AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Wide circuit boards are prone to localized warping and deformation during reflow soldering due to increased width, affecting the yield of the process.

Method used

A conveying apparatus with a first rail device featuring a guide rail and conveyor belt, including support bars that can alternate between two states to stabilize and support the board, reducing deformation by adjusting the angle and height of support based on board width.

Benefits of technology

The solution effectively prevents warping and deformation of wide circuit boards by stabilizing them during reflow soldering, enhancing process yield and efficiency.

Abstract

To disclose a conveyance device and a reflow furnace with the same.SOLUTION: A conveyance device includes a first rail device. The first rail device includes a first guide rail and a first conveyor belt. The first conveyor belt includes a chain, and a plurality of support bars which are arranged longitudinally and rotatably connected to the chain, and are rotatable between a first state and a second state, wherein a distance from a top part of the support bar to the chain in the second state is smaller than a distance in the first state. The support bar in the first state can support an element to be processed, and the support bar in the second state do not support the element to be processed, thereby reducing a space occupied. The rotatable support bar arrangement allows the first conveyor belt of the first rail device to move longitudinally at any time, allowing a lifting function of the support bar without shifting a position of the first conveyor belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
