Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a water supply device.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, as a water supply device for supplying water to a water supply target such as a building, a cabinet-type water supply device that can be installed in a pump room or outdoors is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The cabinet is required to have durability and robustness so as to protect the pump and the pump control unit, and is formed in a box shape by, for example, a metal steel plate. Such a water supply device is installed at an installation location, such as pipe connection work. For this reason, conventionally, the water supply device main body including the pump is supported by, for example, a gantry, and a space for pipe connection is secured under the gantry.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] Generally, according to the structure and environment of a building or the like that is the water supply target, the standard or model of the water supply device main body including a pump is selected, and the selected water supply device main body is housed in a cabinet at a manufacturing factory or an installation site to configure the water supply device. Here, the water supply device is related to a lifeline and is robustly manufactured so as to ensure a sufficient water supply amount to a building or the like and to withstand long-term use. For this reason, the water supply device main body including a pump has a certain large weight, and the work of housing the water supply device main body in a cabinet formed to save space may be complicated. In order to facilitate the housing of the water supply device main body into the cabinet, it is also conceivable to provide a pedestal having a small size like the device described in Patent Document 1, support the water supply device main body on the pedestal, and house the pedestal in the cabinet. However, if the weight of the water supply device main body is large, there is a risk that the support of the water supply device main body may become unstable with a small pedestal. Further, since the water supply device main body vibrates as the pump is driven, it may be difficult to sufficiently suppress the vibration of the water supply device main body with a small pedestal. Furthermore, in the device described in Patent Document 1, the legs of the pedestal may interfere with the pipe connection work.

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide a cabinet-type water supply device capable of easily housing and installing a water supply device main body in a cabinet.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] A water supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention relates to a water supply device for supplying water to a water supply target. The water supply device includes a water supply device main body having a suction port connected to a supply pipe, a discharge port connected to a water supply pipe, and a pump for transferring water from the suction port to the discharge port, a support body for supporting the water supply device main body, and a cabinet having side surfaces and an upper surface for housing the water supply device main body. The cabinet has a support portion protruding inward from the side surface. The support body is placed on the support portion while supporting the water supply device main body and is supported within the cabinet. An opening having a dimension larger than the dimension of the support body along the first side surface is formed in the first side surface of the side surfaces of the cabinet. The support body is placed on the support portions provided on two side surfaces continuous with the first side surface among the side surfaces of the cabinet.

[0007] A water supply device according to another embodiment of the present invention relates to a water supply device for supplying water to a water supply target. An opening having a dimension larger than the planar dimension of the support body is formed in the upper surface of the cabinet.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0009] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a water supply device of one embodiment of the present invention from the front side, FIG. 2 is a view showing the water supply device of one embodiment from the front, and FIG. 3 is a view showing the inside of the water supply device of one embodiment from the left side. Here, FIG. 1 shows a state in which each device of the water supply device 1 is covered with a cabinet cover, and FIG. 2 shows each device of the water supply device 1 with the cabinet cover removed.

[0010] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, inside the cabinet 10, two vertical pumps 12a and 12b are arranged in parallel along the vertical direction. The vertical pumps 12a and 12b are, for example, booster pumps each having a pump section 14 and a motor section 16. In each of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b, the pump section 14 is driven by the power from the motor section 16.

[0011] On the suction side of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b, a suction header 18 extending horizontally is connected. The suction header 18 is connected via a backflow prevention device 24 to a suction pipe 22 equipped with a ball valve 20 with a strainer. A pressure sensor 26 for detecting the pressure on the suction side is attached to the suction pipe 22. The suction pipe 22 is a pipe for connecting to a supply pipe connected to a water supply source such as a main water pipe or a receiving tank. In this embodiment, the suction port 22a is arranged so as to face vertically downward. Thus, by connecting the suction port 22a to the supply pipe and operating each vertical pump 12a, 12b with the ball valve 20 open, tap water is sucked into each vertical pump 12a, 12b via the suction pipe 22, the backflow prevention device 24, and the suction header 18. Here, since the suction port 22a faces vertically downward, the workability of the piping connection between the suction port 22a and the supply pipe inserted from the lower side surface or the bottom surface of the cabinet 10 is improved.

[0012] On the discharge side of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b, a discharge elbow pipe 28 is connected (see Fig. 3). To the discharge elbow pipe 28, a discharge collecting pipe 34 for collecting (confluencing) the water discharged from the vertical pumps 12a and 12b is connected via a discharge side check valve 30 for preventing the backflow of the discharged water (see Fig. 2). The discharge elbow pipe 28 has a flow switch 32 (see Fig. 3) for detecting the small water volume for each pump and sending a signal. The discharge collecting pipe 34 is connected to the upper end of a bypass header 38 having a pressure sensor 36 for detecting the pressure on the discharge side (see Fig. 2). The bypass header 38 is connected to a pressure tank 40 via a pressure tank pipe 42 at a predetermined position and is connected to a discharge pipe 46 having a ball valve 44. The discharge pipe 46 is a pipe for connecting to a water supply pipe connected to a water supply target such as a building. In this embodiment, the discharge port 46a is arranged so as to face vertically downward. Here, since the discharge port 46a faces vertically downward, the workability during the piping connection between the discharge port 46a and the water supply pipe inserted from the lower side surface or the bottom surface of the cabinet 10 is improved.

[0013] As a result, the water discharged from the vertical pumps 12a and 12b along with the operation of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b is discharged to the outside from the discharge pipe 46 via the discharge elbow pipe 28, the discharge check valve 30, the discharge collecting pipe 34, and the bypass header 38. Also, when the pressure of the water in the suction header 18 is sufficiently high, the water in the suction header 18 is directly guided to the discharge pipe 46 via a bypass pipe (not shown) and discharged to the outside. The pressure tank 40 functions to prevent frequent start-stop of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b by accumulating the pressurized water discharged from the vertical pumps 12a and 12b, and to keep the feed water pressure smoothly constant.

[0014] In the water supply device 1 of the present embodiment, the suction port 22a connected to the supply pipe such as the main water pipe and the discharge port 46a connected to the water supply pipe connected to the water supply target are each provided vertically above the lower end of the cabinet 10. Thereby, when the cabinet 10 and a cabinet base 80 described later are carried into separate installation locations, the cabinet 10 can be placed on the ground or the like without bringing the suction port 22a or the discharge port 46a into contact with the ground, and the installation work of the water supply device 1 can be easily performed.

[0015] An inverter device 54 is provided at an upper position of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b. The inverter device 54 is for variably driving each motor unit 16 by supplying AC power to each motor unit 16 of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b while changing the frequency and voltage. The inverter device 54 is housed in an inverter case 56 supported by the cabinet 10. The inverter case 56 has, for example, a heat sink 52 made of aluminum and having heat dissipation fins 50, and the inverter device 54 is placed and housed on the upper surface of this heat sink 52.

[0016] On the upper part of the cabinet 10, there is a control unit (pump control unit) 70 that receives signals from pressure sensors 26, 36, etc. and variably operates the vertical pumps 12a, 12b in a way that the estimated terminal pressure constant control or discharge pressure constant control is carried out so that the water supply pressure at the end user becomes a predetermined pressure. The control unit 70 is provided with an operation panel 76 for various operations and displays. The control unit 70 is arranged vertically above the suction port 22a of the suction pipe 22 and the discharge port 46a of the discharge pipe 46. Thereby, even if water leakage occurs due to piping mistakes of the operator during the installation of the water supply device 1 (when connecting to the main water pipe, etc. at the suction port 22a and when connecting the water supply pipe to the water supply target such as a building at the discharge port 46a), it is possible to prevent the control unit 70 from being flooded. Also, in this embodiment, the control unit 70 is housed inside the cabinet 10 separately from the inverter case 56 that houses the inverter device 54. Thereby, it is possible to easily perform maintenance, replacement, etc. of each of the inverter device 54 and the control unit 70, and it is possible to reduce the influence of switching noise of the inverter device 54 on the control unit 70.

[0017] Each device of such a water supply device 1 is housed inside the cabinet 10. Here, the water supply device main body including at least the suction port 22a, the discharge port 46a, and the pumps (vertical pumps 12a, 12b) is supported by the support body 200 inside the cabinet 10. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the cabinet 10, the support body 200, and the cabinet base 80 of one embodiment. Also, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the cabinet 10 of one embodiment, FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the cabinet base 80 of one embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the support body 200 of one embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the cabinet 10 is formed in a rectangular box shape having three side surfaces (left side surface 101, right side surface 103, rear side surface 102) and an upper surface 104. In this embodiment, the front side surface (an example of the "first side surface") of the cabinet 10 has all areas opened.

[0018]

[0019] The opening in front of the cabinet 10 can be opened and closed by a cabinet cover 110 configured to be detachable from the cabinet 10 (see FIG. 1). In the example shown in FIG. 1, the cabinet cover 110 is configured to cover both the front side surface of the cabinet 10 and the front side surface of the cabinet base 80. However, the cabinet cover 110 may cover only the front side surface of the cabinet 10, or a cover for covering the front side surface of the cabinet base 80 may be provided separately. The cabinet 10, the cabinet cover 110, and the cabinet base 80 are made of a metal such as iron, steel, or stainless steel so as to ensure the rigidity of the water supply device 1. As an example, the cabinet cover 110 is provided with a window 112 configured to be openable and closable so that the operation panel 76 of the control unit 70 can be visually recognized from the outside.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 6, the cabinet base 80 has a left side surface 81, a right side surface 83, and a rear side surface 82, and the front side surface, the upper surface, and the lower surface are openings and are open. At the lower end of the front side surface of the cabinet base 80, a frame body 84 connecting the left side surface 81 and the right side surface 83 is provided, and the rigidity of the cabinet base 80 is ensured. Further, openings for passing pipes (not shown) connected to the suction pipe 22 and the discharge pipe 46 are formed in the left side surface 81 and the right side surface 83 of the cabinet base 80. With such a cabinet base 80, a sufficient space for connecting pipes can be secured.

[0021] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the cabinet 10 of the present embodiment does not have a member extending from the left side surface 101 to the right side surface 103 at the lower end of the front side surface and is open. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the cabinet base 80 does not have a member extending from the left side surface 81 to the right side surface 83 at the upper end of the front side surface and is open. Thereby, the front of the connection portion between the cabinet 10 and the cabinet base 80 is open in a state where the cabinet 10 is supported on the cabinet base 80, and the work inside the cabinet 10 and the cabinet base 80 by the operator can be facilitated.

[0022] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, on the left side surface 101, the rear side surface 102, and the right side surface 103 of the cabinet 10, a channel-shaped member 120 is attached so as to open inward. The channel-shaped member 120 is a member having a U-shaped cross section, that is, a member having a base plate and two side plates continuous at both ends of the base plate, and for example, channel steel can be used. As an example, the channel-shaped member 120 is arranged such that the base plate contacts the left side surface 101, the rear side surface 102, and the right side surface 103 of the cabinet 10, and is attached to the cabinet 10 by means of bolting or welding. It is preferable that one side plate of the channel-shaped member 120 is aligned with the lower end of the side surface (left side surface 101, rear side surface 102, right side surface 103) of the cabinet 10. One side plate of this channel-shaped member 120 constitutes a mounting portion 122 as a supported portion connectable to the cabinet base 80. Also, the other side plate of the channel-shaped member 120 constitutes a support portion 124 for supporting the support body 200. The support portion 124 is provided at a position spaced from the lowermost portion of the cabinet 10 and is located vertically above the mounting portion 122. In this embodiment, the channel-shaped member 120 is a member continuous along the left side surface 101, the rear side surface 102, and the right side surface 103 excluding the front side surface of the cabinet 10. That is, the channel-shaped member 120 of this embodiment is a U-shaped member when viewed along the vertical direction. However, it is not limited to such an example, and as an example, the channel-shaped member 120 may be attached only to the left side surface 101 and the right side surface 103.

[0023] The cabinet 10 is supported by the cabinet base 80 when the mounting portion 122 is connected to the cabinet base 80. In this embodiment, since the mounting portion 122 is connected to the cabinet base 80 by bolts, the cabinet 10 and the cabinet base 80 are configured to be detachable even at the installation location of the water supply device 1. Since the cabinet 10 and the cabinet base 80 are detachable at the installation location, the workability during the transportation or loading of the water supply device 1 is improved.

[0024] The support 200 is provided to support the water supply device main body inside the cabinet 10. In the present embodiment, the support 200 is configured to be detachable from the cabinet 10. The support 200 is made of a metal such as iron, steel, or stainless steel. As shown in FIG. 7, the support 200 has a left side surface portion 201, a rear side surface portion 202, and a right side surface portion 203. These left side surface portion 201, rear side surface portion 202, and right side surface portion 203 are made of angle members with their lower ends bent inward. Further, a frame body 204 connecting the left side surface portion 201 and the right side surface portion 203 is provided on the front side (opposite to the rear side surface portion 202) of the left side surface portion 201 and the right side surface portion 203. Furthermore, a reinforcing portion 205 extending along the left side surface portion 201 and the right side surface portion 203 to the frame body 204 is connected to approximately the center in the longitudinal direction of the rear side surface portion 202. Also, in the example shown in FIG. 7, the support 200 has a support plate 206a continuous with the left side surface portion 201 and the frame body 204, and a support plate 206b continuous with the reinforcing portion 205 and the frame body 204. Pumps (vertical pumps 12a, 12b) can be placed on the support plates 206a and 206b.

[0025] The support 200 of the present embodiment is configured as a substantially plate-shaped frame body without legs. Thereby, the water supply device main body can be stably supported, and it is possible to prevent the support 200 from interfering with the pipe connection work. Although not limited, as shown in FIG. 2, when the water supply device main body is supported by the support 200, at least one of the suction port 22a and the discharge port 46a of the water supply device main body is preferably located below the lower end of the support 200. This indicates that the height of the support 200 is low. Similarly, in the water supply device 1, the support portion 124 of the cabinet 10 is preferably located above at least one of the suction port 22a and the discharge port 46a of the water supply device main body.

[0026] FIG. 8 is a perspective view for explaining the accommodation of the support 200 in the cabinet 10 in one embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a view for explaining the attachment of the support and the cabinet in one embodiment. In the present embodiment, the opening formed in the front side surface (an example of the "first side surface") of the cabinet 10 has a dimension Lo (see FIG. 5) that is larger than the dimension of the support 200 along the front side surface, particularly the dimension Ls (see FIG. 7) of the support 200 in the left-right direction. Here, in this specification, the "dimension of the support 200" means the dimension of the support 200 in the orientation when the support 200 is accommodated in the cabinet 10. The dimension of the support 200 along the front side surface of the cabinet 10 can be rephrased as the dimension of the shape obtained by projecting the support 200 in the state where the support 200 is accommodated in the cabinet 10 from the front. By forming an opening having a dimension larger than the dimension of the support 200 in the front side surface of the cabinet 10 in this way, the support 200 can be inserted into the cabinet 10 through the opening without tilting the support 200.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 9, the support 200 is supported in the cabinet 10 by being placed on a support portion 124 that protrudes inward from the side surface of the cabinet 10. In the present embodiment, Each of the left side surface portion 201, the rear side surface portion 202, and the right side surface portion 203 of the support 200 is placed on a support portion 124 provided on the left side surface 101, the rear side surface 102, and the right side surface 103 of the cabinet 10 and connected by bolts.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 9, in a state where the support 200 is accommodated in the cabinet 10, it is preferable that a gap δ is formed between the side surface of the cabinet 10 (the left side surface 101, the rear side surface 102, the right side surface 103) and the support 200 without the support 200 contacting the side surface of the cabinet 10. By forming such a gap δ, it is possible to suppress the vibration accompanying the driving of the pump of the water supply device main body from being transmitted from the support 200 to the side surface of the cabinet 10, and it is possible to suppress the vibration and noise generation of the cabinet 10.

[0029] FIG. 10 is a perspective view for explaining the accommodation of the support body 200 supporting the water supply device main body into the cabinet 10 in one embodiment. As shown in the figure, in the water supply device 1 of this embodiment, the support body 200 supporting the water supply device main body can be horizontally inserted into the cabinet 10. For this reason, at the manufacturing factory or the installation site, the operator first attaches the water supply device main body to the support body 200, inserts the support body 200 supporting the water supply device main body into the cabinet 10, and fixes the support body 200 and the support portion 124 of the cabinet 10, whereby the water supply device 1 can be assembled. At this time, the support body 200 supporting the water supply device main body can be horizontally inserted into the cabinet 10 in the installation orientation without tilting, and the water supply device main body can be easily accommodated in the cabinet and the assembly work can be easily performed. In the example shown in FIG. 10, the cabinet 10 and the cabinet base 80 are connected. However, after the water supply device main body and the support body 200 are accommodated in the cabinet 10, the cabinet 10 and the cabinet base 80 may be connected.

[0030] (Modification example) FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the support body 200A of the modification example. The support body 200A of the modification example is different from the above-described support body 200 in that it has a tank fixing portion 211 for particularly fixing and supporting the pressure tank 40. In the example shown in FIG. 11, the tank fixing portion 211 is connected to the rear side surface portion 202. The tank fixing portion 211 is made of a metal such as iron, steel, or stainless steel, for example. The tank fixing portion 211 may be connected to the rear side surface portion 202 by bolting or welding, or may be integrally formed with the rear side surface portion 202. Similarly to the support body 200, it is preferable that a gap δ is formed between the side surface of the cabinet 10 (particularly the rear side surface 102) and the tank fixing portion 211 without the tank fixing portion 211 contacting the side surface of the cabinet 10 when it is accommodated in the cabinet 10.

[0031] (Other modification examples) In the above-described embodiment, the groove-shaped member 120 is configured to include the mounting portion 122 and the support portion 124. However, the mounting portion 122 and the support portion 124 are not limited to being configured by the groove-shaped member 120, and each may be configured separately. For example, the mounting portion 122 or the support portion 124 may be configured by attaching an L-shaped angle member to the side surface of the cabinet 10. Further, the mounting portion 122 or the support portion 124 is not limited to being configured by attaching other members to the side surface of the cabinet 10, and the side surface of the cabinet 10 may constitute the mounting portion 122 or the support portion 124. Also, in the above-described embodiment, the mounting portion 122 and the support portion 124 are formed along the entire areas of the left side surface 101, the rear side surface 102, and the right side surface 103 of the cabinet 10. However, the mounting portion 122 or the support portion 124 may be provided on the left side surface 101 and the right side surface 103. Further, the mounting portion 122 or the support portion 124 does not have to be formed over the entire areas of the left side surface 101 and the right side surface 103, and a plurality of convex portions may be formed to constitute the mounting portion 122 or the support portion 124. Additionally, the mounting portion 122 or the support portion 124 may be provided on the front side surface of the cabinet 10.

[0032] In the above-described embodiment, the cabinet 10 is supported on the cabinet base 80. However, the water supply device 1 does not have to include the cabinet base 80, and as an example, the cabinet 10 and the cabinet base 80 may be integrally configured.

[0033] In the above-described embodiment, an opening having a dimension larger than the dimension of the support 200 is formed in the front side surface of the cabinet 10. However, it is not limited to such an example, and an opening having a dimension larger than the dimension of the support 200 may be formed in the left side surface, the right side surface, or the rear side surface of the cabinet 10. As an example, when an opening is formed in the left side surface of the cabinet, the opening may have a dimension larger than the dimension of the shape projected from the side of the support 200. Even in such an example, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment can be achieved.

[0034] Alternatively, instead of or in addition to the above-described embodiment, an opening having a dimension larger than the dimension of the support 200 may be formed in the upper surface of the cabinet 10. In this case, the opening formed in the upper surface may be an opening having a dimension larger than the dimension obtained by projecting the support 200 along the vertical direction, that is, the planar dimension of the support 200. In such a case, the support 200 supporting the water supply device main body can be inserted into the cabinet 10 from the upper surface of the cabinet 10 in the installation orientation without being tilted. Therefore, the water supply device main body can be easily accommodated in the cabinet and the assembly work can be easily performed.

[0035] In the above-described water supply device 1, it is assumed that two vertical pumps 12a and 12b are provided inside the cabinet 10, but a horizontal pump may be provided, or one or three or more pumps may be provided.

[0036] The present embodiment described above can also be described in the following forms. [Aspect 1] According to Aspect 1, a water supply device for supplying water to a water supply target is proposed. The water supply device includes a water supply device main body having a suction port connected to a supply pipe, a discharge port connected to a water supply pipe, and a pump for transferring water from the suction port toward the discharge port, a support for supporting the water supply device main body, and a cabinet having side surfaces and an upper surface for housing the water supply device main body. The cabinet has a support portion protruding inward from the side surface, and the support is placed on the support portion in a state of supporting the water supply device main body and is supported in the cabinet. An opening having a dimension larger than the dimension of the support along the first side surface is formed in the first side surface among the side surfaces of the cabinet. The support is placed on the support portions provided on two side surfaces continuous with the first side surface among the side surfaces of the cabinet. According to Aspect 1, it is possible to provide a cabinet-type water supply device that can easily accommodate and install a water supply device main body in a cabinet.
