Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0021] <The combine of the first embodiment> As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the general-purpose combine is provided with a traveling device 2 composed of a pair of left and right crawlers that travel on the soil surface below the machine body frame 1, and a pre-cutting device 3 for harvesting the cereal straw in the field is provided on the front side of the machine body frame 1. A threshing device 4 for threshing and sorting the harvested cereal straw is provided on the rear left side of the pre-cutting device 3, and an operator's cab 5 for the operator to board is provided on the rear right side of the pre-cutting device 3.
[0022] An engine room 6 for housing the engine is provided below the operator's cab 5, and a hopper 7 for storing cereal grains such as rapeseed oil that have been threshed and sorted is provided on the rear side of the operator's cab 5.
[0023] The pre-cutting device 3 is composed of a scraping device 3A that conveys the cereal straw in the field to the rear while standing it up, a cutting blade device 3B that cuts the root of the cereal straw conveyed to the lower rear of the scraping device 3A, an auger device 3C that gathers the cereal straw conveyed to the rear side of the scraping device 3A to the left, and a feeder house 3D that conveys the gathered cereal straw to the threshing device 4.
[0024] The hopper 7 is formed by a tank portion 10 formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape and a funnel portion 11 formed in an inverted pyramid shape below the tank portion 10. Note that two funnel portions 11 are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction below the tank portion 10.
[0025] A plate-shaped closing member 12 slidably supported in the left-right direction is provided at the lower part of the funnel portion 11, and a bag support 13 for suspending a grain bag is provided below the funnel portion 11. Thus, when storing grains in the hopper 7, the closing member 12 is moved to the left to close the leakage opening of the funnel portion 11 to store the grains. When discharging the grains stored in the hopper 7 to the outside, after suspending the grain bag on the bag support 13, the closing member 12 is moved to the right to open the leakage opening and discharge the grains into the grain bag.
[0026] As shown in FIGS. 3 to 8, the front wall of the tank portion 10 is fixed via a stay 22 to a cross frame 21 that connects the upper parts of a pair of left and right vertical frames 20 extending upward from the body frame 1 provided at the rear part of the control portion 5 in the left-right direction. Further, the rear wall of the tank portion 10 is fixed via a stay 25 to a cross frame 24 extending in the left-right direction provided at the upper part of a vertical frame 23 extending upward from the body frame 1. Furthermore, the left wall of the tank portion 10 is supported by a grain elevating cylinder 26 that elevates the grains dehulled and sorted by the threshing device 4 into the tank portion 10 of the hopper 7. Thereby, the tank portion 10 can be firmly fixed at a predetermined position.
[0027] It is preferable that the left part of the cross frame 24 is fixed to the right wall of the threshing device 4. Thereby, deformation of the cross frame 24 can be suppressed, and the tank portion 10 can be fixed more firmly at a predetermined position.
[0028] A stay 27 for supporting a pre-cleaner 30 that removes floating substances in the air sucked into the engine E is provided at the upper part of the grain elevating cylinder 26, and a stay 28 for supporting a tail pipe 37 described later is provided at an intermediate part in the vertical direction of the grain elevating cylinder 26.
[0029] The air that has passed through the pre-cleaner 30 is sucked into the engine E and mixed with light oil after being purified of impurities by a cleaner 31 provided at the rear of the control unit 5.
[0030] The exhaust gas burned in the engine E is exhausted to the outside from the rear part of the tail pipe 37 through an exhaust pipe 35, a silencer 36 connected to the rear part of the exhaust pipe 35 for reducing exhaust noise, and a tail pipe 37 connected to the rear part of the silencer 36.
[0031] In a side view, the exhaust pipe 35 extends upward and backward from the front end. This can prevent dust, straw chips, etc. from accumulating on the upper part of the exhaust pipe 35.
[0032] The silencer 36 is formed with a connecting pipe 36A extending forward from the front part and a connecting pipe 36B extending backward from the rear part. This can facilitate the connection between the rear part of the exhaust pipe 35 and the front part of the connecting pipe 36A, and the connection between the rear part of the connecting pipe 36B and the front part of the tail pipe 37.
[0033] In a side view, the silencer 36 is provided in a rear-upward inclined posture with the rear part positioned above the front part, the connecting pipe 36A extends upward and backward from the front end, and the connecting pipe 36B extends upward and backward from the front end. This can prevent dust, straw chips, etc. from accumulating on the upper parts of the silencer 36, the connecting pipe 36A, and the connecting pipe 36B.
[0034] The outer diameter of the rear part of the exhaust pipe 35 is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the front part of the connecting pipe 36A, and a part of the rear part of the exhaust pipe 35 overlaps with a part of the front part of the connecting pipe 36A. Thereby, the temperature of the exhaust gas exhausted from the exhaust pipe 35 to the silencer 36 via the connecting pipe 36A can be lowered by the ejector effect. Also, the outer diameter of the rear part of the connecting pipe 36B is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the front part of the tail pipe 37, and a part of the rear part of the exhaust pipe 36B overlaps with a part of the front part of the tail pipe 37. Thereby, the temperature of the exhaust gas exhausted from the silencer 36 to the tail pipe 37 via the connecting pipe 36B can be lowered by the ejector effect. Further, those with a large specific gravity such as water and small stones that have entered the tail pipe 37 are discharged from the front part of the tail pipe 37.
[0035] In a side view, the connection part of the rear part of the connecting pipe 36B and the front part of the tail pipe 37 is arranged in front of the front side of the funnel part 11 in front of the hopper 7. Thereby, the tail pipe 37 can be easily removed from the connecting pipe 36B and maintained by using the space formed below the funnel part 11.
[0036] In a side view, the tail pipe 37 is formed by a front side part 37A extending upward and backward from the front end part, an intermediate part 37B extending upward and backward more gently than the front side part 37A from the rear part of the front side part 37A, and a rear side part 37C. Thereby, it is possible to prevent rainwater from adhering to the upper part of the tail pipe 37, and to prevent dust, straw chips, etc. from accumulating.
[0037] In a side view, the rear part of the rear side part 37C extends to the rear side of the rear wall of the hopper 7. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the exhaust gas exhausted from the rear side part 37C from returning to the periphery of the operator of the control part 5.
[0038] On the upper side of the middle part 37B and the rear part 37C, a heat insulation cover (the "first cover" in the claims) 38 that covers the left part, the upper part, and the right part of the middle part 37B and the rear part 37C is provided. Thereby, it is possible to prevent dust, straw debris, etc. from adhering to the middle part 37B and the rear part 37C. Also, it is possible to suppress the scorching of the grain bags loaded on the upper wall of the threshing device 4. Further, the rear end portion of the heat insulation cover 38 extends to the rear side beyond the rear end portion of the rear part 37C of the tail pipe 37. Thereby, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the tail pipe 37.
[0039] In a side view, the middle part 37B is disposed below the upper wall of the threshing device 4. Thereby, it is possible to further suppress the scorching of the grain bags loaded on the upper wall of the threshing device 4.
[0040] In a side view, the middle part 37B is disposed at a position overlapping with the funnel part 11, that is, below the tank part 10 and above the bag support 13. It is disposed below the upper wall of the threshing device 4. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the grains spilled from the grain bags during the discharge of the grains from adhering to the middle part 37B.
[0041] In a plan view, the middle part 37B and the rear part 37C are linearly extended in the front-rear direction at a position shifted toward the threshing device 4 in the space formed between the threshing device 4 and the hopper 7. Also, the front part 37A is similarly linearly extended in the front-rear direction.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting member 40 provided at the front part of the middle part 37B is detachably fixed to the lower part of the stay 28 by a fastening member such as a bolt. Thereby, the middle part 37B can be easily removed from the stay 28.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 8, the connecting member 41 provided at the rear part of the rear side part 37C is detachably fixed to the left part of the horizontal frame 24 by a fastening member such as a bolt. Thus, the rear side part 37C can be easily removed from the horizontal frame 24. Further, most of the heat of the rear side part 37C heated by the exhaust gas is released into the atmosphere through the horizontal frame 24, so the influence of heat on the threshing device 4 and the hopper 7 is small.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 9, the stay 28 is formed with a rib 28A extending in the front-rear direction on the left part, and a rib 28B extending in the left-right direction connecting the intermediate part between the elevating cylinder 26 and the rib 28A. Thereby, deformation of the stay 28 can be prevented and the front part of the intermediate part 37B can be firmly fixed. Further, most of the heat of the intermediate part 37B which has become high temperature due to the exhaust gas is released into the atmosphere from the elevating cylinder 26, so there is no influence of heat on the threshing device 4 and the hopper 7. Further, since the grain passing through the elevating cylinder 26 passes through in an extremely short time, there is no influence of heat on the grain.
[0045] <Combine of the second embodiment> FIGS. 10 to 12 illustrate the combine of the second embodiment. The same members as those of the combine of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0046] An extension tail pipe (the "first extension tail pipe" in the claims) 50 is connected to the rear part of the rear side part 37C of the tail pipe 37 of the combine of the second embodiment. The extension tail pipe 50 is formed by a curved part that extends rearward from the rear end part of the rear side part 37C and then bends approximately 90 degrees to the left, and an extending part that extends to the left from the left part of the curved part. The left part of the extending part is located near the left wall of the threshing device 4. Thereby, the operator of the operating part 5 can be kept largely away from the exhaust port of the extending part of the extension tail pipe 50, and it is possible to prevent the exhaust gas exhausted from the extending part from returning to the periphery of the operator of the operating part 5. In FIGS. 10 to 12, a combine is illustrated in which a grain tank 8 for storing grains and a discharge auger 9 for discharging the grains stored in the grain tank 8 are provided on the rear side of the operating part 5 instead of the hopper 7.
[0047] The outer diameter of the rear part of the rear side portion 37C of the tail pipe 37 is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the front part of the curved portion of the extension tail pipe 50, and a part of the rear part of the rear side portion 37C of the tail pipe 37 and a part of the front part of the curved portion of the extension tail pipe 50 overlap. Thereby, the temperature of the exhaust gas exhausted from the rear side portion 37C to the curved portion of the extension tail pipe 50 can be lowered by the ejector effect.
[0048] On the outside of the extension tail pipe 50, a heat insulation cover (the "second cover" in the claims) 51 that covers the outer peripheral portion of the extension tail pipe 50 is provided, and the left end portion of the heat insulation cover 51 extends to the left side of the left end portion of the extension tail pipe 50. Thereby, it is possible to prevent dust, straw chips, etc. from adhering to the extension tail pipe 50, and it is also possible to prevent rainwater from entering the extension tail pipe 50. Note that the longitudinal cross section in the front-rear direction of the heat insulation cover 51 is formed in a hexagonal shape.
[0049] The lower part of the heat insulation cover 51 is fixed to a support member 52 that extends rearward from the rear walls of a pair of left and right threshing devices 4 provided at a predetermined interval in the left-right direction. Note that the heat insulation cover 51 and the support member 52 are detachably fixed by a fastening member such as a bolt. Thereby, the heat insulation cover 51 can be easily attached to and detached from the outer peripheral portion of the extension tail pipe 50.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 13, instead of the heat insulation cover 51, a heat insulation cover 51A that covers the upper part, the rear part, and the lower part of the outer peripheral portion of the extension tail pipe 50 and has an open front part facing the rear wall of the threshing device 4 can be provided. Thereby, the weight of the heat insulation cover 51A can be reduced, and the heat insulation cover 51A can be more easily attached to and detached from the outer peripheral portion of the extension tail pipe 50.
[0051] <Combine of the third embodiment> FIGS. 14 to 16 illustrate the combine of the third embodiment. The same members as those of the combine of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0052] At the rear part of the rear side portion 37C of the tail pipe 37 of the combine in the third embodiment, an extension tail pipe (the "second extension tail pipe" in the claims) 60 is connected. The extension tail pipe 60 is formed by a curved portion that extends rearward from the rear end portion of the rear side portion 37C and then curves approximately 90 degrees to the right, and an extending portion that extends to the right from the right portion of the curved portion. The right portion of the extending portion is located in the vicinity of an extension line obtained by extending the right wall of the hopper 7 rearward. Thereby, the operator in the operating portion 5 can be kept at a large distance from the exhaust port of the extending portion of the extension tail pipe 60, and it is possible to prevent the exhaust gas exhausted from the extending portion from returning to the vicinity of the operator in the operating portion 5.
[0053] In FIGS. 14 to 16, a combine is illustrated in which a grain tank 8 for storing grains and a discharge auger 9 for discharging the grains stored in the grain tank 8 are provided on the rear side of the operating portion 5 in place of the hopper 7. In this case, the extending portion of the extension tail pipe 60 extends behind the vertical discharge portion 9A of the discharge auger 9, and the right portion of the extending portion of the extension tail pipe 60 is located in the vicinity of an extension line obtained by extending the right wall of the grain tank 8 rearward.
[0054] The outer diameter of the rear part of the rear side portion 37C of the tail pipe 37 is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the front part of the curved portion of the extension tail pipe 60, and a part of the rear part of the rear side portion 37C of the tail pipe 37 and a part of the front part of the curved portion of the extension tail pipe 60 overlap each other. Thereby, the temperature of the exhaust gas exhausted from the rear side portion 37C to the curved portion of the extension tail pipe 60 by the ejector effect can be lowered.
[0055] On the outside of the extension tail pipe 60, a heat insulation cover (the "third cover" in the claims) 61 that covers the outer peripheral portion of the extension tail pipe 60 is provided, and the right end portion of the heat insulation cover 61 extends to the right side of the right end portion of the extension tail pipe 60. Thereby, it is possible to prevent dust, straw debris, etc. from adhering to the extension tail pipe 60, and it is also possible to prevent rainwater from entering the extension tail pipe 60. Note that the longitudinal cross-section in the front-rear direction of the heat insulation cover 61 is formed in a hexagonal shape.
[0056] The front part of the heat shield cover 61 is fixed to a support member 62 provided to extend rearward from the vertical discharge part 9A. Note that the heat shield cover 61 and the support member 62 are detachably fixed by a fastening member such as a bolt. Thereby, the heat shield cover 61 can be easily attached to and detached from the outer peripheral part of the extension tail pipe 60.
[0057] As shown in FIG. 17, instead of the heat shield cover 61, a heat shield cover 61A that covers the upper part, the front part, and the rear part of the outer peripheral part of the extension tail pipe 60 and has an open lower part can be provided. Further, the front part of the heat shield cover 61 is fixed to a support member 62 provided to extend rearward from the vertical discharge part 9A. Thereby, the weight of the heat shield cover 61A is reduced, and the heat shield cover 61A can be more easily attached to and detached from the outer peripheral part of the extension tail pipe 60.
[0058] As shown in FIG. 18, instead of the heat shield cover 61, a heat shield cover 61A that covers the upper part, the front part, and the rear part of the outer peripheral part of the extension tail pipe 60 and has an open lower part can be provided. Further, the rear part of the heat shield cover 61 is fixed to a support member 62 provided to extend rearward from the vertical discharge part 9A. Thereby, the weight of the heat shield cover 61A is reduced, and the heat shield cover 61A can be more easily attached to and detached from the outer peripheral part of the extension tail pipe 60.
