Water-flow electrostatic charging device

Abstract

To provide a water-flow electrostatic charging device capable of enhancing charging performance of a filter medium.SOLUTION: A conveying section 20 conveys a filter medium 11 and has water permeability. A guide section 30 is located above the conveying section 20 and has a guide main body 31 and a guide hole 32. A supply section 40 is located above the guide section 30 and has a nozzle 41 that jets water toward a first opening 321 of the guide hole 32. A suction section 50 is located below the conveying section 20 and has a passage forming section 51 having a suction passage 60 and a suction device that suctions water through the suction passage 60. The passage forming section 51 includes: a top portion 61 having a facing surface 63 that faces a lower surface of the conveying section 20 and having a suction hole 64 that opens to the facing surface 63 and penetrates in an up-and-down direction; and a main body portion 62 having a passage main body 65 extending downward and communicating with the suction hole 64.
