Abstract

To solve the problems of a risk of deterioration of a standby plate when measurement light exits a measurement chamber and a risk of an error in optical measurement because of measurement light returning to the measurement chamber after being reflected outside the measurement chamber.SOLUTION: An optical measuring device has a reaction chamber and a measurement chamber. The reaction chamber has a reaction chamber mounting section for mounting an array plate and a liquid supply section for supplying liquid specimens or predetermined liquid chemicals to the array plate, and generates a reaction product on the array plate. The measurement chamber has a measurement chamber mounting section for mounting the array plate holding a reaction product, and an optical measurement section for optically measuring a reaction product on the array plate. The optical measuring device further has a space conveyance section for conveying the array plate between the reaction chamber and the measurement chamber, and a partitioning member that has a passage port through which the array plate conveyed by the space conveyance section can pass and partitions between the reaction chamber and the measurement chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
