Abstract

To provide a liquid discharge head and a liquid discharge device which can be downsized.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head is provided with: a discharge port for discharging liquid; a pressure chamber provided with an energy generating element that generates energy for making the discharge port discharge liquid; a liquid storage chamber, fluid-communicated with one end of the pressure chamber, which stores liquid that is supplied to the pressure chamber; a decompression chamber, arranged adjacent to the liquid storage chamber through a gas permeation film, whose inside can be decompressed; a first opening through which the liquid storage chamber is communicated with the outside; and a second opening through which the decompression chamber is communicated with the outside, where the first opening is positioned lower in a vertical direction than the second opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 56
