Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to cosmetics. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising a cyclic carboxamide derivative or a salt thereof.

Background Art

[0002] Cosmetics include various dosage forms such as lotions, emulsions, creams, etc. Among them, lotions are one of the essential items for basic makeup. In addition to water and water-soluble substances of moisturizing components, various surfactants are formulated in lotions to stably incorporate water-insoluble substances such as fragrances, oils, and oil-soluble drugs. For example, it has been proposed to formulate an alkylene oxide derivative having a specific structure as a surfactant (Patent Document 1).

[0003] Cyclic carboxamide derivatives have an effect of inhibiting heparanase activity, and for example, it has been proposed to be used as a wrinkle-improving agent or as a whitening agent effective for preventing or suppressing pigmentation such as spots (Patent Document 2). It has been found that cyclic carboxamide derivatives tend to cause stickiness when used in cosmetics, and it has been proposed to improve the usability by combining with specific emulsified particles (Patent Document 3).

[0009] (A) Polyoxyalkylene dialkyldimer diol ether The cosmetic according to the present invention comprises (A) polyoxyalkylene dialkyldimer diol ether.

[0010] The component (A) is preferably represented by the following formula. Z-{О-[(AO) a -(EO) b -R}2 In the formula, Z is a residue obtained by removing a hydroxyl group from a dimer diol, preferably a dimer diol residue having 24 to 48 carbon atoms. AO is an oxyalkylene group having 3 or 4 carbon atoms, preferably an oxypropylene group or an oxybutylene group, more preferably an oxybutylene group. The addition form of the oxyalkylene group having 3 or 4 carbon atoms and the oxyethylene group is a block, and the addition order is preferably bonded in the order of AO and EO with respect to the dimer diol. a and b are the average number of moles of addition of the oxyalkylene group and the oxyethylene group, respectively, where 1 ≦ 2×a ≦ 150 and 1 ≦ 2×b ≦ 150. Preferably, 2 ≦ 2×a ≦ 70 and 5 ≦ 2×b ≦ 120. More preferably, 2 ≦ 2×a ≦ 50 and 10 ≦ 2×b ≦ 100. The proportion of the oxyethylene group with respect to the total of the oxyalkylene group and the oxyethylene group is 10 to 99% by mass, preferably 20 to 70% by mass. Each R is independently a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, preferably a methyl group or an ethyl group.

[0011] Component (A) is preferably polyoxyethylene polyoxybutylene dimethyl dimer diol ether, more preferably PEG / polybutylene glycol-44 / 15 methyl ether hydrogenated dimer dilinoleyl.

[0012] One or more kinds of component (A) can be blended. The blending amount of component (A) is preferably 0.01 to 1% by mass, more preferably 0.05 to 0.8% by mass, and even more preferably 0.1 to 0.6% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic.

[0013] (B) Cyclic carboxamide derivative or a salt thereof The cosmetic according to the present invention comprises a cyclic carboxamide derivative represented by the formula (1) or a salt thereof as component (B).

Chemical formula

[0014] In a preferred embodiment, in formula (1), R 1 is a hydroxyalkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, X is -CH2- or -NH-, and n is 1. Specific examples of the cyclic carboxamide derivative represented by formula (1) include, for example, the following.

Chemical formula

[0015] Component (B) may be a salt of the cyclic carboxamide derivative represented by formula (1). The type of the salt is not particularly limited as long as it is a pharmacologically acceptable salt, and may be an inorganic salt or an organic salt. Examples of the inorganic salt include hydrochloride, sulfate, phosphate, hydrobromide, sodium salt, potassium salt, magnesium salt, calcium salt, magnesium salt, ammonium salt and the like. Examples of the organic salt include acetate, lactate, maleate, fumarate, tartrate, methanesulfonate, p-toluenesulfonate, triethanolamine salt, amino acid salt and the like.

[0016] One or more kinds of component (B) can be blended. The blending amount of component (B) is preferably 0.5 to 5% by mass, more preferably 0.75 to 4% by mass, still more preferably 1 to 3.5% by mass, and most preferably 1.4 to 3% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic.

[0017] (A) component and (B) component are in a compounding ratio by mass, preferably (A):(B) = 1:2 to 1:20, more preferably (A):(B) = 1:2.5 to 1:14, still more preferably (A):(B) = 1:3.5 to 1:10, and most preferably 1:4.5 to 1:10.

[0018] (C) Water The cosmetic according to the present invention contains (C) water. As the water, water used in cosmetics, quasi-drugs, etc. can be used. For example, purified water, ion-exchanged water, tap water, etc. can be used. The compounding amount of water is preferably 50 to 80% by mass based on the total amount of the cosmetic according to the present invention.

[0019] (D) Oil The cosmetic according to the present invention may contain (D) oil. From the viewpoint of stability, it is preferable that the compounding amount of (D) oil is small. The compounding amount of oil is preferably 0% by mass or more and 1% by mass or less, more preferably 0% by mass or more and 0.1% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the cosmetic. That the cosmetic according to the present invention does not contain oil (0% by mass) is also a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Examples of (D) component include silicone oil, hydrocarbon oil, higher fatty acid, higher alcohol, ester oil, liquid oil, solid oil, semi-solid oil, etc.

[0020] In addition to the above components, optional components usually used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals can be compounded in the cosmetic of the present invention. Examples of the optional components include humectants, lower alcohols, thickeners, sequestering agents, neutralizing agents, pH adjusters, antioxidants, preservatives, drugs, ultraviolet absorbers, powder components, fragrances, etc. As long as the effects of the present invention are exhibited, one kind or two or more kinds can be compounded.

[0021] The cosmetic according to the present invention is preferably an aqueous cosmetic. In the present invention, "transparent or translucent" means that the L value in the Lab color system (Hunter Lab system) of the cosmetic is 50 or more. The L value is a value representing the transparency when the transparency of purified water is set to 100 and the case where there is no light transmission at all is set to 0. That is, the closer the L value is to 100, the higher the transparency. The L value can be measured using, for example, a color difference meter (such as Spectro color meter SE2000 (manufactured by Nippon Denki Shokai Co., Ltd.) or COLOR-EYE 7000A (manufactured by Gretag Macbeth)).

[0022] Examples of the cosmetic according to the present invention include skin care cosmetics (such as lotion, essence, pack, etc.), skin cleansing agents (such as facial wash, makeup remover, etc.).
