[0025] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. Terms used in the specification of this disclosure are intended only to describe specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the disclosure. The term "and / or" used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
[0026] As shown in Fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a baby bed. The baby bed includes a bed body 100, at least one support column 200, and at least one support leg 300. The baby bed has a function of slowing down the extension speed of the support leg 300, thereby preventing impact noise or collision to a user.
[0027] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the bed body 100 has an accommodation space 110 for accommodating a baby. The support pillar 200 has one end connected to the lower part of the bed body 100 and the other end connected to the upper part of the support leg 300. In this manner, the support pillar 200 and the support leg 300 form a support structure for the bed body 100. In this embodiment, two support pillars 200 are provided, and are arranged on two sides in the length direction of the baby bed, respectively. In addition, two support legs 300 are also provided correspondingly. Of course, in other embodiments, the number and positions of the support pillars 200 and the support legs 300 can also be adjusted as necessary.
[0028] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the support leg 300 includes a main body portion 310, an extension portion 320, a buffer mechanism, an extension mechanism, and a lock mechanism 330.
[0029] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the main body 310 includes a sleeving housing 311, a fixed member 312, a first guide member 313 and a second guide member 314. The sleeving housing 311 has a hollow structure. The fixed member 312, the first guide member 313 and the second guide member 314 are all disposed inside the sleeving housing 311. In this embodiment, the fixed member 312 is fixed in the sleeving housing 311 at a substantially central portion of the sleeving housing 311. In this embodiment, the first guide member 313, the second guide member 314 and the fixed member 312 are integrally formed. Of course, in other embodiments, the first guide member 313, the second guide member 314 and the fixed member 312 may be independent components.
[0030] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the first guide member 313 is substantially rod-shaped, and an end of the first guide member 313 is fixed to the fixed member 312. The first guide member 313 is disposed along the extension direction of the extension portion 320 (i.e., the horizontal direction in this embodiment). An airtight flange 313a is disposed around the end of the first guide member 313 that is remote from the fixed member 312. In this embodiment, two first guide members 313 are provided and are fixed symmetrically to the left and right of the fixed member 312. Of course, in other embodiments, the number and positions of the first guide members 313 can also be adjusted as necessary.
[0031] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the second guide member 314 is substantially rod-shaped, and the end of the second guide member 314 is fixed to the fixed member 312. The second guide member 314 is disposed along the extension direction of the extension portion 320. In this embodiment, two second guide members 314 are provided and fixed symmetrically to the left and right of the fixed member 312, and the two second guide members 314 are respectively located below the two first guide members 313. Of course, in other embodiments, the number and position of the second guide members 314 can also be adjusted as needed, and the relative position between the second guide member 314 and the first guide member 313 can also be adjusted as needed. For example, the first guide member 313 may be disposed below the second guide member 314.
[0032] Specifically, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the extension 320 is a substantially hollow tubular structure, and the extension 320 is partially located inside the sleeving housing 311 and is movable relative to the sleeving housing 311. In this embodiment, two extensions 320 are provided. The two extensions 320 are each partially located inside the sleeving housing 311 and are each movable relative to the sleeving housing 311. At each end of the extensions 320 remote from the sleeving housing 311, rollers 321 are provided to facilitate movement of the baby cot.
[0033] Specifically, as shown in Figs. 2, 3 and 8, the buffer mechanism includes a sliding plug 340. The sliding plug 340 is fixed to an end of the extension portion 320 located inside the sleeving housing 311. The sliding plug 340 includes a first accommodating portion 341, a second accommodating portion 342, and a connecting portion 343 connected between the first accommodating portion 341 and the second accommodating portion 342. The first accommodating portion 341 is provided with a first accommodating groove 341a arranged along the extension direction of the extension portion 320, and the second accommodating portion 342 is provided with a second accommodating groove 342a arranged along the extension direction of the extension portion 320. When the extension part 320 is stored, as shown in Figs. 7, 5 and 3, the first guide member 313 is gradually inserted into the first accommodation groove 341a, and the second guide member 314 is gradually inserted into the second accommodation groove 342a. This arrangement allows the movement of the extension part 320 to be guided to some extent. The airtight flange 313a is airtightly fitted into the wall surface of the first accommodation groove 341a to form an air accommodation chamber 350 whose volume is variable. An air vent 341b communicating with the air accommodation chamber 350 is provided at the bottom of the first accommodation groove 341a.
[0034] 3 and 8, an abutting boss 344 is disposed on the periphery of the end of the sliding plug 340 adjacent to the notches of the first receiving groove 341a and the second receiving groove 342a. An attachment opening 322 is provided at the end of the extension 320 located inside the sleeving housing 311, and the sliding plug 340 is partially inserted into the extension 320 through the attachment opening 322. The abutting boss 344 is located outside the extension 320, and the side of the abutting boss 344 remote from the fixing member 312 abuts against the wall of the attachment opening 322.
[0035] Furthermore, the size of the vent 314b is adjustable. For example, a movable blocking plate (not shown) covers the vent 314b, and the size of the vent 314b is adjusted by adjusting the blocking range of the blocking plate. Of course, the size of the vent 314b can also be adjusted by other methods.
[0036] 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the sliding plugs 340 are fixed to the extension parts 320 on both sides of the main body part 310. In this way, the sliding plugs 340 located on both sides of the main body part 310 are airtightly fitted with the airtight flanges 313a provided on the corresponding first guide members 313 to form a variable-volume air chamber 350, and the sliding plugs 340 located on both sides are provided with vent holes 341b, and the air chamber 350 communicates with the outside air only via the vent holes 341b.
[0037] In this way, when the extension part 320 is switched from the stored state to the extension state with respect to the main body part 310 (as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 7), the sliding plug 340 located on one side (or two sides) of the main body part 310 moves together with the extension part 320 in a direction away from the fixed member 312, so that the volume of the air chamber 350 increases. The air pressure in the air chamber 350 is lower than the external atmospheric pressure, that is, a negative pressure is generated in the air chamber 350, and resistance is formed against the extension of the extension part 320 located on one side (or two sides) of the main body part 310. Therefore, the extension speed of the extension part 320 located on one side (or two sides) of the main body part 310 slows down. In this process, the external air gradually enters the air chamber 350 through the air vents 341b provided in the sliding plugs 340 on both sides of the main body part 310, and the negative pressure in the air chamber 350 gradually decreases. Therefore, the extension part 320(s) located on one side (or two sides) of the main body 310 can gradually achieve full extension at a relatively uniform speed under the dynamic equilibrium air pressure environment of the air chamber 350(s), as shown in Figures 6 and 7. In this way, it is possible to prevent the user from experiencing impact noise or collision caused by the extension speed of the extension part 320 becoming too fast. At the same time, the air intake speed of the air intake port can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the ventilation port 341b, so that the extension speed of the extension part 320 can be adjusted according to the user's requirements.
[0038] Of course, the configuration of the buffer mechanism is not limited to this, and other configurations may be used.
[0039] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the extension mechanism includes a reset member 360. Optionally, the reset member 360 is a spring. Of course, in other embodiments, the reset member 360 may be other elastic members, such as a rubber column. In this embodiment, the spring is disposed around the second guide member 314, and the spring has an end abutting the fixed member 312 and another end abutting the bottom of the second receiving groove 342a. In this way, for example, when the baby cot needs to be connected to a large bed to be used as a bedside bed, the extension part 320 abuts against the large bed and retreats toward the main body part 310, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, to elastically deform the reset member 360. However, when the baby cot needs to be added to the large bed and moved away from the large bed, the extension part 320 will automatically extend under the action of the reset member 360, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7. In this embodiment, two reset members 360 are provided, each arranged around a second guide member 314 located on either side of the fixed member 312, to realize automatic removal of the extension portion 320 on either side of the main body portion 310.
[0040] Of course, in other embodiments, the first guide member 313 and the second guide member 314 may have the same configuration, and the first accommodating portion 341 and the second accommodating portion 342 may have the same configuration. That is, only one guide member may be provided on the side of the fixed member 312, and only one accommodating portion may be provided on the sliding plug 340. In this way, the configuration of the support leg 300 can be simplified, and the manufacturing difficulty can be reduced.
[0041] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5, and FIG. 7, the locking mechanism 330 includes a first mating member and a second mating member. In this embodiment, the first mating member is a slider 331. The slider 331 is a substantially long strip-like structure and is arranged along the extension direction of the extension part 320. An end of the slider 331 is connected to a sliding plug 340. In this embodiment, the slider 331 and the sliding plug 340 are integrally formed. Of course, in other embodiments, the slider 331 and the sliding plug 340 may be two independent parts. The slider 331 includes a sliding body 331a and an elastic sheet 331b. The sliding body 331a and the elastic sheet 331b are formed around the guide groove 331c, the end of the elastic sheet 331b is connected to the sliding body 331a, the other end of the elastic sheet 331b is separated from the sliding body 331a to form a gap 331d, and a resistance portion is provided at the end of the elastic sheet 331b close to the gap 331d. In this embodiment, the resistance portion is a blocking bulge 331e disposed on the elastic sheet 331b and extending toward the guide groove 331c. Of course, in other embodiments, the resistance portion may have other configurations. The second mating member is a guide post 332 that slidably fits into the guide groove 331c, and the guide post 332 is disposed on the fixed member 312.
[0042] When the extension portion 320 extends outward, the slider 331 moves relative to the fixed member 312, and the guide post 332 slides relative to the guide groove 331c until the guide post 332 abuts against the blocking bulge 331e. In this case, the guide post 332 receives the elastic force of the reset member 360 and presses the blocking bulge 331e to deform the blocking bulge 331e, and then the guide post 332 enters the left end of the guide groove 331c and is blocked at the left end of the guide groove 331c by the blocking bulge 331e that has recovered from its deformation, so that the extension portion 320 is locked in the extended state, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. When the extension part 320 needs to switch from the extension state to the retracted state, a certain external force needs to be applied to the extension part 320 so that the guide post 332 can overcome the resistance of the blocking bulge 331e and unlock the extension part 320, so that the extension part 320 can be retracted to a suitable range and abut against the large bed, as shown in Figures 2 to 5. Of course, in other embodiments, the locking mechanism 330 may have other forms.
[0043] Based on the above, the specific operating principle of the support leg 300 and the baby bed will be described below.
[0044] When the baby cot needs to be connected to a large bed or when the extension part 320 needs to be retracted relative to the main body part 310, a certain external force needs to be applied to the extension part 320 located on one side (or both sides) of the main body part 310 so that the guide post 332 can overcome the resistance of the blocking bulge part 331e to unlock the extension part 320. The extension part 320 located on one side (or both sides) of the main body part 310 retracts / retracts into the main body part 310 under the impact of other objects, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, to make the reset member 360 elastically deform.
[0045] When the baby cot does not need to be connected to the large bed and is moved in a direction away from the large bed, or when the extension part 320 needs to be extended relative to the main body part 310, the extension part 320(s) located on one side (or two sides) of the main body part 310 releases / releases the abutment against the large bed. Then, the extension part 320 moves in a direction away from the fixed member 312 under the elastic force of the reset member 360, and the corresponding sliding plug 340 is also driven to move in the same direction, so that the volume of the air chamber 350 increases. The air pressure in the air chamber 350(s) is lower than the external atmospheric pressure, that is, a negative pressure is generated in the air chamber 350(s), and a resistance is formed against the extension of the extension part 320(s) located on one side (or two sides) of the main body part 310. Therefore, the extension speed of the extension part 320 located on one side (or two sides) of the main body part 310 slows down. In this process, the outside air gradually enters the air chamber 350 through the vent holes 341b of the sliding plugs 340 on both sides of the body 310, and the negative pressure in the air chamber 350 can be gradually reduced. Therefore, the extension part 320 located on one side (or two sides) of the body 310 can gradually achieve full extension at a relatively uniform speed under the dynamic equilibrium air pressure environment of the air chamber 350. In this way, it is possible to prevent the user from experiencing impact noise or collision caused by the extension speed of the extension part 320 becoming too fast. The guide post 332 presses against the blocking bulge 331e under the elastic force of the reset member 360, deforming the blocking bulge 331e, and the guide post 332 enters the left end of the guide groove 331c. The blocking bulge 331e, which has recovered from its deformation, blocks the guide post 332 at the left end of the guide groove 331c, thereby locking the extension portion 320 (singular or plural) in an extended state, as shown in Figures 6 and 7.
[0046] The support leg 300 and the baby bed have at least the following technical effects.
[0047] The extension section 320 of the support leg 300 extends and retracts relative to the main body section 310 via an extension mechanism, and when the extension section 320 switches from a stored state to an extended state, the extension speed of the extension section 320 can be slowed down by the buffer mechanism, thereby preventing impact noise and collisions with the user's body, increasing the safety factor, and improving the usability.
[0048] The technical features in the above embodiments may be combined randomly. For the sake of brevity, not all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are described. However, all combinations of the technical features are considered to be within the scope described herein unless they are mutually inconsistent.
[0049] The above embodiments merely describe some implementations of the present disclosure, and the description is specific and detailed, but cannot be understood as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that a person skilled in the art can make further modifications and improvements without departing from the concept of the present disclosure, and all of these are included in the scope of protection of the present disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention should be subject to the claims. [Explanation of symbols]
