and the heat exchange efficiency can be further improved. Moreover, by inserting the second fluid inlet tube 6 into the first fluid pipe 42 provided in the downstream second fluid compartment 33, heat exchange can be performed from both the outside and the inside of the first fluid F2 flowing through the first fluid pipe 42 in the downstream second fluid compartment 33, and the heat exchange efficiency can be further improved.
