Abstract
To provide an object detection method that can be constructed at a low cost and enables high-precision object detection.SOLUTION: In an object detection device, object mask generation means outputs, based on an input image and prompt, a mask indicating a region of an object contained in the image and a detection score indicating the detection accuracy of that region, an image cropping means outputs a cropped image by cropping the region of the object from the image based on the mask and detection score, an object recognition means identifies the object's category based on the cropped image, and output means outputs the object's region and category as object detection results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
