Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In a known traveling crawler, since the track frame for mounting the idler wheels is configured by a long rectangular tube-shaped frame in the front-rear direction, there is a problem that the load applied to each idler wheel cannot be supported, resulting in deformation or breakage. In addition, each idler wheel is mounted from the outside of the body of the traveling crawler, and the attachment / detachment work can be performed in a wide space outside the body. However, due to the convenience of directly mounting on the track frame, it is necessary to increase the tightening torque of the bolts, so a large force is required during the attachment / detachment work, and there is a problem that the maintainability deteriorates. The present application devises the attachment configuration of the idler wheels, improves the support rigidity of the traveling frame and the idler wheels, and aims to improve the durability, maintainability, and assemblability of the traveling device including the idler wheels.

Effects of the Invention
[0006] In the invention of claim 1, the idler wheel 15 is configured as an idler wheel unit 17 having a pair of left and right grounding wheels 16 that contact the crawler belt 20. A crawler guide 25 that contacts the crawler belt 20 is provided between and below the left and right of the grounding wheels 16 of the idler wheel unit 17. A tension adjustment unit 26 (idler roller unit) for adjusting the tension of the crawler belt 20 is provided. A traveling crawler 10 is formed by the idler wheel unit 17, the crawler guide 25, and a track frame 27 on which the tension adjustment unit 26 is mounted. The track frame 27 is formed with left and right mounting holes 30 for attaching a fixing member 29 for fixing the idler wheel unit 17 and the crawler guide 25. The fixing member 29 is configured to be detachable in the left - right direction of the machine body. Since the tension adjustment unit 26 is arranged in a straight line in the front - rear direction with respect to the track frame 27, the fixing member 29 for fixing the idler wheel unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 can be detached from the side of the traveling crawler 10. Thus, the detachment and attachment work can be carried out in the space outside the machine body (arbitrary space), the operation of tools is less likely to be hindered, and the efficiency of maintenance work is improved. Also, since the mounting holes 30 of the track frame 27, the idler wheel unit 17, and the crawler guide 25 can be aligned respectively and the fixing member 29 can be inserted and temporarily fixed, it is possible to prevent the removed parts from falling and being damaged, and to prevent the position of the parts to be attached from shifting and taking extra time for the detachment and attachment work. Further, since the tension adjustment unit 26 is located on the straight line of the track frame 27, the pressure - regulating rotating body 13 contacts the crawler belt 20 near the central part of the left - right width of the traveling crawler 10. Thus, it is possible to prevent an uneven tension from being applied to the crawler belt 20, and to prevent the crawler belt 20 from falling off and being damaged or the work from being interrupted. In the invention according to claim 2, a rear side foot frame 31 for supporting the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the rear part of the machine body frame 1, arranged downward and outward of the machine body, and a transmission case 32 for transmitting driving force to the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the front part of the machine body frame 1. The rear side foot frame 31 is connected near the joint of the track frame 27 and the tension adjusting unit 26. A driving rotating body (driving sprocket) 12 for driving the traveling crawler 10 is arranged on a traveling output shaft 33 protruding outward from the machine body from the transmission case 32. Since the fixing member 29 is detachably arranged in the left - right direction from the outside of the machine body for the driving rotating body 12 and the pressure regulating rotating body (idle roller) of the tension adjusting unit 26, by connecting the rear side foot frame 31 near the joint of the track frame 27 and the tension adjusting unit 26, the strength of the traveling crawler 10 can be improved. Since the fixing member 29 for attaching the driving rotating body 12 and the pressure regulating rotating body 13 can be detached from the outside of the machine body, the attachment and detachment work can be easily carried out, so the efficiency of maintenance work is improved. In the invention according to claim 3, reinforcing covers 35 are respectively arranged on both the left and right sides of the track frame 27. The reinforcing cover 35 is configured to have an up - down length protruding downward from the lower end of the track frame 27. A mounting hole 36 for the crawler guide 25 is formed in the reinforcing cover 35. A cylindrical mounting tube 37 for inserting the fixing member 29 is arranged in the left - right direction in the reinforcing cover 35. A flat surface 38 is formed on the upper part of the mounting tube 37. A vertical reinforcing plate 39 is provided on the lower surface of the track frame 27 in the longitudinal direction of the front - rear direction, and a plurality of strength plates (U - blades) 74 protruding downward and contacting the flat surface 38 of the mounting tube 37 are provided at the lower end surface of the reinforcing plate 39. Therefore, by covering both the left and right sides of the track frame 27 with the reinforcing cover 35, it becomes difficult for earth, sand, and foreign matters to contact the idler unit 17 etc., the removal work becomes easy, and the occurrence of damage such as the dropping of the crawler belt 20 is prevented. By bringing the strength plate 74 protruding downward from the reinforcing plate 39 provided on the lower surface of the track frame 27 into contact with the flat surface 38 formed on the upper surface of the mounting tube 37 of the crawler guide 25, the strength against load is improved. Also, by bringing the lower end surface of the rectangular strength plate 74 into surface contact with the similarly rectangular flat surface 38, the contact area can be increased to reduce the applied pressure and the load due to the load can be reduced. In the invention of claim 4, the left and right reinforcing covers 35 are formed as a U-shaped frame cover 41 that is provided with a connecting plate 40 at the upper part and covers the left, right, and upper parts of the track frame 27. Since the idler unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 are configured to insert the fixing member 29 through the frame cover 41, the track frame 27 is covered with the U-shaped frame cover 41, and the fixing member 29 for attaching the idler unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 is attached through the track frame 27, thereby improving the attachment strength. In the invention of claim 5, the crawler guide 25 is divided into a front crawler guide 25F and a rear crawler guide 25R. For both the front and rear crawler guides 25, left and right reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R having a tapered shape with a narrower left and right width toward the lower side of the machine body are formed on the left and right of the mounting tube 37. The left and right reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R are formed over a height (about half of the vertical length of the mounting tube 37) that does not contact the upper end of the crawler core metal 44 formed on the inner circumference of the crawler belt 20 from the lower part of the mounting tube 37. Front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R that draw an arc concave in side view are formed in front of and behind the mounting tube 37. The arc portion 46 of the rear reinforcing rib 45R located at the rearmost part of the rear crawler guide 25R is arranged concentrically with the outer peripheral shape of the pressure regulating rotating body 13 of the tension adjusting unit 26. Therefore, by forming the left and right reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R in front of and behind and on the left and right of the mounting tube 37, the strength against the load applied to the crawler guide 25 can be improved, and damage to the crawler guide 25 and crawler components can be prevented. Since the lower ends of the left and right reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R are positioned at a height that does not interfere with the core metal of the crawler belt 20, the strength is ensured and the circulation of the crawler belt 20 is not disturbed, preventing the stabilization of running and the detachment of the crawler belt 20. By aligning the longest parts of the vertical lengths of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R with the support part located at the lower part of the mounting tube 37, and by aligning the lower sides of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R with the guide plate 25, the strength of the front and rear crawler guides 25F and 25R can be improved. In addition, the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R also serve as a wall for suppressing the intrusion of mud from the outside of the machine body between the front and rear of the grounding wheels 16, so that mud accumulates in the winding area of the crawler belt 20 and the weight increases, or the crawler belt 20 slips and falls off, making it impossible to travel can be prevented. In the invention of claim 6, the grounding wheels 16 constituting the turning wheel unit 17 are arranged on both the left and right sides of the shaft holder 51 that houses the rotating shaft 50 of the grounding wheel 16. Above the shaft holder 51 and between the left and right of the grounding wheel 16, the left and right support members 52 are connected near the front and rear central parts, and mounting protrusions 53 formed in an H shape in top view are erected respectively. On the front or rear side of the machine body of the shaft holder 51 and on the lower side than the mounting protrusion 53, an air vent valve 54 for discharging excess air in the shaft holder 51 is arranged. At the connection part between the grounding wheel 16 outside the machine body and the rotating shaft 50, an oil filling port 55 for injecting a lubricant into the rotating shaft 50 in the shaft holder 51 is formed. Therefore, by forming the mounting protrusion 53 in an H shape in top view, the strength of the turning wheel unit 17 is improved and damage due to load is prevented. By forming the air vent valve 54 at the lower part of the mounting protrusion 53 and facing the front or rear side of the machine body, a space for air to escape is secured when the internal pressure increases, and air can be reliably discharged. By forming an oil filling port 55 for the lubricant at the connection part between the grounding wheel 16 outside the machine body and the rotating shaft 50, the work of supplying the lubricant around the rotating shaft 50 can be performed from the space (space) outside the machine body where the work is easy, so the maintainability is improved. In the invention according to claim 7, the mowing device 4 is arranged on the front side of the machine body, and a sorting device (sorting device (threshing device)) 3 for removing unnecessary parts (stems, leaves, etc.) from the harvested product is provided behind the mowing device 4 and closer to the left side of the machine body. A control unit 6, a power unit (engine, HST, etc.) power unit 60, and a recovery device (storage tank) 5 for storing the harvested product are arranged behind the mowing device 4 and closer to the right side of the machine body. A fuel tank 61 is arranged at the rear left part of the machine body, and a tank cover 62 is provided below the fuel tank 61. A balance weight 63 is detachably provided on the tank cover 62. Since the tank cover 62 is arranged behind the rear end of the traveling crawler 10, by mounting the balance weight 63 on the rear left part of the machine body, it is possible to prevent the center of gravity in the left-right direction from shifting to the right side of the machine body, especially when the harvested product is stored, thus preventing a decrease in straight-ahead traveling performance and turning traveling performance. Also, due to the weight of the mowing device 4 on the front side of the machine body and the resistance during mowing, it is possible to prevent the machine body from tilting forward, so that the front end of the mowing device 4 does not contact the field surface, and mowing and harvesting errors and damage are prevented from occurring. Since the mounting position of the balance weight 63 does not overlap with the traveling crawler 10, the presence of the traveling crawler 10 does not interfere with the attachment and detachment work, and a decrease in work efficiency is prevented.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0008] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an airframe frame (vehicle body frame), 2 is a traveling device provided at a lower position of the airframe frame 1, and 3 is a sorting device (threshing device) provided at an upper position of the airframe frame 1. A harvesting device 4 for harvesting crops from the field is provided in front of the traveling device 2, and a recovery device (storage tank, grain tank) 5 for storing the crops harvested by the harvesting device 4 is provided. 6 is an operation unit. In describing the present invention, for ease of understanding, the directions such as front and rear, left and right, and up and down are indicated based on the traveling direction of the work vehicle. However, the configuration of the present invention is not limited thereby. The traveling device 2 is configured to include a pair of left and right traveling crawlers 10. The traveling crawler 10 is wound around the outer periphery of a plurality of idlers 15 provided between a driving rotating body (driving wheel) 12 provided on the front side of a traveling frame (track frame, crawler frame, idler frame) 11 and a pressure regulating rotating body (idler wheel, tension roller) 13 provided on the rear side (FIG. 3).
[0009] A traveling device 2 is provided at a lower position of the vehicle body frame 1, a mowing device 4 for mowing crops from the field is provided in front of the traveling device 2, and a collecting device 5 for accommodating the crops mowed by the mowing device 4 is provided. In the work vehicle, the traveling device 2 is configured to have a pair of left and right traveling crawlers 10. Each traveling crawler 10 is composed of a crawler belt 20, a rolling wheel 15 that contacts the crawler belt 20, and a track frame 27 on which the rolling wheel 15 is mounted. The rolling wheel 15 is configured as a rolling wheel unit 17 having a pair of left and right grounding wheels 16 that contact the crawler belt 20. A crawler guide 25 that contacts the crawler belt 20 is provided between and below the left and right of the grounding wheels 16 of the rolling wheel unit 17. A tension adjusting unit (idle roller unit) 26 for adjusting the tension of the crawler belt 20 is provided at the rear of each traveling crawler 10. Each traveling crawler 10 is formed with a configuration having a rolling wheel unit 17, a crawler guide 25, and a track frame 27 on which the tension adjusting unit 26 is mounted. On the side of the track frame 27, a plurality of left-right mounting holes 30 for attaching a fixing member (bolt) 29 for fixing the rolling wheel unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 are formed over the front-rear direction. The fixing member 29 is configured to be detachable from the left-right direction of the vehicle body. The tension adjusting unit 26 is configured to be linearly arranged in the front-rear direction with respect to the track frame 27.
[0010] Therefore, by making the fixing member 29 for fixing the rolling wheel unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 to the track frame 27 side detachable from the side of the traveling crawler 10, the detachment and attachment work can be performed in the space part (arbitrary space) outside the vehicle body, so that the use work of tools is hardly hindered and the efficiency of maintenance work is improved. Also, since the attachment holes 30 of the track frame 27 side, the rolling wheel unit 17, and the crawler guide 25 can be aligned respectively and the fixing member 29 can be inserted and temporarily fixed, it is possible to prevent the mounted parts such as the rolling wheel unit 17 from accidentally falling and being damaged when the fixing of the fixing member 29 is released, and it is possible to prevent the position of the parts to be attached from shifting and taking extra time for the detachment and attachment work. Since the tension adjustment unit 26 is linearly positioned with respect to the axial direction of the track frame 27, the pressure regulating rotating body 13 can be brought into contact with the crawler belt 20 near the center of the left and right width of the traveling crawler 10. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the crawler belt 20 from being subjected to a biased tension, and to prevent the crawler belt 20 from falling off and being damaged, or the work from being interrupted.
[0011] A rear side foot frame 31 for supporting the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the rear part of the machine body frame 1. The rear side foot frame 31 is arranged downward and outward of the machine body, and is connected to the track frame 27 near the joint portion of the track frame 27 and the tension adjustment unit 26. A transmission case 32 for transmitting driving force to the traveling crawler 10 is provided at the front part of the machine body frame 1, and a driving rotating body (driving sprocket) 12 for driving the traveling crawler 10 is arranged on a traveling output shaft 33 protruding outward from the transmission case 32 to the outside of the machine body. The fixing member 29 for detachably arranging the driving rotating body 12 and the pressure regulating rotating body (idle roller) 12 of the tension adjustment unit 26 in the left - right direction is arranged from the outside of the machine body (Fig. 2). By connecting the rear side foot frame 31 near the joint portion of the track frame 27 and the tension adjustment unit 26, the strength of the traveling crawler 10 can be improved. Since the fixing member 29 for attaching the pressure regulating rotating body 13 to the track frame 27 side can be detached from the outside of the machine body, the detachment and attachment work can be easily performed, so the efficiency of the maintenance work is improved.
[0012] On each side of the left and right side surfaces of the track frame 27, vertical reinforcing covers 35 are respectively arranged. The lower end portions of the reinforcing covers 35 are configured to have a vertical length that protrudes downward from the lower end portion of the track frame 27. Mounting hole portions 36 of the crawler guide 25 are formed in the reinforcing covers 35, and the mounting holes 37A of a cylindrical mounting tube 37 into which a fixing member 29 is inserted are arranged to be aligned with the mounting hole portions 36 of the reinforcing covers 35. A flat surface 38 is formed on the upper surface portion of the mounting tube 37. The lower end surface of a vertical strength plate (U blade) 74 is made to abut against the flat surface 38 of the mounting tube 37, and the strength plate (U blade) 74 is made to protrude upward and is abutted and fixed to the lower surface of a reinforcing plate 39 provided longitudinally in the front-rear direction on the lower surface of the track frame 27. A plurality of strength plates (U blades) 74 are provided at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction (Figs. 3 to 6).
[0013] That is, the lower ends of the reinforcing covers 35 arranged on the left and right sides of the track frame 27 are made to protrude downward from the lower end portion of the track frame 27. A mounting hole 30 is formed by communicating the mounting hole portions 36 formed in the portions of the reinforcing covers 35 that protrude downward from the track frame 27 with the mounting holes 37A provided in the mounting tube 37. The fixing member 29 is inserted into the mounting hole 30, and the mounting tube 37 of the crawler guide 25 is detachably mounted on the track frame 27 side. The mounting tube 37 is fixedly mounted on the upper part of the reinforcing rib 45 of the crawler guide 25. A flat surface 38 is formed on the upper surface portion of the mounting tube 37. The lower part of the strength plate (U blade) 74 is made to abut against the flat surface 38, and the upper part of the strength plate (U blade) 74 is made to abut against the reinforcing plate 39 provided on the lower surface of the track frame 27.
[0014] In this case, a plurality of strength plates (U blades) 74 are provided at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction. Therefore, by covering the left and right sides of the track frame 27 with the reinforcing covers 35, it becomes difficult for earth and sand and foreign matters to come into contact with the idler unit 17 and the like, the removal work becomes easy, and the occurrence of damage such as the dropping off of the crawler belt 20 is prevented. By bringing the strength plate 74 protruding downward from the reinforcing plate 39 provided on the lower surface of the track frame 27 into contact with the flat surface 38 formed on the upper surface of the attachment tube 37 of the crawler guide 25, the strength against loads is improved. That is, if the upper surface of the attachment tube 37 is directly brought into contact with the track frame 27, the contact portion may slightly wear when a load is applied, and the strength may decrease therefrom. However, by interposing the reinforcing plate 39 between the track frame 27 and the attachment tube 37, the strength can be maintained.
[0015] Connecting plates 40 are provided at the upper parts of the left and right reinforcing covers 35 and formed as a frame cover 41 in an inverted U shape in a front and rear view that covers the left, right, and upper parts of the track frame 27. The idler unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 are detachably attached to the frame cover 41 side by fixing members 29. That is, the upper parts of the pair of left and right reinforcing covers 35 are connected by the connecting plate 40 and formed as a frame cover 41 in an inverted U shape in a front and rear view. In this case, if the pair of left and right reinforcing covers 35 and the connecting plate 40 are connected integrally in a close contact state to form the frame cover 41, the track frame 27 can be surrounded by mud, which is preferable. Further, in the present embodiment, the frame cover 41 is configured to be detachably attached to the track frame 27.
[0016] Therefore, by covering the track frame 27 with the inverted U-shaped frame cover 41 and attaching the fixing members 29 for attaching the idler unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 to the track frame 27 with the frame cover 41 interposed therebetween, the idler unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 can be attached to the traveling frame 11 without reducing the strength of the track frame 27, and the attachment can be facilitated. The crawler guide 25 is divided into a front crawler guide 25F and a rear crawler guide 25R. On both the left and right sides below the mounting tube 37 in each of the front and rear crawler guides 25F and 25R, left and right reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R having a tapered shape with a narrower left and right width toward the lower side of the machine body are respectively formed. The left and right reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R are formed over a height (≒ about half of the vertical length of the crawler guide 25 and the mounting tube 37) that does not contact the upper end of the crawler core metal 44 formed on the inner circumference of the crawler belt 20 from the lower part of the mounting tube 37. Front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R that draw an arc in a concave shape in side view are respectively formed in front of and behind the mounting tube 37. The arc portion 46 of the rear reinforcing rib 45R located at the rearmost part of the rear crawler guide 25R is arranged concentrically with the outer peripheral shape of the pressure regulating rotating body 13 of the tension adjusting unit 26.
[0017] Therefore, by forming the reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R in front of, behind, on the left, and on the right of the mounting tube 37, the strength against the load applied to the crawler guide 25 can be improved, so that damage to the crawler guide 25 and crawler components can be prevented. Since the lower ends of the left and right reinforcing ribs 43L and 43R are positioned at a height that does not interfere with the core metal 44 of the crawler belt 20, the circulation of the crawler belt 20 is not disturbed while ensuring strength, and traveling stability and the dropping off of the crawler belt 20 are prevented. Therefore, by combining the longest part of the vertical length of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R with the support part located at the lower part of the mounting tube 37, and by aligning the lower sides of the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R with the guide plate, the strength of the front and rear crawler guides 25F and 25R can be improved.
[0018] In addition, the front and rear reinforcing ribs 45F and 45R also serve as a wall for suppressing the entry of mud and soil from the outside of the machine body between the front and rear of the grounding wheel 16. Therefore, it is possible to prevent mud and soil from accumulating in the winding area of the crawler belt 20 and increasing the weight, and to prevent the crawler belt 20 from slipping and dropping off, resulting in inability to travel. As shown in Fig. 8, the swivel wheel unit 17 mounts left and right reinforcing covers 35 on the truck frame 27, and brings the upper surfaces of the support members 52 and the mounting projections 53 that constitute the swivel wheel unit 17 into contact with the lower surface of the reinforcing plate 39. Then, the swivel wheel unit 17 is mounted by tightening a fixing member 29 through mounting holes 30 formed by the mounting holes formed in the upper part of the support member 52 and the mounting holes formed in the reinforcing cover 35. When removing the swivel wheel unit 17, loosen the fixing member 29 and pull it out so that the swivel wheel unit 17 can be moved downward. Note that if a receiving member for the fixing member 29 such as a nut is fixed to the location where the mounting hole 30 of the reinforcing cover 35 is formed on the side opposite to the side where the fixing member 29 is inserted, the attaching / detaching operation of the fixing member 29 can be easily performed.
[0019] That is, the swivel wheel unit 17 attaches left and right ground wheels 16 to a rotation shaft 50 in the left-right direction, rotatably mounts the rotation shaft 50 on a shaft holder 51, and fixedly attaches the lower parts of a pair of left and right support members 52 that stand upward above the upper part of the shaft holder 51 and between the left and right of the ground wheel 16. A mounting hole 30 is formed so as to communicate with the mounting hole formed in the upper part of the support member 52 and the mounting hole formed in the reinforcing cover 35. The swivel wheel unit 17 is mounted on the truck frame 27 side by inserting the fixing member 29 into the mounting hole 30. Also, if the mounting hole 30 is positioned above the upper surface of the ground wheel 16, the fixing member 29 can be attached and detached without interfering with the ground wheel 16, facilitating the attaching / detaching operation.
[0020] The grounding wheels 16 that make up the turning wheel unit 17 are arranged on both the left and right sides of a shaft holder 51 that houses the rotating shaft 50 of the grounding wheels 16. Above the shaft holder 51 and between the left and right grounding wheels 16, left and right support members 52 are connected near the front and rear center portions, and mounting protrusions 53 formed in an "H" shape in top view are erected respectively. On the front or rear side of the machine body of the shaft holder 51 and on the lower side than the mounting protrusions 53, an air vent valve 54 for discharging excess air in the shaft holder 51 is arranged. An oil filling port 55 for injecting a lubricant into the rotating shaft 50 in the shaft holder 51 is formed at the connection portion between the grounding wheel 16 outside the machine body and the rotating shaft 50 (Fig. 7). By forming the mounting protrusion 53 in an H shape in top view, the strength of the turning wheel unit 17 is improved, and damage due to load is prevented.
[0021] By forming the air vent valve 54 at the lower part of the mounting protrusion 53 and facing the front or rear side of the machine body, a space (flow path) for air to escape is secured when the internal pressure increases, and air venting can be performed reliably. By forming an oil filling port 55 for the lubricant at the connection portion between the grounding wheel 16 outside the machine body and the rotating shaft 50, the work of supplying the lubricant around the rotating shaft 50 can be performed from the space (space) outside the machine body where the work is easy, so the maintainability is improved. The mowing device 4 is arranged on the front side of the machine body. A sorting device (threshing device) 3 for removing unnecessary parts (stems, leaves, etc.) from the harvested product is provided behind the mowing device 4 and closer to the left side of the machine body. Behind the mowing device 4 and closer to the right side of the machine body, a control unit 6, a power device (engine, HST, etc.) 60, and a recovery device (storage tank) 5 for storing the harvested product are arranged. A fuel tank 61 is arranged at the rear left part of the machine body, a tank cover 62 is provided below the fuel tank 61, a balance weight 63 is detachably provided on the tank cover 62, and the tank cover 62 is configured to be arranged behind the rear end portion of the traveling crawler 10 (Figs. 10, 11).
[0022] By mounting the balance weight 63 on the rear left part of the machine body, it is possible to prevent the center of gravity in the left - right direction from shifting to the right side of the machine body, especially when the harvested product is stored, so it is possible to prevent the straight - running performance and the turning performance from deteriorating. In addition, since the weight of the mowing device 4 on the front side of the machine body and the resistance applied during mowing can prevent the machine body from tilting forward, it is possible to prevent the front end of the mowing device 4 from contacting the field surface, thereby preventing mowing and harvesting errors and damage. Since the mounting position of the balance weight 63 does not overlap with the traveling crawler 10, the presence of the traveling crawler 10 does not interfere with the attachment and detachment work of the balance weight 63, and a decrease in work efficiency is prevented.
[0023] A frame cover 41 is placed over the square tube 71 of the truck frame 27 from above, a frame 70 is provided below the square tube 71, the square tube 71 and the frame 70 are arranged inside the frame cover 41, and the attachment tube 37 of the crawler guide 25 is positioned below the frame 70. A fixing member 29 is inserted into this attachment tube 37 from the side of the machine body and tightened (Fig. 5). Therefore, the frame 70, the square tube 71, and the frame cover 41 are integrally fixed by the fixing member 29. Therefore, the load bearing capacity in the vertical direction can be enhanced.
[0024] In addition, it is possible to improve durability (prevent damage to the idler shaft and bearings), prevent deformation of the truck frame 27, and stabilize the posture of the machine body (front-rear and left-right) during operation in wet fields, crossing ridges, entering the field, and turning. Also, each idler unit 17 can be detached and attached, improving maintenance performance. The detachable crawler guide 25 (attachment tube 37) is closely installed on the frame cover 41 of the truck frame 27 and the lower surface of the frame 70 inside it, and is tightened by a fixing member 29 from the side of the machine body (Fig. 5). Therefore, the load bearing capacity in the vertical direction can be enhanced.
[0025] In addition, it is possible to improve durability (prevent damage to the idler shaft and bearings), prevent deformation of the truck frame 27, and stabilize the posture of the machine body (front-rear and left-right) during operation in wet fields, crossing ridges, entering the field, and turning. Also, each idler unit 17 can be detached and attached, improving maintenance performance. The longitudinal square tubes 71 within the frame cover 41 disposed at the lower left and right portions of the traveling frame 11 and the idler roller tension arms 72 inserted into the square tubes 71 are arranged linearly. Therefore, durability can be improved (preventing damage to the swivel axles and bearings), deformation of the track frame 27 can be prevented, the body posture can be stabilized (front-rear and left-right) during travel in paddy fields, when crossing ridges, when entering fields, and during turning, and each swivel wheel unit 17 can be detachably attached, improving the maintenance performance.
[0026] That is, since the track frame 27 of the traveling frame 11 is attached to the front and rear foot frames 31 on the machine side, replacement work becomes extensive if it is damaged, but reinforcement covers 35 etc. can be attached and detached from the track frame 27 relatively easily. Therefore, if mounting holes are formed in the track frame 27, that portion may become weak against loads. Thus, the track frame 27 is formed as a non-porous square prism shape, ensuring strength while suppressing weight increase, and is configured to attach the swivel wheel unit 17 and the crawler guide 25 indirectly via a reinforcement cover 35 etc. In other words, although the configuration of the traveling frame 11 is arbitrary, in this embodiment, the square tubes 71 of the track frame 27 and the frame 70 below the square tubes 71 are arranged vertically overlapping, and the square tubes 71 and the frame 70 are covered integrally by the frame cover 41, and the swivel wheel unit 17, the crawler guide 25, and the tension unit 26 are attached to the frame cover 41 (traveling frame 1) side.
[0027] The insertion portions of the longitudinal square tubes 71 within the frame cover 41 disposed at the lower left and right portions of the traveling frame 11 and the idler roller tension arms 72 are arranged linearly. The rear side foot frame 31 is arranged at the joint of the front-rear direction square tube 71 in the frame cover 41 arranged at the lower left and right parts of the traveling frame 11 and the insertion part of the idle roller tension arm 72 (Fig. 2).
[0028] The rear side foot frame 31 is arranged at the joint of the front-rear direction square tube 71 in the frame cover 41 arranged at the lower left and right parts of the traveling frame 11 and the insertion part of the idle roller tension arm 72. The tightening directions of all the fixing members 29 of the traveling crawler 10, the drive rotating body 12, the pressure regulating rotating body 13, the crawler guide 25, and the idler unit 17 are set as the intersecting directions with respect to the machine body traveling direction, and are on both the left and right side surfaces. Therefore, maintenance becomes easy. For the joint configuration of the crawler guide 25 and the track frame 27, the upper end of the mounting tube 37 (hub) of the track frame 27 is set as a flat surface 38, a reinforcing plate 39 is provided in the front-rear direction below the track frame 27, the upper part of the strength plate 74 which is a rectangular parallelepiped plate material protruding downward is fixed to this reinforcing plate 39, and a plurality of the strength plates 74 are provided at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction. Specifically, the number of the strength plates 74 is the same as that of the mounting tubes 37 and they are provided at the same front-rear intervals, and by bringing the lower end surface of the strength plate 74 into surface contact with the flat surface 38, the pressure when a load is applied is dispersed, thereby maintaining strength, in other words, a configuration in which the durability is not easily reduced by the load.
[0029] Therefore, the durability can be improved (preventing damage to the idler shaft and bearings) and deformation of the track frame 27 can be prevented. The installation part of the crawler guide 25 has a shape that is widened in width up to the central part in a front view. The mounting part of the crawler guide 25 (the part for mounting the crawler guide 25 to the frame cover 41) is configured such that in a front view, among the up and down directions, the left and right width from near the upper end part to the central part is wider than the left and right width from the central part to the lower end part, and by making the left and right width from the central part to the lower end part the same, a shape that does not hinder the crawler core passing area through which the core metal 44 of the crawler 10 passes is formed.
[0030] Make the outer shape of the rear end connection plate 40 of the crawler guide 25 and the outer periphery of the idle roller pressure regulating rotating body 13 into a concentric arc shape. Therefore, when transporting the work machine or the like, when moving the idle roller pressure regulating rotating body 13 forward for storage, the pressure regulating rotating body 13 can be brought closer to the crawler guide 25, and the compactness can be achieved. Make it a turning wheel unit 17 that can be detached independently from the traveling frame 11. Make each turning wheel unit 17 detachable, and the maintenance performance can be improved. Configure the mounting protrusion 53 of the mounting member 28 joined to the track frame 27 of the turning wheel unit 17 that can be detached independently from the traveling frame 11 into an H shape in plan view (Fig. 7). Therefore, the strength of the mounting member 28 can be maintained and the weight can be reduced.
[0031] Configure the mounting member 28 of the turning wheel unit 17 that can be detached independently from the traveling frame 11 into an H shape in plan view, and arrange a grease filling port 55 between the mounting member 28 and the rotating shaft 50. Arrange the direction of the air vent valve 54 provided on the mounting member 28 to the side with space. Therefore, it is possible to facilitate the handling of tools used for air bleeding. In the crawler guide 25, the fixing member 29 is arranged above the upper surface of the grounding wheel 16 of the turning wheel 15 in side view. Therefore, wear can be prevented. Among the turning wheels 15 of the turning wheel units 17 arranged in parallel in the detachable front-rear direction, the central and upper turning wheels have a small diameter. Therefore, weight reduction and vibration during bank crossing can be prevented.
[0032] The installation part of the track frame 27 of the detachable crawler guide 25 is configured such that the upper part is inscribed inside the frame cover 41 of the track frame 27 and is tightened by the fixing member 29 from both sides. Therefore, integral strengthening can be achieved. The installation part of the detachable idler track frame 27 is configured such that the upper part is inscribed inside the frame cover 41 of the track frame 27 and is tightened by the fixing members 29 from both sides. Therefore, it can be integrally strengthened. The detachable idler unit 17 is installed in close contact with the frame covers 41 of the track frames 27 at both ends of the traveling frame 11 and the lower surfaces of the square tubes 71 inside them, and is configured to be tightened by the fixing members 29 from both sides. Therefore, the load-bearing capacity in the vertical direction can be strengthened.
[0033] A balance weight 63 made of an angle bar (thin plate shape) is configured to be installable at the lower part of the tank covers 62 (LH, RH) of the fuel tank 61 (Fig. 10). By mounting or removing the required number of these balance weights 63, the weight balance in the left-right and front-back directions can be improved. Therefore, the shaking of the operator caused by the front-back or left-right inclination of the machine body can be reduced, and the fatigue during long-term operation can be alleviated. In addition, it can prevent the cutting height and cutting position of the cereal straw from shifting, so the amount of cereal straw left uncut in the field is reduced, and the working time and labor required for manual work can be shortened. A plurality of balance weights 63 of the same shape are prepared and configured to be installable singly or stacked. As a result, more balance weights 63 can be mounted within the limited mounting space, and the weight balance can be adjusted appropriately.
[0034] A plurality of balance weights 63 are installed under the tank covers 62 (LH, RH) of the fuel tank 61 and are arranged so as not to overlap with the rear ends of the left and right traveling crawlers 10. Therefore, the space for attachment and detachment work can be secured, so the balance weights 63 can be easily attached and detached, and the work efficiency is improved. The balance weight 63 (tank cover 62) is arranged above the upper surfaces of the left and right traveling crawlers 10, and mounting members such as bolts (not shown in the figure) of corresponding lengths are used. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the so-called "mud extrusion" caused by the balance weight 63 and the tank cover 62 coming into contact with the field surface, and a decrease in the traveling speed and adhesion of field soil can be prevented.
[0035] Due to the structure of the machine body, heavy objects such as the mowing device 4 and the power device 60 are concentrated on the front side of the machine body. Since the recovery device 5 arranged on one side of the left and right of the machine body and towards the rear is lightweight when there is little stored material, if the balance weight 63 and the tank cover 62 are configured to be concentratedly arranged at the center of the rear end of the machine body or the left end of the machine body, it is easy to stabilize the weight balance, suppress the inclination of the machine body in the front-rear and left-right directions, and enable the operation in a posture close to horizontal with the ground. A guard 81 made of a resin material that blocks heat radiation from the engine is installed behind the thighs of the operator sitting on the operator's seat 80 of the control unit 6 (Fig. 12). Therefore, the guard 81 can cope with the temperature rise at the feet of the operator and reduce the fatigue of long-term work.
[0036] The guard 81 is configured to be openable and closable with a knob bolt 82. That is, the upper part of the guard 81 is rotatably attached to the lower part of the guard 81 by a mounting shaft 82. Thereby, the heat radiation amount from the engine can be adjusted by rotating the guard 81, and the seating environment can be improved. The configuration of the guard 81 is arbitrary. As an example, a guard portion 84 is provided on the front side of the insulator 83, and a knob bolt 82 is provided on the guard portion 84. Also, in Fig. 15, in addition to providing the guard 81 behind the thighs of the operator sitting on the operator's seat 80, it is also arranged on the inner side surface of the side panel 85.
