Description

[Technical field]

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS This disclosure is based on and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202221349344.X, filed on May 31, 2022. The entire contents of the above Chinese patent application are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of batteries, and in particular to a battery protective bottom plate, a composite protective structure for a battery pack, and a vehicle. [Background technology]

[0003] The battery pack of a new energy electric vehicle is usually placed at the bottom of the vehicle. Under complex operating conditions, the battery pack is easily affected by impacts from hard objects such as stones from the outside during vehicle operation. Therefore, it is usually necessary to take some protective measures at the bottom of the battery pack to prevent the battery pack from being affected by impacts, otherwise problems such as surface damage and leakage of electrolyte solution due to impacts will occur. The existing battery pack bottom protection method mainly protects the bottom of the battery pack by providing a steel plate. In order to prevent the steel plate from being corroded by water vapor and other factors, an electrophoresis process is adopted for corrosion resistance treatment. In addition, since the bottom of the steel plate is directly exposed at the bottom of the vehicle body, it is necessary to spray-coat a PVC layer having a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm on the side of the steel plate facing the ground to withstand the impacts of stones, prevent the electrophoresis layer from being scratched, and avoid the impact on the corrosion resistance effect.

[0004] The existing battery pack bottom protection structure has the following problems.

[0005] 1. Low production efficiency: Flat steel plates have low overall rigidity, so they need to be punched. However, the high-strength steel plates used in existing battery pack bottom protection structures are difficult to punch, which affects production efficiency. In addition, after punching, the steel plate needs to be transported between the electrophoresis process and the PVC spray coating process, which makes the manufacturing process complicated.

[0006] 2. Poor corrosion resistance: Existing steel plates are electrophoresed after punching and cutting to improve corrosion resistance, but the electrophoretic coating has poor adhesion at the tip of the punched and cut parts. When the outer PVC layer is worn away, the edge or periphery of the hole of the steel plate is easily affected by corrosion in the conventional environment, which affects the product quality.

[0007] 3. Low consistency: It is difficult to control the uniformity of the spray coating thickness of the PVC layer, which has the disadvantage of affecting the consistency of the overall protective performance and making the protective ability weak.

[0008] 4. High manufacturing cost: The electrophoresis process and PVC coating process on the surface of the steel sheet are costly. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0009] In response to problems such as low resistance to external impact, low production efficiency, high cost, low corrosion resistance, and low consistency of existing battery pack bottom protective structures, the present disclosure provides a battery protective bottom plate, a composite protective structure for a battery pack, and a vehicle. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical solutions adopted by the present disclosure are as follows:

[0011] In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a battery protective bottom plate including an upper fiber-reinforced resin layer, a metal plate, a fiber-reinforced resin frame, and a lower fiber-reinforced resin layer. The metal plate and the fiber-reinforced resin frame are located between the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer, and the metal plate is located inside the fiber-reinforced resin frame. The upper surface of the fiber-reinforced resin frame is integrally connected to the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer, and the bottom surface of the fiber-reinforced resin frame is integrally connected to the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer.

[0012] In some embodiments, the fiber-reinforced resin frame has a frame structure formed by connecting multiple frame plates end-to-end, and the fiber-reinforced resin frame and the metal plate satisfy the condition 0.01≦W / L≦0.07, where W is the width of the frame plate (mm) and L is the length of the metal plate (mm).

[0013] In some embodiments, the width W of the frame plate is between 30 mm and 200 mm, and the length of the metal plate is between 1200 mm and 2200 mm.

[0014] In some embodiments, the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer, the metal plate, and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer each have a substantially rectangular sheet structure, and the fiber-reinforced resin frame has a sheet-like substantially rectangular frame structure.

[0015] In some embodiments, in the fiber reinforced resin frame, multiple frame plates have the same width or the width of the frame plates extending along the width of the fiber reinforced resin frame is greater than 1.2 times the width of the frame plates extending along the length of the fiber reinforced resin frame.

[0016] In some embodiments, the metal plate has a thickness of 0.7 mm to 1.6 mm, and the difference in thickness between the fiber reinforced resin frame and the metal plate is less than 0.1 mm.

[0017] In some embodiments, a plurality of mounting holes are spaced apart inside the edge of the battery protective base plate, and the mounting holes extend sequentially through the upper fiber reinforced resin layer, the fiber reinforced resin frame, and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer.

[0018] In some embodiments, the upper fiber reinforced resin layer, the fiber reinforced resin frame, and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer are each independently selected from a glass fiber reinforced polyamide resin member, a glass fiber reinforced polypropylene resin member, a glass fiber reinforced polyethylene resin member, a glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate resin member, or a glass fiber reinforced polystyrene resin member.

[0019] In some embodiments, the upper fiber reinforced resin layer comprises multiple plies of a first fiber reinforced prepreg laminated together, the fiber reinforced resin frame comprises multiple plies of a second fiber reinforced prepreg laminated together, and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer comprises multiple plies of a third fiber reinforced prepreg laminated together.

[0020] In some embodiments, the metal sheet is a steel sheet, and a zinc-plated layer, a zinc-plated iron alloy layer, or an electrophoretic coating protective layer is disposed on the outer surface of the steel sheet.

[0021] In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a composite protective structure for a battery pack, including a battery pack and the above-mentioned battery protection bottom plate, wherein the battery protection bottom plate is disposed under the battery pack, and a buffer area is formed between the battery pack and the battery protection bottom plate.

[0022] In some embodiments, the cushioning region is filled with a cushioning layer, which is selected from a honeycomb material or a rigid foam material.

[0023] In yet another aspect, the present disclosure provides a vehicle including the battery protection bottom plate and the battery pack protection structure described above.

[0024] In the battery protection bottom plate according to the present disclosure, the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer are compounded on the front and back surfaces of the metal plate, so that on the one hand, the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer can improve the corrosion resistance of the metal plate. Also, the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer can withstand the impact of stones or the like on the bottom of the battery protection bottom plate, thereby avoiding the corrosion problem of the impact part. On the other hand, after the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer are compounded on the metal plate, the rigidity and strength of the metal plate are effectively increased, and the metal plate has higher impact resistance. The upper fiber-reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer are characterized by uniform thickness, ensuring consistent strength and rigidity at various positions, so that the metal plate does not need to be further punched, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.

[0025] Furthermore, according to the present disclosure, the fiber-reinforced resin frame is disposed on the outer periphery of the metal plate as a frame connection transition member for the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer, which can effectively counteract the influence of the thickness of the metal plate on the frame connection of the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer, ensure the strength of the frame of the battery protection bottom plate, further facilitate the use of the frame of the battery protection bottom plate as the mounting structure of the battery protection bottom plate to the battery, and improve the impact resistance of the battery protection bottom plate. [0027] In order to make the technical problems to be solved, technical solutions and beneficial effects of the present disclosure clearer, the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely used to explain the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.

[0028] In the description of this disclosure, it should be understood that the orientations or positions indicated by terms such as "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "inside" and "outside" are based on the orientations or positions indicated in the accompanying drawings, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to have a particular orientation or are required to be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, but are merely for ease of and simplicity of description of the disclosure, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the disclosure. In the description of this disclosure, unless otherwise specified, "plurality" means two or more.

[0029] As shown in Fig. 1, one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a battery protection bottom plate 1, which includes an upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11, a metal plate 12, a fiber reinforced resin frame 13, and a lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14. The metal plate 12 and the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 are located between the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14, and the metal plate 12 is located inside the fiber reinforced resin frame 13. The upper surface of the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 is integrally connected to the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11, and the bottom surface of the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 is integrally connected to the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14.

[0030] The upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 are compounded on the front and back surfaces of the metal plate 12, so that on the one hand, the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 can improve the corrosion resistance of the metal plate 12. Also, the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 can withstand the impact of stones or the like on the bottom of the battery protection bottom plate 1, thereby avoiding the corrosion problem of the impact part. On the other hand, after the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 are compounded on the metal plate 12, the rigidity and strength of the metal plate 12 are effectively increased, and the metal plate has higher impact resistance. The upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 feature a uniform thickness, ensuring consistent strength and rigidity at various positions, so that the metal plate 12 does not need to be further punched, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.

[0031] Furthermore, according to the present disclosure, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 is disposed on the outer periphery of the metal plate 12 as a frame connection transition member for the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14. This effectively cancels the influence of the thickness of the metal plate 12 on the frame connection of the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14, ensures the strength of the frame of the battery protection bottom plate 1, further facilitates the use of the frame of the battery protection bottom plate 1 as the mounting structure of the battery protection bottom plate to the battery pack 3, and enhances the impact resistance of the battery protection bottom plate.

[0032] In some embodiments, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 has a frame structure formed by connecting a plurality of frame plates 131 end to end, and the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the metal plate 12 satisfy the condition 0.01≦W / L≦0.07, where W is the width (mm) of the frame plate and L is the length (mm) of the metal plate. For example, W / L may be 0.01, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.07, etc.

[0033] It should be noted that the length L of the metal plate 12 is the length of the long side of the metal plate 12 as shown in FIG.

[0034] The metal plate 12 is embedded in the center of the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and fixed by the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14. When the battery protection bottom plate 1 receives an impact from the bottom, the metal plate 12 vibrates up and down to transmit stress, and tensile stress and shear stress are formed in the joints between the metal plate 12 and the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11, the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14, and the fiber reinforced resin frame 13. If the tensile shear force exceeds the allowable range of the joints, the problem of delamination separation of the joints between the metal plate 12 and the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11, the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14, or the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 is likely to occur.

[0035] In order to solve this problem, the inventor has found through experiments that the battery protection bottom plate 1 has a maximum overhang amount in the length direction of the metal plate 12 under normal operating conditions when attached to the battery pack 3. When the metal plate 12 is impacted, the stress in its length direction is greater, and delamination is more likely to occur, but the width of the frame plate 131 is related to the resistance of the fiber-reinforced resin frame 13 to the tensile shear effect generated when the metal plate 12 is impacted. Through the summary of the test results, it has been found that when the width W of the frame plate and the length L of the metal plate satisfy 0.01≦W / L≦0.07, the tensile shear effect of the battery protection bottom plate 1 generated by the load or impact can be effectively borne, delamination in the fatigue area can be avoided, and the amplitude of the battery protection bottom plate 1 can be kept within a suitable range, which can enhance the impact strength of the battery protection bottom plate 1.

[0036] In one embodiment, the width W of the frame plate 131 is between 30 mm and 200 mm, and the length L of the metal plate 12 is between 1200 mm and 2200 mm.

[0037] When the width W of the frame plate 131 is within the above range, the battery protection bottom plate has a suitable mounting area, which can effectively support and position the metal plate 12 at its central portion. For example, W may be 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 130mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, etc., and L may be 1200mm, 1350mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2100mm, 2200mm, etc.

[0038] In some embodiments, the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11, the metal plate 12 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 each have a substantially rectangular sheet structure, and the fiber-reinforced resin frame 13 has a sheet-like substantially rectangular frame structure. The rectangular sheet structure means that the overall shape is substantially rectangular, and the sheet-like rectangular frame structure means that the overall shape is substantially rectangular, and it should be noted that some details may be changed without affecting the overall shape. For example, rounded corners are provided at the corners of the square, or protrusions or grooves are provided at the edges of the square. The above-mentioned substantially rectangular structure can better fit the shape of the battery pack.

[0039] In some embodiments, the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 are conformal in shape to ensure connection stability between the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14.

[0040] The shapes of the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 are adapted to the shape of the bottom of the battery pack 3. In other embodiments, when the battery pack 3 has another shape, the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 may be another adaptive shape, such as a triangle, a pentagon, or a hexagon.

[0041] In some embodiments, in the fiber reinforced resin frame 13, multiple frame plates 131 have the same width.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 2, in some other embodiments, in the fiber reinforced resin frame 13, the width of the frame plate 131 extending along the width direction of the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 is longer than 1.2 times the width of the frame plate 131 extending along the length direction of the fiber reinforced resin frame 13.

[0043] Increasing the width of the frame plate 131 extending in the width direction of the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 is beneficial for increasing the impact strength of the battery protection bottom plate 1 in the length direction.

[0044] In one embodiment, the metal plate 12 has a thickness of 0.7 mm to 1.6 mm, and the difference in thickness between the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the metal plate 12 is less than 0.1 mm. For example, the thickness of the metal plate 12 may be 0.7 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, etc.

[0045] When the thickness of the metal plate 12 is within the above range, the metal plate has good impact resistance and low material cost.

[0046] When the thickness difference between the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the metal plate 12 is less than 0.1 mm, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 can effectively fill the peripheral space of the metal plate 12, thereby connecting the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 to the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14, avoiding the height difference between the frames of the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14, and ensuring the surface smoothness of the battery protection bottom plate 1. For example, the thickness difference between the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the metal plate 12 may be 0.09 mm, 0.08 mm, 0.07 mm, 0.05 mm, 0.02 mm, 0.01 mm, etc.

[0047] In some embodiments, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the metal plate 12 have the same thickness.

[0048] As shown in FIG. 6, in one embodiment, a plurality of mounting holes 15 are spaced apart on the inside of the edge of the battery protection bottom plate 1, and the mounting holes 15 extend sequentially through the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14.

[0049] The mounting holes 15 are configured to mount and fasten the battery protection bottom plate 1 to the bottom of the battery pack 3. The mounting holes 15 are provided on the inner side of the edge of the battery protection bottom plate 1, and extend through the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 in sequence, so that the mounting holes 15 can be prevented from extending through the metal plate 12, and the corrosion problem caused by the exposure of the metal plate 12 at the mounting holes 15 can be avoided. In addition, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 is beneficial to improve the overall thickness and tensile shear strength of the mounting position, and has sufficient mounting stability.

[0050] A plurality of mounting holes 15 are provided on the outer periphery of the metal plate 12, thereby distributing the upper gravity and bottom impact forces acting on the metal plate 12 evenly.

[0051] Specifically, during installation, a connection member is provided to pass through the mounting hole 15 and fix the battery protection bottom plate 1 to the bottom of the battery pack 3. The connection member is a rivet, a screw, or a bolt.

[0052] In different embodiments, the resins of the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13, and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 are each independently selected from thermosetting and / or thermoplastic materials. Examples may include, but are not limited to, epoxy resins, phenolic resins, phenolic, cyanate esters, imides (such as polyimides, bismaleimides (BMI), and polyetherimides), polypropylene, polyesters, benzoxazines, polybenzimidazoles, polybenzothiazoles, polyamides, polyamideimides, polysulfones, polyethersulfones, polycarbonates, polyethylene terephthalates, and polyetherketones (such as polyetherketones (PEK), polyetheretherketones (PEEK), and polyetherketoneketones (PEKK)), and combinations thereof.

[0053] In different embodiments, the fibers of the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11, the fiber-reinforced resin frame 13 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 are each independently selected from glass fibers, aramid fibers, carbon fibers, graphite fibers, boron fibers, aromatic polyamide fibers, and mixtures thereof.

[0054] The fibers of the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11, the fiber-reinforced resin frame 13 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 may be embedded in the resin in the form of chopped fibers, long cut fibers, nonwoven fabric, unidirectional reinforcing fiber substrate, woven fabric, etc.

[0055] In some embodiments, the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11, the fiber-reinforced resin frame 13 and the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 are each independently selected from a glass fiber-reinforced polyamide resin member, a glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene resin member, a glass fiber-reinforced polyethylene resin member, a glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate resin member or a glass fiber-reinforced polystyrene resin member.

[0056] In some embodiments, the fiber reinforced resin layer, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 are made from the same resin material, which can ensure the material affinity between the different layers, thereby ensuring the bonding density between the different layers and improving the overall strength.

[0057] In some embodiments, the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 comprises multiple layers of a first fiber reinforced prepreg 110 laminated together, the fiber reinforced resin frame 13 comprises multiple layers of a second fiber reinforced prepreg laminated together, and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 comprises multiple layers of a third fiber reinforced prepreg laminated together.

[0058] 3, in one embodiment, the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 includes multiple layers of first fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape 111 laminated together. The fiber arrangement directions of two adjacent layers of the first fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape 111 are offset from each other by about 90°, and the allowable layer angle deviation range of two adjacent layers of the first fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape 111 is ±20°.

[0059] The fibers of each of the first fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tapes 111 are arranged in one direction, and when a tensile force is applied along the fiber extension direction, the fibers of the first fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape 111 can effectively bear the tensile force. The stress uniformity of the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 in each direction is improved by shifting the fiber arrangement directions of adjacent first fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tapes 111 from each other by about 90°.

[0060] The fiber reinforced resin frame 13 includes multiple layers of second fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tapes stacked together. The fibers of each second fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape are arranged in one direction. The fiber arrangement directions of two adjacent layers of the second fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape are offset from each other by about 90°, and the allowable layer angle deviation range of two adjacent layers of the second fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape is ±20°.

[0061] The lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 includes multiple layers of third fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tapes laminated together. The fibers of each third fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape are arranged in one direction. The fiber arrangement directions of two adjacent layers of the third fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape are offset from each other by about 90°, and the allowable layer angle deviation range of two adjacent layers of the third fiber reinforced prepreg unidirectional tape is ±20°.

[0062] The fibre arrangement of the fibre reinforced plastic frame 13 and the lower fibre reinforced plastic layer 14 is similar to that of the upper fibre reinforced plastic layer 11 and the details will not be repeated.

[0063] As shown in FIG. 4, in another embodiment, the upper fiber reinforced resin layer 11 includes multiple layers of first fiber fabric reinforced prepregs 112 laminated together, with the fibers of each first fiber fabric reinforced prepreg 112 forming a staggered shaped fabric.

[0064] The fibre reinforced resin frame 13 comprises a plurality of layers of second fibre fabric reinforced prepregs laminated together, the fibres of each second fibre fabric reinforced prepreg forming a staggered configuration weave.

[0065] The lower fiber reinforced resin layer 14 includes multiple layers of third fiber fabric reinforced prepregs laminated together, with the fibers of each third fiber fabric reinforced prepreg forming a staggered configuration fabric.

[0066] In some embodiments, the metal plate 12 is selected from iron and its alloys, aluminum and its alloys, magnesium and its alloys, copper and its alloys, titanium and its alloys, or nickel and its alloys.

[0067] In one embodiment, the metal sheet 12 is a steel sheet, with a zinc-plated layer, a zinc-plated iron alloy layer, or an electrophoretic coating protective layer disposed on the outer surface of the steel sheet.

[0068] Compared with other metal materials, the steel plate used as the metal plate 12 has better tensile strength and elongation, and can meet the requirements of impact resistance, which is beneficial to enhancing the protective effect for the battery pack 3.

[0069] The zinc-plated layer, zinc-plated iron alloy layer or electrophoretic coating protective layer is disposed on the outer surface of the steel plate to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel plate. When the upper fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 or the lower fiber-reinforced resin layer 14 is damaged, the zinc-plated layer or zinc-plated iron alloy layer corrodes before the steel plate due to the galvanic effect formed by the zinc-plated layer or zinc-plated iron alloy layer and the steel plate, thereby realizing a protective effect for the steel plate. The electrophoretic coating protective layer has good adhesion and can effectively isolate the steel plate from the external environment.

[0070] 5 to 9, another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a composite protective structure 10 for a battery pack, including a battery pack 3 and the above-mentioned battery protection bottom plate 1. The battery protection bottom plate 1 is disposed under the battery pack 3, and a buffer area 4 is formed between the battery pack 3 and the battery protection bottom plate 1.

[0071] By adopting the above-mentioned battery protection bottom plate 1 having good protective strength, the composite protective structure for battery pack 10 can effectively buffer the stress applied to the battery pack 3, protect the battery pack under external impact, and avoid damage to the battery pack 3 caused by external impact. In addition, the battery protection bottom plate 1 has good corrosion resistance, thereby avoiding the problem that the corrosion resistance of the battery protection bottom plate 1 is reduced by external impact.

[0072] In some embodiments, the battery pack 3 includes a tray 31 and a battery disposed on the tray 31 .

[0073] In different embodiments, the buffer area 4 may be provided between the battery pack 3 and the battery protection bottom plate 1 in different shapes.

[0074] 7, in one embodiment, the bottom surface of the tray 31 is provided with an inward groove to form a buffer area 4, and the battery protection bottom plate 1 is in the shape of a flat plate. The battery protection bottom plate 1 covers the buffer area 4.

[0075] 8, in one embodiment, the frame of the battery protection bottom plate 1 is connected to the bottom surface of the tray 31, and the bottom surface of the tray 31 is provided with a groove on the inside. The battery protection bottom plate 1 protrudes in a direction facing away from the tray 31 to form a buffer area 4 between the tray 31 and the battery protection bottom plate 1.

[0076] 9, in one embodiment, the frame of the battery protection bottom plate 1 is connected to the bottom surface of the tray 31, and the bottom surface of the tray 31 is a flat surface. The battery protection bottom plate 1 protrudes in a direction facing away from the tray 31 to form a buffer area 4 between the tray 31 and the battery protection bottom plate 1.

[0077] In some embodiments, the buffer region 4 is filled with a buffer layer 2, which is selected from a honeycomb material or a rigid foam material.

[0078] The honeycomb material or hard foam material can absorb the crushing deformation space of the battery protection bottom plate 1 under strong external impact, cushion and absorb part of the energy of the strong external impact, and prevent the compressive deformation of the battery protection bottom plate 1 from impacting the internal battery core of the battery pack, thereby further protecting the battery pack 3.
