BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0012] Hereinafter, embodiments of the curtain wall according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited by this embodiment.

[0013] (Embodiment 1) First, Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the curtain wall 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is provided as an outer wall of a high-rise building, and is configured by arranging units 16 having panels 14 provided in a frame portion framed by upper and lower horizontal frames 10 (upper frame, lower frame) and left and right vertical frames 12 (vertical posts) in the vertical and horizontal directions, and includes a gondola rail 18, a heat insulating material 20, and a wind guard 22.

[0014] The gondola rail 18 is for guiding guide rollers of a gondola (not shown), and is provided opposite to each other between the vertical frames 12 on the outdoor A side of the units 16 adjacent to each other on the left and right. The gondola rail 18 is a separate body independent of the vertical frame 12, and has a substantially C-shaped portion when viewed from above. The gondola rail 18 is fixed to the vertical frame 12 with bolts 24 and nuts 26 with the heat insulating material 20 interposed therebetween. A waterproof heat insulating material 28 such as a heat insulating rubber having waterproofness and heat insulating properties is sandwiched between the ends on the indoor B side of the gondola rail 18, and the waterproof heat insulating material 28 prevents rainwater from entering the indoor B side.

[0015] The heat insulating material 20 suppresses heat transfer from the gondola rail 18 to the vertical frame 12, and is provided between the vertical frame 12 and the gondola rail 18. As the heat insulating material 20, for example, a heat insulating material such as a sheet-shaped polyolefin foam can be used.

[0016] The wind guard 22 prevents the entry of wind from the outdoor side A to the gondola rail 18 and is provided opposite between the vertical frames 12. Specifically, the wind guard 22 has a flexible sheet portion 30 having a windproof function and a base portion 32 for attaching the sheet portion 30 to the vertical frame 12. The base portion 32 is provided with an engaging projection 34 protruding toward the indoor side B, and the engaging projection 34 is fitted into an engaging hole 36 provided at the outdoor side A end of the vertical frame 12. The sheet portion 30 extends toward the gondola rail 18 side as it moves away from the vertical frame 12. The surfaces of the tips 38 of the opposing sheet portions 30 are curved and in contact with each other. Thereby, while preventing the entry of wind, a guide roller of a gondola (not shown) can be inserted between the sheet portions 30.

[0017] According to the above configuration, the wind guard 22 can prevent the entry of wind into the gondola rail 18. Thereby, heat transfer from the outside air to the gondola rail 18 can be suppressed. Further, the heat insulating material 20 can suppress heat transfer from the gondola rail to the indoor side B via the vertical frame 12. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, it has excellent heat insulation performance, can suppress a decrease in the indoor side temperature, and can prevent dew condensation.

[0018] (Embodiment 2) Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the curtain wall 200 according to the second embodiment is provided as an outer wall of a high-rise building, and is configured by arranging units 16 having panels 14 provided in a frame portion framed by an upper frame 40, a lower frame 42 (horizontal frame), and left and right vertical frames (vertical members) (not shown) in the vertical and horizontal directions, and includes a slit 44 and a heat insulating material 46.

[0019] The slit 44 is a ventilation slit between the outdoor area A and the indoor area B, and is provided between the upper frame 40 and the lower frame 42 on the outdoor A side of the units 16 adjacent to each other vertically. A bird net 45 for preventing the intrusion of birds is provided in the slit 44. The slit 44 is connected to a chamber 48 that communicates with the indoor B side. The chamber 48 has a passage shape that extends upward as it moves away from the outdoor A, and an anti-condensation material is sprayed on the surface of the chamber 48.

[0020] The lower frame 42 is divided into a first frame body 50 and a second frame body 52. The first frame body 50 is composed of a blind material 54 provided on the side facing the outdoor A and a blind material 56 provided on the side facing the slit 44. The second frame body 52 is arranged adjacent to the indoor B side of the blind material 54 and includes a blind material 58 arranged adjacent to the lower side of the blind material 56. Thus, the blind material 58 is provided on the side far from the outdoor A and not facing the slit 44.

[0021] The heat insulating material 46 suppresses heat transfer from the first frame body 50 on the outdoor A side to the second frame body 52, and is filled and provided inside the blind material 58 which is the second frame body 52. In the example of the figure, a heat insulating material 47 is filled and provided below the chamber 48 on the right side of the heat insulating material 46. As the heat insulating materials 46 and 47, for example, a heat insulating material such as rock wool can be used.

[0022] According to the above configuration, the heat insulating material 46 suppresses heat transfer from the first frame body 50 on the outdoor A side to the indoor B side via the second frame body 52. Therefore, according to the second embodiment, it has excellent heat insulating performance, can suppress the decrease in the indoor side temperature, and can prevent condensation.

[0023] In the above-described Embodiment 2, the case where only the lower frame 42 is divided into the first frame body 50 and the second frame body 52 has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Only the upper frame 40 may be divided into the first frame body and the second frame body, or each of the upper frame 40 and the lower frame 42 may be divided into the first frame body and the second frame body. Even in this case, the same operational effects as described above can be achieved.

[0024] As described above, according to the curtain wall according to the present invention, units having panels provided in a frame portion framed by an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames are arranged side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions, and a curtain wall having a gondola rail provided between the vertical frames on the outdoor side of the units adjacent to each other on the left and right. An insulating material provided between the vertical frame and the gondola rail to suppress heat transfer from the gondola rail to the vertical frame, and a wind guard provided between the vertical frames to prevent the entry of wind from the outdoor side to the gondola rail are provided. Therefore, heat transfer from the outside air to the gondola rail is suppressed, and heat transfer from the gondola rail to the indoor side through the vertical frame is suppressed. For this reason, it has excellent heat insulation performance, can suppress a decrease in the indoor temperature, and can prevent condensation.

[0025] Further, according to another curtain wall according to the present invention, units having panels provided in a frame portion framed by an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames are arranged side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions, and a curtain wall having a ventilation slit provided between the upper frame and the lower frame on the outdoor side of the units adjacent to each other vertically. At least one of the upper frame or the lower frame is divided into a first frame body provided on the side closer to the outside or the side facing the slit and a second frame body provided on the side farther from the outside or the side not facing the slit, and an insulating material for suppressing heat transfer from the first frame body to the second frame body is provided inside the second frame body. Therefore, heat transfer from the first frame body on the outdoor side to the indoor side through the second frame body is suppressed. For this reason, it has excellent heat insulation performance, can suppress a decrease in the indoor temperature, and can prevent condensation.

[0026] In addition, there are "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)", which are 17 international goals adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015. The curtain wall according to the present embodiment can contribute to the achievement of, for example, the goal of "11. Sustainable cities and communities" among the 17 goals of the SDGs.

Industrial Applicability

[0027] As described above, the curtain wall according to the present invention is useful for curtain walls provided on the outer walls of high-rise buildings and the like, and is particularly suitable for suppressing a decrease in the indoor temperature and preventing condensation.
