Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a fitting provided with a shoji door that is openably and closably connected to a frame body.

Background Art

[0002] As a fitting, a fitting including a frame body, a shoji door, and an airtight material has been conventionally used. The shoji door is openably and closably connected to the frame body and is disposed inside the frame body. The airtight material is sandwiched between the frame body and the shoji door and exhibits an airtight function and a watertight function at the location between the frame body and the shoji door. Further, conventionally, when a pulling force acts on the shoji door due to negative pressure applied to the outdoor side of the shoji door, a fitting that receives the negative pressure by negative pressure receiving means constituted by a frame side receiving member and a stile side receiving member is known (see Patent Document 1).

[0003] In the conventional fitting described in Patent Document 1, the frame side receiving member is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the left vertical frame of the frame body, and the stile side receiving member is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the left vertical stile of the shoji door. When the left vertical stile of the shoji door moves to the outdoor side, the stile side receiving member comes into contact with the frame side receiving member, and the movement of the left vertical stile of the shoji door to the outdoor side is blocked. However, in the conventional fitting, when the shoji door moves to the indoor side due to the air pressure difference between the indoor and outdoor sides of the shoji door or wind hitting the shoji door, the airtight material sandwiched between the frame body and the shoji door may be excessively crushed, and the function of the airtight material may not be exhibited. In particular, when the fitting is installed in a building, the wind hitting the shoji door becomes stronger, etc., and the movement of the shoji door to the indoor side and excessive crushing of the airtight material are likely to occur, and there is a concern that the performance required of the airtight material may not be exhibited.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0009] An embodiment of the fitting of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The fitting of the present embodiment is a fitting provided with a shoji that opens and closes, and is installed in an opening of a building. Further, the fitting is installed between the indoor (interior) and outdoor (exterior) of the building, and closes the opening of the building with the shoji. Hereinafter, a plurality of embodiments of the fitting will be described.

[0010] (First Embodiment) FIG. 1 is a front view showing the fitting 1 of the first embodiment, showing the fitting 1 installed in a building as viewed from the outdoor side. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the fitting 1 of the first embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the fitting 1 of the first embodiment. As shown in the figure, the fitting 1 is a fitting of an outward-opening type, and includes a shoji 2 that opens and closes by rotation, a frame body 3 that surrounds the shoji 2, and a plurality of airtight materials 4 to 7 (upper airtight material 4, lower airtight material 5, left and right vertical airtight materials 6, 7). The shoji 2 is connected to the frame body 3 so as to be openable and closable, and the opening 3A of the frame body 3 is opened and closed by the shoji 2.

[0011] When the fitting 1 installed in the building is viewed from the front (see FIG. 1), the vertical direction is the vertical direction R, and the left-right direction is the left-right direction S. In FIG. 1, the vertical direction R is the vertical direction, and the left-right direction S is the horizontal direction. The indoor-outdoor direction T (see FIGS. 2 and 3) is the indoor-outdoor direction (indoor-outdoor direction) of the fitting 1 installed in the building. Further, the indoor-outdoor direction T is the front-rear direction (depth direction) and the thickness direction of the shoji 2 when the fitting 1 installed in the building is viewed from the front, and in FIG. 2, it is the horizontal direction orthogonal to the left-right direction S. Thus, the directions related to the fitting 1 are specified in the state of being installed in the building. Also, the indoor side and the outdoor side with respect to the fitting 1 are the indoor side and the outdoor side in the state of being installed in the building.

[0012] The frame body 3 is a rectangular opening frame (window frame) installed at the opening of a building. The frame body 3 has four frames 10 to 13 (upper frame 10, lower frame 11, a pair of vertical frames 12, 13) combined with each other, and the four frames 10 to 13 form a rectangular opening 3A. The frames 10 to 13 are frame members constituting the frame body 3. The upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11 are the upper and lower horizontal frames of the frame body 3, extending in the horizontal direction (left - right direction S) at the upper and lower parts of the frame body 3. The pair of vertical frames 12, 13 (first vertical frame 12, second vertical frame 13) are side frames located at the left and right side parts of the frame body 3, extending in the vertical direction (up - down direction R) at the side parts of the frame body 3. The ends of the upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, and the left and right vertical frames 12, 13 are connected to each other, and the frames 10 to 13 are framed together.

[0013] The frames 10 to 13 of the frame body 3 are composite frames of a composite structure having metal frame parts 10A to 13A and resin frame parts 10B to 13B respectively. The metal frame parts 10A to 13A and the resin frame parts 10B to 13B are respectively made of profiled materials (extruded profiled materials) formed by extrusion molding. The metal frame parts 10A to 13A are metal (for example, aluminum alloy) frame members attached to the edge of the opening of the building. The resin frame parts 10B to 13B are synthetic resin frame members attached to the metal frame parts 10A to 13A to cover the parts exposed on the indoor side of the metal frame parts 10A to 13A.

[0014] The shoji 2 is an openable and closable body (door body), having a suspension part 2A located on the suspension side and a door tip part 2B located on the door tip side. The suspension part 2A is the suspension - side part of the shoji 2 rotatably connected to the frame body 3, including the suspension - side end of the shoji 2. The door tip part 2B is the door - tip - side part located on the opposite side of the suspension of the shoji 2, including the door - tip - side end of the shoji 2. The shoji 2 is connected to the frame body 3 in an openable (rotatable) manner by a plurality of hinges 3B. The plurality of hinges 3B are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction R, attached to the suspension part 2A of the shoji 2 and the first vertical frame 12 (metal frame part 12A) of the frame body 3, and rotatably connecting the suspension part 2A of the shoji 2 to the first vertical frame 12.

[0015] The shoji 2 is disposed inside the frame body 3 (opening 3A), and rotates and opens / closes between the outdoor side and the frame body 3 side about the hinge 3B of the suspension portion 2A. When opening / closing, the shoji 2 rotates in the opening / closing direction (opening direction K, closing direction H) and is disposed at the open position (not shown) and the closed position P. The opening / closing direction of the shoji 2 is the rotation (movement) direction of the shoji 2 when opening / closing the shoji 2. The opening direction K of the shoji 2 is the direction in which the shoji 2 rotates when opening the shoji 2, and the closing direction H of the shoji 2 is the direction in which the shoji 2 rotates when closing the shoji 2. Therefore, the opening direction K and the closing direction H are on one side and the other side of the rotation direction (opening / closing direction) of the shoji 2. The shoji 2 rotates in the opening direction K and the closing direction H to open and close.

[0016] The open position of the shoji 2 is the position where the shoji 2 is disposed when the shoji 2 is opened, and the closed position P of the shoji 2 is the position where the shoji 2 is disposed when the shoji 2 is closed. The shoji 2 rotates in the closing direction H from the open position toward the closed position P inside the frame body 3 and closes, and is disposed at the closed position P. When the shoji 2 is closed in a normal state, the shoji 2 is disposed at the closed position P, and the opening 3A of the frame body 3 is closed by the shoji 2 at the closed position P. The shoji 2 rotates in the opening direction K from the closed position P toward the open position outside the frame body 3 (outdoor side) and opens, and is disposed at the open position.

[0017] The shoji 2 has a rectangular frame body 20 and a panel 21 disposed inside the frame body 20. The panel 21 is glass (for example, laminated glass) and is fitted into the frame body 20. The frame body 20 has four frames 22 to 25 (upper frame 22, lower frame 23, a pair of vertical frames 24, 25) combined with each other. The frames 22 to 25 are frame members constituting the frame body 20. The upper frame 22 and the lower frame 23 are the upper and lower horizontal frames of the frame body 20 and extend horizontally at the upper and lower portions of the frame body 20.

[0018] The pair of vertical frames 24, 25 (the first vertical frame 24 and the second vertical frame 25) are side frames located on the left and right side portions of the frame body 20, and extend vertically at the side portions of the frame body 20. One of the pair of vertical frames 24, 25, the first vertical frame 24, is a suspension frame located at the suspension portion 2A of the shoji 2, and is rotatably connected to the first vertical frame 12 of the frame body 3 by the hinge 3B. The other of the pair of vertical frames 24, 25, the second vertical frame 25, is a door tip frame located at the door tip portion 2B of the shoji 2. The upper frame 22, the lower frame 23, and the ends of the left and right vertical frames 24, 25 are connected to each other, and the frames 22 to 25 are framed.

[0019] The frames 22 to 25 of the frame body 20 are composite frames of a composite structure having metal frame portions 22A to 25A and resin frame portions 22B to 25B, respectively. The metal frame portions 22A to 25A and the resin frame portions 22B to 25B are each made of a profile (extruded profile) formed by extrusion molding. The metal frame portions 22A to 25A are metal frame members (for example, made of an aluminum alloy), and hold the panel 21. The resin frame portions 22B to 25B are resin frame members, are attached to the metal frame portions 22A to 25A, and cover the portions of the metal frame portions 22A to 25A that are exposed on the indoor side.

[0020] The airtight materials 4 to 7 are elastic deformable rubber-based tight materials, and have an airtight function and a watertight function. Further, the airtight materials 4 to 7 are attached to the frame body 3, are arranged annularly along the frame body 3, and are sandwiched between the frame body 3 and the shoji 2 (here, the frame body 20 (frames 22 to 25) of the shoji 2) arranged at the closed position P. The airtight materials 4 to 7 are attached to the portions of the frame body 3 that face the shoji 2 in the indoor-outdoor direction T, and protrude outward from the frame body 3 toward the shoji 2. The shoji 2 is arranged at the closed position P inside the frame body 3 (inside the opening 3A) with a gap between the shoji 2 and the frame body 3 where the airtight materials 4 to 7 can be arranged. The shoji 2 and the frame body 3 face each other with the airtight materials 4 to 7 sandwiched therebetween in the indoor-outdoor direction T.

[0021] With the shoji 2 positioned at the closed position P, the airtight materials 4 to 7 are located on the indoor side of the shoji 2 and are in contact with the shoji 2. The airtight materials 4 to 7 sandwiched between the frame body 3 and the shoji 2 block and seal the portion between the frame body 3 and the shoji 2. Here, the airtight materials 4 to 7 are in contact with the frame body 20 (frames 22 to 25) of the shoji 2 and are sandwiched between the frame body 3 (frames 10 to 13) and the frame body 20. Further, the upper airtight material 4 is attached to the upper frame 10, extends in the longitudinal direction (left - right direction S) of the upper frame 10, and is sandwiched between the upper frame 10 and the upper frame 22. The lower airtight material 5 is attached to the lower frame 11, extends in the longitudinal direction (left - right direction S) of the lower frame 11, and is sandwiched between the lower frame 11 and the lower frame 23. The vertical airtight materials 6 and 7 are attached to the vertical frames 12 and 13, extend in the longitudinal direction (up - down direction R) of the vertical frames 12 and 13, and are sandwiched between the vertical frames 12 and 13 and the vertical frames 24 and 25.

[0022] The frame body 3 has opposing portions 10C to 13C, wall portions 10D to 13D, and holding portions 10E to 13E provided on each of the frames 10 to 13. The opposing portions 10C to 13C, the wall portions 10D to 13D, and the holding portions 10E to 13E are formed on the metal frame portions 10A to 13A of the frames 10 to 13. The opposing portions 10C to 13C are prospective portions arranged along the prospective direction (indoors - outdoors direction T) of each of the frames 10 to 13, and are located on the inner peripheral portion of the opening 3A of the frame body 3. Further, the opposing portions 10C to 13C are separated from the shoji 2 (the outer peripheral portion of the shoji 2) and the airtight materials 4 to 7 in the respective finding directions of the frames 10 to 13, and face the shoji 2 and the airtight materials 4 to 7. The finding directions of the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11 are the up - down direction R, and the finding directions of the vertical frames 12 and 13 are the left - right direction S.

[0023] The opposing portion 10C of the upper frame 10 is located above the shoji 2 and the upper airtight material 4, and faces the shoji 2 and the upper airtight material 4 in the up - down direction R. The opposing portion 11C of the lower frame 11 is located below the shoji 2 and the lower airtight material 5, and faces the shoji 2 and the lower airtight material 5 in the up - down direction R. The opposing portions 12C and 13C of the vertical frames 12 and 13 are located on the sides of the shoji 2 and the vertical airtight materials 6 and 7, and face the shoji 2 and the vertical airtight materials 6 and 7 in the left - right direction S.

[0024] The wall portions 10D to 13D are projecting plate portions that project from the opposing portions 10C to 13C toward the inner side of the opening 3A of the frame body 3, and are arranged along the respective finding directions of the frames 10 to 13. Further, the wall portions 10D to 13D project in the respective finding directions of the frames 10 to 13, are located on the indoor side of the shoji 2, and are arranged toward the outdoor side (the shoji 2 side). The wall portions 10D to 13D are separated from the shoji 2 and face the shoji 2 in the indoor-outdoor direction T. The wall portion 10D of the upper frame 10 is located on the indoor side of the upper frame 22 of the frame body 20 and faces the upper frame 22. The wall portion 11D of the lower frame 11 is located on the indoor side of the lower frame 23 of the frame body 20 and faces the lower frame 23. The wall portions 12D and 13D of the vertical frames 12 and 13 are located on the indoor side of the vertical frames 24 and 25 of the frame body 20 and face the vertical frames 24 and 25.

[0025] The holding portions 10E to 13E are groove portions (holding groove portions) to which the airtight members 4 to 7 are attached, and extend in the respective longitudinal directions of the frames 10 to 13. Further, the holding portions 10E to 13E are arranged toward the outdoor side and are open toward the outdoor side. The holding portions 10E to 13E are provided on the wall portions 10D to 13D and are separated from the opposing portions 10C to 13C in the respective finding directions of the frames 10 to 13. The airtight members 4 to 7 are fitted into the holding portions 10E to 13E and are locked to the holding portions 10E to 13E. Thereby, the airtight members 4 to 7 are held by the holding portions 10E to 13E and are attached to the holding portions 10E to 13E and the frame body 3 (frames 10 to 13).

[0026] The airtight members 4 to 7 have attachment portions 4A to 7A attached to the frame body 3, hollow portions 4B to 7B connected to the attachment portions 4A to 7A, and projecting pieces 4C to 7C projecting from the hollow portions 4B to 7B toward the outdoor side (the shoji 2 side). The attachment portions 4A to 7A are fitted into the holding portions 10E to 13E of the frame body 3, are locked to the holding portions 10E to 13E, and are attached to the holding portions 10E to 13E and the frame body 3 (frames 10 to 13). The hollow portions 4B to 7B are hollow portions formed in a hollow shape (hollow form) and contact the frames 10 to 13 and the frame body 3. The hollow portions 4B to 7B are the bases of the airtight members 4 to 7, are located between the attachment portions 4A to 7A and the projecting pieces 4C to 7C, and are located between the frame body 3 and the projecting pieces 4C to 7C.

[0027] The tabs 4C to 7C are fin portions formed in a fin shape, and the airtight members 4 to 7 have at least one (one or more) tab 4C to 7C. The tabs 4C to 7C protrude from the hollow portions 4B to 7B toward the shoji 2 and contact the shoji 2 disposed at the closed position P. The three tabs 4C of the upper airtight member 4 contact the upper frame 22 of the frame body 20, and the three tabs 5C of the lower airtight member 5 contact the lower frame 23 of the frame body 20. One tab 6C, 7C of the vertical airtight members 6, 7 contacts the vertical frames 24, 25 of the frame body 20. In a state where the shoji 2 is disposed at the closed position P, the tabs 4C to 7C contact the shoji 2 and are elastically deformed, and are sandwiched between the hollow portions 4B to 7B and the shoji 2.

[0028] One of the frame body 3 and the shoji 2 has a regulating portion that regulates the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H inside the frame body 3 (opening 3A), and the other of the frame body 3 and the shoji 2 has a contact portion that contacts the regulating portion. Here, the frame body 3 has the regulating portion 8, and the shoji 2 has the contact portion 9 provided on the frame body 20 (see FIG. 3). The regulating portion 8 is provided on the lower frame 11 of the frame body 3, and the contact portion 9 is provided on the lower frame 23 of the frame body 20. In a state where the shoji 2 is disposed at the closed position P, the regulating portion 8 is located on the indoor side of the contact portion 9, the lower frame 23, the frame body 20, and the shoji 2, and the regulating portion 8 and the contact portion 9 are arranged to face each other with a gap therebetween in the indoor-outdoor direction T.

[0029] FIGS. 4 and 5 are longitudinal sectional views showing the lower portion of the furniture 1 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 4 shows an enlarged part of FIG. 3. Further, FIG. 4 shows the shoji 2 disposed at the closed position P, and FIG. 5 shows the shoji 2 that has moved in the closing direction H from the closed position P. As shown in the figure, due to the difference in air pressure between the outdoor side and the indoor side of the shoji 2 (indoor-outdoor air pressure difference), the wind hitting the shoji 2, or the load acting on the shoji 2 from the outdoor side (for example, the load acting on the shoji 2 when a person or an object leans against the shoji 2 from the outdoor side), a force in the closing direction H may act on the shoji 2 at the closed position P. At this time, the regulating portion 8 of the frame body 3 contacts the contact portion 9 provided on the shoji 2, stops the shoji 2 moving in the closing direction H from the closed position P, and regulates the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H from the closed position P.

[0030] The restricting part 8 is a resin-made (synthetic resin-made or rubber-made) restricting component attached to the frame body 3 (here, the lower frame 11), and protrudes outward from the frame body 3 toward the shoji 2. Further, the restricting part 8 is attached to the wall part 11D of the lower frame 11, which is a part of the frame body 3 that faces the contact part 9 in the indoor-outdoor direction T, and protrudes outward from the wall part 11D of the lower frame 11. The restricting part 8 is located on the outdoor side of the wall part 11D of the lower frame 11 and is fixed and attached to the wall part 11D of the lower frame 11 by a screw 14 which is a fixture. The screw 14 is inserted through an insertion hole 8A formed in the restricting part 8 and is attached to the wall part 11D of the lower frame 11. In a state where the shoji 2 is arranged at the closed position P, the restricting part 8 is arranged between the wall part 11D of the lower frame 11 and the contact part 9 of the shoji 2 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and faces the contact part 9.

[0031] The contact part 9 is a receiving part for receiving the restricting part 8, and is located on the outdoor side of the restricting part 8 and the wall part 11D of the lower frame 11 in a state where the shoji 2 is arranged at the closed position P. Further, the contact part 9 is a part of the lower frame 23 (here, the metal frame part 23A) of the frame body 20 which is a part of the shoji 2 that faces the restricting part 8 in the indoor-outdoor direction T, and is arranged toward the indoor side. The lower frame 23 has a hollow part 23C and a partitioning part 23D provided in the metal frame part 23A. The hollow part 23C is a part on the indoor side at the lower end of the lower frame 23 and is formed in a hollow shape. The partitioning part 23D is an indoor surface part that partitions the part on the indoor side in the hollow part 23C and is arranged toward the indoor side. The contact part 9 is the partitioning part 23D of the lower frame 23, and in a state where the shoji 2 is arranged at the closed position P, there is a gap between the contact part 9 and the restricting part 8 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and they face each other.

[0032] When the shoji 2 moves from the closed position P in the closing direction H (for example, rotates or displaces in the closing direction H), the restricting portion 8 abuts against the abutting portion 9, and the abutting portion 9 receives the restricting portion 8. As a result, the abutting portion 9 and the shoji 2 stop. Also, the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H stops, and the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H is restricted. In this way, the restricting portion 8 stops the shoji 2 moving from the closed position P in the closing direction H and restricts the shoji 2 from moving further in the closing direction H from the closed position P. At the locations of the airtight materials 4 to 7, by restricting the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H, the distance between the frame body 3 and the shoji 2 is maintained at a distance at which the airtight materials 4 to 7 can exhibit functions (airtight function, watertight function). The airtight materials 4 to 7 are sandwiched between the frame body 3 and the shoji 2 in a state where they can exhibit functions. By the restricting portion 8, the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H is restricted, preventing the airtight materials 4 to 7 from being excessively crushed between the frame body 3 and the shoji 2.

[0033] The restricting portion 8 is provided on the lower frame 11 of the frame body 3, and the lower airtight material 5 is attached thereto. Further, the lower frame 11 has a facing portion 11C which is an upper surface portion arranged upward. The facing portion 11C is located below the shoji 2, the lower airtight material 5, and the restricting portion 8, and faces the shoji 2, the lower airtight material 5, and the restricting portion 8 in the vertical direction R. The lower airtight material 5 is arranged at a distance from the facing portion 11C upward, leaving a space (arrangement space) in which the restricting portion 8 is arranged between the lower airtight material 5 and the facing portion 11C. The facing portion 11C and the lower airtight material 5 are arranged to face each other with the arrangement space of the restricting portion 8 sandwiched therebetween in the vertical direction R. The restricting portion 8 is located between the facing portion 11C and the lower airtight material 5 in the vertical direction R and is covered from above by the lower airtight material 5.

[0034] The facing portion 11C is located below the restricting portion 8, and the lower airtight material 5 is located above the restricting portion 8. The restricting portion 8 is located above the facing portion 11C and below the lower airtight material 5 and is exposed toward the outdoor side. The lower airtight material 5 and the restricting portion 8 are adjacent to each other in the vertical direction R, and the lower airtight material 5 shields the restricting portion 8 from above. The abutting portion 9 is provided on the lower frame 23 of the sash 20 and the shoji 2, and is arranged to face the restricting portion 8 in a state where the shoji 2 is arranged at the closed position P.

[0035] By positioning the restricting portion 8 between the opposing portion 11C of the lower frame 11 and the lower airtight material 5, the exposure of the restricting portion 8 is suppressed, and people are also prevented from coming into contact with the restricting portion 8. Therefore, the design and safety of the lower frame 11 of the fitting 1 are ensured. Also, on the outdoor side of the shoji 2, water such as rainwater flows downward along the shoji 2 and tends to accumulate at the location of the lower frame 11 of the frame body 3. In contrast, the restricting portion 8 restricts the excessive crushing of the lower airtight material 5 sandwiched between the lower frame 11 and the shoji 2. As a result, water intrusion from the outdoor side of the shoji 2 into the indoor side is prevented by the lower airtight material 5 at the location of the lower frame 11, and the watertight performance of the fitting 1 is effectively improved.

[0036] The restricting portion 8 has a buffer portion 8B that reduces the impact received by the restricting portion 8 and the abutting portion 9. The buffer portion 8B is made of synthetic resin or rubber and is provided at the portion that abuts against the abutting portion 9 in the restricting portion 8. Here, the restricting portion 8 is a restricting component made of synthetic resin, and the buffer portion 8B is integrally formed with the restricting portion 8 as a part of the restricting portion 8. The buffer portion 8B is provided at the outdoor-side end portion, which is the portion (exposed portion) exposed toward the outdoor side of the restricting portion 8, and is arranged toward the outdoor side. In a state where the shoji 2 is disposed at the closed position P, the buffer portion 8B is disposed opposite to the abutting portion 9 in the indoor-outdoor direction T. The restricting portion 8 abuts against the abutting portion 9 only by the buffer portion 8B to restrict the movement of the shoji 2. When the abutting portion 9 abuts against the buffer portion 8B, the impact received by the restricting portion 8 and the abutting portion 9 is alleviated.

[0037] Before the hollow portions 4B to 7B of the airtight materials 4 to 7 are crushed by the shoji 2 moving from the closed position P in the closing direction H, the restricting portion 8 abuts against the abutting portion 9 to stop the shoji 2 moving in the closing direction H. That is, when the shoji 2 moves from the closed position P in the closing direction H, the restricting portion 8 abuts against the abutting portion 9 in a state where the shoji 2 does not contact the hollow portions 4B to 7B of the airtight materials 4 to 7 (a state where the hollow portions 4B to 7B are not crushed between the frame body 3 and the shoji 2) to stop the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H. By the restricting portion 8, the shoji 2 that contacts the protruding pieces 4C to 7C of the airtight materials 4 to 7 does not contact the hollow portions 4B to 7B, the shoji 2 stops, and the crushing of the hollow portions 4B to 7B is restricted.

[0038] In this way, the restricting portion 8 stops the shutter 2 before the shutter 2 moving in the closing direction H moves to the position where it crushes the hollow portions 4B to 7B, prevents contact of the shutter 2 with the hollow portions 4B to 7B, and restricts crushing of the hollow portions 4B to 7B between the frame body 3 and the shutter 2. The hollow portions 4B to 7B are arranged between the frame body 3 and the shutter 2 without being crushed by the shutter 2 moving in the closing direction H. In a state where the shutter 2 is arranged at the closed position P and the movement of the shutter 2 is restricted by the restricting portion 8, the hollow portions 4B to 7B are located on the indoor side of the shutter 2 without contacting the shutter 2. By restricting crushing of the hollow portions 4B to 7B, the functions of the airtight materials 4 to 7 are stably exhibited.

[0039] The restricting portion 8 and the abutting portion 9 are provided at two locations separated from each other in the left - right direction S. When the shutter 2 moves from the closed position P toward the closing direction H, the restricting portion 8 restricts the movement of the shutter 2 in the closing direction H at two locations separated from each other in the left - right direction S of the shutter 2. Further, the restricting portion 8 is provided at two locations respectively facing the portion on the suspension end portion 2A side and the portion on the door tip portion 2B side of the shutter 2 in the frame body 3 (lower frame 11), and the abutting portion 9 is provided at the portion on the suspension end portion 2A side and the portion on the door tip portion 2B side of the shutter 2 (lower frame 23) respectively. The restricting portion 8 restricts the movement of the shutter 2 in the closing direction H at each of the suspension end portion 2A side and the door tip portion 2B side of the shutter 2. By the restricting portion 8, the movement of each of the portion on the suspension end portion 2A side and the portion on the door tip portion 2B side of the shutter 2 stops.

[0040] In the fitting 1 of the first embodiment described above, the restricting portion 8 suppresses excessive crushing of the airtight materials 4 to 7 sandwiched between the frame body 3 and the shutter 2 of the fitting 1, and can secure the functions (airtight function, watertight function) of the airtight materials 4 to 7. Also, the distance between the frame body 3 and the shutter 2 in the indoor - outdoor direction T can be maintained, and the airtight function and watertight function of the airtight materials 4 to 7 can be exhibited between the frame body 3 and the shutter 2. Therefore, the airtight performance and watertight performance of the fitting 1 can be improved. By providing the restricting portion 8 between the opposing portion 11C of the lower frame 11 and the lower airtight material 5, the design property and safety of the lower frame 11 of the fitting 1 can be ensured while improving the watertight performance of the fitting 1.

[0041] The restricting part 8 can prevent the hollow parts 4B to 7B of the airtight materials 4 to 7 from being crushed, and can reliably exert the functions of the airtight materials 4 to 7. When the restricting part 8 abuts against the abutting part 9, the buffer part 8B of the restricting part 8 can suppress the generation of sound and the damage of the restricting part 8 and the abutting part 9. Also, when a person contacts the buffer part 8B, the impact on the person can be mitigated. For example, when a person kicks the buffer part 8B, steps on the buffer part 8B, or a part of the person (such as a toe) is pinched between the buffer part 8B and the shoji 2, it is possible to prevent the person from being injured. In this way, the buffer part 8B can also improve the safety of the restricting part 8 with respect to a person.

[0042] When the shoji 2 moves from the closed position P in the closing direction H, the restricting part 8 restricts the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H on the door tip part 2B side of the shoji 2. Thereby, the movement of the shoji 2 on the door tip part 2B side, which is likely to move in the closing direction H, is restricted, and it is possible to suppress the airtight materials 4 to 7 from being excessively crushed on the door tip part 2B side of the shoji 2. Also, by the two restricting parts 8, in addition to the movement of the shoji 2 on the door tip part 2B side, which is likely to move in the closing direction H, the movement of the shoji 2 on the suspension part 2A side of the shoji 2 is restricted, and it is possible to stably suppress the airtight materials 4 to 7 from being excessively crushed.

[0043] Note that the restricting part 8 may be a restricting component composed of one part or a restricting component composed of a plurality of parts. Also, the restricting part 8 is not limited to a restricting component attached to the lower frame 11. For example, it may be formed on a part of the extruded profile constituting the metal frame part 11A of the lower frame 11 and provided integrally with the lower frame 11. In this case, a buffer material is attached to the part of the lower frame 11 where the restricting part 8 is located, and the buffer part 8B is provided on the restricting part 8.

[0044] Next, the fitting 1 of another embodiment will be described. In the fittings 1 of the following second to fourth embodiments, the description of the same matters as those of the fitting 1 of the first embodiment will be omitted, and the matters different from those of the fitting 1 of the first embodiment will be mainly described. Also, regarding the fittings 1 of the second to fourth embodiments, the components corresponding to the components of the fitting 1 of the first embodiment will be given the same names and reference numerals as those of the fitting 1 of the first embodiment.

[0045] (Second Embodiment) FIGS. 6 and 7 are longitudinal sectional views showing the lower part of the fitting 1 of the second embodiment. FIG. 6 shows the shoji 2 arranged at the closed position P, and FIG. 7 shows the shoji 2 moved from the closed position P in the closing direction H. As shown in the figure, the restricting portion 8 is a restricting component composed of two parts, and has a base material 8C and a cushioning material 8D. The base material 8C is the part (base portion) that serves as the base of the restricting portion 8, and the cushioning material 8D is the cushioning portion 8B of the restricting portion 8. Also, the base material 8C is a metal part (base component), and is fixed and attached to the wall portion 11D of the lower frame 11 by screws 14. The screws 14 are inserted through the insertion holes 8A formed in the base material 8C and are attached to the wall portion 11D of the lower frame 11.

[0046] The cushioning material 8D is a part (cushioning component) made of synthetic resin, rubber, or sponge, and is attached to the base material 8C. Also, the cushioning material 8D is provided at the outdoor-side end of the part (exposed portion) that is exposed toward the outdoor side of the base material 8C and is arranged toward the outdoor side. In a state where the shoji 2 is arranged at the closed position P, the cushioning material 8D is arranged between the base material 8C and the contact portion 9 of the shoji 2 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and is arranged opposite to the contact portion 9. The restricting portion 8 contacts the contact portion 9 only by the cushioning material 8D to restrict the movement of the shoji 2. When the contact portion 9 contacts the cushioning material 8D, the impact received by the restricting portion 8 and the contact portion 9 is alleviated.

[0047] In the fitting 1 of the second embodiment, the base material 8C which is the base portion of the restricting portion 8 surely stops the shoji 2 moving in the closing direction H, and the shock received by the restricting portion 8 and the abutting portion 9 can be mitigated by the cushioning material 8D which is the cushioning portion 8B of the restricting portion 8. Note that the base portion of the restricting portion 8 is not limited to the base material 8C attached to the lower frame 11, and for example, it may be formed in a part of the extrusion molding which constitutes the metal frame portion 11A of the lower frame 11 and provided integrally with the lower frame 11. In this case, the cushioning material 8D is attached to the base portion of the restricting portion 8.

[0048] (Third Embodiment) FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the lower portion of the fitting 1 of the third embodiment. As shown in the drawing, the restricting portion 8 is a restricting component composed of one part, and here, it is composed of the base material 8C of the restricting portion 8 of the second embodiment. Therefore, the restricting portion 8 is a metal component and is fixed and attached to the wall portion 11D of the lower frame 11 by the screw 14. Further, the restricting portion 8 does not have a portion corresponding to the cushioning material 8D and the cushioning portion 8B in the restricting portion 8 of the second embodiment.

[0049] The abutting portion 9 is an abutting component attached to the shoji 2 and protrudes toward the lower side of the shoji 2. Here, the abutting portion 9 is composed of two parts and has a fixing material 9A and a cushioning material 9B. The fixing material 9A is a metal component and is fixed to the shoji 2 (the lower frame 23 of the frame body 20) by a screw 26 which is a fixing tool. The fixing material 9A and the abutting portion 9 are fixed and attached to the lower surface portion of the lower frame 23 and protrude to a position facing the restricting portion 8 downward from the lower frame 23. The cushioning material 9B is a component (cushioning component) made of synthetic resin or rubber and is attached to the fixing material 9A by a screw 9C which is an attachment tool. Further, the cushioning material 9B is attached to a portion of the fixing material 9A facing the restricting portion 8 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and is arranged toward the indoor side.

[0050] In a state where the shoji 2 is disposed at the closed position P, the buffer member 9B is located on the outdoor side of the restricting portion 8, and in the indoor / outdoor direction T, a gap is formed between the buffer member 9B and the restricting portion 8, and the buffer member 9B is disposed to face the restricting portion 8. The buffer member 9B is a buffer portion 9D provided on the contact portion 9, and is provided at a portion of the contact portion 9 that contacts the restricting portion 8. When the shoji 2 moves from the closed position P in the closing direction H, the buffer member 9B and the buffer portion 9D of the contact portion 9 contact the restricting portion 8 between the opposing portion 11C of the lower frame 11 and the lower airtight member 5. The contact portion 9 contacts the restricting portion 8 only by the buffer member 9B and the buffer portion 9D, and the buffer member 9B and the buffer portion 9D mitigate the impact received by the restricting portion 8 and the contact portion 9.

[0051] In the fitting 1 of the third embodiment, when the restricting portion 8 contacts the buffer member 9B and the buffer portion 9D of the contact portion 9, the impact received by the restricting portion 8 and the contact portion 9 can be mitigated. Further, when the restricting portion 8 contacts the contact portion 9, generation of sound and damage to the restricting portion 8 and the contact portion 9 can be suppressed by the buffer member 9B and the buffer portion 9D. The safety of the contact portion 9 with respect to a person can also be improved by the buffer member 9B and the buffer portion 9D. When a part of the lower frame 23 of the frame body 20 is the contact portion 9, the buffer member 9B and the buffer portion 9D may be provided on the contact portion 9.

[0052] (Fourth Embodiment) FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a part of the fitting 1 of the fourth embodiment in the left-right direction S. As shown in the drawing, one of the pair of vertical frames 12 and 13, the second vertical frame 13, is a vertical frame on the leading edge portion 2B side of the shoji 2 adjacent to the leading edge portion 2B of the shoji 2 and the second vertical frame 25. In a state where the shoji 2 is disposed at the closed position P, the leading edge portion 2B of the shoji 2 and the second vertical frame 25 are disposed along the second vertical frame 13.

[0053] The second vertical frame 13 of the frame body 3 has a mounting portion 13F provided on the metal frame portion 13A. The mounting portion 13F is a mounting groove portion formed in a groove shape and is located at the outdoor-side end of the metal frame portion 13A and the second vertical frame 13. The restricting portion 8 is a restricting component made of synthetic resin or rubber, is inserted into the mounting portion 13F, and is mounted on the mounting portion 13F. The restricting portion 8 is located at the outdoor-side end of the second vertical frame 13, and the restricting portion 8 and the buffer portion 8B are arranged toward the outdoor side.

[0054] The second vertical frame 25 of the shoji 2 has a contact piece 25C provided on the metal frame portion 25A. The contact piece 25C is the contact portion 9 of the shoji 2, is provided at the door tip portion 2B of the shoji 2, and is located at the ends of the shoji 2 and the door tip portion 2B in the left-right direction S. The contact piece 25C and the contact portion 9 project in the left-right direction S toward the side of the shoji 2, and are arranged outside the outdoor side of the second vertical frame 13 and the restricting portion 8 in a state where the shoji 2 is disposed at the closed position P. When the shoji 2 moves from the closed position P in the closing direction H, the restricting portion 8 contacts the contact piece 25C and the contact portion 9 outside the outdoor side of the frame body 3 and the second vertical frame 13, and restricts the movement of the shoji 2 in the closing direction H on the door tip portion 2B side of the shoji 2.

[0055] Thus, the restricting portion 8 is not limited to the lower frame 11 of the frame body 3, and may be provided on a portion other than the lower frame 11 of the frame body 3 (the upper frame 10, the vertical frames 12, 13), or may be provided on two or more of the frames 10 to 13 of the frame body 3. Corresponding to the portion of the frame body 3 where the restricting portion 8 is provided, the contact portion 9 may be provided on a portion other than the lower frame 23 of the frame body 20 of the shoji 2 (the upper frame 22, the vertical frames 24, 25), or may be provided on two or more of the frames 22 to 25 of the frame body 20 of the shoji 2. Further, the restricting portion 8 may be provided on the shoji 2, and the contact portion 9 may be provided on the frame body 3. The airtight materials 4 to 7 may be airtight materials having no hollow portions 4B to 7B. The fitting 1 is not limited to an outward-opening type fitting, and may be another fitting (for example, a vertical-sliding type fitting) provided with a rotatable shoji.
