Abstract
To reduce unidentified regions, in a method for analyzing substances contained in a sample.SOLUTION: A method for analyzing substances contained in a sample includes steps of: acquiring elemental map data from SEM-EDX analysis relative to the sample; extracting phases of the substances by executing clustering processing for the elemental map data; deriving the density of the substances corresponding to the phases; creating a list for reference, which includes compositions of the substances corresponding to the phases and the density; selecting one or more of the compositions corresponding to a chemical formula from the list for reference while comparing each region of the sample with the list for reference; and deriving weight ratios of the substances on the basis of at least the density.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
