Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet storage box. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, hygiene awareness has increased as a measure to prevent infectious diseases, and disposable paper towels and tissue paper are increasingly being used instead of cloth towels for wiping hands, which have traditionally been used by multiple people. Sheets such as paper towels are stored in boxes (also called cartons) made of cardboard or the like, and are used in the form of sheet storage boxes from which they can be pulled out through an opening on the top of the box (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4142238 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in conventional sheet storage boxes, the sheets are stored in cartons, so the storage space is limited in small spaces such as around a bathroom.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet storage box that is not subject to restrictions on where it can be placed. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] A first aspect of the present invention is a rectangular parallelepiped sheet storage box for storing a plurality of stacked sheets, the box having a sheet removal opening and including a first surface extending in a longitudinal direction of the sheet storage box, a second surface facing the first surface in a stacking direction of the sheets and extending in the longitudinal direction, third and fourth surfaces perpendicular to the stacking direction and facing a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and extending in the longitudinal direction, and fifth and sixth surfaces facing in the longitudinal direction, a linear first notch formed in the second surface and extending from an edge of the second surface on the third surface side to an edge of the second surface on the fourth surface side, and a linear first notch formed in the third surface and continuing from the first notch to the edge of the second surface on the fourth surface side. a second notch formed in the fourth surface, extending from an edge on the second surface side and bending toward the fifth surface, and a third notch formed in the fourth surface, continuing from the first notch, extending from an edge on the second surface side of the fourth surface and bending toward the fifth surface, wherein tearing score lines continuous with each other are formed on the second surface, the third surface, and the fourth surface, the first notch, the second notch, and the third notch are formed in an area surrounded by the tearing score lines, and a first flap opening a part of the area surrounded by the tearing score lines is formed in a first portion of the second surface corresponding to a central area of the first notch, and the first portion extends in the longitudinal direction.

[0007] In the first aspect, a linear notch extending from the edge of the second surface on the third surface side to the edge of the second surface on the fourth surface side forms a notch extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on the second surface opposite the first surface on which the sheet removal opening is formed and the sheet stacking direction. Also, by forming notches extending from the edge of the third surface on the second surface side and the edge of the fourth surface on the second surface side, respectively, and bending toward the fifth surface, notches continuous with the notch in the second surface and bending toward the fifth surface are formed on the third surface and the fourth surface.

[0008] With this configuration, in the first aspect, the towel rack bar can be inserted into the seat storage box through the first notch on the second surface and can be engaged with the second and third notches on the third and fourth surfaces, allowing the seat storage box to be hung on the towel rack so that the longitudinal direction of the seat storage box is perpendicular to the direction in which the towel rack bar extends.

[0009] Therefore, in the first aspect, even in a small space such as around a bathroom, the sheet storage box can be installed by using equipment such as a towel rack (hereinafter referred to as a towel rack, etc.). Also, if a place to store the sheet storage box can be secured, the sheet storage box can be installed with the first surface on which the removal opening is formed facing upward. Therefore, according to the first aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box that is not easily limited in terms of where it can be placed.

[0010] In addition, in the first aspect, sheets can be pulled out horizontally or downward from the outlet of the sheet storage box installed on a towel rack or the like, making it difficult for water droplets or dust to get in through the outlet. Therefore, according to the first aspect, the sheet storage box can be used hygienically.

[0011] A second aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the second cutout and the third cutout are L-shaped. In the second aspect, the second and third cutouts are L-shaped, which makes it easier for the towel rack bar to engage with the second and third cutouts. Therefore, according to the second aspect, the sheet storage box installed on the towel rack or the like is less likely to come off.

[0012] In the second aspect, the second and third cutouts are L-shaped, so that the second and third cutouts can be formed closer to the second surface. Therefore, even when the seat storage box is hung on a towel rack or the like, the bar of the towel rack is less likely to get in the way inside the seat storage box.

[0013] A third aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the first cutout is formed on the second surface on the side of the fifth surface.

[0014] In the third aspect, the first notch is formed on the fifth surface side of the second surface, which prevents the sheet storage box hung on a towel rack or the like from tilting significantly relative to the wall on which the towel rack or the like is attached. This makes it difficult for the sheet storage box installed on the towel rack or the like to come off.

[0015] A fourth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box in which continuous tearing score lines are formed on the second surface, the third surface, and the fourth surface, and the first notch, the second notch, and the third notch are formed in an area surrounded by the tearing score lines.

[0016] In this specification, a tearing score line refers to a score line where cuts and ties (the uncut portion between two cuts) are arranged alternately, and when a tie is broken, the adjacent cuts on both sides become continuous cuts.

[0017] In the fourth aspect, when the tearing score lines provided on the second, third, and fourth surfaces are torn, notches are formed on the second, third, and fourth surfaces, so that before use or when there is sufficient space to store the sheet storage box, no notches are formed unless the tearing score lines are torn. Also, when the sheet storage box is to be placed on a towel rack or the like (when there is not enough space to store it), the tearing score lines can be torn to form notches on the second, third, and fourth surfaces.

[0018] A fifth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein a first flap that opens a part of the area surrounded by the tearing score line is formed within the area.

[0019] In the fifth aspect, by providing a first flap that opens a part of the area surrounded by the tearing score line within the area, the tearing score line can be torn with little force by inserting a finger into the opening, hooking the first flap and pulling it upward. Also, by pushing the first flap into the inside of the sheet storage box, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed.

[0020] A sixth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the first flap is formed on the second surface closer to the third surface or the fourth surface.

[0021] In the sixth aspect, the first flap is formed on the second surface closer to the third surface or the fourth surface, which makes it difficult for the second surface to bend when forming a finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the area surrounded by the tear score lines. Therefore, in the sixth aspect, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the area surrounded by the tear score lines.

[0022] A seventh aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the first flap is formed in a first portion of the second surface corresponding to a central region of the first cutout.

[0023] In this specification, the central region of the first notch refers to a region that includes the center of gravity of the first notch and has an area that is 20% to 50% of the entire first notch.

[0024] In the seventh aspect, by forming the first flap in the first portion of the second surface corresponding to the central region of the first cutout, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing, which is formed in the region surrounded by the tear score line, can be formed in an easily visible position on the second surface. This makes it possible to easily form the finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the region surrounded by the tear score line in the seventh aspect.

[0025] An eighth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box in which a pair of second flaps, which are formed as part of the second surface and are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box and engage with each other, are formed on the sixth surface side of the second surface.

[0026] In the eighth aspect, a pair of second flaps that are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box and engage with each other are configured as part of the second surface and are formed on the sixth surface side of the second surface, so that the sixth surface side of the sheet storage box can press the sheets inside the sheet storage box in the stacking direction. This makes it possible in the eighth aspect to prevent multiple stacked sheets from slipping downward when the sheet storage box is hung on a towel rack or the like. [Effects of the Invention]

[0027] According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box that is not subject to restrictions on where it can be placed. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0037] 4, the box 10 has a strip 17 provided with adhesive (not shown) connected to an edge 12C of the bottom surface 12. The strip 17 is joined to an edge 13D of the side surface 13.

[0038] The end face 15 is made up of a top flap 151, a bottom flap 152, a side flap 153, and a side flap 154. The end face 16 is made up of a top flap 161, a bottom flap 162, a side flap 163, and a side flap 164.

[0039] 4, a top flap 151 extends from an edge 11A of the top surface 11, and a top flap 161 extends from an edge 11B of the top surface 11. Furthermore, a bottom flap 152 extends from an edge 12A of the bottom surface 12, and a bottom flap 162 extends from an edge 12B of the bottom surface 12.

[0040] Furthermore, a side flap 153 extends from an edge 13A of the side surface 13, and a side flap 163 extends from an edge 13B of the side surface 13. Furthermore, a side flap 154 extends from an edge 14A of the side surface 14, and a side flap 164 extends from an edge 14B of the side surface 14.

[0041] In addition, edges 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D of the top surface 11, edges 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D of the bottom surface 12, edges 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D of the side surface 13, and edges 14A, 14B, 14C, 14D of the side surface 14 all have folds (indicated by dotted lines).

[0042] At each fold, the side surfaces 13, 14 and the top surface flaps 151, 161 can be folded relative to the top surface 11, the side surface flaps 154, the bottom surface flaps 152, 162 and the adhesive strip 17 can be folded relative to the bottom surface 12, the top surface 11 and the side surfaces flaps 153, 163 can be folded relative to the side surfaces 13, and the top surface 11, the bottom surface 12 and the side surfaces flaps 154, 164 can be folded relative to the side surfaces 14.

[0043] On the end face 15, the top flap 151 is arranged outside the bottom flap 152 and the side flaps 153 and 154, and the bottom flap 152 is arranged outside the side flaps 153 and 154. On the end face 16, the top flap 161 is arranged outside the bottom flap 162 and the side flaps 163 and 164, and the bottom flap 162 is arranged outside the side flaps 163 and 164.

[0044] There is no particular limitation on the manner in which the top flap 151, the bottom flap 152, and the side flaps 153 and 154 are joined together on the end face 15. There is no particular limitation on the manner in which the top flap 161, the bottom flap 162, and the side flaps 163 and 164 are joined together on the end face 16.

[0045] For example, top flap 151 is joined to bottom flap 152 and side flaps 153 and 154, and top flap 161 is joined to bottom flap 162 and side flaps 163 and 164. Also, bottom flap 152 is joined to side flaps 153 and 154, and bottom flap 162 is joined to side flaps 163 and 164.

[0046] Specifically, top flap 151 and bottom flap 152 are joined together via an adhesive (not shown), and top flap 161 and bottom flap 162 are joined together. Also, top flap 151 and side flaps 153 and 154 are joined together via an adhesive (not shown), and top flap 161 and side flaps 163 and 164 are joined together.

[0047] Furthermore, bottom flap 152 is joined to side flaps 153 and 154 via adhesive (not shown), and bottom flap 162 is joined to side flaps 163 and 164. In this state, end faces 15 and 16 are formed (FIG. 4).

[0048] The adhesive (not shown) may be applied at any position on the top flaps 151 and bottom flaps 152 of the end face 15. The adhesive (not shown) may be applied at any position on the top flaps 161 and bottom flaps 162 of the end face 16.

[0049] Furthermore, the portions of the side flaps 153, 154 that are joined to the top flap 151 (portions to which adhesive is applied) may protrude toward the top flap 151 while being joined to the top flap 151. Furthermore, the portions of the side flaps 163, 164 that are joined to the top flap 161 (portions to which adhesive is applied) may protrude toward the top flap 161 while being joined to the top flap 161.

[0050] On the end face 15, the entire top flap 151 is exposed, the portion of the bottom flap 152 that overlaps with the top flap 151 is concealed, and the portion of the bottom flap 152 excluding the portion that overlaps with the top flap 151 is exposed. Furthermore, the side flaps 153 and 154 are concealed inside the top flap 151 and the bottom flap 152 (FIG. 4).

[0051] Furthermore, on the end face 16, the entire top flap 161 is exposed, the portion of the bottom flap 162 that overlaps with the top flap 161 is concealed, and the portion of the bottom flap 162 other than the portion that overlaps with the top flap 161 is exposed. Furthermore, the side flaps 163 and 164 are concealed inside the top flap 161 and the bottom flap 162 (FIG. 4).

[0052] The end faces 15, 16 may have a disassembly structure (not shown) for disassembling the sheet storage box 100 after use. Such a disassembly structure is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2020-19490.

[0053] The material of the box body 10 is not limited, and for example, base paper made primarily of pulp is used. Here, base paper refers to stiff, thick paper that is used as a material for assembling the box body 10. The pulp composition of the base paper can be any known composition for boxes. For example, the pulp blending ratio can be 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass. In this embodiment, coated cardboard made from virgin pulp, recycled paper pulp, or the like is used as the base paper.

[0054] The dimensions of the box 10 are not limited and can be determined depending on the amount and dimensions of the sheets S to be stored. For example, the length of the box 10 in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) can be 100 mm or more and 300 mm or less, and preferably 150 mm or more and 280 mm or less.

[0055] The width of the box 10 in the short side direction (X direction) can be 100 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and preferably 100 mm or more and 130 mm or less. The height of the box 10 in the height direction (Z direction) can be 30 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and preferably 40 mm or more and 100 mm or less.

[0056] The basis weight of the box body 10 is not limited, but from the viewpoint of ensuring sufficient strength to withstand use, the basis weight of the base paper is set to 200 g / m 2 More than 500g / m 2 or less, preferably 230 g / m 2 More than 450g / m 2 or less, more preferably 270 g / m 2 More than 430g / m 2 In this specification, the basis weight is measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124 (2011).

[0057] The thickness of the box 10 is not particularly limited, and can be the paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998). For example, if the box 10 is made of coated cardboard, the paper thickness of the box 10 can be 0.1 mm or more and 3 mm or less, preferably 0.3 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1 mm or less.

[0058] In this embodiment, the plurality of sheets S housed in the box 10 are configured as a sheet stack SL in which the plurality of sheets S are stacked in the stacking direction (Y direction) (FIG. 2).

[0059] The material of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a sheet of paper, nonwoven fabric, or cloth, preferably a paper sheet (hereinafter referred to as a paper sheet). The pulp composition may be any known composition for paper sheets. The blending ratio of pulp may be, for example, 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.

[0060] The basis weight of the sheet S is not particularly limited, but in the case of paper, it is 5 g / m 2 More than 80g / m 2 For nonwoven fabrics, 20 g / m 2 More than 100g / m 2 The following is desirable: Basis weight is measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124 (2011).

[0061] The thickness of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and can be the paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998). For example, the thickness of the paper sheet constituting the sheet S can be 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less per ply (or per ply in the case of two plies), and is preferably 60 μm or more and 330 μm or less.

[0062] The form of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and it can be applied to products such as paper towels, tissue paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, disposable diapers for babies or elderly care, sanitary napkins, etc. Sanitary thin paper such as paper towels and tissue paper also includes sanitary thin paper containing moisturizing ingredients (for example, lotion tissue, etc.). The sheet S can be used for industrial, household, and portable purposes.

[0063] The number of plies of the sheet S can be 1 or more, and is preferably 1 or 2 (two layers stacked). The shape of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and for example, it is preferable that the shape of a 1-ply or 2-ply sheet when folded is rectangular in plan view.

[0064] The form of the sheet stack SL is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a sheet stack in which the sheets S are alternately stacked in a folded state (a so-called pop-up type sheet stack SL), a sheet stack in which multiple sheets (or multiple sets of sheets S) are simply stacked, and a sheet stack in which the sheets S are folded. From the viewpoint of pulling out the sheets S one by one or one set at a time, the form of the sheet stack SL is preferably a pop-up type sheet stack SL.

[0065] The dimensions of the sheet stack SL are, for example, in the case of paper towels, a length in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of 150 mm to 250 mm, a length in the lateral direction (X direction) of 60 mm to 130 mm, and a height in the stacking direction (Y direction) of 20 mm to 110 mm. Such a sheet stack can be manufactured, for example, by a rotary or multi-stand interfolder.

[0066] The outlet 20 is formed on the top surface 11 of the box 10, and is shaped so that the sheets (tissue paper) S stored in the box 10 can be taken out from the top surface 11. The outlet 20 is formed in the center of the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the top surface 11, and forms a substantially rectangular or elliptical opening OP1 whose longitudinal direction is along the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the top surface 11 (FIGS. 1, 4, 10).

[0067] The length of the outlet 20 in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) and the width in the lateral direction (X direction) can be determined appropriately based on the size of the sheets S. In this embodiment, the outlet 20 is formed in a substantially elliptical shape along the longitudinal direction (Z direction) at the middle of the lateral direction (X direction) of the top surface 11 of the sheet storage box 100, but is not limited to this, and the outlet 20 may be located in another position on the top surface 11 and may have another shape as long as the sheets S can be taken out.

[0068] Before use, the sheet storage box 100 has a lid 22 formed integrally with the sheet storage box 100 on the top surface 11 via a tearing score line 21. When in use, the lid 22 is torn off along the tearing score line 21 to form an outlet 20 (opening OP1) on the top surface 11. This allows the sheets S inside the box body 10 to be taken out from the outlet 20 (opening OP1) (see FIGS. 1 and 10).

[0069] In this embodiment, the tearing score line 21 refers to a cut line such as a perforation that separates the lid 22 when the sheet storage box 100 is in use (FIGS. 1 and 4). The tearing score line 21 is a perforation that alternates between cuts C1 and ties T1 (two cuts C1, the uncut portion between C1), and when a tie T1 is broken, the adjacent cuts C1 on both sides become continuous cuts.

[0070] The length of each cut C1 along the tearing score line 21 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. The length of each tie T1 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0071] Triggers 22A and 22B are provided on both ends of the lid 22 of the outlet 20 in the longitudinal direction (Z direction). The triggers 22A and 22B are configured as tear-open score lines 23. The tear-open score lines 23 are perforations in which cuts C2 and ties T2 (two cuts C2 and the uncut portion between C2) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T2 is broken, the adjacent cuts C2 on both sides become continuous cuts.

[0072] The length of each cut C2 along the tearing score line 23 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. The length of each tie T2 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0073] In this embodiment, when the tearing score line 23 is torn, an opening (not shown) and a flap (not shown) that is partially connected to the lid 22 (the portion indicated by the dashed line) are formed. Then, by inserting a fingertip into the opening and pulling up the folded flap and the lid 22, the lid 22 is separated from the top surface 11, and an access opening 20 (opening OP1) is formed (FIGS. 1 and 10).

[0074] In addition, a resin film (not shown) having a slit in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) may be provided at the outlet 20 on the top surface 11 so as to cover the outlet 20 from the back side of the top surface 11 (the inside of the box body 10 of the sheet storage box 100).

[0075] The resin film is fixed to the back surface of the top surface 11 by an adhesive or the like applied around the outlet 20. The sheet S is taken out through a slit in the resin film. The resin film may be made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like, but is not limited to these materials.

[0076] In this embodiment, a continuous notch 30 is formed across the bottom surface 12 and the side surfaces 13 and 14. Specifically, the notch 30 is composed of a linear first notch 31 formed in the bottom surface 12, a second notch 32 formed in the side surface 13 and bent relative to the first notch 31, and a third notch 33 formed in the side surface 14 and bent relative to the first notch 31 (FIGS. 5 to 7).

[0077] The first notch 31 is an example of a pair of first notches in the sheet storage box of this embodiment, and the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 are an example of a pair of second notches in the sheet storage box of this embodiment.

[0078] First notch 31 extends from first edge 31A on side surface 13 of bottom surface 12 to second edge 31B on side surface 14 (FIGS. 4 and 5). Specifically, first notch 31 is configured to extend in the short direction (X direction) of bottom surface 12 with a predetermined width W1. Note that predetermined width W1 is larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably, for example, between 15 mm and 30 mm (see FIG. 10).

[0079] Second notch 32 is formed contiguous with first edge 31A of first notch 31, and extends from edge 32A on bottom surface 12 side of side surface 13 to edge 32B on end surface 15 side. Second notch 32 is configured in an L-shape that curves from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the longitudinal direction (Z direction) with a predetermined width W1. Like first notch 31, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably 15 mm to 30 mm (see Figure 10).

[0080] Third notch 33 is formed contiguous with second edge 31B of first notch 31, and extends from edge 33A on bottom surface 12 side of side surface 14 to edge 33B on end surface 15 side. Specifically, third notch 33 is configured in an L-shape that curves from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the longitudinal direction (Z direction) with a predetermined width W1. Like first notch 31, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of the bar of a typical towel rack, and is preferably 15 mm to 30 mm (see Figure 10).

[0081] In this embodiment, the notch 30 is provided on the upper side in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the bottom surface 12. Specifically, the first notch 31 is formed on the end surface 15 side of the bottom surface 12. With this configuration, the second notch 32 is also formed on the end surface 15 side of the side surface 13, and the third notch 33 is also formed on the end surface 15 side of the side surface 14.

[0082] The sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment has a tearing score line M1 formed on the bottom surface 12, the side surface 13, and the side surface 14. The notches 30 (first notch 31, second notch 32, and third notch 33) are formed in an area R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. A notch 34 is formed in the portion of the adhesive tab 17 that overlaps with the second notch 32 on the side surface 13. The notch 34 constitutes part of the second notch 32 when the adhesive tab 17 is attached to the side surface 13 (FIG. 4).

[0083] The tearing cut line M1 is a perforation in which cuts C3 and ties T3 (two cuts C3, the uncut part between C3) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T3 is broken, the adjacent cuts C3 on both sides become continuous cuts (Figures 1, 3 to 5).

[0084] In the tearing score line M1, the length of each cut C3 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. The length of each tie T3 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0085] In this embodiment, a first flap 40 that opens a part of the region R1 is formed within the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. The first flap 40 is composed of a tearing score line 41. The tearing score line 41 is a perforation in which cuts C4 and ties T4 (two cuts C4, the uncut portion between C4) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T4 is broken, the adjacent cuts C4 on both sides become continuous cuts (FIG. 5).

[0086] The length of each cut C4 along the tearing score line 41 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. The length of each tie T4 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0087] The first flap 40 is preferably formed closer to the side surface 13 or 14 of the bottom surface. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 5, the first flap 40 is provided closer to the side surface 14 of the bottom surface 12. In this embodiment, the tearing score line 41 convexly forms the first flap 40 toward the side surface 13, but if the first flap 40 is provided closer to the side surface 13 of the bottom surface 12, the tearing score line 41 may be formed closer to the side surface 14.

[0088] Furthermore, in the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment, a pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51, 52) are formed on the end surface 16 side of the bottom surface 12. The second flap 50 is configured as a part of the bottom surface 12 and is provided on the lower side in the longitudinal direction (Z direction). The pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51, 52) are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box 100 and are locked to each other (FIG. 8).

[0089] In this embodiment, the second flap 50 is configured with a tearing score line M2. The tearing score line M2 is a perforation line in which cuts C5 and ties T5 (two cuts C5 and the uncut portion between C5) are alternately arranged, and when a tie T5 is broken, the adjacent cuts C5 on both sides become continuous cuts (FIG. 8).

[0090] In the tearing score line M2, the length of each cut C5 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. The length of each tie T5 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0091] When the second flap 50 is torn along the tearing score line M2, an opening OP3 is formed in the bottom surface 12, and the flap 50 simultaneously becomes flaps 51 and 52. The flap 51 is connected to the bottom surface 12 at its base end 51A (the portion shown by the dashed dotted line). The flap 51 is formed with curved portions 51B and 51C. The flap 52 is connected to the bottom surface 12 at its base end 52A (the portion shown by the dashed dotted line). The flap 52 is formed with curved portions 52B and 52C (FIGS. 8 and 9).

[0092] The curved portions 51B and 51C of the flap 51 and the curved portions 52B and 52C of the flap 52 are appropriately locked together. As a result, the pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51 and 52) are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box 100 and locked together (FIG. 9).

[0093] As described above, the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment has a linear notch 31 extending from the edge 31A of the bottom surface 12 on the side surface 13 side to the edge 31B of the bottom surface 12 on the side surface 14 side, thereby forming a notch 31 (opening OP2) extending in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (Z direction) in the bottom surface 12 that faces the top surface 11 where the sheet outlet 20 is formed and the stacking direction of the sheets S (Y direction) ( FIG. 10 ). This allows, for example, the bar B of a towel rack F fixed to the wall W of a bathroom to be inserted into the sheet storage box 100 through the first notch 31 in the bottom surface 12.

[0094] Furthermore, by providing notches 32, 33 that extend from edge 32A of side surface 13 on the bottom surface 12 side and edge 33A of side surface 14 on the bottom surface 12 side, respectively, and bend toward end surface 15, notches 32, 33 (openings OP2) that are continuous with notch 31 in bottom surface 12 and bend toward end surface 15 are formed in side surfaces 13 and 14 (FIG. 10). This allows bar B of towel rack F inserted from bottom surface 12 to be engaged with second notch 32 and third notch 33 in side surfaces 13 and 14.

[0095] With this configuration, in this embodiment, for example, the bar B of a towel rack F fixed to the wall W of the bathroom can be inserted into the sheet storage box 100 through the first notch 31 in the bottom surface 12 and can be engaged with the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 in the side surface 13 and the side surface 14. This allows the sheet storage box 100 to be hung on the towel rack F so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is perpendicular to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (FIG. 10).

[0096] Therefore, in this embodiment, even in a narrow space such as around a bathroom, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed by using equipment such as a towel rack F (hereinafter referred to as towel rack F, etc.). Furthermore, if a place to store the sheet storage box 100 can be secured, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed with the top surface 11, on which the outlet 20 is formed, facing upward. Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box 100 that is not easily restricted in terms of where it can be placed.

[0097] In addition, in this embodiment, the sheet S can be pulled out horizontally or downward from the outlet 20 of the sheet storage box 100 installed on a towel rack F or the like, making it difficult for water droplets or dust to enter through the outlet 20. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 can be used hygienically (FIG. 10).

[0098] In this embodiment, as described above, the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 are L-shaped, which makes it easier for the bar B of the towel rack F to be locked into the second notch 32 and the third notch 33. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like is less likely to come off (FIG. 10).

[0099] Furthermore, in this embodiment, by forming the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 in an L-shape, the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 can be formed closer to the bottom surface 12. Therefore, even when the sheet storage box 100 is hung on a towel rack F or the like, the bar B of the towel rack F is less likely to get in the way inside the sheet storage box 100 (FIG. 10).

[0100] In this embodiment, as described above, the first notch 31 is formed on the end face 15 side of the bottom surface 12, which prevents the sheet storage box 100 hung on a towel rack F or the like from tilting significantly relative to the wall W to which the towel rack F or the like is attached. This makes it difficult for the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like to come off (FIG. 10).

[0101] In this embodiment, as described above, when the tearing score lines M1 provided on the bottom surface 12, the side surfaces 13, and the side surfaces 14 are torn, the notches 30 (first notch 31, second notch 32, third notch 33) can be formed on the bottom surface 12, the side surfaces 13, and the side surfaces 14. Therefore, only when the sheet storage box 100 is to be installed on a towel rack F or the like (when no space is available for installation), the tearing score lines M1 can be torn to form the notches 30 on the bottom surface 12, and the side surfaces 13, 14.

[0102] Furthermore, in this embodiment, before the sheet storage box 100 is used or when there is sufficient space to store it, the notch 30 is not formed unless the tearing score line M1 is torn. Therefore, when there is sufficient space to store it, the notch 30 is not formed unless the first tearing score line M1 is torn. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is possible to prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the sheet storage box 100 before the sheet storage box 100 is used.

[0103] In this embodiment, as described above, the first flap 40 that opens a part of the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1 is provided within the region R1, so that the tearing score line M1 can be torn with little force by inserting a finger into the opening, hooking it on the first flap 40, and pulling it upward. Also, by pushing the first flap 40 into the inside of the sheet storage box 100, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed.

[0104] In this embodiment, as described above, the first flap 40 is formed closer to the side surface 13 or 14 of the bottom surface 12, which makes it difficult for the bottom surface 12 to bend when forming a finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the region R1 surrounded by the tear score line M1. Therefore, in this embodiment, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tear score line M1.

[0105] In this embodiment, as described above, the pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51, 52) that are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box 100 and engage with each other are configured from part of the bottom surface 12 and formed on the end surface 16 side of the bottom surface 12, so that the sheets inside the sheet storage box 100 can be pressed in the stacking direction (Y direction) on the end surface 16 side of the sheet storage box 100. This makes it possible to prevent the stacked multiple sheets S (sheet stack SL) from slipping downward when the sheet storage box 100 is hung on a towel rack F or the like (FIG. 11).

[0106] Fig. 12 shows a first modified example of the first notch in the second surface (bottom surface), and Fig. 13 shows a first modified example of the second notch in the third surface (side surface). In Fig. 12 and Fig. 13, parts that are common to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are given the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0107] In a first modified example of the first and second notches shown in Figures 12 and 13, the tearing score line M1 that forms the first notch 31 and the second notch 32 is formed by a cut C31 and a tie T31, and a V-shaped cut C32 is provided between the cut C31 and the tie T31. The cut C32 is connected to the cut C31 at the tip side of the V-shape, and forms the tie T31 between the cut C32 and the cut C31 at the open side of the V-shape.

[0108] In the tearing score line 21 of the first modification, the length of each cut C31 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T31 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0109] Furthermore, the length of the V-shaped cut C32 can be 0.3 mm or more and 40 mm or less, preferably 0.5 mm or more and 35 mm or less, and more preferably 1 mm or more and 30 mm or less.

[0110] In the first modified example of the first and second notches, the V-shaped cut C32 prevents the splitting score line M1 from splitting in an unexpected direction (a direction deviating from the direction in which the cut C31 and the tie T31 are aligned). In addition, the V-shaped cut C32 serves as a guide indicating the direction in which to split the splitting score line M1, making it easier to split the splitting score line M1 (FIGS. 12 and 13).

[0111] Fig. 14 shows a second modified example of the first notch in the second surface (bottom surface), and Fig. 15 shows a second modified example of the second notch in the third surface (side surface). In Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, parts that are common to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are given the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0112] 14, the first flap 40 is formed in a first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31. Here, the central region 31C of the first cutout 31 indicates an area that includes the center of gravity G of the first cutout 31 and is 20% to 50% of the entire area of the first cutout 31.

[0113] The tearing score line 41 constituting the first flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward either one of the two end edges 31A, 31B of the first cutout 31. In this embodiment, the first flap 40 is provided in the central region 31C of the first cutout 31, and the tearing score line 41 is formed in a convex shape toward the side surface 14. As a result, the free end of the first flap 40 formed by the tearing score line 41 is formed in a convex shape toward the end edge 31A of the first cutout 31 (FIG. 14).

[0114] It is also preferable that a line be provided on the fixed end opposite the free end of the first flap 40. Here, the line indicates a foldable crease (or crease line). The line may also be configured as an intermittent cut (perforation) instead of or together with the crease.

[0115] In this embodiment, a crease (or crease) F is provided as such a score line (FIG. 14). By providing such a score line (crease F) at the fixed end of the first flap 40, the edge of the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 can be used as a handle to easily tear the tear score line.

[0116] In the second modification of the first and second notches of this embodiment, the tearing score line M1 that constitutes the first notch 31 and the second notch 32 is formed by the cuts C33 and ties T33, and further, the cuts C34 and ties T34 are provided outside the cuts C33 and ties T33 at a distance D1. The inner cuts C33 and the outer cuts C34 are arranged in a staggered pattern.

[0117] The shortest distance D1 between the inner cut C33 and the outer cut C34 is preferably 0.3 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1.3 mm or less.

[0118] In the splitting score line M1 of the second modified example, the length of each cut C33, C34 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T33, T34 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0119] In the second modified example of this embodiment, as described above, by forming the first flap 40 in the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing, which is formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1, can be formed in an easily visible position on the bottom surface 12. As a result, in this embodiment, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1.

[0120] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, the cuts C34 and ties T34 are provided outside the cuts C33 and ties T33 with a distance D1 therebetween, so that the outer cuts C34 and ties T34 can be torn even if the tearing score line M1 tears in a direction that deviates from the direction in which the cuts C33 and ties T33 are aligned. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tearing score line M1 from tearing in an unexpected direction.

[0121] In addition, in this embodiment, the inner cuts C33 and the outer cuts C34 are arranged in a staggered pattern, which allows the inner ties T33 and the outer ties T34 to be alternately torn. As a result, the edges of the notches 30 (first notch 31, second notch 32, and third notch 33) after the tearing score line M1 is torn are smooth. This reduces the strain on the fingers when inserting the bar B of the towel rack F from the bottom surface 12 into the inside of the sheet storage box 100.

[0122] Fig. 16 is a diagram showing a third modified example of the first notch in the second surface (bottom surface), and Fig. 17 is a diagram showing a third modified example of the second notch in the third surface (side surface). Note that in Fig. 16 and Fig. 17, parts that are common to Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 14, and Fig. 15 are given the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0123] 16 and 17, a first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31 is wider in the longitudinal direction (Z direction). Specifically, the width W2 of the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 is larger than the width W1 of the first cutout 31 near the second edge 31B.

[0124] 16 and 17, a tearing score line M3 extending in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) is formed in the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to one end of the central region 31C of the first cutout 31. The tearing score line M3 is a perforation in which cuts C36 and ties T36 (two cuts C36, the uncut portion between C36) are alternately arranged, and when a tie T36 is broken, the adjacent cuts C36 on both sides become continuous cuts (FIG. 16).

[0125] In the tearing score line M3, the length of each cut C36 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. The length of each tie T36 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0126] The tearing score line 41 constituting the first flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward the second portion 12F side of the bottom surface 12 (FIG. 16). Alternatively, the tearing score line 41 may be formed in a convex shape toward the third portion 12G side of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the other end of the central region 31C of the first cutout 31. As a result, the free end defined by the tearing score line 41 of the first flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward the third portion 12G side of the bottom surface 12.

[0127] Also, a crease (or crease) F is provided as a ruled line at the fixed end opposite the free end of the first flap 40 (FIG. 16). By providing such a ruled line (crease F) at the fixed end of the first flap 40, even in the third modified example, the edge of the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 can be used as a handle to easily tear the tear score line.

[0128] In this embodiment, as described above, the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31 expands in the longitudinal direction (Z direction), making it easier to find the first flap 40 formed in the first portion 12E. Furthermore, since the central region 31C of the first cutout 31 expands in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) after the tearing score line M1 is torn, the sheet storage box 100 can be easily attached to and detached from the towel rack F or the like.

[0129] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, the tearing score line M3 extending in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) is formed in the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to one end of the central region 31C of the first cutout 31, which makes it easier to tear the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31. As a result, in this embodiment, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1.

[0130] Fig. 18 is a diagram showing a fourth modified example of the second notch in the third surface (side surface). Fig. 18 shows the state after the tearing score line M1 has been torn. In Fig. 18, parts that are common to Fig. 6 are given the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0131] 18, the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 (not shown) are inclined at a predetermined angle θ toward the top surface 11. The predetermined angle θ is not particularly limited, but is preferably 40 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees, more preferably 50 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees, and even more preferably 60 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees.

[0132] In this embodiment, the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 (not shown) are inclined toward the top surface 11, so that even if the sheet storage box 100 hung on a towel rack F or the like is inclined downward relative to the wall W to which the towel rack F or the like is attached, the bar B of the towel rack F or the like can be supported by the second notch 32 and the third notch 33 approximately perpendicular to the direction in which the sheets S are pulled out from the outlet 20 on the top surface 11.
