[0027] Hereinafter, optional embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0028] 1 and 2 are schematic structural diagrams of an automatic cleaning device according to some embodiments. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the automatic cleaning device may be a vacuum cleaning robot, a mopping / brushing robot, a window climbing robot, etc., and the automatic cleaning device is composed of a moving platform 100, a sensing system 120, a control system 130, a driving system 140, a cleaning module 150, an energy system 160 and a man-machine interactive system 170.
[0029] The moving platform 100 is configured to automatically move a manipulation surface in a target direction. The manipulation surface may be a surface to be cleaned by an automatic cleaning device. In some embodiments, the automatic cleaning device may be a mopping robot, where the automatic cleaning device works on a floor surface, where the floor surface is the manipulation surface, the automatic cleaning device may be a window cleaning robot, where the automatic cleaning device works on a glass exterior surface of a building, where the glass exterior surface is the manipulation surface, the automatic cleaning device may be a pipe cleaning robot, where the automatic cleaning device works on an inner surface of a pipe, where the pipe interior surface is the manipulation surface. Purely for illustrative purposes, the automatic cleaning device is described in the present application as a mopping robot.
[0030] In some embodiments, the mobile platform 100 may be an autonomous mobile platform or a non-autonomous mobile platform. The autonomous mobile platform means that the mobile platform 100 itself can automatically and adaptively make operational decisions in response to unexpected environmental inputs, while the non-autonomous mobile platform itself cannot adaptively make operational decisions in response to unexpected environmental inputs, but can operate according to a predetermined procedure or a certain logic. Correspondingly, when the mobile platform 100 is an autonomous mobile platform, the target direction may be determined autonomously by an automatic cleaning device, and when the mobile platform 100 is a non-autonomous mobile platform, the target direction may be set by a system or manually. When the mobile platform 100 is an autonomous mobile platform, the mobile platform 100 is composed of a forward-facing part 111 and a backward-facing part 110.
[0031] The sensing system 120 includes a positioning device 121 located above the mobile platform 100, a buffer 122 located on the forward portion 111 of the mobile platform 100, a cliff sensor 123 located on the bottom of the mobile platform, and other sensing devices such as ultrasonic sensors (not shown), infrared sensors (not shown), magnetometers (not shown), accelerometers (not shown), gyroscopes (not shown), and odometers (not shown), and provides various position information and moving status information of the equipment to the control system 130.
[0032] In order to more clearly explain the behavior of the automatic cleaning device, the following directions are defined. The automatic cleaning device can move on the floor surface by various combinations of movement about three mutually perpendicular axes defined by the moving platform 100: the lateral axis Y, the front-rear axis X, and the central vertical axis Z. The forward driving direction along the front-rear axis X is designated as "forward", and the rearward driving direction along the front-rear axis X is designated as "rear". The lateral axis Y is substantially defined by the center point of the drive wheel assembly 141, and the axis center extends between the right and left wheels of the automatic cleaning device. Here, the automatic cleaning device can rotate about the Y axis. When the forward-facing part of the automatic cleaning device is tilted upward and the rearward-facing part is tilted downward, it is called "pitch up", and when the forward-facing part of the automatic cleaning device is tilted downward and the rearward-facing part is tilted upward, it is called "pitch down". Furthermore, the automatic cleaning device can rotate about the Z axis. When the automatic cleaning device is tilted to the right of the X axis at the front of the automatic cleaning device, it is called "turn right", and when the automatic cleaning device is tilted to the left of the X axis, it is called "turn left".
[0033] 2, cliff sensors 123 are provided at the bottom of the moving platform 100, in front and behind the drive wheel assembly 141, which can prevent the automatic cleaning device from falling when retreating and prevent damage to the automatic cleaning device. The above "front" refers to the same side as the moving direction of the automatic cleaning device, and the above "rear" refers to the opposite side to the moving direction of the automatic cleaning device.
[0034] Specific types of position determining device 121 include, but are not limited to, a camera, a laser distance measuring device (LDS), and the like.
[0035] Each assembly in the sensing system 120 may operate independently or in concert to more precisely achieve its purpose and function. The cliff sensor 123 and ultrasonic sensor identify the surface to be cleaned and determine the physical characteristics of the surface to be cleaned, including surface material, cleanliness, etc., which can be combined with cameras, laser ranging devices, etc. for more precise determination.
[0036] For example, an ultrasonic sensor may be used to determine whether the surface to be cleaned is carpeted, and if the ultrasonic sensor determines that the surface to be cleaned is carpeted, the control system 130 may control the automatic cleaning device to perform a carpet mode cleaning.
[0037] A buffer 122 is provided on the forward portion 111 of the moving platform 100, and when the drive wheel assembly 141 propels the automatic cleaning device to run over the floor surface during the cleaning process, the buffer 122 detects one or more events (or objects) in the running path of the automatic cleaning device via a sensor system, e.g., an infrared sensor, and the automatic cleaning device may detect the event (or object), e.g., an obstacle, a wall, by the buffer 122, and control the drive wheel assembly 141 so that the automatic cleaning device responds to the event (or object), e.g., moves away from the obstacle.
[0038] The control system 130 is provided on a circuit board in the mobile platform 100 and includes a central processing unit, an application processor, etc., which communicates with a non-transitory memory such as a hard disk, a flash memory, a random access memory, etc., and the application processor receives the environmental information sensed by the multiple sensors from the sensing system 120, the obstacle information fed back from the laser ranging device, etc., draws an instant map of the environment in which the automatic cleaning device is installed using a positioning algorithm, for example, SLAM, and autonomously determines a travel path based on the environmental information and the environmental map, and then controls the operation of the drive system 140, such as forward, backward, and / or turning, according to the autonomously determined travel path. Furthermore, the control system 130 can determine whether to operate the cleaning module 150 to perform a cleaning operation based on the environmental information and the environmental map.
[0039] In some embodiments, the control system 130 combines distance information and speed information fed back from the buffer 122, cliff sensor 123, and sensing devices such as ultrasonic sensors, infrared sensors, magnetometers, accelerometers, gyroscopes, and odometers to comprehensively determine the current working state of the vacuum cleaner, such as crossing a threshold, riding on a carpet, being located on a cliff, being caught above or below, the dust box being full, being lifted, and other conditions, and gives specific next-step operation strategies according to different situations, so that the work of the automatic cleaning device can better meet the owner's requirements and provide a better user experience. Furthermore, the control system can plan the most efficient and reasonable cleaning path and cleaning method according to the instant map information drawn by SLAM, which can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency of the automatic cleaning device.
[0040] Based on the specific distance and angle information, such as x, y and θ components, the drive system 140 can execute the drive command to steer the automatic cleaning device to move across the floor surface. As shown in FIG. 2, the drive system 140 includes a drive wheel assembly 141, and the drive system 140 can simultaneously control the left and right wheels, and in order to more precisely control the device operation, the drive system 140 is preferably composed of a left drive wheel assembly and a right drive wheel assembly, respectively. The left and right drive wheel assemblies are symmetrically arranged along the horizontal axis defined by the moving platform 100.
[0041] In order for the automatic cleaning device to move more stably on the floor surface or have higher mobility, the automatic cleaning device may include one or more direction-changing assemblies 142, the direction-changing assembly 142 may be a driven wheel or a driving wheel, and its structural form may be a universal wheel, and the direction-changing assembly 142 may be located in front of the driving wheel assembly 141.
[0042] The energy system 160 includes rechargeable batteries such as nickel-metal hydride batteries and lithium batteries. The rechargeable batteries are connected to a charging control circuit, a battery pack charging temperature detection circuit, and a battery voltage drop monitoring circuit, which are connected to a microcomputer control circuit. The host computer is connected to the charging pile for charging through a charging electrode provided on the side or bottom of the main body. If dust adheres to the exposed charging electrode, the plastic body around the electrode will melt and deform due to the cumulative effect of electric charge during the charging process, and the electrode itself will deform, resulting in a problem that charging cannot continue normally.
[0043] The man-machine interactive system 170 includes buttons on a host panel, which are available for the user to select functions, and may further include a display screen and / or an indicator light and / or a speaker, which can display the current status or function options of the device to the user, and may further include a mobile phone client program. In the case of a route navigation type automatic cleaning device, the mobile phone client can display a map of the environment in which the device is installed and the location of the device to the user, providing the user with richer and more convenient function items.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning module 150 may include a dry cleaning module 151 .
[0045] The dry cleaning module 151 includes a roller brush, a dust box, a fan, and an air outlet. The roller brush, which is in contact with the floor surface to a certain extent, sweeps up the dust on the floor surface to the front of the dust inlet between the roller brush and the dust box, and sucks the dust into the dust box through the suction gas generated by the fan that passes through the dust box. The dust removal capacity of a vacuum cleaner is indicated by the dust pickup efficiency (DPU), which is affected by the roller brush structure and material, the wind power utilization rate of the duct consisting of the dust inlet, the dust box, the fan, the air outlet, and their connection points, and the type and power of the fan, and is a complex system design issue. Compared with ordinary plug-in dust collectors, the improvement of dust removal capacity is of great significance for automatic cleaning devices with energy limitations. This is because the improvement of dust removal capacity directly and effectively reduces the energy required, that is, a machine that can clean 80 square meters of floors on a single charge can be evolved to clean more than 180 square meters on a single charge. In addition, by reducing the number of charging times, the battery life is also greatly extended, and users can replace the battery less frequently. More intuitively and importantly, the improvement of the dust removal ability is the most obvious and important user experience, and the user can directly conclude whether the machine cleans cleanly or wipes cleanly. The dry cleaning module may further include a side brush 152 on the rotating shaft, which is at an angle to the floor surface and moves the dirt to the roller brush area of the cleaning module 150.
[0046] In some embodiments, the automatic cleaning device may further include a wet cleaning module, configured to clean at least a portion of the operating surface using a wet cleaning method, where the wet cleaning module includes a water tank, a cleaning head, a driving unit, etc., where water in the water tank flows along a water circuit to the cleaning head, and the cleaning head cleans at least a portion of the operating surface under the driving of the driving unit.
[0047] The existing automatic cleaning device has a complex casing layout frame structure, a large number of parts, a long assembly man-hour, and a cumbersome process. The addition of a top flap and a flip mechanism for the automatic cleaning device increases the cost by designing a top casing decorative part on the top flap. Although the top casing decorative part and the top flap can cover and protect the internal parts, the structure of the entire machine becomes complicated, the cost is high, and the design space of the dust box under the top flap is affected.
[0048] In this regard, the embodiments of the present application provide an automatic cleaning device without a flip cover, which can simplify unnecessary components of the automatic cleaning device while expanding the design space of the dust box and its storage cavity, and the same structure achieves the same technical effects, and some technical effects are not repeated in this specification. Specifically, the present application provides an automatic cleaning device, and as shown in Figures 3 to 5, the automatic cleaning device includes a moving platform 100 configured to automatically move an operation surface, and the moving platform 100 includes a storage cavity 200. In some embodiments, the storage cavity 200 is provided rearward in the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device, and the storage cavity 200 includes a first cavity 201 and a second cavity 202. The automatic cleaning device further includes a dry cleaning module including a dust box 300, and the dust box 300 is detachably assembled to the receiving cavity 200, where the first cavity 201 and the second cavity 202 are arranged adjacent to each other in the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device, and the depth of the first cavity 201 is greater than the depth of the second cavity 202. The first cavity 201 and the second cavity 202 are arranged adjacent to each other in the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device, and a larger part of the dust box in volume and weight is located closer to the center of the automatic cleaning device, so that the dust box is more stably arranged in the receiving cavity 200, and the center of gravity of the entire cleaning device is more stable, and the cleaning device is more stable during the process of moving forward, turning, crossing obstacles, etc., and does not easily tip over. At the same time, the dust box storage section and the dust box top cover are made into an integrated structure, and the dust box top cover functions as part of the top surface of the moving platform and is flush with the other parts of the top surface of the moving platform, eliminating the flip cover structure of the conventional cleaning device. At the same time, the dust suction port located approximately in the center of the bottom of the cleaning device can be easily and directly aligned with the dust box, allowing dust to enter the dust box directly from the dust suction port, reducing the process of dust entering the inside of the equipment and avoiding dust contamination of the inside of the equipment. The depth of the first cavity 201 is greater than that of the second cavity 202, so that the dust box and the dust box top cover can be accommodated with different structures, and the integrated design of the dust box top cover is facilitated. A dust suction port 203 is provided at the bottom of the front wall of the first cavity 201, and an air outlet 208 is provided at the rear wall of the connection between the first cavity 201 and the second cavity 202, the air outlet 208 has a grill structure, and a fan is accommodated in the lower space of the second cavity 202, and the fan is supported by a fan bracket. In some embodiments, the air outlet 208 forms a part of the fan bracket, and an air outlet 204 is provided at the rear wall of the moving platform 100, and under the suction force of the fan, dust enters the dust box 300 through the dust suction port 203, and the airflow is filtered by the dust box filter and then discharged from the air outlet 204.
[0049] In some embodiments, the dust box 300 includes a receiving portion 301 and a top cover 302 above the receiving portion 301, and the top cover 302 is fixedly connected to the receiving portion 301. The fixed connection method includes, but is not limited to, gluing, welding, integral molding, bolting, fastening, etc. The receiving portion 301 is used to receive the dust sucked through the dust inlet 203, and the appearance of the receiving portion 301 is substantially the same as that of the first cavity 201.
[0050] The roller brush, which interferes with the floor surface to a certain extent, sweeps up dust on the floor surface, and under the action of the negative pressure airflow generated by the fan, the dust is wound in front of the dust suction port 203 between the roller brush and the dust box 300. The dust is then sucked into the dust box 300 by the suction airflow generated by the fan that passes through the dust box 300, and the dust is isolated inside the dust box 300 by the filter 500, and the filtered air flows into the fan.
[0051] In some embodiments, the receiving part 301 of the dust box 300 has a first opening 3011 at the front side of the dust box 300, the first opening 3011 is aligned with the dust inlet 203, the receiving part 301 has a second opening 3012 at the rear side of the dust box, the filter 500 is provided at the second opening 3012, and the second opening 3012 is connected to the air outlet 208. The filter 500 and the box body of the dust box 300 are detachably connected, so that the filter can be easily removed and washed. Here, the front side refers to one side along the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device after the dust box 300 is assembled in the receiving cavity 200 in the X direction, and the rear side refers to the side opposite to the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device in the X direction.
[0052] In some embodiments, the top cover 302 includes a first portion 3021 covering the receiving portion 301 and a second portion 3022 protruding outward from the receiving portion 301. When the dust box 300 is assembled to the receiving cavity 200, the receiving portion 301 and the first portion 3021 of the top cover 302 are received in the first cavity 201, and the second portion 3022 of the top cover 302 are received in the second cavity 202. The top cover 302 substantially matches the top portion of the first cavity 201 and the structure of the second cavity 202, so that the dust box 300 is stably installed in the accommodating cavity 200 and the dust box is prevented from shaking due to the vibration during the operation of the automatic cleaning device; at the same time, the top cover of the dust box can exactly cover the position of the accommodating part and the fan, the upper surface of the top cover of the dust box is approximately level with the upper surface of the moving platform, the flatness of the outer surface of the automatic cleaning device is ensured, the overall appearance is better coordinated, and more space options are provided for the design of each component, including the accommodating part, on the underside of the top cover, which is convenient for arranging the positions of different components, the volume options of the dust box are improved, and a specific size can be set as required, which does not affect the overall opening size of the accommodating cavity and reduces the molding cost.
[0053] In some embodiments, the first portion 3021 of the top cover 302 includes a peripheral edge 30211 that protrudes from the edge contour of the storage portion and extends outward. The storage cavity 200 includes a step 205 that extends around the edge of the top end of the storage cavity, and the step 205 is configured to receive at least a portion of the peripheral edge 30211 and at least a portion of the outer edge of the second portion 3022, so that the top surface of the top cover is substantially flush with the top surface of the moving platform. The storage cavity 200 includes a step 205 that extends around the edge of the top end of the storage cavity, and can entirely receive the edge of the top cover 302, and the top cover 302 is received in the storage cavity 200 in a substantially gapless manner, which can prevent foreign objects from directly falling into the gap at the edge of the dust box and getting caught in the dust box, and at the same time, can ensure the appearance of the top cover as the top surface of an automatic cleaning device.
[0054] In some embodiments, a support structure 3023 configured to support the second part 3022 of the top cover 302 is provided below the second part 3022 of the top cover 302. In some embodiments, the support structure 3023 is integrally molded with at least a part of the receiving part 301, which can increase the support force of the support structure 3023 on the second part 3022 of the top cover 302 and effectively avoid damage thereto. The support structure 3023 includes, but is not limited to, an arc-shaped structure and a linear structure. For example, the support structure 3023 is two symmetrically arranged arc-shaped structures that substantially match the outer edge contour of the second part 3022 of the top cover 302.
[0055] In some embodiments, a groove 2021 is provided on the lower surface of the second cavity 202, the groove 2021 substantially conforming to the contour of the support structure 3023, and when the second portion 3022 of the top cover is received in the second cavity 202, the support structure 3023 is received in the groove 2021 and the upper surface of the top cover 302 is substantially horizontal.
[0056] In some embodiments, the top cover 302 is symmetrically arranged along the central axis of the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device. In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 6A to 6H, the shape of the top cover is at least one of a D-shape, a rectangle, a square, a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a square, a pentagon, a hexagon, a heptagon, or an octagon, or a combination thereof. The symmetrical arrangement allows the appearance of the device to be maintained without being covered by an outer cover, and also makes it convenient to install and remove the dust box.
[0057] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, the first cavity 201 includes a first locking member 701, as shown in FIG. 10, the second cavity 202 includes a second locking member 72, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the first portion 3021 of the top cover includes a first locking member 601, as shown in FIG. 9A, the second portion 3022 of the top cover includes a second locking member 602, and the first locking member 601 cooperates with the first locking member 701 to lock, and the second locking member 602 cooperates with the second locking member 72 to lock.
[0058] The above embodiment relates to a dust box of an automatic cleaning device and its mounting structure, and a receiving cavity is provided on the rear side of the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device, the receiving cavity includes a first cavity and a second cavity, and the depth of the first cavity is greater than the depth of the second cavity. After the dust box is assembled into the receiving cavity, the top surface of the dust box top cover is substantially flush with the top surface of the moving platform, so that the top surface structure of the automatic cleaning device can be simplified, the production cost can be reduced, and the design space of the receiving cavity can be increased at the same time.
[0059] Existing automatic cleaning devices are provided with a pop-up dust box and a non-pop-up dust box, a pop-up dust box top flap and a flip mechanism, and when the dust box is installed or removed, the top flap must be opened and the dust box must be pressed to pop up, and this embodiment requires a complex dust box pop-up mechanism, which includes multiple parts such as a spring, and the elasticity of the spring is reduced due to repeated use, making it impossible for the dust box to pop up smoothly, and the dust box may not pop up normally due to many other parts, which has a negative impact on use. Non-pop-up dust boxes often adopt a complex locking structure, in which the spring assembly is easily damaged due to aging, and the pressing member is not fully compatible with the fingers when operating, resulting in a poor overall user experience.
[0060] In this respect, the embodiment of the present application provides an automatic cleaning device without a flip cover, which can simplify unnecessary elements of the automatic cleaning device while facilitating smooth removal of the dust box, and the embodiment will briefly describe some structural features compared with the above embodiment, but the same structure has the same technical effect, and some technical effects will not be repeated in this specification. The first grommet portion 6012 is provided above the first elastic arm 6011 in the lateral direction. The first grommet portion 6012 has a bottom surface that substantially protrudes outward and a grommet surface that extends upward along the bottom surface. The grommet surface extends to a position substantially flush with the top cover. The grommet surface may be in an arc-shaped structure, that is, the projection onto a horizontal plane is arc-shaped. The grommet surface facilitates receiving manual operation and is more ergonomically suitable for receiving force by conforming to the shape of a finger. In some embodiments, the first buckle portion 6013 is a pair of sheet structures symmetrically provided along both sides of the first elastic arm 6011. To facilitate the insertion of the first locking member 701, the width of the sheet structure decreases from the root portion to the free end portion. The first elastic arm 6011 can be formed as a whole from a general elastic material, such as plastic or an organic elastic material.
[0062] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, FIG. 8 is an enlarged schematic view of the first locking member 701 at A in FIG. 3A. The first locking member 701 is provided at a location approximately corresponding to the first locking member 601 on the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 200, and the first locking member 601 is locked in cooperation with the first locking member 701. In some embodiments, the first locking member 701 is a pair of through holes, and the free end portion of the sheet structure is inserted into the through holes and locked.
[0063] In some embodiments, a first recess 206 is provided at a location on the inner wall of the receiving cavity that roughly corresponds to the first grommet recess 603, and the pair of through holes are provided on both sides of the first recess 206. When the first locking member 601 enters the through hole, locking is achieved, and when a finger enters through the first recess 206 and applies an acting force to pull the first locking member 601 out of the through hole, unlocking is achieved. The cooperation of the first recess 206 and the first grommet recess 603 makes the access operation of the finger easier and more convenient.
[0064] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 9A, the locking mechanism further includes a second locking mechanism 620, the second locking mechanism 620 includes a second grommet recess 605 and a second locking member 602, the second grommet recess 605 has a notch, such as a circular or rectangular notch, formed on the inside along approximately the midline of the second part 3022 of the top cover, for easy finger reach for snap operation, the second locking member 602 is located below the second grommet recess 605, the second grommet recess 605 provides enough space for the finger to control the second locking member 602, and the second locking member 602 elastically moves inward under the action of an external force. Specifically, the second locking member 602 includes a second elastic arm 6021, a second grommet portion 6022 and a second buckle portion 6023, where the second elastic arm 6021 is located below the second grommet recess 605 and includes two symmetrical portions. Each second elastic arm 6021 first extends along the opening direction of the second grommet recess 605, then extends along the edge direction of the top cover, and then extends along the edge direction of the second grommet recess 605. Here, the opening direction of the second grommet recess portion 605 is direction A from the center of the top cover outward, as shown in FIG. 9A, which is also toward the rear of the dust box top cover in this embodiment, and the two parts of the second elastic arms 6021 are arranged symmetrically connected in approximately two "box" shaped structures, and the second grommet portion 6022 is connected to the two parts of the second elastic arms 6021 arranged symmetrically, and the second grommet portion 6022 is arranged above the two second elastic arms. FIG. 9C is an enlarged view of the second grommet portion at C in FIG. 9B. As shown in FIGS. 9B and 9C, the bottom of the second grommet portion 6022 is provided with a bottom surface 60221 that protrudes substantially outward and a grommet surface 60222 that extends upward along the bottom surface, the grommet surface extending to a position where it is substantially flush with the top cover, and the grommet surface may have an arc-shaped structure, which facilitates receiving manual operation and allows fingers to easily apply force. In some embodiments, the second grommet portion 6022 is integrally formed with the symmetrically arranged second elastic arm 6021, and the second buckle portion 6023 is provided on the horizontally extending portion of the second elastic arm. The second buckle portion 6023 is symmetrically arranged along both sides of the pair of second elastic arms 6021, and is, for example, a protrusion or sheet structure extending along the A direction. In some embodiments, each of the second buckle portions 6023 has a groove extending inward from an end of the second buckle portion 6023, and the groove can prevent the second buckle portion from being too deformed after the entire second buckle portion is molded and cooled, which makes it difficult to snap. In some embodiments, the second locking member 602 further includes a symmetrically arranged connecting member 6024, the connecting member 6024 is substantially planar, one end of the second elastic arm 6021 is connected to one surface of the connecting member 6024, and the other surface of the connecting member 6024 is connected to and fixed on the end surface of the support structure. The second grommet portion 6022 is exposed from the second grommet recess portion 605 in the X direction, and when unlocking, a finger reaches the second grommet recess portion 605 and presses the second grommet portion 6022, applying force to the inside of the dust box along the X axis to elastically contract the second buckle portion 6023 inward, and the second buckle portion 6023 pops up from the bottom of the second locking member 702 to achieve unlocking. The second elastic arm 6021 as a whole is generally formed of an elastic material such as plastic or an organic elastic material.
[0065] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10, which is an enlarged view of the second locking member 702 at point B in FIG. 3B, the second locking member 702 is provided at a location on the inner wall of the receiving cavity 200 that roughly corresponds to the second locking member 602, and the second locking member 602 cooperates with the second locking member 702 to be locked. The second locking member 702 is a pair of protrusions, and the second buckle portion 602 extends to the bottom of the second locking member 702 to achieve locking. The protrusions may be flat, cylindrical, rectangular, etc., and are not limited thereto, as long as they can be engaged with the second buckle portion.
[0066] In some embodiments, a second recess 207 is provided at a location on the underside of the second cavity 202 that roughly corresponds to the second grommet recess 605, and the pair of protrusions are provided at the same height on the rear wall of the second cavity 202 and located above the second recess 207. The second recess 207 is configured to accommodate the second locking member 602 when the dust box 300 is placed in the receiving cavity 200, so that the entire dust box can be well placed in a predetermined position in the receiving cavity 200.
[0067] In some embodiments, the top cover includes a first portion covering the receiving portion and a second portion extending outward from the receiving portion, and the second grommet recess 605 and the second locking member 602 are located in the second portion of the top cover. A support structure 3023 configured to support the second portion of the top cover is provided below the second portion of the top cover, and the second locking member 602 is provided on the support structure 3023. As shown in FIG. 4, the symmetrically provided support structures 3023 form an inward compression space in the X direction, and when the second elastic arm 6021 is connected to the symmetrical support structure 3023, a sufficient elastic space is ensured to respond to an applied inward force.
[0068] In the dust box lock structure described in the above embodiment, the lock structure is symmetrically arranged in the front and rear directions of the dust box top cover, and the lock can be released by applying force to the two elastic structures in the front and rear of the dust box with one hand. This prevents one side from being unlocked, causing the dust box on one side to pop up and tilt. At the same time, the elastic structure is simple, and the elastic unlock can be achieved by forming the elastic arm with an elastic material, so that the risk of a complex unlocking device such as a spring being easily damaged can be avoided.
[0069] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the second locking mechanism 620 includes at least one first magnetic attraction module 604, and the first magnetic attraction module 604 is disposed between the second portion of the top cover and the support structure. As shown in FIG. 3A, the receiving cavity includes at least one second magnetic attraction module 606 configured to cooperate with the first magnetic attraction module 604 to be attracted and locked. In the process of use, the first locking member 601 corresponding to the dust box can be retracted by pressing the first locking member 601 and the second grommet recessed portion 605 with the hand, and the dust box is put into the receiving cavity and released, the first buckle portion 6013 on the first locking member 601 automatically pops up and is inserted into the first locking member 701, the first magnetic attraction module 604 is attracted to the second magnetic attraction module 606, and the locking of the dust box is achieved, and the locking structure is simple and easy to operate, which is convenient for realizing the locking of the dust box.
[0070] In some embodiments, the second locking mechanism 620 as described above may be an embodiment including a second grommet recess 605 and a second locking member 602, an embodiment including a first magnetic attraction module 604, or an embodiment including both, but is not limited thereto.
[0071] The dust box of the existing automatic cleaning device needs to be equipped with a replaceable dust box filter, and the conventional filter generally uses a hard frame made of plastic or metal, a cascading filter medium is put into the frame, and the frame and the periphery of the filter medium are connected and sealed with a dot adhesive, and then a sealing strip is attached on the frame to seal the gap between the filter and the dust box. Therefore, the structure of the part of the conventional dust box filter is complicated, the filter installation process is complicated, there is a waste of labor and cost, and the adhesive for sealing is not economical and environmentally friendly.
[0072] In this regard, an embodiment of the present application provides an automatic cleaning device, the automatic cleaning device is configured to move automatically on an operation surface, and includes a moving platform including a storage cavity, and a cleaning module including a dust box, the dust box being detachably mounted in the storage cavity, and the dust box including a dust box filter. The dust box filter is applied to the dust box of the automatic cleaning device, and the assembly process of the dust box filter is simplified, and some structural features of this embodiment are simplified compared with the above embodiment, and the same structure has the same technical effect, and some technical effects are omitted here. As shown in Figures 11 and 12, the dust box filter 500 includes a soft rubber frame 501, the soft rubber frame includes at least one soft rubber protrusion for sealing the assembly gap with the dust box during the assembly process, and a filter medium 502 sleeved in the soft rubber frame 501, where the soft rubber frame 501 is non-detachably connected to the filter medium 502. In some embodiments, the process of non-detachably connecting the soft rubber frame 501 and the filter media 502 can include an overmolding injection process, where the filter media is pre-sleeved into the frame and a rubber sleeve is then further sleeved onto the sleeved frame combination to integrally form the desired sealing protrusions. Alternatively, a two-shot injection molding process can be used to first inject the hard rubber frame body, sleeve the filter media onto the frame body, and then inject the soft rubber to form the inner and outer sealing protrusions.
[0073] The soft rubber frame 501 may be rectangular, square, elliptical, circular, polygonal, etc., and the structure is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, the soft rubber frame 501 is rectangular, and the soft rubber frame of the rectangular structure includes two first side walls 50111 and two second side walls 50113 arranged opposite each other. The soft rubber protrusions include a first protrusion 5011 distributed on the outer circumferential surface of one of the first side walls 50111 and a second protrusion 5015 distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the other first side wall 50111, and a pair of first side walls 50111 and a pair of second side walls 50113 are formed by surrounding a rectangular structural frame, and a filter medium is sleeved in the rectangular structural frame.
[0074] In some embodiments, the first protrusion 5011 and the second protrusion 5015 are continuous protrusion structures, for example, the first protrusion 5011 and the second protrusion 5015 extend continuously from one end to the other end of the outer circumferential surface of the first side wall 50111. Because the first protrusion 5011 and the second protrusion 5015 are soft rubber structures, when the dust box filter is assembled into the dust box, the first protrusion 5011 and the second protrusion 5015 are pressed to directly seal between the dust box filter 500 and the second opening 3012 of the dust box, and the second opening 3012 of the dust box is fully in contact with the inner wall extending along a substantially horizontal direction to be sealed. This replaces the prior art of sealing through a sealing strip after the dust box filter is assembled into the dust box.
[0075] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 14, at least one of the first protrusion and the second protrusion is an undercut structure, and the undercut structure is configured to seal the assembly gap between the soft rubber frame and the dust box and prevent the dust box filter from falling off from the dust box. For example, the undercut structure is an arc-shaped structure, and the arc-shaped structure is inclined toward the side opposite to the assembly direction of the dust box filter. The undercut structure makes it convenient for the dust box filter to extend into the dust box assembly opening with friction during the assembly process of the dust box filter, incline toward the opposite side to the assembly direction, and then be pressed and sealed between the dust box filter and the dust box.
[0076] In some embodiments, the second side wall of the soft rubber structure further includes at least one third protrusion 5012, and the third protrusion 5012 is distributed on the outer circumferential surface of at least one second side wall 50113 of the frame structure. The third protrusion 5012 may be a distributed multi-protrusion structure, and in one embodiment, the third protrusion 5012 is distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the two second side walls 50113 of the frame structure, and when the dust box filter is assembled to the dust box, the third protrusion 5012 on the outer circumferential surface of one second side wall 50113 of the frame structure has a slightly long structure, and extends into the recess of the dust box side wall to function as a fastener and prevent the dust box filter from falling off. At the same time, when assembling the dust box filter, the slightly long third protrusion 5012 is first inserted into the recess of the dust box side wall, and rotates around the third protrusion 5012, and then the other side of the dust box filter is attached to the dust box. The third protrusions 5012 distributed on the outer circumferential surface of another second side wall 50113 of the frame structure have a smoother structure, and when the dust box filter is assembled into the dust box, the third protrusions 5012 on the side are tightly fitted and locked into the dust box side wall elastic structure 5013 to prevent the dust box filter from falling off. Here, the elastic structure 5013 is substantially an S structure, including an inner recess for accommodating the third protrusion 5012 and an outer protrusion locked into the third protrusion 5012, and the outer protrusion can move elastically under the action of an external force to be locked into the third protrusion 5012, as shown in Figure 15, which is a mounting structure diagram of the dust box filter seen from the bottom end of the dust box. In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13A and 13B, the soft rubber frame has a first rib position 510, which is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the second side wall and is configured to prevent the dust box filter from being installed too deeply or too shallowly in the dust box, resulting in assembly failure. During the process of installing the dust box filter in the dust box, after it is assembled in place, the first rib position 510 abuts against a pillow position 5014 provided at a corresponding position on the dust box side frame, which can prevent the filter from further stretching inward and prevent the dust box filter from being installed too deeply in the dust box.At the same time, during the assembly process, if the first rib position 510 is not abutted against the pillow position 5014 of the dust box side frame, as shown in FIG. 15, it is considered that the dust box filter is not assembled in the specified position, so that the dust box filter can be prevented from being installed too shallowly in the dust box.
[0077] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13A and 13B, the soft rubber frame further includes a mis-installation prevention protrusion 509, which is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the second side wall and configured to prevent the dust box filter from being installed in the wrong direction. A recess is provided in the dust box at a position corresponding to the mis-installation prevention protrusion 509, and when the dust box filter is properly installed, the mis-installation prevention protrusion 509 enters the recess to properly assemble the dust box filter. If the dust box filter is installed in the wrong direction, the dust box filter cannot be assembled due to the absence of the recess on the other side of the dust box, and the mis-installation prevention protrusion 509 serves to draw attention to the fact that the dust box filter is installed in the wrong direction and thus prevents the dust box filter from being installed in the wrong direction.
[0078] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3A and 3B, the receiving cavity 200 includes a first cavity 201 and a second cavity 202, the first cavity 201 and the second cavity 202 are arranged in a front-rear adjacent order in the forward direction of the automatic cleaning device, and the depth of the first cavity 201 is greater than the depth of the second cavity 202. A dust suction port 203 is provided at the bottom of the front wall of the first cavity 201, an air outlet 208 is provided at the rear wall of the connection between the first cavity 201 and the second cavity 202, a fan is accommodated in the lower space of the second cavity 202, and an exhaust port 204 is provided at the rear wall of the moving platform 100, and under the suction force of the fan, dust enters the dust box 300 through the dust suction port 203, and the airflow is filtered by the dust box filter and then exhausted through the exhaust port 204. Here, a grill structure is provided at the air outlet 208.
[0079] As shown in Figures 11 and 12, the soft rubber frame further includes a sealing inner lip 507, which is provided on the first end surface 50116 of the soft rubber frame 501 around the filter material 502 and configured to realize a sealing fit between the dust box filter and the assembly surface 30121 of the second opening 3012 of the dust box. As shown in Figure 14, the assembly surface 30121 of the second opening 3012 of the dust box is provided on the side close to the inner wall of the dust box in the second opening, has a substantially planar structure, and is abutted against the first end surface 50116 of the soft rubber frame 501 to be assembled to the soft rubber frame. A sealing outer lip 506 is provided on the second end surface 50115 of the soft rubber frame 501 around the filter material 502 and configured to seal the edge of the dust box filter and the air outlet 208 of the receiving cavity 200. The sealing inner lip 507 and the sealing outer lip 506 are higher than the first end surface 50116 or the second end surface 50115 located therein, and after being assembled in a predetermined position, the sealing inner lip 507 is pressed between the assembly surface of the dust box filter and the dust box. Because the sealing inner lip 507 is made of a soft material, it seals the assembly surface of the dust box filter and the dust box under the action of pressing force, and when the dust box is assembled into the automatic cleaning device, the sealing outer lip 506 of the dust box filter is pressed between the dust box filter and the outside of the grill of the air outlet 208 of the receiving cavity 200, and seals the assembly surface of the dust box filter and the fan bracket. 3A and 3B, the side wall where the first cavity 201 and the second cavity 202 are connected constitutes the assembly surface of the fan bracket, the fan is provided below the second cavity 202, and the grill-type air outlet 208 is provided on the side wall where the first cavity 201 and the second cavity 202 are connected. The sealing inner lip 507 and the sealing outer lip 506 provided on the soft rubber frame 501 realize the sealing fit between the inner end surface of the dust box filter 500 and the assembly surface of the dust box air outlet, and the sealing fit between the outer end surface of the dust box filter 500 and the outer surface of the grill of the air outlet of the receiving cavity 200.The traditional cumbersome step of adding sealing strips inside and outside the dust box filter to meet the air flow path sealing requirements is omitted. The soft rubber frame 501 as a carrier includes a sealing structure including a sealing inner lip 507 and a sealing outer lip 506 which also have a certain degree of flexibility, so that the contact, sealing and fitting are tighter, fit better, and have a stronger sealing effect, ensuring the airtight performance of the entire air flow path, and playing a better role in protecting the functions of the cleaning device such as dust collection and dust discharge by negative pressure.
[0080] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, the soft rubber frame further includes a step surface 503, which extends outward along the second end surface 50115 of the soft rubber frame 501, and the step surface 503 and the side wall of the soft rubber frame 501 form a step structure, which is configured to prevent the dust box filter from being installed too deeply in the dust box. During the assembly process, as shown in Figure 14, when the dust box filter enters the dust box assembly opening, the step surface 503 abuts against the assembly outer edge of the dust box and is locked by the dust box outer edge, which prevents the dust box filter from being installed too deeply in the dust box.
[0081] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11 , the soft rubber frame further includes a magnetic device mounting hole 504, which is provided on the second end surface 50115 of the soft rubber frame 501 and is configured to be attached to a magnetic device to ensure that the dust box filter is mounted in a predetermined position, the magnetic device may be a magnet or other electromagnetic element, an inductive magnetic device is mounted in the magnetic device mounting hole 504, the magnetic device mounting hole 504 has a sufficient depth for the magnetic device to be mounted in a fixed position inside the filter, and when the entire filter is mounted in the fixed position, it can be detected by a Hall sensor to ensure that the filter is mounted in a predetermined position.
[0082] 11, the soft rubber frame further includes a second rib location 5041, which is disposed around the magnetic device mounting hole and configured to prevent liquid from entering the magnetic device mounting hole. The second rib location 5041 tightly encapsulates the outer end of the magnetic device outside the magnetic device mounting hole 504, thereby preventing the magnetic device from rusting and breaking down. The second rib location 5041 may be a soft rubber material and further encapsulates the magnetic device when pressed.
[0083] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 11, the soft rubber frame further includes a grommet 505, which is provided at a position extending outward from the step surface 503 and is configured to facilitate removal of the dust box filter. The shape and structure of the grommet 505 is not limited and may be semicircular, square, rectangular, etc.
[0084] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12 , the soft rubber frame further includes a hollow structure 508, the hollow structure 508 is provided on the first side wall and / or the second side wall of the frame and configured to reduce the overall weight of the frame, the hollow structure 508 may be a plurality of blind holes recessed inwardly, the structure of the blind holes is not limited and may be circular, square, rectangular, irregular, etc.
[0085] In the automatic cleaning device described in the above embodiments, the dust box filter adopts a soft rubber frame design, so that during the assembly process, the soft rubber frame is directly pressed to assemble into the dust box opening, and at the same time cooperates with the first protrusion, the sealing inner lip and the sealing outer lip and other structures to achieve the effect of tightly sealing the filter and the assembly surface during assembly, avoiding the traditional process of manually gluing the assembly parts with dot glue after being attached to the filter, simplifying the process, reducing the number of assembly parts, and at the same time reducing costs, without adhesive bonding, without odor, and more environmentally friendly.
