Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a liquid jet type fabric treating apparatus and a fabric. [Background technology]
[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a liquid jet type fabric treatment apparatus that treats fabric, which is a broad concept including woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, etc., with a treatment liquid and washes the treated fabric (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] The above-mentioned Patent Document 1 discloses a liquid flow type fabric treatment device including a treatment tank and a pressing body for pressing the fabric circulating in the treatment tank. The pressing body is composed of a rotating roller. The liquid flow type fabric treatment device is configured such that, during a fabric washing operation, the rotating roller as the pressing body presses the fabric to separate the treatment liquid from the fabric. The rotating roller as the pressing body is provided with a motor as a drive source. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] International Publication No. 2022 / 255197 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in the liquid flow type fabric processing device of Patent Document 1, the rotating roller serving as a pressing body needs to be provided with at least a rotating body, a rotation central axis, and a drive source in order to rotate the pressing body, and therefore there is a problem in that the configuration of the pressing body is relatively complex.
[0006] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and one object of the present invention is to provide a liquid flow type fabric treatment device and a fabric which enable the configuration of the pressing body to be simplified. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] A liquid flow type fabric treatment device according to a first aspect of the present invention is a liquid flow type fabric treatment device which treats a fabric with a treatment liquid and then cleans it with a cleaning liquid, and which comprises a treatment tank provided with a retention portion for retaining the treatment liquid, a transport portion connected to the treatment tank and which, together with the treatment tank, forms a circulation path through which the fabric can circulate, a turning portion which changes the movement direction of the fabric in the circulation path to a direction facing the transport portion, and a non-rotating first pressing body which presses the fabric while sliding it between the retention portion and the turning portion, and which is configured, during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with the cleaning liquid, to separate the treatment liquid contained in the fabric from the fabric by pressing the fabric while sliding it as it circulates and moves in the circulation path toward the turning portion.
[0008] In the liquid flow type cloth processing apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, a non-rotating first pressing body is provided that slides and presses the cloth between the retention portion and the turning portion, and the non-rotating first pressing body is configured to slide and press the cloth circulating and moving toward the turning portion in the circulation path during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with a cleaning liquid, thereby separating the processing liquid contained in the cloth from the cloth. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts by at least the number of the rotation center shaft and the driving source that do not contact the cloth, compared to a conventional configuration in which a rotating body, a rotation center shaft, and a driving source are provided in the pressing body. Therefore, the configuration of the first pressing body can be simplified. In addition, since it is not necessary to use a rotating roller as the pressing body as in the conventional configuration, it is possible to suppress failures such as falling off of parts constituting the pressing body that occur due to wear of the roller as it continues to rotate. As a result, it is possible to suppress damage to the cloth caused by the fallen parts.
[0009] In the liquid jet type fabric treatment device according to the first aspect, the first pressing body is preferably configured to allow the treatment liquid to pass through. With this configuration, the treatment liquid can pass through the first pressing body that presses the fabric, so that the treatment liquid can be effectively separated from the fabric via the first pressing body while the fabric is being pressed by the first pressing body.
[0010] In the liquid jet type fabric treatment device according to the first aspect, the first pressing body preferably moves so as to come into contact with and separate from the fabric. With this configuration, when it is not necessary to press the fabric with the first pressing body, such as when treating the fabric with a treatment liquid, the pressing state of the fabric with the first pressing body can be released.
[0011] In the liquid jet type fabric treatment device according to the first aspect, a second pressing body is preferably provided separately from the non-rotating first pressing body and presses the circulating fabric during the washing operation. With this configuration, the fabric can be pressed by the second pressing body in addition to the non-rotating first pressing body, so that the treatment liquid can be effectively separated from the fabric.
[0012] In this case, it is preferable that the pressing position of at least one of the first pressing body and the second pressing body can be switched during the washing operation. By switching the pressing position of at least one of the first pressing body and the second pressing body, the pressing position of the fabric can be changed in consideration of the damage susceptibility of the fabric, which varies depending on the type of fabric, washing time, and the like.
[0013] In the configuration including the second pressing body, the pressing force of at least one of the first pressing body and the second pressing body is preferably adjustable during the washing operation. By adjusting the pressing force of at least one of the first pressing body and the second pressing body, the pressing force on the fabric can be changed in consideration of the damage susceptibility of the fabric, which varies depending on the type of fabric, washing time, and the like.
[0014] The liquid jet type fabric treatment device according to the first aspect preferably includes a discharge section that separately discharges the treatment liquid separated from the fabric by pressing the fabric with the first pressing body so as not to mix with other liquids in the treatment tank. With this configuration, the discharge section can prevent the treatment liquid separated from the fabric from mixing with other liquids, such as the cleaning liquid, in the treatment tank.
[0015] In the liquid jet type cloth processing apparatus according to the first aspect, the non-rotating first pressing body preferably includes a rod-shaped member extending in the width direction of the cloth, a plate-shaped member arranged along the cloth, or an annular ring-shaped member into which the cloth is inserted. In this configuration, when the non-rotating first pressing body is a rod-shaped member, the number of components of the first pressing body can be reduced and the device configuration can be simplified compared to the conventional configuration in which the pressing body is a rotating roller, which requires at least a rotating body, a rotation center shaft, and a drive source as components of the pressing body. In the case where the non-rotating first pressing body is a plate-shaped member, in addition to the effect of simplifying the device configuration, the movement of the cloth can be easily guided by arranging the plate-shaped member as the first pressing body along the cloth. When the non-rotating first pressing body is a ring-shaped member, in addition to the effect of simplifying the device configuration as described above, the movement range of the fabric can be restricted by inserting the fabric through the inside of the ring-shaped member which is the first pressing body, making it possible to easily guide the movement of the fabric.
[0016] In the liquid jet type fabric processing device according to the first aspect, the processing tank preferably includes a main body member having a retention portion, a header having a turning portion and detachably attached to the main body member from the downstream side of the moving direction of the fabric, and an additional attachment member having a first pressing body and capable of being attached between the main body member and the header. With this configuration, when a user uses a liquid jet type fabric processing device that does not have a non-rotating first pressing body, the liquid jet type fabric processing device can be given the function of the first pressing body simply by adding the additional attachment member between the main body member and the header.
[0017] In the liquid jet type fabric processing device according to the first aspect, the processing tank preferably includes a main body member having a retention portion, and a replacement mounting member having a first pressing body and a turning portion, and the replacement mounting member is configured to be attached to the main body member from the downstream side of the moving direction of the fabric, instead of the header including the turning portion detachably attached to the main body member from the downstream side of the moving direction of the fabric. With this configuration, when a user uses a liquid jet type fabric processing device that does not have a first pressing body, the liquid jet type fabric processing device can have the function of the first pressing body simply by replacing the header with the replacement mounting member.
[0018] In the liquid jet type fabric processing apparatus according to the first aspect, the non-rotating first pressing body preferably has high slipperiness with respect to the fabric so that the circulating fabric slides against it. With this configuration, the non-rotating first pressing body having high slipperiness with respect to the fabric can reduce sliding resistance due to dynamic friction between the fabric and the first pressing body.
[0019] According to a second aspect of the present invention, a fabric is treated and washed with a treatment liquid by a liquid flow type fabric treatment device comprising: a treatment tank provided with a retention portion for retaining treatment liquid for the fabric; a transport portion connected to the treatment tank and forming, together with the treatment tank, a circulation path through which the fabric can be circulated; a turning portion for changing the direction of movement of the fabric in the circulation path to a direction facing the transport portion; and a non-rotating first pressing body for pressing and sliding the fabric between the retention portion and the turning portion, wherein the non-rotating first pressing body is configured to separate the treatment liquid contained in the fabric from the fabric by pressing and sliding the fabric as it circulates and moves toward the turning portion in the circulation path during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with cleaning liquid.
[0020] In the fabric according to the second aspect of the present invention, as described above, a non-rotating first pressing body is provided that slides and presses the fabric between the retention portion and the turning portion, and the non-rotating first pressing body is configured to slide and press the fabric that circulates toward the turning portion in the circulation path during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with a cleaning liquid, thereby separating the treatment liquid contained in the fabric from the fabric. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts by at least the number of the rotation center shaft and the driving source that do not contact the fabric, compared to a conventional configuration in which a rotating body, a rotation center shaft, and a driving source are provided in the pressing body. Therefore, it is possible to provide a fabric that can simplify the configuration of the first pressing body. In addition, since it is not necessary to use a rotating roller as the pressing body as in the conventional configuration, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of failures such as the detachment of parts constituting the pressing body that occur due to the roller continuing to rotate and wearing out. As a result, it is possible to suppress damage to the fabric caused by the detached parts. Effect of the Invention
[0021] According to the present invention, as described above, the configuration of the pressing body can be simplified. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0023] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0024] (First embodiment) The configuration of a liquid jet type fabric treating apparatus 100 according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 5.
[0025] The liquid jet type fabric processing device 100 shown in Fig. 1 is a device that processes fabric C with a processing liquid and then cleans it with a cleaning liquid. The liquid jet type fabric processing device 100 is a so-called dyeing machine, and is configured to dye fabric C with a dyeing liquid as a processing with a processing liquid. In detail, the liquid jet type fabric processing device 100 dyes fabric C with a dye by impregnating fabric C with the processing liquid and leaving it in a high temperature state for a certain period of time. Note that fabric C is a broad concept that includes woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, etc.
[0026] The liquid jet type fabric treating apparatus 100 is configured to wash the fabric C with fresh water, which is unused washing liquid. The washing liquid may be fresh water in which a predetermined detergent is dissolved. As a result of washing, the treatment liquid remaining on the fabric C without dyeing it is removed from the fabric C.
[0027] The liquid flow type fabric processing device 100 has an annular circulation path R therein for circulating the fabric C. The liquid flow type fabric processing device 100 is configured to sequentially dye and wash the fabric C while circulating the fabric C in the circulation path R. The circulation path R is formed by a processing tank 1 and a transfer pipe 3, which will be described later.
[0028] Here, in each figure, the up-down direction is indicated by the Z direction. In the Z direction, the upper side is indicated by the Z1 direction, and the lower side is indicated by the Z2 direction. In each figure, the longitudinal direction of the liquid flow type fabric processing device 100 perpendicular to the Z direction is indicated by the X direction. In the X direction, the moving direction of the fabric C in the processing tank 1 is indicated by the X1 direction, and the opposite direction is indicated by the X2 direction. Therefore, the X1 direction side is the downstream side of the moving direction of the fabric C in the processing tank 1, and the X2 direction side is the upstream side of the moving direction of the fabric C in the processing tank 1. In each figure, the depth direction of the liquid flow type fabric processing device 100 perpendicular to the Z direction and the X direction is indicated by the Y direction. In each figure, the direction along the inclined surface 122a in the processing tank 1, which will be described later, is indicated by the A direction.
[0029] As shown in Fig. 1, the liquid jet type fabric treatment device 100 includes a treatment tank 1, a turning unit 2, a transfer pipe 3, a cleaning liquid supply system 4, and a pressing mechanism 5 including a non-rotating first pressing body 6 and a second pressing body 7. The transfer pipe 3 is an example of the "transfer unit" in the claims.
[0030] The liquid jet type fabric treating device 100 of the first embodiment is configured to separate the treating liquid contained in the fabric C from the fabric C by sliding and pressing the fabric C circulating and moving toward the turning section 2 in the circulation path R during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with a cleaning liquid using a non-rotating first pressing body 6. Details will be described later.
[0031] (Configuration of treatment tank) As shown in FIG. 1, the treatment tank 1 includes a first end 10, a second end 11, and a main body portion 12.
[0032] The first end 10 is an end on the downstream side (X1 direction side) of the movement direction of the fabric C in the treatment tank 1. The second end 11 is an end on the upstream side (X2 direction side) of the movement direction of the fabric C in the treatment tank 1. The main body 12 is a portion between the first end 10 and the second end 11.
[0033] The main body 12 has a cylindrical first inclined portion 121 that is slightly inclined downward from the second end 11 toward the first end 10, and a cylindrical second inclined portion 122 that is greatly inclined upward from the first inclined portion 121 toward the first end 10. That is, as shown in Fig. 1, the main body 12 has a corner 1a that is convex downward between the first inclined portion 121 and the second inclined portion 122 in a side view (viewed from the Y direction). Therefore, an inclined surface 122a that is inclined upward from the corner 1a toward the first end 10 (X1 direction) is provided at the lower part of the second inclined portion 122 of the treatment tank 1.
[0034] The main body 12 is provided with a retention portion 13 for retaining the treatment liquid in the treatment tank 1. The retention portion 13 is generally a portion from the corner 1a to the second end 11 side (X2 direction side).
[0035] The treatment tank 1 is formed into a hollow structure by connecting a plurality of members arranged in the X direction. In detail, as shown in FIG. 1, the treatment tank 1 includes a main body member 14, a header 15 detachably attached to the main body member 14 from the downstream side (X1 direction side) of the moving direction of the fabric C, and an additional attachment member 16 that can be attached between the main body member 14 and the header 15. The header 15 is provided with a turning portion 2. Each of the main body member 14, the header 15, and the additional attachment member 16 has a flange portion F that protrudes outward, and is configured to be detachable from one another by the flange portion F. In short, the treatment tank 1 is formed by connecting the main body member 14, the header 15, and the additional attachment member 16 to one another by so-called flange connection. The flange portions F are fixed to one another by fixing members (not shown) such as bolts.
[0036] The main body member 14 is a member located at the most upstream side (X2 direction side) in the treatment tank 1 in the movement direction of the fabric C, and has the retention portion 13 and the second end portion 11. The header 15 is a member located at the most downstream side (X1 direction side) in the treatment tank 1 in the movement direction of the fabric C, and has the first end portion 10. The additional attachment member 16 is a member located between the retention portion 13 and the header 15 in the movement direction of the fabric C.
[0037] The header 15 is detachably attached to the main body member 14 from the downstream side in the moving direction of the fabric C. The additional attachment member 16 is configured so that it can be attached between the main body member 14 and the header 15 after the connection between the header 15 and the main body member 14 at the flange portion F is released. A pressing mechanism 5 including a first pressing body 6 and a second pressing body 7 is installed in this additional attachment member 16. The attachment of the additional attachment member 16 will be described in detail later.
[0038] As shown in Fig. 1, a discharge section 17 is provided at the bottom of the treatment tank 1. The discharge section 17 is an outlet for discharging the liquid in the treatment tank 1 to the outside of the treatment tank 1. The discharge section 17 is disposed between the corner 1a (retention portion 13) and the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7. Therefore, the discharge section 17 is disposed below the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 in the direction along the inclined surface 122a (direction A).
[0039] The discharge section 17 is configured to discharge the treatment liquid separated from the fabric C by pressing the fabric C with the first pressing body 6 separately from other liquids in the treatment tank 1 so that they do not mix. In detail, the discharge section 17 is disposed at a position closer to the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 than the retention portion 13. Therefore, the discharge section 17 is configured to discharge the treatment liquid out of the treatment tank 1 before the treatment liquid separated from the fabric C by the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 reaches the retention portion 13. In addition, a wall portion 17a is provided between the discharge section 17 and the retention portion 13 of the inclined surface 122a. The wall portion 17a divides the retention portion 13 from the area on the discharge section 17 side in the treatment tank 1, thereby preventing the treatment liquid separated from the fabric C from flowing into the retention portion 13 and the liquid (mainly the cleaning liquid) in the retention portion 13 from flowing into the discharge section 17.
[0040] An openable / closable door 18 is provided at the first end 10. The openable door 18 is used when introducing the fabric C into the treatment tank 1 and when removing the fabric C from the treatment tank 1. The openable door 18 is kept in a closed state during the dyeing operation or washing operation of the fabric C by the liquid flow type fabric treatment device 100.
[0041] The first end 10 is provided with a cylindrical connection part 19 extending downward from the lower part of the first end 10. One end of the transfer tube 3 (first standing part 31 described later) is connected from below to the lower end of the connection part 19 provided at the first end 10. Moreover, the other end of the transfer tube 3 (second standing part 32 described later) is connected from below to the lower part of the second end 11.
[0042] (Configuration of turning section) The turning unit 2 is configured to change the moving direction of the fabric C in the circulation path R to a direction facing the transfer pipe 3. In short, the turning unit 2 is configured to guide the fabric C moving in the treatment tank 1 to the transfer pipe 3. The turning unit 2 is disposed directly above the connection unit 19. Moreover, the turning unit 2 is disposed within the treatment tank 1 between the opening / closing door 18 and the first and second pressing bodies 6 and 7.
[0043] The turning unit 2 includes an electric motor 20 and a reel 21 that is rotationally driven by the electric motor 20. The reel 21 is configured to rotate about a central axis 2a extending in the width direction of the fabric C while in contact with the fabric C, thereby drawing in the fabric C from the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 side and sending out the drawn-in fabric C toward the transfer pipe 3 directly below. The reel 21 is configured of a plurality of rod-shaped bodies arranged at equal angular intervals.
[0044] (Transport pipe configuration) The transfer pipe 3 is connected to the main body 12 of the treatment tank 1, and together with the main body 12 forms a circulation path R through which the fabric C can circulate. The transfer pipe 3 is a U-shaped pipe having a main pipe portion 30, a first standing portion 31, and a second standing portion 32.
[0045] The main pipe section 30 extends horizontally (in the X direction) along the treatment tank 1 below the treatment tank 1. The first standing section 31 extends upward from one end (the end in the X1 direction) of the main pipe section 30 and is connected to the lower part of the connection section 19 (the first end section 10). The second standing section 32 extends upward from the other end (the end in the X2 direction) of the main pipe section 30 and is connected to the lower part of the second end section 11.
[0046] (Configuration of cleaning liquid supply system) The cleaning liquid supply system 4 includes a pump 40 and a pipe 41 for flowing new water. The cleaning liquid supply system 4 also includes a new liquid supply nozzle 42. The new liquid supply nozzle 42 is provided inside the connection part 19. The new liquid supply nozzle 42 is configured to supply unused cleaning liquid, which is new water, to a position downstream of the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 in the circulation path R of the fabric C in the moving direction of the fabric C. The new liquid supply nozzle 42 is configured to eject the unused cleaning liquid at high speed toward the first standing part 31 diagonally below the center in the connection part 19. The fabric C in the treatment tank 1 moves downward toward the transfer pipe 3 together with the unused cleaning liquid ejected at high speed. The new liquid supply nozzle 42 is configured to eject the unused cleaning liquid from approximately the entire circumference around the central axis extending in the vertical direction of the connection part 19.
[0047] (Configuration of the pressing mechanism) As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the pressing mechanism 5 includes a non-rotating first pressing body 6, a non-rotating second pressing body 7 provided separately from the first pressing body 6, and a switching mechanism 8 that switches the position of the first pressing body 6.
[0048] (Configuration of the first pressing body of the pressing mechanism) The first pressing body 6 is disposed below the fabric C moving within the treatment tank 1. The first pressing body 6 is configured to be movable by rotating within the treatment tank 1 using a switching mechanism 8. The first pressing body 6 is moved by the switching mechanism 8 so as to contact and move away from the fabric C. The first pressing body 6 is configured to press the fabric C while sliding it between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2. As described above, the first pressing body 6 is configured to be non-rotating and does not rotate even when it comes into contact with the fabric C.
[0049] The non-rotating first pressing body 6 has high slipperiness with respect to the fabric C so that the circulating and moving fabric C slides on it. The non-rotating first pressing body 6 is given high slipperiness by polishing the surface made of a metal material that contacts the fabric C by buffing or the like so that the moving fabric C does not get caught. In other words, the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is formed so that the sliding resistance due to dynamic friction acting between the non-rotating first pressing body 6 and the moving fabric C is reduced. The first pressing body 6 is formed of a stainless steel material (SUS). In the first embodiment, the first pressing body may be formed of a metal material other than the stainless steel material, a resin material, an elastomer material, or the like.
[0050] The first pressing body 6 is composed of a rod-shaped member extending along the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. The first pressing body 6 extends linearly in the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. As an example, the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is formed in a round bar shape. This round bar-shaped first pressing body 6 has a constant diameter at any position in the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. The round bar-shaped first pressing body may have a shape different from a constant diameter, such as having an enlarged diameter portion at both ends in the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric. The first pressing body may have a U-shape or a U-shape arranged on the lower side of the fabric and on both sides in the width direction (Y direction) when viewed from the moving direction of the fabric. The first pressing body may also be a rod-shaped member curved into an arc shape.
[0051] The non-rotating first pressing body 6 is configured to separate the treatment liquid contained in the fabric C from the fabric C by sliding and pressing the fabric C circulating and moving toward the turning section 2 in the circulation path R during a cleaning operation in which the fabric C is cleaned with a cleaning liquid. The treatment liquid separated from the fabric C during the cleaning operation flows along the inclined surface 122a toward the discharge section 17 on the lower side, and is discharged from the discharge section 17 of the treatment tank 1 to the outside.
[0052] The non-rotating first pressing body 6 is configured to allow the treatment liquid to pass through. As an example, the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is formed in a porous shape having a plurality of holes through which the treatment liquid separated from the fabric C by pressing can pass. As another example, the non-rotating first pressing body may be formed in an uneven shape that allows the treatment liquid to pass through. Furthermore, the non-rotating first pressing body may have a hollow portion that allows the treatment liquid to pass through.
[0053] (Configuration of the second pressing body of the pressing mechanism) The second pressing body 7 is disposed above the fabric C moving inside the treatment tank 1. The second pressing body 7 is fixed in position so as not to move within the treatment tank 1. The second pressing body 7 is configured to press the fabric C while sliding it between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2. As described above, the second pressing body 7 is configured to be non-rotating and will not rotate even when it comes into contact with the fabric C.
[0054] The non-rotating second pressing body 7 has high slipperiness with respect to the fabric C so that the circulating and moving fabric C slides on it. The non-rotating second pressing body 7 is given high slipperiness by polishing the surface made of a metal material that contacts the fabric C by buffing or other polishing processing so that the moving fabric C does not get caught. In other words, the non-rotating second pressing body 7 is formed so that the sliding resistance due to dynamic friction acting between the non-rotating second pressing body 7 and the moving fabric C is reduced. The second pressing body 7 is formed of a stainless steel material (SUS). In the first embodiment, the second pressing body may be formed of a metal material other than stainless steel, a resin material, an elastomer material, or the like.
[0055] The second pressing body 7 is composed of a rod-shaped member extending along the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. As an example, the non-rotating second pressing body 7 is formed in a round bar shape. This round bar-shaped second pressing body 7 has a constant diameter at any position in the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. The round bar-shaped second pressing body may have a shape different from a constant diameter, such as having an enlarged diameter portion at both ends in the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric. The second pressing body may have a U-shape or a U-shape disposed on the lower side of the fabric and on both sides in the width direction (Y direction) when viewed from the moving direction of the fabric. The second pressing body may also be a rod-shaped member curved into an arc shape.
[0056] The non-rotating second pressing body 7 is configured to separate the treatment liquid contained in the fabric C from the fabric C by sliding and pressing the fabric C which circulates in the circulation path R toward the turning section 2 during a cleaning operation in which the fabric C is cleaned with cleaning liquid.
[0057] The non-rotating second pressing body 7 is configured to allow the treatment liquid to pass through. As one example, the non-rotating second pressing body 7 is formed in a porous shape having a plurality of holes through which the treatment liquid separated from the fabric C by pressing can pass. As another example, the non-rotating second pressing body may be formed in an uneven shape that allows the treatment liquid to pass through. Furthermore, the non-rotating second pressing body may have a hollow portion that allows the treatment liquid to pass through.
[0058] (Configuration of switching mechanism for pressing mechanism) The switching mechanism 8 shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 is configured to be able to move the first pressing body 6 and switch the position of the first pressing body 6 between a separation position P1 where the first pressing body 6 is separated from the fabric C and a pressing position P2 where the first pressing body 6 presses the fabric C. The separation position P1 is the position of the first pressing body 6 disposed away from the fabric C. The pressing position P2 is the position of the first pressing body 6 pressing the fabric C. In other words, the pressing position P2 is the position of the first pressing body 6 in contact with the fabric C. The switching mechanism 8 is also configured to be able to switch the pressing position P2 of the first pressing body 6 during the washing operation. In other words, the switching mechanism 8 is configured to be able to change the distance between the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body by moving the first pressing body 6 while maintaining the state in which the first pressing body 6 presses the fabric C during the washing operation. The term "during the cleaning operation" is a broad concept including the timing before (just before) the start of the cleaning operation and after (just after) the end of the cleaning operation. The switching mechanism may be configured to be capable of switching the pressing position of the second pressing body, or may be configured to be capable of switching the pressing positions of both the first pressing body and the second pressing body.
[0059] When the first pressing body 6 is located at the pressing position P2, it is configured to sandwich the fabric C between itself and the second pressing body 7. When the first pressing body 6 is located at the separating position P1, the second pressing body 7 is also separated from the fabric C. The liquid flow type fabric processing device 100 places the first pressing body 6 at the separating position P1 by the switching mechanism 8 during treatment with a treatment liquid (dyeing liquid), and places the first pressing body 6 at the pressing position P2 by the switching mechanism 8 during cleaning with a cleaning liquid.
[0060] 2, the switching mechanism 8 has an air cylinder 80 that generates a driving force (rotational force) for moving the first pressing body 6, a link member 81, a rotation center member 82, and a support arm 83. The driving force of the air cylinder 80 is transmitted to the first pressing body 6 in the order of the link member 81, the rotation center member 82, and the support arm 83.
[0061] The pivoting center member 82 extends from the outside to the inside of the treatment tank 1 along the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. That is, the pivoting center member 82 penetrates the side wall of the treatment tank 1. The pivoting center member 82 is installed in a state where it can rotate about a central axis 82a extending in the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C, and does not move relative to the treatment tank 1. The pivoting center member 82 is disposed closer to the corner 1a side (X2 direction side) (see FIG. 1) than the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 in a side view (viewed from the Y direction).
[0062] The air cylinder 80 and the link member 81 are disposed outside the treatment tank 1. The support arm 83 is disposed inside the treatment tank 1.
[0063] The air cylinder 80 is configured so that the cylinder rod 80a can expand and contract in a direction perpendicular to the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. The air cylinder 80 is installed in the treatment tank 1 via a bracket (not shown). The body of the air cylinder 80 is installed by the bracket in a state in which it can rotate relative to the treatment tank 1, and as the cylinder rod 80a expands and contracts (as the link member 81 rotates around the central axis 82a), the orientation of the air cylinder 80 relative to the treatment tank 1 changes in side view.
[0064] One end of a link member 81 is rotatably connected to the tip of the cylinder rod 80a. The link member 81 extends linearly outside the treatment tank 1 in a direction perpendicular to the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. The outer end of a rotation center member 82 located outside the treatment tank 1 is fixed to the other end of the link member 81.
[0065] One end of a support arm 83 is fixed to the inner end of the pivot core member 82 located inside the treatment tank 1. The support arm 83 extends linearly inside the treatment tank 1 in a direction perpendicular to the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C. The other end of the support arm 83 supports a first pressing body 6. The first pressing body 6 is fixed to the support arm 83. The support arm 83 is provided at least at one end of the first pressing body 6 in the width direction (Y direction) of the fabric C so as not to interfere with the fabric C.
[0066] In this way, the link member 81, the rotation center member 82, the support arm 83, and the first pressing body 6 are configured to be fixed to each other and to operate integrally. In detail, the switching mechanism 8 extends the air cylinder 80 to press one end of the link member 81 while the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is located at the separated position P1, thereby converting the pressing force of the air cylinder 80 into a rotation force (torque) that rotates the first pressing body 6 via the link member 81, the rotation center member 82, and the support arm 83. As a result, the first pressing body 6 rotates (rotates in the direction of the black arrow shown in FIG. 2) around the central axis 82a of the rotation center member 82 so as to approach the second pressing body 7, and moves from the separated position P1 to the pressing position P2.
[0067] Conversely, with the first pressing body 6 located at the pressing position P2, the switching mechanism 8 contracts the air cylinder 80 to pull one end of the link member 81, thereby converting the tensile force of the air cylinder 80 into a rotational force (torque) that rotates the first pressing body 6 via the link member 81, the rotation center member 82, and the support arm 83. As a result, the first pressing body 6 rotates about the central axis 82a of the rotation center member 82 so as to move away from the second pressing body 7 (rotates in the direction of the white arrow shown in FIG. 2), and moves from the pressing position P2 to the separated position P1.
[0068] Alternatively, the position of the air cylinder relative to the link member may be changed to contract the air cylinder, thereby moving the first pressing body from the separated position to the pressing position. In this case, the air cylinder is extended to move the first pressing body from the pressing position to the separated position. The air cylinder 80 is driven by operating a switch provided on a control panel (not shown) of the liquid jet type fabric processing device 100, or by automatic control.
[0069] The switching mechanism 8 is configured to be able to adjust the pressing force of the first pressing body 6 against the fabric C during the cleaning operation by the air cylinder 80. This pressing force is adjusted according to the type of fabric C. Referring to FIG. 4, the air cylinder 80 is provided with an air supply circuit B that supplies air to the air cylinder 80 when the air cylinder 80 is extended. The air supply circuit B is connected to the air cylinder 80 and includes an air path B1 through which air flows, a plurality of pressure adjustment units B2 (regulators) arranged in parallel on the air path B1, and an electromagnetic valve B3 that switches the plurality of pressure adjustment units B2. The air supply circuit B is also provided with an electromagnetic valve B4 that switches between the extension and contraction of the air cylinder 80. The plurality of pressure adjustment units B2 are configured to change the pressing force of the first pressing body 6 against the fabric C, and one of them is switched by the electromagnetic valve B3 to supply air to the air cylinder 80. The pressure adjusting parts B2 are adjusted so that the pressing force of the first pressing body 6 is different from each other. As an example, two pressure adjusting parts B2 are provided. In this case, the pressing force of the first pressing body 6 is adjusted in two stages. It should be noted that three or more pressure adjusting parts may be provided. The switching of the pressure adjusting parts B2 by the solenoid valve B3 can be performed by operating a switch provided on the control panel (not shown) of the liquid flow type fabric processing device 100, or by the above-mentioned automatic control. If the air cylinder has only one pressure adjusting part, the user needs to adjust the pressure of the pressure adjusting part to change the pressing force of the first pressing body, which is a large workload for the user. On the other hand, since the liquid flow type fabric processing device 100 has multiple pressure adjusting parts B2, the pressure adjusting part B2 can be switched by control, compared to the case where the user adjusts the pressure of only one pressure adjusting part, so that the pressing force of the first pressing body 6 can be easily and quickly changed. Furthermore, the liquid jet type fabric processing apparatus 100 can be switched to the pressure adjusting section B2, the pressing force of which is preset by control, and therefore the magnitude of the pressing force can be changed with high precision.
[0070] The above-described liquid jet type fabric treatment apparatus 100 produces fabric C that has been treated with a treatment liquid (dyeing liquid) and washed. In detail, the liquid flow type fabric treatment device 100 includes a treatment tank 1 having a retention portion 13 (see FIG. 1) for retaining the treatment liquid for the fabric C, a transfer pipe 3 connected to the treatment tank 1 and forming a circulation path R through which the fabric C can circulate together with the treatment tank 1, a turning portion 2 for changing the direction of movement of the fabric C on the circulation path R to a direction facing the transfer pipe 3, and a non-rotating first pressing body 6 for pressing the fabric C while sliding it between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2, and during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with a cleaning liquid, the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is configured to press the fabric C while sliding it as it circulates and moves toward the turning portion 2 on the circulation path R, thereby separating the treatment liquid contained in the fabric C from the fabric C, thereby producing a treated and washed fabric C using the treatment liquid.
[0071] The attachment of the additional attachment member 16 will be described with reference to Figs. 1 and 5. Fig. 5 shows a device configuration without the additional attachment member 16, and Fig. 1 shows a device configuration with the additional attachment member 16. In the device configuration shown in Fig. 5, the header 15 and the main body member 14 are directly connected via the flange portion F. Then, the connection between the header 15 and the main body member 14 by the flange portion F is released, and the additional attachment member 16 provided with the first pressing body 6 is inserted between the header 15 and the main body member 14. As a result, it is possible to change the device configuration shown in Fig. 5 to the device configuration provided with the additional attachment member 16 provided with the first pressing body 6 shown in Fig. 1. Therefore, when a user uses a liquid jet type fabric processing device not provided with a pressing mechanism 5 (first pressing body 6), it is possible to give the liquid jet type fabric processing device 100 the function of the pressing mechanism 5 (first pressing body 6) by later attaching the additional attachment member 16 between the main body member 14 and the header 15. Of course, it is possible to remove the additional attachment member 16 from the liquid jet type fabric processing device 100 and return the device configuration to one in which the main body member 14 and the header 15 are directly connected to each other. When attaching and detaching the additional attachment member 16, it is necessary to adjust the length of the transfer pipe 3.
[0072] (Effects of the first embodiment) In the first embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
[0073] In the first embodiment, as described above, a non-rotating first pressing body 6 is provided that slides and presses the fabric C between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2, and the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is configured to separate the treatment liquid contained in the fabric C from the fabric C by sliding and pressing the fabric C circulating and moving toward the turning portion 2 in the circulation path R during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with a cleaning liquid. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts by at least the number of the rotation center shaft and the drive source that do not contact the fabric C, compared to a conventional configuration in which a rotating body, a rotation center shaft, and a drive source are provided in the pressing body. Therefore, the configuration of the first pressing body 6 can be simplified. In addition, since it is not necessary to use a rotating roller as the pressing body as in the conventional configuration, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of failures such as detachment of parts constituting the pressing body caused by the roller continuing to rotate and wearing out. As a result, it is possible to suppress damage to the fabric C caused by the detached parts.
[0074] In the first embodiment, as described above, the first pressing body 6 is configured to be able to pass the treatment liquid. This allows the treatment liquid to pass through the first pressing body 6 pressing the fabric C, so that the treatment liquid can be effectively separated from the fabric C via the first pressing body 6 while the fabric C is being pressed by the first pressing body 6.
[0075] In the first embodiment, as described above, the first pressing body 6 moves so as to come into contact with and separate from the fabric C. This makes it possible to release the pressing state of the fabric C by the first pressing body 6 when it is not necessary to press the fabric C by the first pressing body 6, such as when treating the fabric C with a treatment liquid.
[0076] In the first embodiment, as described above, the second pressing body 7 is provided separately from the non-rotating first pressing body 6 and presses the circulating fabric C during the washing operation. This allows the fabric C to be pressed by the second pressing body 7 in addition to the non-rotating first pressing body 6, so that the treatment liquid can be effectively separated from the fabric C.
[0077] In the first embodiment, as described above, the pressing position P2 of at least one of the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 can be switched during the washing operation. This makes it possible to change the pressing position P2 of the fabric C by switching the pressing position P2 of at least one of the first pressing body and the second pressing body 7, taking into consideration the damage susceptibility of the fabric C, which varies depending on the type of the fabric C, the washing time, and the like.
[0078] In the first embodiment, as described above, the pressing force of at least one of the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 is adjustable during the washing operation. This allows the pressing force of at least one of the first pressing body 6 and the second pressing body 7 to be adjusted, and the pressing force of the fabric C can be changed in consideration of the damage susceptibility of the fabric C, which varies depending on the type of the fabric C, the washing time, and the like.
[0079] In the first embodiment, as described above, the discharge unit 17 is provided which separately discharges the treatment liquid separated from the fabric C by pressing the fabric C with the first pressing body 6 so as not to mix with other liquids in the treatment tank 1. This makes it possible to prevent the treatment liquid separated from the fabric C by the discharge unit 17 from mixing with other liquids, such as the cleaning liquid, in the treatment tank 1.
[0080] In the first embodiment, as described above, the non-rotating first pressing body 6 includes a rod-shaped member extending in the width direction of the fabric C. As a result, compared to a conventional configuration in which the pressing body is a rotating roller, at least a rotating body, a rotation central shaft, and a drive source are required as components of the pressing body, it is possible to reduce the number of parts of the first pressing body 6 and simplify the device configuration.
[0081] In the first embodiment, as described above, the treatment tank 1 includes a main body member 14 having a retention portion 13, a header 15 in which a turning portion 2 is provided and which is detachably attached to the main body member 14 from the downstream side in the moving direction of the fabric C, and an additional attachment member 16 in which a first pressing body 6 is provided and which can be attached between the main body member 14 and the header 15. In this way, when a user is using a liquid flow type fabric treatment device that does not have a non-rotating first pressing body 6, the liquid flow type fabric treatment device 100 can be given the function of the first pressing body 6 simply by adding the additional attachment member 16 between the main body member 14 and the header 15.
[0082] In the first embodiment, as described above, the non-rotating first pressing body 6 has high slipperiness with respect to the fabric C so that the circulating fabric C slides against it. This makes it possible to reduce the sliding resistance due to dynamic friction between the fabric C and the first pressing body 6 by the non-rotating first pressing body 6 having high slipperiness with respect to the fabric C.
[0083] Second embodiment Next, a liquid jet type fabric treating apparatus 200 according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Unlike the configuration of the first embodiment in which the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is configured by a rod-shaped member, the second embodiment will describe an example in which the non-rotating first pressing body 206 is configured by a plate-shaped member. Note that in the second embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described.
[0084] The liquid jet type fabric treating apparatus 200 shown in FIG. 6 includes a pressing mechanism 205 including a non-rotating first pressing body 206, a non-rotating second pressing body 207, and a switching mechanism 8. The liquid jet type fabric treating apparatus 200 shown in FIG.
[0085] (Configuration of the first pressing body) The non-rotating first pressing body 206 is disposed below the fabric C moving inside the treatment tank 1. The first pressing body 206 is fixed in position so as not to move within the treatment tank 1. The first pressing body 206 is configured to press the fabric C while sliding it between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2. As described above, the first pressing body 206 is configured to be non-rotating and will not rotate even when it comes into contact with the fabric C.
[0086] The first pressing body 206 is composed of a plate-like member arranged along the fabric C. The first pressing body 206 composed of a plate-like member is curved so that the central portion bulges upward (towards the fabric C) in side view (viewed from the Y direction), and extends in the width direction of the fabric C.
[0087] (Configuration of the second pressing body) The second pressing body 207 is disposed above the fabric C moving inside the treatment tank 1. The second pressing body 207 is configured to be movable by rotating inside the treatment tank 1 by the switching mechanism 8. The second pressing body 207 is moved so as to contact and move away from the fabric C by the switching mechanism 8. As described above, the second pressing body 207 is configured to be non-rotating and does not rotate even when it comes into contact with the fabric C. The second pressing body 207 is configured of a rod-shaped member disposed along the fabric C.
[0088] The switching mechanism 8 is configured to be able to move the second pressing body 207 to switch the position of the second pressing body 207 between a separation position P1 where the second pressing body 207 is separated from the fabric C and a pressing position P2 where the second pressing body 207 presses the fabric C. The switching mechanism 8 of the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it is provided on the second pressing body 207, but the structure itself is similar to that of the first embodiment, so further description will be omitted.
[0089] (Effects of the second embodiment) In the second embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
[0090] In the second embodiment, as described above, a non-rotating first pressing body 206 is provided that presses while sliding the fabric C between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2, and is configured such that during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with a cleaning liquid, the non-rotating first pressing body 206 presses while sliding the fabric C that circulates toward the turning portion 2 in the circulation path R, thereby separating the treatment liquid contained in the fabric C from the fabric C. This can simplify the configuration of the first pressing body 206, as in the first embodiment.
[0091] In the second embodiment, as described above, the non-rotating first pressing body 206 includes a plate-like member arranged along the fabric C. In a conventional configuration in which the pressing body is a rotating roller, at least a rotating body and a central shaft are required as components of the pressing body. In comparison with such a conventional configuration, the number of parts of the first pressing body 206 can be reduced and the device configuration can be simplified. In addition, by arranging the plate-like member of the first pressing body 206 along the fabric C, the movement of the fabric C can be easily guided.
[0092] Third embodiment Next, a liquid jet type fabric treating apparatus 300 according to a third embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7 to Fig. 10. Unlike the configuration of the first embodiment in which the non-rotating first pressing body 6 is configured by a rod-shaped member, the third embodiment will describe an example in which the non-rotating first pressing body 306 is configured by a ring-shaped member. Note that in the third embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described.
[0093] The liquid jet type fabric treating device 300 shown in FIG. 7 includes a pressing mechanism 305 including a non-rotating first pressing body 306 , a second pressing body 307 and a switching mechanism 308 .
[0094] (Configuration of the first pressing body) The non-rotating first pressing body 306 is composed of a ring-shaped member into which the fabric C is inserted. The first pressing body 306 composed of a ring-shaped member is formed in an annular shape when viewed from the direction along the inclined surface 122a (direction A). In detail, the first pressing body 306 composed of a ring-shaped member is formed in a circular shape when viewed from the direction along the inclined surface 122a. The first pressing body 306 is configured to press the fabric C while sliding it between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2. As described above, the first pressing body 306 is configured to be non-rotating and not rotate even when it comes into contact with the fabric C. The first pressing body 306 is configured to be movable within the treatment tank 1 by the switching mechanism 308.
[0095] (Configuration of the second pressing body) The second pressing body 307 is composed of a ring-shaped member into which the fabric C is inserted. The second pressing body 307 has a circular shape similar to that of the first pressing body 306. The second pressing body 307 is disposed adjacent to the first pressing body 306. The second pressing body 307 is disposed on the turning portion 2 side (X1 direction side) of the first pressing body 306. As described above, the second pressing body 307 is configured to be non-rotating and does not rotate even when it comes into contact with the fabric C. The second pressing body 307 is fixed in position so as not to move within the treatment tank 1.
[0096] (Switching mechanism configuration) The switching mechanism 308 is configured to be able to move the first pressing body 306, which is made of a ring-shaped member, to switch the position of the first pressing body 306 between a separation position P1 (see Figures 7 and 8) in which the first pressing body 306 is separated from the fabric C, and a pressing position P2 (see Figures 9 and 10) in which the first pressing body 306 presses the fabric C.
[0097] The switching mechanism 308 has an air cylinder 380 that generates a driving force to move the first pressing body 306 made of a ring-shaped member. The air cylinder 380 is directly fixed to the treatment tank 1. The first pressing body 306 is fixed to the tip of a cylinder rod 380a of the air cylinder 380. The air cylinder 380 is configured to linearly move the first pressing body 306 in the vertical direction perpendicular to the direction along the inclined surface 122a (direction A) by expanding and contracting the cylinder rod 380a. As a result, the position of the first pressing body 306 made of a ring-shaped member is switched between a separation position P1 (see FIGS. 7 and 8) and a pressing position P2 (see FIGS. 9 and 10). On both sides of the first pressing body 306 in the left-right direction (direction Y), a guide rail G1 and a guide member G2 that moves along the guide rail G1 to guide the linear movement of the first pressing body 306 are provided.
[0098] The pressing mechanism 305 is configured such that, when the position of the first pressing body 306 consisting of a ring-shaped member is at pressing position P2 (see Figures 9 and 10), the first pressing body 306 consisting of a ring-shaped member presses the fabric C from above, and the second pressing body 307 presses the fabric C from below.
[0099] (Effects of the third embodiment) In the third embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
[0100] In the third embodiment, as described above, a non-rotating first pressing body 306 is provided that presses while sliding the fabric C between the retention portion 13 and the turning portion 2, and is configured such that during a cleaning operation in which cleaning is performed with a cleaning liquid, the non-rotating first pressing body 306 presses while sliding the fabric C that circulates toward the turning portion 2 in the circulation path R, thereby separating the treatment liquid contained in the fabric C from the fabric C. This makes it possible to simplify the configuration of the first pressing body 306, as in the first embodiment.
[0101] In the third embodiment, as described above, the non-rotating first pressing body 306 includes an annular ring-shaped member into which the fabric C is inserted. In a conventional configuration in which the pressing body is a rotating roller, at least a rotating body and a central shaft are required as components of the pressing body. In comparison with such a conventional configuration, the number of parts of the first pressing body 306 can be reduced and the device configuration can be simplified. In addition to the effect of simplifying the device configuration, the movement range of the fabric C can be restricted by inserting the fabric C into the inside of the ring-shaped member that is the first pressing body 306, and the movement of the fabric C can be easily guided.
[0102] [Variations] The embodiments disclosed herein should be considered to be illustrative and not restrictive in all respects. The scope of the present invention is indicated by the claims, not by the description of the embodiments above, and further includes all modifications (variations) within the meaning and scope of the claims.
[0103] For example, in the first to third embodiments, the treatment tank is configured by three members, namely, the main body member, the header, and the additional attachment member, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In the present invention, the treatment tank 401 may be configured by two members, namely, the main body member 14 and the replacement attachment member 415, as in the treatment tank 401 of the liquid flow type fabric treatment device 400 of the first modified example shown in FIG. 11. In this first modified example, as shown in FIG. 11, the replacement attachment member 415 is provided with the turning portion 2 and the pressing mechanism 5 (first pressing body 6). This replacement attachment member 415 corresponds to a configuration in which the header 15 and the additional attachment member 16 of the first embodiment are combined into one member. The replacement attachment member 415 is configured to be attached to the main body member 14 from the downstream side of the movement direction of the fabric C, instead of the header 15 (see FIG. 6) including the turning portion 2 that is detachably attached to the main body member 14 from the downstream side of the movement direction of the fabric C. As a result, when a user is using a liquid flow type fabric processing device that does not have a non-rotating first pressing body 6, the user can give the liquid flow type fabric processing device 400 the function of the non-rotating first pressing body 6 simply by replacing the header 15 with the replacement mounting member 415.
[0104] In the first to third embodiments, the treatment tank is configured to be separable into a plurality of members by the flange portion, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the treatment tank may be configured from a single member without providing a flange portion.
[0105] In the second embodiment, the non-rotating first pressing unit is configured by a curved plate-like member, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the first pressing unit 506 may be configured by a flat plate-like member, like the first pressing unit 506 of the liquid jet type fabric processing apparatus 500 of the second modified example shown in Fig. 12. In addition, the first pressing unit may be configured by a non-rotating pressing member such as a plate-like member having an uneven shape or a plate-like member having a zigzag shape.
[0106] In the above first to third embodiments, the second pressing body is configured to be non-rotating and not rotate even when it comes into contact with the fabric, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the second pressing body may be configured to be rotatable. As an example, the second pressing body may be configured by a roller member. In this case, the roller member is configured to rotate around a central axis extending in the width direction of the fabric. In this case, the first pressing body is also configured to be non-rotating.
[0107] In the above first to third embodiments, the liquid jet type fabric processing apparatus includes two pressers, i.e., the first non-rotating presser and the second non-rotating presser, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the liquid jet type fabric processing apparatus may include only one non-rotating presser, or three or more pressers including at least one non-rotating presser.
[0108] In the above first to third embodiments, an example is shown in which only one of the non-rotating first pressing body and the non-rotating second pressing body is moved, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, both the non-rotating first pressing body and the non-rotating second pressing body may be moved.
[0109] In the above first (second) embodiment, an example is shown in which the non-rotating first pressing body (second pressing body) is configured to rotate in a side view, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the non-rotating first pressing body (second pressing body) may be configured to move linearly in a side view.
[0110] In the third embodiment, the non-rotating first pressing body made of a ring-shaped member is configured to move linearly in a side view, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the non-rotating first pressing body made of a ring-shaped member may be configured to rotate in a side view.
[0111] In the above first embodiment, the non-rotating first pressing body and the non-rotating second pressing body are formed of rod-like members having a round bar shape, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, at least one of the non-rotating first pressing body and the non-rotating second pressing body may be formed of a rod-like member having a polygonal column shape or the like.
[0112] In the second embodiment, the non-rotating second pressing body is configured by a rod-like member having a round bar shape, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, the non-rotating second pressing body may be configured by a rod-like member having a polygonal prism shape or the like.
[0113] In the third embodiment, the first non-rotating pressing body and the second non-rotating pressing body are configured as circular ring-shaped members, but the present invention is not limited to this. In the present invention, at least one of the first non-rotating pressing body and the second non-rotating pressing body may be configured as an elliptical or rectangular ring-shaped member.
[0114] In the above first to third embodiments, the first pressing body is configured to allow the treatment liquid to pass through it, but the present invention is not limited to this.
