Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] The fixing device for an isolator operating wire according to Patent Document 1 (hereinafter abbreviated as the fixing device) includes a main body fixed to a utility pole via a band and a lid attached to one end of the main body so as to be openable and closable. The main body is provided with a concave on-pole isolator operating wire insertion groove. The fixing device is configured to lock the operating wire between the main body and the closed lid using an elliptical columnar knob rotatably connected to the main body.

[0005] Generally, the fixing device for the switch operating wire is installed at a high position on a utility pole that is out of reach of humans from the ground. The fixing device according to Patent Document 1 can lock or unlock a pair of operating wires by rotating a knob, but the operating position of the locking mechanism exists at the same position as the position where the switch operating rod (with an L-shaped tip) is used to operate in order to rotate the knob.

[0006] There has been a demand for a fixing device for a switch operating wire that does not cause an incorrect operation in order to lock or unlock a set of operating wires. And the above can be said to be the problem of the present invention.

[0007] The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a fixing device for a switch operating wire that can be operated with a switch operating rod (with an L-shaped tip) and does not cause an incorrect operation in order to lock or unlock a set of operating wires.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0008] The inventor of the present invention configured it with a box-shaped case through which a pair of operating wires are inserted, a set of pressing plates that sandwich the operating wire from the outer peripheral direction, a feed screw that is screw-connected to a movable pressing plate and advances and retracts the movable pressing plate, a rocking arm having a pair of rocking arms that project in the centrifugal direction from the end of the feed screw, and a set of sliders that are connected to the ends of these rocking arms and are arranged in the case so as to advance and retract in opposite directions in the vertical direction. By making the sliders operable using a switch operating rod, the inventor considered that a fixing device for a switch operating wire that does not cause an incorrect operation can be provided, and based on this, the inventor has invented a new fixing device for a switch operating wire as follows.

[0009] (1) A fixing device for an operating wire of a switch, which locks or unlocks a set of operating wires hanging down from a switch installed on the upper part of a utility pole. The device includes a box-shaped case that is supported by the utility pole and has a set of the operating wires inserted therethrough in the vertical direction. The case includes a fixed pressing plate that forms a pair of first concave grooves into which a set of the operating wires can be introduced from one outer peripheral direction, a movable pressing plate that is arranged opposite to the fixed pressing plate in the plane direction and forms a pair of second concave grooves into which a set of the operating wires can be introduced from the other outer peripheral direction, a feed screw mechanism that moves the movable pressing plate forward and backward, and a lever crank mechanism that applies rotational motion to a feed screw constituting the feed screw mechanism. The lever crank mechanism includes a rocking arm that fixes a central portion to the feed screw and forms a pair of rocking arms extending in opposite directions in the outer peripheral direction of the feed screw, and engaging arms provided with pin portions that engage with U-shaped groove portions notched on the tip end side of the rocking arms. The device also includes a pair of square column-shaped sliders that are allowed only vertical movement inside the case. When the operating rod of the switch provided with an operating ball at its tip end is used to push down one of the sliders, the movable pressing plate is moved toward the fixed pressing plate via the lever crank mechanism and the feed screw mechanism. When the other slider is pushed down using the operating rod of the switch, the movable pressing plate is separated from the fixed pressing plate via the lever crank mechanism and the feed screw mechanism. A fixing device for an operating wire of a switch.

[0010] (2) The case includes a C-shaped main body with an open front and a closed back, a trapezoidal pedestal-shaped upper lid that covers the upper surface of the main body, an inverted trapezoidal pedestal-shaped lower lid that covers the lower surface of the main body, and a front panel that covers the front surface of the main body. The front panel has a window that allows easy visual recognition of one of the sliders when the slider is pushed down. The fixing device for an operating wire of a switch according to (1).

[0011] (3) The upper lid of the case has a first coil member inside that guides the operating wire by its inner diameter, and an end surface of the first coil member is joined to the bottom surface of the upper lid. The fixing device for an operating wire of a switch according to (2).

[0012] (4) The lower cover of the case has, on the outside, a second coil member that guides the operating wire by its inner diameter, and the end face of the second coil member is joined to the bottom surface of the lower cover. The fixing device for the opening / closing device operating wire according to (2).

[0013] (5) The main body of the case has a pair of guide portions protruding in a U shape on both sides of the front side. The slider is held inside the guide portions and is biased by a compression coil spring held inside. The slider has a ball member partially protruding from one side surface thereof, and the guide portion has an elongated track hole that guides the ball member. The fixing device for the opening / closing device operating wire according to (2).

Advantages of the Invention

[0014] The fixing device for the opening / closing device operating wire according to the present invention forms a lever arm with a pair of sliders and a pair of swing arms to constitute a lever crank mechanism, and forms a feed screw mechanism with a feed screw provided at the central portion of the lever arm and a movable pressing plate. When one slider is pushed down using the opening / closing device operating rod, the movable pressing plate is moved toward the fixed pressing plate via the lever crank mechanism and the feed screw mechanism, and a set of operating wires can be locked.

[0015] Also, when the other slider is pushed down using the opening / closing device operating rod, the fixing device for the opening / closing device operating wire according to the present invention separates the movable pressing plate from the fixed pressing plate via the lever crank mechanism and the feed screw mechanism, and a set of operating wires can be unlocked.

Further, a columnar pin portion 6p protrudes from the tip side of these engaging arms 62·62. The swing arms 5a·5b and the pin portion 6p are slidably engaged.

[0046] Referring to FIG. 4 or FIG. 6, a pair of sliders 6a·6b have an engaging groove 61d formed therethrough from the upper surface. The operation ball 91b of the tip tool 91 (see FIG. 1 or FIG. 6) can be introduced into the engaging groove 61d.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 4 or FIG. 6, when the operation ball 91b is introduced into one of the sliders 6a and the tip tool 91 is lowered, the operation ball 91b abuts against the bottom surface of the engaging groove 61d, and one of the sliders 6a can be lowered (see the arrow in FIG. 1). When the operation ball 91b is introduced into the other slider 6b and the tip tool 91 is lowered, the operation ball 91b abuts against the bottom surface of the engaging groove 61d, and the other slider 6ba can be lowered (see the arrow in FIG. 1).

[0048] Referring to FIG. 4 or FIG. 6, a pair of sliders 6a·6b have a ball presser. The ball presser is composed of a ball member 60b, a compression coil spring 60s, and a stopper 60t. By introducing the ball member 60b first into the through holes provided in the pair of sliders 6a·6b, and then introducing the compression coil spring 60s and sealing this hole with the stopper 60t, a part of the ball member 60b protrudes from the side surface of the sliders 6a·6b, so that the ball member 60b can press the inner wall of the guide portion 111 (see FIG. 6).

[0049] [Function of the fixing device for the switch operating rod] Next, while supplementing the configuration of the fixing device 100 according to the embodiment, the operation and effect of the fixing device 100 will be described.

[0050] (Operation of the fixing device for the switch operating rod) First, referring to FIG. 1 or FIG. 6, the operation ball 91b (see FIG. 1 or FIG. 6) of the tip tool 91 is introduced into the engagement groove 61d provided in one of the sliders 6a. Referring to FIG. 5 or FIG. 6, a long hole 62h into which a part of the tip tool 91 including the operation ball 91b can be introduced is opened in the guide portion 111 of the main body 11 (see FIG. 3).

[0051] Next, referring to FIG. 1, when the switch operating rod 9 is lowered, the ball member 60b is guided to the straight portion of the track hole 61p (see FIG. 6) opened in the guide portion 111, so that only the vertical movement of one of the sliders 6a is allowed.

[0052] Next, referring to FIG. 2(A) or FIG. 4, since the pin portion 6p of the swing arm 5a and the slider 6a are engaged, the linear movement of one of the sliders 6a is converted into the rotational movement of the swing arm 51. When the slider 6a is located at the lowermost end, the ball member 60b is immersed in the circular portion of the long hole 62h (see FIG. 6), so that the switch operating rod 9 can obtain a click feeling due to vibration or sound. When the slider 6a is located at the uppermost end, the ball member 60b is immersed in the circular portion of the long hole 62h (see FIG. 6), so that the switch operating rod 9 can obtain a click feeling due to vibration or sound.

[0053] Next, referring to FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, when the feed screw 41 rotates in one direction, the movable pressing plate 3 moves toward the fixed pressing plate 2, so that a set of operating rods Wa and Wb can be clamped by the first concave grooves 2a and 2b and the second concave grooves 3a and 3b (see FIG. 2(B)). That is, a set of operating rods Wa and Wb can be locked.

[0054] When unlocking, first, referring to FIG. 1 or FIG. 6, the operation ball 91b of the tip tool 91 (see FIG. 1 or FIG. 6) is introduced into the engagement groove 61d provided in the other slider 6b. Next, referring to FIG. 1, when the opener operation rod 9 is lowered, the ball member 60b is guided to the straight portion of the track hole 61p (see FIG. 6) opened in the guide portion 111, so that the other slider 6b is only allowed to move in the vertical direction.

[0055] Next, referring to FIG. 2(A) or FIG. 4, since the pin portion 6p of the swing arm 5b and the slider 6b are engaged, the linear motion of one slider 6b is converted into the rotational motion of the swing arm 51. When the slider 6b is located at the lowermost end, since the ball member 60b is immersed in the circular portion of the long hole 62h (see FIG. 6), the opener operation rod 9 can obtain a click feeling due to vibration or sound.

[0056] Next, referring to FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, when the feed screw 41 rotates in the other direction, the movable pressing plate 3 is separated from the fixed pressing plate 2, so that the distance between the first concave grooves 2a·2b and the second concave grooves 3a·3b is widened and a set of operation wires Wa·Wb can be released. That is, a set of operation wires Wa·Wb can be unlocked.

[0057] The fixing device 100 according to the embodiment uses an opener operation rod 9 provided with an operation ball 9b at the tip portion. When one slider 9a is pushed down, the movable pressing plate 3 is moved toward the fixed pressing plate 2 through a lever crank mechanism and a feed screw mechanism, so that a set of operation wires Wa·Wb can be locked. When the other slider 6b is pushed down using the opener operation rod 9, the movable pressing plate 3 is separated from the fixed pressing plate 2 through a lever crank mechanism and a feed screw mechanism, so that a set of operation wires Wa·Wb can be unlocked. The fixing device 100 according to the embodiment prevents the unlocking of the operation wires by the opener operation rod and manual operation and the misoperation of the opener operation wires, and is safe and secure.

[0058] The fixing device 100 according to the embodiment has a window 14w on the front panel 14 that makes it easy to visually recognize that a set of operation wires Wa·Wb has been unlocked, which is convenient.

[0059] By providing a pair of first coil members 71·71 inside the upper lid 12, the fixing device 100 according to the embodiment can suppress the entanglement of the operation ropes Wa and Wb.

[0060] Since the fixing device 100 according to the embodiment is provided with a pair of second coil members 72·72 on the bottom surface of the lower lid 13, the entanglement of the operation ropes Wa and Wb can be suppressed.

[0061] The main body 11 of the case 1 has a pair of guide portions 111 protruding in a U-shape on both sides of the front side. The sliders 6a·6b are held inside the guide portions 111 and are biased by compression coil springs 61s held inside. The sliders have ball members 60b partially protruding from one side surface of the sliders. The guide portions 111 are provided with elongated track holes 61p for guiding the ball members 60b, so that the positions of the uppermost and lowermost ends of the sliders can be sensed from the click feeling by the opener operation rod 9.
