Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following, an example in which the attachment structure according to the present invention is a structure for attaching a video camera to a display device of a television receiver will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and can be applied to any structure in which another device other than the device is attached to an arbitrary device with a swivel function and a tilt function. For example, the arbitrary device may be a liquid crystal display of a computer, a digital signage display, etc., and the other device may be a sensor, a remote control receiver, a lighting device, a microphone, a speaker, etc.

[0010] 〔Embodiment 1〕 <Outline of Attachment Member 1> FIG. 1 is a view showing an example of the appearance of a display device 8 to which a video camera 9 (supported body) is attached via an attachment member 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The view indicated by reference numeral 100A is a front view of the display device 8 to which the video camera 9 is attached. The view indicated by reference numeral 100B is a side view showing the attachment portion of the video camera 9. The view indicated by reference numeral 100C is a perspective view showing the attachment portion of the video camera 9 as viewed from the back side of the display device 8.

[0011] Here, when viewing the display device 8 from the front, the direction pointing to the left side in the width direction of the display device 8 is defined as the X1 direction, and the direction opposite to the X1 direction is defined as the X2 direction. The direction pointing to the upper side in the height direction of the display device 8 is defined as the Y1 direction, and the direction opposite to the Y1 direction is defined as the Y2 direction. Also, a direction perpendicular to both X1 and X2 and perpendicular to both Y1 and Y2, and from the back side to the front side of the display panel 81 is defined as the Z1 direction, and the direction opposite to the Z1 direction is defined as the Z2 direction. When X1 and X2, Y1 and Y2, and Z1 and Z2 are not distinguished from each other and are collectively referred to, they are called the X direction (left - right direction), Y direction (up - down direction), and Z direction (front - back direction).

[0012] The video camera 9 is attached to the display device 8 so as to be rotatable in the left - right direction (X direction) and up - down direction (Y direction) by the swivel function and tilt function of the attachment member 1.

[0013] As shown by reference numerals 100A to 100C, the display device 8 includes a display panel 81 and a housing 82. The video camera 9 is attached to the upper surface 812 of the display panel 81 by the attachment member 1. The attachment member 1 is fixed to the back - side housing 811 of the display panel 81 and is hardly visible from the front side, so the aesthetic appearance of the display device 8 can be improved.

[0014] Note that the fixing position of the attachment member 1 is not limited to the back - side housing 811 of the display panel 81, and may be, for example, the upper surface 812 of the display panel 81, the upper surface 821 of the housing 82 of the display device 8, etc.

[0015] Also, the device attached to the display device 8 is not limited to the video camera 9, and may be, for example, a device such as an infrared sensor light - receiving unit that detects the state of a user viewing the display device 8 or receives a signal from a remote control. Also, it may be a video camera 9 having an infrared sensor light - receiving function.

[0016] As will be described in more detail later, the mounting member 1 comprises a tilt member 2, a swivel member 3, and a base portion 4. The mounting member 1 is fixed to the display device 8 by the base portion 4 being fixed to the rear housing 811 of the display panel 81 with a magnet 85. However, the base portion 4 may also be fixed to the rear housing 811 with double-sided tape, adhesive, screws, etc., and the fixing method is not particularly limited.

[0017] The swivel member 3 and the tilt member 2 are positioned so as to extend outwards from the base portion 4 toward the display panel 81, resting on the upper surface 812 of the display panel 81. The video camera 9 is mounted on the mounting surface 21 of the tilt member 2 that extends outwards in this manner. This allows the video camera 9 to be mounted on the upper surface of the display panel 81 while the base portion 4 is fixed to the rear housing 811.

[0018] Figure 2 illustrates the tilt and swivel functions of the mounting member 1. The figure indicated by reference numeral 200A is a perspective view showing the video camera 9 rotated in the Y2 direction due to the tilt function of the mounting member 1. The figure indicated by reference numeral 200B is a side view showing the video camera 9 rotated in the Y2 direction. The figure indicated by reference numeral 200C is a perspective view showing the video camera 9 rotated in the X2 direction due to the swivel function of the mounting member 1. The figure indicated by reference numeral 200D is a plan view showing the video camera 9 rotated in the X2 direction.

[0019] As indicated by reference numerals 200A and 200B, the user can rotate the video camera 9 in the Y2 direction and hold it at any angle. Also, as indicated by reference numerals 200C and 200D, the user can rotate the video camera 9 in the X2 direction and hold it at any angle.

[0020] <Configuration of mounting member 1> Figure 3 is a perspective view showing an example of the mounting member 1. Figure 4 is a diagram showing an example of the mounting member 1, where the diagram indicated by reference numeral 400A is a top view, the diagram indicated by reference numeral 400B is a front view, the diagram indicated by reference numeral 400C is a bottom view, and the diagram indicated by reference numeral 400D is a side view. Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of the mounting member 1 in disassembled form. Figure 6 is a diagram showing the tilt member 2 rotated in the Y1 direction. Figure 7 is a diagram showing the swivel member 3 rotated in the X1 direction.

[0021] As shown in Figures 3 to 7, the mounting member 1 comprises a tilt member 2, a swivel member 3, a base portion 4, and a hinge 7.

[0022] The tilt member 2 is plate-shaped and is connected to the swivel member 3 by a pair of hinges 7 so as to be rotatable in the Y direction around a tilt axis J2 that extends in the X direction along the plate surface (see Figure 6). The tilt member 2 includes an installation surface 21, mounting hooks 22, a regulating plate 23, and a shaft cylinder 7e.

[0023] The mounting surface 21 is the surface opposite to the swivel member 3, and is the surface on which the video camera 9 is mounted. The mounting hook 22 allows the video camera 9 to be detachably mounted to the tilt member 2 by fitting a predetermined fitting portion (not shown) provided on the video camera 9 onto it.

[0024] The restricting plate 23 is inserted through the insertion hole 33 of the swivel member 3, which will be described later. A hook (not shown) is provided at the lower end of the restricting plate 23, and when the tilt member 2 rotates, the hook catches on the edge of the insertion hole 33, thereby restricting the range of rotation angle of the tilt member 2. In addition, the restricting plate 23 covers the wiring of the video camera 9, which is inserted through the insertion hole 33, so that it is not visible from the back side of the display device 8 when the tilt member 2 rotates.

[0025] The shaft cylinder 7e is provided in pairs at the Z1-direction end of the tilt member 2 and constitutes part of the hinge 7 that connects the tilt member 2 and the swivel member 3.

[0026] The swivel member 3 is constructed in a plate shape, similar to the tilt member 2, and is mounted on the base 4 so as to be rotatable in the X direction around a swivel axis J3 that extends in the Y direction perpendicular to the plate surface (see Figure 7). The swivel member 3 includes a mounting hole 31, a stepped screw 32, an insertion hole 33, a projection 34, and a shaft cylinder 7f.

[0027] The mounting hole 31 is a through hole located on the swivel shaft J3, through which a stepped screw 32 is inserted. The swivel member 3 is rotatably attached to the base portion 4 by the stepped screw 32. Details of the stepped screw 32 will be described later.

[0028] As described above, the through-hole 33 is a through-hole through which the wiring for the regulating plate 23 of the tilt member 2 and the video camera 9 is inserted.

[0029] The projection 34 is, for example, a cylindrical portion that protrudes from the swivel member 3 toward the base portion 4, and is fitted into the elongated hole 521 of the rotation restricting portion 52 (restricting portion) of the base portion 4, which will be described later, thereby restricting the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3.

[0030] The shaft cylinder 7f is provided in pairs at the Z1-direction end of the swivel member 3 and constitutes part of the hinge 7 that connects the tilt member 2 and the swivel member 3.

[0031] The hinge 7 connects the tilt member 2 and the swivel member 3, and a pair is provided at the Z1 direction end of both the tilt member 2 and the swivel member 3. The hinge 7 comprises a shaft cylinder 7e provided on the tilt member 2 side, a shaft cylinder 7f provided on the swivel member 3 side, a screw 71 that passes through the shaft cylinders 7e and 7f, and a nut 72 that screws into the screw 71.

[0032] The tilt member 2 and the swivel member 3 are constructed in a plate shape and are connected by a hinge 7 so that they overlap each other in the Y direction. This makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the mounting member 1 in the Y direction and to miniaturize the mounting member 1.

[0033] Furthermore, the video camera 9 is mounted such that at least a portion of the hinge 7 is housed within the video camera's casing (see reference numeral 100B in Figure 1). This brings the video camera 9 and the display device 8 closer together, increasing their integrated appearance, while also making the hinge 7 less visible and improving the aesthetic appeal of the display device 8.

[0034] Figure 8 shows examples of the arrangement of the hinge 7. The figure indicated by reference numeral 800A shows the hinge 7 positioned below the video camera 9, and the figure indicated by reference numeral 800B is a perspective view of the mounting member 1 of reference numeral 800A. The figure indicated by reference numeral 800C shows the hinge 7 positioned in front of the video camera 9, and the figure indicated by reference numeral 800D is a perspective view of the mounting member 1 of reference numeral 800C.

[0035] As shown by reference numerals 800A and 800B, the hinge 7 may be configured so that its height (in the Y direction) is the same as the position of the upper surface of the tilt member 2, and the hinge 7 may be positioned below the video camera 9. Alternatively, as shown by reference numerals 800C and 800D, the hinge 7 may be positioned in front of the video camera 9.

[0036] These arrangements bring the video camera 9 and the mounting member 1 closer together, improving the sense of unity between the video camera 9 and the mounting member 1.

[0037] As described above, the base portion 4 is fixed to the rear housing 811 of the display panel 81. The base portion 4 comprises an upper plate portion 5 to which the swivel member 3 is rotatably attached, a box-shaped portion 6 fixed to the rear housing 811, and a sliding portion 41.

[0038] The upper plate portion 5 is provided with a mounting hole 51 (fitting hole), a rotation restricting portion 52, and an engaging projection 53 (sliding member). The mounting hole 51 is a through hole located on the swivel shaft J3, through which a stepped screw 32 is inserted to attach the swivel member 3 to the upper plate portion 5.

[0039] The rotation restricting section 52 includes an elongated hole 521 that restricts the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3. By fitting a projection 34 that protrudes from the swivel member 3 toward the base 4 into the elongated hole 521, the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3 is restricted. Details of the rotation restricting section 52 will be described later.

[0040] The engaging projection 53 protrudes from the upper plate portion 5 into the box-shaped portion 6 and engages with the hooking portion 62 of the box-shaped portion 6, which will be described later.

[0041] The box-shaped portion 6 includes a groove 61 and a plurality of hooking portions 62 provided on the inner surfaces 611 opposite to the groove 61.

[0042] The sliding portion 41 is composed of an engaging projection 53 on the upper plate portion 5 and a groove 61 on the box-shaped portion 6. The sliding portion 41 allows for stepwise adjustment of the Z-direction position of the upper plate portion 5 to which the swivel member 3 is attached, by the engaging projection 53 engaging with the hook portion 62. Details of the sliding portion 41 will be described later.

[0043] <Tilt structure and retention of rotational position> Figure 9 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a hinge 7. As shown in Figure 9, the hinge 7 comprises a shaft cylinder 7e on the tilt member 2 side, a shaft cylinder 7f on the swivel member 3 side, a screw 71 that passes through the shaft cylinders 7e and 7f, and a nut 72 that screws into the screw 71.

[0044] By inserting screws 71 through shaft cylinders 7e and 7f and screwing nuts 72 onto the screws 71, the tilt member 2 and the swivel member 3 can be connected so as to be rotatable in the Y direction.

[0045] Furthermore, the hinge 7 generates a frictional force on the contact surfaces between the shaft cylinder 7e and the shaft cylinder 7f due to the fastening force between the screw 71 and the nut 72, and this frictional force can maintain the rotational position of the tilt member 2.

[0046] More specifically, the shaft cylinder 7e comprises a pair of shaft cylinders 7e1 and 7e2, which are positioned at both axial ends of the shaft cylinder 7f so as to sandwich it. One end of the shaft cylinder 7f abuts with the shaft cylinder 7e1 at a contact surface M1, and the other end of the shaft cylinder 7f abuts with the shaft cylinder 7e2 at a contact surface M2.

[0047] Here, by tightening with screws 71 and nuts 72, a suitable frictional force is generated on contact surfaces M1 and M2, allowing the tilt member 2 to maintain its rotational position. This makes it possible to stably hold the video camera 9 mounted on the tilt member 2 at any angle.

[0048] <Swivel structure> (Stepped screw 32) Figure 10 shows an example of a stepped screw 32 for rotatably attaching the swivel member 3 to the base portion 4. The figure indicated by reference numeral 1000A is a schematic view of the upper plate portion 5 and the swivel member 3 as seen from the box-shaped portion 6 side, and the figure indicated by reference numeral 1000B is a schematic view of a cross-section around the stepped screw 32.

[0049] As shown in Figure 10, the swivel member 3 is attached to the base portion 4 by a stepped screw 32 located on the swivel axis J3. The stepped screw 32 has a threaded portion 32a and a large-diameter portion 32b that is not threaded.

[0050] The swivel member 3 has a mounting hole 31 on the swivel shaft J3, and the upper plate portion 5 has a mounting hole 51 on the swivel shaft J3.

[0051] The threaded portion 32a and the large-diameter portion 32b are inserted through the mounting hole 31 and the mounting hole 51, and a nut 321 is screwed onto the threaded portion 32a protruding from the mounting hole 51. At this time, the inner circumferential surfaces of the mounting hole 31 and the mounting hole 51 are in slidable contact with the outer circumferential surface of the large-diameter portion 32b, which does not have male threads.

[0052] As a result, the swivel member 3 is mounted on the base 4 so that it can rotate in the X direction around the swivel axis J3. The tilt member 2, which is connected to the swivel member 3, also rotates in the X direction together with the swivel member 3, and the video camera 9 installed on the tilt member 2 also rotates in the X direction.

[0053] (Snap-fit mounting) Figure 10 illustrates an example in which the swivel member 3 is attached to the base portion 4 by stepped screws 32. However, the swivel member 3 is not limited to this example and may also be attached to the base portion 4 by snap-fitting. Furthermore, the swivel member 3 is not limited to these examples, as long as it is attached to the base portion 4 so as to be rotatable in the X direction about the swivel axis J3.

[0054] Figure 11 shows an example of a fitting portion 35 that attaches the swivel member 3 to the base portion 4 so that it can rotate in the X direction by snap-fit. The figure indicated by reference numeral 110A is a schematic view of the upper plate portion 5 and the swivel member 3 as seen from the box-shaped portion 6 side, and the figure indicated by reference numeral 110B is a schematic view of a cross-section around the fitting portion 35.

[0055] As shown in Figure 11, the swivel member 3 is attached to the base portion 4 by a fitting portion 35 located on the swivel axis J3. The fitting portion 35 is a part that protrudes from the swivel member 3 toward the upper plate portion 5 and comprises a pair of opposing leg portions 351.

[0056] Each leg portion 351 is equipped with a shaft portion 352 with a diameter slightly smaller than the mounting hole 51 of the upper plate portion 5, and a protruding portion 353 with a diameter larger than the mounting hole 51. When the fitting portion 35 is inserted into the mounting hole 51, each shaft portion 352 elastically deforms in a direction that brings them closer together. Once the fitting portion 35 is inserted, each leg portion 351 returns to its original shape, preventing the fitting portion 35 from coming out of the mounting hole 51. At this time, the inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole 51 slidably contacts the outer circumferential surface of the shaft portion 352.

[0057] As a result, the swivel member 3 is mounted on the base 4 so that it can rotate in the X direction around the swivel axis J3. The tilt member 2, which is connected to the swivel member 3, also rotates in the X direction together with the swivel member 3, and the video camera 9 installed on the tilt member 2 also rotates in the X direction.

[0058] <Rotation restricting section 52> As shown by reference numeral 1000A in Figure 10 and reference numeral 110A in Figure 11, the upper plate portion 5 is equipped with a rotation restricting portion 52 that restricts the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3 in the X direction. The rotation restricting portion 52 has an elongated hole 521 with an arc shape that follows the rotational movement of the swivel member 3, and by fitting a projection 34 that protrudes from the swivel member 3 toward the upper plate portion 5 into the elongated hole 521, the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3 is restricted. This prevents the swivel member 3 from rotating indefinitely.

[0059] <Slide section 41> (Overview of slide section 41) The base portion 4 includes a sliding portion 41 that adjusts the position of the upper plate portion 5 on which the video camera 9 is mounted in the Z direction (a direction perpendicular to the tilt axis J2 along the plate surface) via the tilt member 2 and the swivel member 3.

[0060] Figure 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of the operation of the slide portion 41. The diagram indicated by reference numeral 120A is a schematic diagram showing the state before position adjustment by the slide portion 41, and the diagram indicated by reference numeral 120B is a schematic diagram showing the state after position adjustment.

[0061] As indicated by reference numeral 120A, the thickness of the display panel 81 is W1, and since it is a thin display panel, the video camera 9 is installed so that it protrudes from position 81a on the surface of the display panel 81 by a length of W2 in the Z1 direction.

[0062] As indicated by reference numeral 120B, the position of the upper plate portion 5 can be shifted in the Z2 direction by the sliding portion 41, thereby aligning the position 81a of the surface of the display panel 81 with the front position of the video camera 9. This allows the video camera 9 to be mounted compactly and improves the aesthetic appearance of the display device 8.

[0063] (Configuration of the slide section 41) Figure 13 shows an example of the configuration of the sliding part 41. The figure indicated by reference numeral 130A is a bottom view of the base part 4, the figure indicated by reference numeral 130B is a perspective view of the sliding part 41, and the figure indicated by reference numeral 130C is a schematic diagram illustrating the positional relationship of the left and right hooking parts 62.

[0064] As shown in Figures 5 and 13, the base portion 4 includes a pair of sliding portions 41. Each sliding portion 41 includes a groove portion 61, a hook portion 62, and an engaging projection 53 (sliding member).

[0065] The groove portion 61 is provided in the box-shaped portion 6 and is arranged to extend in the Z direction. Multiple gripping portions 62 are provided in a continuous manner in the Z direction on the opposing inner surfaces 611a and 611b of the groove portion 61, and alternately consist of peaks 62a that protrude inward from the groove portion 61 and valleys 62b that protrude outward from the groove portion 61.

[0066] The engaging projection 53 is a substantially cylindrical projection provided on the upper plate portion 5, which protrudes from the upper plate portion 5 toward the groove portion 61 and is fitted into the groove portion 61. By moving the upper plate portion 5 and sliding the engaging projection 53 along the groove portion 61 while engaging it with the hook portion 62, the position of the upper plate portion 5 in the Z direction can be adjusted in steps. This makes it possible to adjust the position of the video camera 9 installed on the tilt member 2 in the Z direction in steps via the swivel member 3 attached to the upper plate portion 5.

[0067] As indicated by reference numeral 130C, the gripping portion 62 on the inner surface 611a side and the gripping portion 62 on the inner surface 611b side are positioned offset from each other along the extension direction (Y direction) of the groove portion 61. Specifically, when the gripping portion 62 on the inner surface 611a side is a peak portion 62a, the opposing gripping portion 62 on the inner surface 611b side is positioned as a valley portion 62b.

[0068] This allows the sliding length to be reduced without reducing the shape of the hook portion 62, and the position of the upper plate portion 5 in the Z direction can be finely adjusted. In addition, since the shape of the hook portion 62 does not need to be reduced, the molding of the hook portion 62 becomes easier, and the strength of the hook portion 62 can be improved.

[0069] (Leaf spring 54) Figure 13 illustrates an example where the member that engages with the hook portion 62 is the engaging projection 53. However, the member that engages with the hook portion 62 may also be a leaf spring 54 provided on the upper plate portion 5.

[0070] Figure 14 is a schematic diagram showing a leaf spring 54 that engages with the hook portion 62. As shown in Figure 14, the upper plate portion 5 is equipped with a leaf spring holder 541 that holds a pair of leaf springs 54. By sliding the leaf springs 54 along the groove portion 61 while engaging them with the hook portion 62, the position of the upper plate portion 5 in the Z direction can be adjusted in steps.

[0071] Alternatively, instead of the sliding part 41, a magnet may be provided on the box-shaped part 6 that contacts the upper plate part 5, and the upper plate part 5, which is made of metal or the like, may be slidably connected to the box-shaped part 6 by the magnet. This makes it possible to adjust the position of the upper plate part 5 on which the video camera 9 is mounted in the Z direction.

[0072] (Slide section 41 with rotation restriction function) In addition to the function of adjusting the position in the Z direction, the slide portion 41 may also have a function of restricting the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3. Figure 15 shows an example of the configuration of the slide portion 41 equipped with a rotation restricting function. The figure indicated by reference numeral 150A is an exploded perspective view of the mounting member 1, and the figure indicated by reference numeral 150B is a bottom view of the mounting member 1. Note that the figure indicated by reference numeral 150A omits the illustration of the tilt member 2.

[0073] As shown in Figure 15, the base portion 4 is equipped with a pair of sliding portions 41. The position of the upper plate portion 5 in the Z direction is adjusted in steps by sliding the engaging projection 53 protruding from the upper plate portion 5 along the groove portion 61 while engaging it with the hooking portion 62 of the groove portion 61.

[0074] Here, the engaging projection 53 is provided with a pair of legs 531, and between each leg 531, there is an arc-shaped elongated hole 521. The elongated hole 521 has an arc shape so as to follow the rotational movement of the swivel member 3.

[0075] A pair of screws 36 are inserted through a pair of holes 36a in the swivel member 3. Each screw 36 is further inserted through an elongated hole 521 and screwed with a nut 36c, thereby restricting the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3. As a result, the slide part 41 can restrict the range of rotation angle of the swivel member 3 in addition to its function of adjusting the position in the Z direction.

[0076] (Tilt prevention) As shown in Figure 15, the groove 61 may be configured to have a groove 61a with a hook portion 62 and a groove 61b without a hook portion 62.

[0077] If, for example, when forming the hook portion 62, the positions of the peak portion 62a and the valley portion 62b of the groove portion 61a and groove portion 61b are misaligned, then when the engaging projection 53 is fitted into the groove portion 61a and groove portion 61b, the upper plate portion 5 will be installed at an angle.

[0078] To prevent the upper plate portion 5 from tilting in this manner, a groove portion 61a is provided which has a hook portion 62 to adjust the position in the Z direction, and a groove portion 61b is provided which does not have a hook portion 62 to guide the movement of the upper plate portion 5.

[0079] [Embodiment 2] Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described below. For the sake of convenience, components having the same function as those described in the above embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and their descriptions will not be repeated.

[0080] The mounting member 1A according to Embodiment 2 includes a first tilt axis J21 and a second tilt axis J22 extending in the X direction, and a swivel axis J3 extending in the Y direction. The tilt member 2A rotates in the Y direction about the first tilt axis J21. The connecting member 70, which will be described later, rotates in the Y direction about the second tilt axis J22. The swivel member 3A rotates in the X direction about the swivel axis J3.

[0081] Figure 16 is a perspective view showing an example of a mounting member 1A according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. Figure 17 is a diagram showing an example of a mounting member 1A, where the figure indicated by reference numeral 170A is a plan view, the figure indicated by reference numeral 170B is a front view, and the figure indicated by reference numeral 170C is a side view. Figure 18 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of a mounting member 1A in an exploded state.

[0082] As shown in Figures 16 to 18, the mounting member 1A includes a tilt member 2A, a swivel member 3A, a base 4, and a pair of connecting members 70 (see Figure 18) that connect the tilt member 2A and the swivel member 3A.

[0083] The tilt member 2A is connected to one end 701 in the Z1 direction of each connecting member 70 by a pair of first hinges 7A so as to be rotatable in the Y direction about a first tilt axis J21 that extends in the X direction along the plate surface of the tilt member 2A.

[0084] Each connecting member 70 is connected to the swivel member 3A by a pair of second hinges 7B so as to be rotatable in the Y direction about a second tilt axis J22 which is parallel to the first tilt axis J21 and is along the plate surface of the swivel member 3A.

[0085] The first hinge 7A is a hinge that connects the tilt member 2A and the connecting member 70, and is provided at the Z1 direction end of the tilt member 2A. The first hinge 7A consists of a shaft cylinder 7A1 provided on the tilt member 2A side, a shaft cylinder 7A2 provided at one end 701 in the Z1 direction of the connecting member 70, a screw 71 through which shaft cylinders 7A1 and 7A2 are inserted, and a nut 72 that screws into the screw 71.

[0086] The second hinge 7B is a hinge that connects the swivel member 3A and the connecting member 70, and is provided at the Z1 direction end of the swivel member 3A. The second hinge 7B consists of a shaft cylinder 7B1 provided on the swivel member 3A side, a shaft cylinder 7B2 provided at the other Z2 direction end 702 of the connecting member 70, a screw 71 that passes through the shaft cylinders 7B1 and 7B2, and a nut 72 that screws into the screw 71.

[0087] Figure 19 is a schematic diagram illustrating the tilt function of the mounting member 1A. The figure indicated by reference numeral 190A is a perspective view showing the state when rotated around the second tilt axis J22. The figure indicated by reference numeral 190B is a side view showing the state when rotated around the second tilt axis J22. The figure indicated by reference numeral 190C is a side view showing the state when rotated further around the first tilt axis J21.

[0088] As indicated by reference numerals 190A and 190B, by rotating the connecting member 70 in the Y1 direction around the second tilt axis J22, the video camera 9 can be tilted upward (in the Y1 direction).

[0089] As indicated by reference numeral 190C, by further rotating the tilt member 2A around the first tilt axis J21, the video camera 9 can be tilted downwards (in the Y2 direction).

[0090] The first hinge 7A generates a frictional force on the contact surfaces of the shaft cylinder 7A1 and shaft cylinder 7A2 due to the fastening force between the screw 71 and the nut 72, and this frictional force can maintain the rotational position of the tilt member 2A.

[0091] The second hinge 7B generates a frictional force on the contact surfaces of the shaft cylinder 7B1 and shaft cylinder 7B2 due to the fastening force between the screw 71 and the nut 72, and this frictional force can hold the rotational position of the connecting member 70.

[0092] The tilt member 2A, the swivel member 3A, and the connecting member 70 are plate-shaped. The tilt member 2A is connected to the connecting member 70 and the swivel member 3A by the first hinge 7A and the second hinge 7B so that they overlap each other in the Y direction. This makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the mounting member 1A in the Y direction and to miniaturize the mounting member 1A.
