Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] However, in the technology of Patent Document 1, the movement of the horizontal discharge part of the discharge auger above the control part is restricted. When the horizontal discharge part moves near the control part, the vertical discharge part of the discharge auger is rotated so that the distance between the horizontal discharge part and the control part is more than a predetermined value. Therefore, when discharging the grains stored in the grain tank, there is a problem that it takes time to move the discharge part provided at the front part of the horizontal discharge part above the loading platform of the truck. When moving the discharge part from the stored state of the discharge auger to the right side of the machine body (the right side of the grain tank), it takes time because the horizontal discharge part needs to be rotated counterclockwise.

[0005] In the technology of Patent Document 2, when discharging the grain stored in the grain tank, since the horizontal discharge part of the discharge auger is rotated counterclockwise around the axis of the vertical discharge part, there is a problem that it takes time to move the discharge part provided at the front part of the horizontal discharge part above the loading platform of the truck. Further, when the horizontal discharge part rotates in a lowered state, a configuration for preventing collision with the machine body is disclosed. However, a technique for restricting passage above the control part by the horizontal discharge part and a technique for enabling passage above the control part when the horizontal discharge part is at a predetermined angle or more are not disclosed.

[0006] Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to propose a combine harvester capable of shortening the discharge operation time by moving the horizontal discharge part of the discharge auger above the supervisor of the control part.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0022] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the general-purpose combine harvester of the first embodiment is provided with a traveling device 2 composed of a pair of left and right crawlers that travel on the soil surface below the body frame 1, and a pre-harvest treatment device 3 for harvesting the cereal straws in the field is provided in front of the body frame 1. A threshing device 4 for threshing and sorting the harvested cereal straws is provided on the rear left side of the pre-harvest treatment device 3, and an operator's cab 5 on which the operator rides is provided on the rear right side of the pre-harvest treatment device 3.

[0023] An engine room 6 in which the engine is installed is provided below the operator's cab 5, a grain tank 7 for storing the threshed and sorted grains is provided behind the operator's cab 5, and a discharge auger 8 for discharging the grains to the outside is provided behind the grain tank 7.

[0024] The pre-harvest treatment device 3 includes a scraping device 3A that conveys the cereal straws in the field to the rear while standing them up, a cutting blade device 3B that cuts the roots of the cereal straws conveyed to the lower rear part of the scraping device 3A, an auger device 3C that gathers the cereal straws conveyed to the rear side of the scraping device 3A to the left side, and a feeder house 3D that conveys the gathered cereal straws to the threshing device 4.

[0025] The discharge auger 8 is formed by a vertical discharge part 8A in which a conveying spiral extending in the vertical direction is installed behind the grain tank 7, a horizontal discharge part 8B in which a conveying spiral extending from the upper part of the vertical discharge part 8A toward the front left side is installed, and a discharge part 8C for discharging the grains at the front end of the horizontal discharge part 8B.

[0026] A sun visor 30 is provided above the operator's cab 5. Thereby, it is possible to prevent direct sunlight from hitting the operator in the operator's cab 5 and prevent rain from falling on the operator.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 6, the sun visor 30 is supported so as to be vertically movable on a vertically extending support member 31 provided on the front wall of the grain tank 7. Thereby, the installation position of the sun visor 30 can be adjusted according to the build of the operator.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 7, the threshing device 4 is formed by a handling chamber 10 for threshing cereal straws and a sorting chamber 20 for sorting the threshed grains.

[0029] On the front and rear walls of the handling chamber 10, a handling cylinder 11 for threshing the cereal straws conveyed from the feeder house 3D is installed. Below the handling cylinder 11, a receiving net 12 formed in a semi-circular arc shape along the lower outer periphery of the handling cylinder 11 is provided. Further, the upper part of the handling cylinder 11 is covered with an openable and closable handling cylinder cover 13, and a dust conveying plate for guiding the cereal straws to the rear part of the handling chamber 10 is provided on the inner peripheral part of the handling cylinder cover 13. The handling cylinder 11 is supported by a rotor shaft 14 extending in the front-rear direction.

[0030] An oscillating sorting device 21 for sorting the grains leaking from the handling chamber 10 is provided above the sorting chamber 20. Below the oscillating sorting device 21, in order from the front side, a winnowing basket 25 for blowing sorting air to the oscillating sorting device 21, a wind deflector 26 for changing the blowing direction of the sorting air behind the winnowing basket 25, a first spiral 27 for conveying the grains leaking from the oscillating sorting device 21 to the grain tank 7, and a second spiral 28 for re-conveying the grains with attached branch stems and the like and straw cuttings leaking from the rear part of the oscillating sorting device 21 to the sorting shelf at the front part of the oscillating sorting device 21 are provided.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 5 etc., a protective cover 36 for covering an electric motor 35 (not shown) that rotates a gear formed on the outer peripheral part of the vertical discharge part 8A is provided below the vertical discharge part 8A of the discharge auger 8. Thereby, by rotating the electric motor 35, in the axial view of the vertical discharge part 8A extending in the vertical direction, the vertical discharge part 8A can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.

[0032] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the upper part of the vertical discharge part 8A of the discharge auger 8 and the rear part of the horizontal discharge part 8B are connected via a connecting part 40. The connecting part 40 is formed by a right connecting part 40A extending upward and leftward from the upper part of the vertical discharge part 8A, a left connecting part 40B extending rearward and rightward from the rear part of the horizontal discharge part 8B, and a connecting member 40C rotatably connecting the left part of the right connecting part 40A and the right part of the left connecting part 40B.

[0033] A substantially L-shaped suspension member 41 is provided at the right part of the rear part of the horizontal discharge part 8B. The suspension member 41 is formed by a left-right suspension part 41A extending rightward from the horizontal discharge part 8B and a front-rear suspension part 41B extending rearward from the right part of the left-right suspension part 41A.

[0034] A cylinder 42 for raising and lowering the front part of the horizontal discharge part 8B is provided at the middle part of the left-right suspension part 41A and the front part of the upper part of the vertical discharge part 8A. Further, the rear part of the front-rear suspension part 41B is rotatably supported by a pin 43 extending rightward from the right connecting part 40A. Thus, when the rod of the cylinder 42 extends, in the axial view of the connecting part 40 extending in the left-right direction, the left connecting part 40B rotates counterclockwise and the front part of the horizontal discharge part 8B rises. On the other hand, when the rod of the cylinder 42 contracts, in the axial view of the connecting part 40 extending in the left-right direction, the left connecting part 40B rotates clockwise and the front part of the horizontal discharge part 8B descends.

[0035] A regulating member 50 for regulating the turning of the horizontal discharge part 8B is provided on the right side of the horizontal discharge part 8B at the rear part of the upper wall of the grain tank 7. The regulating member 50 is arranged near the lifting and turning fulcrum of the horizontal discharge part 8B, whereby the vertical height of the regulating member 50 can be suppressed. Further, the regulating member 50 is fixed to a support member 50D by welding, and the support member 50D is detachably fixed to the upper wall of the grain tank 7 by fastening means such as bolts. When the discharge auger 8 is moved to the storage position, since the horizontal discharge part 8B has momentum, a large impact acts when it collides with the regulating member 50. For this reason, the wall thickness of the support member 50D is increased, or ribs or the like are added inside the grain tank 7 for reinforcement.

[0036] As shown in FIG. 10, the regulating member 50 is formed from a left leg 50A extending in the vertical direction, a right leg 50B extending in the vertical direction, and a connecting portion 50C connecting the upper portions of the left leg 50A and the right leg 50B. The height of the upper end portion of the right leg 50B is formed lower than the height of the upper end portion of the left leg 50A, and the upper portion of the connecting portion 50C is formed to slope downward to the lower right from the left leg 50A toward the right leg 50B. Thereby, the lateral discharge portion 8B can be easily moved from the right side to the left side of the connecting portion 50C along the upper portion of the connecting portion 50C to move the discharge auger 8 to the storage position. When the discharge auger 8 is stored, even if the lateral discharge portion 8B is in a state of having momentum, it abuts against the inclined portion of the connecting portion 8C, so that the impact can be reduced. In addition, in this specification, the storage position of the discharge auger 8 refers to the posture in which the front portion of the lateral discharge portion 50B is placed on a receiving base 56 described later.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 11, the connecting portion 50C of the regulating member 50 is preferably provided with a predetermined crossing angle with respect to the lateral discharge portion 8B, that is, the front crossing angle is changed from an acute angle to a right angle, for example, 60 to 90 degrees, and the rear crossing angle is changed from an obtuse angle to a right angle, for example, 120 to 90 degrees. Further, the connecting portion 50C of the regulating member 50 is preferably orthogonal to the lateral discharge portion 8B so that the front crossing angle is a right angle and the rear crossing angle is a right angle. Also, the vertical discharge portion 8A is provided at the proximal portion of the lateral discharge portion 8B where the left leg 50A of the regulating member 50 is located, and the right leg 50B of the regulating member 50 is provided at the distal portion of the lateral discharge portion 8B. Thereby, the lateral discharge portion 8B can be more easily moved from the right side to the left side of the connecting portion 50C along the upper portion of the connecting portion 50C to move the discharge auger 8 to the storage position.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 12, in a plan view, the left part of the left leg 50A of the regulating member 50 is provided on an imaginary line M where the vertical discharge part 8A of the discharge auger 8 rotates and the axis extending in the front-rear direction of the horizontal discharge part 8B contacts the left side of the rear part of the supervisor 30. Thereby, when the vertical discharge part 8A is rotated and the horizontal discharge part 8B is rotated clockwise, it is possible to prevent the horizontal discharge part 8B from colliding with the supervisor 30. Further, it is preferable to provide the right part of the right leg 50A of the regulating member 50 on the imaginary line M where the axis extending in the front-rear direction of the horizontal discharge part 8B contacts the left side of the rear part of the supervisor 30. Thereby, when the vertical discharge part 8A is rotated and the horizontal discharge part 8B is rotated clockwise, it is possible to more effectively prevent the horizontal discharge part 8B from colliding with the supervisor 30.

[0039] The regulating member 50 is provided on the front left side of the axis extending in the vertical direction of the vertical discharge part 8A. Thereby, when the discharge auger 8 comes off the storage position due to vibration or the like during traveling, it is possible to prevent the horizontal discharge part 8B from contacting the supervisor 30.

[0040] The regulating member 50 is provided on the front left side of the cylinder 42 with a predetermined interval in front of the left and right suspension parts 41A of the suspension member 41. Thereby, the vertical discharge part 8A can be rotated to easily rotate the horizontal discharge part 8B.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 13, in a side view, the upper end part of the right leg 50B of the regulating member 50 extends above an imaginary line L passing through the upper end part of the rear part of the supervisor 30 and a straight line extending in the left-right direction of the left connecting part 40B, that is, the center of the connecting member 40C. Note that the supervisor 30 in FIG. 13 shows a form in which it is moved to the uppermost part of the support member 31. Thereby, after the front part of the horizontal discharge part 8B is raised from the storage position, when the horizontal discharge part 8B is rotated clockwise in the view of the axis extending in the vertical direction of the vertical discharge part 8A of the discharge auger 8, it is possible to prevent the horizontal discharge part 8B from colliding with the supervisor 30.

[0042] When the grain tank 7 is full of grains, the traveling device 2 is driven in a posture where the discharge auger 8 is placed in the storage position and moved toward the discharge location provided at the outer periphery of the field. After that, the electric motor 35 and the cylinder 42 are driven to raise and rotate the discharge auger 8, and the discharge part 8C provided at the front part of the lateral discharge part 8B of the discharge auger 8 is moved above the truck bed to discharge the grains.

[0043] <Combine of the second embodiment> Figure 14 shows the combine of the second embodiment. Note that the same components as those of the combine of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 14, a sun visor 30 is not provided above the control unit 5 of the combine of the second embodiment. In this case, the left part of the left leg 50A of the regulating member 50 is formed on an imaginary line M passing through the axis extending in the front-rear direction of the lateral discharge part 8B and the left part of the backrest of the driver's seat 5A of the control unit 5, and the upper end part of the right leg 50B of the regulating member 50 is formed so as to extend above an imaginary line L passing through the axis extending in the left-right direction of the left connecting part 40B and the upper end part of the backrest of the driver's seat 5A of the control unit 5. Thereby, after raising the front part of the lateral discharge part 8B from the storage position, in a view of the axis extending in the vertical direction of the vertical discharge part 8A of the discharge auger 8, when the lateral discharge part 8B is rotated clockwise, it is possible to prevent the lateral discharge part 8B from colliding with the backrest of the driver's seat 5A. Further, the shape of the regulating member 50 can be formed so as not to specify the components constituting the driver's seat 5 such as the backrest and not to pass through a specific virtual space around the driver's seat 5.

[0045] <Combine of the third embodiment> Figure 15 shows the combine of the third embodiment. Note that the same components as those of the combine of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.

[0046] As shown in Fig. 15, the control unit 5 of the combine in the third embodiment is covered with a cabin 32 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape formed by front and rear walls, left and right walls, and an upper wall. In this case, the left part of the left leg 50A of the regulating member 50 is formed on an imaginary line M that extends in the front-rear direction of the lateral discharge portion 8B and passes through the left side of the rear part of the cabin 32, and the upper end portion of the right leg 50B of the regulating member 50 is formed so as to extend above an imaginary line L that extends in the left-right direction of the left connecting portion 40B and passes through the upper end portion of the rear part of the cabin 32. Thereby, after raising the front part of the lateral discharge portion 8B from the storage position, when the lateral discharge portion 8B is rotated clockwise in a view along the axial center extending in the vertical direction of the vertical discharge portion 8A of the discharge auger 8, it is possible to prevent the lateral discharge portion 8B from colliding with the cabin 32.

[0047] As shown in Figs. 16 and 17, a support member 55 extending in the vertical direction is provided at the front part of the handling cylinder cover 13 of the threshing device 4, and a substantially arc-shaped receiving base 56 for placing the intermediate part in the front-rear direction of the lateral discharge portion 8B of the discharge auger 8 is fixed to the upper part of the support member 55.

[0048] In plan view, the receiving base 56 is provided in parallel with the connecting portion 50C of the regulating member 50. Thereby, both side portions of the lateral discharge portion 8B can be supported by the regulating member 50 and the receiving base 56, and the lateral discharge portion 8B can be reliably fixed in the storage position.
