DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3, an electric shutter 1 according to this embodiment is attached to the framework of a building and arranged to be able to open and close an opening of the building. The electric shutter 1 includes a frame body 2 and a shutter main body 4 attached to the frame body 2 so that slats 3 can be wound up and extended. In the following description, the left-right direction of the electric shutter 1 is defined as the X-axis direction, the up-down direction of the electric shutter 1 is defined as the Y-axis direction, and the front-rear direction (projection direction) of the electric shutter 1 is defined as the Z-axis direction. The X, Y, and Z axis directions are perpendicular to each other.

[0011] The frame body 2 defines a storage section 20 in which the shutter body 4 is disposed by the upper parts of the left and right vertical frames 21, a top plate 22, and an upper frame 25 (lintel), and the storage section 20 can be opened and closed from the front side (outside the room) by attaching and detaching an inspection plate 23. In addition, a back plate 5 is attached to the upper parts of the left and right vertical frames 21 that define the storage section 20, to which a case side plate 47 (described later) is attached.

[0012] The shutter main body 4 includes a shutter curtain 41 made up of multiple connected slats 3, a shutter winding shaft 42 along the X-axis direction capable of winding up and unwinding the shutter curtain 41, a tubular motor 43 which is an electric motor that drives the shutter winding shaft 42, a control unit 44 which operates the tubular motor 43, and a shutter case 45 which supports the shutter winding shaft 42. The tubular motor 43 and the control unit 44 are built into the shutter winding shaft 42. The operation of the tubular motor 43 is controlled by the control unit 44, and a communication unit 49 (communication unit) shown in FIG. 3 is connected to this control unit 44 via wiring 6. The shutter curtain 41 is constructed by connecting the multiple slats 3 described above so that they can rotate freely with each other, and the uppermost slat of the multiple slats 3 is attached to the shutter winding shaft 42, and the lowermost slat is attached to a seat plate that sits on the lower frame 26 of the frame body 2. The shutter case 45 comprises a case back plate 46 aligned along the X-axis direction in which a wiring port 461 through which the wiring 6 is inserted is formed, and a pair of left and right case side plates 47 fixed to and protruding forward from both left and right edges of the case back plate 46. A resin side cap 7 is attached to the case side plates 47 and positioned forward relative to the upper part of the vertical frame 21 in the Z-axis direction, covering the side of the shutter body 4.

[0013] 2 to 4, the case side plate 47 has a side plate main body 471 that rotatably supports one end of the shutter winding shaft 42, a pair of upper and lower mounting pieces 472 that are detachably screwed to the back plate 5 from the front, mounting pieces 473 to which the left and right ends of the lower edge of the inspection plate 23 are detachably screwed, and a pair of upper and lower cap mounting pieces 474 to which the side caps 7 are screwed. The cap mounting pieces 474 are located forward of the mounting pieces 472. The side plate body 471 is flat, and its front portion is disposed so as to protrude forward in the Z-axis direction from the vertical frame 21 (see FIG. 3). A rectangular hole 471A is formed in the approximate center of the side plate body 471, in which a bearing member 475 to which the shutter winding shaft 42 is rotatably connected is disposed, and the hole 471A is formed obliquely with respect to the Y-axis direction. A wiring port 471B through which the wiring 6 passes is formed in the upper rear portion of the side plate body 471 in the Z-axis direction. Here, a communication unit 49 that receives an operation signal to enable remote operation of the shutter body 4 is attached to the outer surface side of the side plate body 471 (see FIGS. 1 and 3). The wiring 6 from the shutter winding shaft 42 side is connected to the communication unit 49 through the hole 471A, and the wiring 6 connected to other devices from the communication unit 49 extends through the wiring ports 471B and 461 to the space on the indoor side of the electric shutter 1.

[0014] The bearing member 475 has a shaft connecting portion 476 having a substantially U-shaped shape with a bottom portion 476A and a pair of side portions 476B, and three fixing portions 477 bent outward from the shaft connecting portion 476. Each side portion 476B is provided with a screw insertion hole 476B1. The bottom portion 476A and the pair of side portions 476B of the shaft connecting portion 476 are arranged opposite to the edge portion defining the hole 471A with some clearance, and the bottom portion 476A is arranged below the pair of side portions 476B. Therefore, the substantially U-shaped shaft connecting portion 476 is arranged diagonally with respect to the Z-axis direction. The fixing portions 477 are formed by bending from each of the bottom portion 476A and the pair of side portions 476B, and are fixed to the side plate main body 471 by riveting. Although hole 471A formed in side plate main body 471 is formed in a rectangular shape, it is not limited thereto and may be formed in a half-moon shape, a semi-cylindrical shape, etc. In this case, bearing member 475 may be changed in shape from the above-mentioned shape in accordance with the shape of hole 471A so as to be installable.

[0015] Next, the fixing structure between the shutter winding shaft 42 and the case side plate 47 will be described. As shown in Figure 2, the shutter winding shaft 42 comprises a winding pipe 421, a substantially cylindrical motor case 422 that protrudes from one axial end (right end) of the winding pipe 421 and is fixed to the right-side case side panel 47, and a shaft 423 that protrudes from the other axial end (left end) of the winding pipe 421 and is fixed to the left-side case side panel 47, and is configured so that the winding pipe 421 rotates relative to the motor case 422 and the shaft 423. The shaft 423 is disposed inside the shaft coupling portion 476 of the case side plate 47, and is fixed by screwing a fixing screw 479A inserted through the screw insertion hole of the shaft 423 and each screw insertion hole 476B1 into a nut. The motor case 422 is made of, for example, metal, and houses the tubular motor 43 and the control unit 44. As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the motor case 422 includes a substantially cylindrical case body 422A and a case fixing part 422B in the shape of an arc plate provided at the right end of the case body 422A. The case fixing part 422B is formed in the shape of an arc plate with an obtuse central angle. At positions in the case fixing part 422B facing each other across the central axis, screw insertion holes 422B1 into which fixing screws 479B are screwed are provided. The motor case 422 is fixed to the shaft connecting part 476 so that imaginary lines connecting the screw insertion holes 422B1 are inclined with respect to the projection direction.

[0016] The motor case 422 is provided with a motor case cap 10 that closes the opening at the right end. The motor case cap 10 is formed of, for example, PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) resin. Note that the following description of the shapes and positional relationships of the components of the motor case cap 10 may be based on the cap up direction, cap down direction, cap right direction, cap left direction, cap front direction, and cap rear direction shown in Figures 5 and 6 when viewed from the right side of the electric shutter 1.

[0017] First, a schematic configuration of the motor case cap 10 will be described. The motor case cap 10 includes a substantially disk-shaped cap body 11 that fits into the case body 422A of the motor case 422. A wiring insertion hole 11A is provided in the approximate center of the cap body 11. A wiring 6 for supplying power to the tubular motor 43 in the motor case 422 is inserted through the wiring insertion hole 11A. One surface of the cap body 11 includes a pair of protruding side parts 12 provided on both sides of the cap in the left-right direction, and a protruding connection part 13 that connects the cap upper side ends of each protruding side part 12 to each other. The space surrounded by the cap body 11, each protruding side part 12, and the protruding connection part 13 is recessed toward the rear of the cap (toward the axial center of the motor case 422) to form a fitting recess 14 into which the shaft connecting part 476 fits. The fitting recess 14 includes a pair of outer surface abutting portions 15, a pair of end abutting portions 16, a bearing deformation suppressing portion 17, and a pair of stress concentration suppressing portions 18. Each outer surface abutting portion 15 is formed in a planar shape that abuts against the outer surface (the surface opposite to the mutually opposing surfaces) 476B2 of each side portion 476B of the shaft connecting portion 476. Each end abutting portion 16 is formed in a planar shape that abuts against an end surface 476B3 opposite to the side connected by the bottom portion 476A of each side portion 476B. The bearing deformation suppressing portion 17 is provided to connect each end abutting portion 16 and is located between each side portion 476B. Each stress concentration suppressing portion 18 is provided to connect each outer surface abutting portion 15 and the end abutting portion 16, and a portion facing the end surface 476B3 side of the outer surface 476B2 of each side portion 476B is recessed in a direction away from the end surface.

[0018] Next, a detailed configuration of the motor case cap 10 will be described. The protruding connection portion 13 includes an outer peripheral portion 131, an inner peripheral portion 132, and a pair of inner and outer peripheral connection portions 133, each formed in a plate shape. The outer peripheral portion 131 is provided along the side edge of the cap body 11 on the cap upper direction side. A wiring insertion groove 131A recessed toward the center of the cap body 11 is provided in the circumferential center of the outer peripheral portion 131. A wiring 6 that connects the communication unit 49 located on the outside of the case side plate 47 and the control unit 44 in the motor case 422 so as to be able to communicate with each other is inserted into the wiring insertion groove 131A. The inner peripheral portion 132 includes a bearing deformation suppressing portion 17, a pair of end abutting portions 16, a pair of first abutting portions 151, and a pair of stress concentration suppressing portions 18. The bearing deformation suppressing portion 17 is provided on the cap lower direction side of the outer peripheral portion 131. The width (length in the left-right direction of the cap) of the bearing deformation suppression part 17 is smaller than the length between the side parts 476B so that the shaft connecting part 476 can be easily fitted into the fitting recess 14, but may be the same as the length between the side parts 476B. The bearing deformation suppression part 17 includes a deformation suppression base part 171 parallel to the left-right direction of the cap, a pair of inclined parts 172 provided at both ends of the deformation suppression base part 171 and inclined so as to move away from each other toward the upper direction of the cap, and a pair of deformation suppression side parts 173 extending from the ends of the inclined parts 172 in the upper direction of the cap. Each end abutment part 16 extends from the end of each deformation suppression side part 173 in a direction away from each other along the left-right direction of the cap. Each first abutment part 151 is provided on the cap lower side of the end of each end abutment part 16 so as to be parallel to the cap up-down direction. Each stress concentration suppression portion 18 connects an end of each end contact portion 16 and an upper end of each first contact portion 151, and is recessed in a direction away from each other. Each inner / outer periphery connection portion 133 connects an end of each outer periphery portion 131 and a lower end of each first contact portion 151, and is parallel to the left / right direction of the cap.

[0019] The space surrounded by the cap body 11, the outer circumferential portion 131, the inner circumferential portion 132, and each of the inner and outer circumferential connection portions 133 constitutes the space portion 19. The space portion 19 is provided with a plate-shaped rib 19A that connects the wire insertion groove 131A and the bearing deformation suppression portion 17.

[0020] Each protruding side portion 12 includes a second abutment portion 152, a side edge portion 121, a lower connecting portion 122, and a middle connecting portion 123, each of which is formed in a plate shape. Each second abutment portion 152 is provided so as to extend downward from the end of each inner and outer periphery connecting portion 133 on the first abutment portion 151 side, and constitutes the outer surface abutment portion 15 together with the first abutment portion 151. Each side edge portion 121 is provided so as to extend downward from the end of each inner and outer periphery connecting portion 133 on the outer periphery portion 131 side, and is parallel to each second abutment portion 152. Each lower connecting portion 122 connects the lower side end portions of the cap at each second abutment portion 152 and each side edge portion 121. Each middle connecting portion 123 connects the upper and lower centers of the cap at each second abutment portion 152 and each side edge portion 121. Screw insertion grooves 124 recessed toward the rear of the cap are provided on the upper side of the cap from the connecting portions of the second abutment portions 152 and the side edges 121 with the respective middle connecting portions 123. Fixing screws 479B are inserted into the screw insertion grooves 124 in the left-right direction of the cap.

[0021] Next, a method of fixing the shutter winding shaft 42, the motor case cap 10, and the shaft connecting portion 476 will be described. First, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5, the cap body 11 of the motor case cap 10 is fitted to the case body 422A of the motor case 422. Next, the motor case 422 is moved from above the shaft connecting portion 476 toward the cap downward direction, and the shaft connecting portion 476 is fitted to the fitting recess 14 of the motor case cap 10 as shown in FIG. 6. When the shaft connecting portion 476 is fitted to the fitting recess 14, the outer surface 476B2 of each side portion 476B abuts against each outer surface abutment portion 15, the end surface 476B3 of each side portion 476B abuts against each end abutment portion 16, and the bearing deformation suppression portion 17 is located between the end surface 476B3 side portions of each side portion 476B. Then, one fixing screw 479B is inserted, for example from the right side of the cap, into each screw insertion hole 422B1, each screw insertion groove 124 and each screw insertion hole 476B1, and then screwed into a nut 480 located on the left side of the cap, thereby fixing the motor case 422, the motor case cap 10 and the shaft connecting portion 476. In reality, when the shaft connecting portion 476 is not fixed to the motor case 422 and the motor case cap 10, the outer surface 476B2 of at least one of the side portions 476B does not abut against the outer surface abutment portion 15 so as to make it easier to fit the shaft connecting portion 476 into the fitting recess 14. However, when the motor case 422, the motor case cap 10, and the shaft connecting portion 476 are fixed, the outer surface 476B2 of each side portion 476B abuts against each outer surface abutment portion 15.

[0022] As described above, the fitting recess 14 of the motor case cap 10 is provided with the bearing deformation suppression portion 17 located between the side portions 476B of the shaft connecting portion 476. Therefore, even if the torque of the tubular motor 43 increases and a force that deforms the side portions 476B acts on the shaft connecting portion 476, the side portions 476B come into contact with the bearing deformation suppression portion 17, thereby suppressing deformation of the shaft connecting portion 476.

[0023] The motor case cap 10 includes a space 19. This allows for a reduction in the amount of material used in the motor case cap 10. Also, the space 19 is provided with a rib 19A that connects the outer circumferential portion 131 and the bearing deformation suppressing portion 17. This allows for the strength of the outer circumferential portion 131 and the bearing deformation suppressing portion 17 that form the space 19 to be ensured.

[0024] A stress concentration suppression portion 18 is provided at the connection portion between the outer surface abutment portion 15 and the end abutment portion 16 in the fitting recess 14. This makes it possible to suppress stress concentration at the connection portion between the outer surface abutment portion 15 and the end abutment portion 16 when the tubular motor 43 is driven, thereby making it possible to suppress damage and deformation of the motor case cap 10.

[0025] [Variations] For example, the motor case cap 10 does not need to have the space 19. Also, the motor case cap 10 may have the space 19 but not have the rib 19A. In this case, it is preferable to form the motor case cap 10 from a material that is less likely to break or deform, such as metal. The fitting recess 14 does not need to be provided with the stress concentration suppression portion 18 .

[0026] [Summary of the invention] The motor case cap of the present invention is a motor case cap provided at the end of a motor case in an electric shutter comprising: a shutter case having a pair of case side plates; a winding pipe to which a shutter curtain is attached and which is arranged within the shutter case; a cylindrical motor case protruding from one end of the winding pipe and fixed to one of the case side plates; a shaft protruding from the other end of the winding pipe and fixed to the other case side plate; and an electric motor arranged inside the motor case and rotating the winding pipe, wherein one of the case side plates is provided with a shaft connecting portion formed into a C-shaped plate having a bottom and a pair of side portions and to which the motor case and the motor case cap are fixed, the motor case cap has an engagement recess into which the shaft connecting portion is fitted, and the engagement recess has a bearing deformation suppression portion located between the pair of side portions.
