Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] However, according to FIGS. 2 and 3 of Patent Document 1, the shower hook 12 for hanging has a structure in which hot water is sprayed from a plurality of injection holes, and the hot water may be diffused and sprayed. Also, for example, when hot water is sprayed vigorously according to the preference of the bather, the hot water hitting the shoulder or the like may bounce back and scatter. In such a case, the hot water sprayed from the shower hook 12 for hanging may hit the bather's cheek or the like, which may give the bather an uncomfortable feeling.

[0005] The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a shoulder-hanging unit, a transport cart, and a bathing device in which the discomfort given to a bather during care bathing is suppressed.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] (1) The shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention is a shoulder-mounted unit attached to the backrest of a seating part on which a bather is seated, and has a nozzle for discharging hot water to be applied to the bather. The discharge port of the nozzle is configured such that a film-like hot water spreading in the width direction of the nozzle is discharged. According to this, compared with a nozzle having a structure in which hot water is jetted from a plurality of injection holes, the diffusion of hot water is extremely small, and it is possible to suppress the hot water from hitting the cheeks of the bather, etc., so that it is possible to suppress giving discomfort to the bather. In addition, it is possible to suppress the bather during bathing from feeling cold in the vicinity of the shoulders, and it is possible to warm the body by allowing the hot water to flow over the shoulders and chest of the bather taking a half bath.

[0007] (2) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, the discharge port has a longitudinally slit-shaped opening in the width direction of the nozzle. According to this, it is possible to discharge a film-like hot water spreading in the width direction of the nozzle from the nozzle.

[0008] (3) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, the front end of the nozzle in which the discharge port is formed has a shape that is positioned forward as it goes from both ends to the center in the longitudinal direction of the discharge port. According to this, it is possible to make the hot water jetted from the nozzle spread easily in the width direction of the nozzle, and it is possible to apply the hot water over a wide range of the neck, shoulders, and chest.

[0009] (4) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, at the front end of the nozzle, the side surface of the flow path of the nozzle has a shape that spreads outward toward the tip compared to the shape of the side surface behind the front end. According to this, compared with the case where the side surface of the tip portion in the flow path of the nozzle has a continuous shape similar to the shape of the side surface behind the tip portion, it is possible to make the hot water jetted from the nozzle spread more easily in the width direction of the nozzle, and it is possible to apply the hot water over a wide range of the neck, shoulders, and chest.

[0010] (5) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, it is characterized in that the distance in the short side direction of the discharge port is adjustable. According to this, the momentum of the hot water sprayed from the nozzle can be changed according to the preference of the bather.

[0011] (6) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, it is characterized in that the inclination angle of the nozzle with respect to the surface of the backrest portion is configured to be changeable. According to this, the direction of the nozzle can be adjusted so that the hot water sprayed from the nozzle hits the bather suitably. That is, by rotating the nozzle around the axis in the lateral direction (the left-right direction as seen from the bather on the riding portion), the inclination angle of the nozzle with respect to the surface of the backrest portion and the distance between the discharge port of the nozzle and the surface of the backrest portion can be adjusted.

[0012] (7) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, it is characterized in that a flexible joint is provided at the connection portion between the nozzle and the hot water transfer member communicating with the nozzle. According to this, the direction of the nozzle can be adjusted so that the hot water sprayed from the nozzle hits the bather suitably. For example, the inclination angle of the nozzle with respect to the surface of the backrest portion, the inclination angle in the longitudinal direction of the discharge port of the nozzle with respect to the surface of the backrest portion, the distance between the discharge port of the nozzle and the surface of the backrest portion, and the rotational angle of the nozzle in the lateral direction can be adjusted.

[0013] (8) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, it is characterized in that when the nozzle is not used, the nozzle is configured to be movable near the surface of the backrest portion. According to this, when the nozzle is not used, the nozzle can be moved to a position where it does not interfere with the bather. Also, when an attendant performs bathing assistance work such as washing near the face or shoulders of the bather, by moving the nozzle near the surface of the backrest portion, it is possible to suppress the nozzle from interfering with the bathing assistance work.

[0014] (9) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, it has a frame that holds the nozzle and is attached to the backrest, and a pillow part is configured to be detachably attached to the frame. According to this, it is possible to easily clean the shoulder-mounted unit, the back part of the pillow part, etc. Further, by preparing a plurality of pillow parts, it is possible to use the shoulder-mounted unit by replacing it with a cleaned pillow part while cleaning the soiled pillow part. Only the pillow part can be replaced with a new one, which is advantageous in terms of cost.

[0015] (10) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, in a state where the shoulder-mounted unit is attached to the backrest part, the pillow part attached to the frame has a lower part formed such that the central part in the lateral direction extends downward more than both end parts, and the lower end of the lower part is configured to be positioned below the nozzle. According to this, since the lower part of the pillow part supports the neck part of the bather, the head and neck part of the bather can be supported by the pillow part, and a sense of stability can be given to the bather. Further, when the bather leans against the backrest part, since the shoulder of the bather and the nozzle are separated, it is possible to suppress the shoulder of the bather and the nozzle from approaching and hitting each other.

[0016] (11) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, it is characterized in that the hot water discharged from the nozzle is applied to at least a part of the part consisting of the shoulder and neck of the bather. According to this, the hot water jetted from the nozzle can be suitably applied to the bather.

[0017] (12) In a preferred embodiment of the shoulder-mounted unit of the present invention, the shoulder-mounted unit is configured to be detachable from the pillow part provided on the backrest part. According to this, it becomes easy to clean the shoulder-mounted unit, the part of the pillow part to which the shoulder-mounted unit is attached, and the vicinity thereof. In the case of a bather who does not use the shoulder-mounted unit, the shoulder-mounted unit can be removed from the pillow part, so it is possible to avoid the bather feeling that the shoulder-mounted unit is in the way.

The description of the hot and cold water supply will be described later. Further, a plurality (two in FIG. 2) of pipe locking portions 20 are provided on the back side of the backrest portion 7. For example, when the shoulder unit 10 is not used during bathing, the first pipe 18a disconnected from the shoulder unit 10 can be hung on the pipe locking portion 20 as shown by the phantom line 18a1.

[0029] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the shoulder unit 10 viewed from the front side, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the state in which the pillow portion 11 is attached to the shoulder unit 10 viewed from the back side, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the pillow portion 11 viewed from the back side. As shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, the shoulder-mounted unit 10 includes a frame 21 formed into a predetermined shape by a flat plate, nozzles 22L and 22R respectively arranged on the left and right sides as viewed from the bather, holding parts 23 for holding the nozzles 22L and 22R respectively, a first pipe joint 24a having a first pipe 18a connected to one end and a third pipe (hose) 18c connected to the other end, fourth pipes (hoses) 18d respectively connected to the nozzles 22L and 22R, and a T-shaped second pipe joint 24b. The third pipe 18c and the two fourth pipes 18d are connected to the second pipe joint 24b. The frame 21 has a central part 21a provided with a U-shaped notch 21c, and side parts 21b located on the left and right of the central part 21a and formed in a substantially U-shaped manner rising from the flat part of the central part 21a. The first pipe 18a connected to the first pipe joint 24a is drawn out to the back side of the frame 21 through the notch 21c. In the side part 21b of the frame 21, a substantially rectangular first hole 25a and a circular second hole 25b are formed in the part rising from the central part 21a, and a circular third hole 25c is formed in the part substantially parallel to the central part 21a. In the side part 21b, the surface where the first hole 25a and the second hole 25b are formed and the surface where the third hole 25c is formed are connected by an inclined surface 21d forming an obtuse angle with both surfaces. On the back side of the frame 21, a position adjusting member 26 for attaching the shoulder-mounted unit 10 to the backrest part 7 is provided. When attaching the shoulder-mounted unit 10 to the backrest part 7, when the position adjusting member 26 is slid upward through the wide part 17a of the long hole 17 provided in the backrest part 7, the edge parts of the backrest part 7 on both the left and right sides of the long hole 17 are sandwiched between the frame 21 and the position adjusting member 26, and the shoulder-mounted unit 10 can be locked at an arbitrary position. At this time, the position adjusting member 26 is pushed in the direction approaching the frame 21 by a spring member 26a.

[0030] Next, the holding part 23 that holds the left nozzle 22L will be described. The holding part 23 for holding the right nozzle 22R has the same configuration. The holding part 23 includes a base part 23a fixed to the frame 21 and an L-shaped holding member 23b. One end of the holding member 23b is rotatably connected to the base part 23a, and the other end has a cylindrical part 23b1 connected to the fourth pipe 18d. The holding member 23b is arranged to pass through the first hole part 25a, and the nozzle 22L is connected to the cylindrical part 23b1 of the holding member 23b via a universal joint 27.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 5 (see also FIG. 1), the pillow part 11 has a pillow part main body 11a and a pillow part cover 11b provided so as to cover the front side of the pillow part main body 11a. On the back side of the pillow part main body 11a, when the pillow part 11 is attached to the shoulder-hanging unit 10, first convex parts 28a and 28b to be inserted into the second hole part 25b and a second convex part 29 to be inserted into the third hole part 25c are provided. When approaching to attach the pillow part 11 to the shoulder-hanging unit 10, the first convex parts 28a and 28b move along the inclined surface 21d of the frame 21 of the shoulder-hanging unit 10, and thus elastically deform in the directions of arrows c and d respectively. When the first convex parts 28a and 28b fit into the second hole part 25b, the pillow part 11 is attached to the shoulder-hanging unit 10. At this time, the second convex part 29 fits into the third hole part 25c, and a force acts in the direction of pressing the inner periphery of the third hole part 25c by the second convex part 29. When removing the pillow part 11 from the shoulder-hanging unit 10, a force may be applied to the first convex parts 28a and 28b in the directions of arrows c and d respectively to let them come out of the second hole part 25b, and the pillow part 11 may be separated from the shoulder-hanging unit 10. In this way, the pillow part 11 is configured to be detachably attached to the frame 21 of the shoulder-hanging unit 10.

[0032] Next, the structure of the left nozzle 22L will be described. The structure of the right nozzle 22R is a structure in which the left and right of the left nozzle 22L are reversed, and the description thereof will be omitted. As shown in FIG. 6 which is a front view of the nozzle 22L, the first end portion (front end portion) 30a of the nozzle 22L has a curved shape convex outward, and the second end portion 30b and the third end portion 30c located on both sides in the lateral direction have a curved shape concave inward. The fourth end portion 30d located on the rear side of the nozzle 22L has a cylindrical shape and is a portion to which the universal joint 27 is connected. The first end portion 30a of the nozzle 22L is an end portion where a discharge port is formed as will be described later, and the shape of the first end portion 30a is a shape that is located forward from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the discharge port toward the central portion. A recess 31 having a concave surface is formed in the vicinity of the first end portion 30a of the nozzle 22L over the width direction of the nozzle 22L.

[0033] FIGS. 7A and 7B are perspective views showing the inner structures of the front side member 32 and the rear side member 33 constituting the nozzle 22L, respectively, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in FIG. 6. As shown in FIG. 7A, in the front side member 32 of the nozzle 22L, first edge portions 32c and second edge portions 32d having a predetermined width are arranged outward from the respective walls at the upper ends of the first wall surface 32a and the second wall surface 32b, and first groove portions 32e and second groove portions 32f are formed outside the first edge portions 32c and the second edge portions 32d, respectively. At a position between the front side and the rear side of each of the first wall surface 32a and the second wall surface 32b, a hook-shaped member 32h having a protruding portion 32h1 that rises from the bottom surface 32g of the front side member 32 and protrudes outward at the tip is provided so as to contact each of the first wall surface 32a and the second wall surface 32b. A plurality (three in FIG. 7A) of cylindrical members 32i are provided on the bottom surface 32g of the front side member 32 at the position of the aforementioned recess 31. The first end region 32j of the bottom surface 32g of the front side member 32 is formed in a planar shape. Further, 32k is a coupling portion for coupling the universal joint 27 and the nozzle 22L with bolts and nuts.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 7B, in the rear side member 33 of the nozzle 22L, steps are provided at positions outside the first wall surface 33a and the second wall surface 33b by a predetermined distance respectively. The first packing 33c and the second packing 33d are provided along the upper surfaces of the first wall surface 33a and the second wall surface 33b respectively outside the steps. A plurality (three in FIG. 7B) of cylindrical members 33f are provided at the position of the aforementioned recess 31 on the bottom surface 33e of the rear side member 33, and the cylindrical member 33f is shaped to fit into the cylindrical member 32g shown in FIG. 7A. Wall surface recesses 33g are formed in the first wall surface 33a and the second wall surface 33b. The first end region 33h of the bottom surface 33e of the rear side member 33 is formed in a planar shape. Also, 33i is a coupling portion for coupling the flexible joint 27 and the nozzle 22L by bolts and nuts.

[0035] When the front side member 32 and the rear side member 33 of the nozzle 22L are combined, the cylindrical member 33f provided on the rear side member 33 fits into the cylindrical member 32g provided on the front side member 32, and the first packing 33c and the second packing 33d provided on the rear side member 33 respectively fit into the first groove portion 32e and the second groove portion 32f provided on the front side member 32. The first edge portion 32c and the second edge portion 32d provided on the front side member 32 respectively fit inside the steps provided on the rear side member 33, and the protruding portion 32h1 of the hook-shaped member 32h provided on the front side member 32 fits into the wall surface recess 33g provided on the rear side member 33, thereby forming the nozzle. The first end region 32j of the front side member 32 and the first end region 33h of the rear side member 33 are in a state of facing each other with a predetermined distance (for example, 0.3 to 0.5 mm) therebetween (see FIG. 8), and thereby the discharge port 34 of the nozzle 22L is formed. This discharge port 34 is a longitudinally slit-shaped opening in the width direction of the nozzle 22L. Thereby, a film-like hot water spreading in the width direction of the nozzle 22L is discharged from the discharge port 34. The first wall surface 32a, the second wall surface 32b of the front side member 32 and the first wall surface 33a, the second wall surface 33b of the rear side member 33 constitute the side surfaces of the flow path of the nozzle 22L.

[0036] Next, a structure for facilitating the spreading of the film-like hot water discharged from the nozzle 22L in the width direction of the nozzle 22L will be described. As shown in FIG. 7A, in the front side member 32 of the nozzle 22L, the first wall surface 32a at the front end portion (the region indicated by the arrow 32l) has a shape that spreads outward toward the tip compared to the shape of the first wall surface 32a behind the front end portion, and such a shape is referred to as a "flaring shape". The second wall surface 32b at the front end portion (the region indicated by the arrow 32m) has a shape that spreads outward toward the tip compared to the shape of the second wall surface 32b behind the front end portion. That is, the first wall surface 32a and the second wall surface 32b have a flaring shape. Further, in the rear side member 33 shown in FIG. 7B, similar to the front side member 32, the first wall surface 33a and the second wall surface 33b have a flaring shape. Since the inner wall surface of the nozzle 22L has such a flaring shape in this way, the hot water discharged from the discharge port 34 of the nozzle 22L easily spreads in the width direction of the nozzle 22L, and a wide film-like hot water can be applied to the bather.

[0037] The nozzles 22L and 22R are attached to the flexible joint 27, so that the nozzles 22L and 22R can be rotated laterally as shown in FIG. 9A. The nozzles 22L and 22R shown by solid lines in FIG. 9A indicate the state where they are rotated to face the innermost side, and the nozzles shown by phantom lines 22L1 and 22R1 indicate the state where they are rotated to face the outermost side. Although not shown in the figure, for example, one end (the left or right end in FIG. 9A) of the first end portion 30a (see FIG. 6) of the nozzle 22L approaches the backrest portion 7, and the other end (the right or left end in FIG. 9A) of the first end portion 30a of the nozzle 22L can be rotated away from the backrest portion 7, and the same rotation is possible for the nozzle 22R. That is, the inclination angles of the nozzles 22L and 22R with respect to the surface of the backrest portion 7 can be changed. Therefore, the directions of the nozzles 22L and 22R can be adjusted so that the hot water discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R hits the bather suitably according to the body type and preference of the bather.

[0038] Also, as shown in Fig. 9A, in a state where the shoulder-hanging unit 10 is attached to the backrest portion 7, the pillow portion 11 attached to the shoulder-hanging unit 10 has a lower portion 11c formed by extending the central portion in the lateral direction downward more than both end portions, and the lower end 11c1 of the lower portion 11c is configured to be located a predetermined distance below the tips of the nozzles 22L and 22R. By configuring in this way, when the bather leans on the backrest portion 7, the lower portion 11c of the pillow portion 11 supports the neck portion of the bather, so it is possible to suppress the bather's shoulder and the nozzle from approaching and hitting each other.

[0039] As described with reference to Fig. 3 regarding the shoulder-hanging unit 10, the holding member 23b to which the nozzles 22L and 22R are connected is rotatably connected to the base portion 23a fixed to the frame 21. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 9B in a state where the shoulder-hanging unit 10 is attached to the backrest portion 7, the relative position of the nozzle 22L with respect to the surface of the backrest portion 7 can be changed, and the nozzle 22R can similarly change the relative position with respect to the surface of the backrest portion 7. The nozzle 22L shown by the solid line in Fig. 9B shows the state of being farthest from the surface of the backrest portion 7. At this time, although not shown in the drawing, the holding member 23b shown in Fig. 3 is in a state of contacting the edge portion of the first hole portion 25a (the upper edge portion of the first hole portion 25a in Fig. 3). Also, the nozzle 22L shown by the virtual line 22L2 shows the state of being closest to the surface of the backrest portion 7. Although not shown in Fig. 9B, a part of the universal joint 27 is in a state of contacting the backrest portion 7. Thereby, when the nozzles 22L and 22R are not used, the nozzles 22L and 22R can be moved to the vicinity of the surface of the backrest portion 7, so the nozzles 22L and 22R can be moved to positions where they do not get in the way.

[0040] Next, the bathtub in Embodiment 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11. The bathtub 35 shown in FIG. 10 is a bathtub that can be inserted by separating the riding part 3 of the transport cart 1 from the cart part 2, and the bathing device 48 includes the transport cart 1 and the bathtub 35. In FIG. 10, a door part (see FIG. 11) described later is omitted. The bathtub 35 is substantially rectangular in plan view and has an opening 36 that is opened and closed by a door part on one side surface in the longitudinal direction. At the bottom of the bathtub 35, two rails 37 into which the rollers 16 of the riding part 3 are fitted are provided when the riding part 3 enters the bathtub 35. A storage space 38 capable of storing the cart part 2 is provided below the bathtub 35, and a pair of guide parts 39 for guiding the side surface of the cart part 2 when the transport cart 1 enters the bathtub 35 are provided at both ends of the storage space 38. Two connection release members 40 protruding into the storage space 38 from the guide part 39 are provided. When the transport cart 1 enters the bathtub 35, the connection support body 15 of the transport cart 1 can be rotated by the connection release members 40, so that the riding part 3 is separated from the cart part 2, the cart part 2 is stored below the bathtub 35, and the riding part 3 is inserted into the bathtub 35 through the opening 36.

[0041] A tank (not shown) for storing the hot water supplied into the bathtub 35 is provided on the side surface of the bathtub 35 opposite to the opening 36. The bathtub 35 is provided with a supply port 41 for supplying the hot water in the tank into the bathtub 35, a discharge port 42 for discharging the hot water (bath water) in the bathtub 35, an overflow port 43 for discharging the water above a predetermined water level, an operation part 44 for setting bathing conditions and performing operations such as bathing and leaving the bath, and a lever 45 for fixing the door part. Reference numeral 46 is a supply nozzle that is inserted inside the tip of the second connection member 19b (see FIG. 2) when the riding part 3 of the transport cart 1 is inserted into the bathtub 35. The bath water is supplied from the supply nozzle 46 to the second connection member 19b and finally discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R of the shoulder-mounted unit 10.

[0042] FIG. 11 is a front view showing a state where the carrier vehicle 1 has entered the bathtub 35, in which the cart part 2 is stored below the bathtub 35, the riding part 3 is inserted into the bathtub 35, and the state before closing the door part 47 is shown. As shown in FIG. 11, the door part 47 is in a state of being stored in the space between the bottom of the bathtub 35 and the cart part 2 stored below the bathtub 35, and a part of the gripping part 47a of the door part 47 protrudes in a predetermined direction (the front direction in FIG. 11) from the bottom of the bathtub 35. Reference numeral 92 is a stopper provided on the back side of the door part 47, and the stopper 92 is provided at a position facing the connecting support 15 when the door part 47 is closed. After setting the state shown in FIG. 11, the gripping part 47a is gripped and the door part 47 is pulled out forward, and then the door part 47 is rotated upward to close the opening 36, and the lever 45 is rotated to be horizontal (the lever 45 on the left side in FIG. 11 is rotated counterclockwise, and the lever 45 on the right side is rotated clockwise), and the door part 47 is fixed. Thereafter, bathing is performed by supplying hot water from the tank into the bathtub 35. By discharging hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R of the shoulder-hanging unit 10 during bathing, hot water can be sprayed over a wide range of the neck, shoulders, and chest. Here, when the door part 47 is closed, the stopper 92 and the connecting support 15 face each other with a gap of about 10 mm. If the stopper 92 is not provided, the back surface of the door part 47 and the connecting support 15 face each other with a gap of about 30 mm. In order to discharge hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R of the shoulder-hanging unit 10, when hot water is supplied from the supply nozzle 46 of the bathtub 35 to the second connecting member 19b, the riding part 3 is pushed in the direction of the door part 47 by the momentum of the supplied hot water and moves until the connecting support 15 contacts the stopper 92. At this time, by providing the stopper 92, the moving distance of the riding part 3 can be shortened, so that the discomfort and impact felt by the bather can be alleviated.

[0043] Next, the piping system of the bathtub 35 will be described. As shown in FIG. 12, a pipe 50a connected to a water supply source 49a for supplying water and a pipe 50b connected to a hot water supply source 49b for supplying hot water are connected to a mixing valve 51. A pipe 53a for sending hot water to the tank 52 is connected to the downstream side of the mixing valve 51. A flow rate sensor 54 and a solenoid valve 55a are attached to the pipe 53a, and a thermometer 56 is provided at the position of the flow rate sensor 54. A pipe 53b for discharging hot water branches off in the middle of the pipe 53a (between the flow rate sensor 54 and the solenoid valve 55), and a solenoid valve 55b is attached to the pipe 53b.

[0044] A pipe 57a connected to the tank 52 is connected to the upstream side of the first pump 59 via a motor valve 58a. A pipe 57b connected to the bathtub 35 is connected to the upstream side of the first pump 59 via a motor valve 58b. A pipe 57c for discharging the hot water in the tank 52 branches off in the middle of the pipe 57a (between the motor valve 58a and the first pump 59), and a motor valve 58c is attached to the pipe 57c. The downstream side of the first pump 59 and the bathtub 35 are connected by a pipe 57d, and a motor valve 58d is attached to the pipe 57d. A pipe 57e for sending hot water to the tank 52 is connected to the downstream side of the first pump 59, and a filter 60 and a motor valve 58e are attached to the pipe 57e in order from the downstream side of the first pump 59. A pipe 57f for discharging the hot water during cleaning of the filter 60 is connected to the filter 60, and a motor valve 58f is attached to the pipe 57f. A pipe 57g for discharging the hot water in the bathtub is connected to the bathtub 35, and a manual valve 61 is attached to the pipe 57g.

[0045] A pipe 62a for supplying the hot and cold water in the bathtub 35 to the shoulder-hanging unit 10 is connected to the bathtub 35, and a second pump 63 is mounted on the pipe 62a. A supply nozzle 46 (see FIG. 10) is connected to the tip of the pipe 62a on the downstream side of the second pump 63. The hot and cold water flowing through the pipe 62a flows through a pipe 62b provided on the carrier 1 and is supplied to the shoulder-hanging unit 10, and the hot and cold water is discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R described above. Here, the pipe 62b is composed of a first pipe 18a, a first connecting member 19a, a second pipe 18b, and a second connecting member 19b described with reference to FIG. 2.

[0046] The bathing device 48 is a type of bathing device that circulates and uses hot and cold water between the tank 52 and the bathtub 35. Fresh hot and cold water initially stored in the tank 52 is supplied to the tank 52 through a pipe 53a. The hot and cold water in the tank 52 is supplied to the bathtub 35 through a pipe 57a, a first pump 59, and a pipe 57d, and the hot and cold water in the bathtub 35 passes through a pipe 57b, a first pump 59, and a pipe 57e, and is filtered by a filtration filter 60 on the way and supplied to the tank 52. Note that the arrow 93 represents the overflow drainage discharged from the overflow port 43 (see FIG. 10).

[0047] Water level sensors 91a to 91d are provided in the bathtub 35. The water level sensor 91a detects the upper limit water level. When adding extra hot water to increase the amount of bath water, when the upper limit water level is reached, the addition of extra hot water stops. The water level sensor 91b detects the lower limit water level. When returning the hot and cold water from the bathtub 35 to the tank 52, when the lower limit water level is reached, the movement of the hot and cold water from the bathtub 35 to the tank 52 stops. The water level sensor 91c detects the appropriate water level. When supplying the hot and cold water from the tank 52 to the bathtub 35, when the appropriate water level is reached, the supply of the hot and cold water to the bathtub 35 stops. The water level sensor 91d detects the shoulder-hanging water level. When the bath water has not reached the shoulder-hanging water level, the hot and cold water cannot be discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R of the shoulder-hanging unit 10. Next, the control of the hot and cold water during bathing will be described.

[0048] After inserting the riding section 3 into the bathtub 35 and closing the door section 47, when the operation section 44 is operated to instruct the start of bathing, hot water is supplied from the tank 52 to the bathtub 35, and when the appropriate water level is reached, the supply of hot water to the bathtub 35 automatically stops. By operating the operation section 44, it is possible to stop the supply of hot water to the bathtub 35 before the appropriate water level is reached. For example, by supplying hot water to the bathtub 35 up to around the lower part of the bather's heart, it is possible to take a half-body bath so as not to burden the bather's heart. When the supply of hot water to the bathtub 35 has stopped and the bath water is at or above the shoulder-leaning water level, by operating the operation section 44 to give an instruction to lean on the shoulders (an instruction to discharge hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R), hot water can be discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R. While hot water is being discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R, if it is desired to stop the discharge, an instruction to stop the discharge may be given by operating the operation section 44. For example, by giving an instruction to lean on the shoulders after the appropriate water level has been reached, it is possible to suppress the bather in the bath feeling cold in the vicinity of the shoulders due to hot water being discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R during bathing. Also, when taking a half-body bath, after stopping the supply of hot water to the bathtub 35 and discharging hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R by an instruction to lean on the shoulders, it is possible to make the hot water flow over the bather's shoulders and chest to warm the bather's body. Note that it may be possible to discharge hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R by an instruction to lean on the shoulders even while hot water is being supplied to the bathtub 35. In this case, hot water starts to be supplied to the bathtub 35 at the start of bathing, and after the bath water reaches the shoulder-leaning water level (after a predetermined amount of hot water has accumulated in the bathtub 35), hot water is discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R, so that the bather's body can be warmed while the hot water is being supplied to the bathtub 35.

[0049] When the bath is finished and the operation unit 44 is operated to instruct leaving the bath, the bath water is returned to the tank 52, and the bath water decreases. If hot water is being discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R at the time of instructing leaving the bath, the discharge of hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R continues until the bath water decreases to the shoulder-lying water level, and when it falls below the shoulder-lying water level, the discharge of hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R stops. When hot water is not being discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R at the time of instructing leaving the bath, if a shoulder-lying instruction is given while the bath water is decreasing, hot water is discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R until the bath water falls below the shoulder-lying water level after that shoulder-lying instruction. If hot water is not discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R while the bath water is decreasing during leaving the bath, there may be a problem that the bather's body gets cold, but by discharging hot water from the nozzles 22L and 22R until the bath water decreases to the shoulder-lying water level during leaving the bath, it is possible to suppress the bather's body from getting cold.

[0050] By using the bathing device 48 and using the shoulder-lying unit 10 during bathing, the hot water discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R can be applied to at least a part of the part consisting of the shoulders and neck of the bather, and the part to which the hot water is applied can be warmed. Since the hot water discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R is discharged in a film shape, it is possible to suppress the discharged hot water from hitting the bather's cheeks or the like, and it is possible to suppress giving discomfort to the bather.

[0051] (Embodiment 2) The shoulder-lying unit according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention is shown in FIG. 13. The shoulder-lying unit 64 includes a frame 65 formed in a predetermined shape by a flat plate, nozzles 22L and 22R respectively arranged on the left side and the right side as viewed from the bather, holding parts 66 that hold the respective nozzles 22L and 22R, pipes 67 connected to the respective holding parts 66, and a T-shaped pipe joint 68 to which the pipes 67 are connected. The nozzles 22L and 22R are connected to the respective holding parts 66 via universal joints 27. A pipe 69 (see FIG. 14 described later) for supplying hot water to the shoulder-lying unit 64 is connected to an end 68a of the pipe joint 68. The pipe 69 corresponds to the first pipe 18a described with reference to FIG. 2.

[0052] The frame 65 has a central portion 65c provided with a U-shaped notch 65a and a hole portion 65b, and side portions 65d located on the left and right of the central portion 65c and formed in a substantially L-shape by continuously rising obliquely from the flat portion of the central portion 65c. A holding portion 66 is fixed to the side portion 65d of the frame 65. The hole portion 65b is a hole for hanging on a hook (holding member) (not shown) when the shoulder-hanging unit 64 is not used, and the hook can be provided at an appropriate position on the back side of the backrest 7 of the transport cart, for example.

[0053] FIG. 14 is a view showing a vicinity portion of the pillow portion 71 attached to the backrest portion 70 of the transport cart in the second embodiment, and shows a state in which the shoulder-hanging unit 64 is attached to the pillow portion 71. The transport cart in the second embodiment is different from the transport cart 1 in the first embodiment in that the positions where the shoulder-hanging unit 64, the pillow portion 71, and the pipe 69 are pulled out to the back side of the backrest portion 70, and other configurations are the same as those of the transport cart 1. A long hole 72 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the backrest portion 70 at the central position in the lateral direction of the backrest portion 70, and the position of the pillow portion 71 can be adjusted by moving the pillow portion 71 along the long hole 72.

[0054] FIG. 15A is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B of FIG. 14, and FIG. 15B is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a part of FIG. 15A. A position adjusting member 73 is provided on the back side of the pillow part 71, and the frame 65 of the shoulder-hanging unit 64 is inserted between the pillow part 71 and the backrest part 70. As shown in FIG. 15B, the position adjusting member 73 includes a fixing member 73a fixed to the pillow part 71 and protruding to the back side of the pillow part 71, a bolt 73b attached to the tip of the fixing member 73a, a pressure contact member 73c movably attached to the fixing member 73a and restricted in movement by a step 73a1 provided on the fixing member 73a, and a spring member 73d provided between the bolt 73b and the pressure contact member 73c. The pillow part 71 can be locked at an arbitrary position along the long hole 72 of the backrest part 70 by the pressure contact member 73c pushed by the spring member 73d. The shoulder-hanging unit 64 can be attached to the pillow part 71 by inserting the frame 65 between the backrest part 70 and the pillow part 71. When adjusting the position of the pillow part 71 to which the shoulder-hanging unit 64 is attached, if the shoulder-hanging unit 64 is moved downward, the frame 65 will push the fixing member 73a downward, so that the position of the pillow part 71 can be adjusted while maintaining the state where the shoulder-hanging unit 64 is attached to the pillow part 71. If the pillow part 71 is moved upward, the fixing member 73a will push the frame 65 upward, so that the position of the pillow part 71 can be adjusted while maintaining the state where the shoulder-hanging unit 64 is attached to the pillow part 71. By using the shoulder-hanging unit 64 during bathing, the hot and cold water discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R can be applied to at least a part of the area consisting of the shoulders and neck of the bather, and the part where the hot and cold water is applied can be warmed up.

[0055] (Embodiment 3) In Embodiments 1 and 2, the distance between the discharge ports 34 of the nozzles 22L and 22R (the distance in the short direction) was fixed, but it can be made variable. FIG. 16 shows a cross-section near the front end of the nozzle 74. The nozzle 74 has a front-side member 74a and a rear-side member 74b. A nut 75 is provided on the rear-side member 74b. A bolt 76 is inserted into the hole 74a1 of the front-side member 74a, and a groove 76a is provided at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the bolt 76. An E-ring 77 is fitted into the groove 76a, a packing 78a is provided between the head of the bolt 76 and the front-side member 74a, and a packing 78b is provided between the front-side member 74a and the E-ring 77. By rotating the bolt 76, the distance between the gaps of the discharge port 79 can be adjusted, for example, between 0.1 mm and 0.7 mm. By shortening the distance between the gaps of the discharge port 79, the discharge momentum can be increased, and by lengthening the distance between the gaps, the discharge momentum can be made gentle.

[0056] In Embodiments 1 to 3, the bathing device for bathing in a sitting position has been described, but it can be applied to a bathing device for bathing in a supine position. As shown in FIG. 17A, a transport cart 82 composed of a stretcher 80 on which a bather can lie in a supine position and a stretcher 81 on which the stretcher 80 is placed is laid sideways in a bathtub 83, and the stretcher 81 and the bathtub 83 are connected. The transport cart 82 and the bathtub 83 constitute a supine bathing device 84. A shoulder-mounted unit 10 equipped with nozzles 22L and 22R is attached to the stretcher 80. Inside the bathtub 83, a support base 85 for supporting the stretcher 80 is provided, and the support base 85 is equipped with a rail 86. A supply nozzle 87 is provided on the bottom surface of the bathtub 83. After setting to the state of FIG. 17A, the stretcher 80 is moved along the rail 86 to hold the stretcher 80 on the support base 85. The state at this time is shown by a solid line in FIG. 17B.

[0057] As shown in FIG. 17B, the bathtub 83 is provided with a pump 88 and a pipe 89 for supplying the hot water in the bathtub 83 to the shoulder-hanging unit 10 of the stretcher 80, and the aforementioned supply nozzle 87 is connected to the tip of the pipe 89. The stretcher 80 is provided with a pipe 90 connected to the nozzles 22L and 22R of the shoulder-hanging unit 10. When the bathtub 83 rises from the state of the solid line to the state shown by the virtual line, the tip of the supply nozzle 87 provided in the bathtub 83 is inserted into the lower end portion 90a of the pipe 90 provided in the stretcher 80. At the time of bathing, the hot water in the bathtub 83 is supplied to the nozzles 22L and 22R by the pump 88, and the hot water in the form of a film can be discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R. Thus, also in the bathing device 84 in the supine position, the hot water discharged from the nozzles 22L and 22R can be applied to at least a part of the part consisting of the shoulders and neck of the bather, and the part to which the hot water is applied can be warmed. Note that, instead of the shoulder-hanging unit 10, the shoulder-hanging unit 64 according to the second embodiment can also be used for the bathing device 84.

[0058] Note that, not only for the type of bathing device in which the bathtub 83 moves up and down as shown in FIGS. 17A and 17B, but also for the type of bathing device in which the bathtub does not move up and down and the support base of the stretcher moves up and down, the shoulder-hanging units 10 and 64 can be applied. Further, not only for the type of bathing device in which the transport cart as shown in FIG. 11 moves laterally and the riding part is inserted into the bathtub, but also for the type of bathing device in which the transport cart moves forward or backward and the riding part is inserted into the bathtub, the shoulder-hanging units 10 and 64 can be applied.
