To provide supporter pants which can be worn together with a pad type absorbent article, and can secure beautification even when being worn as a normal underwear without being used together with the pad type absorbent article.SOLUTION: Supporter pants comprise a pants body 20 having a crotch opening 23, and an opening cover 40 attachable to and detachable from the pants body 20. The pants body 20 has: front and rear cover parts 27F and 27B fixed above the crotch opening 23 of a front bodice 21 and above the crotch opening 23 of a back bodice 22, respectively; front and rear pants body-side hook tapes 28F and 28B disposed in a front-side space 30F and a rear-side space 30B, respectively; and front and rear pants body-side loop tapes 29F and 29B disposed in the front-side space 30F and the rear-side space 30B, respectively.
