Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a pole mount for electrical equipment. [Background technology]

[0002] A method for installing electrical equipment such as a high-voltage power receiving device at a low position on a utility pole has been disclosed (see Patent Document 1 below). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3237305

[0004] Unlike installing electrical equipment on the road surface, this method eliminates the need to construct a concrete base on the road surface or an installation base for installing the electrical equipment on the concrete base. When installing electrical equipment on the road surface, an underground trench is formed in the concrete base with an opening on the inside of the installation base, and the trench is connected to an underground utility cable trench. Then, a cable is connected from the underground trench to the inside of the electrical equipment through the bottom of the electrical equipment's housing. On the other hand, when installing electrical equipment at a low position on a utility pole, the electrical equipment is supported on the utility pole using a special pole mounting bracket. Then, the cable is pulled down from a high point on the utility pole, pulled into the housing from the leg side, and connected to the inside of the electrical equipment.

[0005] One form of the pole mounting fitting described in Patent Document 1 is roughly composed of an L-shaped member fixed to the side of the housing of an electrical device, a hollow rectangular member attached to the L-shaped member, and a positioning member fixed to the side of the hollow rectangular member, and the hollow rectangular member is fixed to the housing.

[0006] The positioning member is composed of an inverted U-shaped member fixed to a side surface of the hollow rectangular member, a U-shaped member fixed to the inverted U-shaped member, and a contact member fixed to the U-shaped member.

[0007] The inverted U-shaped member is fixed to the longitudinal center of the hollow rectangular member, and the U-shaped member is fixed to the longitudinal center of the inverted U-shaped member. The abutment member is composed of a strip-shaped member with annular portions formed on both longitudinal ends of the U-shaped member.

[0008] A pair of support rods are fixed to the hollow rectangular member by fastening members facing the utility pole, and a belt member is hooked onto nuts on the pair of support rods and placed around the utility pole. In this state, the fastening members are tightened to attach the high-voltage power receiving device to the utility pole so that it cannot swing. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0009] As mentioned above, the pole mounting bracket described in Patent Document 1 has many components, which makes the work of mounting the electrical equipment on a pole complicated and increases the time required for the pole mounting work. In particular, the positioning member is made up of multiple components, which makes the structure of the pole mounting bracket even more complicated.

[0010] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a pole mounting fixture that simplifies the pole mounting work of electrical equipment as much as possible and reduces the time and effort required for pole mounting work. [Means for solving the problem]

[Figure 13] FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a fourth structure of the pole mounting metal fitting used for mounting the pole of the third embodiment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0020] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 13. Fig. 1 is a front view showing a first embodiment in which an electric device 1 of the present invention is mounted on a utility pole. In Fig. 1, 2 denotes a pole mounting bracket of a first structure that mounts the electric device 1 to a utility pole 3, and 4 denotes a pole mounting bracket of a second structure. 5 denotes a pole mounting band that is connected to the pole mounting brackets 2 and 4 of the first and second structures and mounts the electric device 1 on a pole. 6 denotes a hanging ear attached to a top panel 7 of the electric device 1.

[0021] Fig. 2 is a plan view of the first embodiment in which the electrical device 1 is attached to the utility pole 3. As shown in Fig. 2, the pole mounting band 5 is composed of a pair of belt members 5a, 5b in the shape of a belt arranged around the utility pole 3, a fastening means 5c that connects the pair of belt members 5a, 5b and fastens the utility pole 3 with the pair of belts 5a, 5b, and a support part 5d that connects the belt member 5b to the pole mounting fitting 2, 4 of the first structure or the second structure.

[0022] 3 is an enlarged view of the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure. The pole mounting bracket 2 is composed of a crank member 8 having a crank-shaped vertical cross section and an L-shaped member 9 attached to the underside of the crank member 8 and having an L-shaped vertical cross section, and an upper standing portion 8a of the crank member 8 is fixed to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 by fixing means 10. The upper surface of the horizontally extending portion 9a of the L-shaped member 9 abuts against the lower surface of the central horizontal portion 8b of the crank member 8, and both are fixed by fixing means 11.

[0023] With the base portion 5d3 of the support portion 5d of the pole mounting band 5 fixed to a flat base member 12 by welding or the like, the base member 12 abuts against the vertically extending portion 9b of the L-shaped member 9, and both are fixed by a fixing means 13. With the vertically extending portion 9b of the L-shaped member 9 fixed to the base member 12, the base member 12 is positioned inside (on the electrical device 1 side) the lower standing portion 8c of the crank member 8, as shown in FIG.

[0024] The support portion 5d of the pole mounting band 5 is made up of the base portion 5d3, a joint portion 5d1 fixed to the belt member 5b by welding or the like, and an intermediate portion 5d2 connecting the base portion 5d3 and the joint portion 5d1.

[0025] Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the pole mounting fitting 2 of the first structure. As shown in Fig. 4, the crank member 8 has a pair of lower upright portions 8c formed at both longitudinal ends, with a gap C formed between the pair of lower upright portions 8c. The crank member 8 is fixed to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 by screwing a fixing means 10 shown in Fig. 3 into a mounting hole 8h1 of the upper upright portion 8a of the crank member 8. Furthermore, the L-shaped member 9 is fixed to the underside of the crank member 8 by screwing a fixing means 11 shown in Fig. 3 into a mounting hole 8h2 formed in the central horizontal portion 8b of the crank member 8 and a mounting hole 9h2 in the laterally extending portion 9a of the L-shaped member 9. Furthermore, the attachment belt 5 is connected to the L-shaped member 9 by screwing the fixing means 13 shown in Figure 3 into the attachment hole 9h1 of the lower upright portion 9b of the L-shaped member 9, the attachment hole 5h1 formed in the base portion 5d3 of the support portion 5d of the attachment belt 5, and an attachment hole (not shown) formed in the base member 12.

[0026] In the state in which the crank member 8, L-shaped member 9, and base member 12 are connected as shown in Fig. 4, the base member 12 is disposed between the lower standing portion 8c of the crank member 8 and the vertically extending portion 9b of the L-shaped member 9 as shown in Fig. 3, and a pair of base portions 5d3 constituting the support portion 5d of the pole mounting belt 5 fixed to the base member 12 is disposed in the gap C between the pair of lower standing portions 8c of the crank member 8. As a result, the middle portion 5d2 of the support portion 5d extends outward from the gap C (toward the opposite side from the electrical device 1).

[0027] 5 is a plan view showing a state in which a crank member 8 and an L-shaped member 9 are fixed to the housing 1a of the electric device 1, and the support portion 5d of the pole mounting belt 5 fastened to the utility pole 3 is connected to the L-shaped member 9 via a base member 12. When installing the electric device 1 on the utility pole 3 using the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure, the electric device is mounted on the pole by connecting the base member 12, to which the base portion 5d3 constituting the support portion 5d of the pole mounting belt 5 is fixed, to the L-shaped member 9 fixed to the electric device 1 via the crank member 8, with the pole mounting belt 5 attached to the utility pole 3.

[0028] 4 is disposed in contact with the base portion 12 on the left-right outer sides of the base portion 5d3 that constitutes the support portion 5d of the pole mounting belt 5 fixed to the base member 12, making it easy to determine the mounting position of the electrical device 1 on the utility pole 3 via the crank members 8. In other words, the pair of lower upright portions 8c of the crank member 8 has a positioning function relative to the base member 12.

[0029] Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of the pole mounting fitting 4 of the second structure shown in Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 6, the pole mounting fitting 4 of the second structure is made of a hollow tubular member 14 having a rectangular hollow shape in vertical cross section. One end face of the hollow tubular member 14 is attached to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 by fixing means 15.

[0030] The base portion 5d3 of the pole mounting belt 5 is connected to the other end surface of the hollow tubular member 14 via the base member 12 by a fixing means 16. The base member 12 and the base portion 5d3 are fixed together by welding or the like.

[0031] Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a pole mounting bracket 4 of the second structure. As shown in Fig. 7, the pole mounting bracket 4 of the second structure has a mounting hole 14h1 formed on the side (one end face) 14a that abuts against the housing 1a of the electrical device 1, and a mounting hole 14h2 formed on the opposite side (other end face) 14b. The pole mounting bracket 4 of the second structure is fixed to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 by screwing the fixing means 15 shown in Fig. 6 into the mounting hole 14h1. Furthermore, with the base member 12 abutting against the hollow tube member 14, the fixing means 16 shown in Fig. 6 is screwed into the mounting hole 14h2, the mounting hole 5h1 formed in the base portion 5d3 of the pole mounting belt 5, and a mounting hole (not shown) formed in the base member 12, thereby connecting the pole mounting belt 5 to the hollow tube member 14 via the base member 12.

[0032] When mounting the electrical equipment 1 on the utility pole 3 using the pole mounting bracket 4 of the second structure, the pole mounting belt 5 is attached to the utility pole 3, and then the pole mounting belt 5 is connected to the hollow tube member 14 fixed to the electrical equipment 1 via the base member 12. In this case, since the positioning of the electrical equipment 1 on the utility pole 3 is achieved by the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure shown in Figure 1, the pole mounting bracket 4 of the second structure does not need to have a positioning function, which simplifies the structure.

[0033] Figure 8 is a front view showing a second embodiment in which an electrical device 1 of the present invention is mounted on a utility pole 3. In Figure 8, reference numeral 2 denotes the pole mounting bracket of the first structure, and 17 denotes the pole mounting bracket of the third structure. The structure of the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure is the same as that explained in Figures 1 to 5, so a description thereof will be omitted. In addition, the structure of the pole mounting band 5 that mounts the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure and the pole mounting bracket 17 of the third structure to the utility pole 3 is the same as that shown in Figure 5.

[0034] 9 is an enlarged view of the third structure of the pole mounting bracket 17. The pole mounting bracket 17 is composed of a first L-shaped member 18 having an L-shaped vertical cross section, and a second L-shaped member 19 attached to the underside of the first L-shaped member 18 and also having an L-shaped vertical cross section.

[0035] An upper upright portion 18a of the first L-shaped member 18 is fixed to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 by fixing means 20. A horizontally extending portion 19a of the second L-shaped member 19 is fixed by fixing means 21 in a state in which it abuts against the lower surface of a lower horizontal portion 18b of the first L-shaped member 18.

[0036] The support portion 5d of the column mounting band 5 is connected to the vertically extending portion 19b of the second L-shaped member 19 by fixing means 22, with the base portion 5d3 fixed to the flat plate-shaped base member 12 by welding or the like.

[0037] Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the third structure of the pole mounting fitting 17. As shown in Fig. 10, the first L-shaped member 18 is fixed to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 by screwing the fixing means 20 shown in Fig. 9 into the mounting hole 18h1 of the upper standing portion 18a.

[0038] Furthermore, with the horizontally extending portion 19a of the second L-shaped member 19 abutting against the underside of the lower horizontal portion 18b of the first L-shaped member 18, the second L-shaped member 19 is fixed to the first L-shaped member 18 by screwing the fixing means 21 shown in Figure 9 into the mounting hole 18h2 formed in the lower horizontal portion 18b of the first L-shaped member 18 and the mounting hole 19h1 formed in the horizontally extending portion 19a of the second L-shaped member 19.

[0039] An attachment hole 19h2 is formed in the vertically extending portion 19b of the second L-shaped member 19, and the wearing belt 5 is connected to the second L-shaped member 19 by screwing the fixing means 22 shown in Figure 9 into the attachment hole 5h1 of the base portion 5d3 that constitutes the support portion 5d of the wearing belt 5 and into an attachment hole (not shown) formed in the base member 12.

[0040] When mounting the electric equipment 1 on the pole 3 using the pole mounting bracket 17 of the third structure, the pole mounting belt 5 is attached to the pole 3, and the base member 12, to which the base portion 5d3 constituting the support portion 5d of the pole mounting belt 5 is fixed, is connected to the second L-shaped member 19 fixed to the electric equipment 1 via the first L-shaped member 18. In this case, the positioning of the electric equipment 1 on the pole 3 is achieved by the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure shown in Figure 8, so the pole mounting bracket 17 of the third structure does not need to have a positioning function, which simplifies the structure.

[0041] Fig. 11 is a front view showing a third embodiment in which an electrical device 1 of the present invention is mounted on a utility pole 3. In Fig. 11, 2 indicates the pole mounting bracket of the first structure, and 23 indicates the pole mounting bracket of the fourth structure. The structure of the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure is the same as that explained in Figs. 1 to 5, so a description thereof will be omitted. In addition, the structure of the pole mounting band 5 that mounts the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure and the pole mounting bracket 23 of the fourth structure to the utility pole 3 is the same as that shown in Fig. 5.

[0042] Figure 12 is an enlarged view of a pole mounting bracket 23 of the fourth structure. The pole mounting bracket 23 is composed of a U-shaped member 24 that is long in the vertical direction and has a U-shaped cross section. The side 24a (one end face) of the U-shaped member 24 that abuts against the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 is fixed to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 at multiple points in the vertical direction (two points in Figure 12) by fixing means 25.

[0043] The pole mounting band 5 is attached to the utility pole 3 by fastening and fixing it at multiple locations (two locations in Figure 12) in the vertical direction of the utility pole 3. The support part 5d of the pole mounting band 5 has its base part 5d3 fixed to a flat base member 12 by welding or the like, and the base member 12 is connected to the other side (other end face) 24b of the U-shaped member 24 by fixing means 26.

[0044] Figure 13 is a perspective view showing a fourth structure of the pole mounting bracket 23. As shown in Figure 13, there are two U-shaped members 24 that make up the pole mounting bracket 23, arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction, and one end face 24a of each has a plurality of mounting holes 24h1 formed in the vertical direction (two in Figure 13). The U-shaped members 24 are fixed to the housing 1a of the electrical device 1 by screwing the fixing means 25 shown in Figure 12 into the mounting holes 24h1.

[0045] The other end surface 24b of the U-shaped member 24 has multiple (two in Figure 13) mounting holes 24h2 formed in the vertical direction, and the multiple wearing belts 5 are connected to the U-shaped member 24 via the base member 12 by screwing the fixing means 26 shown in Figure 12 into the mounting holes 24h2, mounting holes 5h1 formed in the base portions 5d3 of each support portion 5d that constitutes the multiple (two in Figure 13) wearing belts 5, and mounting holes (not shown) formed in the base member 12 to which the base portions 5d3 are fixed.

[0046] When mounting the electric equipment 1 on the utility pole 3 using the pole mounting bracket 23 of the fourth structure, the pole mounting belt 5 is attached to the utility pole 3, and the base member 12, to which the base portion 5d3 constituting the support portion 5d of the pole mounting belt 5 is fixed, is connected to the U-shaped member 24 fixed to the electric equipment 1. In this case, since the positioning of the electric equipment 1 on the utility pole 3 is achieved by the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure shown in Fig. 11, the pole mounting bracket 23 of the fourth structure does not need to have a positioning function, which simplifies the structure.

[0047] As described above, when connecting the pole mounting fittings 2, 4, 17, and 23 of the present invention to the base member 12 fixed to the pole mounting belt 5, the electrical equipment 1 is lifted using the hanging ears 6 attached to the top plate 7 and a crane or the like (not shown), and the electrical equipment 1 is moved so that the pole mounting fittings 2, 4, 17, and 23 are positioned opposite the base member 12.

[0048] In this state, the positioning function of the pole mounting bracket 2 of the first structure is utilized to determine the connection position with the base member 12, and each fixing means is used to connect the pole mounting brackets 2, 4, 17, 23 to the base member 12. In this way, the electrical equipment 1 can be mounted at a low position on the utility pole 3 without being able to swing.

[0049] Once the electrical equipment 1 has been mounted on the pole, the lifting operation by the crane (not shown) is terminated, resulting in the state shown in Figures 1, 8, and 11. In this state, a predetermined space is formed between the leg 27 of the housing 1a and the road surface, so that high-voltage cables, for example, that have been pulled down from a high point on the utility pole 3 can be pulled into the housing 1 from the leg 27 side, and low-voltage cables can be pulled out from the leg 27 to the outside of the housing 1a.

[0050] As described above, with the pole mounting bracket of the present invention, if the pole mounting band is attached to the utility pole in advance, the electrical equipment can be mounted on the utility pole simply by connecting the pole mounting bracket fixed to the electrical equipment to the pole mounting band, thereby reducing the labor required for pole mounting work and shortening the time required for pole mounting.

[0051] Furthermore, the positioning function of the pole mounting bracket makes it easy to identify the pole mounting position, further reducing the labor required for pole mounting work and shortening the pole mounting time.

[0052] Furthermore, by providing a positioning function to one of the multiple pole mounting brackets, the other pole mounting brackets do not need to have a positioning function, which simplifies the structure of the pole mounting bracket.

[0053] In addition, each of the pole mounting brackets has fewer components than conventional pole mounting brackets, allowing for a simplified structure. [Industrial Applicability]

[0054] The present invention can be applied as a pole mounting bracket for various supported objects. [Explanation of symbols]
