[0011] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0012] <Resin composition> The resin composition of the present embodiment contains a synthetic resin and a hindered amine-based light stabilizer.

Examples of the thermosetting resin include phenol resins, urea resins, melamine resins, epoxy resins, unsaturated polyester resins, alkyd resins, and synthetic rubber. The synthetic resin may be contained alone or in combination of two or more types. The synthetic resin may be a copolymer or a polymer alloy.

Among these, thermoplastic elastomers are preferred from the viewpoint of improving the processability of the resin composition and reducing the weight of the molded product obtained by molding the resin composition. In addition, among the thermoplastic elastomers, polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomers are particularly preferred. [0054] (Examples 1 to 1664) The synthetic resins, hindered amine-based light stabilizers, fillers, light dispersants, ultraviolet absorbers and nucleating agents shown in Tables 1 to 208 were blended in the amounts shown in Tables 1 to 208, 0.05 parts by mass of a phenol-based antioxidant (tetrakis[methylene-3-(3',5'-tert-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionate]methane), 0.1 parts by mass of a phosphorus-based antioxidant (tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite), and 0.05 parts by mass of a fatty acid metal salt (calcium stearate) were blended, and then mixed for 30 minutes using a rocking mixer (RM-150 manufactured by Aichi Electric Co., Ltd.). The resulting mixture was melt-kneaded using a twin-screw extruder (TEX-28V manufactured by Japan Steel Works, Ltd.) under processing conditions of a resin temperature of 230°C and a screw speed of 150 rpm, and then granulated to obtain a pellet-shaped resin composition. In Tables 1 to 208, the unit of blending amount is parts by mass.
[0055] (Examples 1665 to 3328) In addition, except that 0.025 parts by mass of carbon black was added as a colorant, synthetic resin, hindered amine-based light stabilizer, filler, light dispersant, UV absorber, nucleating agent, phenol-based antioxidant, phosphorus-based antioxidant and fatty acid metal salt were added in the same amounts as in Examples 1 to 1664, and then mixed, melt-kneaded and granulated under the same conditions as in Examples 1 to 1664 to obtain a pellet-shaped resin composition.
[0056] (Examples 3329 to 4992) In addition, synthetic resin, hindered amine-based light stabilizer, filler, light dispersant, UV absorber, nucleating agent, phenol-based antioxidant, phosphorus-based antioxidant and fatty acid metal salt were blended in the same amounts as in Examples 1 to 1664, except that 0.002 parts by mass of Pigment Blue 29 was blended as a colorant. Then, the mixture was mixed, melt-kneaded and granulated under the same conditions as in Examples 1 to 1664 to obtain a pellet-shaped resin composition.
[0057] <Characteristics evaluation> The resin compositions of Examples 1 to 1664 were dried at 80°C for 8 hours, and then injection molded using an injection molding machine (EC-100-2A manufactured by Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd.) under conditions of a resin temperature of 230°C and a mold temperature of 40°C to prepare plate-shaped test pieces with a thickness of 2 mm. The test pieces were introduced into a weather resistance tester (Ametek Co., Ltd. xenon weather meter, Atlas Ci4000), and weather resistance tests were performed under conditions specified in ISO4892-2. Here, the glossiness (gloss value) of each test piece before and during the weather resistance test was measured, and the time (h) from the start of the test until the glossiness of the test piece became 80% or less of the glossiness before the weather resistance test was measured as the "80% gloss retention time". Here, the glossiness of the test piece was measured using a gloss meter (VG-2000 manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Kogyo Co., Ltd.) at a measurement angle of 60°. Here, as a control sample, a weather resistance test was carried out under the same conditions as for each of the examples, except that the hindered amine light stabilizer was not blended, and the 80% gloss retention time was measured. As a result, it was revealed that the resin compositions of Examples 1 to 1664 had a longer 80% gloss retention time than the respective control samples, and had excellent weather resistance. Therefore, in Tables 1 to 208, the column for weather resistance is also marked with "○". The 80% gloss retention time was also measured under the same conditions as above for the resin compositions of Examples 1665 to 4992. As a result, it was revealed that the resin compositions of Examples 1665 to 4992 had a longer 80% gloss retention time than the respective control samples, and thus had excellent weather resistance.
