Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] This application claims the benefit of the filing date of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2022-0079962, filed with the Korean Intellectual Property Office on June 29, 2022, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
[0002] The present specification relates to a compound and an organic light-emitting device including the same. [Background technology]
[0003] Generally, organic light emitting phenomenon refers to a phenomenon in which electrical energy is converted into light energy using an organic material. An organic light emitting device using the organic light emitting phenomenon usually has a structure including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an organic material layer between them. [0004] There is a continuing need to develop new materials for such organic light emitting devices. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0011] This specification will be explained in more detail below.
[0012] One embodiment of the present specification provides a compound of formula 1.
[0013] According to one embodiment of the present specification, Chemical Formula 1 has a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group bonded to the 9-position of anthracene, naphthofuran bonded to the 10-position via L, and has structural characteristics that improve the electron and hole mobility and the molecular stability because Chemical Formula 1 contains at least one deuterium. Therefore, an organic light emitting device including the same has excellent driving voltage, efficiency, and lifespan.
[0014] The present specification also provides a compound in which at least one hydrogen of Chemical Formula 1 is replaced with deuterium, and an organic light-emitting device including the same. The CD bond of the compound of the present invention is stronger than the C-H bond, and therefore the stability of the compound can be improved. When chemical decomposition of a light-emitting compound involves the destruction of a relatively weak C(sp3)-H bond, the stability of the compound can be further improved by using the CD bond, which is stronger than the C-H bond.
[0015] In this case, when an alkyl group is used as a substituent capable of donating electrons, the luminescence characteristics can be effectively adjusted, but the C-H bond of the alkyl group introduced in a high energy state is broken, promoting decomposition of the compound, and causing problems in the life characteristics of the entire device. Therefore, when an alkyl group substituted with deuterium is used, the stability of the blue device can be ensured and the luminescence characteristics can be effectively adjusted. Furthermore, when a smaller van der Waals radius of deuterium is used, the steric hindrance is reduced compared to conventional alkyl groups, and therefore conjugation can be improved.
