Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a sliding door. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, the soft-close mechanism stored in the upper rail of a sliding door is connected to a hoisting wheel that suspends the panel body. In Patent Document 1, in order to improve the ease of installation and maintenance of the soft-close mechanism, the hoisting wheel and the soft-close mechanism are made detachable, and the soft-close mechanism can be removed from the upper rail. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-209526 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in Patent Document 1, the laborious task of attaching and detaching the hoist and the soft-close mechanism is required, and since the hoist remains inside the upper rail, the maintainability of the hoist remains low.

[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door that reduces the labor required to remove the hoist and soft-close mechanism from the upper rail. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] A first sliding door that solves the above problem comprises an upper rail having a pair of lower plates with a gap between them along the length, a panel body that is movable along the upper rail, a hoisting wheel that runs on the pair of lower plates, a fixing part that extends from the hoisting wheel and suspends the panel body from the hoisting wheel, and a soft-close mechanism that extends from the hoisting wheel and is stored in the upper rail, wherein the upper rail has an expanded part between the lower plates that is wider than the width of the gap, and the widthwise length of the hoisting wheel is longer than the width of the gap and shorter than the width of the expanded part.

[0007] The second sliding door is configured such that the length of the soft-close mechanism in the width direction is shorter than the width of the gap in the first sliding door.

[0008] The third sliding door is the first or second sliding door, wherein the fixing portion has an engaging portion that engages with a locking portion formed on the panel body.

[0009] The fourth sliding door is the third sliding door, wherein the panel body has an operation gap for performing an operation to release the engagement of the engaging portion with the locking portion.

[0010] The fifth sliding door is the fourth sliding door, in which the engagement portion is stored inside the panel body and engages with the locking portion, and the operating gap is formed so that the engagement portion can be pulled out in the length direction of the upper rail.

[0011] The sixth sliding door is the fifth sliding door, in which the operation gap is covered by a buffer material at the door edge or door tail of the panel body.

[0012] The seventh sliding door is any one of the first to sixth sliding doors, wherein the upper rail further has a pair of side panels extending in the longitudinal direction, and the pair of side panels each have a hanging portion extending downward below the lower panel, and the upper edge of the panel body is inserted into the hanging portion.

[0013] The eighth sliding door is any one of the first to seventh sliding doors, wherein a fall prevention part on which the hoist wheel can travel is detachably provided on the widening part. [Effects of the Invention]

[0014] According to the first sliding door, a gap is formed between a pair of lower plates of the upper rail, and a widening section that is wider than the width of the gap is provided in a portion between the lower plates. The widthwise length of the hoisting wheel is longer than the width of the gap and shorter than the width of the widening section, so the hoisting wheel can be removed from the upper rail by moving the hoisting wheel above the widening section without removing the upper rail.

[0015] According to the second sliding door, the widthwise length of the soft-close mechanism is shorter than the width of the gap, so when the hoisting wheel passes through the widening section and is removed from the upper rail, the soft-close mechanism passes through the gap and comes off the upper rail, so the widening section can be formed to the minimum length that allows the hoisting wheel to pass through.

[0016] According to the third sliding door, the fixing portion has an engaging portion that engages with a locking portion formed on the panel body, so that the fixing portion can be fixed to the panel body and the panel body can be suspended from a hoist in a simple process.

[0017] According to the fourth sliding door, the engagement of the engaging portion with the locking portion can be released by operating the operating gap formed in the panel body, so that the engagement of the engaging portion can be easily released.

[0018] According to the fifth sliding door, the operating gap is formed so that the engagement portion can be pulled out from the panel body in the lengthwise direction of the upper rail, so that after disengaging the engagement portion, the fixing portion can be easily removed from the panel body by pulling the engagement portion out in the lengthwise direction of the upper rail, and the hoist wheel and soft close mechanism can be removed from the upper rail by pulling the hoist wheel out to the widening portion.

[0019] According to the sixth sliding door, the operating gap is covered by the cushioning material at the door edge or door tail of the panel body, so the fixed part is not visible from the door edge or door tail side of the panel body, which prevents a decrease in design.

[0020] According to the seventh sliding door, the side panel of the upper rail has a hanging portion that extends downward further than the lower panel, and the upper edge of the panel body is inserted between the hanging portions, so that the gap between the panel body and the upper rail is not visible and the fixing portion that suspends the panel body is hidden, thereby preventing a decrease in design.

[0021] According to the eighth sliding door, by attaching a fall prevention section to the widening section that allows the hoist wheel to run, it is possible to prevent the hoist wheel from unintentionally falling off the widening section, and by removing the fall prevention section, the hoist wheel can be easily removed from the upper rail. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0023] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a sliding door 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The sliding door 1 is an indoor fixture installed in a building such as a house, and opens and closes the boundary between rooms by sliding a panel body 2 laterally. The sliding door 1 is not limited to a so-called single sliding door, but may be a sliding door in which the panel body 2 is retracted into a door pocket, or a double sliding door in which multiple panel bodies 2 slide in pairs. Furthermore, the sliding door 1 is not limited to an indoor fixture, but may also be an outdoor fixture or storage fixture, or a sliding door 1 used to open and close various pieces of furniture.

[0024] <Configuration of each part of sliding door 1> 1 and 2, the sliding door 1 comprises an upper rail 4 provided along a ceiling surface 3, a panel body 2 movable along the upper rail 4, two hanging wheels 5a and 5b running inside the upper rail 4, fixing parts 6 connecting the hanging wheels 5a and 5b to the panel body 2, respectively, and a soft-close mechanism 7 extending from one of the hanging wheels 5a and stored in the upper rail 4. A lower rail 8 is provided on the floor below the panel body 2, and a door roller 9 movable along the lower rail 8 is provided at the lower end of the panel body 2.

[0025] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the upper rail 4 is formed as a long steel groove that opens downward, and has an upper plate 40 that is fixed to the ceiling surface 3 with screws not shown, a pair of side plates 41 formed below both side edges of the upper plate 40, and a pair of lower plates 42 that extend toward each other from the pair of side plates 41.

[0026] The upper plate 40 bulges upward at its widthwise center and abuts against the ceiling surface 3, with shallow groove-like recesses formed on both sides. A pair of side plates 41 hangs downward from both side edges of the upper plate 40, and a pair of lower plates 42 protrude from the opposing surfaces of the pair of side plates 41 toward each other in the vertically middle portion of the side plates 41. Each side plate 41 has a hanging portion 43 extending downward beyond the lower plate 42. Each of the pair of lower plates 42 has a flat, horizontal base end 44 formed on the side closest to the side plate 41, and a curved portion 45 formed on the sides of the pair of lower plates 42 that bulge downward. A gap 46 is formed between the pair of lower plates 42 along the length of the upper rail 4. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 , a widened portion 47 that is wider than the width of the gap 46 is formed in a portion between the lower plates 42 of the upper rail 4. Widening portions 47 are formed by cutting out opposing curved portions 45 of a pair of lower plates 42. In order to explain widening portions 47, the upper plate 40 of the upper rail 4 and a pair of side plates 41 are partially omitted in FIG.

[0027] In this embodiment, the "length direction" of the upper rail 4 is the direction in which the panel body 2 moves when the sliding door 1 is opened or closed, and the "width direction", unless otherwise specified, refers to the horizontal direction perpendicular to the length direction of the upper rail 4, and refers to the thickness direction of the panel body 2. Furthermore, the width of the gap 46 refers to the length of the gap 46 in the above-mentioned "width direction", and "wider than the width of the gap 46" means longer than the length of the gap 46 in the "width direction".

[0028] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7 , the panel body 2 is formed by a rectangular frame 23 having side rails 20, upper rails 21, and lower rails 22, and a transparent or translucent panel material 24 arranged inside the rectangular frame 23. The side rails 20 of the rectangular frame 23 are formed with a generally H-shaped cross section by connecting two visible portions 25 facing outward from the surface of the panel body 2 with an intermediate connecting portion 26. Cushioning materials 27 are fitted into the side surfaces of the side rails 20, which form the trailing and leading ends of the panel body 2, respectively, to reduce the impact when the panel body 2 collides with an opening frame (not shown) when the sliding door 1 is opened or closed. The cushioning materials 27 are fitted over the entire height of the panel body 2, and as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 , when the cushioning materials 27 are peeled off from the side rails 20, the side rails 20 open outward toward the side. A storage section 29 into which the insert 61 of the fixing section 6 is inserted is formed at the upper corner 28 formed by the side rail 20 and the upper rail 21, and an operation gap 30 for operating to disengage the engagement section 62 is formed between the storage section 29 and the opening of the side rail 20. By fitting the buffer material 27, the operation gap 30, the storage section 29, and the engagement section 62 cannot be seen directly, so that a decrease in the design of the panel body 2 can be suppressed.

[0029] As shown in Figures 1, 2, and 6, the hoisting wheels 5a and 5b have four wheels 50, two in the width direction and two each at the front and rear in the direction of movement of the panel body 2. Each wheel 50 is rotatably supported and runs on the curved portions 45 of the pair of lower plates 42 of the upper rail 4 when the panel body 2 moves in conjunction with the opening and closing of the sliding door 1. The hoisting wheels 5a and 5b are provided on the two upper corners 28 of the panel body 2 so as to suspend the upper corners 28 on both sides. One of the hoisting wheels, 5a, has a fixed part 6 swingably connected to one end of the upper rail 4 in the length direction, and a soft-close mechanism 7 is formed on the other end. The other hoisting wheel, 5b, has a fixed part 6 swingably connected to the fixed part 6.

[0030] The fixing parts 6 are members that connect the respective hoisting wheels 5a, 5b to the panel body 2 and suspend the panel body 2 from the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b. The fixing parts 6 include a connection part 60 connected to the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b, an insert 61 inserted into and fixed in a storage part 29 provided at an upper corner 28 of the panel body 2, and an engagement part 62 provided at the lower end of the insert 61 and engaging with a locking part 31 formed inside the storage part 29 of the panel body 2. The connecting parts 60 are formed with elongated holes 63 into which pins 51 formed to protrude in the width direction of the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b are inserted. The elongated holes 63 are formed so that the length direction of the elongated holes 63 is inclined obliquely downward in the direction in which the insert 61 is pulled out of the storage part 29. The connecting parts 60 are formed to protrude from the upper surface of the insert 61.

[0031] The insert body 61 has a restricting piece 64 formed at its upper end, which extends outward on both sides in the width direction. The restricting piece 64 is inserted between the hanging portions 43 of the upper rail 4 and shortens the distance between the hanging portions 43, thereby restricting the movement of the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b and the fixed portion 6 in the width direction of the upper rail 4. The engaging portion 62 provided at the lower end of the insert body 61 has an arm portion 65 that is elastically deformable so as to bend in the vertical direction, an engaging claw 66 that protrudes downward from the arm portion 65 and engages with the locking portion 31 of the panel body 2, and an operating claw 67 that is formed by bending the tip of the arm portion 65 downward and that elastically deforms the arm portion 65 when pressed upward.

[0032] In the present invention, the engagement portion 62 "engages" with the locking portion 31 means that the elastic stress of the engagement portion 62 keeps a part of the engagement portion 62 hooked onto the recesses and projections of the locking portion 31.

[0033] The soft-close mechanism 7 slides inside the upper rail 4 as the panel body 2 opens and closes. When the sliding door 1 is fully closed or fully open, the soft-close mechanism 7 applies a braking force to the panel body 2 and retracts the panel body 2 to the fully closed or fully open position. The soft-close mechanism 7 has a receiving portion 11 that protrudes upward. When the receiving portion 11 contacts a trigger provided on the upper rail 4, the soft-close mechanism 7 activates the fully closed or fully open operation, gently retracting the panel body 2 to the fully closed or fully open position. The soft-close mechanism 7 of this embodiment is a double-sided soft-close mechanism that operates in both the fully closed and fully open positions. Although not shown, the soft-close mechanism 7 has a braking device such as an air damper to slow the movement of the panel body 2 and a spring member to retract the panel body 2 to the fully closed or fully open position. Note that the soft-close device is not limited to the one described above, and various known soft-close mechanisms 7 can be used. The soft close mechanism 7 is long and is inserted inside the upper rail 4, with one end supported by one of the hoisting wheels 5a and the other end supported by a support roller 52 having a shape similar to that of the wheel 50 of the hoisting wheel 5a.

[0034] 8(A) and 8(B), the widening portion 47 is provided with a drop prevention portion 48 for preventing the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b from dropping off from the widening portion 47. The drop prevention portion 48 is formed in the same cross-sectional shape as each of the curved portions 45 of the pair of lower plates 42 of the upper rail 4, and includes a pair of running surface portions 53 on which the wheels 50 of the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b traveling on the curved portions 45 can travel as they are, and a suspending portion 49 that rises from the adjacent side edges of the pair of running surface portions 53, connects them at their upper ends, and is fixed to the upper plate 40 of the upper rail 4 with screws to suspend and secure the running surface portions 53. This prevents the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b from dropping off unintentionally from the upper rail 4 at the widening portion 47, and the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b can be easily removed from the upper rail 4 by removing the drop prevention portion 48.

[0035] The hoist 5, fixing portion 6, and soft-close mechanism 7 are each formed in black. Forming them in black makes them less noticeable within the upper rail 4 and prevents them from being seen through the gap 46 between the lower plates 42, enhancing the design. In addition, the upper rail 4 has a shorter gap 46 due to the provision of the lower plate 42, and the provision of the hanging portion 43 makes the lower plate 42 itself less visible, so the interior of the upper rail 4 is also less visible, further enhancing the design.

[0036] As shown in Figure 4, the upper rail 4 has a height L1 of 37 mm in relation to the side plate 41, and a vertical distance L2 of 24 mm from the top end of the upper rail 4 to the lower plate 42. The height length L3 of the portion of the side plate 41 that is lower than the lower plate 42, i.e., the hanging portion 43, is 13 mm. The upper edge of the panel body 2 is inserted 4 mm between the hanging portions 43 of the side plates 41. This prevents a visible gap from being formed between the upper edge of the panel body 2 and the upper rail 4, and hides the connection portion 60 of the fixing portion 6 for suspending the panel body 2, thereby preventing a loss of design quality.

[0037] The width W1 of the gap 46 between the lower plates 42 is 14 mm, and the width W2 of the widened portion 47 is 25 mm. The widthwise length W3 of the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b and the support rollers 52 is 23 mm. The width W4 of the soft-close mechanism 7 is 12 mm. Since the widthwise length W3 of the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b and the support rollers 52 is longer than the gap 46 but shorter than the widened portion 47, the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b and the support rollers 52 can be moved above the widened portion 47 and removed from the upper rail 4 without removing the upper rail 4. Since the widthwise length of the soft-close mechanism 7 is shorter than the gap 46, when the hoisting wheel 5a is removed from the upper rail 4 through the widened portion 47, the soft-close mechanism 7 also passes through the gap 46 and comes off the upper rail 4. Therefore, the widened portion 47 can be formed to a minimum length that allows the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b to pass through. In this embodiment, the length of the hoisting wheels 5a and 5b in the longitudinal direction of the upper rail 4 is 39 mm, and the length of the widened portion 47 is 40 mm. The above dimensions are not limited to these descriptions.

[0038] In this way, the widthwise length W3 of the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b and the support rollers 52 is longer than the width W1 of the gap 46 between the lower plates 42 and shorter than the width W2 of the widened portion 47, so the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b and the support rollers 52 can be removed from the upper rail 4 by moving them onto the widened portion 47 without removing the upper rail 4. At this time, the width W4 of the soft-close mechanism 7 is shorter than the width W1 of the gap 46 between the lower plates 42, so when the hoisting wheel 5a is moved downward through the widened portion 47 of the upper rail 4, the soft-close mechanism 7 can be tilted diagonally downward through the gap 46, so the support roller 52 formed on the opposite side of the hoisting wheel 5a can also be moved onto the widened portion 47 and can be easily removed from the upper rail 4.

[0039] <About the installation method of sliding door 1> When installing the sliding door 1, first, the upper rail 4 is fixed to the ceiling surface 3 with screws, and the lower rail 8 is installed on the floor surface. Next, a trigger (not shown) is fixed to the underside of the upper plate 40 of the upper rail 4. Next, the hoisting wheel 5b on the side not equipped with the soft-close mechanism 7 is inserted into the upper rail 4 through the widened portion 47 of the lower plate 42 of the upper rail 4 and allowed to run on the lower plate 42, and the hoisting wheel 5b and the fixing part 6 connected to the hoisting wheel 5b are moved to a position that does not interfere with installation. After that, the support roller 52 is inserted into the upper rail 4 through the widened portion 47 of the lower plate 42 of the upper rail 4 and allowed to run on the lower plate 42. The soft-close mechanism 7, one end of which is supported by the support roller 52, is gradually inserted into the upper rail 4 through the gap 46 between the lower plates 42, while the soft-close mechanism 7 is lifted so that its longitudinal direction is horizontal. Thereafter, the hoisting wheel 5a formed at the other end of the soft-close mechanism 7 is inserted into the upper rail 4 through the widened portion 47. Next, the hanging portion 49 of the fall prevention portion 48 is fixed to the upper plate 40 above the widened portion 47, and the running surface portion 53 is suspended from the widened portion 47.

[0040] Next, the panel body 2 is lifted so that its upper edge is inserted into the upper rail 4, and the roller 9 formed at the lower end of the panel body 2 is placed on the lower rail 8, holding the panel body 2 in an upright position. At this time, the two hoisting wheels 5a, 5b are adjusted so that they are located on both sides of the panel body 2. After that, the insert 61 of the fixing part 6 is inserted from the side of the panel body 2 through the operation gap 30 formed in the upper corner 28 of the panel body 2 toward the storage part 29. When the insert 61 is pushed into the operation gap 30, the engaging claw 66 of the engaging part 62 is pushed upward as it passes over the upper end of the intermediate connecting part 26 of the side rail 20 of the panel body 2, elastically deforming the arm 65. When the insert 61 is further pushed in and the engaging claw 66 reaches the locking part 31, the elastic stress of the arm 65 causes the engaging claw 66 to engage with the locking part 31 and be fixed. Thereafter, the buffer material 27 is press-fitted into the operation gap 30 on the door leading and trailing sides of the panel body 2, and the installation of the sliding door 1 is completed.

[0041] <How to maintain sliding door 1> When removing the hoist 5a and soft-close mechanism 7 for maintenance or the like, first, insert a screwdriver or other screwdriver tool between the running surface portions 53 of the anti-slip portion 48 to remove the hanging portion 49 fixed to the upper plate 40 of the upper rail 4, and then remove the anti-slip portion 48 from the widening portion 47. Next, pull the upper end portion of the buffer material 27 away from the side rail 20 of the panel body 2 to expose the operation gap 30. Next, insert a tool 10, such as a flathead screwdriver, into the operation gap 30 to press the operation claw 67 of the engagement portion 62 upward. Pressing the operation claw 67 upward elastically deforms the arm portion 65, disengages the engagement claw 66 from the locking portion 31, and the engagement portion 62 is released from the locking portion 31. Then, when the operating claw 67 is pulled with the tool 10 inserted into the operating gap 30, the insert 61 and engagement portion 62 of the fixed portion 6 are pulled out toward the longitudinal direction of the upper rail 4, and at the same time, the hoisting wheel 5a connected to the connection portion 60 of the fixed portion 6 and the soft close mechanism 7 connected to the hoisting wheel 5a move along with the fixed portion 6.

[0042] The hoisting wheel 5a is then moved to the position of the widening section 47, and the hoisting wheel 5a is removed from the upper rail 4 through the widening section 47 and moved below the upper rail 4. One end of the soft-close mechanism 7 moves downward along with the hoisting wheel 5a through the gap 46 between the lower plates 42, and the other end remains within the upper rail 4 by the support rollers 52, with its length oblique. Then, the support rollers 52 are also moved to the position of the widening section 47, and removed from the upper rail 4 through the widening section 47 and moved below the upper rail 4, and the fixing section 6, hoisting wheel 5a, soft-close mechanism 7, and support rollers 52 are removed from the upper rail 4. Maintenance of the soft-close mechanism 7, hoisting wheel 5a, and support rollers 52 is then performed.

[0043] Once maintenance is complete, the process of removing each part from the upper rail 4 is reversed: the support roller 52 is inserted into the upper rail 4 through the widening portion 47, and the soft close mechanism 7, one end of which is supported by the support roller 52, is gradually inserted into the upper rail 4 through the gap between the lower plates 42, while the soft close mechanism 7 is lifted so that its longitudinal direction is horizontal, and the hoist 5a formed at the other end of the soft close mechanism 7 is inserted into the upper rail 4 through the widening portion 47.

[0044] Thereafter, the insert 61 of the fixing part 6 is pushed toward the storage part 29, and the engaging claw 66 of the engaging part 62 is pushed upward as it passes over the upper end of the intermediate connecting part 26 of the side rail 20 of the panel body 2, causing the arm part 65 to elastically deform, and the insert 61 is further pushed in so that the engaging claw 66 reaches the locking part 31, and the elastic stress of the arm part 65 causes the engaging claw 66 to engage with and be fixed to the locking part 31. Thereafter, the fall-off prevention part 48 is fixed to the widening part 47, and the buffer material 27 is press-fitted into the operation gap 30, completing maintenance of the sliding door 1.

[0045] In the example of the maintenance method described above, only the hoist 5a on the side where the soft-close mechanism 7 is installed is maintained, but when also maintaining the hoist 5b on the side where the soft-close mechanism 7 is not installed, maintenance can be performed in the same manner as the above-described process by detaching the fixing part 6 to which the other hoist 5b is connected from the panel body 2, moving the hoist 5b to the widening part 47, and removing it downward from the upper rail 4. At this time, if the panel body 2 interferes when moving the fixing part 6 and hoist 5b detached from the panel body 2 to the widening part 47, the panel body 2 may also be removed.

[0046] In this way, the engaging portion 62 of the fixing portion 6 can be easily attached and detached to the locking portion 31 of the panel body 2, and since the widening portion 47 is provided on the upper rail 4, the hoisting wheels 5a, 5b, support roller 52, and soft close mechanism 7 can be easily removed from the upper rail, making installation and maintenance of the sliding door 1 easier.

[0047] It goes without saying that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the scope of the concept of the present invention.

[0048] This specification discloses the following techniques: [Appendix 1] a panel body movable along the upper rail; a hoisting wheel running on the pair of lower plates; a fixed part extending from the hoisting wheel and suspending the panel body from the hoisting wheel; and a soft-close mechanism extending from the hoisting wheel and stored in the upper rail; wherein the upper rail has an expanded part between the lower plates that is wider than the width of the gap, and the width direction length of the hoisting wheel is longer than the gap but shorter than the expanded part.

[0049] According to Appendix 1, a gap is formed between a pair of lower plates of the upper rail, and a widening section that is wider than the width of the gap is provided in a portion between the lower plates. The widthwise length of the hoist is longer than the gap and shorter than the widening section, so the hoist can be removed from the upper rail by moving the hoist above the widening section without removing the upper rail.

[0050] [Appendix 2] In the sliding door of Supplementary Note 1, the length of the soft-close mechanism in the width direction is shorter than the gap.

[0051] According to Supplementary Note 2, the width of the soft-close mechanism is shorter than the gap, so when the hoisting wheel passes through the widened section and is removed from the upper rail, the soft-close mechanism also passes through the gap and comes off the upper rail, so the widened section can be formed to the minimum length that allows the hoisting wheel to pass through.

[0052] [Appendix 3] In the sliding door of Supplementary Note 1, the fixing portion has an engaging portion that engages with a locking portion formed on the panel body.

[0053] According to Appendix 3, the fixing portion has an engaging portion that engages with a locking portion formed on the panel body, so that the fixing portion can be fixed to the panel body in a simple process and the panel body can be suspended from the hoist.

[0054] [Appendix 4] In the sliding door of Supplementary Note 3, the panel body has an operation gap for operating to release the engagement of the engagement portion that is engaged with the locking portion.

[0055] According to Supplementary Note 4, the operating gap formed in the panel body allows the engagement portion that has meshed with the locking portion to be disengaged, so that the engagement portion can be easily disengaged.

[0056] [Appendix 5] In the sliding door of Supplementary Note 4, the operation gap is formed so that the engagement portion can be pulled out in the length direction of the upper rail.

[0057] According to Appendix 5, the operating gap is formed so that the engagement portion can be pulled out in the lengthwise direction of the upper rail, so that after disengaging the engagement portion, the fixing portion can be easily removed from the panel body by pulling the engagement portion out in the lengthwise direction of the upper rail, and the hoisting wheel and soft close mechanism can be removed from the upper rail by pulling the hoisting wheel out to the widening portion.

[0058] [Appendix 6] In the sliding door of Appendix 5, the operation gap is covered by a buffer material at the door tip or door tail.

[0059] According to Appendix 6, the operating gap is covered by the cushioning material at the door edge or door tail, so the fixed part is not visible from the door edge or door tail side of the panel body, which prevents a decrease in design.

[0060] [Appendix 7] In the sliding door of Appendix 1, the upper rail further has a pair of side panels extending in the longitudinal direction, the side panels have hanging portions extending downward below the lower panel, and the upper edge of the panel body is inserted into the hanging portions.

[0061] According to Appendix 7, the side panels of the upper rail have hanging portions that extend downward further than the lower panels, and the upper edge of the panel body is inserted between the hanging portions, so that the gap between the panel body and the upper rail is not visible and the fixing portion that suspends the panel body is hidden, thereby preventing a decrease in design.

[0062] [Appendix 8] In the sliding door of Supplementary Note 1, a fall prevention part on which the hoist wheel can run is detachably provided on the widening part.

[0063] According to Appendix 8, by attaching a fall prevention part to the widening section that allows the hoist to run, it is possible to prevent the hoist from unintentionally falling off the widening section, and by removing the fall prevention part, the hoist can be easily removed from the upper rail. [Industrial Applicability]
