AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Conventional transformers suffer from inefficiencies due to the scattering of magnetic field lines between the primary and secondary coils, resulting in wasted magnetic energy.

Method used

The introduction of a triple coil configuration where the secondary coil is placed inside the primary coil, and a tertiary coil is positioned outside to capture stray magnetic field lines, eliminating gaps and enhancing energy capture.

Benefits of technology

This configuration significantly improves the efficiency of magnetic field utilization by capturing all magnetic field lines, reducing energy loss and enhancing transformer performance.

Abstract

To provide a triple coil that captures, as efficiently as possible, magnetic field lines generated in coils of a transformer.SOLUTION: A secondary coil is completely placed inside a cylindrical primary coil that serves as a source, thereby capturing all magnetic field lines on an inner side. Further, a tertiary coil is disposed outside the primary coil. With this configuration, magnetic field lines spreading outward can be captured as much as possible, thereby forming a triple-coil configuration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

Detailed description of the invention: Conventional transformers have a large gap between the primary and secondary coils of the iron core frame. This causes the magnetic field lines emanating from the primary coil to scatter in all directions, resulting in waste. Only the magnetic field lines spreading toward the secondary coil are effective. Therefore, it would be better to eliminate the frame and gaps to avoid wasting magnetic lines. The best way is to place the secondary coil completely inside the cylindrical primary coil, which is the source of the magnetic field. This will capture all of the magnetic field lines inside. Furthermore, a tertiary coil is placed outside the primary coil, which allows as much of the magnetic field spreading outwards as possible to be captured, making it a triple coil. [Brief explanation of the drawings] [Figure 1] In conventional transformers, the primary and secondary coils are separate, but the new model is characterized by a triple stack of primary, secondary, and tertiary coils.
