Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a harvesting machine. [Background technology]
[0002] The combine (harvesting machine) shown in Patent Document 1, a prior patent technology, is equipped with multiple lifting devices on the left and right sides that lift the stalks to be cut with the cutting blades, and sends the lifted and cut stalks to a threshing device, and stores the separated grains in a grain tank (storage tank). The harvesting machine (combine) shown in Patent Document 2 protects the outside of the grain tank that stores grain with an upper cover and a cover that covers the lower conveying screw. The lower cover is narrow in both the vertical and horizontal directions and can be easily attached and removed, but the upper cover is wide not only vertically but also from front to back, making it difficult to attach and remove and requiring a great deal of effort. The lower cover can be removed to expose the urea tank. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2007-3741 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2020-174672 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Among the above-mentioned known examples, the lifting device of the harvesting machine in Patent Document 1 is rotatably attached to the left and right lifting transmission shafts, and by rotating it upward, a space for maintenance can be formed below the lifting device. However, since it is necessary to raise and lower a plurality of lifting devices at the same time, extra labor must be expended before and after work such as maintenance. In addition, because the lifting device is heavy, it is positioned above the worker during maintenance. If the lock that keeps it in the open position becomes loose or breaks, the lifting device may hit the worker, risking injury, and causing the maintenance work to be interrupted, wasting extra time. Of the above-mentioned known examples, the harvesting machine shown in Patent Document 2 protects the outside of a storage tank (grain tank) for storing grain with an upper cover and a cover that covers the lower transport screw. While the lower cover is narrow from top to bottom and can be easily attached and removed, the upper cover is wide not only vertically but also from front to back, making it difficult to attach and remove and requiring a great deal of effort. Also, although removing the lower cover allows access to the area around the urea tank, it does not allow access to the inside of the grain tank. The present application facilitates maintenance of the lifting device and also facilitates (possible) opening and closing of the outer bar surrounding the storage space of the grain tank. [Means for solving the problem]

Effect of the Invention
[0006] In the invention of claim 1, the reaping device 3 is provided with a reaping frame 10 having a grass dividing body 16 for dividing the culms, a lifting device 17 for raising the reaped culms, a cutting blade device 18 for cutting the base of the raised culms, and a conveying device 19 for clamping the cut culms and conveying them to the threshing device 4. A first transmission tube 15 is provided on the upper part of the reaping frame 10 and extends in the left-right direction to transmit the output rotation of a drive source. A first transmission tube 15 is provided in the left-right middle part of the first transmission tube 15. At least one lifting device 17, 70 is provided, and the upper side of the lifting device 17, 70 is connected to the vertical transmission tube 41 extending downward from the first transmission tube 15 and the left and right transmission tube 42 extending in the left and right direction from the lower part of the vertical transmission tube 41. The upper side of the lifting device 17, 70 is connected to the vertical transmission tube 41 extending downward from the first transmission tube 15 and the left and right transmission tube 42 extending in the left and right direction from the lower part of the vertical transmission tube 41. The lifting device 17, 70 is connected to the lower side of the mowing frame 10 of the mowing device 3 via a member 101, and the lower side of the lifting device 17, 70 is rotatably connected to the mowing frame 10 of the lower side of the mowing device 3. When the lifting device 17 is in the attached state (= working state), the operation range of the lower connecting member 102 on the lower side of the lifting device 17 is restricted by the rake device 19B constituting a part of the conveying device 19 facing the rear side in the machine body travel direction, and the lifting device 17 must be released from the connection of the upper connecting member 101 to rotate. Therefore, when disconnecting the lifting device 17, the upper connecting member 101 must be disconnected first and the lifting device 17 must be rotated forward before the lower connecting member 102 can be removed. This prevents the lifting device 17 from falling straight down when the upper connecting member 101 is later removed, and prevents damage to the lifting device 17 and lifting lugs 35, etc., and contact with the worker's feet. On the other hand, by first disconnecting the upper connecting member 101 and then rotating the lifting device 17 forward without disconnecting the lower connecting member 102, the upper side of the lifting device 17 is more likely to fall forward when the lower connecting member 102 is released, which increases the time to catch the lifting device 17 before its upper side falls forward, and even if it falls completely, the front cover 25 will come into contact with the ground, preventing the lifting device 17 from becoming unusable. In claim 2, the upper side of the lifting device 17 is configured to be detachably connected by engaging a front convex portion 54A of the first rotating shaft 46 installed in the left and right transmission tubes 42 with a concave portion 55A provided in the rear of the second rotating shaft 51 supporting the drive sprocket 50 around which the lifting chain 56 of the lifting device 17, 70 is wound, and the lower connecting member 102 on the lower side is configured by an engaged portion (rotating hook) 66B on the mounting plate 65A and a fastener (snap lock or clamper) 65G that hooks onto the engaged portion 66B to switch to the connected state, and the outer periphery of the left and right frames (mounting rotating shafts) 44 provided on the mowing frame 10 is fixed to the mounting plate 65A. The engaging portion 66B is covered with the engaging portion 66B and held in an upward rotated state by the fastener 65G, thereby achieving a connected state. The mounting plate 65A and the engaging portion 66B form an elliptical hole (of different diameters) that surrounds the left and right frames 44. When the lifting device 17 is in the installed state, the sweeping device 19B faces below the fastener 65G and is arranged so that it cannot move in the direction of releasing the holding of the engaging portion 66B. Since the left and right frames 44 are surrounded by the elliptical hole, there is no need to fine-tune the alignment with the left and right frames 44 when installing, which improves the efficiency of the installation work. Since the mounting plate 65A and the engaged portion 66B do not fasten the left and right frames 44, the lifting device 17 can be rotated with a relatively light force, reducing the labor required for attachment and detachment. In claim 3, the lower connecting member 102 on the lower side is configured to be able to be released when the lifting device 17 is rotated to a predetermined forward position (for example, a position where the lifting device 17 is vertical). Therefore, the lifting device 17 can be released by releasing the connection of the upper connecting member 101 to the lifting device 17 and releasing the connection when the lower connecting member 102 is in a position where it is a predetermined distance away from the pull-in device 19B. This prevents the lifting device 17 from rotating backward when the connection is released, and prevents it from colliding with the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41 and the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and being damaged. In claim 4, the lifting cover 25 is detachably disposed on the front of the lifting frame 40 of the lifting device 17, and the rotation shaft (input shaft) 51 of the drive sprocket (lifting drive rotor) 50 that rotates the lifting chain (endless belt) 56, the tension mechanism of the lifting chain 56, and the upper connecting member 101 (connecting bolt) are disposed on the back of the lifting frame 40. When the lifting cover 25 is removed, the front of the lifting frame 40 is easily adjusted to the desired position, and the phase of the drive sprocket 50 and the adjustment position of the tension mechanism can be adjusted. The mounting holes 104 of the bolts 103 that constitute the upper connecting member 101 are configured to be visible, so that when the raising cover 25 is removed, the phase of the drive sprocket (raising drive rotor) 50, the adjustment position of the tension mechanism, and the mounting holes 104 of the upper connecting member 101 can be seen, making it easier to adjust the phase of the drive sprocket (raising drive rotor) 50 when connected and to grasp the mounting position of the upper connecting member 101, improving the efficiency of the installation work. In claim 5, an upper outer cover 121 that surrounds the upper part of the storage tank 7 (grain tank) for storing harvested grains, excluding the side part of the discharge spiral 120 provided in the storage tank 7, is formed by dividing it into an upper cover 122 and a lower cover 123, and a rotation fulcrum shaft 124 (with the longitudinal (axial) direction of the machine body travel direction as the longitudinal direction) of the lower cover 123 is disposed on the upper side of the lower cover 123 and below the center of the storage tank 7 in the vertical direction. An (S-shaped) reinforcing material 126 is provided on the inside of the cover 123, and a vibration-proofing material (insulator) 127 that contacts the (outer wall of the) storage tank 7 is arranged at the inner end of the reinforcing material 126. The storage tank 7 is provided with a sealing material (weather strip) 128 that comes into contact when the lower cover 123 is in the closed position (working position). Therefore, by making the lower cover 123 of the upper outer cover 121 of the storage tank 7 openable and closable, tasks such as cleaning the storage tank 7 and unclogging it can be easily performed. By positioning the pivot axis 124 for opening and closing the lower cover 123 below the vertical center of the storage tank 7, the part that opens and closes can be made relatively small, making the lower cover 123 lighter and improving the operability of opening and closing it. When the lower cover 123 is operated to the closed position, the vibration-isolating member 127 and the sealing member 128 come into contact with both the outer surface 129 of the storage tank 7 and the lower cover 123, preventing grain leakage while allowing air to escape easily when opening and closing, thereby preventing internal pressure from interfering with opening and closing. In claim 6, an upper outer cover 121 that surrounds the upper part of the storage tank 7, excluding the side part of the discharge spiral 120 provided in the storage tank 7, of the outer surface 129 of the storage tank (grain tank) 7 that stores the harvested grains, is formed by dividing it into an upper cover 122 and a lower cover 123 into upper and lower parts, and a rotation fulcrum shaft 124 (with the longitudinal (axial) direction of the machine body traveling direction) of the lower cover 123 is disposed on the upper side of the lower cover 123 and on the upper side of the machine body from the vertical center of the storage tank 7. The configuration is such that a (S-shaped) reinforcing material 126 is provided on the inside of the lower cover 123, and a vibration-proofing material (insulator) 127 that contacts the (outer wall of) the storage tank 7 is disposed at the inner end of the reinforcing material 126, and the storage tank 7 is provided with a sealing material 128 (weather strip) that comes into contact when the lower cover 123 is in the closed position (working position).Since the lower cover 123, of the outer covers of the storage tank 7, can be opened and closed, work such as cleaning the storage tank 7 and unclogging it can be easily performed. By locating the opening / closing pivot point 124 above the vertical center of the storage tank 7, the portion that opens and closes can be made relatively large, so that a large maintenance work space can be secured, improving workability. When the lower cover 123 is operated to the closed position, the vibration-proof member 127 and the sealing member 128 come into contact with both the storage tank 7 and the lower cover 123, preventing grain leakage while allowing air to escape easily when opening and closing, thereby preventing internal pressure from interfering with opening and closing. [0008] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a harvesting machine (combine) has a traveling device 2 consisting of a pair of left and right crawlers that travels on the soil surface on the underside of a body frame 1, a reaping device 3 that harvests stalks in the field is provided on the front side of the body frame 1, a threshing device 4 that threshes and sorts the harvested stalks is provided on the rear left side of the reaping device 3, and a control unit 5 on which an operator rides is provided on the rear right side of the reaping device 3. Below the control unit 5 is an engine room 6 which houses the drive source (engine), and behind the control unit 5 is a grain tank (storage tank) 7 which stores the grains which have been threshed and sorted, and behind the grain tank 7 is a discharge auger 8 which consists of a grain lifting section which extends in the vertical direction and a lateral discharge which extends in the front-to-rear direction to discharge the grains to the outside. The reaping frame 10 of the reaping device 3 is formed of a transmission tube 11 extending in the left-right direction to transmit the output rotation of the drive source, a transmission tube 12 extending downward and forward from the right part of the transmission tube 11, a transmission tube 13 extending in the left-right direction from the lower part of the transmission tube 12, a transmission tube 14 extending upward from the left part of the transmission tube 13, and a transmission tube 15 extending in the left-right direction from the upper part of the transmission tube 14. Note that a rotating shaft to which the output rotation of the drive source (engine) is transmitted is installed inside the transmission tubes 11-15 via bearings or the like.
[0009] The harvesting frame 10 is equipped with a harvesting body 16 for harvesting the culms planted in the field, a lifting device 17 for raising the harvested culms, a pair of left and right cutting blade devices 18 for cutting the base of the raised culms, and a transport device 19 for clamping the harvested culms and transporting them to the threshing device 4. 3 and 4, the right part of the transmission cylinder 11 and the middle part of the transmission cylinder 15 are connected by a connecting member 20 made of round steel, and the right part of the transmission cylinder 15 and the right part of the transmission cylinder 13 are connected by a connecting member 21 made of round steel. As a result, the left part of the transmission cylinder 15 is supported by the transmission cylinder 14, the middle part of the transmission cylinder 15 is supported by the connecting member 20, and the right part of the transmission cylinder 15 is supported by the connecting member 21, so that deformation of the transmission cylinder 15, such as bending and twisting, can be suppressed. The connecting member 20 extends from the right part of the transmission cylinder 11 to the upper front side so as to pass over the upper side of the conveying device 19, then extends forward, and then extends forward and downward to reach the transmission cylinder 15. The connecting member 21 extends from the right part of the transmission cylinder 13 to the upper front side so as to pass over the upper side of the conveying device 19, then extends upward, and then extends forward and upward to reach the transmission cylinder 15.
[0010] As shown in Fig. 5, the divided grass body 16 is formed of five divided grass bodies 16A to 16E. The divided grass bodies 16A to 16E are fixed to the front parts of the front-rear frames 22 extending forward from the transmission tubes 13 provided at a predetermined interval in the left-right direction. In addition, the divided grass bodies 16A to 16E are connected by a frame 23 formed of a round pipe that connects the middle parts of the front-rear frames 22 provided on the leftmost side and the front-rear frames 22 provided on the rightmost side. The lifting device 17 is composed of four lifting devices 17A to 17D. The right side of the lifting device 17B and the left side of the lifting device 17C are arranged opposite each other. This allows a total of four rows of culms to be lifted at the same time: two rows between the lifting devices 17A and 17B, and two rows between the lifting devices 17C and 17D.
[0011] As shown in Fig. 6, a rotating shaft (not shown) supporting a driving sprocket provided on the upper part of the lifting device 17A is connected to a rotating shaft 31L of the upper and lower transmission tubes 30L extending downward from the left part of the transmission tube 15, and the lower part of the lifting device 17A is fixed to a rectangular connecting member 33L provided on a stay 32L that curves upward and to the right from the left part of the frame 23. As a result, the output rotation of the drive source (engine) transmitted to the rotating shaft installed in the transmission tube 15 is transmitted to the driving sprocket of the lifting device 17A via the rotating shaft 31L installed in the upper and lower transmission tubes 30L to rotate the lifting chain. In addition, a cover 25 is provided on the front side of the transmission tube 15. A rotating shaft (not shown) supporting a drive sprocket provided on the upper part of the lifting device 17D is connected to a rotating shaft 31R of the upper and lower transmission cylinders 30R extending downward from the right part of the transmission cylinder 15, and the lower part of the lifting device 17D is fixed to a rectangular connecting member 33R provided on a stay 32R curving upward and leftward from the right part of the frame 23. As a result, the output rotation of the drive source (engine) transmitted to the rotating shaft mounted inside the transmission cylinder 15 is transmitted to the drive sprocket of the lifting device 17D via the rotating shaft 31R mounted inside the upper and lower transmission cylinders 30R, and can rotate the lifting chain.
[0012] A raising frame 40 is provided at the middle part of the transmission cylinder 15 in the left-right direction. The raising frame 40 is formed of an upper and lower transmission cylinder 41 extending downward from the middle part of the transmission cylinder 15, and a left-right transmission cylinder 42 extending in the left-right direction from the lower part of the upper and lower transmission cylinder 41. A rotating shaft for transmitting the output rotation of the drive source (engine) is installed inside the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41 and the left-right transmission cylinders 42 via bearings or the like, and the rotating shaft inside the left-right transmission cylinder 42 extends in the left-right direction and then extends forward from both side parts via bevel gears. As shown in Figures 7 to 11, the left-right center of the left-right transmission cylinder 42 is provided at a position shifted leftward from the axis extending in the up-down direction of the up-down transmission cylinder 41. That is, the length L1 of the left-right transmission cylinder 42 extending leftward from the lower part of the up-down transmission cylinder 41 is formed longer than the length L2 of the left-right transmission cylinder 42 extending leftward from the lower part of the up-down transmission cylinder 41. As a result, as shown in Figure 5, the left-right center of the lifting device 17B and the lifting device 17C is provided at a position shifted leftward from the axis extending in the up-down direction of the up-down transmission cylinder 41, and the upper part of the lifting device 17B and the lifting device 17C can be easily attached and detached from the up-down transmission cylinder 41.
[0013] A connecting portion 42A is provided at the rear of the left and right transmission cylinder 42, at a position of length L3 to the right of the lower portion of the up and down transmission cylinder 41, where a rotating shaft for an auxiliary lifting device (not shown) can be provided. In this embodiment, the length L1 is the sum of the lengths L2 and L3. For example, when the length L2 is 135 mm and the length L3 is 45 mm, the length L1 is set to 180 mm. This makes it possible to suppress the twisting of the rotating shaft (not shown) that is built in the left and right transmission cylinder 42 and extends in the left and right direction, which occurs due to the moment applied to the rotating shaft. An abutting member 41A is provided on the upper part of the vertical transmission tube 41 to abut the upper parts of the lifting device 17B and the lifting device 17C. In addition, in a side view, the left front surface of the left connecting part 42L, which houses the rotating shaft 46L of the left and right transmission tubes 42, and the right front surface of the right connecting part 42R, which houses the rotating shaft 46R, are formed at a predetermined intersection angle with the axis extending in the vertical direction of the vertical transmission tube 41, and are formed approximately parallel to the front surface of the abutting member 41. As a result, the upper ends of the lifting device 17B and the lifting device 17C can be abutted against the abutting member 41A, and the upper parts of the lifting device 17B and the lifting device 17C can be attached and detached to the left front surface of the left connecting part 42L and the right front surface of the right connecting part 42R, respectively. In this specification, the rotating shaft 46L and the rotating shaft 46R are collectively referred to as the rotating shaft 46.
[0014] When the raising frame 40 is attached to the transmission cylinder 15, the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41 are attached in a posture extending downward and forward from the transmission cylinder 15. In addition, the left front surface of the left connecting part 42L and the right front surface of the right connecting part 42R are formed symmetrically, and a pair of upper and lower openings for inserting bolts or the like are formed at a position offset to the left from the center in the left-right direction on the left front surface of the left connecting part 42L, and a pair of upper and lower openings for inserting bolts or the like are formed at a position offset to the right from the center in the left-right direction on the right front surface of the right connecting part 42R. This allows the upper parts of the raising device 17B and the raising device 17C to be easily attached and detached from the left front surface of the left connecting part 42L and the right front surface of the right connecting part 42R, respectively. The outer diameter of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 is larger than the outer diameter of the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41. This allows the diameter of the rotating shaft (not shown) extending in the left and right direction along the left and right transmission cylinders 42 to be increased, and the output rotation of the drive source (engine) can be efficiently transmitted to the raising devices 17B and 17C. The upper parts of the raising devices 70B and 70C described below are fixed to the raising frame 40 provided on the left side of the middle part of the transmission cylinder 15, and the upper parts of the raising devices 70D and 70E are fixed to the raising frame 40 provided on the right side of the middle part of the transmission cylinder 15.
[0015] 6, a stay 43 is provided at the middle part of the frame 23, extending upward from the middle part, and left and right frames 44 made of round pipes and extending in the left and right direction are provided on the upper part of the stay 43. In addition, restricting members 44L, 44R made of washers or the like are provided on both sides of the left and right frames 44. This makes it possible to prevent a left clamping part 48L and a right clamping part 48R, which will be described later, from coming off the left and right frames 44 in the left and right direction. The left parts of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and the left and right frames 44 are connected by the left upper and lower frames 45L, and the right parts of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and the left and right frames 44 are connected by the right upper and lower frames 45R. This increases the rigidity of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and the left and right frames 44, and suppresses deformation of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and the left and right frames 44 even when the lifting devices 17B and 17C are removed. In addition, when viewed from behind, the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41, the left and right transmission cylinders 42, the stays 43, the left and right frames 44, the left upper and lower frames 45L, and the right upper and lower frames 45R are disposed inside the outer peripheries of the lifting devices 17B and 17C.
[0016] 6, a rotating shaft 51L supporting a driving sprocket 50L (described later) provided on the upper part of the lifting device 17B is connected to a rotating shaft 46L of the left and right transmission cylinders 42. As a result, the output rotation of the drive source (engine) transmitted to the rotating shaft mounted in the transmission cylinder 15 is transmitted to the driving sprocket 50L of the lifting device 17B via the rotating shafts 46L mounted in the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41 and the left and right transmission cylinders 42, etc., to rotate the lifting chain 56. The rotating shaft 51R supporting the driving sprocket 50R provided on the upper part of the lifting device 17C is connected to the rotating shaft 46R of the left and right transmission cylinders 42. As a result, the output rotation of the drive source (engine) transmitted to the rotating shaft installed inside the transmission cylinder 15 is transmitted to the driving sprocket 50R of the lifting device 17C via the rotating shaft 46R installed inside the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41 and the left and right transmission cylinders 42, etc., to rotate the lifting chain 56. 12 and 13, the front end of the rotating shaft 46L extends forward of the front surface of the left connecting part 42L, and the rear end of the rotating shaft 51L supporting the drive sprocket 50L provided on the upper part of the lifting device 17B is located forward of the rear surface of the lifting device 17B. This makes it easy to connect the front end of the rotating shaft 46L of the left connecting part 42L to the rear end of the rotating shaft 51L of the lifting device 17B.
[0017] The front end of the rotating shaft 46R extends forward of the front surface of the right connecting part 42R, and the rear end of the rotating shaft 51R supporting the driving sprocket 50R provided on the upper part of the raising device 17C is located forward of the rear surface of the raising device 17C. This allows the front end of the rotating shaft 46R of the right connecting part 42R to be easily connected to the rear end of the rotating shaft 51R of the raising device 17C. In this specification, the driving sprockets 50L and 50L are collectively referred to as the driving sprocket 50, and the rotating shafts 51L and 51R are collectively referred to as the rotating shafts 51. As shown in FIGS. 14 to 16, a polygonal convex portion 54A is formed at the front of the rotating shaft 46L, and a chamfered portion 54B is formed at the front end of the outer periphery of the convex portion 54A. A polygonal recess 55A is formed at the rear of the rotating shaft 51L, and a chamfered portion 55B is formed at the rear end of the inner periphery of the recess 55A. This allows the convex portion 54A of the rotating shaft 46L to be easily inserted into the recess 55A of the rotating shaft 51L for connection. Also, a polygonal convex portion 54A is formed at the front of the rotating shaft 46R, and a chamfered portion 54B is formed at the front end of the outer periphery of the convex portion 54A. A polygonal recess 55A is formed at the rear of the rotating shaft 51R, and a chamfered portion 55B is formed at the rear end of the inner periphery of the recess. This allows the convex portion 54A of the rotating shaft 46R to be easily inserted into the recess 55A of the rotating shaft 51R for connection.
[0018] The convex portions 54A of the rotating shafts 46L and 46R may be formed into a pentagonal, hexagonal, or spline shape instead of a square shape, and the concave portions 55A of the rotating shafts 51L and 51R may be formed into a pentagonal, hexagonal, or spline shape instead of a square shape. The rotating shafts 46L and 46R are fixed to the left connecting portion 42L and the right connecting portion 42R via bearings, respectively, and the rotating shafts 51L and 51R are fixed to the raising devices 17B and 17C via bearings, respectively. 17 and 18, a portion of the upper portion of the lifting device 17B adjacent to a portion facing the rotating shaft 46L is fixed to the left portion of the left-right transmission cylinder 42 via a left engaging part 47L such as a snap lock, and a lower portion of the lifting device 17B is fixed to the left portion of the left-right frame 44 via a left clamping part 48L such as a snap lock. This makes it possible to firmly maintain the connection between the rotating shaft 46L and the rotating shaft 51L. The portion of the upper part of the lifting device 17C adjacent to the portion facing the rotating shaft 46R is fixed to the right part of the left and right transmission cylinder 42 via a right engaging part 47R such as a snap lock, and the lower part of the lifting device 17C is fixed to the right part of the left and right frames 44 via a right clamping part 48R such as a snap lock. The lower parts of the lifting device 70B and the lifting device 70C described later are fixed to both sides of the left and right frames 44 provided on the left side of the middle part of the frame 23, and the lower parts of the lifting device 70D and the lifting device 70E are fixed to both sides of the left and right frames 44 provided on the right side of the middle part of the frame 23. This makes it possible to firmly maintain the connection between the rotating shaft 46R and the rotating shaft 51R.
[0019] Nozzle support members 49 are provided on both left and right sides of the left and right transmission cylinders 42, supporting oil nozzles for injecting oil into the raising chains 56 of the raising devices 17B and 17C. The raising chains 56 are also provided with raising lugs 35 spaced at predetermined intervals, and the raising lugs 35 stand up when the raising devices 17B, etc. are moving from the bottom to the top, and lie down when the raising devices 17B, etc. are moving from the top to the bottom. As shown in Figures 19 to 21, the nozzle support member 49 is formed from a fixing portion 49A fixed to the left and right transmission cylinders 42, an upper pipe portion 49B extending downward and forward from the lower portion of the fixing portion 49A, a plate-shaped mounting portion 49C provided at the lower left portion of the upper pipe portion 49B, a mounting portion 49D formed by bending a plate provided at the lower right portion of the upper pipe portion 49B, a lower pipe portion 49E extending downward from the mounting portion 49D and then curving to one side, and a plate-shaped mounting portion 49F provided at the lower portion of the lower pipe portion 49E. An oil nozzle (not shown) is attached to mounting part 49C, a culm sensor 58A that measures the presence or absence of culms raised by raising device 17B etc. is attached to mounting part 49D, and a tip guide 58B that guides upward the tips of the culms raised by raising device 17B etc. is attached to mounting part 49F. The culm sensor 58A is formed of a support part and a sensor main body rotatably supported on the support part.
[0020] When there is a raised culm, the long axis of the sensor body is parallel to the upper part of the tip guide 58B, and when there is no raised culm, the long axis of the sensor body is perpendicular to the tip guide 58B. This prevents the tip of the culm from getting tangled in the sensor body, and allows the culm to be raised easily. As shown in Fig. 22, the lower part of the hanging frame 24 extending downward and forward from the engagement member 52 provided at the front of the upper and lower transmission tubes 41 is rotatably supported by the pin 53 extending in the left-right direction provided at the rear of the divided grass body 16C. This allows the upper part of the hanging frame 24 to be disengaged from the engagement member 52 and the upper part of the hanging frame 24 to be pulled forward around the axis of the pin 53, as shown in Fig. 23, to easily attach and detach the lifting device 17B and the lifting device 17C. As shown in FIG. 22, the upper part of the rear surface of the lifting device 17B, i.e., the portion below the drive sprocket 50L, is fixed to the left part of the left / right transmission cylinder 42 via the left engaging part 47L, and the lower part of the rear surface of the lifting device 17B is fixed to the left part of the left / right frame 44 via the left clamping part 48L.
[0021] When removing the lifting device 17B from the left and right transmission tubes 42, first, as shown in Fig. 24, the rotation shaft 51L of the lifting device 17B is disconnected from the rotation shaft 46L of the left and right transmission tubes 42, the upper part of the rear surface of the lifting device 17B is disengaged from the left engagement part 47L, and the upper part of the lifting device 17B is pulled forward around the axis of the left and right frames 44. Next, as shown in Fig. 25, the lower part of the lifting device 17B is disengaged from the left clamp part 48L, and the lower part of the lifting device 17B is removed from the left part of the left and right frames 44. This makes it possible to easily remove the straw entangled in the conveying device 19 arranged behind the lifting device 17B by removing the lifting device 17B from the left and right transmission tubes 42. The left upper and lower frame 45L is provided parallel to the rear surface of the lifting device 17B. This makes it possible to further increase the rigidity of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and the left and right frames 44. Similarly, the upper part of the rear surface of the lifting device 17C, i.e., the portion below the drive sprocket 50R, is fixed to the right part of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 via the right engaging part 47R, and the lower part of the rear surface of the lifting device 17C is fixed to the right part of the left and right frames 44 via the left clamping part 48L.
[0022] When removing the lifting device 17C from the left and right transmission tubes 42, etc., similarly to the lifting device 17B, the connection between the rotation shaft 51R of the lifting device 17C and the rotation shaft 46R of the left and right transmission tubes 42 is released, the engagement between the upper part of the rear surface of the lifting device 17C and the right engagement part 47R is released, and the upper part of the lifting device 17C is pulled forward around the axis of the left and right frames 44. Next, the engagement between the lower part of the lifting device 17C and the right clamping part 48R is released, and the lower part of the lifting device 17C is removed from the right part of the left and right frames 44. This makes it possible to easily remove the straw entangled in the conveying device 19 arranged behind the lifting device 17C by removing the lifting device 17C from the left and right transmission tubes 42, etc. The upper right and lower right frames 45R are provided parallel to the rear surface of the lifting device 17C. This allows the rigidity of the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and the right portions of the left and right frames 44 to be further increased. 26, a snap pin 57 that restricts movement of the pulling chain 56 from top to bottom is preferably inserted between the drive sprocket 50L and tension sprocket 81 of the pulling chain 56 of the pulling device 17B removed from the left connecting part 42L of the left and right transmission cylinders 42. The snap pin 57 is formed of a circular gripping part used when inserting, and a bifurcated snap part that clamps the pulling chain 56.
[0023] When viewed from the axis of the rotating shaft 51L, when the pulling chain 56 rotates clockwise, the pin portion of the snap pin 57 comes into contact with the tooth tip of the drive sprocket 50L, restricting the clockwise rotation of the pulling chain 56, and when the pulling chain 56 rotates counterclockwise, the pin portion of the snap pin 57 comes into contact with the tooth tip of the tension sprocket 81, restricting the counterclockwise rotation of the pulling chain 56. This prevents the pulling chain 56 of the pulling device 17B removed from the left and right transmission cylinders 42 from rotating and restricts the vertical movement of the pulling lug 35, allowing the pulling device 17B to be easily reattached to the left connecting part 42L without having to align the pulling lug 35 in the vertical direction. Similarly, it is preferable to insert a snap pin 57 from above to below between the drive sprocket 50R and the tension sprocket 81 of the raising chain 56 of the raising device 17C removed from the right connecting portion 42R of the left and right transmission cylinders 42. As shown in Figs. 27 and 28, the left engaging part 47L is formed of an engaging part 60 provided on the left part of the left-right transmission tube 42 and an engaged part 61 provided on the rear surface of the lifting device 17B. The engaging part 60 is formed of a mounting plate 60A, a pin 60B provided on the mounting plate 60A and extending in the vertical direction, a lever 60C rotatably attached to the pin 60B, and a hook 60D provided on the lever 60C. The engaged part 61 extends rearward from the rear surface of the lifting device 17B, and a right part of the engaged part 61 is formed with a projection and recess for engaging with the hook 60D. This allows the upper part of the lifting device 17B to be easily attached and detached from the left part of the left-right transmission tube 42.
[0024] Similarly, the right engaging part 47R is formed of an engaging part 60 provided on the right part of the left-right transmission tube 42 and an engaged part 61 provided on the rear surface of the lifting device 17C. The engaging part 60 is formed of a mounting plate 60A, a pin 60B extending in the vertical direction provided on the mounting plate 60A, a lever 60C rotatably attached to the pin 60B, and a hook 60D provided on the lever 60C. The engaged part 61 extends rearward from the rear surface of the lifting device 17C, and the left part of the engaged part 61 is formed with a projection and recess that engages with the hook 60D. This allows the upper part of the lifting device 17C to be easily attached and detached from the right part of the left-right transmission tube 42. 29 and 30, the left clamping part 48L is formed of an upper clamping part 65 provided at the bottom of the rear surface of the raising device 17B, and a lower clamping part 66 provided below the upper clamping part 65. It is formed of an extending pin 65B, a substantially arc-shaped upper clamping body part 65C supported by the pin 65B, a pin 65D extending in the left-right direction provided at the top of the mounting plate 65A, a lever 65E rotatably attached to the pin 65D, and a hook 65F provided on the lever 65E. It is preferable that an elastic member such as rubber is laminated on the inner peripheral surface of the upper clamping body part 65C.
[0025] The lower clamping part 66 is formed of a substantially arc-shaped lower clamping body part 66A rotatably supported by the pin 65B, and an engaged part 66B provided at the rear end part of the lower clamping body part 66A, the rear part of which is curved downward and rearward. This allows the lower part of the lifting device 17B to be easily attached to and detached from the left part of the left-right frame 44. It is preferable to laminate an elastic material such as rubber on the inner peripheral surface of the lower clamping body part 66A, and the lower clamping body part 66A can also be made of a high-hardness elastic material. Similarly, the right clamping part 48R is formed of an upper clamping part 65 provided on the lower part of the rear surface of the raising device 17C and a lower clamping part 66 provided below the upper clamping part 65. The upper clamping part 65 is formed of a mounting plate 65A, a pin 65B extending in the left-right direction provided on the lower part of the mounting plate 65A, a generally arcuate upper clamping body part 65C supported by the pin 65B, a pin 65D extending in the left-right direction provided on the upper part of the mounting plate 65A, a lever 65E rotatably attached to the pin 65D, and a hook 65F provided on the lever 65E. It is preferable that an elastic member such as rubber is laminated on the inner peripheral surface of the upper clamping body part 65C.
[0026] The lower clamping part 66 is formed of a substantially arc-shaped lower clamping body part 66A rotatably supported by the pin 65B, and an engaged part 66B provided at the rear end part of the lower clamping body part 66A, the rear part of which is curved downward and rearward. This allows the lower part of the lifting device 17C to be easily attached to and detached from the left part of the left-right frame 44. It is preferable to laminate an elastic material such as rubber on the inner peripheral surface of the lower clamping body part 66A, and the lower clamping body part 66A can also be made of a high-hardness elastic material. The lower connecting member 102 on the lower side is composed of an engaged part (rotating hook / engaging pin) 66B provided on the mounting plate 65A, and a fastener (snap lock or clamp) 65G that hooks onto the engaged part 66B to switch to the connected state (Figure 29). In this combine harvester, a harvesting device 3 is provided at the front of a body frame 1 on which a drive source (engine) is mounted, a thresher 4 is provided at the rear left side of the harvesting device 3, and a steering unit 5 is provided at the rear right side of the harvesting device 3. On the harvesting frame 10 of the harvesting device 3, a grass dividing body 16 that divides the culms, lifting devices 17, 70 that lift up the divided culms, a cutting blade device 18 that cuts the base of the lifted culms, and a transport device 19 that clamps the cut culms and transports them to the thresher 4 are provided.
[0027] A first transmission tube 15 is provided extending in the left-right direction to which a driving source arranged on the upper part of the reaping frame 10 is transmitted, and at least one lifting device 17, 70 is provided in the left-right middle part of the first transmission tube 15. The upper side of the lifting device 17, 70 is connected to an upper and lower transmission tube 41 extending downward from the first transmission tube 15 and a left and right transmission tube 42 extending in the left-right direction from the lower part of the upper and lower transmission tube 41. The upper side of the lifting device 17, 70 is connected to the upper and lower transmission tubes 41 extending downward from the first transmission tube 15 and the left and right transmission tubes 42 extending in the left-right direction from the lower part of the upper and lower transmission tubes 41. An upper connecting member 101 is connected to the left and right transmission cylinders 42 via a connecting bolt 103 (Figure 13). The lower side of the lifting device 17, 70 is rotatably connected to the mowing frame 10 on the lower side of the mowing device 3, and the lower connecting member 102 on the lower side of the lifting device 17 is arranged such that when the lifting device 17 is in the attached state (= working state), the operating range of the lower connecting member 102 is restricted by the rake-in device 19B which constitutes part of the conveying device 19 facing the rear side in the traveling direction of the machine body, and the connection state of the lower connecting member 102 cannot be released unless the connection of the upper connecting member 101 of the lifting device 17 is released and the lifting device 17 is rotated.
[0028] When disconnecting the lifting device 17, the upper connecting member 101 must be disconnected first and the lower connecting member 102 must be rotated forward before it can be removed. This configuration prevents the lifting device 17 from falling straight down when the upper connecting member 101 is later removed, and prevents damage to the lifting device 17 and lifting lugs 35, etc., and contact with the worker's feet.
[0029] The upper side of the lifting device 17 is configured to be detachably connected by engaging a front convex portion 54A of the first rotating shaft 46 built into the left and right transmission tubes 42 with a concave portion 55A provided at the rear of the second rotating shaft 51 supporting the drive sprocket 50 around which the lifting chain 56 of the lifting device 17, 70 is wound. The lower connecting member 102 on the lower side is configured with an engaged portion (rotating hook / engaging pin) 66B on the mounting plate 65A and a fastener (snap lock or clamper) 65G that hooks onto the engaged portion 66B to switch to the connected state (FIG. 29). The left and right frames (mounting pivot shafts) 4 are provided on the cutting frame 10. The outer periphery of frame 4 is covered with mounting plate 65A and engaged portion (rotating hook) 66B, and engaged portion (rotating hook) 66B is held in an upward rotated state by fastener 65G, thereby achieving a connected state. Mounting plate 65A and engaged portion (rotating hook) 66B form an elliptical (= different diameter shape that is not a perfect circle) hole portion to surround left and right frames (mounting rotation shaft) 44 (Figure 29). When lifting device 17 is in the attached state, sweeping device 19B faces below fastener 65G, and is arranged so that it cannot move in the direction of releasing the hold of engaged portion (rotating hook) 66B.
[0030] Therefore, since the left and right frames (mounting pivot shafts) 44 are surrounded by elliptical (different diameter) hole portions, there is no need to fine-tune the alignment with the left and right frames (mounting pivot shafts) 44 during installation, improving the efficiency of the installation work. Since the mounting plate 65A and the engaged portion (rotating hook) 66B do not fasten the left and right frames (mounting rotation shaft) 44, the lifting device 17 can be rotated with a relatively light force, reducing the labor required for installation and removal. The lower connecting member 102 on the lower side is configured so that it can be released when the lifting device 17 is rotated to a predetermined forward position (for example, a position where the lifting device becomes vertical). Therefore, by releasing the connection of the upper connecting member 101 of the lifting device 17 and enabling the release operation at a position where the lower connecting member 102 is a predetermined distance away from the suction device 19B, the lifting device 17 can be prevented from rotating backward when the connection is released, and can be prevented from colliding with the upper and lower transmission cylinders 41 and the left and right transmission cylinders 42 and being damaged.
[0031] A lifting cover 25 is removably arranged on the front of the lifting frame 40 of the lifting device 17, and a rotating shaft (input shaft) 51 of a drive sprocket (lifting drive rotor) 50 that rotates a lifting chain (endless belt) 56, a tensioning mechanism for the lifting chain 56, and an upper connecting member 101 (connecting bolt) are arranged on the back of the lifting frame 40, and the front of the lifting frame 40 is configured so that when the lifting cover 25 is removed, the phase (of the input shaft) of the drive sprocket (lifting drive rotor) 50, the adjustment position of the tensioning mechanism, and the mounting holes 104 of the bolts 103 that constitute the upper connecting member 101 can be seen. When the raising cover 25 is removed, the phase of the drive sprocket (raising drive rotor) 50, the adjustment position of the tension mechanism, and the mounting hole 104 of the upper connecting member 101 can be seen, making it easier to adjust the phase of the drive sprocket (raising drive rotor) 50 when connected and to grasp the mounting position of the upper connecting member 101, improving the efficiency of the installation work.
[0032] An upper outer cover 121 that surrounds the upper part of the outer side of a storage tank (grain tank) 7 that stores harvested grains, excluding the side part of a discharge spiral 120 provided inside the storage tank 7, is divided into an upper cover 122 and a lower cover 123. A pivot axis 124 whose longitudinal (axial) direction is the front-to-rear direction of the machine body travel direction of the lower cover 123 is positioned on the upper side of the lower cover 123 and below the center of the storage tank 7 in the vertical direction. A reinforcing member 126 that is S-shaped in a plan view is provided on the inside of the lower cover 123. A vibration-proof member (insulator) 127 that contacts the outer cover 121 of the storage tank 7 is provided at the inner end of the reinforcing member 126. The storage tank 7 is provided with a sealing member (weather strip) 128 that comes into contact with the lower cover 123 when it is in the closed position (working position).
[0033] In other words, the storage tank 7 is formed into an approximately rectangular shape in a plan view by front and rear panels and left and right side panels for storing grains, and the inner side panels of the front and rear panels and the left and right sides are not exposed to the outside, but the outer side panel of the left and right side panels is exposed to the outside of the body and serves as an upper outer cover 121, both as a tank component supporting the weight of the grains in the storage tank 7 and as a decorative member on the outer surface of the storage tank 7, and the lower cover 123 of the upper outer cover 121 is configured to be rotatable upward and outward around a pivot axis 124 whose axis (horizontal axis) is in the front and rear direction of the body traveling direction, and the inside of the storage tank 7 is opened by rotating the lower cover 123 upward. Therefore, by making the lower cover 123 of the upper outer cover 121 of the storage tank 7 openable and closable, work such as cleaning the inside of the storage tank 7 and removing blockages can be easily performed.
[0034] In this case, the storage tank 7 is configured to be freely rotated open outward to a working position located on the machine frame 1 and a maintenance position that extends beyond the machine frame 1, centered on a vertical axis support shaft (not shown) provided at any location (not shown). However, by making the lower cover 123 openable and closable without opening the entire storage tank 7 outward, the inside of the storage tank 7 can be opened to perform maintenance work such as cleaning. By positioning the pivot axis 124 for opening and closing the lower cover 123 below the vertical center of the storage tank 7, the part that opens and closes can be made relatively small, making the lower cover 123 lighter and improving the operability of opening and closing it. When the lower cover 123 is operated to the closed position, the vibration isolating member 127 and the seal member 128 are in contact with both a part of the storage tank 7 and the lower cover 123, respectively.
[0035] Therefore, while the lower cover 123 is configured to be openable, it can also function as part of the storage configuration of the storage tank 7 by preventing leakage of grains, and facilitates the escape of air when the lower cover 123 is opened or closed, preventing the opening and closing of the storage tank 7 from being hindered by the internal pressure within the storage tank 7. Although not shown in the figures, when the lower cover 123 is placed in the closed position, the closed state is maintained by any fixing means, and the weight of the grains within the storage tank 7 is supported. This "grain leakage" occurs when a certain amount of grains accumulates in the storage tank 7 during harvesting work. When the lower cover 123 is closed, the inside of the storage tank 7 is sealed. As the amount of grain increases in this state, the air inside the storage tank 7 is expelled by the grains that fill it. At that time, the air tends to flow into the narrow areas, and since the inside of the storage tank 7 becomes highly airtight, the air drags up the grains that have accumulated at the front and toward the outside of the storage tank 7, and leaks out from the space 134 between the lower cover 123 and the storage tank 7. At that time, although the amount of grains is small, they are also taken out along with the air, and depending on the working time, this can become a significant amount.
[0036] Therefore, the space 134 is closed by a weather strip 132 constituting a part of the sealing member 128 and an insulator 133 constituting the vibration-proof member 127, thereby preventing the grains from leaking out from the storage tank 7. In this case, the weather strip 132 of the sealing member 128 and the insulator 133 of the vibration-proof member 127 adhere closely to the other wall surfaces of the storage tank 7 other than the lower cover 123 when the lower cover 123 is closed, preventing the leakage of grains, but does not completely block the flow of air. This allows only the air inside the storage tank 7 to be appropriately discharged, making it easier to close the lower cover 123. For ease of understanding, the weather strip 132 and the insulator 133 are referred to as the sealing member 128 and the vibration-proof member 127, but the weather strip 132 may have a vibration-proof effect, and the insulator 133 may have a sealing effect.
[0037] The front outer plate 126B of the storage tank 7 is stacked front to back on the front of the front inner plate 126A of the storage tank 7, and a weather strip 132 is attached to the outer end of the front inner plate 126A. The weather strip 132 is tightly attached to the inner surface of the lower cover 123 of the upper outer cover 121. The outer end of the front outer plate 126B of the storage tank 7 is positioned inside the outer end of the front inner plate 126A, a reinforcing member 126 having an S-shape in plan view is provided between the outer end of the front inner plate 126A and the inner surface of the lower cover, and an insulator 133 is provided between the inner end of the reinforcing member 126 and the outer end of the front outer plate 126B. The outer end of the reinforcing member 126 is attached in a fixed state to the lower cover 123 side. Therefore, when the lower cover 123 is rotated upward and closed, the inner surface of the lower cover 123 comes into close contact with the weather strip 132, and the insulator 133 on the lower cover 123 side comes into close contact with the outer end of the front outer panel 126B, so that the weather strip 132 and the insulator 133 prevent grain leakage.
[0038] Of the outer surface 129 of the storage tank (grain tank) 7 which stores harvested grains, an upper outer cover 121 which surrounds the upper part of the storage tank 7 excluding the side parts of the discharge spiral 120 provided inside the storage tank 7 is formed by dividing it into an upper cover 122 and a lower cover 123 into an upper and lower part, and a rotation fulcrum axis 124 (with the longitudinal (axial) direction being the front-to-rear direction in the running direction of the machine body) of the lower cover 123 is configured to be positioned on the upper side of the lower cover 123 and above the machine body relative to the vertical center of the storage tank 7, an (S-shaped) reinforcing member 126 is provided on the inside of the lower cover 123, and a vibration-proof member (insulator) 127 which comes into contact with the storage tank 7 (outer wall) is disposed at the inner end of the reinforcing member 126, and the storage tank 7 is provided with a sealing member 128 (weather strip) which comes into contact when the lower cover 123 is in the closed position (working position). That is, the discharge spiral 120 is surrounded by a bottom gutter 120A at the bottom of the storage tank 7, and the outer side of the bottom gutter 120A is surrounded by a lower cover 137, and this lower cover 137 and the upper outer cover 121 form the outer surface 129 of the storage tank (grain tank) 7.
[0039] Of the upper outer cover 121 which is part of the storage structure of the storage tank 7, the lower cover 123 can be opened and closed, so that tasks such as cleaning the storage tank 7 and unclogging it can be easily performed. A rotation fulcrum shaft 124 for the lower cover 123 of the upper outer cover 121 is provided below the vertical center of the storage tank 7.
[0040] Therefore, the lower cover 123 that opens and closes is relatively small compared to the entire upper outer cover 121, making it possible to reduce weight and improving operability. A rotation fulcrum shaft 124 for the lower cover 123 of the upper outer cover 121 is provided above the vertical center of the storage tank 7. Therefore, the lower cover 123 that opens and closes is relatively large compared to the entire upper outer cover 121, so that when the lower cover 123 is opened, the opening area that opens to the inside of the storage tank 7 is increased, improving workability. The rotation fulcrum shaft 124 of the lower cover 123 is formed of a round pipe. Therefore, by forming the rotation fulcrum shaft 124 from a round pipe, it is possible to reduce the weight even if the diameter is made as large as possible (FIG. 61). That is, since the rotation fulcrum shaft 124 is long in the front-rear direction, by forming it from a round pipe, it is possible to improve the support rigidity and reduce the weight. It should be noted that only a portion of the pivot shaft 124 is shown in FIG.
[0041] An upper cover 122 of an upper outer cover 121 of the storage tank 7 is provided with a bulging line portion 131 that bulges outward for design reasons, and a rotation fulcrum shaft 124 is provided below the bulging line portion 131. Therefore, there is no need to partially expand the left and right width of the storage tank 7 in order to provide the rotation fulcrum shaft 124, and the appearance is neat. In order to remove air when the lower cover 123 of the upper outer cover 121 of the storage tank 7 is opened or closed, the upper cover 122 is structurally configured to prevent leakage of rice grains. By configuring the upper outer cover 121 as part of the storage structure of the storage tank 7 and configuring part of it to be open and rotatable, the force required to close the upper outer cover 121 is reduced by ensuring an air passage passage (space) 134 inside the storage tank 7 and allowing air to easily escape from the passage passage (space) 134 due to internal pressure. If the passage passage (space) 134 is left open, there is a possibility that the stored grains will leak out of the machine due to internal pressure. However, by providing a weather strip 132 and an insulator 133 and closing the upper outer cover 121, air can leak through a small gap until the weather strip 132 is completely crushed, so that the increase in internal pressure can be suppressed and the upper outer cover 121 can be easily closed.
[0042] Furthermore, since an insulator 133 is provided on the air outlet side of the passageway (space) 134 between the upper outer cover 121 and the storage tank 7, even if some grains pass through the weather strip 132 due to the internal pressure of the storage tank 7, the grains remain between the weather strip 132 and the insulator 133 and can be collected. Therefore, the lower cover 123 of the storage tank 7 can be opened and closed smoothly. The seal member 128 has a double structure (two-stage structure) of a weather strip 132 and an insulator 133 . This improves the reliability of preventing rice grain leakage. The weather strip 132 and the insulator 133 of the sealing member 128 are provided in a space 136 between a reinforcing plate 136 between the front outer plate 126B of the storage tank 7 and the lower cover 123 of the storage tank 7, and a front inner plate 126A of the storage tank 7.
[0043] In other words, the weatherstrip 132 is attached to the outer end of the front inner plate 126A, a reinforcing plate 136 is provided at a predetermined distance in front of the front inner plate 126A, and a space 134 is formed between the front surface of the front inner plate 126A and the reinforcing plate 136, and this space 134 is closed by the weatherstrip 132 and the insulator 133. Therefore, the weather strip 132 of the seal member 128 comes into contact at two points, improving the sealing performance. The weatherstrip 132 comes into contact with the inner surface of the lower cover 123, and when it first starts to come into contact, the hollow portion begins to collapse. While the amount of collapse is small, the internal pressure of the storage tank 7 allows air to escape through a small gap between the weatherstrip 132 and the lower cover 123, but as the amount of collapse increases, air leakage is blocked. The number of hinges 135 of the rotation mechanism of the lower cover 123 is changed between the main body side of the storage tank 7 and the lower cover 123 .
[0044] Therefore, while arranging the hinges 135 at equal intervals, it is possible to increase the number of points at which the rotation fulcrum shaft 124 is supported with a small number of hinges. Reference numeral 135A denotes a hinge attached to the upper cover 122 side, and 135B denotes a hinge attached to the lower cover 123 side. A viewing window 130 through which the inside of the storage tank 7 can be seen is provided on the lower rear side of the lower cover 123. Therefore, the grains accumulate from the rear side inside the storage tank 7, which serves as a guide when opening and closing the lower cover 123. The lower cover 123 is opened only during maintenance, or when grains cannot be removed from the grain tank 7 without opening the lower cover 123, or when the discharge auger breaks down.
[0045] The sight glass 130 is used during normal operation to check the current storage volume, but it is also used after work is completed or before work is started to check whether any grain is stored (remaining) in the grain tank 7. In other words, when moving from field to field to perform harvesting work, if the variety of crop (rice) harvested in the next field is different, various problems will occur if the grains are mixed with those from the previous field (e.g., mixed rice will result, lowering the brand value, differences in moisture content will cause insufficient or excessive drying, lowering the grade, etc.). Furthermore, if the grains are left in the grain tank 7 after the harvesting work is completed and the work vehicle is stored in a warehouse, the grains will rot and become contaminated. Furthermore, mice and insects may get into the vehicle and eat the grains, which can cause contamination with excrement and attached bacteria, or the wiring will be chewed and cause breakdowns. This can be prevented by opening the lower cover 123 for maintenance.
[0046] A handle 136 for opening and closing the lower cover 123 also serves as a stay 138 of a lower cover 137 located to the side of the discharge spiral 120 of the storage tank 7 below the lower edge of the lower cover 123 . In this case, the handle 136 for opening and closing the lower cover 123 serves as a stay when the lower cover 137 is attached. Therefore, by using the handle 136 and the stay 138 as one unit, the number of parts can be reduced. A stay 139 for fixing the lower cover 123 is provided at the rear. By providing a stay 139 for fixing the lower cover 123 at the rear, the gap with the control section 5 can be reduced and the capacity of the storage tank 7 can be increased.
[0047] A locking body 142 with which a hook 141 of a locking mechanism 140 for fixing the grain tank 7 engages is formed of a round bar with its axis extending in the vertical direction. Since the locking body of the locking mechanism of the conventional grain tank 7 was composed of a round bar with a horizontal axis, the locking mechanism of the grain tank 7 supported part of the weight of the grain tank. As a result, if the measuring mechanism for measuring the total weight of the grain tank 7 was formed using a load cell installed at the bottom of the grain tank, errors could occur in the measurement value. In the present invention, the locking body 142 is formed from a round bar with a vertical axis, so that the hook 141 on the grain tank 7 side can move up and down along the round bar with a vertical axis, thereby improving the accuracy of the numerical values measured by the load cell.
[0048] A vertical grain lifting device 145 is provided at the rear of the storage tank 7, to which the end of the discharge spiral 120 is connected to discharge the grains from the storage tank 7, and a grain lifting cover 146 is provided on the right side of the vertical grain lifting device 145, so that even when the grain lifting cover 146 is opened, it does not enter the rotation trajectory of the upper outer cover 121. This prevents the upper outer covers 121 from coming into contact with each other and damaging each other. The upper outer cover 121 can be opened and closed regardless of whether the lower cover 123 of the storage tank 7 is in a closed or open state. This improves the adaptability of maintenance.
