[0028] In this application, unless otherwise specified and limited, the terms "installed", "coupled", "connected", "fixed" and the like should be broadly understood, for example, it may be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrated; it may be mechanically connected, electrically connected, and communicated with each other; it may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and it may be an internal connection of two elements or an interactive relationship of two elements. Those skilled in the art can understand the specific meaning of the above terms in this application according to the specific situation.

[0029] Hereinafter, a compressor 1 according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail in combination with FIGS. 1-4.

[0030] As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a compressor 1 according to an embodiment of the present application has a compression chamber 11 and an exhaust port 12, and compression parts for compressing gas are provided in the compression chamber 11. The compression chamber 11 has an oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber, and when oil is injected into the compressor 1, a part of the oil is injected from the oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber into the compression chamber 11 to lubricate and cool the compression parts in the compression chamber 11, further cool the gas in the compression chamber 11, and seal some structures in the compression chamber 11.

[0031] The compression chamber 11 communicates with the exhaust port 12, and the exhaust port oil injection port 13 is provided in the exhaust port 12. Another part of the oil is injected from the exhaust port oil injection port 13 to the exhaust port 12 to cool the compressed gas at the exhaust port 12; in other words, these oils can continue to cool the compressed gas even after the gas compression is completed.

[0032] According to the compressor 1 according to the embodiment of the present application, by providing the oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber, a part of the oil can be injected from the oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber into the compression chamber 11 to seal, lubricate and cool the compression chamber 11, and by providing an additional oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port in the exhaust port 12, a part of the oil can be injected into the exhaust port 12 through the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port, so as to cool the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12, reduce the outlet temperature of the compressor 1, further reduce the oil temperature, make the oil work in the optimal temperature state, and greatly extend the working life of the oil. In addition, such separate oil injection can fully utilize the compression characteristics and cooling characteristics, maximize the cooling effect, reduce mechanical loss, and improve the operating efficiency of the compressor 1.

[0033] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Fig. 1, the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port is configured as an oil injection nozzle 16, which is inserted into the exhaust port 12 from one end near the exhaust port 12 of the compressor 1 and has multiple oil injection holes. By injecting oil into the exhaust port 12 from the multiple oil injection holes, the compressed gas can be cooled in the exhaust port 12. In addition, the structure of the multiple oil injection holes is also advantageous for reducing the diameter of the oil injection hole to increase the injection force of the oil, forming a convection of the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12, and improving the cooling effect of the compressed gas.

[0034] Alternatively, the oil injection nozzle 16 can be configured in other shapes such as a rod-like structure or a bent structure, and it is appropriate that the length direction of the oil injection nozzle 16 is perpendicular to or at a predetermined angle with respect to the air outlet direction of the exhaust port 12. When the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12 is discharged downward, the oil injected from the oil injection hole of the oil injection nozzle 16 can flow upward, thereby forming a convection current of the compressed gas to further improve the cooling effect of the compressed gas.

[0035] 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the compressor 1 may include a compressor element 14 and an exhaust end surface 15, and the compression chamber 11 is formed in the compressor element 14. For example, in some embodiments, the exhaust end surface 15 and the compressor element 14 are configured in one casing, and in some embodiments, the exhaust end surface 15 and the compressor element 14 may be fixedly coupled by screws, which is convenient to disassemble, and facilitates repair and maintenance of the exhaust end surface 15, the compressor element 14, and the compression components in the compression chamber 11, as well as other operations.

[0036] The exhaust port 12 opens to the exhaust end face 15, and the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port is configured as a plurality of oil injection holes formed on the exhaust end face 15. Similarly, oil can be injected from the plurality of oil injection holes into the exhaust port 12 to cool the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12. In addition, the structure of the plurality of oil injection holes is also favorable for reducing the diameter of the oil injection hole to increase the oil injection force, forming a convection of the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12, and improving the cooling effect of the compressed gas.

[0037] Alternatively, the axis of the oil injection hole can be perpendicular to the air outlet direction of the exhaust port 12. When the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12 is discharged downward, the oil injected from the injection hole can be sprayed from the side against the compressed gas to form a convection current of the compressed gas.

[0038] In some alternative embodiments of the present application, the compressor 1 is a single stage oil injected screw compressor.

[0039] For example, in some alternative embodiments of the present application, the compressor 1 is a single-stage low-pressure oil-injected screw compressor. In the single-stage low-pressure oil-injected screw compressor, even if the amount of injected oil is reduced to improve the compressor performance, the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port is provided in the exhaust port 12, so that a part of the injected oil is injected into the exhaust port 12 through the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port, so as to cool the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12, reduce the outlet temperature of the single-stage low-pressure oil-injected screw compressor, further reduce the temperature of the oil, make the oil work in the optimal temperature condition, greatly extend the working life of the oil, and further avoid the problems of high energy consumption and low compression efficiency caused by independently increasing the amount of injected oil in the oil inlet port 18 of the compression chamber of the compressor element.

[0040] For example, in another alternative embodiment of the present application, the compressor 1 is a single-stage high-pressure oil-injected screw compressor. In the single-stage high-pressure oil-injected screw compressor, even if the injected oil amount is reduced to improve the compressor performance, the exhaust port oil injection port 13 is provided in the exhaust port 12, so that a part of the oil is injected into the exhaust port 12 through the exhaust port oil injection port 13 to cool the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12, reduce the outlet temperature of the single-stage high-pressure oil-injected screw compressor, further reduce the temperature of the oil, make the oil work in the optimal temperature condition, greatly extend the working life of the oil, and further avoid the problems of high energy consumption and low compression efficiency caused by independently increasing the injected oil amount of the oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber of the compressor element.

[0041] As shown in Fig. 3-4, an additional oil injection system according to another embodiment of the present application may include an oil reservoir 7, a main oil circuit 10, an oil pump 5, and the compressor 1 of the above embodiment.

[0042] In this, one end of the main oil circuit 10 communicates with the oil reservoir 7, and the other end of the main oil circuit 10 communicates with the first branch oil circuit 20 and the second branch oil circuit 30. The first branch oil circuit 20 communicates with the oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber, and the second branch oil circuit 30 communicates with the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port. That is, the oil reservoir 7 can communicate with the main oil circuit 10, and a part of the oil in the main oil circuit 10 reaches the oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber through the first branch oil circuit 20 and enters the compression chamber 11 to seal, lubricate, and cool the compression chamber 11, while another part of the oil reaches the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port through the second branch oil circuit 30 and is injected from the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port to the exhaust port 12 to cool the compressed gas in the exhaust port 12.

[0043] The oil pump 5 is used to at least provide power to move oil from the oil reservoir 7 to the second branch oil circuit 30. In some alternative embodiments of the present application, the oil pump 5 may be a separate oil pump. In other alternative embodiments of the present application, the oil pump 5 may be an oil pump integrated with the compressor element.

[0044] It should be understood that in the present specification, the terms "first" and "second" are used for explanatory purposes only and are not to be understood as indicating or suggesting the relative importance or number of technical features indicated. Thus, features defined as "first" and "second" may explicitly or implicitly comprise one or more of these features. In the present specification, "plurality" means at least two, such as two, three, etc., unless otherwise defined.

[0045] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Fig. 3, the oil pump 5 is provided in the second branch oil circuit 30, and under this circumstance, when the oil pump 5 is operated, it can drive oil to flow into the second branch oil circuit 30. That is, the oil pump 5 can supply power to drive oil to flow from the oil reservoir 7 to the second branch oil circuit 30. The function of the oil pump 5 provided in the second branch oil circuit 30 is only to provide a sufficient pressure difference for oil injection at the exhaust port 12.

[0046] By providing the oil pump 5 in the second branch oil circuit 30, it becomes easier to reduce the power consumption of the oil pump 5 compared to providing the oil pump 5 in the main oil circuit 10.

[0047] 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the oil pump 5 is provided in the main oil circuit 10, and under this circumstance, when the oil pump 5 is operated, it can drive the oil to flow into the first branch oil circuit 20 and the second branch oil circuit 30. That is, the oil pump 5 can supply power to drive the oil to flow from the oil reservoir 7 to the first branch oil circuit 20 and the second branch oil circuit 30.

[0048] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 3-4, the additional oil injection system may further include an oil relief circuit 40. One end of the oil relief circuit 40 is connected to the main oil circuit 10, and the other end of the oil relief circuit 40 is connected to the oil reservoir 7, so as to recover the excess oil in the main oil circuit 10, that is, the excess oil in the main oil circuit 10 can flow back to the oil reservoir 7 through the oil relief circuit 40.

[0049] Further, the oil relief circuit 40 includes an overflow valve 4. The overflow valve 4 is configured such that when the oil pressure in the oil relief circuit 40 exceeds a preset pressure value, the overflow valve 4 is opened, and under that circumstance, the main oil circuit 10 can communicate with the oil reservoir 7 through the oil relief circuit 40, and the excess oil in the main oil circuit 10 can flow back to the oil reservoir 7 through the oil relief circuit 40; on the other hand, when the oil pressure in the oil relief circuit 40 does not exceed the preset pressure value, the overflow valve 4 is closed, and under that circumstance, the excess oil in the main oil circuit 10 cannot flow back to the oil reservoir 7 through the oil relief circuit 40. The preset pressure value can be set according to the actual requirements of the user.

[0050] Alternatively, the oil pump 5 is provided in the main oil circuit 10, and one end of the oil relief circuit 40 is connected to the oil outlet of the oil pump 5. The oil pressure at the oil outlet of the oil pump 5 is relatively high. When the oil pressure at the oil outlet of the oil pump 5 exceeds a preset pressure value, the overflow valve 4 is opened, and when the oil pressure at the oil outlet of the oil pump 5 does not exceed the preset pressure value, the overflow valve 4 is closed. Since the outlet pressure of the compressor 1 changes under various operating conditions, it is necessary to add the overflow valve 4 at the oil outlet of the oil pump 5 to ensure a constant pressure and safety of the additional oil injection system.

[0051] In some embodiments of the present application, the second branch oil circuit 30 includes a flow rate regulating valve 2, and the valve opening degree of the flow rate regulating valve 2 is adjustable. In other words, by adjusting the valve opening degree of the flow rate regulating valve 2, it is possible to adjust the amount of oil that reaches the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port, and thus it is possible to adjust the amount of oil injected from the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port to the exhaust port 12.

[0052] In addition, the additional oil injection system can further include a temperature detection element and a controller, the temperature detection element is used to detect the temperature of the gas discharged from the exhaust port 12, and both the temperature detection element and the flow regulating valve 2 are electrically connected with the controller, for example, via a circuit 70. The controller is suitable for adjusting the valve opening of the flow regulating valve 2 according to the temperature detected by the temperature detection element, so as to realize the intelligent control of the additional oil injection system. For example, when the temperature detected by the temperature detection element exceeds a preset temperature value, the valve opening of the flow regulating valve 2 is increased to increase the amount of oil reaching the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port, thereby increasing the amount of oil injected from the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port to the exhaust port 12. The set temperature can be set according to the actual requirements of the user, such as 30°C, 45°C, etc.

[0053] Alternatively, the temperature sensing element may be a temperature sensor.

[0054] In some embodiments of the present application, the main oil circuit 10 further comprises an oil cooler 6 for cooling the oil in the main oil circuit 10 .

[0055] In some embodiments of the present application, the oil reservoir 7 is an oil-gas separation vessel, and further, the exhaust port 12 is connected to the oil reservoir 7 via an exhaust pipe 50 .

[0056] In some embodiments of the present application, the oil reservoir 7 is an oil-gas separation vessel, and further, the oil separation element 8 of the oil-gas separation vessel is connected to the compression chamber 11 via an oil recirculation circuit 60. Excess oil in the oil-gas separation vessel can enter the compression chamber 11 through the oil recirculation circuit 60.

[0057] In some embodiments of the present application, the main oil circuit 10 further includes an oil filter 3. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the oil pump 5 is provided in the second branch oil circuit 30, and the oil filter 3 is disposed upstream of the oil pump 5. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the oil pump 5 is provided on the main oil circuit 10, and the oil filter 3 is provided at the oil outlet of the oil pump 5, i.e., the oil filter 3 is disposed downstream of the oil pump 5, so that impurities in the oil pump 5 are not brought into the compression chamber 11 to damage the meshing rotor, or are not brought into the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port to block the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port.

[0058] 4 includes an oil reservoir 7, a main oil circuit 10, an oil pump 5, and a compressor 1. One end of the main oil circuit 10 is connected to the oil reservoir 7, and the other end of the main oil circuit 10 is connected to a first branch oil circuit 20 and a second branch oil circuit 30. In the main oil circuit 10, an oil cooler 6, an oil pump 5, and an oil filter 3 are provided in this order.

[0059] The working process of the additional oil injection system can be described as follows: the oil from the oil-gas separation vessel 7 enters the main oil circuit 10, firstly cooled by the oil cooler 6, then pressurized by the oil pump 5, then passes through the oil filter 3, and finally injected into the compressor 1 in two separate circuits, where the main part of the oil passes through the first branch circuit to reach the oil inlet 18 of the compression chamber, then enters the compression chamber 11, so as to lubricate, seal and partially cool the compression chamber 11, and the remaining main part of the oil passes through the second branch oil circuit 30 to reach the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port, and is injected from the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port to the exhaust port 12, mainly having the function of cooling the compressed air and also sealing the head clearance of the compressor elements.

[0060] The amount of oil injected from the oil injection port 13 of the exhaust port to the exhaust port 12 depends on the operating conditions of the compressor 1, mainly the rotation speed, compression ratio, gas inlet temperature and oil injection temperature of the compressor 1. The control method includes a method of directly detecting the temperature of the gas discharged from the exhaust port 12, or a method of detecting the exhaust temperature of the oil reservoir 7, and the additional oil injection system can be designed according to the optimal exhaust temperature range or the maximum required injected oil amount, which is controlled by the oil injection amount (the specific range is determined by the operating state of the compressor 1 or the user's requirements).
